- 3:09Speaker 2: do pray. And then in our quote for the week
- 3:15Speaker 2: is God wants to men our broken heart, but we
- 3:22Speaker 2: must first give him our broken pieces.
- 3:27Speaker 3: By Joan Relay Hell.
- 3:32Speaker 2: And tonight we're gonna be talking about I made it
- 3:37Speaker 2: on broken pieces. How many of us have looked back
- 3:42Speaker 2: over our lives and realized that it was only by
- 3:46Speaker 2: God's grace that we made it through every obstacle, every disappointment,
- 3:52Speaker 2: every failure and storm on this journey called life. We're
- 3:58Speaker 2: faith with many difficult situations and challenges. Oftentimes, doing this struggle,
- 4:08Speaker 2: we don't see how it is humanly possible to make
- 4:12Speaker 2: it out victorious. The enemy will speak to us and
- 4:17Speaker 2: make us feel like this is our final chapter. We
- 4:22Speaker 2: try everything, but it appears like everything that we try fails.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Life has a way of throwing us a curveball, and
- 4:32Speaker 2: sometimes we cry out, Lord, why is it so much pain?
- 4:40Speaker 2: Why me we christen God? On what reason we were
- 4:48Speaker 2: diagnose with cancer? Or why we can't pay our bills?
- 4:53Speaker 2: One question I personally ask God was why did my
- 4:57Speaker 2: son have to leave his earthly home for his earthly home,
- 5:02Speaker 2: for his heavily home? At the tender age of eighteen,
- 5:07Speaker 2: I relied on my favorite scriptures to help me get
- 5:11Speaker 2: through one of the greatest storms of my life. Acts
- 5:16Speaker 2: twenty seven and twenty two. I resought you to be
- 5:20Speaker 2: of good cheer, where there should be no loss of
- 5:24Speaker 2: any man's life among you. But of the ship, Acts
- 5:30Speaker 2: twenty seven, forty three to forty seven. But the Centurian,
- 5:36Speaker 2: willing to save Paul, kept them from that purpose and
- 5:41Speaker 2: commanded they would swim, should cast themselves burfitent, seek and
- 5:47Speaker 2: get the land, and the rest some on boards. Someone
- 5:53Speaker 2: broken pieces of the ship, and it came to pass
- 5:57Speaker 2: that they all escaped safe to land. Everyone faces some
- 6:03Speaker 2: kind of storm in their life. Some storms are natural
- 6:07Speaker 2: disasters such as tornado, hurricanes, or blizzards. Others our personal storm,
- 6:15Speaker 2: such as the loss of a job, the loss of
- 6:18Speaker 2: a loved one, set back, so relationship problems. Unfortunately, they
- 6:25Speaker 2: are all part of this journey called life. Therefore, we
- 6:31Speaker 2: understand that in this life we're gonna face many storms.
- 6:36Speaker 2: The question is that whether or not we are gonna
- 6:41Speaker 2: go through storms. But the question is, as we cope
- 6:46Speaker 2: with the storms of life, how can we be unstoppable
- 6:51Speaker 2: despite the storm? In the pattage of Scripture, Paul is
- 6:56Speaker 2: in prison and on his way to Rome to stay
- 6:59Speaker 2: in trial. For warns them that is not saved to
- 7:04Speaker 2: travel at this time of the year, but they ignore
- 7:08Speaker 2: his warning and take the trip anyway. How many times
- 7:13Speaker 2: in our life have we refused to listen to sound
- 7:17Speaker 2: counsel and decide that we are grown and we do
- 7:21Speaker 2: not have to listen to anyone. You have the mindset
- 7:26Speaker 2: you're gonna do things your way. It's like when we
- 7:29Speaker 2: were children, our parents told us not to touch the
- 7:34Speaker 2: stove or we were gonna get burnt, and we had
- 7:38Speaker 2: to find out for ourselves that the stove was hot.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Often times in life God would tell us not to
- 7:47Speaker 2: do something, and we go against the will of God
- 7:50Speaker 2: and we find ourselves in the storm.
- 7:54Speaker 3: How much grief and pain would.
- 7:56Speaker 2: We have saved our soul if we listen to the
- 8:00Speaker 2: voice of God. The sailors did not listen to the ball.
- 8:05Speaker 2: After all, who did he think he was? He was
- 8:09Speaker 2: just the prisoner. Many times in life we go astray
- 8:14Speaker 2: because we look at the package that is carrying the message.
- 8:19Speaker 2: The men didn't listen to the ball, excuse me, and
- 8:25Speaker 2: they sail right into the word storm of their life.
- 8:30Speaker 2: They tried everything to save the ship. When nothing worked,
- 8:36Speaker 2: they started to throw everything they didn't need overboard. Many
- 8:42Speaker 2: of us are traveling through life with excessive baggage. We
- 8:48Speaker 2: picked this baggage up from every storm we ever went
- 8:52Speaker 2: through in life or through. The ship was destroyed, all
- 8:57Speaker 2: the men survived.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I'm on broken pieces.
- 9:02Speaker 2: How many people know that God can pick up the
- 9:06Speaker 2: broken pieces of your life and make a matter masterpiece
- 9:12Speaker 2: out of it. In two thousand and nine, I went
- 9:16Speaker 2: through one of the physics storms of my life.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I lost my son.
- 9:23Speaker 2: The devil told me I might as well thrown a
- 9:26Speaker 2: tabel because this storm was gonna take me out.
- 9:32Speaker 3: He told me that I preached my last sermon.
- 9:35Speaker 2: He asked me, how can I mentor young people when
- 9:39Speaker 2: my own child was gone. My son was a choir director,
- 9:44Speaker 2: so I couldn't even stand the head a choir singer anymore.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I couldn't be able to speak to any of my
- 9:51Speaker 2: friends who still had their children. I was on the
- 9:55Speaker 2: verge of cutting out the next person that said he
- 9:59Speaker 2: was in a by the place. I didn't want to
- 10:03Speaker 2: hear one more person say he was in a better place.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Oh yeah, now, I realized that he's in a better place.
- 10:12Speaker 2: But on the first day, you don't want to hear
- 10:15Speaker 2: that he's in a better place, because to you, the
- 10:18Speaker 2: better place is in his bedroom or at the dining
- 10:22Speaker 2: room table, not you never seeing them again. So I
- 10:27Speaker 2: went through a storm, and on April seventeen, two thousand
- 10:34Speaker 2: and nine, Huh, I found my soul in another storm.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Huh.
- 10:39Speaker 2: It wasn't because I wanted to be un alive, but
- 10:44Speaker 2: I wanted to spend my son's first birthday in heaven
- 10:49Speaker 2: with him. So I put a whole bottle of pills
- 10:52Speaker 2: in my head. And I know that God is real
- 10:57Speaker 2: because he said, if you do it, you'll never see
- 11:00Speaker 2: them again. I put those pills down, and I realized
- 11:06Speaker 2: that I needed help to get through the storm. There
- 11:10Speaker 2: was a long road to recovery. It was not easy
- 11:15Speaker 2: because I made a lot of permanent decisions while I
- 11:19Speaker 2: was in a temporary place. I was broken, but not destroyed.
- 11:26Speaker 2: I might have been wounded, but I made it. I'm
- 11:30Speaker 2: glad that broken crayons are still color. In the name
- 11:36Speaker 2: of Jesus, God can still use me even her midst
- 11:43Speaker 2: of broken pizzas.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Uh, huh, you can still see the scars, but I
- 11:48Speaker 3: made it. Many nights in the midnight.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Hour, I cried all night long, asking God why adored
- 11:58Speaker 2: so much pain. I haven't always been perfect, but I've
- 12:03Speaker 2: been faithful that some things that I have adored in
- 12:08Speaker 2: my life, but such as physical, mental, and verbal abuse
- 12:12Speaker 2: as a child, the loss of my child, and.
- 12:16Speaker 3: A fell marriage.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Many people would have never made it to do this
- 12:22Speaker 2: storm because it might have killed them. But thank God
- 12:28Speaker 2: I made it. I realized that according to man, I
- 12:33Speaker 2: should not still be here. But I'm still here and
- 12:38Speaker 2: I'm still standing on broken pieces of.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Glory be to God.
- 12:45Speaker 2: I would have named it, never made it out of
- 12:48Speaker 2: this hard storm if it had not been for God on.
- 12:53Speaker 3: My side that solve by nerve and SAPs.
- 12:58Speaker 2: I was not just word to me. But I never
- 13:03Speaker 2: would have made it. But now I'm.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Better, so much better. I'll glory be to God.
- 13:12Speaker 2: See, sometimes in life you're gonna go through some things.
- 13:18Speaker 2: You're gonna be hit so hard that the wind is
- 13:23Speaker 2: gonna be knocked out of you. How but I came
- 13:27Speaker 2: by tonight on my way to glory. How to tell
- 13:33Speaker 2: somebody how that even though how you made it or
- 13:38Speaker 2: broken pieces, you still made it. Give God some glory
- 13:44Speaker 2: how because.
- 13:45Speaker 3: You made it.
- 13:46Speaker 2: How you don't look likely what you've been through.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Ah.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Let's talk her to the children of Israel. How glory
- 13:57Speaker 2: be to God they pay to the red sea. How
- 14:02Speaker 2: and their seals didn't even get wet. Oh, glory be
- 14:08Speaker 2: to God.
- 14:09Speaker 3: They made it? How they made it? How all broken pieces?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Ah.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Let's look at her our brother David.
- 14:19Speaker 2: He was appointed and annoying him of the big King.
- 14:24Speaker 2: But he whipped back out into the fields. Alla Louisa
- 14:28Speaker 2: had to get some experience.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Glory be to God.
- 14:33Speaker 2: And then he faced one of his storms. But he
- 14:38Speaker 2: knew huh that God was with him. Huh, because he said, God.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Help me fight the lion, and God help me fight you. Huh. Ah.
- 14:48Speaker 2: I know He's gonna help me fight this filthy philistine
- 14:53Speaker 2: now ah jahn, Tonight a giant stu die, are you
- 14:59Speaker 2: made you made it on broken pieces of Glory be
- 15:05Speaker 2: to God, hollered Louiah.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I feel I feel like going on on tonight.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Hollered Loujah, because I'm still standing. Oh, despite her, the
- 15:19Speaker 2: fact I buried my son, despite the fact her that
- 15:24Speaker 2: I've been homeless, despite the fact that I had a divorce,
- 15:30Speaker 2: I despect the fact that I had a debilitating stroke.
- 15:37Speaker 2: I am still standing her.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Glory be to God.
- 15:42Speaker 2: I might have made it on broken pieces, but I
- 15:48Speaker 2: made it. How can somebody high five them silk and
- 15:54Speaker 2: say I made it? How when the enemy thought it
- 15:57Speaker 2: was over her? When the enemy how thought I should
- 16:01Speaker 2: throw in the towel. See, God has placed something in me. How,
- 16:07Speaker 2: Oh do you remember the carnival? And you throw the
- 16:11Speaker 2: ball real hard at the cloud now and the cloud
- 16:14Speaker 2: almost goes all the way back, but just about her
- 16:20Speaker 2: when your time to claim your granmplies that clown how
- 16:26Speaker 2: jumps back up again? Well, God has put the bounce
- 16:31Speaker 2: back spirit in me. How every time I go through
- 16:35Speaker 2: a storm, every time I go through a disppointment.
- 16:40Speaker 3: How glory be the God.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I bounced back just when the enemy how thinks he
- 16:48Speaker 2: has me? How I got away? How did anybody get away? Tonight?
- 16:54Speaker 2: How glory be to God. You might have made it
- 16:58Speaker 2: or broken pieces, I but you made it. I came
- 17:04Speaker 2: by the night. The prophesied somebody that you gotta make
- 17:10Speaker 2: it through the storm, no storm less forever. Every storm
- 17:18Speaker 2: has an aspiration date. And I came by be love
- 17:23Speaker 2: it to let you know that every storm wasn't meant
- 17:29Speaker 2: to destroy you, but the storm was meant to make
- 17:35Speaker 2: you stronger.
- 17:36Speaker 3: The storm was meant to make you better.
- 17:41Speaker 2: And somebody needs to thank God for their storm. I
- 17:47Speaker 2: reminded of a song I told my storm, Glory be
- 17:52Speaker 2: the guy. I said to my storm. Wind stopped blowing her.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Glory be the god stunner stop her. Glory be the God.

- 19:04Speaker 2: You survived the storm. And you know why you survived
- 19:09Speaker 2: the storm to help somebody else and make it out.
- 19:16Speaker 2: I'm reminded her of when her the disciples her was
- 19:22Speaker 2: in the middle of a storm and they got afraid Alleluiah,
- 19:29Speaker 2: and Jesus was sleeping her in the.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Boat Alan Louiah.
- 19:35Speaker 2: They woke him up her and said, oh, my God,
- 19:40Speaker 2: I was a terrible storm brewing out there her and
- 19:45Speaker 2: Jesus said, her, beast, be still. I'm reminded of another
- 19:50Speaker 2: time when the disciples became afraid now and they saw
- 19:55Speaker 2: it Jesus walking on the water. And Peter said, ah,
- 20:01Speaker 2: when you bid me to come. And Peter began to
- 20:06Speaker 2: walk on the water. But the minute Peter took his
- 20:11Speaker 2: eyes over God and focused on the water, he began
- 20:16Speaker 2: to think, Glory be to God. No matter what you're
- 20:21Speaker 2: going through on tonight, keep your.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Hand in the hand of the Man.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Hollylujah. All of us look to the hills from which

- 20:47Speaker 2: on tonight. I feel like her riding out the storm.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Who feels her like riding out there storm on tonight?
- 21:00Speaker 3: Lujah?
- 21:00Speaker 2: I wish her I had some believers. I wish her
- 21:05Speaker 2: I had somebody who had something to praise God for her.
- 21:11Speaker 3: I'm glad sure I'm not the only one that made
- 21:16Speaker 3: it all broken pieces.
- 21:19Speaker 2: There's somebody else that can say, on tonight, I made it.
- 21:26Speaker 3: I made it. I'm still standing.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Glory be to God. I don't look her like what
- 21:35Speaker 2: I've been through. Oh, here comes the three Hebrew boys.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 21:43Speaker 2: And it was ordered to be in the furnace, and
- 21:46Speaker 2: the furnace was turned up for seventy times high. But
- 21:51Speaker 2: when they came out her of the fiery furnace, how
- 21:56Speaker 2: they didn't look like what they've been through. They didn't
- 22:01Speaker 2: even smell like loo Ave Louiah. Their God, their God
- 22:09Speaker 2: delivered them, and your God can deliver you on tonight.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Oh, glory be to God.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Halleluiah, hallelujah, Halleluiah, A hallelujah. Put together those sanctified her
- 22:28Speaker 2: holy hands, and let's give God some praise, Oh Hallelujah.
- 22:35Speaker 2: All God wants is a yes, Sir, Hallan Louisa, Hall
- 22:41Speaker 2: Louis Yes God, Yes, Sir, I'll say yes to your
- 22:46Speaker 2: will and yes to your way here Gold, matter what
- 22:51Speaker 2: storm I'm in her, I'm gonna say yes, sir, Yes Lord.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Thank you God for being able to use me here,
- 23:00Speaker 2: even broken God, Ah, thank you Jesus, are that broken
- 23:06Speaker 2: crayons are on tonight, still color, hallelujah. The enemy may
- 23:14Speaker 2: tell you it's all over throwing the towel, but the
- 23:19Speaker 2: devil is alive. Don't listen to him. On tonight, Glory
- 23:24Speaker 2: be to God. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Let's go to the throne
- 23:33Speaker 2: of grace one more time. De Heavenly Father, we thank
- 23:41Speaker 2: you that we're still standing. We thank you that we
- 23:48Speaker 2: made it through the storms alive. And God, if there's
- 23:52Speaker 2: anybody within the sound of my voice that don't know you,
- 23:57Speaker 2: on tonight, they can get you to know you. All
- 24:01Speaker 2: they have to do is a knowledge that you're the
- 24:05Speaker 2: son of God. And then you died on the cross
- 24:12Speaker 2: for us, and after three days ha hallelujah, you rose
- 24:19Speaker 2: again with all victory in your hands. And once you've
- 24:26Speaker 2: said that, find yourself a Bible, believe in church where
- 24:31Speaker 2: you can learn more of God and see the manifestation
- 24:36Speaker 2: of His promises in your life. You'll never be alone.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Even though you may make it on broken pieces, you
- 24:47Speaker 2: will still make it. And did those of you who
- 24:50Speaker 2: know God and have been through the storm and came
- 24:54Speaker 2: out victorious, you are more than over and God and
- 25:03Speaker 2: God to the Bereeve family. God we asked that you
- 25:08Speaker 2: touch their heart on tonight. You give them a peace
- 25:12Speaker 2: that only you can give. God, remember the visionary of
- 25:19Speaker 2: this ministry, continue to strengthen her build.
- 25:24Speaker 3: To up touch her body in a mighty way. Thank God.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I don't know what everybody needs this line, but you do. God,
