- 0:21Hi. Hi, good morning.
- 0:23Happy Wednesday. Happy Wednesday.
- 0:25Oh my gosh. OK, so there's so many things
- 0:27that over the week now, I think I said this last time, I almost
- 0:30made a list of things that I wanted to share with you.
- 0:33It's nothing exciting, but it's like things.
- 0:36But first, did you see this comment from Sarah on the last
- 0:40podcast episode? Which comment?
- 0:44I got chills when Kate said. Oh, no, no, let me you.
- 0:48Want me to read it real quick? Yes I got chills when Kate said
- 0:52she can see caterpillars on the road from the car because stuff
- 0:55like that happens to me a lot. I think this might be a Pisces
- 0:58thing because I always notice the smallest details or things
- 1:01that are different or out of place.
- 1:03If there's a bug in the room, even if it's an Ant, I will see
- 1:06it. Same.
- 1:08An Ant. Oh my gosh, Sarah, yes, I I
- 1:11totally align with you on this. Well, think about Bethany how
- 1:13you even pointed out which this was me being like particular.
- 1:17But if you guys are watching the video, the sun is coming in from
- 1:19our. Sorry.
- 1:22It makes my hair look like it's chopped up to my cheekbone.
- 1:27But even you noticing, like how I noticed the fan.
- 1:30Yeah. Like, it's just like little
- 1:31things. Yeah.
- 1:33Oh, I love that. It was actually interesting
- 1:35'cause this past week, the shadow students we had, one of
- 1:38the girls, I could definitely tell just based on what she was
- 1:40saying, was super into talking about, like, signs.
- 1:43And she's like, she's like, it's kind of insane how much of A
- 1:46Pisces you are. But like she's like, I need to
- 1:48know like what you're like moon rising and what's the other one
- 1:54is because she's like, you're also a little bit too fiery to
- 1:57be just a Pisces. And I'm like, thank you.
- 2:00But all the other ones that I was was it made a lot of sense
- 2:05also for that like super intuitive, super like mindful of
- 2:09like those little things that I'm not even looking for them,
- 2:11but they like present themselves to me is how I feel.
- 2:14Wow, I love that. Well, thanks for that, I don't
- 2:19get. So you don't get any.
- 2:21Literally will tell me like hey, did you see this comment?
- 2:24Do you get alerted or do you just go into it?
- 2:27No, I get an alert. I don't get an alert for
- 2:28anything else except that. OK.
- 2:30That's why you're so on it, because I don't get alerted
- 2:32because Bethany's technically like the main host and so she'll
- 2:39remind me sometimes to go check on because you guys make such
- 2:42nice comments. I know I was going to text you,
- 2:44but I was like, oh, it'd be fun to think of it, Save it for
- 2:47that. But oh, OK, one.
- 2:49Well, first it's kind of weird because we text during the week,
- 2:52but just like jumping into things instead of like.
- 2:55Our main, like, yeah, this is like our main, like ketchup.
- 2:58Yes. What's new with you?
- 3:01Not a whole lot, I think. When yeah, 'cause we recorded on
- 3:04Tuesday of last week and we're recording actually on Wednesday,
- 3:07so already had her surgery. I hope anyone that saw like on
- 3:11stories I updated that it went really well.
- 3:15Casey actually had to take her to the vet yesterday 'cause we
- 3:17sent pictures because the last like 3 days.
- 3:19It must be healing, which is great, but it must be extremely
- 3:22itchy for her and the cone that they gave us to use for her is
- 3:27ridiculous. I'm gonna try to pull a picture
- 3:29just to show you like she can't do anything with this on like
- 3:33this. She looks like she's from The
- 3:35Handmaid's Tale. And she's just like.
- 3:37So upset with it on so she like won't move.
- 3:41She just like it's so big it like doesn't she gets it off all
- 3:45the time. So she's been licking it and I'm
- 3:49like, Oh my gosh. Like to the point where it's
- 3:52like the first couple of days, like we really didn't have to
- 3:53like have anything on it. Like, 'cause we also were
- 3:56monitoring her, she was not touching it.
- 3:58But now that it must be itchy, she's been like the second you
- 4:01get the cone off, she like wants to go back there and lick it.
- 4:04I'm like, oh, no, When we thought she had an infection,
- 4:07luckily they're like, well, we wanna see her.
- 4:09I'm like, Oh my gosh. Cause of course, which is like,
- 4:12fine, but, and we also choose to have a vet that's a little bit
- 4:15further away from us. But it was like, OK, well, an
- 4:17hour round trip just to go to the vet for them to just say
- 4:22like, no, like it's looking good.
- 4:23We're like, could that be in the FaceTime?
- 4:26But that's OK. So she's doing, she's doing
- 4:29well. It's we're just in the face now
- 4:31of like literally she has to have the cone on her.
- 4:34We got a different cone. It's a hard cone.
- 4:35She still hates it, but at least she can like see and stuff like
- 4:38that. But yeah, she's doing good.
- 4:40We haven't gotten the results yet on the pathology, which is
- 4:44expected, like probably wouldn't hear anything until later this
- 4:47week. But otherwise she's healing up
- 4:49good, actually like her normal self, so that's good.
- 4:53I was looking through pictures and 'cause sometimes I'll get
- 4:56like highlight pictures from different times and while I was
- 4:58going through somewhere with you and then one was with Birdie, I
- 5:01think it was when y'all went down South and I was watching
- 5:03her. We're on the back chair and
- 5:07she's giving me a side eye where I'm like smiling at the camera
- 5:11and she's like side eyeing me. Yeah, that is on brand for her.
- 5:17Do you like documentaries, Love? OK, well, one that I was
- 5:23obsessed with last last week, I think after we talked.
- 5:26It's like a religious one, but it's about the extreme
- 5:30Mormonism. Oh, I would be.
- 5:33So like stuff like that. Oh my God, it is.
- 5:36It's about like polygamous, like the extreme, like the guy that
- 5:40has like 50 wives. These two people got into like
- 5:46into this like sphere of people or whatever their community and
- 5:50the way that they film it. I've never seen anything like it
- 5:52where they're like so into this and like this guy is letting
- 5:55them film him like say all these things.
- 5:57It's wild. Oh my gosh, how long?
- 6:00Like is it a documentary with just like an hour and a half or
- 6:03is it episodes? Episodes.
- 6:05It was like 6 episodes. OK, yeah, we'll definitely have
- 6:07to watch it. When I saw you also posted that
- 6:10you watched the Noah Khan one. Oh, so good.
- 6:14Casey was actually gonna start watching it the other night.
- 6:16I was going to bed early. It was one of the nights of the
- 6:17shadow students. I was like, no, don't start it
- 6:19because I saw that you watched it.
- 6:21I'm like, I wanna watch it with. You so good.
- 6:23Yeah. I haven't watched it yet.
- 6:24You should. OK, yeah, I love watching people
- 6:27in their, like, creative process.
- 6:29And I really didn't listen. I loved one of his songs,
- 6:32Northern Attitude, which I really like, but I didn't know
- 6:35all the other ones. Yeah, so good.
- 6:38I have a funny story for you. So this past weekend we went to
- 6:42a rodeo in Madison. So we've gone to it a couple of
- 6:47years ago. We went to it once because it
- 6:49was Casey's uncle who passed away.
- 6:51His family was coming into town. I think this is probably, well,
- 6:55no, it's more than this had to have been six years ago because
- 6:59we were at our old house. They stayed it with us at our
- 7:01old house. So we went to it and we had no
- 7:05idea what we were going to. But I will say like the crowd is
- 7:09definitely like we stick out like a sore thumb.
- 7:10Like there's even the vibes in there.
- 7:12I'm just like, Oh my gosh. Like, I, I don't even know how
- 7:17to explain it, but it's just, we stick out like a sore thumb.
- 7:19Yeah. But the actual rodeo part of it
- 7:21is extremely entertaining. Like, it's really cool to see
- 7:24what animals can do. A couple of things I will say is
- 7:27pretty hard for me to watch like like they do the, you know,
- 7:30you're watching Clarkson's Farms and stuff like the things that
- 7:33they do for the animals and like things that they have to do to
- 7:35them. It's like that all makes
- 7:38complete sense because you can tell it's very much like for the
- 7:41well-being of the farm and for the well-being of the animals,
- 7:43Like they have to make hard decisions and have to do tough
- 7:46things. But like, I mean, Jeremy is like
- 7:49emotional about every decision they have to make.
- 7:51So one of the, I guess you would call it like entertainment
- 7:56things is like roping baby cows calf.
- 8:02Yeah. So like the they come out on
- 8:04their horse and they lasso the horns of the cow are the around
- 8:09the neck of the cow and they go and they flip them and they tie
- 8:12their legs and then like the horse like backs up.
- 8:15And so like, that was because then the baby cows just like,
- 8:19like I'm like, Oh my God, Casey and I were like, we can't do
- 8:23this. Like things that I thought were
- 8:24cool was like the bronc riding and stuff.
- 8:27Which, yeah, I'm still, I don't know.
- 8:29I'm sure there's a lot of opinions to get the.
- 8:32Did you know that like for bronc riding, when they're bucking the
- 8:34horses, they have like basically put a strap around the horse's
- 8:37Dong to like get them to want to buck?
- 8:40No. Yeah, so like, I don't know.
- 8:43I don't know. So I I have mixed feelings but
- 8:45they invited us to go and. That's funny you said Dong.
- 8:49Anyway, sorry. I'm like, I don't want to say
- 8:51the P word. It's just so immature of me.
- 8:54But so I was having a little bit of a hard time with some of the
- 8:57things. But the reason I'm telling the
- 8:59story is not just to talk about the fact that we went to a rodeo
- 9:01is the woman sitting behind us. So we sit down and like I'm
- 9:06like, cool. Like no one's really behind us.
- 9:08And this is like a sold out thing.
- 9:09So I was like, I'm actually surprised about 20 minutes and
- 9:14these two women come waddling. I like, I guess like swaying up
- 9:20to their spot. And I'm like, oh boy,
- 9:22annihilated. And I'm telling you, like, this
- 9:24is not an environment. Like a couple people were like,
- 9:27you know, people are have like a beer or something, but they're
- 9:29not, there's not a bunch of drunk people walking around like
- 9:32she stuck out like we stuck out like a sore thumb.
- 9:34She stuck out like a sore thumb and she gets behind me and she's
- 9:38got this giant sign for, like, this clown that's a part of this
- 9:42rodeo. And she's like, I just have to
- 9:44tell you, I'm so sorry. I had a time.
- 9:46But John the clown is definitely coming up here.
- 9:49I'm like, OK, like, cool. Like sounds good.
- 9:52Oh, she's saying this to you, she sings.
- 9:54To me and she touches my head to tell me and I was like, oh, and
- 9:58you know how she. Put her fingers in like she
- 10:00touched. My head like this.
- 10:02Oh, Tap. Tap.
- 10:03Tap, tap, tap. No, not like rubbing it.
- 10:05I would have been like, holy, yeah, yeah.
- 10:08But Long story short, she ends up being just obnoxious behind
- 10:12us. But I'm like, whatever.
- 10:13She's just like John, John come up here and she's just like
- 10:16screaming and she's just profanities left and right.
- 10:21Then we're talking, I don't know, 45 minutes till the end.
- 10:28She's getting up and going down the stairs.
- 10:30You can tell she's needs to go do something and she's peeing
- 10:34her pants. No.
- 10:36Peeing her pants as she's walking away and I'm seeing the
- 10:41pee coming out of her. That's how annihilated she was.
- 10:46Oh my God, you did not know where this was going.
- 10:51Wow, I've never seen someone actively pee.
- 10:58No, not like this like. Shorts on.
- 11:00No, it was like these like khakis.
- 11:03It was black. No, I know.
- 11:05I thought about you and the khakis or she was wearing jeans
- 11:07because like everyone there is pretty much wearing like their
- 11:09like buckle jeans, like the type that has like the embellishment
- 11:13on the butt and stuff. She's wearing more like black
- 11:16joggers. But yeah, she's walking down the
- 11:19stairs and I'm seeing the pee coming out of her and I'm seeing
- 11:22it trail her and like I'm like, is anyone else seeing this?
- 11:25Like she passed one of Casey's cousins.
- 11:28I'm like, did you just see that? She's like, no, what?
- 11:30I'm like she was peeing herself and she's like, and she looked
- 11:33on the ground. She sees the pee.
- 11:35And so I'm thinking she's not coming back.
- 11:37There's no way. What do you do?
- 11:38Come back with pee covered pants. 15 minutes later she's
- 11:44she comes in and she needs someone to basically escort her
- 11:47to her seat because she doesn't remember where her seat is.
- 11:50Like that's again how drunk she was.
- 11:52So they brought her back. I'm thinking I'm seeing her with
- 11:56someone that works there. I'm thinking yes, like they're
- 11:58going to ask her to leave. No, she just must have needed
- 12:03help finding her spot. And then I'm just thinking
- 12:06behind me. She's sitting on a cloth seat
- 12:10with her pee covered pants. Wait, OK, So what people don't
- 12:14know about you is you have an incredible sense of smell.
- 12:17Like one time you asked me, have you ever smelled a rotten tooth?
- 12:20And I was like, what? I am, that's a thing.
- 12:24Literally when she was talking to me from behind my head, I
- 12:26literally halfway through said to Casey, her breath is
- 12:29unbearable. And so then I could smell her
- 12:32too after and I was like sitting forward in my chair because and
- 12:35I'm just like, I'm just like now I like can't even enjoy this.
- 12:39Like I'm all I'm thinking about is when she's going to touch me
- 12:41next because I'm like, she touched my head so many times
- 12:44and like I came up behind my hair and I'm like, no.
- 12:48And I'm just thinking like, what if she didn't wash her hands?
- 12:50Like she's sore? She's not thinking about it.
- 12:53Oh she has penis for sure. For sure, because she's probably
- 12:55like trying to like dry it out. I don't know.
- 12:57What do you, what do you do if she's wearing underwear?
- 12:59I told Casey she probably for sure ditched the underwear and
- 13:03then like, you know what? I don't, I don't know.
- 13:06But yeah. So that was that was part of
- 13:09that. And then we I'm like, OK, let's
- 13:11leave early. A, it's a super long thing.
- 13:13And B, I'm like, I don't need to be sitting here smelling or like
- 13:17the potential of her touching me was giving me such an ick.
- 13:20Oh. My God, that makes me sweaty.
- 13:22My hands are sweaty right now. The.
- 13:24Drunkest woman in this huge arena How many seats is the
- 13:27arena case? 10,000 seats the the drunkest
- 13:32ones are behind us. Of course.
- 13:35It was love you. Bye.
- 13:39Wild. Oh, sorry, Hon.
- 13:40Does she ever cone on? OK, thanks.
- 13:44Hi. He's heading out for a filming
- 13:47day. Oh.
- 13:49Nice. Yeah.
- 13:50OK, that's exciting. Yeah, he was out yesterday.
- 13:53So I'm like, Oh my gosh, like I'm so busy.
- 13:58Help, help. Where's my friend going?
- 14:02Like yesterday I went to get a massage.
- 14:05Bobby was like, Oh my God, I'm going to get separation anxiety
- 14:07when you're gone. I'm like, Oh my God.
- 14:09Oh. My God.
- 14:10Oh, you love it. You love it.
- 14:11I do. Yeah, of course.
- 14:12Of course you do. Did.
- 14:13You ever see Shayna? Shayna, obviously.
- 14:17Oh my God. You think I'd see someone else?
- 14:20Great. Amazing.
- 14:21You should go see that one, lady.
- 14:22But you're like, why would I drive that far when, let me
- 14:26guess, you've probably not done the chair one?
- 14:28No, I wouldn't have it. Oh, shoot, what was I going to
- 14:34say? OK, well I forget but.
- 14:39I brought a couple of games to the pod.
- 14:42You did. Yes, OK, I want to try them.
- 14:45Yeah, sure. OK, so the first one is a word
- 14:48game. So I've heard this on another
- 14:51podcast. I don't remember which podcast
- 14:52it was, but then Casey and I sometimes when we're in bed,
- 14:55we'll do this as we're trying to fall asleep.
- 14:57Like if we feel like we're not very tired, we'll lay there and
- 14:59do this word game. So I'm going to count 321 and
- 15:04we're both going to say whatever word comes to our head like, oh.
- 15:08I see this to y'all all the time.
- 15:09What? Don't I say this to you like?
- 15:11Well, it's not. I don't call it a game, but I'm.
- 15:13Yes, no, But yours? Yeah, Yours is just like, but
- 15:16I'll just explain. So we're gonna say whatever word
- 15:18comes to our head. And then with with those two
- 15:22words, we're trying to find a common word between the two
- 15:25things that we said. So we might be starting like
- 15:27completely on the ends of the spectrums.
- 15:29We're trying to end up saying the same word.
- 15:32OK, got it. That's what we're trying to do.
- 15:33So let's do, let's say our first word.
- 15:35So I'll do 321. And then we'll say our first
- 15:37word that comes to our head and then we'll go from there.
- 15:43OK. Alright.
- 15:44Are you ready? Yeah. 321 feather, OK, gorilla
- 15:49and feather. So those are two words and then
- 15:52we're going to count 321 and we're going to say something
- 15:56that could be aligned with gorilla and feather.
- 15:59OK. OK, 321 jungle bird.
- 16:05Is a gorilla a bird? Wait.
- 16:08Well, I thought it's a word. Literally just like Casey did,
- 16:11you're now saying something that has to do with my word.
- 16:13Yes, it connects the 2 words. Yeah, but how does a bird have
- 16:16anything to connect with gorilla?
- 16:18Because a gorilla lives in the jungle where there are birds and
- 16:21a bird probably dropped a feather.
- 16:23Oh OK, but I just said jungle now.
- 16:27Wait, So what? What is our words are now jungle
- 16:30and bird? So now what are we?
- 16:32What am I trying to do? We're trying to say the same
- 16:35word. OK, so a word that has to do
- 16:38with those two words. That has to do with those two
- 16:39words. OK, we're trying to get.
- 16:41The same jungle and bird. Yep.
- 16:43And try to say it when I say 321, try to say it at the same
- 16:45time. OK, OK, this is just practice
- 16:48round. We can do another round.
- 16:49Oh my God. OK.
- 16:51OK, so bird and jungle bird. And jungle.
- 16:55All right, 321 nest. I already said feather.
- 17:00You can't say this when earlier when I go do you get it?
- 17:04You're like, yeah. You're like, let's.
- 17:06Go. This is literally how it was
- 17:08playing with Casey the first time.
- 17:09OK, let's try that again. OK.
- 17:11What is it Feather and? Jungle, let's start fully over,
- 17:14yeah? OK, so new words.
- 17:16New words. OK, New words.
- 17:18All right. 321 fan. Convertible.
- 17:22OK. So convertible and fan.
- 17:24OK. All right.
- 17:26Ready. You're so focused.
- 17:31All right. 321 AC OK, see in here.
- 17:38All right. 321 cool. Wind.
- 17:43You say it on 3/2 one word. Oh, when did I say it?
- 17:48You're saying it directly after me.
- 17:50Oh, I. Am yes.
- 17:52Are we delayed? OK, OK, OK.
- 17:53OK, so now it's cool and air. OK.
- 17:58Is that what you said? Wind.
- 17:59Wind. Yeah, cool and wind.
- 18:01All right, 321 storm. Oh no, I don't like this game.
- 18:09I'm not good at it. I keep getting nervous and I'm
- 18:11going to get it wrong. There's no kidding.
- 18:16Wrong. OK, OK.
- 18:17I brought a different game. I brought a different game.
- 18:19We'll try a different game. Yeah.
- 18:20Yeah. OK.
- 18:21You have to rank these things one through 5.
- 18:24OK. But I say 1 and you have to rank
- 18:28it right away so you can't go back and re rank.
- 18:33OK, Does that make sense? Yes.
- 18:34So. I would say, OK, so the first
- 18:37word and you're gonna have no idea on the topic or anything
- 18:39like that. OK, school bus driver three.
- 18:45OK, so that's midline 5 is the worst, one is the best.
- 18:48OK so now I only have 1245 T correct?
- 18:52Yep, 5 is the worst you said. Yep.
- 18:54So you put school bus driver is 3 OK port a potty cleaner 5 OK
- 19:03farmer. 1. Really.
- 19:08Amusement park caricature 04 salmon fisherman. 2.
- 19:16All right, you ended up pretty good on that 10.
- 19:18That's not bad. So those are basically your
- 19:21careers you're going to be it would have been farmer would be
- 19:23your first choice, then salmon fisherman, then a school bus
- 19:27driver, then amusement park caricature and then a port a pot
- 19:29cleaner. I feel like that's for those.
- 19:32Options. That's pretty spot on, yeah.
- 19:34The only ones I personally would have flip-flopped is actually, I
- 19:37don't know, salmon fishermen. I feel like that's pretty
- 19:38dangerous. But the spot on the ocean, like
- 19:42the breeze. I know, but storming like they
- 19:45still go out in storms. I feel like Farmer, you got it.
- 19:48I got that spot on. That would be.
- 19:49My first well, now we're saying farm, we're thinking more of
- 19:51like Clarkson's farm type farming.
- 19:53Yeah, or just like having a bunch of land and farming it and
- 19:58growing things. Yeah, OK.
- 20:00Yeah, Next one, iced tea. Iced Tea 3.
- 20:06OK, water. 1. Mountain Dew 05 bee's knees.
- 20:18AW2. Coffee.
- 20:22Oh. Shoot, I know. 50 Well, that's
- 20:25your 4. I know I was shocked to.
- 20:27I mean, obviously we need water to live.
- 20:28I mean for you. Not as like enjoyable.
- 20:31I saved coffee for the end 'cause I'm like, she's gonna,
- 20:34she's gonna like either hold out on it.
- 20:37OK, one more. OK, reactivity. 1.
- 20:45Wild puppy, OH. 2. Whiny FOMO. 5.
- 20:54Nervous. 3. Overly friendly. 4.
- 20:59OK. Oh, is that pretty accurate for
- 21:02you? Yeah, well, it made me think
- 21:03about because I just watched. Do you like watching
- 21:05documentaries about wild animals?
- 21:07Yeah. I mean, I don't watch that many,
- 21:08but yeah, I would. Well, I just saw one.
- 21:11It's on Netflix. I really like TV, but I also
- 21:14feel like this is a space we're talking about.
- 21:16TV things is kind of fun. I think it's called Gorilla or
- 21:19something. But you know David Attenberg.
- 21:21Who I know the name? He has like an English accent.
- 21:25He narrated the planet. I forget.
- 21:29I love the planet, yeah. Planet, yeah, he's the narrator
- 21:32of that. So this was it's #4 on movies
- 21:37for kids. I don't know what that says.
- 21:39Anyway, it's a little bit over an hour and fascinating.
- 21:45I had to skip through the parts where they're fighting sometimes
- 21:48the males, and I just don't like seeing that.
- 21:50But it just made me think about like animals and how with dogs,
- 21:54people don't. I think so many people do not
- 21:57view dogs as like where they came from, you know?
- 22:03And honestly? Oh, hi beanie, beanie.
- 22:06Probably a beanie. Beanie.
- 22:09Beanie. Hi, Bobby.
- 22:10Hi. Beanie.
- 22:16Oh look at him, I got a poop dad.
- 22:21In potentially unpopular opinion, I think it's a
- 22:24disservice to dogs. Oh, for sure.
- 22:27Like not that people need like my dog's a wolf like no, they've
- 22:30been so domesticated for so many years, like I freaking know
- 22:33that, but like do you go and roll in poop pile or like
- 22:38rolling deer Dong? No, my dog loves to like I don't
- 22:45know. So I'm sure that was.
- 22:47I'm actually super surprised you put wild puppy as #2.
- 22:50I love like animals. But you don't love.
- 22:53Oh no, I would love to have a job where I'm working with.
- 22:56Wild. I mean like wild puppy meaning
- 22:57like a crazy puppy. I mean, not like I'm going to
- 23:00train a wild puppy. These were all like kind of
- 23:02like, and I didn't give you the topics, but they're all like
- 23:05reactivity, like a wild crazy puppy FOMO.
- 23:08Like it's all like behavioral issues all the time.
- 23:12So that's why I was surprised you chose 2 because you don't
- 23:14really train puppies cuz you're like no thank you but.
- 23:18When you said why, what did you say?
- 23:19Wild puppy? Yeah.
- 23:20Oh, so not like from the wild, like no maybe wolf or whatever.
- 23:24No, not like a feral little. That's what I interpreted it as.
- 23:28So I. Was like OK, cool, like #1 yes,
- 23:31yeah that's so funny that you said reactivity is number one.
- 23:34I would honestly, if I knew the list ahead of time, probably
- 23:37choose like overly friendly is number one just cuz that's I
- 23:40feel like very straightforward and easy.
- 23:41But I agree, like reactivity is up there for me and I.
- 23:44Just love it cuz it's so you can see the transformation.
- 23:48Yes, in the whiny FOMO. I'm right with you on that.
- 23:51Oh, if I could just exit out of my life forever.
- 23:54So even if this owners listens, these owners listen to it,
- 23:57they'll totally know because they send me like memes of being
- 24:00like their regrets of their dog. But they're joking.
- 24:03They love him. But yeah, two of my shadow
- 24:05students that were here this past week, they're also clients
- 24:08of mine. So they were originally going to
- 24:10do like a just a three day refresh and like, you know, we
- 24:14want to be like more involved with it.
- 24:16Like what are the options for that?
- 24:17And so I was going to do like the private thing that I did
- 24:20like with the other owner and then that I did with the
- 24:22trainer. So I gave them that as an option
- 24:26and they're like, well, we're actually kind of interested in
- 24:27doing your shadow program, like also working hands on with the
- 24:30other dogs. I'm like, awesome.
- 24:32I feel like you guys be great for it.
- 24:33So they came from my shadow program and they brought their
- 24:35dog. Yeah.
- 24:36And I feel like the whiny phone. Well, stuff is probably one of
- 24:42the most draining things for both the trainers and the owners
- 24:45because he is their dog. He's a little dog.
- 24:51He'll have no reason to be whining and he's.
- 24:55Oh yeah. Constantly like, Oh yeah, but if
- 24:59you, if you put like in the crate.
- 25:00So I'm like, you know, you guys we're going to have like they've
- 25:02had tough moments with him at home, but they don't have a Bart
- 25:04collar and like we're going to put the Bart collar on him in
- 25:06the crate. Like he knows how to be quiet.
- 25:08He's just doing it to see like if mom gets up and moves and
- 25:11like walks upstairs to the upstairs portion of the kind of
- 25:13room, it's immediately and it's just like excessive.
- 25:19And so, but the second the bark caller goes off once he's
- 25:22completely silent. So like he knows how to be
- 25:25quiet. He just chooses not to.
- 25:27But at the end of it, obviously, you know, it was a great three
- 25:31days, a little like I felt slightly with like a chicken
- 25:34with my head cut off just because the day of them coming
- 25:36here was birdie surgery. But they were all so great and
- 25:39like, you know, flexed and we're very understanding.
- 25:44But at the end, mom got a little emotional because she's just
- 25:48like, she's like, I think it was so great, but also so hard for
- 25:52me to like see him in comparison to other dogs because like it's
- 25:57validating because like, you know, I just thought maybe we
- 26:00were doing something wrong and that's why he was like so
- 26:02challenging and so pushy and so whiny.
- 26:05But she's like, but now that I'm seeing like he's just also
- 26:09genetically has probably a lot of stuff going on.
- 26:11So she was like, it was almost validating and also like
- 26:14embarrassing to see like that. My dog's the one that's like the
- 26:17annoying one that's like, Oh yeah, constant whiner.
- 26:19The constant. So like the fact that the
- 26:22trainers are picking reactivity over whining and FOMO.
- 26:26We feel for you owners that are dealing with for sure the whiny
- 26:30stuff, the whiny stuff. Like these are owners that
- 26:31literally do everything. They're not.
- 26:34I'm not. We're not talking about a dog
- 26:35who's whining because they've haven't been walked for a week.
- 26:38Yeah, this is their walks daily treadmill place time, kennel
- 26:43time, play time, everything you could ask an owner to do, they
- 26:46do. And it's still a tough dog.
- 26:50Well, it's like this dog I worked with, Jax, who's an
- 26:52Australian Shepherd, the whiniest dog I've ever worked
- 26:55with in my entire life. But he was great in the kennel,
- 26:57which, So that is the thing for me.
- 26:59If a dog is good in the kennel, I can take some whiny stuff.
- 27:03It's. But then I have an off switch
- 27:05where it's like, I don't have to even worry about separation
- 27:07anxiety. I can work through stuff and
- 27:09then put them away. But the owner had been dealing
- 27:11with this chronic whining for years.
- 27:15And I was like, how do you stay sane when you're constantly
- 27:18hearing this? She was like, I don't know.
- 27:20I think I just tried to tune it out.
- 27:22Yeah. We ran into that of like, we'd
- 27:25be sitting there and he'd be on place excessively whining and
- 27:28I'd have to finally be like you, you need to tap him for that,
- 27:32like. Yeah.
- 27:33And they're like, oh, we didn't even, like, we didn't even
- 27:35notice. Yeah.
- 27:35And I'm like, oh, interesting. What and me and the other
- 27:37trainer, because that trainer was here from Miami, she's also
- 27:40like, how are you not hearing it?
- 27:42And I think that they're probably hearing it.
- 27:44But like once we pointed it out, things were like, oh, whoa, I
- 27:46didn't even realize like probably how many times we're
- 27:48missing it because it's so chronic that like, and I'm like,
- 27:53I don't even know how you tune that out.
- 27:55Like wow, that is, that's like a skill.
- 27:58Like you guys maybe should do a little side hustle training dogs
- 28:00because I can't tune out whining.
- 28:03Yes, they would be great. Literally.
- 28:05Well, it's interesting because I even like especially her husband
- 28:09who's there, his handling skills like which makes total sense.
- 28:14Like there's less confidence in them handling their own dog.
- 28:18And I would say mom actually had more confidence handling her own
- 28:20dog than some of the others. But dad was like extremely
- 28:24confident handling the other dogs.
- 28:25I was like how like he's a really good handler.
- 28:27I was like, he could easily help people, but then when you would
- 28:31handle his dog, he still did a great job, but you could tell
- 28:34the emotion came into the mix. That then blurred the lines of
- 28:38like, you're missing things that matter.
- 28:40But with the other dogs, you're coming to them super fair and
- 28:44like blank sleep, but you don't have this emotional tie to them
- 28:47that it was like it was night and day difference.
- 28:50And I will say all of the dogs we had except for him are bigger
- 28:53dogs. And these are very tall people.
- 28:55I'm like you guys, next time you need to get a big dog.
- 28:57What are what are we doing with these little guys?
- 28:58Like we love them too, but I'm like, you guys are like handling
- 29:01these bigger dogs like amazingly.
- 29:04So that was interesting to see too, because I don't know that
- 29:07I've actually never, I've never really had that like comparison
- 29:10because they've started this. I've had other owners come and
- 29:13work with me, but I've never allowed an owner to bring a dog
- 29:18for the shadow program. Okay, so.
- 29:20What a valuable experience for them, yeah.
- 29:23Yeah, I don't know how often I would offer that.
- 29:25I think it would just be dependent on if it would fit in
- 29:27the program because also understanding they were great
- 29:30about it, but their main goal is their dog.
- 29:33Yeah. So like, you know, a lot of the
- 29:35questions were about their dog. And so got it, yes.
- 29:38Totally fine, but I would want to make sure that it's like
- 29:40balanced well for everyone there.
- 29:42Yeah, but it actually ended up being nice because the trainer
- 29:45that came, she also struggles with one of her personal dogs.
- 29:47She's 11 dogs so. 11 personal. 11 personal dogs.
- 29:52I thought you were crazy with your 4.
- 29:54I told her I was like huh? What?
- 29:57Yeah, but one of hers is really challenging and it sounds like
- 30:02in a different way, but some of the similar stuff.
- 30:04So they all very much could like relate of being like, yeah, we
- 30:07love our dog and yeah, hate them sometimes.
- 30:13Oh my gosh, you know, it's so funny.
- 30:15Like, well, so I think I told you, I'm not gonna say the
- 30:18person's name, but I mean, I could tell you obviously offline
- 30:21or whatever, but. I'm not on the T.
- 30:25Well, I don't know if this will come across as I don't want to
- 30:27feel like I'm gossiping about him or whatever, but I just
- 30:30thought it was interesting about like relationships and how I'm
- 30:33at a certain stage where I, I'm so spoiled by you and being
- 30:39around you and Casey and Bobby and like, I like being around
- 30:41people. I like being around.
- 30:43So even like talking to people, like, I don't want to spend time
- 30:47talking to someone that it just doesn't feel like it clicks if I
- 30:50have the choice. But so this one trainer who has
- 30:52a podcast, I think I told you I reached out because I was in
- 30:55this phase of like, I don't know, I just had the thought and
- 30:58then I was impulsive. And so I, I was like, you know,
- 31:01the thing where I was like, people who do things other
- 31:04people won't do, you know, are successful.
- 31:07And I was like, I'm going to reach out to this trainer and be
- 31:10like, can I get on your podcast? I want to promote my book.
- 31:13And so I reached out to him. And so we've kind of been going
- 31:16back and forth a little bit for months.
- 31:19And then the other day we got on a phone call.
- 31:22And it wasn't, I couldn't tell right away, but he started
- 31:26talking about he's from out West.
- 31:28And he was like, oh, yeah, I was just recently in Orlando, and I
- 31:32hung out with this other dog trainer's name.
- 31:35And he was like, have you ever heard of him?
- 31:36And I was like, no. And he was like, oh, my God,
- 31:38He's like the best dog trainer in the entire world.
- 31:40And I was like, wow, OK, no, I don't know him.
- 31:44And then he was talking about another trainer.
- 31:46I make sure I know who he was talking about.
- 31:48OK, yeah, I I didn't it's not like any shade.
- 31:51It's just like, I don't know, I didn't know another trainer.
- 31:54I did know the name of where he has a big space in Florida and
- 32:01he's very like working dog. OK, so, but also I guess pro E
- 32:07caller, whatever. But he was like, he was almost
- 32:09like saying it as if it was like a I idolize these people kind of
- 32:15in a dog training industry. And he was saying it in that
- 32:18way. And I was thinking like, oh,
- 32:19that's cool. Like I wish I idolized dog
- 32:21trainers, I guess. But I just don't jive in that
- 32:24way. I don't like really want to talk
- 32:26about. I love talking about training
- 32:28stuff with you because I love your perspective and I think.
- 32:31You're talking about like the owner dynamic.
- 32:33We don't talk about the other trainers.
- 32:36So but the way he was talking, it was very like, I love these
- 32:42trainers, like I love dog training, like telling me all
- 32:46these things. And then towards the end he was
- 32:49like, yeah, so we can schedule a time.
- 32:52It was he was supposed to reach out Monday hasn't because I
- 32:54don't think it was really the right fit.
- 32:56So, but he said have like it open-ended because the other
- 33:01trainer, the one with the big facility, we were talking for
- 33:04four hours. So like leave your schedule
- 33:05open. And I, I was thinking we were on
- 33:08a phone call and I was like, well, for schedule purposes,
- 33:12let's just mark out like 1 1/2 two hours.
- 33:15And I don't think he really liked that.
- 33:16I think he's used to just talking about this stuff
- 33:18forever. And I was like, I don't think I
- 33:21could do that for. Can you imagine being on a phone
- 33:23call and then not having a way to get out and then just being
- 33:26like, I just sound rude? No, no, I I wouldn't.
- 33:31I'd be like AI don't want to sit that long.
- 33:35I'm not sitting for four hours unless no traveling somewhere
- 33:39cool. Like what?
- 33:41Who is sitting for four hours? I don't.
- 33:44I mean, I can't. I mean, I'm sure a lot of
- 33:45people, but like I can't, I'll be like my hips will be tight
- 33:48like, and also this is me. I have no idea of the person
- 33:53that you were talking to and stuff like that.
- 33:54Like to me, it's like, to what point are we just talking about
- 34:00the same things? And like, how much of it is him
- 34:03potentially talking to you or some or a guest?
- 34:07And then they're like, yeah, uh huh.
- 34:09Yep. Because it's like his platform.
- 34:11Yeah. It's like, maybe he just likes
- 34:13to hear himself talk. Maybe he should just do his his
- 34:15solo thing and. I think he's doing the right
- 34:18thing because he does like to talk.
- 34:19Like we he was like talking, talking, talking.
- 34:21And I was like, whoa, whoa. I feel like this would be great
- 34:23on the podcast episode, you know, like to know you on there
- 34:26or whatever. Totally.
- 34:28Yeah. So it was kind of, I'm glad I
- 34:30reached out to him because you just never know.
- 34:32And also part of me was like, oh, he has a following of a lot
- 34:35of dog trainers. And I was like, I can mention
- 34:37the trainer in you. And then I was thinking, I
- 34:40don't, I don't ever want to feel like I'm forcing anything that
- 34:43just doesn't feel like it aligns or he's seems like a great guy.
- 34:47Yeah, I'm kind of happy he didn't reach out.
- 34:49Yeah, to see where that potentially goes.
- 34:52And I think that's one of the things too is like that what's
- 34:57the word? I'm looking for that theme that
- 34:59you've almost like how you just said.
- 35:00I kind of wish I Ialized like a dog trainer or like I'm like, do
- 35:05you though? We've talked about.
- 35:07This, I know we've talked about this, but like I feel like you
- 35:09say it and then you talk yourself out of it.
- 35:11Like I don't want to be about something that I'm like force
- 35:13her like not be aligned. Well, I wish there was like a
- 35:16dog trainer like us that was older and wiser and like could
- 35:20take me under her wing. Like just like it's like the
- 35:23totally made-up version of like, if I could have Elizabeth
- 35:27Gilbert, who's a famous writer, she would eat.
- 35:29They love if she was a dog trainer and she could like be
- 35:32someone I could text and be like, but no, because I don't I
- 35:36don't love working with dogs. So but it's.
- 35:38Just like, yeah, you're like loving this, not training a
- 35:41dog's life, but you. I just don't like, I love that
- 35:45for you. That's true.
- 35:45But I'm like, are you making yourself believe something
- 35:48that's not true? Yeah, I don't know.
- 35:49I think I'm just I, I like I've romanticized the idea in my
- 35:52head. But yeah, even when I'm talking
- 35:54to him, I would want to talk about things we talked about.
- 35:57Yeah, like me trying to get you to play a weird game or talking
- 35:59about the woman peeing her pants.
- 36:02Yeah. It's like one time when I was
- 36:04saying I was thinking of doing like a shadow program.
- 36:06Yeah. I love that you do it.
- 36:08I think it is so helpful for dog trainers.
- 36:10And I just think it's so cool. A big part of me does not want
- 36:15to because I get way too exhausted and like, it's just
- 36:18too much talking and like, I don't like when it's on me.
- 36:21I like being a family in the room and like, yeah.
- 36:24Definitely don't do a shadow program if you get too tired
- 36:27from talking or especially with a day, like a day one is like it
- 36:31is kind of like, you know, it's a warm up period for them.
- 36:34It's like especially if I'm doing 1 and it's like early dogs
- 36:37that I'm just getting to know like it is all me on day one.
- 36:41That day one, I went to bed at 7:30.
- 36:43Wow. Yeah.
- 36:45So you know I. Was like, that tells me
- 36:47everything. Yeah, yeah.
- 36:48So you need to go to bed at like 4.
- 36:51Well, because one time I mentioned it to Dee and I was
- 36:55like, but what if someone, what if someone signs up?
- 36:58I don't like want to be around and I don't know who that would
- 37:02be. And but and I was like, I don't
- 37:03know if I would too. Shadow program definitely.
- 37:06My shadow program definitely tracks different than the
- 37:09trainer knew. Not fully because obviously a
- 37:12lot of shadow Sims have also come to the trainer in you.
- 37:14Yeah, but like I've gotten people that are so, so, so, so,
- 37:18so different than me and it works out for a shadow program.
- 37:21It actually works out for me because I'm not doing it
- 37:23one-on-one. That would be tough.
- 37:25Oh yeah. Now I have like AI have to at
- 37:28least have two people signed up, otherwise I'm not doing it.
- 37:31I've used to do one on ones and those were fine when I first
- 37:34started because it was a little bit more like people I was
- 37:36connecting with on social media and stuff that were like, oh, I
- 37:39could hang out with you for three days.
- 37:41Yeah. But yeah, like you also, if you
- 37:43did end up ever doing something like that, you don't have to do
- 37:46like 3 full days. Like you could do three half
- 37:50days or something like that. It would just have to be someone
- 37:51that maybe would be able to like drive to you and make it like
- 37:55worth their time as well. Like, I don't know if
- 37:58necessarily someone would maybe I don't know, but like fly to
- 38:02then be like, OK, well, we're only spending, you know, 12
- 38:05hours together versus all days. I don't know.
- 38:09Well, what I realized is that I felt like I should do a shadow
- 38:12program. Maybe it's kind of the same
- 38:14thing where I feel like I should have someone I idolize in my
- 38:16industry where I work. But then when I was talking with
- 38:20Dee, because I also mentioned it to Heather and Korean, I was
- 38:23like, wouldn't that be cool if like people came to like learn
- 38:26about the creative side of dog training?
- 38:28And then I talked myself out of it because I'm like, oh, I don't
- 38:31want that. I don't want to like teach
- 38:32people about it. I just want to be around people
- 38:34working on creative things. Yes.
- 38:36And that's one thing. Dee said she was like, why don't
- 38:38we just go get coffee and bring our laptops?
- 38:40And I was like, Oh my God, that's exactly what I.
- 38:42Want. That's all I wanted to do.
- 38:44I just want to create a friend when my best friend lives in
- 38:47Wisconsin. I know, yes.
- 38:51Yeah. So what made you, what were when
- 38:53you texted me the other day and you're like, can I come visit
- 38:55you guys the first week of June? Were you just thinking about it
- 38:57or you're like, were you? Like, well, I love hanging out
- 39:02with you. And so I just felt like, I don't
- 39:04know. We are coming in August, but.
- 39:08The limit does not exist. No, seriously.
- 39:10And I love the in person is so different.
- 39:13Like this has been so nice. But you know, so so yeah, I
- 39:16just, I was just thinking about it and I have that week off and
- 39:19then Bobby was looking up flights and they actually found
- 39:22one where there's a straight flight to Wisconsin, which is so
- 39:25cool. Yeah, but it's like a newer
- 39:27airline, which immediately made me feel anxious.
- 39:29What is the airline? Breeze.
- 39:31I've actually heard from that direct flight from MSN, which is
- 39:36US to Orlando, it's actually a breeze.
- 39:40Like I've heard. It's not going to be like your,
- 39:42you know, I don't it's not going to be like your Delta.
- 39:45But I mean, also, I feel like one way flight versus a stopping
- 39:52somewhere trying a new airline. They wouldn't be able to do it
- 39:55obviously, if it wasn't like safe or something.
- 39:57You just might not feel as like, I don't know, comfy cozy as
- 40:01Delta, but it's a 2/2 and 1/2 hour flight.
- 40:05Yeah, it's so nice. Easy.
- 40:08I know my brain started going to like really leaning anxious like
- 40:11the other night I had a dream about my dad which I have not
- 40:14had. It was such a bizarre dream
- 40:16where my mom was in a in like a juvenile detention center.
- 40:20Why a juvenile? I don't know.
- 40:22But then all of a sudden Johnny was there too.
- 40:24So anyway. Obviously.
- 40:26But my dad was walking with me. I I haven't like I've heard of
- 40:29people say like, oh, if you want to like connect with your loved
- 40:341, you can like say it out into whatever, write it down.
- 40:37I I want you to show up in my dream.
- 40:39I just never really wanted to do that.
- 40:40So. When he first passed, weren't
- 40:42you having a lot of dreams of him though?
- 40:44Only a couple like the first one was his parents in A and we were
- 40:48in a cafeteria and they were sitting on a bench.
- 40:51Bizarre. His parents like your dad's.
- 40:52Parents. His parents I never remember.
- 40:55Really. No, I only I knew my grandma and
- 40:58she was very like the opposite of my dad.
- 41:00She was very grumpy and oh. My.
- 41:02God, but it was them sitting. Yeah.
- 41:04In a cafeteria. It was like an elementary school
- 41:06cafeteria. OK, He wasn't in it.
- 41:08The other one is when he was mowing the lawn.
- 41:10He walks past a window and he's like don't be mad at her.
- 41:13And he's like really fit had a shirt off go dad and I, it was a
- 41:19few days later. I got really mad at my mom and
- 41:20then I remembered like, Oh my. God, Oh my gosh.
- 41:24Oh, that just made me chills. I don't think so.
- 41:28Because at the time I. Remember you saying go with the
- 41:30shirt off looking really fit? I remember that.
- 41:34At the time I was really upset with my brother so I remember
- 41:37waking up and feeling like why would he say her?
- 41:38Like, why wouldn't did he mean him?
- 41:41And then a few days later, we go over to my mom's house.
- 41:44I literally have so many chills. It was like two or three days
- 41:47later, he totally redid she redid my dad's office.
- 41:51I do remember that. It was for my my nephew Jack.
- 41:54It was a little bed, so all my dad's stuff was gone.
- 41:57And I remember immediately, just like feeling so much anger.
- 42:01Totally, Yeah. And then I was, then I remember
- 42:03that. I literally remember my dad
- 42:04saying that. And I was like, Oh my God.
- 42:07You're like, Dang it, I have to listen to him.
- 42:09No one else can tell me not to be angry, but he's telling me
- 42:13it. Oh my gosh.
- 42:15Yeah, so in this dream we were walking and I haven't talked to
- 42:20my mom in like 2 1/2 weeks. This is going to sound bizarre
- 42:22to some people, but my mom is very.
- 42:25She's more, she likes being to herself and I have a hard time
- 42:29being in a relationship with people who don't reciprocate
- 42:31reaching out. And so I think I'm kind of like
- 42:34her in some way. Where I could disappear and not
- 42:37really talk to people, but so it kind of we kind of mirror each
- 42:42other in that way sometimes. So I was feeling a little guilty
- 42:46about it the day before. And then I have this dream and
- 42:48I'm walking with him and we're going to go visit my mom, but
- 42:51we're an hour late and he's like trying to like hurry us and I
- 42:54don't. There was some other thing like
- 42:55he was picking up some stuff and it was very random.
- 42:59Then we ended up getting there. My mom was so upset.
- 43:02She was like, Oh my God, I can't believe you were an hour late
- 43:05because visiting hours whatever and detention center.
- 43:08Oh yeah, that's where she is. OK.
- 43:10So then the next morning I wake up and I'm like Oh my gosh, I
- 43:12need to text my mom and I look at my phone when I don't know,
- 43:16like an hour after I woke up and she texted me.
- 43:18No. Way yeah, she was like, do you
- 43:20want to get breakfast this week? So.
- 43:23Oh my gosh, that is wild. Right.
- 43:27That's really. That's cool.
- 43:29I like that. I feel like that like.
- 43:32I love stuff that feels like it, like it.
- 43:33Felt like that was supposed to happen.
- 43:35I know. Yeah.
- 43:36Oh, that's good and it's good. I'm glad that like it was you
- 43:39both being like, you both probably were like, Oh my gosh,
- 43:42not like you guys want to see each other.
- 43:44So I think that's the thing that's hard is it's not like AI
- 43:47should reach out, but it's probably just like a, does she,
- 43:51do you think she just gets kind of like out of sight, out of
- 43:54mind where you think more about it?
- 43:56What do you think she's thinking about it?
- 43:58Well she ended up canceling on me and saying.
- 44:01Oh. Well, so she has a house,
- 44:05obviously, and then in the back there's this little like shed
- 44:07cottage where they have like a little porch.
- 44:10And I think it's just for storage now.
- 44:13But my mom yesterday texted me and she was like, can we cancel
- 44:16and get together next week? A guy's coming by to put a new
- 44:19roof on the cottage. And I was like, oh sure.
- 44:23But she said next week where it could have been, you know, do
- 44:27you have time Friday afternoon? But this is how my mom is where
- 44:30this trickles into my personality too with like
- 44:33controlling things around time. She needs a week to like
- 44:37mentally not prepare for being with me, but more like making
- 44:40sure everything is in the right spot schedule wise.
- 44:44I. Know does she work?
- 44:47No. OK.
- 44:49No, she has a wide open schedule except for Bible study on
- 44:52Wednesday, but that's neither here nor there when I said this
- 44:56to Bobby this morning because I always unravel a bit with
- 44:59hopefully other people have issues with family in some
- 45:02capacity. Well, in like A yes and B like
- 45:07when you and your mom get together, especially for recent
- 45:09like, it's very positive. Yes, it's very nice.
- 45:12Yeah. It's just all I'm a lot of talk
- 45:15outside of it where I like overthink it.
- 45:17And then we get together and I'm like, Mommy, hi.
- 45:19Literally I was saying Bobby, I could he probably knows me very
- 45:26well where I can really like unleash and just like go wind
- 45:31down this whole path of a conversation where it's like
- 45:34unnecessary, you don't have to unload everything right now.
- 45:36But I was like, I know I was like, I just don't understand
- 45:41why my mom would cancel. Like, does she really need to
- 45:44get the roof put on on Thursday? Could it be Friday?
- 45:47And he was like, well, usually he's right there with me.
- 45:50And it's so support. He's always supportive.
- 45:52But I liked that he was like, well, you know, it's probably
- 45:55hard for her because your dad took care of a lot of stuff
- 45:57before, and now she is. And so she feels like she needs
- 46:00to be there. And I'm like, yeah, I could just
- 46:02feel my blood pressure go down. I'm like thank.
- 46:04Goodness for Bobby. Yeah, yeah, well, and yeah,
- 46:09thank goodness for you too. It's you guys are that for each
- 46:11other. Yeah.
- 46:12Yeah. Oh, I would be very much with
- 46:14you on that. I'd be like insert eye roll
- 46:16emoji here. Well, and I always compare to my
- 46:19dad. This is so unfair.
- 46:22I'm like, he wouldn't do that. Or if he did, he'd be like, how
- 46:24about later in the afternoon? Wouldn't your mom ever go to
- 46:26therapy together? She wouldn't.
- 46:28I would love do. You go to therapy on your own.
- 46:31No, I have before in the past, yeah, yeah.
- 46:34I just haven't found one that I really like.
- 46:36Casey and I this week had our first therapy session together.
- 46:41Yeah, it was, it was great. I will say like for the first
- 46:43one, because it's a local place downtown and they do virtual as
- 46:48well, but we wanted our first one to be in person.
- 46:50I wish it was closer cause like being in the room versus like on
- 46:54the screen. Just like we talked about like
- 46:56there's something about being like in the physical presence of
- 46:58someone. Yeah, I did not like it was
- 47:01emotional like. Oh yeah, I barely.
- 47:04Like I didn't think like, like I knew we were going to because
- 47:07the main reason we wanted to go is AI think it can be extremely
- 47:10healthy for you to do even when things are fantastic, which is
- 47:14like this year and a half has just been like so heavy on us.
- 47:17And it just makes like, you know, me feel a little bit like
- 47:20the caretaker. And, you know, so there's just
- 47:22things that like we want to talk about how we can best support
- 47:25each other. But it was like an hour of
- 47:29basically him crying, me crying. And we talked very little
- 47:33honestly. Like we talked a lot about like
- 47:35our relationship, but so many other things came up that had
- 47:38nothing to really do with like, like it's not, we're not talking
- 47:41about like arguments we're having and stuff.
- 47:43Like we're talking about family dynamics this, that.
- 47:46I'm like, I'm like, where do we even go for the next one?
- 47:48Because it was literally just, she was just, she knew what
- 47:50questions to ask to get us talking.
- 47:52She's just trying to get to know us like.
- 47:54The first. Couple of sessions they're not
- 47:56going to be anything groundbreaking except for I did
- 47:59feel after it exhausted but also like a weight off of it I'm.
- 48:04Just like. They're all things that both
- 48:06Casey and I've said to and around each other.
- 48:08But it almost like feels really good having someone here that's
- 48:12not someone that knows us so personally.
- 48:15Sure, yeah. Like it's the same types of
- 48:16things I've said to you before or like to my sister, but like,
- 48:21even though you guys are so like also close to Casey, like of
- 48:25course you're going to feel for me a little bit more vice versa.
- 48:29So yeah, it was really good. And I was just like thinking
- 48:31about that. I'm like, I feel like this could
- 48:32be super beneficial for even like people with family
- 48:35dynamics, if not just couples, but like people that really care
- 48:38about their relationship with like their parent or sibling or
- 48:42something. I feel like that could be
- 48:44equally as like rewarding and beneficial.
- 48:48I would do it in a second. Yeah, I figured you would never
- 48:52really. It's I don't think.
- 48:54Yeah, like, I wish both my parents were in therapy.
- 48:57Like, respectfully, they all need it.
- 49:00Like, yeah, it's so much. It's just helpful.
- 49:03To have a space where you can unload stuff and even if it's
- 49:06just going into the room and like crying for an hour, like
- 49:08just having a space where you feel safe to.
- 49:11Do that. And it was only our first.
- 49:12So I found the place that we're going to.
- 49:16I actually trained the owner's dogs.
- 49:17So I knew I didn't want to work with her because I just.
- 49:22It's just I don't need to live too close, too close.
- 49:26Yeah, but I had asked her which of her therapist explaining our
- 49:31situation, who she'd recommend. And like my first, I'm very
- 49:36strong. Like I feel like I have a really
- 49:38good read on my first impressions of people.
- 49:40And I already felt like very comfortable with her.
- 49:44Oh, good. Yeah.
- 49:44Like it was interesting because she kind of came off initially a
- 49:47little bit like, I don't know, very stoic and like, not cold,
- 49:53but kind like I'm just used to, Hey, like how it wasn't that I
- 49:58was just like, come on in, guys. Like very like, like I'm like in
- 50:02trouble. And then she was like, she was
- 50:03like talking about how she was asking if we have done
- 50:06individual therapy. And we were talking about like
- 50:08how Casey's in it very consistently, how I've done it,
- 50:11but I'm not currently an individual, which I probably
- 50:13should. And then she was just talking
- 50:16about the differences of how she approaches it with couples
- 50:18therapy. And she's like, I will tell you
- 50:21with certain things like I will be very direct.
- 50:23She's like I, you know, if I hear something that like is, you
- 50:27know, becoming a constant between you guys or I can like
- 50:29pinpoint it, She's like, I will tell you guys right away like
- 50:32that. I'm gonna and I'm like, I like
- 50:33direct, like this is great where I was kind of like you.
- 50:36I know, but she is it's actually very interesting.
- 50:40I felt kind of self-conscious in it.
- 50:42Like, and I even like, I will say like the last podcast
- 50:46episode I listened to, I felt self-conscious when I was
- 50:48listening. I realize when I'm like
- 50:52emotionally struggling with something because I don't always
- 50:56show it as like I'm super sad. I will like overcompensate with
- 51:02a lot of talking. And so the last one I was
- 51:05annoying myself of like I didn't stop talking and you probably
- 51:09didn't even notice it. No.
- 51:11And like, we get excited. And like, once in a while, like
- 51:13cut each other off. It's hard when you're on a
- 51:14podcast but like I felt like I was cutting you off like every 5
- 51:18seconds. I was like no so annoyed with
- 51:21myself so I literally had to stop listening to the episode.
- 51:25Oh, I didn't think that at all. And I listened to the episode.
- 51:27Good. And I'm sure yeah, I knew it was
- 51:29like a me thing, but I found myself when because she's she
- 51:33lets you talk. I was rambling and I'm like, I'm
- 51:38like, I think that must be like one of my coping mechanisms is
- 51:40like Casey locks up. I like unload.
- 51:44Yeah. So I had to like think.
- 51:46I'm like, what question did she even ask me now?
- 51:48Like I'm talking about a different topic she didn't even
- 51:51ask me about, which is probably the point of it.
- 51:54But I found myself like almost, which I'll have to just like, I
- 51:59don't know if I should bring it up to her or if I should just
- 52:01let her bring it up to me. But I almost feel like I was
- 52:03then changing how I would answer things so that like I was almost
- 52:09was answering them right. Like it's like there's no right
- 52:12way. Oh, you should bring that up.
- 52:14Yeah, I think she can already tell, like, right off the bat
- 52:16because like, I just kept talking about how like, I try to
- 52:19control the things I can control because the last year and a half
- 52:21I felt so out of control. And I've always been particular.
- 52:27I've always liked things a certain way, but I've never felt
- 52:30so much like a control freak. Like, that's something that I'm
- 52:34like, that's not serving anyone. That's probably obnoxious to
- 52:37Casey. It's annoying to me because it
- 52:39makes me feel like I'm crazy if something's like, out of line.
- 52:43Even when you mentioned and I loved this, and I would feel
- 52:45this way too. Like, if Eloise came here, how
- 52:47you were talking about your mom with her lamp of like, hey,
- 52:50you're just like, I don't, I don't want to be like my nephew
- 52:53to Remember Me is like, uptight about a lamp.
- 52:55Yes. And I remember you saying that.
- 52:58And I thought about, like, Eloise, when she comes here
- 53:01more, it's like, I want her to be safe.
- 53:03I could care less if she breaks something.
- 53:05Yeah. But there are definitely things
- 53:06that I'm like, I'm uptight about that, like, like messes and
- 53:10things where it's like, is it that big of a deal to, like,
- 53:12care about that right now? Yeah.
- 53:14But I don't. Even know what made me here I go
- 53:16again. I am fine.
- 53:18Well, with something like that, like, but do you go over and
- 53:20you're like, what a mess like and clean it up or you just go
- 53:23over and pick stuff up? I just go over and pick stuff
- 53:25up. Oh.
- 53:26So that's totally different. Yeah.
- 53:27But like, I don't know that it's necessarily like the healthiest
- 53:30thing for my brain to be like, I need like I need to do this
- 53:33right now. Got it.
- 53:35It's something I can control. And I've never felt that like
- 53:39the past year and a half, I felt that so strong where sometimes
- 53:43it's like when we go to bed at night, I'll leave the blankets
- 53:45how they are on the couch. And I've always picked them up
- 53:48in the morning. So I just like to be clean.
- 53:50But like, just even things like that, like it's like I feel like
- 53:52I need to like do it before I go to bed now because like, it's
- 53:56something I can control and do and take care of.
- 53:59And so yeah, it was interesting. And like, the thing that just
- 54:04kept coming up for me is like, I feel like I need to like, keep
- 54:08Casey safe, keep, you know, the dog safe.
- 54:11Like, so then he didn't feel this way, which I'm so glad.
- 54:14But I felt like with Birdie, like I'm to blame for what
- 54:17happened. To her, Oh my God.
- 54:19Because I'm like, yeah, I'm like, what did I not like make
- 54:22sure was clean enough in our home or like I was just
- 54:25spiraling of like, are we the reason like this all happened
- 54:29type of thing? And I'm like, it's good Peace of
- 54:32Mind. But like all of our tests and
- 54:34stuff that I told you we got like they're all coming back
- 54:36like super clean, like great. The only one that was a little
- 54:42high. And but it wouldn't at all like
- 54:46affect the things that Casey and Bertie had.
- 54:48It would be like a lung cancer situation is our radon is a
- 54:51little high. So we're like having a radon
- 54:53company come in and do whatever they need to do for that.
- 54:56But it was the only thing that was like could use some support.
- 55:00I'm like, OK, so like that, that's like where my brain goes
- 55:04for like, and that's why I think like with the training stuff
- 55:08like that's so easy for me, even if it's a challenging dog.
- 55:12But like, that's the thing that it's like I can control in a
- 55:16way, like without it sounding creepy.
- 55:17Like how a dog's going to respond to something.
- 55:19Like they respond to me so well. So even like when I'm doing like
- 55:23the shadow programs and stuff, like it makes me feel really
- 55:28good to like share that with people and like it doesn't.
- 55:33It feels so natural for me where everything else has just felt
- 55:37kind of like unnatural the last like year and a half.
- 55:42So anyways, I'll obviously to the whatever I feel comfortable
- 55:45with and I'll keep you guys posted on their therapy journey.
- 55:48But session one I was like I just apparently need to talk a
- 55:53lot because. I don't ever I people like
- 55:56listening to talk. I think that's also something
- 55:59like what you're saying is interesting.
- 56:00It's very relatable and you know.
- 56:03And it's it's more of a me thing.
- 56:05Of course. Like it's just I don't ever
- 56:07listen to someone where it's like, because I feel like a lot
- 56:09of podcasts, especially if there's two people, one person
- 56:11always tends to be a tad bit more chatty.
- 56:13That's why people work well together.
- 56:15And I never am like God, like cut it off.
- 56:20It's just me listening back to myself.
- 56:21I almost kind of feel like beginning years of training and
- 56:26watching myself in videos and literally, and that's what we
- 56:28talk about, you know, at the trainer and you.
- 56:30It's like I I hated, hated watching myself, needed seeing
- 56:35how I talked my mouth. Like I would literally pick a
- 56:38part. And you were kind of talking
- 56:39about your stories the other day of like, you're sitting there
- 56:41and you could be picking a part yourself.
- 56:43Yes. But like, I go to the extent of
- 56:45like one of my sides of my mouth, like lifts up different,
- 56:49like I, you know, especially as women.
- 56:52But like, that's where I've been kind of feeling like listening
- 56:56to myself of recent or back to that.
- 57:00Because now when I watch videos of myself, I'm like, I've been
- 57:03there, done that. Like, yeah, I've seen myself in
- 57:05a bazillion videos and I'm probably the most confident in
- 57:08myself. Yeah, you're much more
- 57:09confident. Yeah.
- 57:10And I like, you know, feel proud of all I've done and stuff like
- 57:13that. But yeah, it was, I honestly
- 57:16love listening to our podcast. It was just this last one.
- 57:18Maybe it was because I was, you know, it was an emotional one,
- 57:21but I'm just like, Oh yeah, I just was like being mean about
- 57:25myself. Well, I think I kind of because
- 57:27I texted you when I was like when I felt like I, I was not
- 57:32embarrassed, but I was more like, oh man, I shouldn't have
- 57:35talked so much about that owner who texted me, who I really do
- 57:38adore. But like, totally.
- 57:40I just kind of unloaded it. But I think, yeah, it's just
- 57:43like I was drying my hair today because I'm going to get my hair
- 57:46done on Thursday, and for some reason I'm noticing Gray hairs
- 57:50more and more, which is very upsetting.
- 57:52It's not fun, really. No, I don't know.
- 57:56That like I'll mine will show so different cuz I have lighter
- 57:59hair but. Yeah, you're very lucky.
- 58:01Like now I'm noticing it on like my temples more.
- 58:04But anyway, so, but I so I was like, OK, I'm gonna wash my hair
- 58:07this morning. I'm gonna dry it.
- 58:09Yeah. And then even if I was as I was
- 58:11drying my hair and I'm looking in the mirror and I'm like, you
- 58:13can do better than this. Like just how I looked when I
- 58:16was drying my hair like God. It's so mean.
- 58:18I know this is. Insane.
- 58:20And I think you're so beautiful. I feel like like I'll not that
- 58:25this is like a let's complement each other, but like you have
- 58:28such like a natural beauty, like you don't have any makeup on
- 58:31right now, right? No some.
- 58:33But it looks like you have some, like, blush on and like, your
- 58:36eyelashes aren't, they're like naturally dark.
- 58:39It's like, thank you. You just look like ready to go
- 58:41for the day. Well, I'm slightly warm, I think
- 58:43that's why my cheeks are a little red.
- 58:46Doing you favor or heated OK. Yeah.
- 58:49No, but I love, I think it's really relatable you sharing
- 58:51about the stuff because it's so it's so interesting, like where
- 58:56Someone Like You, and I think I've said this to you before,
- 58:58where it feels like you are so confident and it comes across in
- 59:02videos you do and dog training and like at the trainer in you
- 59:05when you're like doing hands on in front of the trainers where
- 59:08I'm thinking in my head, Oh my God, I'm getting nervous.
- 59:12It was me doing it like, but so watching you, you're in your
- 59:16element. It's very cool.
- 59:17So I think there's always two sides to everyone.
- 59:20There's things we feel really good at doing, and then the
- 59:21other stuff we're like a little self-conscious, totally normal.
- 59:25Yeah, yeah. So, but I felt that that was
- 59:28like, I'm like, I'm glad we're doing it.
- 59:30It was, you know, the first one was hard, but not hard from the
- 59:32standpoint of like, I mean, I'm sure there's stuff that we're
- 59:35going to get into our case scenario and feel like
- 59:37uncomfortable having to talk about and stuff.
- 59:39And you know, we're, we're great, but we're not perfect and
- 59:42no couple is and stuff. And so it's just like we want to
- 59:46be the best versions of ourselves for us, but then also
- 59:48for each other. And I think that we're going to
- 59:50be able to do that with just having a little extra support in
- 59:54doing that. Now I want to go to therapy.
- 59:56Have you ever seen the show Couples Therapy?
- 59:59Yes and then there's a new one out on Netflix.
- 1:00:02It's called Blue Therapy. I don't know what it's about,
- 1:00:04but I'm definitely going to watch it because I.
- 1:00:06Love. So I started, I don't know if
- 1:00:07it's the one I started watching a few weeks ago.
- 1:00:10I couldn't get into it because I love Lorna or Orna.
- 1:00:14Orna from a couple therapy. That was a handful of years ago,
- 1:00:17right? Bless you.
- 1:00:18Excuse. Me, there's I think like Four
- 1:00:20Seasons. There's a new one coming out in
- 1:00:22May. It's on Paramount, OK?
- 1:00:25I love her. Like, if I went to a therapist,
- 1:00:27I would love to be her. And also when I watch her with
- 1:00:30these different couples where it's like, I wonder if they're
- 1:00:33getting paid because to be so open and honest about all these
- 1:00:36things, Yeah, is wild. But yeah, I don't know if you'd
- 1:00:40want to watch that because you're in therapy.
- 1:00:42It's me. It's like I try to channel
- 1:00:44Orna's energy because she's so calm when she's talking with
- 1:00:46them and. Yes, that was the thing too.
- 1:00:49It's like, I don't know, I feel like like if I was in a
- 1:00:53different, you know, I feel like I would like being a therapist,
- 1:00:57but I think that I, well, I don't know, like I immediately
- 1:01:02as I'm talking, start crying. And I think it's also just a
- 1:01:04little bit of like nerves and stuff.
- 1:01:06Yeah. But like she's asking why we're
- 1:01:08here. And it's like, to me, that's
- 1:01:10emotional to talk about. Yeah.
- 1:01:12So like, but she she just stays completely neutral.
- 1:01:16I'm like like, I don't know, I feel like if someone were to,
- 1:01:19I'd want to like comfort them. Yeah, but she doesn't.
- 1:01:22But she also doesn't feel cold. It's like she just lets you say
- 1:01:27what you want. Like there's always Kleenex.
- 1:01:29Like she never like said go ahead and grab a Kleenex.
- 1:01:31She let me do whatever. And so it was kind of weird
- 1:01:34because I'm like for me if like I have sometimes like an owner
- 1:01:37cry or something. Yeah, like I want to comfort
- 1:01:40them. Yes, and I want to like, but I
- 1:01:42let them like say and feel their feelings.
- 1:01:44But I'm like, I feel like I would potentially be too much of
- 1:01:46like a empathetic therapist that would probably just not even the
- 1:01:51the goal that she's trying to get us to talk and be feel like
- 1:01:55it's safe to do that. She's doing that and it's just
- 1:01:58like, but it's weird because yeah, I feel like she should be
- 1:02:01comforting me, but she's not comforting me.
- 1:02:03I would love for that to be my job where it's like the thing
- 1:02:06you instinctually think you should do, Like, certainly.
- 1:02:09And then it's permission not to because you're not looking at
- 1:02:11her, like, excuse me, Like, why aren't you consoling me?
- 1:02:14It's more like, yeah, this is a therapist.
- 1:02:17Yeah. How long is therapy school or
- 1:02:19going to be AI think? A long, I think you have to get
- 1:02:21a PhD. Pretty sure.
- 1:02:23Yeah, so long I'm. Like.
- 1:02:25Part of me now. Should I go back?
- 1:02:27And no, no, I really don't like school.
- 1:02:30I know I was going to go to well for like a second after watching
- 1:02:33a Top Chef episode and I was like, should I go to chef
- 1:02:35school? And Bobby's like no, you don't
- 1:02:37like night time stuff. But one thing I was thinking of.
- 1:02:42Work at like a brunch place. Oh yeah, daytime only.
- 1:02:45Well, it's kind of wild. There must be like good money in
- 1:02:47it because this girl that I was best friends with when I worked
- 1:02:50at Houlihan's Pre Bobby and we became best friends there.
- 1:02:56That was, I've been married to Bobby about 15 years.
- 1:02:59It was like 5 years before that. Oh my gosh.
- 1:03:02So but she works at a restaurant up the road.
- 1:03:05She did for as long as Bobby and I have been together still
- 1:03:08there. I drove past.
- 1:03:09She's out there at brunch time. Yeah, but I was thinking because
- 1:03:15I you were talking about like being like talking is maybe like
- 1:03:19a coping mechanism where when I was going to text you and I had
- 1:03:23to actually tell myself, don't I don't even know if I did say
- 1:03:25this, but I was like, OK, I'm I'm a texture and be like, what
- 1:03:29about this week if I flew up to Wisconsin and then I was going
- 1:03:32to overcompensate or whatever by saying like, but if you're busy,
- 1:03:36no worries. Or if you have too many dogs,
- 1:03:37totally get it. Don't worry about it.
- 1:03:39Do you notice it like that? Yeah, that I do that.
- 1:03:43I think a lot with people. I don't think I did to you
- 1:03:45because I was like, don't do that.
- 1:03:47You still slightly did. Oh, I did.
- 1:03:49Not fully. It was like, like, and if you
- 1:03:52have dogs like I'm I'm happy, like take content for you or
- 1:03:55whatever. And I'm just like, I don't even
- 1:03:57care if I have dogs. Just as yeah, like if you'll
- 1:03:59help me walk them and also don't mind hanging out by yourself
- 1:04:02sometimes. And I'm like, I know she doesn't
- 1:04:03mind. You don't have the bird
- 1:04:05sanctuary to hang out at. We put a Hummingbird feeder out.
- 1:04:08Did you would do? Nothing's happened.
- 1:04:10I think it. Takes some time.
- 1:04:12OK. Did you make?
- 1:04:13Sugar water, right? Yeah, got it from Amazon.
- 1:04:16Someone told me do not put a bird feeder in the chicken coop
- 1:04:18because they are savage and one day her chickens were going
- 1:04:21after murdering a cardinal. Oh my God.
- 1:04:24Oh thank goodness you didn't take my advice on that.
- 1:04:27I know. I was more worried about like,
- 1:04:28can they eat bird seed? Can you imagine you'd just look
- 1:04:31out in some murderous scene in the backyard?
- 1:04:34You can't handle that. No, we don't need that.
- 1:04:36Oh my gosh, that just ruins the cuteness of the chickens and
- 1:04:39they're so dirty and I still pick them up.
- 1:04:41It's I don't want them being murderers though.
- 1:04:44No, we don't need to. No, they're already lizard
- 1:04:46murderers. Well, one time they did run
- 1:04:49after a rat. Yeah, I was there.
- 1:04:52Oh, you were there, Loretta. Yes.
- 1:04:54She was like going ham on it. Well, what's the rest of your
- 1:05:00day look like? We have to take Charlie to the
- 1:05:03vet later today because he's been.
- 1:05:06Huh. OK stuff.
- 1:05:07Yeah, well, he one of his, like the side of his mouth looks a
- 1:05:10little bit inflamed and he's been like scratching at it a lot
- 1:05:13and it looks like a little puffy.
- 1:05:15He's been excessively licking things, which is ultimately my
- 1:05:19worst nightmare. Like if you want to.
- 1:05:20Torch already a liquor so excessively.
- 1:05:23What at times 10? So I'm just always on edge, like
- 1:05:28I have to go outside. Like he'll stop and he'll like,
- 1:05:32you know, eventually relax. But I looked it up and it could
- 1:05:35be something that's like health related.
- 1:05:37He could be nauseous. So we're going to take him and
- 1:05:41I'm also going to check if we should get a surgery to remove
- 1:05:44his big fatty tumor. I just don't think he doesn't
- 1:05:48walk that well. And I think it's because of
- 1:05:50that. Like his gait is off and I could
- 1:05:52see him living three more years or something.
- 1:05:55So I don't know. So.
- 1:05:56And I will say, and I don't know if you're about like for a
- 1:05:59removal type situation, like it still was inexpensive surgery,
- 1:06:03but it wasn't like they don't have to obviously open him up
- 1:06:07like internally and stuff. So you know, if you're kind of
- 1:06:10like if he's healthy to go under anesthesia, that's obviously the
- 1:06:14biggest thing. Or if like you want to do that
- 1:06:17at that age. But at least it wouldn't be like
- 1:06:19a really hard recovery type thing if it if it at all ended
- 1:06:23up being like how Bertie's recovery has been, except for
- 1:06:26the liking. But hopefully that's something
- 1:06:29like, I don't know, maybe I should put him on a probiotic or
- 1:06:33so I just want to go and get like some feedback on what
- 1:06:36should I do. Yeah, so.
- 1:06:39Do you guys have Theo surgery scheduled?
- 1:06:42No, we have to go up and we have to make an appointment to go to
- 1:06:45U of F, which is like 3 hours away.
- 1:06:49So no, we still have to make that appointment.
- 1:06:52But he's not been on some pain meds and his leg doesn't shake
- 1:06:54anymore, which is really nice. Yeah, I've always been walking
- 1:06:57them each morning on their nice long walk.
- 1:06:59Yeah, it. Seems much happier.
- 1:07:02Yeah, that's awesome. What are you excited about right
- 1:07:04now? Anything.
- 1:07:06Excited about the things warming up.
- 1:07:11Things are blooming. Our tulips popped.
- 1:07:14We're gonna go at some point this week to the greenhouse and
- 1:07:18get more plants for the front of our house.
- 1:07:20Casey's birthday is next week. That's right, that's on my
- 1:07:25schedule. It's on Monday, Yep, Monday of
- 1:07:27next week. It alerts me a week before.
- 1:07:29And so I was like, I got an alert on my Gmail, Google
- 1:07:32account calendar. It was like Casey's birthday.
- 1:07:35And I was like, what? It was like a week from today
- 1:07:37like. OK, good, I didn't miss it.
- 1:07:39Wait, did we mention how I continued to send you wrong
- 1:07:43things? Oh my gosh, we did mention him
- 1:07:46sending the Stanley thing and then you sent me.
- 1:07:51AI actually told Mandy this because she listens to our
- 1:07:54podcast and she was like, Oh my gosh, that's Stanley's story was
- 1:07:56so funny. I was oh, it didn't stop there.
- 1:07:59Bethany sent a Frisbee and like a chucket ball with a rope on
- 1:08:03it. I'm immediately like that
- 1:08:05Frisbee is for Louis. I'm like, this was not meant to
- 1:08:07send to our dogs. And also like, how many balls do
- 1:08:11our dogs need? So I'm like.
- 1:08:13I don't think she's like, still sending me stuff.
- 1:08:16So I sent a picture and I'm just like, Bethany, did you mean to
- 1:08:18send this to me? And you're like, no, I literally
- 1:08:20shouldn't. I literally was.
- 1:08:22I yelled at Bobby like I did it again.
- 1:08:25Oh my God. Like what am I doing?
- 1:08:27So now the last few times I've ordered something, I'm like,
- 1:08:29look, it says my address right? Like this is right you.
- 1:08:33Must have accidentally when you sent me the Chuck it thing.
- 1:08:38Sometimes Amazon will automatically check off like
- 1:08:41make this my new primary address and it was probably checked when
- 1:08:46I couldn't use stuff before. I make sure that that's not
- 1:08:48checked so that I don't have that issue.
- 1:08:51I'm guessing that's probably what happened.
- 1:08:53Yeah, and then Kate was like, I'm so glad that you didn't
- 1:08:55accidentally send a sex toy our way or whatever like that.
- 1:08:58Would have been hilarious, I said.
- 1:08:59That would have made great content for the pod.
- 1:09:03Because that's where our mind goes now.
- 1:09:04Like, this is gonna be great for the pods.
- 1:09:06Yeah, yeah. Definitely.
- 1:09:08Awesome. All right, Well, I hope you have
- 1:09:11a great yesterday. Yeah, you too.
- 1:09:13You too. OK, bye.
