- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listen Saints KFI AM six forty the bill handles
- 0:04Speaker 1: show on demand on the iHeartRadio ff I AM six
- 0:10Speaker 1: forty bill Handle Here. It is a Tuesday morning, November
- 0:13Speaker 1: twenty five. After tomorrow Thanksgiving, Neil will be filling in
- 0:18Speaker 1: for me as he does every Thanksgiving, answering questions about
- 0:23Speaker 1: turkeys and sides and all kinds of stuff. Oh, all
- 0:30Speaker 1: kinds of stuff in Okay, that almost worked, fair enough.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Yesterday was a big, big day in the world of
- 0:40Speaker 1: national politics and the law. It was probably going to happen.
- 0:46Speaker 1: The attorneys for James Comey and Letitia James had asked
- 0:50Speaker 1: that the court toss the criminal charges against them, and
- 0:54Speaker 1: that's exactly what the federal judge did. Now, it's a
- 0:59Speaker 1: little complex and it's more procedural technical than anything else.
- 1:03Speaker 1: But the argument was that the loyalist prosecutor, and that
- 1:08Speaker 1: it's the only way you can describe her, President Trump
- 1:10Speaker 1: brought in to bring these cases, was put into her
- 1:14Speaker 1: job unlawfully. And here is the unlawful part. And this
- 1:19Speaker 1: is where the judge ruled. There is a rule that
- 1:23Speaker 1: says when a president puts in an interim prosecutor, and
- 1:28Speaker 1: that word gets rid of the existing prosecutor on the case,
- 1:32Speaker 1: puts in an exit, puts in a new one only
- 1:35Speaker 1: has one hundred and twenty days. After one hundred and
- 1:39Speaker 1: twenty days, the president can no longer put the prosecutor
- 1:43Speaker 1: in place.
- 1:44Speaker 2: That immediately goes to the court.
- 1:47Speaker 1: The court determines the prosecution and then it has to
- 1:51Speaker 1: go through the Senate and normal confirmation.
- 1:55Speaker 2: And it was past the one hundred and twenty days.
- 1:59Speaker 1: And Pam Bondi what she did is she backdated a
- 2:03Speaker 1: document saying that this prosecutor was not an interim prosecutor,
- 2:10Speaker 1: she was a special prosecutor. And the judge said, you
- 2:14Speaker 1: can't backdate this stuff. That just doesn't work. So that
- 2:20Speaker 1: is the legal technic technicality. Now let's talk about the
- 2:24Speaker 1: bigger picture as of this moment. What the judge did
- 2:29Speaker 1: is he dismissed it without prejudice, which means the government
- 2:32Speaker 1: can refile it. And then there's an issue with statute limitations,
- 2:37Speaker 1: and that is a technical issue too. There's a statue
- 2:39Speaker 1: run because Komi was indicted three days before the statute ended,
- 2:45Speaker 1: and the administration is saying, well, it told everything this dismissal,
- 2:53Speaker 1: and therefore the statute has six months to run, which
- 2:58Speaker 1: is what the law says. With Comy and Letitia are
- 3:01Speaker 1: saying this case and the judge used the word ab initio,
- 3:05Speaker 1: which means from the beginning, this thing sucked and was
- 3:10Speaker 1: not valid. So there is an argument, and then the
- 3:14Speaker 1: politics of this. The prosecutor, the original prosecutor, Cybert, who
- 3:19Speaker 1: is the US attorney within the Eastern District of Virginia
- 3:25Speaker 1: who filed this case, said there ain't enough evidence here.
- 3:30Speaker 2: He was tossed. And Trump brings in.
- 3:33Speaker 1: His personal lawyer, who was his personal lawyer and gives
- 3:37Speaker 1: her the job of US attorney. And she does not
- 3:41Speaker 1: have thirty seconds of prosecutorial experience, has never tried a
- 3:48Speaker 1: case in her life, and of course the Press secretary
- 3:54Speaker 1: of Donald Trump said she is qualified. You don't really
- 3:57Speaker 1: need proscriptorial experience. Any lawyer will do as long as
- 4:02Speaker 1: it is someone who is loyal to the president. And
- 4:07Speaker 1: so this thing becomes a political mess. See also, the
- 4:11Speaker 1: other argument is going to be that this is clearly
- 4:15Speaker 1: a political move. It is prosecutorial misconduct the Justice Department.
- 4:21Speaker 1: This cannot go forward because it is just Donald Trump
- 4:25Speaker 1: ordering the Justice Department to move forward and using the
- 4:28Speaker 1: Justice Department as a political foil to attack his perceived enemies.
- 4:33Speaker 2: That is the reason you can't do that.
- 4:35Speaker 1: A president cannot use the Justice Department to attack political enemies.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It just isn't allowed. So this goes on and on.
- 4:45Speaker 1: So now the Justice Department has two ways to go.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Number one, appealing this decision and I'll go up to
- 4:52Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. They can go directly to the Supreme
- 4:54Speaker 1: Court actually or refiling the case.
- 4:59Speaker 2: They can't do both. They have to do one or
- 5:03Speaker 2: the other.
- 5:04Speaker 1: My guess is they're going to refile the case, and
- 5:09Speaker 1: my guess is they're going to be bringing in a
- 5:13Speaker 1: prosecutor that actually has experience, a season prosecutor.
- 5:18Speaker 2: I mean, what she.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Did is just completely just doesn't know what she's talking about.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And we're talking about what's her name. The attorney Halligan
- 5:32Speaker 1: went in front of the judge and the judge said
- 5:35Speaker 1: you and the argument was you didn't even show the
- 5:39Speaker 1: grand jury the entire indictment, which the law forces you
- 5:43Speaker 1: to do. Her answer was brilliant, I thought.
- 5:54Speaker 2: And the judge nailed her for that.
- 5:57Speaker 1: It's this thing is a political mess, and this is
- 6:02Speaker 1: the president using the Justice Department to go after enemies,
- 6:07Speaker 1: perceived enemies. We just talked about the James Comey and
- 6:12Speaker 1: Leticia James case that was tossed by the federal judge.
- 6:17Speaker 2: At the same time, it was announced that the Pentagon
- 6:20Speaker 2: has launched.
- 6:21Speaker 1: An investigation into Mark Kelly after that video that he
- 6:27Speaker 1: produced with five other Democratic colleagues reminding US service members
- 6:33Speaker 1: it was their duty to disobey unlawful orders. Now a
- 6:39Speaker 1: couple of things. Are they allowed to say this? Absolutely?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Is this sedition as the Pentagon and the President is
- 6:47Speaker 1: portraying it.
- 6:47Speaker 2: It is not. Is it political? Oh you bet it is.
- 6:53Speaker 1: It is a straight political shot at the President. So
- 6:57Speaker 1: the Pentagon launches and this investigation after receiving serious allegations
- 7:03Speaker 1: of misconduct, and they're opening up this investigation just as
- 7:08Speaker 1: to Mark Kelly, a sitting senator from Arizona. Now, why
- 7:13Speaker 1: not the other five? Well, because the other five aren't
- 7:16Speaker 1: under the jurisdiction of the military.
- 7:19Speaker 2: But wait, a sec. Mark Kelly is not either. Oh
- 7:21Speaker 2: yes he is.
- 7:23Speaker 1: He is a retired captain and still receiving benefits and
- 7:27Speaker 1: can actually be recalled to active duty and can then
- 7:32Speaker 1: be court martialed for what he said. Maybe actually not
- 7:39Speaker 1: have there been retired military that have been brought back
- 7:45Speaker 1: and court martialed.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Yeah, but this.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Was for misconduct while they were in the military. There
- 7:51Speaker 1: has never been one where what happens as a civilian
- 7:56Speaker 1: then is prosecuted as a military member. That's for starters.
- 8:02Speaker 1: The other thing is this is a sitting senator and
- 8:07Speaker 1: that's never happened before. Now is an investigation going to
- 8:12Speaker 1: be opened up?
- 8:12Speaker 2: Not a chance.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Is he going to be recalled for the purposes of
- 8:17Speaker 1: court martial?
- 8:18Speaker 2: Not a chance.
- 8:20Speaker 1: But the bigger picture is the president calling this sedition
- 8:25Speaker 1: and the death penalty should apply. Okay, by the way,
- 8:31Speaker 1: the law doesn't allow that. But so what I mean,
- 8:33Speaker 1: what do we care about the law? Assuming that sedition
- 8:36Speaker 1: does fly and it's the worst case, can a judge
- 8:40Speaker 1: give twenty years yes?
- 8:42Speaker 2: Does a judge give twenty years? No?
- 8:45Speaker 1: Because the argument is they weren't telling people to overthrow
- 8:50Speaker 1: the government, because that's what sedition is about. It's about
- 8:54Speaker 1: aiding and betting and trying to overthrow the government, which
- 8:57Speaker 1: happened January sixth with the attack on on the Capitol,
- 9:01Speaker 1: which of course everybody was pardoned because they were patriots.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Mark Kelly, who is saying you not only are this
- 9:08Speaker 1: group saying, not only do you have the right to
- 9:10Speaker 1: disobey illegal orders, you have a duty to disobey illegal orders.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Quick order about illegal orders.
- 9:16Speaker 1: And that is what Caroline can Levitt said, is that
- 9:21Speaker 1: duty members have to obey what superiors say. Excuse me, okay,
- 9:30Speaker 1: And if you commit any kind of a crime, if
- 9:33Speaker 1: it's illegal, the argument is, but I was ordered to
- 9:36Speaker 1: do it.
- 9:38Speaker 2: That's what she's saying.
- 9:39Speaker 1: You are ordered to do it. So let me give
- 9:41Speaker 1: you an example. Maybe it's a little hyperbolic, and it is.
- 9:45Speaker 1: What if the president has declared that a demonstration is
- 9:50Speaker 1: a national emergency and it's a rebellion against the United States,
- 9:57Speaker 1: and the Pentagon orders the military to shoot unarmed civilians
- 10:04Speaker 1: with their hands in the air.
- 10:07Speaker 2: And they're to be shot. That's the order.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Service people are not allowed to do that. It is unlawful.
- 10:16Speaker 1: And if someone does do that, they are criminally liable.
- 10:20Speaker 1: You know why, following orders is not a defense. That's
- 10:24Speaker 1: the Nuremberg defense. These are what the Nazi said after
- 10:26Speaker 1: World War Two. I was just following orders. Therefore I
- 10:32Speaker 1: am not liable. It's my superiors are libel. So the
- 10:36Speaker 1: Nuremberg defense would never fly. Here, and an order that
- 10:41Speaker 1: is clearly illegal must not be followed. Now, they didn't
- 10:46Speaker 1: say what order. By the way, you can say that
- 10:48Speaker 1: this is First Amendment stuff. You're allowed to say orders.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You're basically you're quoting military code. It's right there. And
- 10:56Speaker 1: of course any statement saying that you are to disregard
- 11:01Speaker 1: orders from your superiors in.
- 11:02Speaker 2: The Pentagon I have to be ignored.
- 11:07Speaker 1: And of course, what is the administration gonna do, because
- 11:10Speaker 1: what pete what the president tells Pete, Pete Hegseth to do,
- 11:14Speaker 1: Pete Hegseth does. And you know, even it's completely ridiculous
- 11:21Speaker 1: because they're talking about bringing him back. That's Kelly, and
- 11:26Speaker 1: they're talking about uh, then he's active duty again, and
- 11:30Speaker 1: then he gets court martialed for what he did. It's
- 11:34Speaker 1: never happened before. He's a private citizen. And he quoted
- 11:40Speaker 1: what military law is. But that is insubordination, that is sedition.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That is a crime, and it's the overthrowing of the government,
- 11:51Speaker 1: by the way, nothing specific, nothing specific at all. It's
- 11:58Speaker 1: he's an enemy. Therefore, let's go after him in any
- 12:01Speaker 1: way we can. And the easiest way we can is
- 12:04Speaker 1: to open up an investigation and somehow somewhere figure out
- 12:09Speaker 1: a way to bring him back, which they can do,
- 12:13Speaker 1: and then we'll current court martial him for something he
- 12:17Speaker 1: said outside of the military. As a civilian, I'd love
- 12:21Speaker 1: to see that case. Is it going to happen? Of
- 12:23Speaker 1: course not, It will never happen. Can you imagine what
- 12:26Speaker 1: would happen if that were the case? This thing would
- 12:29Speaker 1: blow up to the point where I don't know what
- 12:32Speaker 1: the administration could possibly say. But then again, some crazy
- 12:39Speaker 1: stuff is going against this interm against people with this
- 12:42Speaker 1: some this administration, some weird, weird stuff is going down.
- 12:47Speaker 1: The bottom line is that the president, the administration wants absolute,
- 12:52Speaker 1: undying loyalty. That's it. It's that simple. There's the line.
- 12:56Speaker 1: You are loyal, you get and get away with anything.
- 12:59Speaker 1: You can attack the capital, you can defraud the government,
- 13:03Speaker 1: you can defraud investors to the tune of hundreds of
- 13:05Speaker 1: millions of dollars. It's okay as long as you are loyal.
- 13:09Speaker 1: If you are not loyal, if for example, you are
- 13:13Speaker 1: accused of on an application putting down that you live
- 13:18Speaker 1: in one place and not the other, that should be
- 13:22Speaker 1: prosecuted and charged to the fullest extent of the law.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Felony.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Let's put her in jail for as long as possible.
- 13:29Speaker 1: That's actually happening. By the way, you know I'm telling you.
- 13:33Speaker 1: I know I'm biased on this stuff, and you know
- 13:35Speaker 1: I'm biased completely, But tell me that's not true. Tell
- 13:39Speaker 1: me that loyalists are not being rewarded and people that
- 13:42Speaker 1: are against the administration are not being punished. All right,
- 13:50Speaker 1: this Thanksgiving Day after tomorrow, this is when people forget
- 13:54Speaker 1: their problems. This is when you set aside what's going
- 13:57Speaker 1: on in the world and you're with family. Well, let
- 14:02Speaker 1: me tell you what's probably going to happen. And I
- 14:04Speaker 1: want to bring this to the table too. Let's start
- 14:07Speaker 1: with the wholesale cost of turkey last week abuck sixty
- 14:11Speaker 1: six a pound. That's up seventy percent from ninety eight
- 14:15Speaker 1: cents a pound at this time last year. The Index
- 14:19Speaker 1: of Consumer Sentiment, it's a survey maintained by the University
- 14:23Speaker 1: of Michigan since nineteen fifty eight, is the lowest it's
- 14:27Speaker 1: been in forty years, lower than the worst days of COVID,
- 14:31Speaker 1: lower than the financial crisis of two thousand and eight,
- 14:34Speaker 1: lower than the wake of the eight nineteen eighty seven
- 14:37Speaker 1: stock market crash anxiety.
- 14:41Speaker 2: It's all over this Thanksgiving.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Forty million Americans are facing uncertainty as their SNAP benefits
- 14:47Speaker 1: were suspended.
- 14:48Speaker 2: That was a problem that was during the government.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Shutdownption the disruption of the air traffic controllers because of
- 14:58Speaker 1: the shutdown. Holiday travel, Well, they're still talking about holiday
- 15:03Speaker 1: travel and worrying about it because of the weather on
- 15:05Speaker 1: this one does mean you don't worry about it. Hundreds
- 15:09Speaker 1: of thousands of federal employees missed their paychecks. They just
- 15:13Speaker 1: didn't get paid. And then how about these surprise immigration
- 15:19Speaker 1: and custom enforcement raids, which is pissing off a lot
- 15:24Speaker 1: of people. And if you know any Hispanic person out there,
- 15:26Speaker 1: you know that they're running really scared on again, off
- 15:30Speaker 1: again tariffs AI that is scaring a whole lot of people. Now,
- 15:37Speaker 1: is it as bad as the granddaddy of all anxieties
- 15:41Speaker 1: which we suffer from when I was a kid, nuclear annihilation?
- 15:47Speaker 2: We're worse off than that.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Our confidence in the world is worse off than we
- 15:53Speaker 1: were thinking about getting the world blown into little pieces.
- 16:00Speaker 2: I forget.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You've got Washington and Moscow talking about resuming nuclear testing.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Todd coushten. Interesting word that has been developed here that
- 16:10Speaker 1: he coined. He's a psychologist and the founder of the
- 16:14Speaker 1: Well Being Laboratory at George Mason University. I have no
- 16:17Speaker 1: idea what the hell that is? Go figure, and he
- 16:19Speaker 1: used the word loomingness, fear that a threat is getting
- 16:26Speaker 1: closer or moving faster than desired. And you have no
- 16:32Speaker 1: idea how bad this thing is going to get. Those
- 16:38Speaker 1: of you in the computer world, especially in the areas
- 16:43Speaker 1: where AI can affect you, you've got some problems. Now,
- 16:48Speaker 1: rarefied air. If you're at the top of the heap,
- 16:50Speaker 1: you're gonna do fine. If you're up there making four
- 16:53Speaker 1: hundred grand year and you're running entire divisions and you're
- 16:56Speaker 1: running cybersecurity divisions for a company, you're probably we're going
- 17:00Speaker 1: to do okay.
- 17:01Speaker 2: How about entry level done? AI is doing all of it.
- 17:06Speaker 1: If you're a new attorney, you got some big problems
- 17:08Speaker 1: because AI can do all the research for you.
- 17:11Speaker 2: AI can write briefs. Now.
- 17:16Speaker 1: On the one hand, financial markets are at just at
- 17:19Speaker 1: an all time high.
- 17:20Speaker 2: I'm looking at where the stock market is. It's never
- 17:22Speaker 2: been higher day to day.
- 17:25Speaker 1: But for every news story about these valuations of Nvidia
- 17:28Speaker 1: and open AI, there's another story about the AI bubble.
- 17:31Speaker 1: That's the other thing we're possibly looking at because when
- 17:33Speaker 1: this thing explodes, and it has to because what goes up,
- 17:38Speaker 1: while in this case, what goes up goes up and
- 17:41Speaker 1: keeps on going up wrong. And the argument is this
- 17:44Speaker 1: the AI movement and the cost of what it takes
- 17:49Speaker 1: to put in place these AI centers and these data centers.
- 17:55Speaker 1: A lot of economists saying they will never be able
- 17:58Speaker 1: to pay paid back, never and the numbers are just
- 18:01Speaker 1: not the same. So on average, Americans think there's a
- 18:07Speaker 1: twenty three percent chance they're gonna lose their jobs in
- 18:10Speaker 1: the next five years, which is, by the way, pretty
- 18:14Speaker 1: I think that's a low figure, and that's as high
- 18:17Speaker 1: as that number has ever ever been.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Have a happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy it with your family.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Because it'll probably be the last Thanksgiving that you'll ever
- 18:34Speaker 1: have because coming next Thanksgiving, you're gonna by then you're
- 18:37Speaker 1: gonna blow your brains out and you won't be enjoying
- 18:40Speaker 1: it as much.
- 18:41Speaker 2: So in enjoy, enjoy.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Okay, day after tomorrow it is Thanksgiving, and Neil is
- 18:49Speaker 1: here and will be filling in for me both Thursday
- 18:53Speaker 1: and Friday, which he does, and the rest of the
- 18:56Speaker 1: crew most will be here because that's they are, that's
- 19:01Speaker 1: where they are on the food chain here on KFI.
- 19:04Speaker 1: It's always wonderful and don't forget coming up at well,
- 19:09Speaker 1: coming December second is a pastathon where we're gonna be
- 19:12Speaker 1: at the Anaheim White House giving Tuesday, and we'll be
- 19:15Speaker 1: broadcasting all day, starting at five am with wake up
- 19:19Speaker 1: call right through eight pm with Conway. And if you
- 19:23Speaker 1: come in the morning and join us for this show,
- 19:27Speaker 1: it'll be real jew bagels and pastries and coffee and
- 19:32Speaker 1: it's well, you'll get the shmeror two.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Yes.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Oh, also go to KFI AM six forty dot com
- 19:38Speaker 1: slash pastathon. We've got auction items, I mean like dozens
- 19:42Speaker 1: and dozens and some are terrific and some not so terrific,
- 19:48Speaker 1: but still auction items are so terrific.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Okay, let me get the list. Okay, let me see
- 19:55Speaker 2: what the list is, all right, okay? And what makes
- 19:59Speaker 2: you the arbiter of what is? Okay?
- 20:01Speaker 1: I'm looking at I'm looking at the list, and uh,
- 20:04Speaker 1: one of them is our barbecue, you know, which is great.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Neil and I are going to host.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Well, actually, we're broadcasting from two to five and we
- 20:15Speaker 1: don't have the date yet a Fork Report show at
- 20:18Speaker 1: my house and we'll have chefs and pitmasters and Anaheim
- 20:23Speaker 1: White House is catering it, and you will be invited.
- 20:27Speaker 1: A top bidder will be invited to join us.
- 20:31Speaker 2: And your home is huh a sucker, You're no, it's.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Gonna be no, it's gonna be fun. And you get
- 20:37Speaker 1: a two thousand dollars set of of of knives, gourmet
- 20:42Speaker 1: knives and years of Zelman's and uh.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Here it is a shower caddy.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Okay, there you go, a Culligan two court water filter.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Okay, not bad.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Because a okay, And all I'm saying is that, you know,
- 21:04Speaker 1: I mean some are great and some. You know, it's
- 21:08Speaker 1: just a winter bliss basket. I have no idea what
- 21:13Speaker 1: that is, but I'm sure it's phenomenal. Okay, Radiance and
- 21:18Speaker 1: renewal basket. I have no idea what that is. Oh,
- 21:20Speaker 1: A radiant beauty and globe basket. Yeah, okay, uh oh
- 21:27Speaker 1: dinner at the Katerina's white at the White House where
- 21:31Speaker 1: Chef Bruno is.
- 21:32Speaker 2: You're not actually gonna eat. What you're gonna do is
- 21:34Speaker 2: serve dinner to people.
- 21:37Speaker 1: And that is one of the auction items. Okay, moving
- 21:42Speaker 1: on adjustable rate rate homes. You know what, we're already basically,
- 21:46Speaker 1: let's do that tomorrow because I'm out of time. We've
- 21:49Speaker 1: been talking about our auction items. We've been talking about
- 21:52Speaker 1: the pastathon. So we always push it every year because
- 21:55Speaker 1: you know, last year we raised one point three million
- 21:59Speaker 1: dollars for Katarina's Club. And I've talked to people over
- 22:03Speaker 1: the years and major market radio stations, I mean big markets,
- 22:09Speaker 1: very well regarded listen to stations and they have their
- 22:14Speaker 1: pet charities. We raised eighty thousand dollars. We raised sixty
- 22:18Speaker 1: thousand dollars and I look at them, how about one
- 22:22Speaker 1: point three million dollars for a local station? And that's
- 22:28Speaker 1: of course helping Chef Bruno's charity, Katerina's Club feed more
- 22:33Speaker 1: than twenty five thousand meals every week. When we started,
- 22:36Speaker 1: it was two hundred people at night. It was one
- 22:38Speaker 1: thousand meals a week. Now it is twenty five thousand.
- 22:42Speaker 1: So here is what you can do. Go to KFIAM
- 22:45Speaker 1: six forty dot com, slash pastathon, donate money or you
- 22:48Speaker 1: can donate pasta and sauce.
- 22:51Speaker 2: That's another thing we do.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Any Smart and Final store donate any amount at checkout
- 22:57Speaker 1: any Wendy's restaurant, and Neil and I were when on Saturday,
- 23:00Speaker 1: which was great fun. Donate five dollars or more and
- 23:04Speaker 1: you get a coupon book worth way more than five dollars.
- 23:08Speaker 1: And every year we do this. Now this year we
- 23:11Speaker 1: have to beat one point three million dollars. And also
- 23:17Speaker 1: some of the more fun ones the auction items that
- 23:19Speaker 1: we are doing. I think it's a Dodger game with
- 23:22Speaker 1: Gary and Shannon, a Dodger game with Dean and Tina,
- 23:28Speaker 1: and Neil and I are doing that barbecue and that
- 23:32Speaker 1: that is up for our auction that we think is
- 23:34Speaker 1: the big one because we've never done that.
- 23:37Speaker 2: So it is barbecue in my house private.
- 23:41Speaker 1: There will only be a few people there, maybe twenty people,
- 23:44Speaker 1: and it's just family basically and friends of Lindsay's because
- 23:48Speaker 1: I have no friends. And you get to ride in
- 23:50Speaker 1: my elevator all the way to the penthouse. It's you
- 23:59Speaker 1: get to sit in my chair. And during the summer,
- 24:02Speaker 1: I go commando, so I'm sweating into my chair with my.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Sweaty balls and you get to actually sit there. Oh,
- 24:10Speaker 2: come on, I'm telling you. There's a lot there Oh,
- 24:16Speaker 2: and that big jar.
- 24:17Speaker 1: You have the bubblegum machine with all the lamictyl in it. O.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Lindsey is making sure we all have prosecco because that's
- 24:26Speaker 1: her thing. So we'll have prosecco, lots of it. Anaheim
- 24:29Speaker 1: Whitehouse is catering it. I mean it's going to be
- 24:31Speaker 1: a fun, fun day. So that's the number one on
- 24:34Speaker 1: our our auction item and we've never ever done that.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Years of Zelman's a gourmet nisaid wth two thousand bucks.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I mean it's a big deal. All Right, we're done.
