Jarlin Susana, the Nationals’ No. 3 prospect and electric 103 mph fastball ace, made his triumphant return to the mound Wednesday, tossing two scoreless innings for Harrisburg while striking out four and walking one — all just one year after season-ending lat surgery. Though still rehabbing and limited to three innings max per start, his 4.00 ERA and 17 Ks this year show promise, especially after last year’s 3.51 ERA and 95 strikeouts.
