- 1:48Speaker 3: great for doing a report on this show?
- 1:50Speaker 1: Yes, and now look at you a job here on
- 1:53Speaker 1: this show. Yeah.
- 1:54Speaker 4: So so you.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Know what teacher that gave him an f he wants
- 1:58Speaker 3: to come back and get an A plus.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Did you do that? I thought you did that.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I did already And I met up with her and
- 2:03Speaker 4: she was just like, I didn't realize that I failed you.
- 2:06Speaker 1: And I was like, well you did and starved you
- 2:08Speaker 1: for life.
- 2:09Speaker 4: No, it only motivated me to get to where I
- 2:11Speaker 4: am now.
- 2:12Speaker 1: So that's okay. So you thanked her. I did, and
- 2:14Speaker 1: actually she was super sweet. She was I had the
- 2:16Speaker 1: same thing happened to me.
- 2:17Speaker 3: I had someone that when I was in Atlanta working
- 2:20Speaker 3: that told me I will never keep a job in
- 2:22Speaker 3: this business. Oh never, And I think they said, and
- 2:26Speaker 3: I'll make sure of it. They're really upset with me.
- 2:28Speaker 2: For where are they now?
- 2:30Speaker 3: I think they're not living. Oh wow, return, I mean it.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Was my fault na say that coming.
- 2:38Speaker 1: It was a long time ago and the person was
- 2:40Speaker 1: older at the time. Okay, this show is fun. I
- 2:43Speaker 1: look forward to it every morning every morning. You're on
- 2:46Speaker 1: Kiss FM. Thank you for being here.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Let's get to the caller here on the line in Whittier,
- 2:52Speaker 3: naughdy A good morning.
- 2:53Speaker 6: How are you morning, I'm good. How are you?
- 2:57Speaker 1: We're doing well.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 2:58Speaker 3: So you have a wedding. This is a very familiar
- 3:01Speaker 3: category for us.
- 3:04Speaker 6: Yeah, I do.
- 3:05Speaker 3: I don't remember last time somebody called it had a
- 3:08Speaker 3: good story about their wedding. It's always a wedding dilemma. Well,
- 3:12Speaker 3: there's a lot.
- 3:13Speaker 7: First of all, there are a lot of decisions that
- 3:15Speaker 7: go into planning a wedding.
- 3:17Speaker 1: It's a lot of work.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Yes, and people recommend to not do it in some places.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Now yes, do to me people some places people some
- 3:26Speaker 3: people tell me just don't do it.
- 3:28Speaker 2: No way. Celebrating love is the best.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Celebrating love is different.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I can celebrate love. I don't know if I need
- 3:34Speaker 3: this ceremony to celebrate love, but not Eve.
- 3:36Speaker 1: What's your issue? What happened?
- 3:39Speaker 6: So my friends and I were going to a wedding
- 3:42Speaker 6: up in Riverside, and well, I mean the four of
- 3:46Speaker 6: us we decided to go together, and three of us
- 3:50Speaker 6: love and wittiers and one lives in Diamond Bar. So
- 3:54Speaker 6: my friend who lives in Diamond Bar, I mean, she
- 3:56Speaker 6: doesn't drink or anything, so she offered to drive us
- 3:59Speaker 6: to the wedding from her house, which is really super
- 4:02Speaker 6: super nice. However, I mean she did say like we
- 4:07Speaker 6: would have to drive to her house and then she
- 4:08Speaker 6: would take us from there to Riverside, which I mean,
- 4:13Speaker 6: that makes absolute sense, and she was just really nice
- 4:17Speaker 6: about driving us there in the first place. But that
- 4:22Speaker 6: also means that none of us really get to drink either, because.
- 4:28Speaker 1: You have to drive your car to her place. I mean,
- 4:31Speaker 1: but what's the dilemma her? Yeah, but what's the dilema?
- 4:34Speaker 3: She's trying to do you a favor, So just cut
- 4:36Speaker 3: out the favor and figure out another way to get
- 4:38Speaker 3: to and from the wedding.
- 4:40Speaker 6: Well, I mean my other friends. They're saying that I
- 4:43Speaker 6: should suggest that, like she just come before the wedding,
- 4:46Speaker 6: like pick us up from our house and then drive
- 4:49Speaker 6: us all the way to Riverside to the wedding.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So, I mean, I don't think that's fair.
- 4:55Speaker 3: It's like, first of all, she doesn't drink, so she's
- 4:57Speaker 3: probably always being asked to drive, and that's fine, but
- 5:01Speaker 3: she's I could come pick everybody up and then car
- 5:04Speaker 3: pull you out to the wedding and back. I think
- 5:06Speaker 3: it's totally reasonable for her to ask you to drive it.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Why don't you just take a taxi or have someone
- 5:13Speaker 3: drop you off at her house.
- 5:14Speaker 8: Yeah, I don't have a car that'll cut down the time,
- 5:18Speaker 8: take a.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Lift or something.
- 5:20Speaker 6: It's like an hour a little over an hour.
- 5:23Speaker 1: To drive away, and that's why she's not coming to
- 5:25Speaker 1: pick you up.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Yeah, this is not a wedding dilemma, Nadi, This is
- 5:29Speaker 3: like a selfish friend dilemma.
- 5:33Speaker 8: Oh, do you can split the ride share?
- 5:39Speaker 2: Split the ride share with the friends that are coming
- 5:41Speaker 2: from with you.
- 5:41Speaker 3: That's reasonable for you to go to this friend's house
- 5:43Speaker 3: for her to drive you to the wedding since she's
- 5:45Speaker 3: not drinking.
- 5:48Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean I mean she was really nice about it,
- 5:52Speaker 6: like to let us, like you know, drive us from
- 5:55Speaker 6: her house. But like then none of like none yet.
- 6:00Speaker 5: This is not a real problem and has nothing to
- 6:03Speaker 5: do with the wedding or ask to spend the night.
- 6:05Speaker 5: Maybe you can spend the night in den.
- 6:06Speaker 3: There are several solutions to this, and we all right,
- 6:10Speaker 3: not even good luck and yes, please realize your friend
- 6:14Speaker 3: is doing something generous and kind. Have a good day,
- 6:17Speaker 3: all right, goodbye. So do you have a friend that
- 6:21Speaker 3: doesn't drink and are always getting stuck driving? I have
- 6:23Speaker 3: a friend like that. I also have gotten into restaurants.
- 6:26Speaker 3: I know it's very popular to have non alcoholic beverages
- 6:28Speaker 3: on the menus, but I find that sometimes I'll go
- 6:32Speaker 3: into the restaurant and they are like, we have non
- 6:33Speaker 3: alcoholic beverages.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't want that. I don't. Is it
- 6:37Speaker 1: bad for me to say I don't want that?
- 6:39Speaker 3: Though they're so excited to show you the non alcoholic
- 6:41Speaker 3: beverage list, I'm not as excited to see it as
- 6:44Speaker 3: there to show me.
- 6:45Speaker 2: You want the real deal.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I mean, if you're if you're.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Gonna have one, have one for me. I don't want
- 6:50Speaker 3: to have the calories of the non alcoholic one.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Right, what's the point.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Well, that's the problem. I think. Then we need a point. Yeah, right,
- 6:57Speaker 1: there is an issue.
- 6:58Speaker 3: If you need a point, that there's no issue. But
- 7:01Speaker 3: I'm saying I like to have a point to have.
- 7:04Speaker 1: The drink to write.
- 7:08Speaker 2: You gotta tell me twice.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I'm just telling you. I almost feel guilty thinking I
- 7:13Speaker 1: don't want.
- 7:13Speaker 3: To waste the calories. I have a point over here. Yeah,
- 7:17Speaker 3: and my sober friend is driving.
- 7:20Speaker 2: So bottom zone, so enjoy.
- 7:23Speaker 1: You're on kiss f M. Good morning, Kiss FM.
- 7:26Speaker 3: I mentioned the last day of school for anah, I'm Chafeye,
- 7:29Speaker 3: Chino Valley, Haciendela Plente.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Now that's early for when I got out.
- 7:33Speaker 3: I got out like it was probably it was the
- 7:35Speaker 3: middle of June until we got out of school, but
- 7:37Speaker 3: like the twelfth or something of June.
- 7:39Speaker 2: My kids aren't getting untid June thirteenth, that's right.
- 7:41Speaker 3: That's I think when I got out as a kid
- 7:43Speaker 3: as well, and I thought we were back early too. Yeah,
- 7:46Speaker 3: as adults, you think of summer, and I think you
- 7:51Speaker 3: put like a list of goals together for your summer, right, and.
- 7:55Speaker 8: That just went out the window because, like I did
- 7:57Speaker 8: not accomplish any of those goals last year, But now
- 8:01Speaker 8: I want to just to have one goal, like it's
- 8:03Speaker 8: literally one, but you can do it multiple times over
- 8:04Speaker 8: and over again.
- 8:05Speaker 1: So what is your goal for this summer?
- 8:07Speaker 2: Go to the beach. I just want to see the
- 8:09Speaker 2: ocean more. I live here in southern California.
- 8:13Speaker 8: Granted I live in the valley, so getting to the
- 8:15Speaker 8: beach just seems like so much work.
- 8:17Speaker 2: But people do it.
- 8:18Speaker 8: E Jay who does nights here or does it just
- 8:20Speaker 8: to go I want? He says, I drove to the
- 8:22Speaker 8: beach to go watch the sunset.
- 8:23Speaker 1: But he's said nothing but time.
- 8:25Speaker 2: I get it. I mean, I gar about the time,
- 8:27Speaker 2: is what I'm saying. And I know you're out, like
- 8:29Speaker 2: sunsets on the beach are so beautiful.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Beautiful, But it is a commitment to make it for sunset,
- 8:34Speaker 3: you know what.
- 8:35Speaker 8: Like it's summer, the kids are going to be out
- 8:38Speaker 8: of school. Maybe we do it on a Thursday. You know,
- 8:40Speaker 8: I leave here and we get there, and I have
- 8:43Speaker 8: to just make the effort, is my point.
- 8:45Speaker 3: I once was on a hike and we were getting
- 8:48Speaker 3: to the top and the sun was starting to be
- 8:51Speaker 3: in the position where he's going to set, and I
- 8:54Speaker 3: remember saying, let's go now. If we leave now, we'll
- 8:59Speaker 3: make it for the sunset that at the beach. And
- 9:01Speaker 3: we did, and it was a moment. It was a moment.
- 9:04Speaker 2: It really is.
- 9:05Speaker 3: A sunset really makes me happy. I love her, I
- 9:10Speaker 3: still love her. Do you have any summer?
- 9:12Speaker 2: Girls?
- 9:12Speaker 7: Tell you no, but I always make a summer bucket list,
- 9:15Speaker 7: which actually need to make before this weekend.
- 9:20Speaker 3: You have too many projects between the manifestation project the
- 9:23Speaker 3: bucket list, too much. I guess I should start thinking
- 9:27Speaker 3: about his summer goal one.
- 9:30Speaker 8: A bucket list is too overwhelming because it's like you're
- 9:32Speaker 8: never going to get to all of it.
- 9:34Speaker 2: You know, it's not I do want every summer and
- 9:36Speaker 2: it's cute.
- 9:39Speaker 1: How does your husband deal with all these things all
- 9:40Speaker 1: the time? I just guy never because it keeps you
- 9:44Speaker 1: occupied for some of the time.
- 9:46Speaker 5: He doesn't with me, Yes, honey, right between that and golf,
- 9:51Speaker 5: I'll never see you.
- 9:52Speaker 2: He doesn't golf actually.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Not yet, all right.
- 9:57Speaker 3: The food that diffuses all attention at the table, tell
- 10:00Speaker 3: you what to serve?
- 10:00Speaker 1: You're on kiss fmc christ with you.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I have a quote of the day, and right now,
- 10:05Speaker 3: if you are ever at your dinner table. Uh, and
- 10:08Speaker 3: you're sitting around with the family or your partner and
- 10:10Speaker 3: you feel like there's tension from the stressful day they've
- 10:12Speaker 3: had or whatever they say. If you serve this, it
- 10:15Speaker 3: relieves stress. And this thing to put on the table.
- 10:19Speaker 3: I do love it. I don't eat it as much
- 10:21Speaker 3: as I want to, but I love it, and I
- 10:23Speaker 3: actually like people that love it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Don't tell us garlic bread.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Oh like, I like really garlic y bread.
- 10:31Speaker 1: The guy that's like.
- 10:31Speaker 3: So strong yea restaurants, it's that have garlic bread on
- 10:35Speaker 3: the menu. That's the kind of garlic bread I like,
- 10:38Speaker 3: toasted with chunks that like the minced garlic on Give
- 10:42Speaker 3: it to me. Health research found that when household members
- 10:46Speaker 3: served garlic bread at dinner, they acted nicer to each other.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna try this, just keep it, keep it handy, right.
- 10:55Speaker 2: What I'm bring.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Gets a garlic knots.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Today's quote here is one for your Thursday. Energy doesn't lie.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Pay attention to how people make you feel without saying
- 11:07Speaker 3: a word. It's their energy. Speaking of energy at the table,
- 11:11Speaker 3: kiss with headliness FM headlines with siciny.
- 11:15Speaker 8: Well an update on the fires that you're probably smelling
- 11:18Speaker 8: right now. The Sandy Fire and seam is up to
- 11:21Speaker 8: twenty two percent containment this morning, with forty four thousand
- 11:25Speaker 8: residents still under mandatory evacuation orders. Now in Riverside County,
- 11:30Speaker 8: the main fire is at thirty four percent containment and
- 11:33Speaker 8: the Verona Fire is at thirty percent.
- 11:36Speaker 2: More than six hundred thousand.
- 11:37Speaker 8: Californians are at risk of losing cow fresh food benefits
- 11:41Speaker 8: after expanded work requirements imposed by the federal government go
- 11:45Speaker 8: into effect next month. For the fifth straight year, the
- 11:48Speaker 8: Cinematic Appear made the list of California's dirtiest beaches. Bluff
- 11:54Speaker 8: Cove in Palos Various estates made the list. On the
- 11:57Speaker 8: other side, one of the state's cleanest beaches, and Olivia
- 12:01Speaker 8: Rodrigue's next single, The Cure, is out tonight.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Her album You've Seen Pretty Sad for a Girl So
- 12:06Speaker 2: in Love is out on June twelfth.
- 12:10Speaker 1: All right, so what are we doing? Well, let me
- 12:12Speaker 1: run it down if you've got this hour to hang
- 12:14Speaker 1: with us.
- 12:15Speaker 3: We have a Ryan's Roses coming up, about to pay
- 12:17Speaker 3: another bill, but I want to talk about slaying that
- 12:19Speaker 3: we should not be using anymore.
- 12:23Speaker 2: We shouldn't be using it.
- 12:25Speaker 3: They're outdated slangy exact.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Yeah, some say it's outdated.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Well, like I, I will hear people say gnarly, and
- 12:33Speaker 3: I think that you can't say that anymore.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I like nar Yeah, narly is in my vocal.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Is sick overused into old?
- 12:43Speaker 2: Now I don't think I say that anymore. No, I
- 12:45Speaker 2: don't say sick anymore.
- 12:47Speaker 3: I I know people that are older than I that
- 12:51Speaker 3: will use uh like kill it, and I feel like
- 12:54Speaker 3: they're trying hard kill it today.
- 12:56Speaker 1: You crushed it?
- 12:57Speaker 2: Oh we can't say that crush it.
- 12:59Speaker 1: I don't think you can. I think it's old.
- 13:00Speaker 2: That's on this list. Well you're just adding those?
- 13:04Speaker 9: Is?
- 13:04Speaker 1: What do you else say? Who's the youngest over there?
- 13:06Speaker 2: I love saying you crushed it? I always say that
- 13:10Speaker 2: what are.
- 13:10Speaker 3: You supposed to say? Or alfon, what are supposed to say?
- 13:12Speaker 3: Instead of crushed it?
- 13:13Speaker 2: I do say you killed it or you get it?
- 13:16Speaker 1: So it's still fine.
- 13:17Speaker 2: That's that one's fine.
- 13:18Speaker 1: We the Fonzie.
- 13:20Speaker 4: I see.
- 13:20Speaker 1: The thing is so I use all of those still, okay.
- 13:22Speaker 3: I even say sick like all right, so sick as fine.
- 13:25Speaker 3: This is the outdated slang words they just put out. Gnarly,
- 13:27Speaker 3: stoked sick peace instead of goodbye.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I can't say stoked.
- 13:31Speaker 1: I think it's overused now.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Stoked is like a little aren't you stoked about that?
- 13:36Speaker 3: I do type it in text sometimes because I can't
- 13:38Speaker 3: spell psyched. So I spelled stoked stoked because I'm like psyched.
- 13:46Speaker 3: It's like itinerary. I can never spell that word. I
- 13:48Speaker 3: can't get it close.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Itinerary is not that bad for me.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Here's new slang words that are in eight.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Yes you did something good right?
- 13:57Speaker 3: Yes, curve curve, I'm gonna curve you. Rude, I'm gonna
- 14:04Speaker 3: curve you. It's to reject for romantic gestures.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Okay, fine, curve away.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Were not drip like in the fashion sent drip drips good,
- 14:11Speaker 3: drips good?
- 14:13Speaker 1: Have you heard mog.
- 14:15Speaker 2: What is it in a sentence?
- 14:17Speaker 1: Like you outshined? You mogged them? You mogged them in
- 14:19Speaker 1: that audition?
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean these do sound a lot cooler you.
- 14:24Speaker 1: We should just post them right here in the studio wall.
- 14:27Speaker 3: Say I can say simpstead of sims to abby about
- 14:34Speaker 3: to do a Ryan's roses. Also, there's something that's dividing
- 14:37Speaker 3: people on the internet this morning. Uh, it's the ex
- 14:40Speaker 3: husband's ring. So tell me where you stand on this?
- 14:43Speaker 3: Thisnean Tanya, there's a thirty year old groom. Okay, groom
- 14:47Speaker 3: is thirty years old. He posted this on Ready. He
- 14:50Speaker 3: says he's got an issue with his fiance over one
- 14:53Speaker 3: detail of her wedding day outfit. She wants to wear
- 14:56Speaker 3: her deceased husband's wedding ring on a chain around her.
- 15:03Speaker 1: And he doesn't love that. What do you think any more? Context?
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yes?
- 15:09Speaker 4: All right?
- 15:09Speaker 3: So the bride's name is Emily, and she married this
- 15:12Speaker 3: guy very young, and of courtunately died in a tragic accident.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Years later, she met her now fiance who's helped her
- 15:20Speaker 3: through her grief and get through anniversaries and things like that.
- 15:24Speaker 3: And Emily says she wouldn't be where she is now
- 15:26Speaker 3: without having gone through that loss. So carrying the ring
- 15:29Speaker 3: is part of who she is. But the fiance they
- 15:32Speaker 3: helped her get through all of that, doesn't love it. Like,
- 15:35Speaker 3: where do you stand on that?
- 15:36Speaker 8: I think he's wrong If he's already been there helping
- 15:39Speaker 8: her throughout the grief and all that.
- 15:42Speaker 2: What is it to him if he wants she wants to.
- 15:45Speaker 3: I feel bad on both sides of this because I
- 15:48Speaker 3: feel bad I'd always feel bad, but maybe.
- 15:51Speaker 7: She can remember him in some other way, because I
- 15:53Speaker 7: just feel like a ring on a wedding day should
- 15:55Speaker 7: be your husband, the ring that you get from your husband,
- 15:58Speaker 7: not like rings of didn't divorce.
- 16:00Speaker 8: This guy, I know, but like he died, and if
- 16:04Speaker 8: he wouldn't have died, she wouldn't be marrying this new guy.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I think this is a very touchy one.
- 16:08Speaker 2: But why the ring?
- 16:12Speaker 1: What would let a candle or something?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Yeah? Like maybe?
- 16:15Speaker 7: Or are you gonna have a chair set up like
- 16:16Speaker 7: I've seen people do, like people who have been.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Like you put a chair in the memory.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Of the city.
- 16:22Speaker 2: That's good for like grandma and grandpa or whatever.
- 16:25Speaker 1: You don't put a chair of your ex do.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Whatever is better than a ring on your wedding day.
- 16:29Speaker 1: No, a chair stranger for me?
- 16:30Speaker 3: If I almost looking at the chair, yes, can't never
- 16:33Speaker 3: what if somebody comes over and they sit on your.
- 16:35Speaker 8: I think the ring is just it's more hidden, like
- 16:38Speaker 8: some guests might not even know that she's wearing it
- 16:41Speaker 8: round your wedding, on your wedding dress. It's gonna be
- 16:44Speaker 8: tucked into her dress.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Who knows.
- 16:45Speaker 3: I don't think I can take a stand on this.
- 16:47Speaker 3: One because either way, I feel bad. You won't do
- 16:51Speaker 3: Ryan's roses?
- 16:51Speaker 4: Just move on?
- 16:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I can do that. Sometimes there is no end
- 16:54Speaker 3: to his story. It's kissed.
- 16:56Speaker 1: We'll do that next. It's time for Ryan's roses? Are
- 17:03Speaker 1: you ready?
- 17:03Speaker 3: Here we go, Dear Ryan, Systey and Tanya. I just
- 17:06Speaker 3: found out that my husband as me and his phone
- 17:09Speaker 3: as Kyle, So I think he's hiding.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Me from someone else. You put a different name and
- 17:17Speaker 1: a contact.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Yes, oh.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Yeah, people have done that. Why have you done it?
- 17:25Speaker 4: Tanya?
- 17:26Speaker 3: Um?
- 17:28Speaker 2: Why have I done that?
- 17:29Speaker 1: In case the rings?
- 17:31Speaker 2: No, I've never done.
- 17:32Speaker 7: It, like in a weird, shady way, but like sometimes
- 17:34Speaker 7: I got somebody's number that I didn't know who it was,
- 17:37Speaker 7: Like I didn't know their name, but I should have
- 17:39Speaker 7: known their name.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Blue shirt guy from the bar? Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Did you ever learn the name.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Depends on the person. It happened many.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Times, Michelle, tell me what you think is going on.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Who do you think your husband is seeing? Why is
- 17:54Speaker 3: he hiding you from this person?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Do you know they are?
- 17:57Speaker 9: I genuinely don't know. I've looked, but I haven't found anything.
- 18:01Speaker 3: So you think your husband has a like another relationship.
- 18:06Speaker 9: I think so yeah, I'm pretty sure it's the only
- 18:10Speaker 9: logical explanation.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Is it.
- 18:13Speaker 3: I mean, if he puts your name your the wife
- 18:15Speaker 3: here as a code, I mean he's really seen must
- 18:18Speaker 3: be seen the other person a lot. But I don't know.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Is that the most likely reason for it? Have you
- 18:24Speaker 3: asked him about it?
- 18:26Speaker 10: Yes?
- 18:27Speaker 4: I have.
- 18:27Speaker 1: What did your husband say?
- 18:30Speaker 4: So?
- 18:30Speaker 9: Basically he's like, you don't remember? You and I had
- 18:35Speaker 9: our first day and the waiter kept calling you Kyle,
- 18:39Speaker 9: and and that's why I called you Kyle on my phone.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Basically, did you call your husband the wrong name at first?
- 18:50Speaker 9: No, it's the waiter that called me Kyle. Supposedly you
- 18:54Speaker 9: heard my name wrong and he called me Kyle, which
- 18:57Speaker 9: never happened, but he says to happen. So that's why
- 18:59Speaker 9: since day, according to him, that's how he put me
- 19:02Speaker 9: on it.
- 19:03Speaker 3: I have put people into my phone when I first
- 19:05Speaker 3: met them as nicknames, and the names are still in there.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Right, So I don't I don't know.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Let's call your husband and find out if he's got
- 19:13Speaker 3: somebody else on his mind when we offer him some roses.
- 19:16Speaker 1: How long have you been married?
- 19:18Speaker 9: About four years? But together we've been like seven years.
- 19:21Speaker 3: All right, you think he's in another relationship. Hang on
- 19:24Speaker 3: one second, Ryan's roses will make the call to her husband.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Then kiss FM. We're about to call Michelle's husband. So
- 19:30Speaker 3: here's why we're in Ryan's roses. And Michelle thinks that
- 19:34Speaker 3: he's got another relationship with another woman because in his
- 19:36Speaker 3: phone and his contacts, his wife Michelle is under the
- 19:40Speaker 3: name Kyle.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And when she asked her husband about.
- 19:42Speaker 3: He said, oh, that's because that's what a waiter called
- 19:45Speaker 3: you when we first went out. They called you Kyle
- 19:47Speaker 3: by mistake, and he put that name in at the
- 19:49Speaker 3: beginning as a nickname. And you doubt that. You don't
- 19:53Speaker 3: think it's a nickname. You really think he's hiding you
- 19:55Speaker 3: from someone else. You sound very sure. Let's call your
- 20:01Speaker 3: husband now and find out. Be very quiet until we
- 20:05Speaker 3: get them on the line. I need you to say, Ryan,
- 20:06Speaker 3: you have my permission to call, and then your husband's name.
- 20:09Speaker 9: Go ahead, you have permission to call my husband.
- 20:14Speaker 1: We're gonna do that right now. Be very quiet. Let's
- 20:16Speaker 1: see what we can find out.
- 20:18Speaker 11: Okay, okay, Hello, Hi, is this David?
- 20:35Speaker 4: This is David. Hey? Is this Gabby?
- 20:39Speaker 2: No? No, my name is Becky.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Oh.
- 20:43Speaker 8: Hi, I'm calling from Flowers today. We deliver all over
- 20:47Speaker 8: LA and parts of OC and even on the ieve.
- 20:50Speaker 8: That's convenient. And we're offering a free promotion of a
- 20:52Speaker 8: dozen red roses.
- 20:54Speaker 2: You can send anybody the like.
- 20:57Speaker 4: Oh, a dozen free roses.
- 21:00Speaker 8: Yeah, they're free. I don't need anything from you. I
- 21:03Speaker 8: don't need cash or credit card info or anything like that.
- 21:07Speaker 8: We're just trying to promote our business. We do ask
- 21:09Speaker 8: that if you're pleased with our arrangements, maybe you come

- 21:17Speaker 4: Okay, I see, So that's that's all you What do
- 21:20Speaker 4: you need from me?
- 21:21Speaker 8: We can send them to whoever you want, So just
- 21:23Speaker 8: the name of the person and you can write a note.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Maybe Gabby, no that.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Would be appropriate, but you can send them to my
- 21:34Speaker 4: wife Michelle.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Michelle, okay, And what would you like to put on
- 21:41Speaker 2: the card?
- 21:43Speaker 4: Well, just put this to my first, my last, my everything,
- 21:49Speaker 4: love David.
- 21:51Speaker 3: David, your voice is being broadcast in the radio, and
- 21:54Speaker 3: we have your wife Michelle on the line. It's a
- 21:58Speaker 3: very sweet card or gilty card. I can't decide.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Is there something card?
- 22:04Speaker 4: Okay? I thought this sounded kind of shady but okay.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Yeah, So Michelle has reached out to us to ask
- 22:12Speaker 3: you about something going on in your life. She thinks
- 22:18Speaker 3: that you're hiding her from someone else because your contacts
- 22:23Speaker 3: have her name as Kyle in your phone. You also
- 22:28Speaker 3: mentioned the name Gabby here. I think Michelle and I
- 22:32Speaker 3: would like to know who is Gabby. You said it
- 22:35Speaker 3: wouldn't be appropriate to send her flowers, so tell us
- 22:37Speaker 3: about Gabby, David.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Okay, wow, this is this is okay? Well, first of all,
- 22:43Speaker 4: Gabby she works as the Honda place I'll get in
- 22:45Speaker 4: my car serviced, and I thought she was calling me
- 22:48Speaker 4: to tell me my car was ready.
- 22:51Speaker 3: And you were gonna send Gabby at the car service
- 22:53Speaker 3: place flowers.
- 22:55Speaker 4: I thought Gabby was calling me.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Okay, why is Why is your wife's name under Kyle
- 23:05Speaker 3: in your contacts and not Michelle?
- 23:08Speaker 4: All right, look, my wife and I have already been
- 23:11Speaker 4: through this already. H I believe this is coming back up.
- 23:15Speaker 4: This is a wild because reason like okay, okay, So
- 23:21Speaker 4: when we first started dating in like I don't know,
- 23:23Speaker 4: twenty eighteen, we were out for brunch like some outdoor place,
- 23:26Speaker 4: and the waiter misunderstood me or something, and he kept
- 23:30Speaker 4: calling her Kyle, and it was like hilarious. We were
- 23:33Speaker 4: joking about it, and I just changed her name to
- 23:36Speaker 4: Kyle on my phone and it's been that way ever since.
- 23:39Speaker 2: That's a lie, though, Yeah, she would know that.
- 23:43Speaker 9: I've seen my name on your phone before. Fine, this time,
- 23:46Speaker 9: I'm Kyle, babe.
- 23:48Speaker 4: No, it's it's been Kyle since that day. Like I look,
- 23:51Speaker 4: I changed your actual name that night when you noticed it.
- 23:55Speaker 4: But it's it's not funny if you don't remember it.
- 23:58Speaker 4: So why is this such a big deal.
- 23:59Speaker 2: I don't.
- 24:00Speaker 4: I don't know what's happening right now.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Because she thinks you're cheating exactly.
- 24:04Speaker 9: I think you're hiding me from some woman that you're
- 24:06Speaker 9: having an affair with.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Oh my god. Look, I'm not cheating on you, I swear.
- 24:11Speaker 4: And you have to admit you you never remember anything, babe,
- 24:14Speaker 4: that's not true.
- 24:15Speaker 9: Though.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Okay, did you get the reference that I mentioned on
- 24:20Speaker 4: the card?
- 24:21Speaker 9: What card? Uh?
- 24:24Speaker 4: The card? Exactly?
- 24:28Speaker 9: I have no idea what that means.
- 24:31Speaker 4: See, it's a very white song and we danced to it.
- 24:33Speaker 4: It's Abrena's wedding up in Tahoe. It was the first
- 24:36Speaker 4: time we even danced together.
- 24:40Speaker 5: Michelle, I don't like your husband in this Why are
- 24:44Speaker 5: you so convinced he's having an affair?
- 24:47Speaker 9: I think he's gaslighting me.
- 24:49Speaker 1: David, Are you can't be gaslighting? Are you No?
- 24:53Speaker 4: I'm not gaslighting her? Why would I do that? I
- 24:55Speaker 4: love you?
- 24:56Speaker 2: Are you? Guys? Intimate ron regularly?
- 25:03Speaker 4: All right down.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Here's the deal, David, we're calling. We're calling you because
- 25:12Speaker 3: your wife thinks, she very strongly thinks you're having an affair.
- 25:15Speaker 3: So something that you're doing has opened the door to
- 25:19Speaker 3: this thought in this narrative. You need to fix that, Michelle.
- 25:23Speaker 3: I don't know that there's anything else to find here,
- 25:25Speaker 3: but good luck. Okay, thank you for reaching out. David's
- 25:29Speaker 3: telling the truth.
- 25:29Speaker 1: I like the guy.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I kind of do too.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I mean, my first one last week, everything from a
- 25:33Speaker 1: song they first danced to.
- 25:35Speaker 7: He remembers everything like he's like this, like memorable man.
- 25:39Speaker 3: I am an unmemorable man. I don't remember things like that.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Well, you should start.
- 25:45Speaker 8: It's there with Ryan Seacrest's.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Ben Thursday, the day before the day before the three
- 25:55Speaker 3: day weekend exactly, and I'd say to me, the best
- 25:59Speaker 3: part of the three day weekend. We'll be tomorrow five
- 26:01Speaker 3: thirty because that whole evening is ahead of you, in
- 26:06Speaker 3: front of a three day weekend.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Nice tomorrow at eleven am.
- 26:10Speaker 12: When.
- 26:11Speaker 3: No, I can't get into the weekend until it's later
- 26:15Speaker 3: in the day. Really, it's a mental thing. Yeah, I
- 26:19Speaker 3: can catch you certain things in the daylight.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Well, let's go get some lunch or something. That'll start
- 26:24Speaker 2: feeling like a little vacation weekend.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I don't hate that. See, and you missed the lunch
- 26:29Speaker 1: last time we went.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Well, then let's do it.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Let's do it again.
- 26:33Speaker 2: All right, that was so long ago. Okay, why did
- 26:38Speaker 2: you say it?
- 26:38Speaker 1: Like, why are you so angry about it?
- 26:41Speaker 2: Why did you say it like a three year old?
- 26:43Speaker 3: Yeah, that was so long ago we had that lunch.
- 26:51Speaker 2: Let's do it again. With a little glass of soft blanc,
- 26:54Speaker 2: littlepano in there. That's like the drink of summer.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Apparently you can't have sobbing your blank with a lapino
- 26:59Speaker 3: in it. That's the that's the sort a wine with
- 27:01Speaker 3: this pepper in it.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what they're saying.
- 27:03Speaker 1: That's what they're saying with like icy so offensive to
- 27:05Speaker 1: the wine.
- 27:06Speaker 2: I don't know, am I just apperol sprits it and
- 27:08Speaker 2: just be.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Saying, well, let's just make the plan. The reason I
- 27:13Speaker 3: bring on this up is I'm excited about tomorrow. So
- 27:15Speaker 3: we've had a Ryan's Roses call a second ago and
- 27:17Speaker 3: Michelle reached out about her husband, David, and she thinks
- 27:20Speaker 3: that David has her name in his contacts as a
- 27:25Speaker 3: different name because he's hiding her from this other woman
- 27:27Speaker 3: in this other relationship. Now we got David on the line,
- 27:32Speaker 3: and David might have been one of the most thoughtful
- 27:35Speaker 3: men we've ever had on a Ryan's Roses. He remembered
- 27:39Speaker 3: everything about when they first met. He actually sent the
- 27:42Speaker 3: card to her and said to my first, my last,
- 27:46Speaker 3: my everything.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Loved David.
- 27:47Speaker 3: And then when we got him on the phone, I
- 27:48Speaker 3: don't think he's cheating. He said to her, you don't
- 27:51Speaker 3: remember anything like the name Kyle was in his phone
- 27:55Speaker 3: because when they went out on the first date, the
- 27:56Speaker 3: wait or the server kept calling her Kyle, and he
- 27:59Speaker 3: thought that was fun. Then he said, do you remember
- 28:01Speaker 3: to my first, to my last, to my Everything? So
- 28:04Speaker 3: that was a song the lyrics to a song that
- 28:06Speaker 3: we danced to at their friend's wedding in Tahoe, and
- 28:09Speaker 3: I thought, wow, I have a romantically inadequate memory, like
- 28:15Speaker 3: do your men your guys have great detailed memory like
- 28:19Speaker 3: that of first and Whens in your relationships, isn't it?
- 28:23Speaker 4: No?
- 28:24Speaker 2: But he's romantic in other ways.
- 28:27Speaker 3: I have to put notes in my phone and to
- 28:30Speaker 3: go back and look at the notes in order to
- 28:33Speaker 3: be really specific.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I just can't. I can't be like that guy. He
- 28:36Speaker 1: was really good.
- 28:37Speaker 7: Yeah, I have our first thirty dates documented in my
- 28:40Speaker 7: notes page.
- 28:41Speaker 3: That doesn't surprise. And what do you do with like
- 28:45Speaker 3: number twenty six? That's the point.
- 28:47Speaker 7: No, the point was so that I don't I didn't
- 28:50Speaker 7: want to forget all.
- 28:51Speaker 2: The things that we did in journal.
- 28:53Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 28:53Speaker 7: I just didn't want to forget all those things that
- 28:55Speaker 7: are you know, like you forget over time, and I
- 28:56Speaker 7: just didn't want to forget.
- 28:57Speaker 3: You do forget, like remember the first day, what they ordered,
- 29:00Speaker 3: what's their favorite dessert, what they want for their birthday?
- 29:03Speaker 1: Hey, those things.
- 29:04Speaker 3: I don't think it's shameful to make notes of that
- 29:06Speaker 3: enough to go back and look at your notes. You
- 29:07Speaker 3: don't admit to notes right to the person, like I like.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Put it like his favorite apple in there, like.
- 29:13Speaker 1: What kind of apple?
- 29:14Speaker 4: Is it?
- 29:14Speaker 1: Green? Or red?
- 29:15Speaker 2: I mean, oh my god, that's our apple.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Yeah, oh my gosh, I don't have a favorite apple.
- 29:21Speaker 7: Well you should get one, because then the girl that
- 29:24Speaker 7: you manifest can have it at her place.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Whenever you are coming over.
- 29:29Speaker 3: Celeste is on the phone. I'm going to take her call.
- 29:32Speaker 3: I just think sometimes the romantic male memory.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Isn't good.
- 29:39Speaker 3: It's just not good. I'm surprised at how much other
- 29:42Speaker 3: people can remember in a relationship. It's amazing to me
- 29:46Speaker 3: and celestiare in Anaheim. This guy who had the most
- 29:49Speaker 3: incredible elephant memory about the stuff that they did in
- 29:52Speaker 3: the relationship. I don't think his name was David. I
- 29:55Speaker 3: don't think he's cheating. Did you hear it? I did?
- 29:58Speaker 10: I did, And honestly, like he's truly he's either the
- 30:02Speaker 10: most honest person on the planet or he's the best
- 30:04Speaker 10: gas lighter of all time. And but I will say, like,
- 30:08Speaker 10: I'm in a marriage and I truly remember nothing, and
- 30:12Speaker 10: my husband remembers absolutely everything. And so in some ways,
- 30:16Speaker 10: like my gut's telling me, I actually really do believe him.
- 30:19Speaker 4: I think he's telling the truth.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I agree.
- 30:22Speaker 3: I mean, you can't, you can't be that masterful of
- 30:24Speaker 3: a gas ladder.
- 30:25Speaker 1: It's just why.
- 30:27Speaker 8: The wife thinks that though I literally say he's gaslight,
- 30:29Speaker 8: Why he's gas.
- 30:31Speaker 3: But why is she convinced that he's having this affair?
- 30:34Speaker 3: There's something off. Yeah, he seems great, but there's there's
- 30:37Speaker 3: an atohole.
- 30:39Speaker 1: We must not have a whole story.
- 30:40Speaker 7: But narcissists tend to come off very charming and great.
- 30:43Speaker 7: So maybe there's something that we're.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Not a level that was another level of memory.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I'm not mind it so least.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I don't believe he's cheating. Thank you for listening.
- 30:53Speaker 9: You're welcome.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Thank you, And we do the Ryans Roses calls every
- 30:58Speaker 3: Monday and Thursday. We could do him every day. We
- 31:01Speaker 3: have enough emails every day, but let's just do on Thursdays.
- 31:04Speaker 3: So why does sour post look.
- 31:05Speaker 2: Too much if we did that every month? Too much?
- 31:08Speaker 2: Too much pain, too.
- 31:09Speaker 3: Much sorrow and too much negativity?
- 31:11Speaker 1: And kid one of two point seven kiss FM Serena Northridge.
- 31:17Speaker 4: How you doing?
- 31:18Speaker 9: Hi?
- 31:19Speaker 6: How are you?
- 31:19Speaker 4: I'm good.
- 31:20Speaker 3: This is gonna be a tough conversation, I think, because
- 31:24Speaker 3: what we understand is that your significant other is a musician,
- 31:27Speaker 3: and you you are asking us how to tell him
- 31:29Speaker 3: to give it up and get a real job.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Is that right?
- 31:33Speaker 13: Yes, it is.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Why do you want him to do that?
- 31:36Speaker 13: Because you know he's pay three now, and he has
- 31:42Speaker 13: been at this since he was nineteen and nothing is
- 31:46Speaker 13: happening with his music, like nothing he has done as
- 31:50Speaker 13: a musician or with his van has moved a needle.
- 31:53Speaker 13: You know, he barely is grapes by every month. So
- 31:58Speaker 13: I don't know, I think it's time for him to
- 32:01Speaker 13: move on.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Do you guys live together?
- 32:04Speaker 8: Yes, I think it's very just a matter of fact,
- 32:08Speaker 8: he does need to give it up, per se. But
- 32:11Speaker 8: you need to say, hey, we need to make ends meet,
- 32:14Speaker 8: or I need you to pick up the slack a
- 32:16Speaker 8: little bit more, right, and then that I'll just hopefully
- 32:20Speaker 8: kind of push him to get a job that pays
- 32:23Speaker 8: him well, and then he can do this as a
- 32:24Speaker 8: hobby as a still follow his dreams exactly.
- 32:29Speaker 13: Yes, But I fear that if I say that, he
- 32:33Speaker 13: will forever resent me for getting him to give up
- 32:36Speaker 13: his dreams, because well, he thinks that I'm not supported enough.
- 32:40Speaker 4: You know.
- 32:41Speaker 3: That's why you really need to think through your delivery,
- 32:45Speaker 3: your choice of words, and the way that you say
- 32:48Speaker 3: and when that's.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Everything, how and when you say it, the.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Tone and when the tone and when?
- 32:56Speaker 3: Because the other thing you got to do here, Serena,
- 33:00Speaker 3: is you got to start the conversation by.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Saying I love you, I'm with you.
- 33:06Speaker 3: We have each other, which is great, and that's so
- 33:09Speaker 3: rare to find what we have. But we got to
- 33:11Speaker 3: put everything on the table. We gotta put everything on
- 33:14Speaker 3: the table. And when you put everything on the table,
- 33:18Speaker 3: you say, the reality is just this, This is the reality. Right,
- 33:23Speaker 3: we got to make things happen, but you shouldn't have
- 33:25Speaker 3: to give up what you love. But for a moment
- 33:27Speaker 3: we got I mean, this is the reality. So how
- 33:30Speaker 3: can we figure this out together? Because I got you,
- 33:33Speaker 3: I'm with you, and that's it. That's the conversation.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Do you want me to cry?
- 33:40Speaker 9: Great?
- 33:40Speaker 12: Actually no, no.
- 33:44Speaker 3: I think that's kind of calm, easy don't do when
- 33:47Speaker 3: someone's tired. I generally like these conversations over coffee.
- 33:51Speaker 7: And you can even say, like you admire the fact
- 33:54Speaker 7: that he is so passionate about something and that he
- 33:56Speaker 7: pursues it and that you love that about him and
- 33:59Speaker 7: you don't want.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Him to give that up.
- 34:00Speaker 7: No, you can still do you need you need help
- 34:02Speaker 7: and he needs to supplement in some ways.
- 34:05Speaker 1: So let's figure it out together. Union union union union
- 34:09Speaker 1: union union union.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean he think I get a job, period.
- 34:15Speaker 1: So I wouldn't say it like that though.
- 34:17Speaker 2: It's time to get a job.
- 34:19Speaker 3: Enough with this, all right, Well, Serena, good luck keep
- 34:22Speaker 3: us posting. I appreciate you just reaching out to us
- 34:25Speaker 3: and trusting us with that conversation. It is, as we
- 34:29Speaker 3: learn in life, it's not the what always, it's the
- 34:32Speaker 3: hell in the end.
- 34:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yep.
- 34:34Speaker 8: And the resentment thing is true because cut to twenty
- 34:37Speaker 8: years from now and if nothing ever did happen with
- 34:39Speaker 8: his music career or whatever, then he would always look
- 34:41Speaker 8: back on her and be like, you did this, but
- 34:44Speaker 8: really she didn't.
- 34:45Speaker 1: Yeah. Right, you don't want that. You don't want the resentment?
- 34:48Speaker 1: What a two points out? Kidscept them?
- 34:50Speaker 4: Tommy?
- 34:50Speaker 3: Are you using that new deodorant that I recommend it
- 34:53Speaker 3: for you to use?
- 34:54Speaker 7: So it's funny that you ask hilarious?
- 34:58Speaker 1: Hold on, how funny is it? Ruby?
- 35:01Speaker 3: Is it funny?
- 35:04Speaker 1: Sistney?
- 35:05Speaker 3: How funny is it? Okay, you're right, it is funny.
- 35:12Speaker 3: What's up?
- 35:13Speaker 7: Because I just tested it last week. I've been obsessed
- 35:16Speaker 7: with the Yucca app, you know, the thing that you
- 35:17Speaker 7: scan the barcodes and it tells you. Like, So I
- 35:21Speaker 7: scanned the deodant that I use and it was like
- 35:23Speaker 7: a ten, which is horrible. And I scanned the one
- 35:26Speaker 7: that's yours that I used time to time, not all
- 35:28Speaker 7: every day, and it was like a hundred. It was
- 35:31Speaker 7: like the excellent, excellent. And so now I've been using
- 35:34Speaker 7: yours every day.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Well, why you so surprise? You asked me for an
- 35:37Speaker 3: organic theodorant and I recommended the one I use.
- 35:39Speaker 7: I didn't realize that yours was so good and my
- 35:41Speaker 7: organic one was so bad.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Well here we are.
- 35:44Speaker 2: So I threw mine now and now I'm using yours
- 35:46Speaker 2: every day.
- 35:47Speaker 1: So mine's great.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Yeah, the name it ursa major I.
- 35:52Speaker 3: Think I put it on. Do you know when you're
- 35:54Speaker 3: rushing and you jam your roller up into your pit
- 35:56Speaker 3: and do it really hard and really fast, it creates
- 35:58Speaker 3: a rash. Yeah, I've got itchy rash pit. Now do
- 36:02Speaker 3: you know what I should put on that? Like, I
- 36:03Speaker 3: can't stop scratching my pit. It's a little bit red
- 36:06Speaker 3: under there.
- 36:07Speaker 2: You need to put like an ointment or something.
- 36:09Speaker 3: Don't show us just redness.
- 36:12Speaker 1: You can't handle redness all these years?
- 36:14Speaker 2: No, I can handle it. But I mean, you have
- 36:16Speaker 2: a collared shirt on.
- 36:17Speaker 1: So yeah, it's gonna be difficult.
- 36:18Speaker 3: Well, so I don't know, I need to put something
- 36:20Speaker 3: for burn, like a burn. Well, it's red, it's like
- 36:26Speaker 3: it feels like poison ivy at it's because I think
- 36:30Speaker 3: I rushed and did it too fast and hard.
- 36:32Speaker 2: I can tell you.
- 36:33Speaker 8: I can add this like crazy prubing cream that like
- 36:36Speaker 8: I don't even know the name.
- 36:37Speaker 1: I would love that.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Yeah, put that on. That clears it right up.
- 36:42Speaker 1: All right, Well, thanks, Red Rover.
- 36:43Speaker 7: I want me to send you the score of your
- 36:44Speaker 7: deodorant and my I know, but don't you want to
- 36:48Speaker 7: see it?
- 36:49Speaker 1: Desperately?
- 36:49Speaker 3: Send it? Okay, I can't wait till later. Wow, what
- 36:52Speaker 3: are you gonna do tonight? I'm gonna have toasted almonds
- 36:54Speaker 3: and look at the score of my deodorant.
- 37:01Speaker 7: They get you, Yeah, because I really enjoy looking at
- 37:06Speaker 7: all this stuff.
- 37:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:07Speaker 8: I recently told Tanya that she can do a lot
- 37:10Speaker 8: of her makeup and cosmetic stuff on the yuckap.
- 37:14Speaker 2: She didn't realize that she could, and it's a whole journey.
- 37:17Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 37:18Speaker 3: All right, let's talk about the primal movement exercise. This
- 37:21Speaker 3: is very interesting new trend in movement and good body work.
- 37:25Speaker 8: Yeah, because when you think about it, I guess treadmills
- 37:27Speaker 8: and ellipticals they kind of target your cardio health, lifting weights,
- 37:31Speaker 8: they target your muscle groups. But none of those things
- 37:34Speaker 8: really developed functional fitness and so primal movement. This is
- 37:40Speaker 8: kind of catching on, and it's like this new trend.
- 37:43Speaker 8: A lot of fitness classes and big major gyms are
- 37:47Speaker 8: catching onto this as well. It's getting on all fours
- 37:51Speaker 8: essentially on the ground, crawling, rolling, squatting, kneeling to promote
- 37:57Speaker 8: flexibility and balance as if you were some sort of
- 38:02Speaker 8: an animal.
- 38:03Speaker 1: So there is nothing new.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Hopping like a bunny for example, or walking.
- 38:08Speaker 8: Like a crab like we doesn't look like you see
- 38:10Speaker 8: like football players whatever they call it.
- 38:11Speaker 1: There's a only football players also those of us who
- 38:14Speaker 1: work here.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I know you like the bear crass be one.
- 38:19Speaker 8: You know, it's nothing new, but now it's really starting
- 38:21Speaker 8: to pick up as far as like.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Actual here's what they've done. They've now curated all of
- 38:27Speaker 3: these and put them into one class.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I used to just do a crab. The next day,
- 38:31Speaker 1: do a crawl exactly right, They do a hop right
- 38:34Speaker 1: now the crawl all together in one class. I have
- 38:37Speaker 1: to tell you it works.
- 38:39Speaker 2: The results clamshell, clamshell, yes, not one works.
- 38:44Speaker 1: I have that thing that put between my inner thighs.
- 38:47Speaker 3: So I think this is great and you can do this,
- 38:50Speaker 3: no gym required. All these primal animal movements, I think
- 38:55Speaker 3: it's cool. I like that they're putting them all into
- 38:57Speaker 3: like a fun class. I wonder we're kind of music
- 38:59Speaker 3: they play, right, you should play like cartoony music for
- 39:02Speaker 3: each animated thing.
- 39:05Speaker 7: Once told me that we should do a down dog,
- 39:07Speaker 7: a few down dogs every single day. Every single person
- 39:10Speaker 7: should do a couple every day just for like flexibility.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Yeah, it's stretching.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Really, every day you should do that.
- 39:16Speaker 2: Don't talk like every night and every morning when you
- 39:19Speaker 2: wake up, you al.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Should do a happy baby.
- 39:23Speaker 4: All right.
- 39:24Speaker 2: There you have primal movements.
- 39:28Speaker 1: On air with Ryan Seacrest. This hour our Kiss FM.

- 40:09Speaker 3: always curious of like, what you know, what is.
- 40:11Speaker 12: Doing at home? I was at home eating moltile meal,
- 40:17Speaker 12: eating one multile meal.
- 40:20Speaker 2: What's that?
- 40:22Speaker 12: It's like it's like a breakfast cereal, a hot breakfast cereal.
- 40:28Speaker 12: And I was sitting in my kitchen eating that, and
- 40:32Speaker 12: I had my ten month old great niece. I was
- 40:36Speaker 12: actually babysitting her.
- 40:37Speaker 9: Oh, and then.
- 40:40Speaker 12: I got this text from my niece. I just heard
- 40:42Speaker 12: your name on the radio. Call call call, and so
- 40:47Speaker 12: I called and I was like, oh my gosh, I'm
- 40:51Speaker 12: so excited.
- 40:52Speaker 9: This is so cool.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Well, one thousand dollars talt with your medical bill and
- 40:57Speaker 3: all you're supposed to be doing is listening.

- 41:15Speaker 4: Meal.
- 41:16Speaker 12: Just put your little brown sugar in it and it'll
- 41:18Speaker 12: be great. It'll wake you up and you'll be.
- 41:25Speaker 3: Yes cool.
- 41:26Speaker 12: Thank you.
- 41:28Speaker 1: You have a great day. Thank you for listening. Is
- 41:33Speaker 1: it like an oatmeal time?
- 41:34Speaker 7: I feel like it's like grits, like gritsy, Yeah, gritsy.
- 41:39Speaker 3: People get very turned off by grits and cilantro. It's
- 41:42Speaker 3: very surprising how annoyed people can get with cilential and
- 41:45Speaker 3: grits separately. But like, I grew up in the South,
- 41:48Speaker 3: where you eat grits growing up. But if I ever
- 41:50Speaker 3: order grits with people here, very annoyed with me.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Interesting you eat grits.
- 41:56Speaker 1: It's just corn, isn't it?
- 41:58Speaker 2: Actually don't?
- 42:00Speaker 10: Yes?
- 42:01Speaker 1: All right, listen, So Yvonne was there.
- 42:03Speaker 3: Basically what she did is what could happen to you next?
