- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Melli Cats and
- 0:05Speaker 1: Tambra Jedge. Welcome back to two Teas in a Pod
- 0:14Speaker 1: with myself and Tambra Judge. I'm so excited we're going
- 0:17Speaker 1: to have Jacky from who You look beautiful. Thank you.
- 0:24Speaker 1: You guys look great too. Thanks. I love the short
- 0:28Speaker 1: hair on you. It's so much easier. And I've had
- 0:31Speaker 1: extensions and for so many years. To not have any
- 0:33Speaker 1: end is like the most fringed. Well, you have good
- 0:36Speaker 1: enough hair, Like if I cut my hair that length,
- 0:39Speaker 1: it would not look good. No, I thought that was
- 0:41Speaker 1: going to be the case, but no, it's when it's long.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I had like hair that goes into a V because
- 0:47Speaker 1: it's so thin at the bottom. But yes, uh well
- 0:51Speaker 1: that's that's the start, guys. Since is to Cheese Pod,
- 0:56Speaker 1: where we will discuss our extensions and the damage that
- 1:00Speaker 1: housewives will do to your hair. Um, Jackie, thank you
- 1:03Speaker 1: so much for joining us. Nice to be here. And
- 1:07Speaker 1: I am an expert on how extensions can look bad
- 1:10Speaker 1: on camera. So I think we all are Jackie. We
- 1:13Speaker 1: all are at her moments. I feel like sometimes maybe
- 1:18Speaker 1: the camera guys could like say, hey, your track showing
- 1:21Speaker 1: there's like things for my first season where I had
- 1:24Speaker 1: like a calic and then you could see the full
- 1:27Speaker 1: blown track, like showing in my house. Sometimes they just
- 1:31Speaker 1: do you dirty and focusing on that Like I honestly
- 1:35Speaker 1: think they live for those moments. Yeah they do. They're like, yeah,
- 1:39Speaker 1: track is showing it's not her hair. This season has
- 1:45Speaker 1: been crazy. The only thing wait I have is the
- 1:48Speaker 1: season wasn't long enough. I know, I don't know why
- 1:51Speaker 1: Jersey always gets very few episodes for some reason, but
- 1:55Speaker 1: you know, I will say that those episodes are always
- 1:57Speaker 1: like action packed. There never Yeah, they get great ratings,
- 2:01Speaker 1: so I guess they know what they're doing. Yeah, I
- 2:04Speaker 1: mean I personally like it that way. I think then
- 2:06Speaker 1: each time I can learn, like and then they'll they
- 2:09Speaker 1: still dive into personal story though, but I think it's
- 2:12Speaker 1: because because ultimately I'll have a connection of some sort,
- 2:15Speaker 1: whether it's good or bad. Nobody feels like strangers on
- 2:17Speaker 1: the show, right because it's been the same people over
- 2:20Speaker 1: and over. Yeah, we all really do know each other.
- 2:24Speaker 1: So before we dive into the season in the reunion,
- 2:27Speaker 1: let's start from the beginning. Um, how did you originally
- 2:30Speaker 1: get cast on the show? Um? You know, I don't
- 2:34Speaker 1: really know. I think they called so many people at
- 2:37Speaker 1: the same time that they called me, because, um, like
- 2:39Speaker 1: half my town was doing like the zoom phone calls
- 2:43Speaker 1: and so I really felt like there was no chance
- 2:46Speaker 1: that I was going to get it. Um, So they
- 2:49Speaker 1: reached out to me. A casting director just reached out
- 2:52Speaker 1: to me. And at the time, I was I had
- 2:54Speaker 1: a pretty popular column in the newspaper, in one of
- 2:57Speaker 1: the New Jersey newspapers. Um, but it was like a
- 3:00Speaker 1: big New Jersey newspaper. It wasn't like a local rag
- 3:03Speaker 1: and I was writing for the huff Post. I was
- 3:05Speaker 1: writing for a few other places. So um, I don't know.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I think they thought I had like a you know,
- 3:10Speaker 1: like a voice, like I wasn't afraid to be opinionated.
- 3:13Speaker 1: And then obviously I live in a beautiful home. So
- 3:16Speaker 1: I think it all came together. Siggy was leaving, uh,
- 3:22Speaker 1: but she was like the resident Jewish woman, and I
- 3:24Speaker 1: think like maybe I was just, you know, the next
- 3:27Speaker 1: Jewish woman on the list, and so I mean, it
- 3:29Speaker 1: all just came together. I guess I was what they
- 3:31Speaker 1: were looking for at the time. Had you ever filmed
- 3:33Speaker 1: the scene before? No? No, no, I never thought and
- 3:37Speaker 1: I always watched New Jersey, which I feel like, if
- 3:40Speaker 1: you're gonna be on a TV show that you never watched,
- 3:42Speaker 1: that's probably not the best move, Like who doesn't watch?
- 3:45Speaker 1: But I got, you know, torn apart for actually being
- 3:47Speaker 1: a fan of the show before I was on it,
- 3:49Speaker 1: But I never saw that. I saw this tweet and
- 3:53Speaker 1: I actually thought it was like quite rude that they
- 3:56Speaker 1: continued like it was mean where they just keep digging
- 3:59Speaker 1: in you are bro You were being interviewed by Brodie. Yeah,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I was a fan on the show of the show. Yeah,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and she and the person kept just like going into it,
- 4:09Speaker 1: like and you're like, where when are you going to
- 4:10Speaker 1: actually ask your question? Oh? That was at Bravo Con. Yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 1: I think that that was a set up. Listen, there's
- 4:19Speaker 1: a certain member of my cast who has very many
- 4:21Speaker 1: fans who hate me terribly and always have and they
- 4:25Speaker 1: go after me and like at the beginning, it used
- 4:27Speaker 1: to be like, oh my god, stop and now I
- 4:29Speaker 1: could give a crap. That happened to me was Bravo Con. Yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 1: that was ridiculous. So is it fair to say I
- 4:36Speaker 1: am I was a fan of the show. It didn't
- 4:39Speaker 1: mean I was a fan of Teresa in me personally. Yeah,
- 4:44Speaker 1: like because you actually before when I was on the show,
- 4:47Speaker 1: I had no problem with her. I quite enjoyed watching
- 4:50Speaker 1: her out first. I thought they were very entertaining because
- 4:53Speaker 1: they weren't directed towards you. I ben't wanting to be
- 4:58Speaker 1: friends with like everybody. I mean, I knew Margaret, but
- 5:02Speaker 1: I came in like really open minded about the whole thing.
- 5:05Speaker 1: In fact, I had the delusion that I was going
- 5:07Speaker 1: to be the one who didn't fight with anyone, and
- 5:09Speaker 1: I was just gonna be the voice of reasons down
- 5:12Speaker 1: the toilet when you find out what everyone's saying about
- 5:14Speaker 1: you behind your back. But you know, that's what I
- 5:17Speaker 1: thought I was gonna do, be everyone's best. I have
- 5:19Speaker 1: a very important question, Goad. Did everybody on the cast
- 5:25Speaker 1: get new teeth? But you and Melissa said everybody's teeth
- 5:29Speaker 1: were Wait, you got new teeth too. I got new
- 5:34Speaker 1: teeth like three years ago, after my first time. I
- 5:36Speaker 1: got your teeth, okay, but before the year I was
- 5:38Speaker 1: one of the first. Yeah, did you guys all go
- 5:41Speaker 1: to the same guy we were? No? I went here
- 5:43Speaker 1: in Jersey. I love my dentist, and he happens to
- 5:46Speaker 1: do beautiful cosmetic dentistry. So I stuck with him. But
- 5:48Speaker 1: they all went to I think a bunch of them
- 5:51Speaker 1: went to the same one. I know Margaret used Appa
- 5:53Speaker 1: that was on your cast used, Um, I don't know.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Theresa just got has done. I don't know who she is.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Jen probably went to Turkey. I don't know. I don't
- 6:05Speaker 1: know who everyone else is. Teeth, I mean I have
- 6:08Speaker 1: fake teeth, I understand, but everybody's teeth were like I
- 6:13Speaker 1: don't know. And I don't know if it's because they
- 6:16Speaker 1: were so spray tand that it made it stand out
- 6:19Speaker 1: more or what. But it was like, I mean every reunion,
- 6:21Speaker 1: everyone's teeth big. It could have been that. Now, it
- 6:25Speaker 1: could have been just the lighting. Yeah, we're on a
- 6:27Speaker 1: group text and world, Like everybody got new teeth, maybe
- 6:29Speaker 1: we should get new teeth. I mean, this is not
- 6:32Speaker 1: subtle about their changes AFT. So I mean this is
- 6:37Speaker 1: a judgment free zone. But um, and then who do
- 6:41Speaker 1: you think when you joined the cast, Like, was there
- 6:43Speaker 1: somebody that you authentically just effortlessly connected with. Well, I
- 6:48Speaker 1: was already friendly with Margaret, but so when we when
- 6:52Speaker 1: I started on the show, like we weren't as close
- 6:54Speaker 1: and we just instantly got super close. I didn't know
- 6:57Speaker 1: Melissa at all, and we instantly connected. And we've been
- 7:01Speaker 1: very close friends since, the three of us especially, we
- 7:04Speaker 1: love being together. I love you guys together, and I
- 7:07Speaker 1: love Melissa, I love Margaret, I love I love all
- 7:11Speaker 1: you guys. Well, so I have to ask I I
- 7:16Speaker 1: understand we've been talking. We were just we did a
- 7:18Speaker 1: recap episode last week about the reunion, and then we're,
- 7:22Speaker 1: you know, having you on, and we're talking about how
- 7:26Speaker 1: you know, when you guys are filming, Teresa's consistently asking
- 7:30Speaker 1: Melissa to have her back, like always, like Melissa, you
- 7:34Speaker 1: have to leave. But then when we found out that
- 7:36Speaker 1: Melissa wasn't going to be a bridesmaid, and Louise sisters
- 7:40Speaker 1: were if you're just gonna have your kids be bridesmaid,
- 7:44Speaker 1: who cares? But it it's a particular slap in the face,
- 7:48Speaker 1: I would be very insulted. I think Melissa has gotten
- 7:51Speaker 1: used to that dynamic in their relationship. You know, I
- 7:55Speaker 1: don't think that anything Teresa does surprises her. I mean,
- 7:58Speaker 1: on the one hand, it's Teresa's wet, she's entitled to
- 8:00Speaker 1: do what she wants. On the other hand, it's just,
- 8:03Speaker 1: you know, it speaks volumes about what she the amount
- 8:06Speaker 1: of respect she has for her brother and her brother's wife.
- 8:09Speaker 1: How often do you think that they spend time together
- 8:12Speaker 1: when you're not on camera? Um, but you know it
- 8:15Speaker 1: goes through waves, like I'll talk to Melissa, they'll spend
- 8:18Speaker 1: like a holiday together, and they'll feel warm, and I know,
- 8:22Speaker 1: you know, when Louis first came around, they did a
- 8:24Speaker 1: lot of like double dates and everything like that, and
- 8:26Speaker 1: then it's just like out of nowhere, it'll be like
- 8:28Speaker 1: cold as ice. You know. She doesn't obviously tell me
- 8:31Speaker 1: everything that happens behind the scenes with her and Teresa,
- 8:34Speaker 1: So I don't think it's great. I don't think that
- 8:38Speaker 1: they have a great relationship. I mean, you could see
- 8:39Speaker 1: that in the reunion episode that just passed. They clearly
- 8:43Speaker 1: don't have a great relationship. But I'm also not you know,
- 8:46Speaker 1: I'm not there when you know, the cameras are down,
- 8:48Speaker 1: so I don't know really what happens. It must be
- 8:50Speaker 1: frustrating though I can't imagine, Like I I can't imagine
- 8:54Speaker 1: fighting with your family, of fighting with strangers on TV, fine,
- 8:57Speaker 1: but fighting with your family. And they didn't do twelve
- 9:00Speaker 1: years and they do a good job of it. I
- 9:02Speaker 1: could not do it. But I felt like, finally Melissa
- 9:05Speaker 1: at the reunion, she spoke her mind to Teresa and
- 9:08Speaker 1: she stuck up for herself and it made me happy.
- 9:10Speaker 1: And I hope it sticks. I know, because all season
- 9:12Speaker 1: I kind of felt like she was, you know, she
- 9:14Speaker 1: didn't want to say anything. She was afraid to say something.
- 9:16Speaker 1: You know, she don't want to upset Joey shet her,
- 9:19Speaker 1: you know, sister in law. So it was so nice
- 9:22Speaker 1: to hear her speak her mind. Yeah, yeah, I agree,
- 9:24Speaker 1: but it was less shocking to me. Like in my mind,
- 9:27Speaker 1: I kind of always thought that Melissa and Teresa. You
- 9:30Speaker 1: could feel it on Girls Trip to me, like, these
- 9:32Speaker 1: two don't really like each other. They're not They're not
- 9:34Speaker 1: the closest of friends. You could see the dynamic between
- 9:37Speaker 1: Melissa and Kyle and they were having this amazing time,
- 9:40Speaker 1: and I just didn't feel that way ever between Teresa
- 9:42Speaker 1: and Melissa. What we're led to believe watching the show
- 9:55Speaker 1: is that Teresa and Dolores are very close. Do you
- 9:58Speaker 1: think they're actually that closer? It's just loyalty at this point, now,
- 10:03Speaker 1: you know, I am, I have just recently gotten really
- 10:06Speaker 1: close with Dolores and I. We've always loved each other,
- 10:09Speaker 1: but we've recently started becoming more like friends. And the
- 10:14Speaker 1: fight was real on the show. We just we we
- 10:16Speaker 1: go back and forth, but we really, you know, we
- 10:19Speaker 1: really do like each other and enjoy each other. So
- 10:22Speaker 1: I don't really know what goes on between her and Teresa.
- 10:27Speaker 1: There is something off and I don't know what it is.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I I don't think it's the full story that she
- 10:35Speaker 1: just wasn't in a relationship. I think there's something more
- 10:39Speaker 1: to it. I definitely don't think they're as close as
- 10:41Speaker 1: they used to be. But I have no idea. I
- 10:45Speaker 1: don't know what might have happened. Um, I don't know
- 10:50Speaker 1: what it could be. But I just get the sense
- 10:52Speaker 1: that it's something more than her just not have, you know,
- 10:55Speaker 1: being in a relationship. I was single for all those
- 10:58Speaker 1: years at all. Yeah, I think we've talked to about Teresa.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Let's talk about you. You really put it out there
- 11:05Speaker 1: this year. You really did. You really opened up your
- 11:08Speaker 1: heart and shared your story that probably helped tons of people. UM,
- 11:13Speaker 1: do you regret it? Are you happy? No? No, I'm
- 11:15Speaker 1: so happy I did it. I mean, I kept it
- 11:17Speaker 1: a secret for a really long long time. I mean
- 11:21Speaker 1: before the show was like fourteen years. And then when
- 11:25Speaker 1: I got on the show, my only thought was like,
- 11:28Speaker 1: how the hell am I going to hide this, you know,
- 11:29Speaker 1: because obviously I didn't want to talk to the world
- 11:31Speaker 1: about it, and I didn't even tell my husband about it.
- 11:34Speaker 1: It was my secret, and and sometimes I would be
- 11:37Speaker 1: thinner than others and you could see and maybe she
- 11:39Speaker 1: has a problem. But I really tried to keep it
- 11:41Speaker 1: under wraps. And you know, for three years on the show,
- 11:44Speaker 1: it was just like, oh my god, wrapped with anxiety,
- 11:47Speaker 1: like what am I going to do in this food
- 11:48Speaker 1: scene if they want me to eat this? Or like
- 11:50Speaker 1: how am I going to go on afford it? Not
- 11:52Speaker 1: exercise my I worked out like systems that I had rules.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I have like guidelines for her how I would eat
- 11:58Speaker 1: and or how I would split meal, or how I
- 12:00Speaker 1: would move food around a plate, and like get away
- 12:02Speaker 1: with it. You know. Fortunately, in the real Housewives world,
- 12:05Speaker 1: you sit down to a meal, you just have to
- 12:06Speaker 1: avoid your food for about four minutes until there's a
- 12:09Speaker 1: big screaming fight and everyone runs away from the table, right.
- 12:12Speaker 1: So I didn't really because it's not and yeah, like
- 12:18Speaker 1: half the cast doesn't eat on camera anyway, or someone's
- 12:21Speaker 1: on a stupid diet, like so I could get away
- 12:23Speaker 1: with it, um, But you know, last year it was
- 12:27Speaker 1: really really hard for me, um, whether or not I
- 12:31Speaker 1: cried too much. Like besides the point, my family was
- 12:34Speaker 1: really from that. My husband was freaking out that they
- 12:37Speaker 1: were using his name to drive a storyline. But he's
- 12:41Speaker 1: really like the greatest guy you ever wanted meat off camera,
- 12:43Speaker 1: he seems like sweet, hard working, like coach of the year,
- 12:47Speaker 1: you know, and like his name was just dragged the
- 12:50Speaker 1: entire season for a storyline. And I had a tremendous
- 12:53Speaker 1: amount of guilt over that. My husband was constantly upset
- 12:56Speaker 1: about it. My kids were crying about it because we
- 12:58Speaker 1: would fight about it, you know. So it was really bad.
- 13:01Speaker 1: My thought my daughter thought we were gonna get divorced.
- 13:02Speaker 1: It was terrible. And then after the season aired we
- 13:06Speaker 1: came to a resolution. Then when the season was on
- 13:09Speaker 1: the air, was like all hell broke loose again. And
- 13:12Speaker 1: then she was like implying she was bringing evidence to reunion.
- 13:15Speaker 1: He's like, what is she going to do with me
- 13:16Speaker 1: at reunion? And like the whole for eight months, I
- 13:19Speaker 1: don't think I had no appetite. I was sick to
- 13:22Speaker 1: my stomach. I was really upset, and I started the
- 13:25Speaker 1: next season. I was going into the next season like emaciated,
- 13:29Speaker 1: really amaciated. Did you ever think about not going back?
- 13:32Speaker 1: Think that we had worked it out? You know, reunion
- 13:35Speaker 1: was Yes, if reunion didn't go well and she was
- 13:38Speaker 1: coming after me again, I might have walked away because
- 13:42Speaker 1: I was gonna do whatever Evan needed me to do
- 13:44Speaker 1: at that point, um, because like, listen, this show is
- 13:48Speaker 1: a compliment to my life. It's not my whole life.
- 13:50Speaker 1: So if if my husband hated it, I'm not gonna
- 13:53Speaker 1: do it anymore. You know. But at reunion, Theresa was
- 13:56Speaker 1: really apologetic. You know, they hugged. He felt it about it.
- 14:00Speaker 1: He gets along great with Louis, so I was like,
- 14:02Speaker 1: why not. He was like, yeah, go for it, Let's
- 14:04Speaker 1: do another season. But when I came into the last season,
- 14:08Speaker 1: I was amazingated. You could see it in all the
- 14:10Speaker 1: beginning scenes, and I said, you know what, here's my
- 14:14Speaker 1: opportunity that if I'm ever going to stop doing this
- 14:17Speaker 1: to myself, if I do it on camera, then I
- 14:20Speaker 1: know I'm not going to let all these people watching
- 14:23Speaker 1: me see me fail. I'm not going to show them
- 14:26Speaker 1: like you can have an eating disorder and try to stop,
- 14:28Speaker 1: but in the end it's too hard, so don't bother.
- 14:30Speaker 1: You know, I wouldn't do that. So the minute I
- 14:33Speaker 1: decided to come clean about it, doing it in front
- 14:35Speaker 1: of everybody was so therapeutic for me. That's I mean,
- 14:39Speaker 1: it's huge. I mean the accountability to yourself but also
- 14:42Speaker 1: to others is huge. Accountability to others was really what
- 14:48Speaker 1: got me over. The hardest part of it was it
- 14:51Speaker 1: hard to watch back. No, it wasn't that bad. Um,
- 14:55Speaker 1: it was you know, certain times I felt like, oh god,
- 14:58Speaker 1: are people going to understand, you know, the ice cream scene.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I didn't know if people would really understand how hard
- 15:05Speaker 1: it can be to eat ice cream. I thought people
- 15:07Speaker 1: were going to think it was like maybe me like
- 15:11Speaker 1: just being like over the top or like me make it.
- 15:15Speaker 1: You know, it's hard to understand and eating disorder unless
- 15:18Speaker 1: you've had one. And people really really loved it and
- 15:23Speaker 1: supported it and could see themselves in that scene, you know,
- 15:26Speaker 1: and it gave people a lot of hope, and and
- 15:29Speaker 1: so I was, you know, I get nervous for the scenes,
- 15:32Speaker 1: but nothing has been you know, a disappointment for me
- 15:34Speaker 1: so far. And I think also because it's not a
- 15:37Speaker 1: forced storyline, it's really happening, and it was happening in
- 15:41Speaker 1: real time. Yeah, any of the girls, doubt you are
- 15:44Speaker 1: who was most supply. I didn't share it with anybody
- 15:47Speaker 1: but Margaret while I was going through it because I
- 15:49Speaker 1: didn't really love to talk about it too much. And
- 15:52Speaker 1: I felt like there's a lot of judgment around eating
- 15:55Speaker 1: disorders if you don't understand them. Um. Also, I didn't
- 15:59Speaker 1: like if people would say to me, well, you didn't
- 16:02Speaker 1: look like you had an eating disorder, like that would
- 16:05Speaker 1: get like, yeah, there's lots of triggers, you know. If
- 16:08Speaker 1: people would tell me, oh, you look so healthy now,
- 16:11Speaker 1: like to me, I hear that differently, you know. So
- 16:13Speaker 1: I just I didn't want to throw myself off, so
- 16:16Speaker 1: I didn't really talk about it with too many people. Um.
- 16:20Speaker 1: And now that I'm like well into recovery, I'm happy
- 16:23Speaker 1: to talk about it with everyone and anyone. That's so good. No,
- 16:27Speaker 1: I think it's helped so many people. And your vulnerability
- 16:30Speaker 1: and just even seeing your kids and how excited it
- 16:34Speaker 1: made them. I mean, I think that was so like
- 16:37Speaker 1: aspirational all of those things. I thought it was beautiful,
- 16:40Speaker 1: and I loved your Instagram. I think it was your
- 16:43Speaker 1: Instagram story where you're talking putting on your jeans and
- 16:46Speaker 1: oh god, yeah, you know. I still haven't thrown them out.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I have them here, but like they're they're useless. But
- 16:53Speaker 1: I really I didn't let myself get upset about it.
- 16:55Speaker 1: It is what it is. Um. Another big topic of
- 16:58Speaker 1: the reunion prenuptial agreements. So when we're on the topic,
- 17:04Speaker 1: do you want to Evan have one? Do you believe
- 17:06Speaker 1: in prenups? Yeah? First of all, I was a lawyer.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I mean I'm in I'm technically in retirement mode right now,
- 17:13Speaker 1: just so I don't have to do continuing education anymore.
- 17:16Speaker 1: But I can come out of that at any point. Um.
- 17:19Speaker 1: So yes, I was actually a divorce attorney for a year,
- 17:22Speaker 1: so I know that anything can go south. Um. I
- 17:25Speaker 1: strongly believe in prenups. I do not think that they
- 17:27Speaker 1: indicate that you ever intend to end your marriage. And
- 17:30Speaker 1: my marriage is beautiful and happy and like built on
- 17:33Speaker 1: a lot of trust and we have no intention of
- 17:35Speaker 1: ever leaving each other. But I think a prenup is
- 17:38Speaker 1: a really, really good idea for anybody. I think so too.
- 17:41Speaker 1: We have a prenup as well, do not you don't, Well,
- 17:46Speaker 1: you're just you're more trusting. You guys come in with
- 17:49Speaker 1: equal email. I have nothing and my husband had a
- 17:54Speaker 1: lot um and now, but you know, you have to
- 17:57Speaker 1: you have to put in your asked, like you know,
- 18:01Speaker 1: like if we're my dad were to pass away, all
- 18:03Speaker 1: those crazy things that you don't want to have to
- 18:05Speaker 1: think about, you have to write that in. So even
- 18:08Speaker 1: though I didn't have a trust and blah blah blah,
- 18:10Speaker 1: so we both had things to ultimately protect. But I mean,
- 18:15Speaker 1: California is also like a no fault state. There's all
- 18:18Speaker 1: these things like knobs are really kind of bs out
- 18:21Speaker 1: here anyway. But we did it mainly because my husband
- 18:24Speaker 1: came from nothing and he built this huge life and
- 18:30Speaker 1: he supports his whole family, all of his you know,
- 18:32Speaker 1: his parents and siblings, like and he was so scared
- 18:35Speaker 1: of marriage because he was scared there was going to
- 18:37Speaker 1: be someone that was going to take away everything he
- 18:39Speaker 1: had worked for. And I was like, listen, I'm not here.
- 18:42Speaker 1: I don't need to own Skyline, like that's your business,
- 18:47Speaker 1: Like I want to create my own life with you.
- 18:49Speaker 1: And so everybody's you know, to each his own. But
- 18:52Speaker 1: for me, that's how I felt. I mean, I rode
- 18:54Speaker 1: horses for a living and like got paid cash. Like
- 18:57Speaker 1: it was not it was not the same. Here's a
- 19:11Speaker 1: random topic. Okay, we've recently discovered that New Jersey is
- 19:14Speaker 1: the only franchise that doesn't hold something in their intra. Yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 1: why do you know? Why? What would you want me?
- 19:23Speaker 1: What would we hold? Um? Either a tomato for tomato sauce? Um?
- 19:28Speaker 1: Does anyone hold a glass of wine? Because somebody holds
- 19:31Speaker 1: a Mehito they hold the mehito somewhere maybe Miami and
- 19:35Speaker 1: Miami holds mom. I would say, either a glass of wine,
- 19:38Speaker 1: a tomato, or Yeah, I don't know what we would hold.
- 19:43Speaker 1: You know, I think it's dangerous because we probably throw
- 19:45Speaker 1: it at each other. So whatever we held should be soft.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Our diamond things that we hold for Michael that I
- 19:50Speaker 1: used to hold from Michael's um. They were quite heavy,
- 19:53Speaker 1: but they were pretty cheap. They're only fourteen bucks. Uh.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Have you been prefacing now how every time you say
- 20:00Speaker 1: an analogy? Have you been pressing that you're saying an analogy?
- 20:04Speaker 1: I haven't used an analogy on the show ever. Since yes,
- 20:10Speaker 1: I'm about to use an analogy. Guys. I mean, it's
- 20:13Speaker 1: pretty sad ding ding that happened right now. We'll never
- 20:18Speaker 1: make that mistake again. And we have to ask because
- 20:22Speaker 1: it's everywhere right now. Did you get the Vickie you
- 20:27Speaker 1: can't talk about anything? Yea figured blinking, But I mean
- 20:35Speaker 1: everything on Bravo's fluid. Yeah, so I can't talk about anything. Answer,
- 20:42Speaker 1: I don't take a little break, have a little like
- 20:45Speaker 1: not is busy, life is fluid, and like I said before,
- 20:49Speaker 1: I don't I actually really don't know anything yet to
- 20:53Speaker 1: be honest with you. But like I said before, whatever
- 20:57Speaker 1: happens like this show, I've love to be on it,
- 21:00Speaker 1: but the show is always a compliment to my life
- 21:02Speaker 1: and not my whole life, and so whatever happens, like
- 21:06Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm okay with it. Like, but I don't
- 21:08Speaker 1: know really what's happening yet. So let's do a hypothetical.
- 21:11Speaker 1: The hypothetical you know who are mean, I've been, and
- 21:20Speaker 1: let's do it. If you're you know what, I really
- 21:23Speaker 1: I'm not going to end. I can't answer it really
- 21:26Speaker 1: even if it's a hypothetical, because you know, I don't
- 21:28Speaker 1: want to piss off the Bravo gods. But I really
- 21:30Speaker 1: don't know anything yet. Everything is fluid, no decisions have
- 21:34Speaker 1: really been made yet, so I I really don't know. Okay,
- 21:39Speaker 1: I get it, we get it. The rumors are the worst.
- 21:45Speaker 1: It's especially when you can't answer them and like people
- 21:48Speaker 1: just assume what your state of mind is. So whatever,
- 21:50Speaker 1: I know. That's why I just answered them and got
- 21:52Speaker 1: in trouble. I just I just went straight and theyeah,
- 21:57Speaker 1: they said you can't say anything for four months, and
- 21:59Speaker 1: I went on Intagram and said, hey, guys, I got
- 22:01Speaker 1: fired for you. I was like, you know, I just can't.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I couldn't live with the Instagram attacks. No really, honestly,
- 22:10Speaker 1: the truth is like I don't know yet, and no,
- 22:12Speaker 1: they don't know yet, and nobody knows yet. Well, this
- 22:14Speaker 1: season is not even over yet, so I don't even
- 22:16Speaker 1: know how. They didn't really yet know. They did like
- 22:19Speaker 1: to talk crop on Instagram, so but I've been asked
- 22:23Speaker 1: not to discuss it, so okay. So we have fan
- 22:26Speaker 1: questions that are less stressful. Um, they want to know
- 22:30Speaker 1: the story. I mean, they know when you met Evan,
- 22:33Speaker 1: but the story of you guys meeting but we met
- 22:36Speaker 1: at a really like a dirty like beer bar in
- 22:40Speaker 1: New York City, a very famous one called Brother Jimmy's.
- 22:43Speaker 1: And I was with my girlfriend. He was with one
- 22:46Speaker 1: of his friends. I noticed him there and then my
- 22:48Speaker 1: girlfriend I. I hadn't eating disorder at the time. It
- 22:51Speaker 1: was at the very beginning of it, so I wasn't
- 22:53Speaker 1: like thin yet, but I was really like, I couldn't
- 22:56Speaker 1: eat anything at this bar. But she was looking at
- 22:58Speaker 1: the menu, and he came over behind us and said, um,
- 23:02Speaker 1: I hear the filet mignon is great here, and like
- 23:05Speaker 1: I turned around and I was like, oh god, he
- 23:07Speaker 1: is so cute. And that was in that We just
- 23:11Speaker 1: hit it off and the rest is history. You guys
- 23:15Speaker 1: make the cutest couple. Thank you. So, somebody else, how
- 23:20Speaker 1: is your food therapy going? It's going great. So I'm
- 23:23Speaker 1: in um therapy twice a week with a therapist, and
- 23:28Speaker 1: then once a week I have a medical nutritionist, and
- 23:32Speaker 1: so with her, I do a lot of like how
- 23:34Speaker 1: can I replace like bad things in my diet? Like
- 23:37Speaker 1: I did a lot for a long time of like
- 23:39Speaker 1: filler food, so like really high fiber, low calorie foods
- 23:42Speaker 1: that made my stomach like being not you know, really
- 23:45Speaker 1: foods with no nutritional value. So I work on like
- 23:48Speaker 1: replacing that with good foods, eating intuitively, all stuff like that.
- 23:52Speaker 1: In my therapy, I work on, like what are the
- 23:54Speaker 1: reasons why I did this in the first place? Why
- 23:56Speaker 1: do I starve myself when I get stressed out? Like
- 23:58Speaker 1: how do I you have a healthy relationship with myself
- 24:01Speaker 1: without using food emotionally? So the therapy is going great.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I love it. I've learned life skills, coping skills, really
- 24:09Speaker 1: like what brings me happiness. I'm in such a good
- 24:12Speaker 1: place with that. Um. I'm having a hard time sometimes
- 24:15Speaker 1: adjusting to being a bigger size because I was so
- 24:18Speaker 1: thin for so long. Um. But you know, I'm working
- 24:21Speaker 1: on all of it, and it's it's really great. It's
- 24:23Speaker 1: it's such a you know, God send that therapist exists. Um,
- 24:28Speaker 1: I don't now I did pre COVID and then stop
- 24:31Speaker 1: with my trainer. Um. But so I don't now I
- 24:34Speaker 1: do push ups in the morning. But Evan loves yoga.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Do you do yoga? I do? I I love yoga
- 24:41Speaker 1: And for me also because you know, I was on
- 24:44Speaker 1: the opposite end where I would feed all of my
- 24:47Speaker 1: emotions like go over the top with you know, any
- 24:51Speaker 1: time I was having a bad day, I would need
- 24:53Speaker 1: to eat everything and did it in private, and it
- 24:56Speaker 1: just became that vicious cycle. Um. And for me, a
- 25:00Speaker 1: big thing is meditation. Oh yeah, meditation that helps. And honestly,
- 25:07Speaker 1: like people talk a lot about the obsession with exercise
- 25:10Speaker 1: and how that can be linked to it, but for me,
- 25:13Speaker 1: outdoor walks and having fresh air and just starting my
- 25:19Speaker 1: day with a little bit of you know, whether it's sunshine,
- 25:22Speaker 1: but you're in Jersey so not as much sun, but
- 25:24Speaker 1: just having that really sets the tone. So it's not
- 25:28Speaker 1: about like I'm punishing myself by doing this exercise. It's
- 25:33Speaker 1: I'm getting outside and moving my body and breathing in
- 25:36Speaker 1: the wonderful life that I have to start doing that
- 25:39Speaker 1: because for a very long time, my only workouts were
- 25:41Speaker 1: just like punishing really meant to keep me very thin.
- 25:44Speaker 1: And so now I'm expanding more and it's great. I
- 25:46Speaker 1: done yoga twice. I love it. I find doing weight
- 25:49Speaker 1: training with heavyweights. Um, it's gonna sculpture body, and it's
- 25:53Speaker 1: gonna give you definition. It's going to give you the shoulders,
- 25:56Speaker 1: the arms that see yourself. I know, there's a lot
- 25:59Speaker 1: of things that I want to, like try so you
- 26:01Speaker 1: build your muscle. When you're building your muscle, you burn
- 26:04Speaker 1: more fat. You know that having your body, the more
- 26:07Speaker 1: fat you're gonna burn. So for me, that's like key,
- 26:09Speaker 1: Like I love all the others. I do it all
- 26:11Speaker 1: the yoga that I just you know what with all
- 26:14Speaker 1: my kids, sports and everything. And then like the show,
- 26:17Speaker 1: and I'm also like knee deep into writing a book
- 26:20Speaker 1: and so I just like I never had the time
- 26:23Speaker 1: for anything. So but um, I do look forward to
- 26:26Speaker 1: doing other things with my body physically other than like
- 26:29Speaker 1: just you know, like sprinting. Yeah, I know, you just
- 26:32Speaker 1: you'll figure out what you are figure out. That's what
- 26:36Speaker 1: I tell everybody. There's no right or wrong, it's whatever.
- 26:40Speaker 1: It's for me, it's my mental state. Like what no
- 26:42Speaker 1: I need exercise? I do. Um. And then final question,
- 26:47Speaker 1: because I know we're running out of time. Your best
- 26:50Speaker 1: memory from Real Housewives of Jersey so far, Um, let's
- 26:56Speaker 1: see maybe my kid's birthday party, even though it got
- 27:02Speaker 1: called cheap. I like I just loved seeing all the
- 27:06Speaker 1: kids from the show, like all the boys jen Aiden's
- 27:09Speaker 1: boys and lists boys and my boys just like all
- 27:12Speaker 1: being together and like playing and enjoying each other. You
- 27:16Speaker 1: know I loved that. Um. I love celebrating my kid's
- 27:19Speaker 1: birthdays on camera so that I had them forever. Um
- 27:23Speaker 1: probably the times of my family that those are my
- 27:26Speaker 1: favorites that we did miss one more. Why why did
- 27:30Speaker 1: you say you don't want to be on Margaret's bad side?
- 27:33Speaker 1: These are fam questions only because no, no, no, listen,
- 27:36Speaker 1: it's not because Margaret has anything on me. Margaret is
- 27:39Speaker 1: legit one of my very best friends. And I don't
- 27:42Speaker 1: know how well you know her, one of the most
- 27:44Speaker 1: supportive people you could ever meet in your life. It's
- 27:47Speaker 1: just that, you know, there's a Yiddish word called yanda.
- 27:49Speaker 1: It's like you know you you know everything about it.
- 27:52Speaker 1: She knows everything about everyone, and so I just feel like,
- 27:56Speaker 1: if you're gonna mess with her and you have got
- 27:59Speaker 1: one dirty in your past, she's gonna know it and
- 28:02Speaker 1: she's gonna toss it right back at you. So just
- 28:06Speaker 1: and she's gonna do it. Well, Luckily I'm clean as
- 28:09Speaker 1: a that's right. I love it. Thank you so much
- 28:14Speaker 1: for joining us, and you guys, I love talking to you.
- 28:16Speaker 1: I really appreciate it, and thank you for changing so
- 28:19Speaker 1: many lives on the show by being Oh that's so sweet.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Thank you. And and Timer, I'm so excited for Ultimate
- 28:26Speaker 1: Girls Trip to thank you. I can't wait either. I'm
- 28:30Speaker 1: actually asking that a big brother. You guys are killing it.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Would you do Ultimate Girls Trip? Oh? Yeah? Hell yeah right?
- 28:38Speaker 1: Love it all right? Thanks guys, Bye bye. She was
- 28:43Speaker 1: so great, She's so sweet, she looks great, she looks amazing.
- 28:47Speaker 1: That was so nice you guys, Thank you so much
- 28:49Speaker 1: for tuning in. Please send us any reviews, give us stars,
- 28:55Speaker 1: ask us questions, and let us know who what guests
- 28:58Speaker 1: you want next, because we're bringing them all on. Who's
- 29:00Speaker 1: coming next, Who's coming next? And who's coming next? Bye Tim, Bye,
