- 0:12Speaker 1: Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello. Welcome to the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Naughty But Nice Show. I'm your host, Ramp Shooter. Corey's
- 0:19Speaker 1: off today. He's back from his travels, but because of
- 0:22Speaker 1: my weird schedule, I've got so much going on this week,
- 0:25Speaker 1: he's not going to be able to join us. I
- 0:27Speaker 1: know he's listening. Hello, hello, hello. Don't worry, though. We've
- 0:30Speaker 1: got a ton of gossip to get to. We've got
- 0:32Speaker 1: a ton of celebrity stories. I used to get really
- 0:34Speaker 1: nervous doing solo shows. I didn't know if I could
- 0:39Speaker 1: do it. And thanks to you and doing it several
- 0:43Speaker 1: times now, I think we've got pretty good at them.
- 0:46Speaker 1: So I'm quite happy to tell you all the gossip.
- 0:48Speaker 1: In fact, I'm more than that. I'm thrilled to be
- 0:51Speaker 1: here today. You know, I love this show. I hope
- 0:53Speaker 1: you love it too. Sit back for the next 15,
- 0:56Speaker 1: 20 minutes. We're going to have the best. celebrity gossip
- 0:59Speaker 1: and a few exclusives that you're not going to hear
- 1:02Speaker 1: anywhere else. You will hear them somewhere else, but you're
- 1:04Speaker 1: going to hear them first. That's how the gossip business
- 1:08Speaker 1: works now. We echo one another. I don't do that.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Every story on my Substack is an exclusive. If you
- 1:15Speaker 1: follow me, rompshooter.substack.com, you'll get an email three times a day, two,
- 1:19Speaker 1: three times a day with a delicious exclusive that you
- 1:22Speaker 1: are going to hear first. My friend Maureen Callaghan, the
- 1:26Speaker 1: She said it's like getting a piece of candy throughout
- 1:28Speaker 1: the day. You know, if you need a cup of
- 1:30Speaker 1: coffee in the morning and then you might need one
- 1:31Speaker 1: about one o'clock and then you go for dinner. That's
- 1:34Speaker 1: what it's like. It's just a little piece of sugar
- 1:36Speaker 1: throughout the day. OK, let's jump into the show. What
- 1:38Speaker 1: time is it, my friends? It is tea time. Big
- 1:41Speaker 1: story at the top of the show. Diana, Princess Diana's butler,
- 1:45Speaker 1: Paul Burrell, who I used to represent. I was Paul
- 1:48Speaker 1: Burrell's publicist here in New York. I know him very,
- 1:51Speaker 1: very well. A funny guy. He's had his ups and
- 1:54Speaker 1: his downs. He's got in trouble. He's a lovable rogue.
- 1:58Speaker 1: That's how I would describe him. A lovable rogue who
- 2:03Speaker 1: does sometimes ruffle people's feathers. But he's not a liar.
- 2:07Speaker 1: So he is blasting Earl Spencer's bomb. book saying, quote,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I don't recognise some of it. Princess Diana's former butler,
- 2:17Speaker 1: Paul Burrell, is challenging one of the most explosive claims
- 2:22Speaker 1: in Earl Spencer's new memoir, Swan Song. That's the name
- 2:26Speaker 1: of the book, Swan Song. Spencer claims that King Charles appeared, quote,
- 2:31Speaker 1: giddy with excitement. Let's But Paul is saying he personally
- 2:42Speaker 1: witnessed something very, very different in Paris. Paul was in Paris.
- 2:47Speaker 1: He tells Pius Morgan the following quote. I saw the
- 2:51Speaker 1: king on the day he came to Paris. He was
- 2:54Speaker 1: a broken man. He was devastated. That does not sound
- 2:59Speaker 1: like a man who is giddy with excitement, as Earl
- 3:03Speaker 1: Spencer claims. Paul Burrell said that Charles appeared like he
- 3:07Speaker 1: had been crying. It appeared as if he had been
- 3:10Speaker 1: crying and described him as, quote, pale and scared. He
- 3:15Speaker 1: also dismissed the memoir as being spiteful, revengeful, an aristocratic
- 3:23Speaker 1: point of view. Think in there that it's just a
- 3:25Speaker 1: posh way of looking at stuff. It's almost talking down
- 3:28Speaker 1: to people a little bit. He said, I think this
- 3:31Speaker 1: book is more about Earl Spencer. then it is about
- 3:35Speaker 1: his sister Diana. So obviously, we've jumped on all the
- 3:38Speaker 1: Diana parts of the book. We have jumped on all
- 3:40Speaker 1: the parts of the book that are about the king.
- 3:43Speaker 1: But this book is more about Earl Spencer. What is
- 3:45Speaker 1: confusing is the cover is Diana. They're no fools. If
- 3:48Speaker 1: you put a cover of a photograph of Earl Spencer
- 3:51Speaker 1: on the cover, no one's going to buy it. If
- 3:53Speaker 1: you put Diana on the cover, then absolutely people are
- 3:56Speaker 1: going to buy it. It's selling really well. It's number
- 3:58Speaker 1: one on Amazon as we record this show. So a
- 4:01Speaker 1: lot of stuff going on here. Paul Burrell, has known Diana.
- 4:04Speaker 1: He was with her for a long time. He was
- 4:05Speaker 1: her butler. He was with her 24-7. I've spent a
- 4:08Speaker 1: lot of time with Paul in New York, and he
- 4:10Speaker 1: has really wonderful stories to tell about Diana. He loved her.
- 4:14Speaker 1: He absolutely loved her. Now, he got in a little
- 4:17Speaker 1: bit of trouble and was accused of stealing some of
- 4:20Speaker 1: her belongings. So the children, William and Harry, are not
- 4:23Speaker 1: fans of Paul Burrell. But I gotta say, the time
- 4:26Speaker 1: that I spent with him, he was a gentleman. Silly, peacock, over-the-top, ridiculous. Yes,
- 4:32Speaker 1: all the above. But a good heart. He was always
- 4:34Speaker 1: very kind to me and people around us at that
- 4:38Speaker 1: period of time. So I've got a fondness. For Paul here,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and Paul has a fondness for Diana and clearly is
- 4:44Speaker 1: not a fan of Earl Spencer. He also claims that
- 4:48Speaker 1: Diana once said the Spencers only want her for her
- 4:51Speaker 1: Wimbledon tickets. She got tickets, great tickets to the tennis.
- 4:55Speaker 1: The Spencers didn't. Diana did, and she often gave them
- 4:59Speaker 1: to her brother and to her family members. And so
- 5:02Speaker 1: this is somebody close to Diana speaking out a very
- 5:05Speaker 1: different narrative. Tina Brown, who is, I think, the best
- 5:09Speaker 1: royal writer in the world. Her Palace Papers is such
- 5:12Speaker 1: a fantastic book. If you haven't picked that up, I
- 5:15Speaker 1: do recommend it. She is going to interview Earl Spencer
- 5:19Speaker 1: in New York next week. And she has said that
- 5:22Speaker 1: her reporting indicates that Charles... wasn't giddy. Not at all giddy.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Not even slightly. He was devastated. He was nervous. After
- 5:30Speaker 1: Diana passed, he also, too, wanted to preserve himself. He
- 5:35Speaker 1: was worried that he was going to get blamed for
- 5:39Speaker 1: the death. Blamed for the death. And so, that is
- 5:42Speaker 1: not somebody who is giddy. He did not see, according
- 5:46Speaker 1: to Tina Brown, a fabulous royal reporter, he did not
- 5:50Speaker 1: see this as an opportunity to marry Camilla Parker Bowles. No.
- 5:54Speaker 1: He saw this as the end, that the public would
- 5:57Speaker 1: never forgive him. They would blame him. So actually, Tina
- 6:02Speaker 1: has reported, at least in her fabulous, fabulous book, it's
- 6:05Speaker 1: a few years old now, a couple of decades old,
- 6:08Speaker 1: in her book, she does claim the opposite. All my indications,
- 6:12Speaker 1: all the people I know in the palace, around the palace,
- 6:15Speaker 1: and we're going back 30 years here, all agree with
- 6:18Speaker 1: Tina and Paul Burrell, the butler, and not Earl Spencer.
- 6:22Speaker 1: This was not a time for celebration. And let's remember,
- 6:25Speaker 1: the Queen dug in her heels. She did not want
- 6:28Speaker 1: to break protocol. Remember, she wouldn't lower the flag. She
- 6:31Speaker 1: also would not send the private royal plane to Paris
- 6:36Speaker 1: to collect the body, to collect Princess Diana. It was
- 6:39Speaker 1: Charles who insisted that his mummy send the royal plane.
- 6:45Speaker 1: And Charles even flew to Paris. He was the one,
- 6:49Speaker 1: not her brother, her ex, her ex-husband, At the time,
- 6:53Speaker 1: he was the Prince of Wales. At the time, he
- 6:55Speaker 1: was Prince Charles. He wasn't king yet. But he jumped
- 6:58Speaker 1: on a plane. He went to Paris and he flew
- 7:00Speaker 1: back with Diana's body. So there's something here that doesn't
- 7:05Speaker 1: quite add up. And I got to admit now, I've
- 7:08Speaker 1: read the book. I've spoke to my sources. I'm starting
- 7:12Speaker 1: to believe the king here. Why would he do that?
- 7:15Speaker 1: Why would he call up somebody that he has a
- 7:18Speaker 1: very estranged relationship? They were never close. Charles Spencer and
- 7:21Speaker 1: Prince Charles were never, never close. Why would he say
- 7:24Speaker 1: something like that? Also, too, Charles, he might be a
- 7:28Speaker 1: little vain. He might be a little paranoid. He might
- 7:30Speaker 1: be a little bit insecure. But he's not a cruel man.
- 7:33Speaker 1: He is not a cruel man. And that... would be cruel.
- 7:36Speaker 1: It would be a monstrous thing to say. Giddy with
- 7:39Speaker 1: excitement that his ex had died in a tragic car
- 7:43Speaker 1: accident just doesn't add up to me. Read the book yourselves.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Let me know what you think. Which brings us to
- 7:49Speaker 1: our poll question of the day. Paul Burrell, Diana's butler,
- 7:52Speaker 1: is blasting Earl Spencer's new book saying he does not
- 7:56Speaker 1: recognize some of it who do you believe here do
- 8:00Speaker 1: you believe the king do you believe earl spencer let
- 8:05Speaker 1: us know do you believe paul burrell the butler hey
- 8:08Speaker 1: go vote on our twitter page our x page at
- 8:11Speaker 1: naughty nice rob our facebook page is naughty gossip and
- 8:15Speaker 1: be sure to check back on monday to hear your
- 8:19Speaker 1: results okay moving forward Dolly Parton's sister denies the explosive
- 8:23Speaker 1: family feud rumours that are all over the place. She's
- 8:27Speaker 1: saying it is just not true. Let me explain. So
- 8:30Speaker 1: Dolly Parton's sister, Frida, is insisting that there is, quote,
- 8:34Speaker 1: no feud within our family. Carefully worded there. The feud
- 8:38Speaker 1: is not within the family. The feud is between the
- 8:40Speaker 1: nephew and the manager. So she can say that and
- 8:44Speaker 1: it can be true, but not telling you the whole truth,
- 8:47Speaker 1: not the whole context. So, quote, she says once again, quote,
- 8:51Speaker 1: no feud within our family. That's true, despite an increasingly
- 8:55Speaker 1: bitter battle surrounding the late superstar's estate. Donnie is Dolly's
- 9:00Speaker 1: longtime manager. His name is Danny Nazel, and he was
- 9:03Speaker 1: with her for decades. He was actually quite loved. I
- 9:06Speaker 1: know people who have worked with Dolly, and they told
- 9:08Speaker 1: me Danny was a really good guy. So Danny has
- 9:11Speaker 1: sought a temporary restraining order against her nephew, Dolly's nephew
- 9:16Speaker 1: and former Head of security. He was her nephew. He
- 9:19Speaker 1: was the former head of security. His name is Brian.
- 9:22Speaker 1: The manager has accused him of threatening behaviour and attempted extortion.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Brian absolutely disputes that characterisation, saying that private messages were misconstructed.
- 9:34Speaker 1: So what happened here is we do have the private
- 9:36Speaker 1: messages that Brian sent to Danny. the security guard, the nephew,
- 9:40Speaker 1: sent to the manager. There's some really ugly stuff in there. Really, really,
- 9:44Speaker 1: really aggressive. Really mean. And he's saying they are being misconstrued,
- 9:49Speaker 1: taken out of context, possibly. Frieda wrote the following. This
- 9:53Speaker 1: is Dolly's sister. Quote, no one amongst the Parton-Owens family
- 9:58Speaker 1: is fighting over Dolly's estate. Once again, that is true.
- 10:01Speaker 1: It's not a fight within the family. This is a
- 10:03Speaker 1: fight between her nephew, a family member, and her manager.
- 10:07Speaker 1: She added, quote, just as we all love each other.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Once again, the truth, but it's what she's not saying
- 10:16Speaker 1: that is so important here, isn't it? She's saying the
- 10:19Speaker 1: family all agree here. Well, that's never been disputed. That's never,
- 10:22Speaker 1: ever been something that has been of an issue. The
- 10:25Speaker 1: issue is the manager. When Dolly died, she left her
- 10:28Speaker 1: manager and some other professionals in charge of her estate.
- 10:31Speaker 1: If the estate does well under these professionals, the family
- 10:34Speaker 1: are going to earn a lot of money. Her nephew
- 10:36Speaker 1: wants control. He wants to run the show. People say
- 10:41Speaker 1: he was emboldened by Dolly. Dolly turned another cheek, a
- 10:45Speaker 1: blind eye, when Brian was naughty, when he was aggressive.
- 10:49Speaker 1: And she just put that to one side and didn't
- 10:52Speaker 1: want to deal with it. And now, now that she's gone...
- 10:55Speaker 1: There's nobody to restrain him. There's nobody to keep him
- 10:58Speaker 1: on a tight leash. He thinks he's running the show
- 11:01Speaker 1: without any experience in management, in estate planning. He does
- 11:05Speaker 1: not know how to do that. He probably was a
- 11:07Speaker 1: magnificent security guard. He has a military background. But that
- 11:11Speaker 1: doesn't make you a business manager of a multi-million dollar estate.
- 11:15Speaker 1: So that's what's going on here. This story is far
- 11:19Speaker 1: from over. And even though Dolly's sister has issued a statement...
- 11:23Speaker 1: It's not what she's saying that is interesting. Once again,
- 11:27Speaker 1: the family are not fighting. That is not what anybody
- 11:30Speaker 1: is claiming. This is a battle between the family and management. OK,
- 11:35Speaker 1: moving along, we have some more details about Presley Gerber.
- 11:39Speaker 1: And he was found near his bed inside the rehab
- 11:42Speaker 1: facility as the investigation deepens. New details are emerging about
- 11:49Speaker 1: the final hours of Cindy Crawford's and Randy Gerber's son,
- 11:52Speaker 1: Presley Gerber. The 26-year-old was reportedly found in a bathroom
- 11:58Speaker 1: at the Santa Monica rehab facility where he died on
- 12:02Speaker 1: September 20th. According to TMZ, his body was discovered near
- 12:07Speaker 1: the bed, but not on it. A 911 audio call
- 12:11Speaker 1: previously released reveals that Presley was treated for a suspected
- 12:16Speaker 1: overdose of after suffering cardiac arrest. Though no official cause
- 12:21Speaker 1: of death has yet been determined, Presley entered. Presley entered
- 12:26Speaker 1: the facility the same weekend and was allegedly under the
- 12:30Speaker 1: influence of a substance when he arrived. Really erratic behavior.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Now we know he was found in the bathroom by
- 12:39Speaker 1: a bed inside the facility. It is suspected that it
- 12:43Speaker 1: was a drug overdose. Now, now investigators, now the police
- 12:48Speaker 1: are trying to figure out how did he get those drugs?
- 12:51Speaker 1: Did he enter the facility with the drugs? Were they
- 12:55Speaker 1: delivered to him? This feels like Hayden Panettiere, doesn't it?
- 12:58Speaker 1: They have cell phones, they have video footage. They will
- 13:01Speaker 1: find out if he had a visitor, if somebody came
- 13:04Speaker 1: to visit him at that centre and if that person
- 13:07Speaker 1: potentially provided drugs. Also, too, his phone will give the
- 13:11Speaker 1: police an enormous amount of of information who was he
- 13:15Speaker 1: calling who was his dealer often these celebrities had an
- 13:19Speaker 1: exclusive long-time dealer people they trusted people they had used
- 13:23Speaker 1: many many times before and that's why they get so
- 13:25Speaker 1: reckless because if you've done drugs several times and you're
- 13:29Speaker 1: fine you wake up the next morning you feel invincible
- 13:31Speaker 1: you do it again but it only takes one time
- 13:34Speaker 1: one pill one line of a substance that has fentanyl
- 13:38Speaker 1: in it and that is the end of you just
- 13:42Speaker 1: heartbreaking OK, we have some more reporting about Meghan Markle.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Her best friend has revealed intimate glimpses of her in
- 13:49Speaker 1: the UK. So we've not really seen much of Meghan.
- 13:51Speaker 1: In fact, we've only seen two pictures. One is a
- 13:55Speaker 1: collage of pictures that she released of her family. The
- 13:59Speaker 1: other is a photograph of her at a pub with Ellen.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Somebody at the pub, a Brit, somebody at the pub
- 14:05Speaker 1: took a picture and leaked it. Now her best friend,
- 14:08Speaker 1: her best friend is giving fans a rare peek behind
- 14:11Speaker 1: the gates. as the Sussexes start their new life in Britain.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Kelly McKee, that's her friend's name, she shared intimate photographs
- 14:20Speaker 1: of her UK visit, showing Meghan cuddling her son Jack
- 14:24Speaker 1: and playing outdoors and enjoying a trip to the pub.
- 14:27Speaker 1: So Kelly is in Britain visiting Meghan. They went to
- 14:30Speaker 1: a local pub together and she took some pictures and
- 14:32Speaker 1: she posted them. Harry's also in the pictures, relaxing on
- 14:35Speaker 1: the floor, playing with the baby, while Princess Lilibet, also
- 14:39Speaker 1: appears in one cosy family snapshot. So Kelly called it
- 14:44Speaker 1: a sweet chapter, thanking locals for being so loving towards
- 14:48Speaker 1: Meghan and adding, quote, she missed you too cheerio, which
- 14:53Speaker 1: is a British word for goodbye. I love these pictures.
- 14:56Speaker 1: It's lovely to see Meghan and the children and Harry happy. However,
- 15:01Speaker 1: They do keep screaming, screaming privacy. Leave us alone. I'm
- 15:05Speaker 1: sure a friend has permission to post these pictures. I
- 15:07Speaker 1: hope she did, because if she doesn't, she's probably an
- 15:09Speaker 1: ex-friend now. But I can't get my head around this.
- 15:14Speaker 1: You want privacy, then you let a friend post pictures.
- 15:17Speaker 1: I don't know. There's something that feels, shall I say, hypocritical.
- 15:21Speaker 1: It does, doesn't it, about this one? Okay, we're going
- 15:23Speaker 1: to take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty But Nice Show. I'm your host,
- 15:30Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. Hey, let's get to the polls. Last show
- 15:34Speaker 1: we talked about Harry and Meghan's troubled marriage actually doing better.
- 15:37Speaker 1: The troubles have eased since they returned to the UK.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Will this last? Will it last? 70% said no. I
- 15:45Speaker 1: think you might have a point here because our reporting
- 15:49Speaker 1: is They haven't suddenly discussed stuff or become closer emotionally.
- 15:53Speaker 1: What they're enjoying together is the circus, is the chaos.
- 15:57Speaker 1: They're enjoying all this attention together. They are enjoying the
- 16:00Speaker 1: feeling of it's us versus the world. A common enemy
- 16:04Speaker 1: can often draw two people together and that's what's going on.
- 16:07Speaker 1: At the moment, hopefully we're wrong. Hopefully these two are
- 16:10Speaker 1: going to be just fine. Hey, don't forget to vote
- 16:13Speaker 1: on today's poll. Go to our X page, our Twitter page,
- 16:16Speaker 1: at Naughty Nice Rob. Our Facebook page is Naughty Gossip.
- 16:20Speaker 1: And be sure to check back on Monday to hear
- 16:23Speaker 1: your results. And now it's time for our nicest of
- 16:28Speaker 1: the day. Our nicest of the day is Justin Bieber,
- 16:31Speaker 1: who surprised LA's homeless community with food, clothes, and an
- 16:35Speaker 1: impromptu concert in the park. Justin turned Los Angeles Park
- 16:40Speaker 1: into a surprise concert venue while giving back to people
- 16:44Speaker 1: experiencing homelessness. The 32-year-old singer appeared at MacArthur Park, performing
- 16:51Speaker 1: several songs. Stunned fans gathered around, but an insider says
- 16:55Speaker 1: the music was only part of the mission. Justin and
- 16:58Speaker 1: his team handed out food and clothing and other resources,
- 17:02Speaker 1: while associates brought out a nearby bakery's fresh-made donuts and
- 17:08Speaker 1: they distributed them. One insider tells Page Six Quote, Justin
- 17:12Speaker 1: has an incredibly deep heart for the homeless community. He
- 17:16Speaker 1: wanted to say hi and he wanted to bring resources, food,
- 17:19Speaker 1: clothing and hope. Oh, our nicest of the day. And
- 17:24Speaker 1: now our naughtiest of the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Our naughtiest of the day is Pioneer Woman Ria. Drummond's
- 17:32Speaker 1: foster son has been arrested for allegedly slapping a cop
- 17:37Speaker 1: and being in possession of meth. So pioneer woman, her
- 17:42Speaker 1: name is Ree, her foster son, his Jamar Goff, has
- 17:46Speaker 1: been arrested, arrested after an alarming encounter with police in Alabama.
- 17:53Speaker 1: The 23-year-old was allegedly found shirtless and asleep near a
- 17:57Speaker 1: fountain at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Police say
- 18:03Speaker 1: that Jamar told officers he was waiting to buy ice,
- 18:07Speaker 1: which is a term for meth. After officers discovered an
- 18:12Speaker 1: outstanding warrant, Jamar allegedly ran. Before being detained, he later
- 18:18Speaker 1: allegedly struck an officer at the hospital. Police also found
- 18:22Speaker 1: 1.6 grams of meth and a glass pipe on him.
- 18:26Speaker 1: His bond was set at $ 37, 000. And naughtiest of the day,
- 18:32Speaker 1: let's end with a moment of rub. You gotta rub,
- 18:34Speaker 1: you gotta rub, you gotta rub. If you want to
- 18:37Speaker 1: see a different life, stop repeating the same day. If
- 18:41Speaker 1: you want a different life, you have to stop repeating
- 18:44Speaker 1: the same day. We tell ourselves we want change, but
- 18:48Speaker 1: then wake up and make the same choices. Follow the
- 18:51Speaker 1: same routines. Tolerate the same people and repeat the same excuses.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Then we wonder, why has nothing changed? A new life
- 19:00Speaker 1: begins with a new decision, a new direction. Take another route.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Say no when you usually say yes. Apply for that job.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Make the call. Leave the room. Start the things you
- 19:14Speaker 1: keep postponing. Your future will be built by what you
- 19:19Speaker 1: repeatedly do today. Change the day and eventually you change
- 19:26Speaker 1: your life. Hey, that is it for today. Thank you
- 19:30Speaker 1: so much for listening to the Naughty But Nice with
