On this episode of Huntavore, Nick sought out the expertise of Brandon Sheard; custom slaughter man and butcher, and creator of Farmstead Meatsmith. For his trip to Oklahoma, Nick was preparing for the hopeful achievement of being able to harvest wild pork.
