- 0:55first. Girls and the autism spectrum
- 0:57exist. A lot of people don't talk about
- 0:59this. It's really, really weird.
- 1:00Like people did forget that girls can be on the autism
- 1:04spectrum. Now I know many girls who are on
- 1:06the autism spectrum. Some of my closest friends are
- 1:08on the autism spectrum and they're female.
- 1:09So my closest friends are on the autism spectrum and they're
- 1:11female. So that is important.
- 1:13OK, next thing to talk about I have a free Autism Life Hacks

- 1:26Executive function. Executive function is things
- 1:29like organizing and managing everyday tasks, everyday life.
- 1:32It could be organizing a list of the grocery store.
- 1:34It could be organizing your laundry.
- 1:36It could be organizing anything in your life that needs to be
- 1:39done. That's.
- 1:40An executive function that you need to do to complete a life
- 1:43task. We're in on the Olson spectrum
- 1:44just like Mills and Olson spectrum will have issues and
- 1:47it's called executive dysfunction.
- 1:49Now executive dysfunction is exactly what it says you're
- 1:52you're dysfunctioning from those executive functions, right.
- 1:54How we can help with this and and I mean this in the best way
- 1:57possible is technology people like, well how does technology
- 2:01work? I'm all about getting results
- 2:03instantly, quickly and as fast as I possibly can.
- 2:06The best way to do this the the most efficient way to do this.
- 2:09Is with technology. Now we all have either a
- 2:11smartphone, a tablet or a smart device like an Alexa or a Google
- 2:16Home hub or you know, one of the many things like a Siri Home
- 2:20hub. But there's so many voice first
- 2:21technologies as what they call these personal digital systems.
- 2:24We all have everywhere. By Alexis behind me here, yeah,
- 2:26she's that. And I use these all the time.
- 2:28Things like remembering to pick milk up from the store we're
- 2:33only need to take your medication, remembering to pick
- 2:35up your dry cleaning or even your kids from school.
- 2:38All of those things can be scheduled.
- 2:39You just have to ask them. So using Voicefest technology,
- 2:42you say, hey Alexa, remind me to take my medication tomorrow at
- 2:469:00 PM. Okay.
- 2:47I'll remind you tomorrow at 9:00 PM.
- 2:50There you go. Alexa, tell me now what I need
- 2:52to do is to take my medication at 9:00 PM tomorrow.
- 2:54It's as easy as that. The alert will actually come
- 2:56through to your phone and it. It's there in stone.
- 2:58You can even ask them to repeat this.
- 3:00Every single appointment that I have with a doctor or a
- 3:03specialist or anything like that, I have to ask my phone,
- 3:05Siri to put that in my calendar at a specific date, at a
- 3:08specific time and set an alarm. I just talk to them and they do
- 3:12that. This one hack of using voice
- 3:15first technology to eliminate stress from emotional
- 3:19dysfunction. Executive dysfunction.
- 3:22You can literally 10X your life overnight by just implementing
- 3:27everything that you need to do to be put on a reminder through
- 3:30voice First technology. Yeah, I know, you're welcome.

- 3:35mental health, you can definitely check out the app
