Speaker 1: The Joe Rogan Experience.
• 0:06
Speaker 2: Train by day, Joe Rogan podcast by night, all day.
• 0:09
  How are you?
• 0:13
  Speaker 3: Great.
• 0:13
Speaker 1: How are you doing, Joe?
• 0:14
Speaker 2: Very nice to meet you.
• 0:15
Speaker 1: Nice to meet you.
• 0:15
Speaker 2: I've enjoyed your content online.
• 0:17
  Speaker 1: Thank you.
• 0:19
Speaker 2: I got first introduced to you by a video you
• 0:22
did with his channel's Megalithic Marvels. Yes. And it was
• 0:26
about ancient Chinese artifacts that don't make any sense.
• 0:31
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 0:32
Speaker 2: And it was so fascinating. The moment I saw it,
• 0:35
I reached out to my guy. I was like, I
• 0:36
got to talk to her because this is crazy. So
• 0:39
please explain to people what these artifacts are and what's
• 0:42
  so bizarre about them.
• 0:44
Speaker 1: I first saw these artifacts in the British Museum. So
• 0:49
they have an entire whole wall full of them. And
• 0:52
they're made of nephrite jade, which is an extremely hard stone.
• 0:58
And they just look– they look machined. They look– way
• 1:02
too precise for the tools that they say built them.
• 1:06
So I started doing some research. I haven't been to
• 1:09
the site in China. It was built by the Langzhu culture,
• 1:12
so archaeologists say. But it's two different kinds of artifacts
• 1:19
that are really famous. One is called a sung tube,
• 1:23
which is a tall tube that's circular in the middle
• 1:26
and square on the outside. And extremely precise geometry. The
• 1:31
other one are these big round B disks that almost
• 1:34
look like a giant flat donut that are perfectly flat
• 1:38
on top. You know, there's the precision versions of these,
• 1:40
just like you see all over the world. And there
• 1:43
are versions that are much cruder. So it almost seems
• 1:46
like the civilization had this. My theory is that these
• 1:52
were not unlike the hard stone vases in Egypt. So
• 1:57
it was something that this culture either was gifted or found,
• 2:02
and it turned into a very cherished object, like a
• 2:06
grave good for them. So you find these tombs in Lanzhou, China,
• 2:10
that have literally thousands of these jade artifacts in them.
• 2:15
And it's not unlike the hard stone vases that you
• 2:18
see in Egypt, where you find those in the graves
• 2:21
  as well.
• 2:21
Speaker 2: So what's the timeline where these pieces are attributed to?
• 2:25
Speaker 1: So these are really old. I mean, the earthworks and
• 2:29
the community around the Liangzhu culture is securely dated by
• 2:38
archaeologists to like 3400 BC. And then, you know, just
• 2:42
so it's about the same, actually, as the graves that
• 2:45
were in Egypt with the hardstone bases. So it's very,
• 2:49
  very old.
• 2:51
Speaker 2: And at the time of this culture, what were their tools? Like,
• 2:56
  do we know?
• 2:57
Speaker 1: Well, the archaeologists say that it was made with strings.
• 3:03
So they would take strings with sand or some sort
• 3:05
of an abrasive, and they would cut the jade that way.
• 3:08
And then they would use copper tools, stone hammers, those
• 3:13
kinds of things to shape it.
• 3:16
Speaker 2: So the explanation– You say that with a giant smile
• 3:18
  on your face.
• 3:18
Speaker 1: The explanation doesn't make a lot of sense. And even
• 3:21
the hole down the middle of the B disk is
• 3:24
a perfect– I mean you can see the drill marks
• 3:26
on the inside of the B disk.
• 3:28
Speaker 2: Do we have some images of these things?
• 3:30
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: Let's take a look at them.
• 3:31
Speaker 1: Jamie, I have a China folder.
• 3:34
Speaker 2: Because the images on– and by the way, that channel,
• 3:37
Megalithic Marvel's Derek's channel, excellent. Really fun. So great. Great stuff. Yeah.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: Derek is the one that got me into all this.
• 3:43
Speaker 2: Shout out to Derek.
• 3:44
Speaker 1: Shout out to Derek.
• 3:45
Speaker 2: So– This is, how do you say it? How do
• 3:48
you pronounce that? B disc. B disc, B-I disc. And
• 3:52
  how big is this?
• 3:53
Speaker 1: So that thing's about nine inches across. Perfectly circular, perfectly
• 3:59
  flat surface on the top.
• 4:00
Speaker 2: Like measured to what tolerance?
• 4:05
Speaker 1: You know, I don't know the answer to that. And
• 4:07
I don't know that there have been a lot of
• 4:09
deep scientific studies on the precision of these, right? The
• 4:12
archaeologists assume that this culture made them with bamboos, you know,
• 4:16
  bamboo and strings.
• 4:18
  Speaker 2: Okay.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: So, yeah, that picture, Jamie, you can see the inside
• 4:23
of the actual artifact in the bottom right.
• 4:26
  Speaker 2: That's drilled.
• 4:28
  Speaker 3: Yeah. Right?
• 4:29
Speaker 1: And the one on the left is an experiment these
• 4:31
archaeologists ran with a bamboo core down the middle of
• 4:35
the jade. And you can just... You can see... The
• 4:38
  difference between the two.
• 4:39
Speaker 2: How far did they get down with the bamboo experiment? Oh,
• 4:43
all the way through. They got all the way through.
• 4:44
  How long did that take?
• 4:46
Speaker 1: I don't know the answer to that. There was an
• 4:48
archaeologist that did an experiment in the 1930s. And they
• 4:53
used these strings with the abrasives to cut off a
• 4:55
piece of jade that was the size of a basketball.
• 4:58
And it took them a week to cut the string
• 5:01
all the way through that piece of jade.
• 5:03
  Speaker 3: Hmm.
• 5:04
Speaker 2: So it was a long process. So the difference in–
• 5:06
the people that are listening. So there's the bamboo experiment
• 5:08
where they drilled into something with a bamboo and cord
• 5:13
and some– what else did they use? Like sand or something?
• 5:16
Speaker 1: Yes, abrasives of some sort.
• 5:18
Speaker 2: And so the difference is if you look at the
• 5:20
lines as it's drilling down, they're thick and they don't
• 5:26
look the same. If you look at the ones in
• 5:28
the actual artifact, they're extremely tight. They're way smaller. Right.
• 5:33
and they're they're tighter to each other and it doesn't
• 5:35
make sense like you look at that you're like that
• 5:38
  looks like.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: A machine it it does and in this specific instance
• 5:42
it looks to me like the drill came from both
• 5:45
directions like they flipped it over and drilled from the
• 5:48
top and then flipped it over again and drilled from
• 5:50
the bottom and that's where it met in.
• 5:51
Speaker 2: The middle wow um so When, what is like, what's,
• 6:00
out of all these different artifacts, what's the most puzzling
• 6:03
  one to you?
• 6:04
  Speaker 1: The sung tube.
• 6:05
Speaker 2: Which is the one on the left-hand side there.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: Yep. So that, you know, that is, it's larger on top,
• 6:11
smaller on the bottom, perfectly 90-degree corners. It's got a
• 6:16
round tube in the middle, but the artifact in general
• 6:19
is square. So it's just a very complex shape to
• 6:23
create with that level of precision. And nephrite jade is
• 6:26
a very... a very hard stone. So it would have taken,
• 6:29
you know, this is a, people in my space talk
• 6:31
about the Mohs scale of hardness, just as a way
• 6:34
of saying diamonds are a 10, you know, different, different
• 6:38
stone levels. The, the, um, the hard stone discs like diorite,
• 6:44
that would be a six or seven. This is the same. It's,
• 6:48
  it's that hard.
• 6:49
Speaker 2: Wow. And so is the idea that, Well, I'm just
• 6:56
assuming the idea is that there was a more sophisticated
• 6:58
culture that probably existed predating that, and these are leftover artifacts.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: It is only my opinion that that's the case. I
• 7:08
haven't seen a lot of people talk about these artifacts
• 7:11
at all. Jamie, if you go back to the picture
• 7:14
you had just flashed on the screen, the reason I've
• 7:16
developed this theory, so this is an image on the
• 7:20
side of the largest sung tube. It's called the King
• 7:23
  of Jade Sung.
• 7:24
  Speaker 2: It's a.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: Pound artifact that was found. And you can see the
• 7:30
raised stone. So it's the high relief carvings that were
• 7:34
later etched over. That etching has become very famous. If
• 7:39
you look at photos of the museum in Liangzhu, this
• 7:44
image is everywhere. And I think that this was an
• 7:47
image that was used by the Liangzhu tribe as like
• 7:51
the image of the king, basically. But I do believe
• 7:55
that it was scratched over the top of an original,
• 7:59
very interesting, high-relief carving that you see in a lot
• 8:04
of other artifacts. So I think that he basically found this.
• 8:08
It looks— it' s something that they maybe could not recreate. And
• 8:13
then they kind of stamped their kingly symbol over the
• 8:17
  top of it.
• 8:18
Speaker 2: So this is— It's common in Egypt as well, particularly
• 8:23
this theory among alternative historians because you look at the
• 8:26
complexity of some of the sarcophaguses and some of the
• 8:29
different things. And then you see the writing on the outside,
• 8:31
which looks like cruder. The writing is not as precise.
• 8:36
The cutting is not as precise. There's a lot of
• 8:38
chips to it. It doesn't look like they use the
• 8:40
same materials or the same utensils or tools.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, and the question is if you– had the ability–
• 8:49
there's the King of Jade sung. So if you had
• 8:52
the ability to make an artifact in that kind of
• 8:55
a shape, why would you not have also created the
• 8:59
scratching over the top in that high-quality version? So why
• 9:03
would you create the artifact like that and then just
• 9:06
scratch over the top of it? It doesn't make sense.
• 9:09
Speaker 2: That's always been the case. History shows that people who
• 9:14
are controlling a region will take credit for everything. They'll
• 9:17
take credit for all the ancient stuff too. They'll put
• 9:19
their name on it. They own everything. And that's famous
• 9:23
with pharaohs. They did it with everything. This is documented.
• 9:26
We know that they wrote their name on things that
• 9:29
  they didn't create. Yeah.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: Ramses II was King Selfie. He put his cartouche on everything.
• 9:35
Speaker 2: Yeah. Which is, I mean, it sounds like what a
• 9:38
dictator does. It sounds like what a pharaoh would do.
• 9:41
It doesn't mean that they made it. And for us
• 9:43
to just assume that they did knowing that people in
• 9:46
great power behave that way is kind of crazy. That's
• 9:49
our map of history. So how did you get down
• 9:54
this road where you started looking at these objects and
• 9:57
looking at the conventional historical timeline and saying something's wrong here?
• 10:03
Speaker 1: Specific to the Chinese artifacts?
• 10:04
Speaker 2: Yeah. Or were you already on that path when you
• 10:07
  found the Chinese artifacts?
• 10:09
Speaker 1: I've been on this path for a while. And the
• 10:12
name of my channel is Secrets in Stone. And it
• 10:15
The reason I named it that is because I believe
• 10:18
that the stones speak to you. They will show you
• 10:20
exactly what the story is, right? So with these artifacts,
• 10:24
just like the hard stone vases, it just is out
• 10:29
of place. You know, it doesn't make any sense. And
• 10:32
especially in the British Museum, when you look at these
• 10:34
with your own eyes, and then you read the story
• 10:37
of how they believe that they were made, you know,
• 10:40
it just doesn't add up. And so all you have
• 10:43
to do you know, in any of these places is
• 10:46
dig one or two levels down and you start to
• 10:48
  see a lot of inconsistencies.
• 10:51
Speaker 2: One or two levels. So meaning that the older stuff
• 10:54
  is the more complex. Yeah.
• 10:55
Speaker 1: Or, um, with the way that the archeologists have interpreted
• 11:01
a lot of these sites, there's a whole lot of, uh,
• 11:05
assumptions that are made. You know, there's, there's carbon dating
• 11:08
that only goes partway down, uh, You know, they'll dig
• 11:12
partway down, they'll date it, it matches their story, and
• 11:15
they write the report. They'll take inscriptions, you know, especially
• 11:19
in Cambodia, places like that, where a king has written
• 11:23
an inscription and they'll say, yep, well, that king wrote
• 11:26
on this, so this must have been made at this time.
• 11:28
And there's really no further investigation. So it's become a
• 11:34
theme with my work where I'll go somewhere specifically with
• 11:38
the megalithic architecture. you can see exactly where the old
• 11:45
architecture was built. Oftentimes it's the lowest level. And then
• 11:48
you can see where other cultures have come later and
• 11:51
built on top of it. And it just looks like
• 11:56
just a copy of what's underneath. It's like they were
• 11:58
really trying to make what they saw, but they just couldn't.
• 12:02
And so once you've kind of trained your eye for that,
• 12:05
you go anywhere in the world and you see it.
• 12:08
Speaker 2: How did you start looking at this stuff?
• 12:10
Speaker 1: Um, I went to, well, I went to Egypt four
• 12:13
years ago and watched Ben Van Kirkwick's videos.
• 12:17
Speaker 2: You know, Ben. Sure. He's awesome.
• 12:19
Speaker 1: So I watched a couple of his videos on the
• 12:21
way to Egypt. That was my first kind of introduction
• 12:25
to this. And then it just became a bit of
• 12:28
a obsession for me. I like to go to the
• 12:32
sites around the world that other people don't really go to. So,
• 12:37
you know, I think Egypt and Peru and Turkey, that's
• 12:41
it's all in good hands, right? Ben's watching over Egypt.
• 12:44
We've got Brian Forrester down in Peru doing amazing work.
• 12:48
The sites I go to are the sites that nobody
• 12:50
else really visits. So I just got back from India
• 12:54
a couple weeks ago. I spent a lot of time
• 12:56
in Cambodia. I went to Thailand. And these are the
• 12:59
sites that I think, if you're trying to make a case,
• 13:03
or at least a strong enough case that people will consider, right,
• 13:07
that there may be a different history than what we're
• 13:10
being told, I think you have to have more than
• 13:14
three examples. So if you can start to do a
• 13:17
lot of research on these sites all around the world,
• 13:21
you can have thousands of examples of nubs, for example,
• 13:26
or megalithic architecture that looks very similar. These walls that
• 13:29
look very similar all over the world. And in my mind,
• 13:33
it makes a much stronger case for it than just
• 13:35
continuing to look at the same sites over and over again.
• 13:38
Speaker 2: It seems to me so much more likely that the
• 13:42
timeline is incorrect than the historians are right and everyone
• 13:46
else is just a conspiracy theorist weirdo. The more you
• 13:50
look at it, the more questions I have. Like that
• 13:54
  Kailasa Temple in India.
• 13:57
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 13:57
Speaker 2: We've gone over that a few times. But Jamie pointed
• 14:00
out something that they brought in– was it like an
• 14:03
army to try to destroy it? And they really put
• 14:06
a dent in the damn thing.
• 14:07
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 14:07
Speaker 2: And they stayed for a long time. They tried to
• 14:10
smash it up and they couldn't do shit to it.
• 14:12
And then you go, okay, well, how did they make this?
• 14:16
And I saw a really wild YouTube video the other
• 14:19
day where this guy was proposing that they use lasers
• 14:22
and that it was all laser carved and that they
• 14:24
had some sort of like super sophisticated laser set up
• 14:27
back then. That's why you're not finding all the stone.
• 14:30
I was like, what? Wait a minute.
• 14:34
Speaker 1: Look, I think That's absolutely possible.
• 14:38
Speaker 2: It sounds possible but also so insane that we're so
• 14:41
wrong about the linear timeline of human history that they
• 14:45
had fucking lasers in India like how many thousands of
• 14:48
years ago that they were using to carve an entire
• 14:52
massive perfect temple out of rock?
• 14:56
Speaker 1: You know, I was just down at the Hoysala temples
• 14:58
which are in southern India and they have these lathe-turned pillars.
• 15:04
The pillars are feet across. They're huge. And you walk
• 15:08
up to them and you look at them closely and
• 15:09
you can see the lathe marks on them. And archaeologists
• 15:13
concede that they're lathe-turned, but they don't concede that it's machined.
• 15:18
So they basically say, well, maybe they were turned on
• 15:21
a lathe. We'll give you that. But that was probably
• 15:23
human-powered or animal-powered. Oh my God. These are the lathe-turned
• 15:30
pillars in southern India. I was just looking at these
• 15:32
with my own eyes a couple weeks ago. It's completely unexplainable.
• 15:37
And to think of the size of the machine that
• 15:39
would be required, say you turn that pillar sideways, you
• 15:44
connect it to a machine on each side, and you
• 15:46
start lathing. Jamie, I have a folder in my India
• 15:53
pictures that has lots of evidence. So what you can
• 15:57
see at sites like Hampi in India is is you
• 16:00
can see the evidence of lathing. So it almost looks
• 16:04
like the setup that they would have used to carve
• 16:08
these kinds of pillars. And it's just sitting in kind
• 16:11
of far flung corners of these sites. Nobody addresses what
• 16:15
they are. And so the evidence is everywhere of this.
• 16:21
It's just not, you know, it's written off. It's like, well,
• 16:24
that must have been an animal powered lathe. So I
• 16:28
do think we have strong evidence for machining in ancient history.
• 16:32
And in my mind, it doesn't have to be machines.
• 16:35
You know, there could have been other ways that they
• 16:37
were doing this that we don't even recognize.
• 16:39
Speaker 2: So what is this that we're looking at?
• 16:40
Speaker 1: So this is in– this is at the museum in
• 16:44
Hampi in southern India. And that, to me, looks like
• 16:48
the left– so it looks like where a pillar might
• 16:51
have been placed and the machine– Was spinning, you know,
• 16:57
some sort of a lathing machine. So I think it's
• 16:59
like the, you know, the other side of these pillars, basically.
• 17:03
Speaker 2: Like the end plates.
• 17:04
  Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. Right.
• 17:05
Speaker 2: Okay. And so these pillars, how large are they? Can you, Jamie,
• 17:11
can you go to that image in the lower right-hand corner, please?
• 17:13
That one right there. God, I can't get over how
• 17:16
  pretty that is.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: They're so incredible in real life, too.
• 17:18
Speaker 2: How tall are they?
• 17:19
Speaker 1: Way tall. I mean, my head would probably go halfway
• 17:22
up that pillar. They're twice as tall as me.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: So immensely heavy. And what kind of stone is it
• 17:28
  carved out of?
• 17:29
Speaker 1: This is a chloritic schist. So it's called soapstone.
• 17:33
Speaker 2: God, it's so pretty.
• 17:35
  Speaker 3: But there are.
• 17:36
Speaker 1: Lathe-turned pillars that are also granite. In southern India, it's
• 17:40
a soapstone. So when it's quarried, it's a little bit softer.
• 17:44
And then it hardens once it's out of the quarry.
• 17:46
Speaker 2: Has anyone done an analysis of the geometry in these things?
• 17:51
Like how precise it is and how– Like I'm looking
• 17:56
at it. If you go to that, the one next
• 17:57
to it, please. That one. Yeah, that one. When I'm
• 18:01
looking at the precision of that and how many different
• 18:05
pieces there are, I would love to know how uniform
• 18:09
those are because it looks insane. That looks so beautiful.
• 18:15
We're looking at, how do you say that word? Kopishwar?
• 18:18
Kopishwar Mahadev. Is that how you say it? Mahadev. God,
• 18:22
  that's pretty.
• 18:23
Speaker 1: It's incredible. And, you know, these sites have crazy energy too.
• 18:27
You walk into them and you can tell that they
• 18:29
were made with a lot of love. These pillars, you know,
• 18:35
you can't help but touch them.
• 18:37
Speaker 2: You're allowed to touch them?
• 18:38
  Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely.
• 18:40
Speaker 2: Look at that. Like I would love to know what
• 18:43
  the precision of that is.
• 18:44
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 18:45
Speaker 2: Because really imagine if it's insanely precise and then you
• 18:49
have to explain that too. Not just stone chisels and
• 18:52
  tools and stuff, but.
• 18:54
Speaker 1: When you can see in the pillars, you can see
• 18:56
where the lathe started at the bottom and you can
• 18:58
see where it stopped at the top. It's just running. And,
• 19:02
you know, a lot of people are like, well, turn
• 19:04
it sideways. Is that some sort of a sound wave, right?
• 19:09
Is it mimicking? Is it telling us something?
• 19:12
Speaker 2: This episode is brought to you by Armra. Every week
• 19:14
there's some new wellness hack that people swear by. And
• 19:17
after a while... You start thinking, why do we think
• 19:20
we can just outsmart our bodies? That's why Armra Colostrum
• 19:25
caught my attention. It's something the body already recognizes and
• 19:29
has hundreds of these specialized nutrients for gut stuff, immunity, metabolism, etc.
• 19:35
I first noticed it working around training, especially workout recovery.
• 19:40
Most stuff falls off, but I am still taking this.
• 19:42
If you want to try, Armra is offering my listeners
• 19:44
30% off plus two free gifts. Go to armra.com. slash rogan.
• 19:51
I'm glad you brought that up. I've seen that too.
• 19:52
  Does that make sense?
• 19:54
  Speaker 1: I think so.
• 19:55
Speaker 2: Can I see that again, Jamie? Yeah, I was just
• 19:57
trying to find out your question. Of how precise they are? Oh,
• 20:02
here it goes. The pillars in, how do you say it?
• 20:05
Swarga Mandap. It says it resembles machine-turned work. Resembles. Yeah.
• 20:10
That's cute. Isn't it more likely? that it's machine turned?
• 20:30
If it's exactly... Pillars are laid out with consistent spacing
• 20:34
in the circular hall so that the open oculus in
• 20:36
the ceiling remains perfectly centered, suggesting careful radial planning and
• 20:41
load distribution. The temple uses interlocking stone and gravity rather
• 20:44
than mortar, so the precise fit of the pillars into
• 20:47
bases and beams is critical to stability and is cited
• 20:50
as an example of advanced medieval Indian stone engineering.
• 20:55
Speaker 1: One thing that's interesting when you go to these temples
• 20:57
is You can see where they have moved these pillars
• 21:02
into the temple. So the core of most of these temples,
• 21:04
in my opinion, is the original megalithic part of these temples,
• 21:08
the oldest stuff. But you can see where these pillars
• 21:12
have been moved into new temples. And so you'll see
• 21:14
  these crazy, precise, dark stones.
• 21:18
Speaker 3: This is a rotating pillar.
• 21:20
  Speaker 2: What?
• 21:21
Speaker 1: I think it used to rotate. It does not anymore.
• 21:24
  I actually saw that pillar.
• 21:26
Speaker 2: When did it stop?
• 21:27
  Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe that's just a myth. I have
• 21:30
no idea. But you can see where they moved these
• 21:34
pillars from original temples. Or maybe, who knows, maybe they
• 21:37
found a workshop somewhere with these. And they put them
• 21:40
in the center of the newer temples. So it's not
• 21:44
precise at all. Very crude stonework above and below them.
• 21:47
And then they have this perfect lathe pillar right in
• 21:50
  the middle.
• 21:51
Speaker 2: So what is the timeline that they attribute to the
• 21:53
  construction of these?
• 21:55
Speaker 1: Oh, you know. 1200 to 1500 AD.
• 21:58
Speaker 2: And why did they say that?
• 22:00
Speaker 1: Because the kings that ruled during that time period wrote
• 22:03
inscriptions on the pillars in a lot of instances, on
• 22:07
the sides of the temples, things like that.
• 22:09
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 22:11
Speaker 1: It's all inscriptional evidence.
• 22:12
Speaker 2: It seems like I would need more evidence, you know?
• 22:15
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 22:15
Speaker 1: What's really interesting, I've done a lot of.
• 22:17
Speaker 2: That sounds great. That's graffiti.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: Yeah, I've done a lot of research in Cambodia, and
• 22:21
they date all of their... all of their temples based
• 22:25
on inscriptions. And when you actually run these inscriptions through
• 22:29
AI and you translate them, they've all been translated from
• 22:33
Sanskrit to French. I then translated it from French to English.
• 22:37
And when you read what the kings actually wrote, very
• 22:40
seldom do they say, I, king so-and-so, built this. What
• 22:44
they say is, I installed a lingam. I brought a
• 22:49
statue to this temple. And so the archaeologists make a
• 22:53
fairly big jump between what the kings actually wrote and saying, well,
• 22:58
this king must have built this. So in a lot
• 23:01
of instances, they're actually putting words into their mouths.
• 23:05
Speaker 2: Wow. So what is your belief in terms of the
• 23:10
timeline of the construction of these things?
• 23:13
Speaker 1: I mean, in the oldest instances, I personally believe that
• 23:19
it's pre-flood. So, you know, more than 12,000 years ago.
• 23:23
I think there are some that are probably older, very,
• 23:27
you know, Peru is, I just got back from Peru
• 23:31
a couple of months ago. That's fully unexplainable. You've talked
• 23:34
about Peru on your show many times. Egypt is incredibly ancient.
• 23:38
I actually believe that India is one of the most
• 23:40
ancient places on earth. And were they different civilizations building there?
• 23:47
What they built suggests that it probably was. Were they
• 23:51
in contact with each other? I believe they were. You know,
• 23:54
there's enough similarities around the world that it feels like
• 23:57
there was a communication network between them. But when you
• 23:59
look at the actual building styles between, take those three examples, India, Egypt,
• 24:04
and Peru, they're completely different, right? Egypt is very, just blocks,
• 24:12
very few decorations, especially in places like the Osirion. It doesn't,
• 24:16
it's just, it almost looks, it's like clinical, you know?
• 24:21
But then you're in Peru and it's playful, right? There
• 24:23
are these big pillowy blocks. And then you go to
• 24:26
India and there's carvings all over everything, right? And so
• 24:30
I do believe that there are certain places in this
• 24:33
world that are substantially older. And I believe that for
• 24:38
thousands of years civilizations have been– they're attracted to these
• 24:41
places and they build on top of them and they
• 24:44
settle there. And so you just see generation after generation
• 24:47
after generation of building on top of them.
• 24:49
Speaker 2: Well, it makes sense when you think about Kailasa. Because
• 24:53
look how perfect it is now. And this is thousands
• 24:56
of years after they attributed to being built or at
• 24:59
  least a thousand years.
• 25:00
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 25:01
Speaker 2: And it looks like there's been zero erosion. Yeah. Now
• 25:05
add a few thousand years to that. It's going to
• 25:07
  look exactly the same.
• 25:09
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 25:09
Speaker 2: And if you're just generation after generation, like not knowing
• 25:13
who built it and you get a version of, you know,
• 25:16
this King said he did it or this guy said
• 25:18
he did it. Like how, Add a few thousand years
• 25:21
  and it's fucking guesswork.
• 25:23
  Speaker 1: 100%.
• 25:24
Speaker 2: And to have archaeologists shift through dirt and find an
• 25:27
inscription somewhere and go, oh, we nailed it. Like, God,
• 25:31
that's such a disservice to what the complexity of the
• 25:35
mystery of what we're looking at is.
• 25:36
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 25:37
Speaker 2: Like, just the Kailasa one is, I am obsessed with
• 25:40
that place. I've watched like four or five documentaries on
• 25:43
it and see, and we went over it on the
• 25:45
podcast the other day with the CEO of Perplexity. I
• 25:48
saw that. It's like, it's, fucking bananas yeah it's so
• 25:52
crazy how precise and one mistake and you're fucked but
• 25:56
yet it's all geometrically aligned there's they have no idea
• 26:01
what they did with all the.
• 26:01
Speaker 1: Stone that's the big question that seems so they removed
• 26:06
an entire cliffside mountain and you know it was it
• 26:10
was they carved it from the top.
• 26:11
Speaker 2: Down yeah and put it where would you do it
• 26:13
at all good question that's so much rock that's not
• 26:16
a little bit of rock you would think there'd be
• 26:17
some laying around Even after thousands of years, you'd have
• 26:20
like a pile somewhere. Like, fuck it. Anybody want some
• 26:23
free stone? It's over there. No one's going to take
• 26:25
all the stone. You have fucking millions and millions of
• 26:28
tons of stone. Like, that's crazy. What'd you do with it?
• 26:31
Speaker 1: You know what I wonder?
• 26:32
  Speaker 3: I wonder.
• 26:33
Speaker 1: I do feel for archaeologists, right? I mean, they go
• 26:37
to a site and they're like, gosh, maybe this feels
• 26:38
a little older. But the only evidence I have are
• 26:42
pot sherds that I can date. I can dig down
• 26:45
and I can find cultural layers of of cultures that,
• 26:48
in my opinion, lived there afterwards. They're dating that, and
• 26:51
they see inscriptions. And that's the evidence that they have
• 26:55
to make their case. But I do wonder how many
• 26:58
of them are looking at these sites and saying, yeah,
• 27:01
this actually doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
• 27:03
Speaker 2: A lot of the young ones.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: I would think so.
• 27:04
Speaker 2: I've talked to them. I've talked to them. I think
• 27:07
this is the hierarchical– what's the word? Hierarchy. The structure
• 27:13
of academics in terms of these guys that are teaching–
• 27:17
university courses and giving out PhDs and writing books. And
• 27:21
they have a vast body of work that's all about
• 27:24
the timeline, all about what they know. And they are
• 27:28
the gatekeepers of information. And there's a lot of ego
• 27:31
involved with academics. I'm sure you know that. And they
• 27:35
get really shitty with each other. And they're vicious. They're
• 27:37
vicious when they attack each other, even if they're wrong.
• 27:40
Like the whole Clovis first thing was the best example
• 27:44
  of that.
• 27:44
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 27:45
Speaker 2: The gentleman who proposed this theory that there were people
• 27:48
here older than the Clovis people was destroyed by his
• 27:52
own peers. And it took years before it was proven
• 27:56
that he was correct. And not only was he correct,
• 27:58
but he was correct by like over 10,000 years. Yeah.
• 28:01
Like now they're pushing it past 22,000 years ago because
• 28:03
of it. The footprints they found in White Sands, New Mexico.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: The peopling of the Americans.
• 28:07
Speaker 2: Yes. Absolutely. So humans have been here a long, long,
• 28:11
long time. And this is just indicative of this pattern
• 28:16
that happens whenever anybody comes up with any sort of
• 28:18
an alternative theory that doesn't come from the gated halls
• 28:21
of academia. They're just dismissed. But academics have only been
• 28:27
around for a few hundred years. Like we have to
• 28:29
stop and think about how crazy it is. That we've
• 28:31
put the power in these people that we know are
• 28:33
not always accurate, nor are they compromised, and they have
• 28:36
ego problems. And they have this structure of the people
• 28:41
at the top that are giving out grants and giving
• 28:45
out funding and giving PhDs and reading people's dissertations. It's
• 28:50
very social, and it's very complex. And to deviate from
• 28:55
the narrative is devastating for your career. If they can
• 28:59
destroy the guy who proposed that Clovis first was incorrect.
• 29:03
That guy was an academic. He was established. Imagine if
• 29:08
you're a fucking PhD student and you're like, I think
• 29:10
you guys are wrong. Well, you're fucked forever.
• 29:13
Speaker 1: You know, I used to work in corporate America and
• 29:15
there were a lot of things that I thought that
• 29:17
  I absolutely never said.
• 29:20
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 29:20
Speaker 1: So if you think about these young archaeologists, even if
• 29:23
they see something and they think, gosh, I wish that
• 29:26
I could dive into that and really explore how old
• 29:28
this is. They're going to get shut down immediately and
• 29:31
their self-preservation mechanisms are going to kick in because they've
• 29:34
got a paycheck. You have to sympathize with the situation
• 29:37
  that they're in.
• 29:38
Speaker 2: Oh, I do. I completely do. do. We've all worked
• 29:41
for shitty bosses. It's a terrible position to be in.
• 29:44
And especially if your shitty boss is in charge of
• 29:47
the distribution of information about the history of the human race.
• 29:51
That is crazy. That is crazy to get ego involved
• 29:54
in that. Because when you see the attacks on guys
• 29:57
like Graham Hancock and all these people that propose that
• 30:01
this data that we should look at, there's a bunch
• 30:04
of data that confounds the timeline. It fucks it completely up.
• 30:10
When Gobekli Tepe came along and everybody was like, OK,
• 30:14
we have a problem. We have an 11,000-plus-year-old structure for sure.
• 30:19
It was purposely buried 11,000-plus years ago. So how old
• 30:23
is it? It's at least 11,000 years old. That doesn't
• 30:25
make any sense because timeline of civilization is supposed to
• 30:28
be 6,000 years ago. So now we have immense stone
• 30:31
structures with 3D carvings that are in concentric circles. That's 5,000
• 30:36
years older than that. OK, these are hunter and gatherers.
• 30:38
They were just assholes that in their spare time from
• 30:42
killing antelopes, they decided they were going to build immense
• 30:46
structures on the top of a hill.
• 30:48
Speaker 1: Well, don't you find it interesting that The dating of
• 30:51
Gobekli Tepe has not opened the door to redating other
• 30:54
sites around the world. So when you talk about the
• 30:57
stuff in Egypt, nobody's really open to saying maybe this
• 31:00
is 10,000 years old. Should we look again?
• 31:02
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 31:03
Speaker 1: You know, that story has been written. There's been a
• 31:05
period on it and it's been put to bed.
• 31:07
Speaker 2: Not only that, there's actual geological evidence. And this is
• 31:11
where Robert Schock came into play. You know, I have
• 31:13
had him on the podcast before and I remember watching
• 31:16
that documentary on the mysteries of the Sphinx. And he
• 31:20
proposed that there's water erosion on the outside of the
• 31:22
Temple of the Sphinx. And he's taken photos of that
• 31:27
erosion and brought it to other geologists and said, what
• 31:30
do you think this is? And they said, well, that's
• 31:31
water erosion. And then he shows them where it came from.
• 31:34
I don't want to have nothing to do with this.
• 31:36
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 31:37
  Speaker 2: Just kidding.
• 31:37
  Speaker 1: It's the wind.
• 31:38
Speaker 2: Which is crazy. Which is crazy. Imagine... The timeline of
• 31:42
human history is so controversial that you're worried that it
• 31:45
would ruin your career if you spoke accurately about your
• 31:48
field of expertise, which is erosion and geology due to rainfall,
• 31:53
thousands of years of rainfall. Well, thousands of years of
• 31:56
rainfall means at the very least, the Sphinx is 9,000
• 32:00
  years old.
• 32:00
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 32:01
Speaker 2: At the very least. But that's probably way older than
• 32:04
that because you have to have thousands of years of
• 32:06
rainfall from the time that it was constructed to make
• 32:09
these kind of deep fissures into the stone.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: And it was buried for much of its recent history,
• 32:15
which means there was not erosion taking place the entire
• 32:17
  time it was buried.
• 32:18
Speaker 2: Yeah. The whole thing's nuts. And the wind and sand erosion,
• 32:22
that's our argument against that, right? Because it was covered
• 32:25
  in sand.
• 32:25
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 32:26
Speaker 2: And if there was rain erosion like they're proposing, it
• 32:30
had to have been when there was rainfall, significant rainfall
• 32:33
in the Nile Valley. And that's way back 9,000 years ago.
• 32:37
Speaker 1: A long time ago.
• 32:39
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 32:39
Speaker 1: And I guess it just It breaks my heart a
• 32:41
little bit that this conversation gets shut down. Because if
• 32:45
you think about 23andMe, the number of people that have
• 32:51
subscriptions to websites like that because they are extremely interested
• 32:55
in where they came from. And it opens up their
• 32:58
world when they can see four generations back. People that
• 33:03
belong to these subscription services will say, I finally have
• 33:06
a sense of belonging. I kind of feel like I
• 33:08
know where I came from. We as a humanity, imagine
• 33:12
if we actually knew where we came from. I think
• 33:14
we would feel a lot less lost.
• 33:17
  Speaker 2: I don't think it's sad. I think it's funny. I
• 33:20
think it's just another example of just how funny people are,
• 33:23
how we're so weird. We're so full of shit. And
• 33:26
we're just so filled with this desire to be correct
• 33:31
and to enforce our narrative that we do it even
• 33:34
with facts that are really significantly important for the entire world.
• 33:38
And I think it's funny because it doesn't work because
• 33:41
it's only opened the door to people like you and
• 33:44
people like Derek and people like Graham Hancock and Ben
• 33:47
Van Kerkwijk and Jimmy Corsetti and all these people that
• 33:50
Luke Caverns. They just spend enormous amounts of time making
• 33:53
this incredible content. Like all the stuff that Luke has
• 33:56
done in the Americas, in South America, like good lord.
• 34:01
There's so many mysteries. Like explain away Sacsayhuaman. Explain away
• 34:07
those stones. Help me out. Help me out how people
• 34:11
with no steel and no heavy machinery move these things
• 34:15
into position. Move these 20-foot tall immense stones that are
• 34:20
cut like jigsaw puzzles. It looks like they were melted
• 34:23
  into place.
• 34:24
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 34:24
Speaker 1: It looks like a melted marshmallow stacked on top of
• 34:26
  a melted marshmallow.
• 34:27
Speaker 2: It's literally bananas. It makes no sense. It's crazy. And
• 34:31
then you have the weirdness of these elongated heads that
• 34:34
they find down there, these skulls that are absolutely real skulls.
• 34:39
These are not hoaxes. They have a 30, 20 to
• 34:43
30 percent larger brain capacity in the skull.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: I have personally seen elongated skulls in four different countries.
• 34:51
Speaker 2: And it's not the same as skulls that were manipulated
• 34:55
to be flattened. That's what's different. So when people think
• 34:58
about this, there's a very well-known practice where they would
• 35:02
take boards and put them on children's heads to elongate
• 35:05
their heads. The question is why were they doing that?
• 35:08
And were they trying to emulate something that existed, another
• 35:13
type of person that was here? Well, it seems like it.
• 35:17
And it seems like these skulls that they find, particularly
• 35:19
in Peru, the bones are larger. It's a larger face
• 35:24
and they have a larger brain capacity and– They don't
• 35:27
have that sagittal ridge, that sagittal suture that's down the middle.
• 35:33
So they're literally a different kind of skull. It's clearly
• 35:36
human or some form of human, but it has more
• 35:40
brain volume and it's built different than us. And everybody's like,
• 35:46
  I don't see anything.
• 35:46
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 35:48
Speaker 2: They're not like, hey, maybe there was a completely different
• 35:51
species of human that existed along with just like Denisovans,
• 35:55
just like Neanderthals, just like all these new ones that
• 35:58
they keep finding fairly recently. Like the one they found
• 36:02
in China, the big headed man. What was it? What
• 36:04
was that one called again? Julien's, Homo Julien's. This is
• 36:08
like really recent. Like a few years ago they found this. Like, okay,
• 36:12
we don't have the picture, guys. We just don't. We
• 36:14
don't have the full– we don't have all the data.
• 36:16
And when you have these fucking big skulls and you're
• 36:19
not even bringing that up, it makes me think like
• 36:22
are you afraid to look at this because then you
• 36:25
have to admit that you really didn't know this and
• 36:27
you were walking around saying you're an expert in the
• 36:30
  human timeline?
• 36:31
Speaker 1: Imagine some of the capabilities of these people with that
• 36:36
much more brain volume. Could they speak telepathically? Could they
• 36:41
move stones with their minds, with sound? We don't know
• 36:45
what they were able to do. If you just unlock
• 36:48
an additional 10% of your brain capacity, Joe Rogan's brain capacity,
• 36:52
think of all of the connections you would make. Think
• 36:56
about all of the things you could do that you
• 36:58
can't do now. And now expand your brain volume by 30%,
• 37:01
  exactly like.
• 37:02
Speaker 2: The movie Limitless. The Bradley Cooper movie, remember? Yes. Yeah,
• 37:05
and he kept the same size head.
• 37:07
Speaker 1: Or the movie Lucy with Scarlett Johansson.
• 37:09
Speaker 2: That's the best one.
• 37:09
Speaker 1: Just unlocking her full brain. And suddenly she was moving
• 37:12
things with her mind, right? So were these people able
• 37:16
to do things that regular humans couldn't? And that's why
• 37:20
they were emulated throughout history with cradle headboarding. They were
• 37:24
the elite. They were maybe building some of these structures.
• 37:26
Who knows? And if you are just an average Joe
• 37:30
in that community, you want to look like them, right?
• 37:34
  All of us do it.
• 37:35
Speaker 2: Especially the elites of the time.
• 37:38
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 37:39
Speaker 2: Especially the humans that were the kings and the pharaohs
• 37:42
and all these different people. They wanted to have those heads.
• 37:46
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 37:47
Speaker 1: There were some really interesting– It sounds.
• 37:48
Speaker 2: Like we're crazy people, right? If I just tuned into this,
• 37:51
it would be like, oh, great. Another one of those
• 37:53
retarded Joe Rogan shows where he's talking to crazy people.
• 37:56
But then you see– Jamie, pull up some of the
• 37:57
images of those skulls. I know we've shown them a
• 37:59
  million times.
• 37:59
Speaker 1: Jamie, I have a folder with skulls. I can show
• 38:01
you some really interesting ones from England.
• 38:03
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
• 38:04
Speaker 1: That are on small bodies. So they almost look like fairies.
• 38:09
And they have these giant skulls on these very small bodies.
• 38:12
And it does make you think that probably had something
• 38:15
to do with the mythology of fairies in England. This
• 38:19
was at Avebury, which is one of the big stone circles.
• 38:22
When you walk into the museum there, there are these
• 38:24
amazing anomalous elongated skulls on these very tiny little bodies.
• 38:30
The other interesting thing about elongated skulls.
• 38:32
  Speaker 2: Are they children's?
• 38:34
  Speaker 1: I don't think so.
• 38:35
  Speaker 3: No.
• 38:35
Speaker 1: There's a woman named Maria Whitley who writes all about
• 38:38
these skulls that she found, that have been found all
• 38:41
over England. That's Egypt. Yeah, there it is. Yeah, so
• 38:47
this is England. This is one of the skulls, but
• 38:50
this skull is very small. But if you look at
• 38:53
the shape of it, you know, their ears are in
• 38:56
a different spot. They have huge eye sockets. I have
• 39:00
another photo where there's one still attached to a small body. Whoa.
• 39:07
Speaker 2: Look at the size of that head.
• 39:08
  Speaker 1: Isn't that interesting?
• 39:09
  Speaker 2: That's crazy.
• 39:10
Speaker 1: Now, this one may have been a child. I don't
• 39:12
remember specifically which of these skulls.
• 39:14
Speaker 2: Even if it was a kid, that kid's going to
• 39:15
  be a football player.
• 39:16
Speaker 1: He already has a helmet.
• 39:17
Speaker 2: A kid has a giant head. But it doesn't look right.
• 39:21
It doesn't look right. It doesn't look right. I have babies.
• 39:23
They don't have heads that big. That's crazy. Even when
• 39:26
a baby's got a big head, when they're little and
• 39:28
they can barely hold their head up, Yep. It doesn't
• 39:29
  look like that.
• 39:30
  Speaker 1: Little bobble heads.
• 39:31
  Speaker 2: That's crazy.
• 39:32
Speaker 1: Another really interesting– Look how far.
• 39:33
Speaker 2: I'm sorry. But look how far it goes behind the spine.
• 39:36
Speaker 1: And look how flat it is at the bottom and
• 39:38
  the back.
• 39:39
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 39:39
Speaker 1: I mean imagine holding that head up.
• 39:42
Speaker 2: Well, that's the other weird thing about these elongated skulls.
• 39:46
The part of the skull– where it connects to the
• 39:50
spine is in a different place. Yes.
• 39:53
Speaker 1: Which makes sense. Otherwise, you know, I guess you'd probably,
• 39:56
  your head would fall backwards.
• 39:58
Speaker 2: Like, look at these. Look at these that don't have
• 40:01
that sagittal suture. That one that's closest to us. That
• 40:04
  is crazy. Yeah.
• 40:06
Speaker 1: So that one's in Peru. I saw that one a
• 40:07
couple months ago. It looks completely different than the skull
• 40:10
  right behind it.
• 40:11
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 40:11
Speaker 2: It's like a different kind of person.
• 40:13
Speaker 1: Yes. Interestingly, in a lot of these elongated.
• 40:16
Speaker 2: So they have like one on the side and they
• 40:18
don't have the one down the middle.
• 40:19
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 40:20
Speaker 1: There's another one that's labeled Malta. And you can see
• 40:24
the view of it from the top and you can
• 40:26
see how it looks completely different than any of the other.
• 40:29
So here's an interesting thing that I'm not sure you've
• 40:31
  talked much about, Joe.
• 40:33
  Speaker 2: Brain surgery?
• 40:34
Speaker 1: The holes in the back of these skulls, it's trepanation.
• 40:37
So it was a surgery that they see evidence of
• 40:41
in lots and lots of ancient skulls. And the question becomes,
• 40:46
so if you don't have a sagittal suture and your brain,
• 40:49
you know, we have the, our brain will fuse, right?
• 40:53
  As we grow.
• 40:53
Speaker 2: Sorry, but look at that, what it looks like. It
• 40:56
  looks like they use drills.
• 40:58
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 40:59
Speaker 2: Doesn't it? Like they just drill a circle around that
• 41:01
  dude's head?
• 41:02
Speaker 1: In a lot of instances, these people survived these surgeries.
• 41:07
The question becomes, why were they doing it?
• 41:09
Speaker 2: Whoa, look at that top one. Scoop out some brain, bro.
• 41:13
That's crazy. Maybe they were trying to relieve pressure.
• 41:16
Speaker 1: Well, if your brain doesn't have all of the sutures
• 41:19
that ours does and your brain is fusing, there are
• 41:23
some theories that suggest that these people were losing their
• 41:28
connection with consciousness. So because their brains were so big,
• 41:34
a lot of telepathy and things like that. So if
• 41:38
you cut a hole in a fused skull, you still
• 41:40
have access, right? It allows you, I guess, more space
• 41:46
in your skull to access what you used to access.
• 41:49
Speaker 2: So it's like relieving pressure in some way? This is
• 41:52
the idea? Why they're doing this trepanation?
• 41:54
  Speaker 1: We had a.
• 41:55
Speaker 2: Woman on who did trepanation to herself. Oh, my gosh.
• 41:57
Speaker 1: I've read about her.
• 41:58
Speaker 2: Yeah. Is she still alive, Jamie?
• 42:01
Speaker 3: They were doing lobotomies until pretty recently.
• 42:03
  Speaker 2: I know, right?
• 42:04
Speaker 3: Like what this is.
• 42:06
Speaker 2: Yeah, right? We knew better. Is she still alive, Jamie? Yeah.
• 42:10
  She might have passed recently.
• 42:11
Speaker 1: And her motivation for that, was it not for consciousness?
• 42:16
Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah. She was out there.
• 42:19
Speaker 1: But isn't it interesting?
• 42:19
Speaker 2: Lovely lady. Lovely lady. She was out there.
• 42:23
Speaker 1: Yeah. I haven't seen that episode.
• 42:25
Speaker 2: That lady had been on some trips. She had been
• 42:27
to other dimensions many, many, many, many times.
• 42:31
Speaker 3: She passed away about a year ago.
• 42:32
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 42:32
Speaker 2: She was a sweet lady too. She was so kind.
• 42:35
Speaker 1: It begs the question, what was the motivation for doing
• 42:37
  that in these ancient examples?
• 42:39
Speaker 2: She described it in very glowing terms, the experience of trepanation.
• 42:44
She did it to herself. So this is a photo
• 42:47
of her. Isn't that like a– is there a video
• 42:49
of her doing it? I know there's photos of the
• 42:52
actual procedure of her drilling a hole in her head like, yo.
• 42:57
Speaker 1: It must be quite a sense of relief though.
• 43:00
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 43:00
Speaker 1: Your brain's no longer locked in your skull.
• 43:02
Speaker 2: I mean, is that really what it is? I don't
• 43:03
want to find out. But, I mean, I know people
• 43:06
that have had to have brain surgery because they had
• 43:08
brain bleeding. Yeah, there it is. Oh, my gosh. They
• 43:11
just drilled a hole. It looks like they used a stick.
• 43:13
What the hell? I think she did it. What is
• 43:15
  she using?
• 43:16
Speaker 1: Is she doing it to herself?
• 43:18
Speaker 2: Yes. No. It's the only way. You really want to
• 43:22
achieve one with chakras or some shit.
• 43:24
Speaker 1: Yeah. You're probably not going to get a doctor to
• 43:27
  sign up for that.
• 43:28
Speaker 2: Jamie, can you find– there are some images of those
• 43:30
elongated skulls. There's a few really spectacular ones that we
• 43:33
pulled up the other day. And one of them is
• 43:36
like the sagittal suture is completely missing. And it's so big.
• 43:41
And you're looking at it like, OK, this is a
• 43:42
real skull in a museum. Like help me out. Help
• 43:46
me out, anatomy experts. Why does it not have the
• 43:50
features of a normal human skull? And why is it
• 43:53
  so big?
• 43:54
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 43:54
Speaker 2: This seems completely insane.
• 43:56
Speaker 3: The AI told me why, but I don't know if
• 43:58
  that's true.
• 44:00
Speaker 2: Shut up, AI. That's a bunch of bullshit archaeologists got
• 44:05
  into AI.
• 44:05
Speaker 3: And wrote some bad articles. When I saw that one
• 44:08
with the little kid or the small thing with the
• 44:10
big back of the dome, aren't there or could that
• 44:13
be explained by just like a random anomaly?
• 44:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure. Yeah, it depends on how many there are.
• 44:19
But go to the images of those skulls so we
• 44:21
  could see the crazy one.
• 44:22
Speaker 3: I don't know why. Google just changed and there's no longer.
• 44:25
Speaker 2: They don't like you anymore.
• 44:26
Speaker 3: No, like the whole website has changed.
• 44:27
  Speaker 2: They hate you.
• 44:28
Speaker 3: I noticed it yesterday. You can't.
• 44:30
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, that is weird.
• 44:31
  Speaker 1: You're being sabotaged.
• 44:32
Speaker 2: Oh, because they're trying to get you to use AI. Yeah,
• 44:33
it's all gone. Oh, that's so gross. Just write images. Yeah.
• 44:39
See now. Now they'll show you. OK, so it's the
• 44:41
one on the far left upper corner. It's right below it. Sorry.
• 44:45
There you go. That's it. That's the one.
• 44:48
Speaker 1: Look at the eyes.
• 44:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, the whole thing is nuts. The fact that that
• 44:51
is a real skull, it should freak everyone out. That
• 44:55
no one is, that this isn't the front page of
• 44:57
the New York Times, that this isn't something that everyone's investigating.
• 45:02
Like this is not a physical anomaly. This is a
• 45:05
completely different skull. That's not a regular human skull at all.
• 45:10
The capacity is so much larger. You cannot explain that
• 45:14
by headboarding. You cannot explain the size of the fucking
• 45:17
eye sockets. It's crazy. You imagine looking into someone. Who's
• 45:21
that one lady that has crazy big eyes? She's an actress.
• 45:23
Do you know what I'm talking about, Jimmy? She's really pretty.
• 45:26
She's got big giant eyes. I've seen that too. But
• 45:31
they're not that big. The point is like those eyes
• 45:34
would be fucking enormous. Like if that person was in
• 45:37
front of you and they had skin on with those
• 45:40
eye sockets and that head, you'd be like, yo. You know,
• 45:45
I want you to meet my friend Mike. They'd be like,
• 45:46
what the fuck? That is not what it looks like.
• 45:48
That drawing, that drawing is way too normal. That head's
• 45:52
way bigger than that too, by the way.
• 45:53
Speaker 1: And the eyes are nothing.
• 45:55
Speaker 2: Nothing like it. They're not even in the same place.
• 45:57
Like those eyes are in a different place. Those eyes,
• 45:59
those eyes are in a nutty place.
• 46:01
Speaker 1: I mean, that, that image on the right, the, the woman,
• 46:04
that could be what they looked like if they were cradlehead.
• 46:07
Speaker 2: Yes. And her face looks flattened too. Like the whole
• 46:10
thing looks, which is such a gross thing that they did.
• 46:12
To try to emulate these people.
• 46:14
Speaker 1: Imagine tying a baby up on a board and telling
• 46:16
  it to stay.
• 46:17
Speaker 2: Look at that one. While its skull was reshaped. Look
• 46:19
at that one to the left, Jamie. Left right below that. Yeah,
• 46:22
that one. Look at that one. What the hell is that?
• 46:25
  Speaker 1: With the trepanation.
• 46:26
Speaker 2: Yeah. But help me out. Tell me that's a person.
• 46:30
Help me out. That is not just an elongated skull.
• 46:34
  That's crazy.
• 46:35
  Speaker 1: I wonder if that's a real photo.
• 46:37
  Speaker 2: Well, almost is.
• 46:38
  Speaker 3: Potential plaster even.
• 46:39
Speaker 2: I don't think I've seen that one before.
• 46:40
Speaker 3: People can make this stuff.
• 46:42
Speaker 2: That is true. That is true. People can make it.
• 46:44
Speaker 1: Rocky Mountain Sasquatch Organization.
• 46:45
Speaker 2: Well, that's a reputable source. They're the best Sasquatch organization
• 46:49
  out there.
• 46:49
Speaker 3: I try not to judge all of those. I'm just
• 46:51
  clicking the photo.
• 46:52
Speaker 2: They have all the real information. There's a lot of
• 46:54
misinformation in the Sasquatch community. Oh, yes.
• 46:58
Speaker 3: But that is the only place that shows up.
• 47:02
Speaker 2: There's got to be other ones. Well, that one in
• 47:04
the middle, in the top, on the left. Yeah, right there.
• 47:07
Click on that. Those three. Like, come on.
• 47:09
  Speaker 1: That almost, yeah.
• 47:09
Speaker 3: It's still the same one. Those are all the same one.
• 47:12
Speaker 2: From different angles? Yeah. Well, the one in the middle
• 47:14
looks different than the one on the left. Definitely.
• 47:17
Speaker 1: Look at the recreation below, though. At least his eyes
• 47:19
  are big.
• 47:20
  Speaker 2: He looked... Okay, that's a good one. That's a good
• 47:23
representation of what those people... Tell me that dude can't
• 47:26
  read your mind.
• 47:27
  Speaker 3: 100%.
• 47:27
Speaker 2: The dude on the left, he comes up to you
• 47:29
with those beads on. He's like.
• 47:31
Speaker 1: I'll do whatever you say.
• 47:32
Speaker 2: And you're like, okay. I guess we're communicating with the mothership. Yeah. Like,
• 47:37
look at the size of his head. Please go back
• 47:39
to that image again. Yeah. Is that real? Yeah.
• 47:43
Speaker 1: And most of the hair on these elongated skulls is red.
• 47:47
Speaker 2: Oh, that's so wild.
• 47:48
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 47:49
Speaker 2: That's so crazy. Go back to that last image, please,
• 47:52
where you see the dude. Like, that guy, imagine running
• 47:55
into that guy at a Mayan temple. You'd be like, oh, Christ.
• 47:59
  They're real.
• 48:00
  Speaker 1: 100%.
• 48:01
Speaker 2: Like, that's a different kind of person. That seems— the eyes
• 48:07
are fucking massive. That seems like a totally different kind
• 48:10
  of person. Yes. You know?
• 48:12
Speaker 1: He has very different abilities than the average human.
• 48:15
Speaker 2: Yes. I mean, if the brain is what differentiates us
• 48:20
from all the other intelligent animals on this planet, and
• 48:23
a human— it looks just like a human but different— has a
• 48:26
brain that much bigger than ours, what is that? That's
• 48:30
a real thing, folks. We're not making this up. These
• 48:33
fucking skulls are real. That's crazy.
• 48:37
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 48:37
Speaker 2: That is crazy that there was a person like that.
• 48:40
Speaker 1: The only museum I've been to in the world that
• 48:42
has any sign that indicates it may have been alien
• 48:46
is Malta. When you walk into the museum in Malta,
• 48:49
it actually has a poster that talks about the lack
• 48:52
of the Sagittal Sutra. It has a picture of an
• 48:54
  alien on it.
• 48:55
  Speaker 2: Really?
• 48:56
  Speaker 3: Mm-hmm. Wow.
• 48:57
Speaker 1: And they leave their skulls out. A lot of these museums,
• 49:00
especially the ones in southern Peru, they've sort of tucked
• 49:03
them away. They've put them in dark. cases, so it's
• 49:05
harder to take pictures of them. They're not out there
• 49:08
in the open where it's easy to pop around each
• 49:11
  side of it.
• 49:11
Speaker 2: They're probably worried about them getting stolen, too. There's an
• 49:15
issue that I've been informed about with ancient artifacts. that
• 49:20
there's a whole underground market where really wealthy people like
• 49:25
want to buy like Egyptian artifacts. And there's a lot
• 49:28
of scandals involved with a lot of these people that
• 49:31
are in charge of these artifacts where artifacts go missing
• 49:34
and people get rich. And they sell books that nobody
• 49:39
buys and all of a sudden they have a mansion. Yeah.
• 49:43
Speaker 1: And if you're on a government salary and you can
• 49:45
slip one of these vases away and sell it, you're
• 49:48
going to make a lot more money than you're going
• 49:49
to make working for the government.
• 49:50
Speaker 2: Not just vases but even skeletons. There's evidence of skeletons
• 49:55
going missing. Skeletons they found in a sarcophagus and then
• 49:58
all of a sudden they said, nope, there's no skeleton.
• 50:00
And then there's clearly documentation that they found a skeleton.
• 50:04
It leads back decades ago and today they're saying, no,
• 50:08
no skeletons. Like where's the skeleton?
• 50:11
Speaker 1: Nothing to see here.
• 50:12
Speaker 2: Yeah. And some of– that's the weird thing is like
• 50:14
some of these skulls that they find, if you could
• 50:18
find the entire skeleton, you would imagine that is a
• 50:21
very big person. These are not normal-sized people. Like whatever
• 50:26
the structure that's– unless they have an enormous head and
• 50:31
a little tiny body. If they have a proportionate head
• 50:34
to their body, you're looking at a seven, eight foot
• 50:36
tall person. This is a huge head.
• 50:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, and there's giant lore all over the world in
• 50:41
  every ancient civilization.
• 50:42
Speaker 2: And in the fucking Bible.
• 50:44
  Speaker 1: I don't believe that that's imaginary and I don't believe
• 50:47
  it's myths. I think that it's remembering.
• 50:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it is too. I think there's probably
• 50:53
a different version of people that existed. And I think
• 50:57
the real problem is we're dealing with the fossil record.
• 51:02
And the reality of biological life is neither you nor
• 51:05
I is very likely to leave behind a fossil. So
• 51:07
a thousand years from now, no one's going to know
• 51:09
who you were and no one's going to know who
• 51:11
I was. And they're not going to be able to
• 51:13
tell from our bones. You're not going to find them.
• 51:15
They're going to be absorbed by the ground. And that's
• 51:18
a wrap. And in order to get a fossil, a
• 51:21
very specific set of circumstances has to take place. And so,
• 51:25
you know, we're lucky that we have some skulls. We're
• 51:28
lucky in this, you know, a thousand years old, 2000
• 51:30
years old, however old they are. But you get back
• 51:33
  to 10, 11, 12,000 years ago, 15,000 years ago, 50,000
• 51:37
  years ago, good luck.
• 51:38
  Speaker 1: There's nothing left.
• 51:39
Speaker 2: Good luck. Unless you're finding it in the permafrost, like
• 51:42
in Alaska, like my friend John Reeves, he has that place,
• 51:45
the Boneyard in Alaska. He's the best.
• 51:48
  Speaker 1: That's so cool.
• 51:49
Speaker 2: I love that. That place is crazy.
• 51:51
  Speaker 1: Have you been?
• 51:51
Speaker 2: No. He keeps trying to get me to go out
• 51:53
there and I will eventually, I promise. But the spot
• 51:56
is absolutely bananas. He's finding all kinds of insane things
• 52:01
out there, including animals that aren't even supposed to have
• 52:02
existed in that area. So they're rewriting the idea of
• 52:06
like what was alive and like what, what animals were alive,
• 52:09
different cats and different bears. Yeah. Like we don't know
• 52:14
that much. We're, we're basing like the thing about all
• 52:17
we know about the dinosaurs. It's amazing how much work
• 52:19
they've done. It's amazing how many dinosaurs they've documented. But
• 52:22
if you look at the amount of dinosaurs that actually
• 52:25
lived over the Hundreds of millions of years. Hundreds of
• 52:29
millions of years that dinosaurs roamed the earth. There's a tiny, tiny,
• 52:33
tiny fraction, a tiny fraction of these dinosaurs that we
• 52:37
find that are fossilized. Most of them are gone forever,
• 52:40
including who knows how many species that we're completely unaware of.
• 52:43
We have no evidence of whatsoever. Now think about an
• 52:47
intelligent species that probably buried their dead like we do
• 52:51
or maybe even burned them. We don't know what they did.
• 52:54
Or maybe they were even more enlightened. They did the
• 52:56
Tibetan sky funeral where they let themselves get eaten by vultures.
• 53:00
You're not going to find anything.
• 53:01
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 53:02
Speaker 1: No, you're absolutely right. It feels like people should be
• 53:08
just maybe a little bit more open to our past.
• 53:11
Speaker 2: I think people are. I think the problem is some
• 53:13
of these, and I say some, it's only some of
• 53:15
these academics. There's a lot of people that are deviating
• 53:18
from that now. And again, it's a lot of young people.
• 53:21
You know, like guys like Michael Button. Do you know
• 53:22
who he is? Yeah. He's great. He went to school,
• 53:25
got a degree and was like, I think there's more
• 53:28
to this. And I think I could do a better
• 53:29
job doing a YouTube channel where I just research these
• 53:32
things thoroughly and provide you with a very balanced perspective
• 53:36
on how crazy all this stuff is and how none
• 53:39
of this really makes sense if you use the conventional timeline.
• 53:43
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 53:43
Speaker 1: And people are hungry for that information.
• 53:45
  Speaker 2: Yeah. I am. I'm obsessed.
• 53:48
Speaker 1: Thank goodness that the internet has democratized it so people
• 53:51
like me can get on there and put a video
• 53:53
on and just see what people think.
• 53:55
Speaker 2: And you really learn a lot when you see people
• 53:57
like you get attacked and people like Jimmy Corsetti and
• 54:01
all these people. They go after people so hard. And
• 54:05
they always take the same line.
• 54:06
  Speaker 1: It's always racism.
• 54:06
Speaker 2: It's racism. Exactly. That's what I was going to say,
• 54:08
which is so crazy because no one's attributing the Indian
• 54:11
temples to anything other than Indians. Right. It's not racist.
• 54:14
It's just saying, I'm saying Indians from like a long
• 54:16
ass time ago. It's the same people.
• 54:18
Speaker 1: It's something to be even more proud of.
• 54:20
Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah. It's crazy. Like no one is saying that
• 54:24
the people in Peru, humans in Peru didn't make that stuff.
• 54:27
No one, no one's saying that.
• 54:28
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 54:29
  Speaker 2: That's exactly what we're saying.
• 54:30
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 54:30
Speaker 2: What we're saying is probably the people in Peru were
• 54:33
incredibly sophisticated before the flood. Yeah. That's probably what it was.
• 54:37
Speaker 1: Egypt, it doesn't make any sense that they're shutting that down.
• 54:40
To extend your timeline, if you're able to, to 20,000
• 54:44
years ago, that's twice as much to be proud of.
• 54:47
Speaker 2: Right. Right. But it's just the academics who have like
• 54:50
firmly stamped 2,500 BC. Bam, this is what we know
• 54:55
and we're going to stick with it.
• 54:56
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 54:57
Speaker 2: Despite all the hard evidence, like the geological evidence, disputing
• 55:01
that is really weird. Because, like, look, guys, rain does
• 55:05
a very specific thing to stone over thousands of years.
• 55:08
Speaker 1: This is hard evidence.
• 55:09
  Speaker 2: Right there.
• 55:10
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 55:10
Speaker 2: It's right there. And you don't really know when it
• 55:13
was built. You're just guessing. But this isn't really much
• 55:16
of a guess. This is actual evidence.
• 55:17
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 55:18
Speaker 2: And for them to not even consider that and to
• 55:20
just dismiss them. And it's just lucky that guys like
• 55:22
Robert Chalk had tenure. And lucky also that he wasn't
• 55:26
an archaeologist. He's a geologist. And what, are they going
• 55:28
to fault him for his methods, the way he did it?
• 55:30
What he said? No, you can't really because it's pretty
• 55:34
  rock solid.
• 55:35
Speaker 1: We should be leaning on these geologists and saying, what
• 55:37
do you see? And then informing our theories based on
• 55:41
  what they're saying.
• 55:41
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 55:42
Speaker 1: Not the other way around.
• 55:43
Speaker 2: Ben Van Kirkwijk has done amazing work on some of
• 55:45
the erosion that's around some of the pyramids and some
• 55:50
of the bases of some of the structures around the pyramid.
• 55:53
And that it seems like there's many levels of construction
• 55:56
and that the oldest, oldest stuff has a preposterous amount
• 55:59
of erosion. like insane amount of erosion. Absolutely. Yeah. Yep.
• 56:04
Speaker 1: I mean, even in, so I've spent a lot of
• 56:06
time researching Cambodia. If you look at, so there are
• 56:11
eight different pyramids in the immediate Angkor Wat area, and
• 56:15
these pyramids are massive. And when you, when you walk
• 56:19
up to them, you can see how incredibly ancient they are.
• 56:23
And the, The dating on these pyramids are, you know,
• 56:26
900 A.D. to 1300 A.D. So not very old, the
• 56:30
official dating. But when you stare at the stones, you
• 56:33
can see the same thing you see in Egypt. You
• 56:35
see just ancient weathering patterns down the sides of them.
• 56:39
You can see how the whole site has been rebuilt.
• 56:42
And they don't talk about it, right? So the entire
• 56:44
history of Cambodia, nobody is open at all to exploring
• 56:49
that it might be older than 800 A.D.
• 56:51
Speaker 2: Let's look at some photos of Angkor Wat because it's
• 56:54
another incredibly bizarre place. And when people use the conventional
• 57:00
timeline to date it, it's not– it's amazing and it's
• 57:04
beautiful but it's not as crazy. When you really– if
• 57:09
you take into consideration that no one really knows when
• 57:12
it was built and the possibility that it's actually 11,000
• 57:17
years old, 12,000 years old, maybe even older … it
• 57:21
almost kind of makes sense. Because it would look just
• 57:26
  like that. Yeah.
• 57:27
Speaker 1: And the temples or the towers inside the core of
• 57:31
Angkor Wat, in my personal opinion, the core of Angkor Wat,
• 57:35
it's got three different layers. The core, I think, is
• 57:38
extremely old. It's got these five central towers. They look
• 57:42
almost melted. So you can see the five in the middle.
• 57:45
As you move out by each layer, All of the
• 57:48
iconography in Angkor Wat changes. So in the center, it's
• 57:52
all deities. It's religious symbolism. As you move out, it
• 57:57
becomes war scenes and elephants and battles, right? So you
• 58:01
can see where each successive culture has built on to
• 58:03
the outside of Angkor Wat. But the core of it,
• 58:07
  it looks enormously old.
• 58:10
Speaker 2: And let's get some photos of the core of it.
• 58:13
  Speaker 1: Have you ever.
• 58:15
Have you ever discussed the LIDAR findings around Angkor Wat?
• 58:19
  Speaker 2: I have not.
• 58:20
Speaker 1: Jamie, I have some photos in my Cambodia folder. I'm
• 58:23
  trying to.
• 58:23
Speaker 3: Dance the line of looking at these before I switch
• 58:26
  over to your stuff.
• 58:27
Speaker 2: God, look how beautiful that is. Look how the trees'
• 58:31
  roots grow all around it.
• 58:33
Speaker 1: Cambodia is one of the most special places on this earth.
• 58:38
Speaker 2: Imagine what that was like during its prime.
• 58:40
Speaker 1: That's the Bayon Temple. The temple with 218 faces.
• 58:48
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 58:50
  Speaker 1: Enormous faces.
• 58:51
Speaker 3: So are those, is that like, those are clearly different
• 58:54
  stones brought in?
• 58:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, they're individual stones.
• 58:57
Speaker 3: To compare to the other stuff we've seen where.
• 58:59
Speaker 2: It's not that. Correct. Yeah, very different.
• 59:01
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 59:01
Speaker 2: Very different kind of construction.
• 59:03
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 59:03
Speaker 2: I'll show you the lighter. Spectacular, but maybe makes more
• 59:05
sense than like Kailasa. In 2012, that's a great photo.
• 59:08
  Speaker 3: Whoa.
• 59:10
Speaker 1: Jamie. In 2012, they did a LIDAR survey in Cambodia.
• 59:15
And what they discovered in Cambodia completely shocked the world.
• 59:20
So you can see Angkor Wat in this photo is
• 59:23
right in the middle of that giant moat. There were...
• 59:28
huge mound fields all around Angkor Wat inside this moat
• 59:32
and outside of Angkor Wat. And then if you go
• 59:34
south of it, you can see these giant spiral embankments.
• 59:38
If you just zoom out a tiny bit, Jamie, do
• 59:41
you see those spirals in the bottom left side of
• 59:43
the screen? Those are from one side to the other.
• 59:47
They're a mile long. Yeah, so these are the geometric
• 59:52
  features at Angkor Wat.
• 59:54
Speaker 2: And these are hidden from the naked eye?
• 59:55
Speaker 1: Yes, they're under the jungle canopy. Nobody knew that these
• 1:00:00
were there until 2012 when the LIDAR results came out.
• 1:00:04
  Speaker 2: Holy shit.
• 1:00:05
Speaker 1: There are mound fields that are a mile. This particular
• 1:00:09
mound field is a mile long. It's a 10 by
• 1:00:12
10 mound field. And these mounds are enormous. They're like
• 1:00:16
30 feet across. And there's no explanation at all for
• 1:00:19
  what these are.
• 1:00:23
Speaker 2: And they didn't even know they existed.
• 1:00:24
Speaker 1: They didn't even know they existed.
• 1:00:26
  Speaker 3: So.
• 1:00:27
Speaker 1: This is Angkor Wat from the air. Very, very interesting.
• 1:00:30
That western beret where you see, that's a man-made, it's
• 1:00:34
the largest hand-cut reservoir on Earth. It's eight kilometers long
• 1:00:39
and two kilometers wide. So you can see the old
• 1:00:42
Siem Reap International Airport just south of it. That's the
• 1:00:46
size of this thing. It is enormous. The official archaeological
• 1:00:51
story of these berets is that they were hand-dug and
• 1:00:56
that they were used to water rice. There's one on
• 1:01:01
the left side. That's a Western beret. There's an equally
• 1:01:03
large one on the east side. So there are two
• 1:01:06
of them that are eight kilometers long on each side,
• 1:01:10
two kilometers wide. Just an enormous volume of dirt would
• 1:01:14
have had to have been removed to create these. And
• 1:01:17
there's no discussion at all about what they were for,
• 1:01:20
how they were made. They're just attributed to different kings
• 1:01:23
based on inscriptions found in the corners of these sites.
• 1:01:27
So if you want to talk about mysteries, in my
• 1:01:31
humble opinion, Cambodia is one of the most mysterious places
• 1:01:35
  on earth.
• 1:01:37
Speaker 2: What did they, how old do they think this reservoir is?
• 1:01:41
Speaker 1: Like 900 AD. So not old at all. And there's
• 1:01:47
no explanation for how it was done Just to excavate
• 1:01:50
the Western Beret is the equivalent of 53 Giza-sized pyramids
• 1:01:56
of dirt moved out of it. So this is it today.
• 1:01:59
You can see there's a temple in the middle of it.
• 1:02:01
Speaker 2: That's so big. That's so crazy that they supposedly dug
• 1:02:06
  that out by hand.
• 1:02:07
Speaker 1: You can see this from space. NASA is taking photos
• 1:02:10
of it before. There's no explanation for what they were
• 1:02:14
  doing there.
• 1:02:15
Speaker 2: What is the images of the pyramids up in the corner?
• 1:02:18
  Speaker 1: That's the 53.
• 1:02:18
Speaker 2: Oh, the amount? Yeah. Oh, okay.
• 1:02:19
Speaker 1: That's the equivalent. So 138 million cubic meters of dirt
• 1:02:23
  to dig that out.
• 1:02:24
Speaker 2: How deep is it?
• 1:02:25
  Speaker 1: It's, you know, 5 or 10 meters deep. And I
• 1:02:31
believe that they, you know, they dug out the inside
• 1:02:33
and then they built these large walls, you know, retaining
• 1:02:35
walls on the outside. So I don't think that there's
• 1:02:38
huge piles of dirt somewhere. I think that, you know,
• 1:02:40
it was just deepened and then they built the walls
• 1:02:42
around them to retain them. But there's a lot of
• 1:02:45
really interesting, complex things going on with these berets.
• 1:02:51
Speaker 3: This reminds me of something. I had perplexity dig up
• 1:02:54
  something on the Kaliasa Temple.
• 1:02:56
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:02:56
Speaker 3: Let me find it here. It was just going into, like,
• 1:03:03
is the ability of what– do you know how many
• 1:03:05
people they thought made it, I guess? I'll ask you
• 1:03:07
that first. Do you know how they– the conventional method?
• 1:03:11
They said 250 people made it over five and a
• 1:03:13
half years. sure the problem with that is uh it
• 1:03:20
started i'd like to hire those dudes it started to
• 1:03:22
tell me like that's kind of like okay but then
• 1:03:25
it started getting like actually the hardest part with this
• 1:03:27
is going to be removing all of that rock yeah
• 1:03:30
like where not they couldn't that didn't say like where
• 1:03:33
is it but it just was going into the math
• 1:03:35
this is all the perplexity did it's all this math on.
• 1:03:40
  Speaker 2: This is Kailasa.
• 1:03:41
Speaker 1: Yeah. The amount of stone that can be removed every day.
• 1:03:45
Speaker 3: And it just would have taken– it is even– 250
• 1:03:48
people is a fourth of the potential– the number they
• 1:03:54
tried to destroy it with for three years.
• 1:03:55
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:03:58
Speaker 3: And it has the same tools, I guess. They just
• 1:04:00
had some sort of metal that says five and a
• 1:04:02
  half years.
• 1:04:02
Speaker 2: They tried to destroy it for three years and then
• 1:04:04
  they just quit.
• 1:04:05
Speaker 1: That had to have been a really frustrating three years.
• 1:04:07
Speaker 2: A thousand guys tried to destroy it for three years.
• 1:04:10
Can you imagine that? That is crazy.
• 1:04:14
Speaker 3: Even if it was a hundred and it's just exaggerated,
• 1:04:16
  you know.
• 1:04:16
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 1:04:17
Speaker 3: They couldn't do anything.
• 1:04:18
  Speaker 2: That's really crazy.
• 1:04:19
Speaker 3: Chipped off some noses.
• 1:04:20
Speaker 1: You know how mad that king was? He's like, just
• 1:04:22
  destroy it.
• 1:04:24
Speaker 2: Imagine what a dick he must have been. Oh, yeah.
• 1:04:26
To want to destroy that. It's the problem with kings.
• 1:04:29
Speaker 1: It's the problem with kings.
• 1:04:30
Speaker 2: Good Lord, that's wild.
• 1:04:32
Speaker 1: So yeah, Cambodia is incredibly mysterious and nobody talks about Cambodia.
• 1:04:38
Speaker 2: Would you like some coffee?
• 1:04:41
  Speaker 3: Sure.
• 1:04:42
  Speaker 1: Thank you.
• 1:04:42
Speaker 2: You're welcome. So how did you get involved in Cambodia?
• 1:04:45
What was the first thing that you looked at?
• 1:04:48
Speaker 1: I went there for the first time three years ago.
• 1:04:52
It was a quick stopover. We were getting ready to...
• 1:04:56
hike the Son Dong Cave in Vietnam, you know, the
• 1:04:58
  largest cave in the world.
• 1:04:59
Speaker 2: I saw that on 60 Minutes.
• 1:05:00
Speaker 1: Yeah. So we had that trip planned and I said, well,
• 1:05:03
Cambodia is right next door. Maybe we should just pop
• 1:05:05
over there for a week. So we did. And, you know,
• 1:05:08
walking on these sites, it's the same thing I was
• 1:05:11
talking about earlier. I like to hire local guides just
• 1:05:14
to hear what's the story that they're telling you, what
• 1:05:18
is the official history of And the story that they
• 1:05:22
told me just, it doesn't match what you see with
• 1:05:24
your own eyes, right? So they say that the earliest civilizations,
• 1:05:27
they're built in brick. And then they built with stone.
• 1:05:31
Over time, they developed the ability to build with stone.
• 1:05:34
But all of the brick is on top of the stone.
• 1:05:36
It's on top of these massive pyramids, right? So it
• 1:05:40
doesn't make sense that the oldest stuff is at the top.
• 1:05:43
So I started sort of questioning the history of Cambodia
• 1:05:47
and I got into these LIDAR results, which are really fascinating.
• 1:05:50
I mean, they discovered entire unknown cities in Cambodia with LIDAR.
• 1:05:56
So on top of the Kulin Mountains, which is the
• 1:05:59
plateau where they quarry all of the stone for Angkor Wat,
• 1:06:03
all the sandstone, there was an entire massive city on
• 1:06:07
top of that plateau that they had no idea was there.
• 1:06:10
There were pyramids. There were 2,000-acre reservoirs. There were mound fields.
• 1:06:17
There were, you know, massive causeways, and it was all
• 1:06:20
just hidden under the trees, the jungle. So it's, you know,
• 1:06:26
in 2012, sort of the cat was out of the
• 1:06:28
bag in Cambodia. And what's interesting is it should have
• 1:06:32
made international headlines. You know, these spiral embankments that are
• 1:06:36
a mile long on the south side of Angkor Wat,
• 1:06:38
nobody knows what they are. Nobody has a good explanation
• 1:06:42
for what they are. Archaeologists say, you know, maybe it
• 1:06:44
was a garden feature. Maybe it was fishing. And in
• 1:06:50
my mind, you don't build mile-long earthen embankments in a
• 1:06:55
shape of a perfect spiral unless you have a very
• 1:06:57
  specific reason for doing that.
• 1:06:59
Speaker 2: What do you think that reason was?
• 1:07:02
Speaker 1: I don't know. You know, I'm starting to put together
• 1:07:05
a theory about, I think it all had to do
• 1:07:08
with water. They were channeling water down from the Kulin Mountains,
• 1:07:12
which is about 50 miles away from Angkor Wat. They
• 1:07:16
were channeling water down, building 16-kilometer diversion channels, taking the
• 1:07:21
water way out of the way, running them through mound
• 1:07:25
fields into these giant reservoirs. All of these reservoirs have
• 1:07:30
pyramids connected to them. And it's one system after another
• 1:07:34
of reservoirs with temples in the middle, pyramids connected to
• 1:07:37
the outside. It feels like a massive industrial undertaking. And
• 1:07:43
I've gone back and forth. Does it have to do
• 1:07:46
  with energy?
• 1:07:47
  Speaker 2: Possibly.
• 1:07:48
Speaker 1: I personally think it had something to do with how
• 1:07:53
they were treating the water. Like if they could, um,
• 1:07:57
if they could get it structured maybe, right. So that
• 1:08:01
it was better for plants, better for people, better for animals,
• 1:08:04
better for consciousness. There was a massive undertaking happening there that, um,
• 1:08:09
that just isn't addressed at all by archaeologists. Nobody's tying
• 1:08:12
together these different systems and saying, gosh, that was a
• 1:08:16
monumental undertaking. I wonder what they were doing that for.
• 1:08:19
It's all just rice farming is the official story.
• 1:08:22
Speaker 2: Can you show me that LIDAR image again?
• 1:08:25
Speaker 3: I'm looking for more. I keep running into just the
• 1:08:27
  scientific papers about it.
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: They have the LIDAR images locked away.
• 1:08:32
Speaker 3: Yeah, they've done a bunch of studies on this, and
• 1:08:34
there's some cool photos, but I'm trying to find.
• 1:08:36
Speaker 2: Like, you know, Can you go back to the ones
• 1:08:38
that we were just looking at, though, that she provided?
• 1:08:40
Because I want to see the patterns.
• 1:08:44
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 1:08:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, that. Okay, that. Perfect. So those features are weird.
• 1:08:50
  That's really weird.
• 1:08:51
Speaker 1: They're huge. They're a mile long and half a mile wide,
• 1:08:54
  like that yellow square.
• 1:08:55
  Speaker 2: And they're symmetrical.
• 1:08:57
Speaker 1: And they're perfectly symmetrical.
• 1:08:58
  Speaker 2: Symmetrical.
• 1:09:00
Speaker 1: And this isn't the only place in Cambodia that has these.
• 1:09:03
Speaker 2: And so we're probably looking at an intensely sophisticated civilization.
• 1:09:10
Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely. I mean, the moat you see dug in
• 1:09:14
the middle of that structure– That was built during the
• 1:09:18
Khmer period, which is the civilization that all of this
• 1:09:21
is being attributed to. They're the ones that dug that
• 1:09:24
through the middle. So I don't even think they knew
• 1:09:26
  that this was here.
• 1:09:28
Speaker 2: It was just completely covered.
• 1:09:29
Speaker 1: Yeah. They just dug right through the middle of it.
• 1:09:32
Speaker 2: And so this is probably really, really old. And people
• 1:09:35
have lived in that same place. Look how crazy that looks.
• 1:09:40
  That's crazy.
• 1:09:41
Speaker 1: Almost every inch of ancient Cambodia is engineered. There's a
• 1:09:46
site called Cocare. It's about 200 miles northeast of Angkor Wat.
• 1:09:52
  They discovered a 7-kilometer-long man-made dam that created a 2,000-acre reservoir.
• 1:09:59
Speaker 2: Look at that image.
• 1:10:00
Speaker 1: Yeah, they didn't know that this was there.
• 1:10:04
  Speaker 2: That's crazy.
• 1:10:05
Speaker 1: I was on a tour with Derek Olson last November,
• 1:10:10
and we actually took the tour group out to the
• 1:10:12
corner of Angkor Wat and walked those mounds. And what's
• 1:10:16
interesting is when you're out there, you actually can't tell
• 1:10:19
that the mounds are there until you're kind of on
• 1:10:21
top of them. And then you look around and you're like, wow,
• 1:10:23
I'm feet above the rest of the landscape. And then
• 1:10:26
you kind of keep walking because these things are 30
• 1:10:27
feet across. So you keep walking and then suddenly you're
• 1:10:30
at the bottom of the landscape. So I don't think
• 1:10:32
that they knew it was there.
• 1:10:34
Speaker 2: Wow. It's so big that without LIDAR, you're really not
• 1:10:38
going to get an understanding of what it is.
• 1:10:40
Speaker 1: So that picture– Yeah, so there's a good example of
• 1:10:44
the jungle canopy being kind of stripped away. This is
• 1:10:46
what it looks like from the air without LIDAR.
• 1:10:49
Speaker 2: So there's no way you would know.
• 1:10:50
  Speaker 3: No.
• 1:10:52
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 1:10:53
Speaker 1: Entire cities, seven kilometer long dams, huge reservoirs. They didn't
• 1:10:59
know about any of this until LIDAR came out.
• 1:11:03
  Speaker 2: That's incredible.
• 1:11:04
Speaker 3: So look how the trees are just growing back in.
• 1:11:06
Speaker 2: That's so dope. Look how awesome those roots look.
• 1:11:09
Speaker 1: That's the Lara Croft Temple. It's called Teprong.
• 1:11:12
  Speaker 2: Oh, really?
• 1:11:13
Speaker 1: Yeah, she filmed. Laura Croft was filmed at this temple.
• 1:11:16
Speaker 2: For real? Yeah, for real. They actually let her film there,
• 1:11:18
  that movie?
• 1:11:19
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:11:19
  Speaker 3: Wow.
• 1:11:20
  Speaker 2: Pretty dope.
• 1:11:21
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:11:21
  Speaker 1: Tourists love it.
• 1:11:23
Speaker 2: That tree just overcoming the building is amazing.
• 1:11:27
Speaker 1: They have their hands full in Cambodia with preserving these
• 1:11:30
temples because the jungle is actively tearing it down.
• 1:11:33
Speaker 2: Yeah, it looks like the jungle is trying to consume
• 1:11:34
it with that tree. Absolutely. Like eventually it will.
• 1:11:37
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 1:11:37
Speaker 2: Eventually if more trees grow like that, it will break
• 1:11:39
down all the stone underneath it.
• 1:11:41
Speaker 1: The structures, I believe, are older, like the pyramids. They're
• 1:11:45
a little bit more impermeable to these kinds of things.
• 1:11:48
The newer temples, like the one you see on the screen,
• 1:11:51
they just get ripped down. You know, it's a little
• 1:11:54
bit inferior construction. So it's newer. Obviously, I think the
• 1:11:58
Khmer actually built those. And so those just get ripped
• 1:12:00
down immediately by trees. But the really old stuff, the pyramids,
• 1:12:05
if you see photos when they excavated it in like
• 1:12:07
the 1920s, they were fully intact.
• 1:12:09
Speaker 2: Correct. You were talking about the center of it, that
• 1:12:13
it's different, that it looks older. Is there any clear
• 1:12:15
images of what that looks like?
• 1:12:18
Speaker 1: If you... Of the pyramids or of Angkor Wat?
• 1:12:21
Speaker 2: Angkor Wat. The center?
• 1:12:24
Speaker 1: I don't think I have photos in that folder, but
• 1:12:26
  you can... If you.
• 1:12:28
Speaker 2: Because you were talking about the difference between the iconography. Yeah.
• 1:12:31
Speaker 1: If you search just the central towers of Angkor Wat,
• 1:12:35
you're probably going to find images of that.
• 1:12:38
  Speaker 2: The....
• 1:12:40
Speaker 1: So it's three layers that get higher and higher as
• 1:12:42
you get toward the middle of Angkor Wat. And in
• 1:12:45
the middle of it, it's carvings that just blow your mind.
• 1:12:52
And they're all spiritual in nature, which is something you
• 1:12:57
see all over the world. So in India, where I
• 1:12:59
just was, it was the same thing. The older structures,
• 1:13:02
it's spiritual imagery. And then as you move out to
• 1:13:06
the newer structures, it's all war scenes. You know, you
• 1:13:09
can see the de-evolution of human consciousness. Yeah, so these
• 1:13:13
are from the center of Angkor Wat. It's deities, you know,
• 1:13:17
it's beautiful 3D carvings. You can stick gum wrappers through these,
• 1:13:22
so they're fully enclosed. You can stick a gum wrapper
• 1:13:25
  behind these stones.
• 1:13:27
Speaker 2: Whoa. God, it's so pretty.
• 1:13:31
  Speaker 1: It's so beautiful.
• 1:13:34
Speaker 2: And this is all, that's so interesting that the people
• 1:13:39
that probably built it first had no interest in war,
• 1:13:44
no interest in war, or at least had a very
• 1:13:46
  enlightened perspective.
• 1:13:48
Speaker 1: It does support, you know, the idea of, I know
• 1:13:52
you've talked about the Yuga cycles on this show, but
• 1:13:55
the idea of the, of human consciousness having reached its
• 1:13:59
peak 12,000 years ago and has just been slowly devolving
• 1:14:03
ever since you can see that in the imagery in
• 1:14:05
some of these temples, plain as day. So, yeah, there's
• 1:14:08
a lot of images of, you know, war scenes on
• 1:14:11
the outer, like all of the outer layers of Angkor Wat,
• 1:14:15
but in the middle, it's totally different. Same in India.
• 1:14:22
Speaker 2: Now, does anybody have an, an idea? Like, does anybody
• 1:14:25
have a compelling theory as to when these were made
• 1:14:28
that like is backed by any kind of evidence or? No, no.
• 1:14:34
Speaker 1: I mean, you can look at carbon dating, um, and
• 1:14:39
you can poke holes in the carbon dating all day long.
• 1:14:41
So they'll carbon date wood samples. You know, these are
• 1:14:45
made of stone. You can't date stone. There's, there's reconstructions
• 1:14:50
that have happened on all these sites that are brick.
• 1:14:52
And then there's going to be, there's wood doorways that
• 1:14:55
are put in and they've carbon dated the wood. And
• 1:14:58
the wood in a lot of instances is coming back
• 1:15:00
older than the accepted date of the temple construction in general,
• 1:15:04
which is a little bit problematic. So like there's a,
• 1:15:07
A pyramid called Bakong, which is the oldest accepted pyramid
• 1:15:11
in Cambodia, that one's dated to like 800 AD. The
• 1:15:17
wood samples in the repaired sections of Bakong are from
• 1:15:20
the 600s. And they say, well, that's generally the same.
• 1:15:25
And so you have to ask yourself, if they were
• 1:15:28
reconstructing and rebuilding these sites, say they were doing that
• 1:15:31
during the Khmer times, they were using bricks and they
• 1:15:34
were using wood to repair these sites. They were doing
• 1:15:37
that in 600 AD. So how old is the pyramid itself?
• 1:15:42
They came there and they repaired the pyramid. How old
• 1:15:44
  is that core structure?
• 1:15:46
Speaker 2: Yeah. And to assume that it's the same age is crazy.
• 1:15:48
  Speaker 1: It's crazy. And it's a bit of a circular argument
• 1:15:52
because they date a temple based on an inscription. And
• 1:15:55
then they look at other temples that don't have inscriptions
• 1:15:57
and they say, well, this one looks a lot like
• 1:15:58
this one. So they place it in the same time period.
• 1:16:02
So it just becomes this big circular logic of all
• 1:16:04
of it fits the story neatly. You know, based on
• 1:16:07
  one inscription.
• 1:16:08
Speaker 2: That seems so silly.
• 1:16:10
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:16:11
Speaker 2: Really, it just doesn't make sense. It seems much more
• 1:16:13
likely that there's a giant mystery.
• 1:16:15
  Speaker 3: Yes.
• 1:16:16
Speaker 2: Yeah. And especially when you look at the difference in
• 1:16:18
the artwork and the way it looks. Will you show me, Jamie?
• 1:16:22
Speaker 3: They say that this one took 300,000 workers approximately 30
• 1:16:26
  years and they never finished.
• 1:16:27
  Speaker 1: Angkor Wat? Yeah.
• 1:16:29
Speaker 3: Yeah. And this says they also started it around 1116 CE.
• 1:16:31
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:16:36
Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense. So I was recently in
• 1:16:42
India a couple weeks ago, and I saw something there
• 1:16:46
that was the most impressive thing I've seen with my
• 1:16:50
own two eyes. It's called the Bahubali statue. I have
• 1:16:54
photos in the India folder. It's 1,000 tons. So it's
• 1:16:59
as big as the biggest destroyed structures or the biggest
• 1:17:03
destroyed statues in Egypt. But it's still standing. It's in India.
• 1:17:09
It's on top of a mountain. It's made of granite.
• 1:17:12
That's a person at the bottom of it.
• 1:17:17
  Speaker 2: Holy shit.
• 1:17:22
Speaker 1: It's made of white granite. There's, you know, the jury's
• 1:17:25
out on whether it was moved there, built somewhere else
• 1:17:30
and moved there, or whether this was built at the
• 1:17:33
top of the hill from living stone. But in my mind,
• 1:17:37
this thing is clearly machined. It's absolutely perfect. Those ears
• 1:17:43
are five and a half feet long.
• 1:17:47
  Speaker 3: Whoa.
• 1:17:49
Speaker 2: Look at the lips and the fingernails and everything. Look
• 1:17:52
  how crazy the precision is.
• 1:17:55
Speaker 1: It's perfect. Look at the head. These are all photos
• 1:17:59
I took while I was there. It stands, you know,
• 1:18:04
  it's 60 feet tall. It's a thousand tons. So it's
• 1:18:08
the largest standing statue on earth from ancient times.
• 1:18:14
Speaker 2: And where's the stone supposedly coming from?
• 1:18:16
Speaker 1: Well, you know, the story is, and I actually think
• 1:18:19
I believe it, the whole mountain is granite. And so
• 1:18:24
in order for this thing, so that's just it poking
• 1:18:26
out above the temple that's built around it.
• 1:18:29
  Speaker 2: That's mad.
• 1:18:30
Speaker 1: It's insane. You know, the story is that basically it was.
• 1:18:34
Speaker 2: Look at the leaves on his arm.
• 1:18:36
Speaker 1: They built it out of living stone that it's still
• 1:18:39
connected to the mountain. And it kind of looks like
• 1:18:42
that when you walk around it. You can see this
• 1:18:44
rough stone at the bottom. But it looks very different
• 1:18:48
than the stone from the mountain itself. So this is
• 1:18:51
a white granite. Yeah. So you can see how it
• 1:18:54
almost looks like living stone. And I can't imagine how
• 1:18:58
you could have erected that and moved it to the
• 1:19:00
top of this mountain. So I personally believe that it
• 1:19:04
was It was found, you know, it was built there.
• 1:19:06
Speaker 2: So there was a large stone that was there and
• 1:19:09
they just went in and chiseled the statue out of it.
• 1:19:12
Speaker 1: Yep. It represents Baobali, which was the, it's a Jain statue.
• 1:19:18
And Baobali was a man who achieved enlightenment by standing
• 1:19:23
still for a full year. So the ant and cobra
• 1:19:27
hills at the bottom and then the vines grew up
• 1:19:29
around him. So he's the picture of enlightenment. So just
• 1:19:36
look at that image. How was that built? I sat
• 1:19:44
in front of this thing for two hours, just entranced
• 1:19:48
by it. And the beautiful thing about the temples in
• 1:19:51
India is they are all living temples. So they're actively
• 1:19:55
being taken care of by the community. They're active places
• 1:19:57
of worship. They're not off in the jungle breaking down.
• 1:20:00
They're being taken care of. And, you know, this looks
• 1:20:04
  like it was carved yesterday.
• 1:20:06
Speaker 2: And what timeline is this attributed to?
• 1:20:09
  Speaker 1: About 980 A.D.
• 1:20:11
Speaker 2: And why do they think that?
• 1:20:12
Speaker 1: Because of those very unsophisticated inscriptions at the base of it.
• 1:20:17
Speaker 2: Can I see those inscriptions? Yeah, right there.
• 1:20:21
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:20:22
Speaker 2: Yeah, not so sophisticated. They look really shitty.
• 1:20:25
Speaker 1: So they carved those around the base and they said,
• 1:20:27
  I built this.
• 1:20:28
Speaker 2: Look how clunky those inscriptions are.
• 1:20:30
Speaker 3: This paragraph here on this thing I showed you about
• 1:20:33
Angkor Wat shines a little light onto that.
• 1:20:37
  Speaker 2: Yeah?
• 1:20:37
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:20:38
Speaker 3: It's just like, I'll let you read it.
• 1:20:40
Speaker 2: Buildings and temples by the Khmer kings was a means
• 1:20:44
of legitimizing their claim to political office and also to
• 1:20:46
lay claim to the protection and powers of the gods.
• 1:20:49
Hindu temples are not a place of religious congregation. Instead,
• 1:20:51
they are homes of the god. In order for a
• 1:20:54
king to lay claim to his political office, he had
• 1:20:56
to prove that the gods did not support his predecessors
• 1:20:59
or his enemies. To this end, the king had to
• 1:21:02
build the grandest temple palace for the gods, one that
• 1:21:05
proved to be more lavish than any previous temples. In
• 1:21:08
doing so, the king could make visible his ability to
• 1:21:11
harness the energy and resources to construct the temple and
• 1:21:14
assert that his temple was was the only place that
• 1:21:17
a god would consider residing in on earth.
• 1:21:20
Speaker 1: Interestingly, in Cambodia, all of the pyramids were the first
• 1:21:26
structures claimed by the kings. So the first king built
• 1:21:30
the first pyramid. The second king built the second pyramid.
• 1:21:33
So what I think they were doing is they were
• 1:21:35
going into this landscape and they were finding these incredibly
• 1:21:37
sophisticated pyramids. And just like that paragraph suggests, they said, well,
• 1:21:42
this is the coolest thing I can find around. And
• 1:21:44
they wrote their name on it. And then once all
• 1:21:47
the pyramids were taken, then they started claiming the berets.
• 1:21:49
They started claiming the really nice temples. There's a temple
• 1:21:53
called Bantyei Srei, which is a red sandstone temple. It's beautiful.
• 1:21:56
It's one of the coolest places I've ever been. They
• 1:22:00
claimed all of these places first. So all of the
• 1:22:02
coolest stuff in Cambodia is the oldest. And then once
• 1:22:06
everything was claimed, then they started building new ones, like
• 1:22:09
that Bayon Temple that you saw with the faces and
• 1:22:12
  the smaller stones.
• 1:22:13
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 1:22:14
Speaker 1: So that's what I think happened in Cambodia.
• 1:22:17
Speaker 2: Jamie, can you go back once again to that giant
• 1:22:19
statue and the inscriptions on it? Those inscriptions are weird
• 1:22:25
because it's so shitty. Yeah. Like look how bad the
• 1:22:28
lines are, how squiggly they are and broken up.
• 1:22:31
Speaker 1: And there's another photo in there of the rest of
• 1:22:33
the inscriptions. They're even worse. I mean, these are actually
• 1:22:35
very nice compared to the ones that are.
• 1:22:38
Speaker 2: But not when you consider the grandness of the actual
• 1:22:41
statue itself. The statue is so spectacular.
• 1:22:44
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:22:44
Speaker 1: I mean, look how they wrote it. Just any space
• 1:22:46
that they could find, they wrote their name there. But
• 1:22:49
it looks entirely different than the rest of the statue.
• 1:22:52
Speaker 2: Right. It looks super clunky. Yeah. It really does. It's
• 1:22:58
  stark contrast.
• 1:22:59
Speaker 1: The toe on this statue is three feet long. The
• 1:23:03
ear is larger than most humans.
• 1:23:05
Speaker 2: That's so crazy. Like looking at it, it's so.
• 1:23:08
  Speaker 1: Isn't it incredible?
• 1:23:10
Speaker 2: Imagine the time that it would take to make something
• 1:23:13
  like this with chisels. Yes.
• 1:23:16
Speaker 1: And there was nothing else made like it.
• 1:23:18
Speaker 2: Not only that, like what are we talking about in
• 1:23:19
  terms of metallurgy back then?
• 1:23:21
Speaker 1: Oh, hammers and chisels.
• 1:23:23
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:23:23
Speaker 2: Well, did they even have iron?
• 1:23:24
  Speaker 1: Yeah, they did.
• 1:23:25
Speaker 2: They had iron. So they had iron chisels. And this is, again,
• 1:23:29
  was it 900?
• 1:23:30
  Speaker 1: 900 AD.
• 1:23:31
  Speaker 3: God.
• 1:23:33
Speaker 1: And it's almost perfectly symmetrical.
• 1:23:35
Speaker 2: Yeah. And you think it looks machined.
• 1:23:37
Speaker 1: I do. It looks very similar to the Egyptian statues.
• 1:23:41
I have some side-by-side photos in the folder.
• 1:23:43
Speaker 2: Can you focus on the neck, Jamie? Go back to
• 1:23:45
the neck. Because one of the things that was crazy
• 1:23:46
about when you saw the image of the neck, like
• 1:23:49
  look at the lines.
• 1:23:50
  Speaker 1: I know.
• 1:23:50
Speaker 2: Like what is that?
• 1:23:52
Speaker 1: There's similar lines like that on the large statues in Cambodia.
• 1:23:55
And there's similar lines like that on the large statues
• 1:23:58
  in Egypt.
• 1:23:58
Speaker 3: This only reminds me of Mount Rushmore. Didn't we make
• 1:24:00
  that by hand or no?
• 1:24:02
Speaker 2: I don't know. I think they used dynamite.
• 1:24:04
Speaker 3: I'm just kidding. That's the only thing in my head
• 1:24:06
  I can think of.
• 1:24:07
Speaker 2: No, that's true. Mount Rushmore is immense.
• 1:24:10
Speaker 1: And this is white granite, so this is an extremely
• 1:24:12
  hard stone.
• 1:24:12
Speaker 2: What was Mount Rushmore made of?
• 1:24:14
Speaker 3: I don't have to look. I just was thinking of it.
• 1:24:15
It's like we made that a thousand years later.
• 1:24:18
Speaker 2: That is true. That is true. But we did that
• 1:24:20
with machines. They had machines back then. I mean, they
• 1:24:23
had jackhammers. They had all kinds of stuff back then.
• 1:24:25
Speaker 1: And these were civilizations that were at war, but somehow
• 1:24:28
they found the time to carve this.
• 1:24:31
Speaker 2: I just, I'm wondering what those lines in the neck
• 1:24:33
  are supposed to represent.
• 1:24:34
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:24:35
Speaker 2: The statue is so beautiful.
• 1:24:37
  Speaker 1: Isn't it amazing?
• 1:24:38
Speaker 2: God, it's so incredible.
• 1:24:39
Speaker 3: Maybe they were going to make something and stopped.
• 1:24:41
Speaker 2: You know how dope that would be if that was
• 1:24:42
in your backyard? I'd never get anything done.
• 1:24:44
Speaker 1: You can see this thing from 50 miles away.
• 1:24:46
  Speaker 2: Whoa.
• 1:24:46
Speaker 1: It's up on top of a mountain and it's at
• 1:24:50
the peak of the mountain. So from 50 miles in
• 1:24:52
each direction, you can see this massive statue just staring serenely.
• 1:24:56
So if you, it's a... Gomit Shwara Bali Bali statue of, no,
• 1:25:03
so there's a couple of different ones. This one's the
• 1:25:05
best one. So that's the third picture to the right.
• 1:25:07
Speaker 2: The one in the middle.
• 1:25:07
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:25:08
Speaker 1: So yeah, that's a drone photo of it. That is crazy.
• 1:25:13
It's crazy. And it's the largest ancient standing statue in
• 1:25:17
the world. And very few people talk about this thing.
• 1:25:20
Speaker 2: I've never even heard of it until today. Yep. Wow.
• 1:25:24
So that was probably just a big ass rock that
• 1:25:27
was there and they chipped away everything to make that.
• 1:25:30
Speaker 1: I mean, there's two options. One, maybe it was a
• 1:25:33
big rock, but look how much would have had to
• 1:25:35
have been reduced. And look at the stones to the right.
• 1:25:38
You can see how different they look than the statue itself.
• 1:25:42
Speaker 2: Do you think it's possible that stone was moved there?
• 1:25:44
Speaker 1: I think it's possible it was moved there. Not with
• 1:25:46
any technology we recognize today, but I think it's absolutely possible.
• 1:25:50
It would have had to have been taken to the
• 1:25:51
top of this mountain, which is like 650 feet high,
• 1:25:53
and stood up. But even if it wasn't, even if
• 1:25:59
it wasn't, even if it was a standalone boulder like
• 1:26:02
the ones you see below it, that's still an extraordinary
• 1:26:07
feat to carve that thing in almost perfect symmetry in
• 1:26:12
a way that looks very, very machined.
• 1:26:15
  Speaker 2: That is bananas.
• 1:26:17
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:26:17
Speaker 1: So you climb the mountain. It's like 650 steps. You
• 1:26:22
have to do it barefoot because it's an active temple.
• 1:26:25
On the way down, it got real hot.
• 1:26:28
Speaker 2: Oh, you can't even wear socks?
• 1:26:29
Speaker 1: You can wear socks, but it's slippery.
• 1:26:32
Speaker 2: Got to wear them grippy socks.
• 1:26:35
  Speaker 1: I didn't think of that.
• 1:26:35
Speaker 2: Yeah, like for Pilates.
• 1:26:41
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:26:42
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 1:26:43
Speaker 1: It's an amazing place. And it's still, the beautiful thing
• 1:26:47
about it is it's still just revered as a holy site.
• 1:26:50
So people, the Janes take pilgrimages there. Every 12 years,
• 1:26:54
they have these major ceremonies where they They pour milk
• 1:26:58
and honey and things like that over the top of it.
• 1:27:00
They build a big scaffolding. So they'll climb up to
• 1:27:03
its head and pour these libations over the top of it.
• 1:27:07
And it's just being continuously worshiped. And when you sit
• 1:27:11
up there to get a little bit spiritual for you,
• 1:27:14
you feel different. You feel like you're being healed. Like
• 1:27:18
we had a plane to catch and I didn't want
• 1:27:20
to leave. We sat in front of that. It was
• 1:27:22
my brother and I, and we sat in front of
• 1:27:23
it for as many hours as we could. before we
• 1:27:26
had to go catch our plane.
• 1:27:28
Speaker 2: Wow. Wow. What was going on back then? Yeah. This
• 1:27:35
is the real big question. Like, what was the height
• 1:27:39
of sophisticated civilization 10,000, 12,000 years ago? What was it
• 1:27:45
really like? And how much information did we lose because
• 1:27:49
  of the flood?
• 1:27:50
Speaker 1: Yeah. What's interesting is if you look at Jane mythology...
• 1:27:55
So they talk about these great half cycles that are
• 1:27:59
an incalculable number of years. And they're called Tirthankaras. So
• 1:28:03
they're like the kings. They're not kings. They're like the
• 1:28:07
enlightened ones of the period. The first Tirthankara, Bali Bali,
• 1:28:12
was the son of that enlightened being. He was described
• 1:28:17
as being over a mile tall, fully enlightened, right? He
• 1:28:22
was described as millions of years old. And these are
• 1:28:25
their myths that go back to an incalculable amount of time,
• 1:28:29
and that's just in this half cycle. So they just
• 1:28:31
describe these major cycles of time. And the images that
• 1:28:36
they're building at the top of these mountains are of
• 1:28:38
these enlightened beings. that are part of these like ancient myths.
• 1:28:43
Speaker 2: Jeez you know when you go into their ancient uh
• 1:28:51
scriptures and you you read about things like vimanas like
• 1:28:55
the flying crafts and you know and We were talking
• 1:28:59
the other day about they had some sort of a
• 1:29:02
description that seems to sound like a nuclear bomb. And
• 1:29:05
you had to use it for very specific reasons. And
• 1:29:08
you had to get authority to use it.
• 1:29:10
Speaker 1: Yeah. Do you know what a Shiva Lingam is?
• 1:29:14
  Speaker 2: No.
• 1:29:15
Speaker 1: In my Cambodia folder, there's some photos of it. So
• 1:29:18
in most of the Indian temples... There's a Shiva Lingam
• 1:29:22
that's usually described as a, you know, it's a male
• 1:29:27
component inside a female component. So it's meant to represent
• 1:29:30
both sides of the polarities. And they're at the entrance
• 1:29:34
of most of these temples and they're small. They're maybe
• 1:29:36
like two or three feet long. But in Cambodia, there
• 1:29:40
are giant Shiva Lingams. There are ones that are, you know,
• 1:29:44
probably almost 20 feet long. And you can see those
• 1:29:48
at sites like Coquere. You can see them at the
• 1:29:50
top of Panambak Mountain, which is right by one of
• 1:29:52
the big berets. In India, the Shiva Lingams are even bigger.
• 1:29:57
If you go to the ancient texts and they talk
• 1:29:59
about these things, they describe them as infinite pillars of
• 1:30:02
light and fire. So are these Shiva Lingam, these giant
• 1:30:07
Shiva Lingams, actually, they're not, I don't believe that they're
• 1:30:12
what we say they are today. I think that they
• 1:30:13
were extremely powerful beings. Maybe a weapon. I don't think so.
• 1:30:20
Maybe an energy device. But if you look at modern
• 1:30:23
day stonework and then you tie it into the old myths,
• 1:30:28
you know, that's when it becomes really, really interesting to me. Yeah,
• 1:30:32
so that shivalingam that the man is standing on in
• 1:30:34
the top right photo, that's at Hampi in India. These
• 1:30:39
are always surrounded by water. They're always in roofless shrines. This,
• 1:30:44
you know, very megalithic temples. The one in the bottom right,
• 1:30:47
that's not AI. That's a real photo of these Shiva Lingams.
• 1:30:52
That one's 40 feet high. Originally in a roofless temple
• 1:30:58
by large bodies of water. Were these actually, I mean,
• 1:31:02
I think that these were all something very different than
• 1:31:05
what we're being told today, which is just, you know,
• 1:31:07
  a spiritual carving.
• 1:31:12
Speaker 2: So you think this has something to do with energy
• 1:31:14
and that's why they're surrounded by water?
• 1:31:17
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:31:17
Speaker 1: I mean, in the ancient texts, they're described as an
• 1:31:19
infinite pillar of light and fire. That's what a normal
• 1:31:23
Shiva Lingam looks like that you see all over the temples.
• 1:31:27
Speaker 2: Right. Which is just like a beautiful fountain.
• 1:31:29
Speaker 1: A very small version of these monumental ones that you
• 1:31:33
can find in Cambodia and India.
• 1:31:36
Speaker 3: That's very phallic looking.
• 1:31:37
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 1:31:38
Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah. So go back to the big ones. An
• 1:31:45
  infinite source of light pillar.
• 1:31:47
Speaker 1: Infinite pillar of fire and light.
• 1:31:50
Speaker 2: That's what they were described as. Yes. What the hell
• 1:31:54
  is that?
• 1:31:55
Speaker 1: What were they doing with these things? They always face north.
• 1:31:57
They're always in a roofless temple. They always have major
• 1:32:00
  water features next to them.
• 1:32:02
Speaker 3: Is that how they made power, maybe?
• 1:32:04
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's what she's implying. Or something, some
• 1:32:08
  kind of power.
• 1:32:09
Speaker 1: The myths suggest that there was something going on there.
• 1:32:12
Speaker 2: Well, this is the question that I always have. When
• 1:32:16
we think about technology, we always think about it in
• 1:32:19
the context of what we understand currently. And if you
• 1:32:22
think of human beings, the way we've progressed to get
• 1:32:26
to where we are now is through internal combustion engines
• 1:32:30
and transistors and all these different technologies that we have
• 1:32:34
right now. there could have been completely different direction that
• 1:32:41
they went in and achieved similar or more spectacular sophistication
• 1:32:47
  in this different direction.
• 1:32:48
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 1:32:49
Speaker 2: And the idea that this is the only way to
• 1:32:50
  go is kind of crazy.
• 1:32:51
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:32:52
Speaker 1: It doesn't have to be mechanical.
• 1:32:53
Speaker 2: Especially when this is a fairly sick society in terms
• 1:32:56
of our value system and what we– we're a mess. Yes. Objectively.
• 1:33:02
Speaker 1: Yes. Mentally, physically, we're as sick as we've ever been.
• 1:33:05
It's The only reason our lifespan is increasing is because
• 1:33:07
  we've overcome it with technology.
• 1:33:09
  Speaker 2: Yeah. Right?
• 1:33:10
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 1:33:10
Speaker 1: We're as sick as we've ever been, as unhappy as
• 1:33:12
we've ever been. I think that's part of the reason
• 1:33:15
that the powers that be don't want us talking about
• 1:33:21
golden ages, right? So if you can convince civilization that–
• 1:33:26
if you can convince today's society that we are the
• 1:33:28
best we've ever been, life is as good as it's
• 1:33:31
ever been. That's much more palatable than we are as
• 1:33:36
sick as we've ever been. We're as unhappy as we've
• 1:33:38
  ever been.
• 1:33:38
Speaker 2: Do you think that people are actively trying to enforce
• 1:33:41
that narrative because of that or do you think they're
• 1:33:44
just reinforcing their own current beliefs?
• 1:33:48
Speaker 1: I think a little of both.
• 1:33:50
  Speaker 2: I don't think they know. I think there's a lot
• 1:33:53
of these people that are these– that are conventional archaeologists,
• 1:33:59
conventional timeline proponents. I don't think they really study at all.
• 1:34:04
I don't think they do. I think they try to
• 1:34:06
discredit some things and they do it very disingenuously like
• 1:34:09
some of the people that have gone after Graham Hancock.
• 1:34:11
The things they say are really kind of crazy. But
• 1:34:16
  I don't– I think they're doing it because they're trying
• 1:34:18
to reinforce their own closely held beliefs and this gatekeeping
• 1:34:23
of information, being the person that's the expert, this appeal
• 1:34:26
to expertise. In an area where you have very little data.
• 1:34:29
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:34:30
Speaker 2: It's like you really can't be an expert in something
• 1:34:32
that you, you know, especially like timelines of stone. Like how?
• 1:34:37
How do you know? You don't really know, right? You
• 1:34:38
  don't know?
• 1:34:39
  Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah.
• 1:34:40
Speaker 2: So let's go from there.
• 1:34:41
  Speaker 1: We don't know.
• 1:34:41
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:34:42
Speaker 1: That's an okay thing to say. Yeah. Or I'm open
• 1:34:44
  to the possibilities.
• 1:34:45
Speaker 2: I don't think they're trying to promote it because they
• 1:34:48
think that we want to establish that, you know, human
• 1:34:52
beings today are sick and let's, Let's not pay attention
• 1:34:55
to an enlightened golden age when people were different and
• 1:34:58
they were concentrating much more on the spiritual aspects of
• 1:35:02
human life. And they had deities that were spectacular and
• 1:35:07
they had technology that was above and beyond. I think
• 1:35:10
they're just not willing to entertain it. And again, I
• 1:35:14
think that's like what they say about science, that science
• 1:35:17
moves on and progresses one funeral at a time.
• 1:35:20
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:35:21
Speaker 2: Yeah. I think that's the case with archaeology as well.
• 1:35:24
I think there's a lot of these people that just,
• 1:35:26
they have to go away. And then the new people
• 1:35:28
coming up, a lot of them are watching YouTube. You know,
• 1:35:31
a lot of them are reading these papers. A lot
• 1:35:33
of them are looking at the work of Filippo Biondi
• 1:35:37
that's underneath the pyramids. And they're going, hey, explain that. Yeah.
• 1:35:42
Because you really can't, you know, and they're trying to
• 1:35:44
dismiss it so hard. But that technology is like, if
• 1:35:48
you are, trust the science like you got to trust
• 1:35:51
the science and that technology is proven that not only
• 1:35:54
that they use that technology to accurately get the dimensions
• 1:35:59
of things like that particle collider that's 1.2 kilometers into
• 1:36:03
a mountain yeah so if they have that and they
• 1:36:06
can use that on a known specific structure they know
• 1:36:09
the dimensions of it and then they get a reading
• 1:36:11
that's the exact dimensions that specific structure it's because technology
• 1:36:14
works yeah right But they don't want to even entertain
• 1:36:18
it because it's too crazy. Like if what he's saying
• 1:36:21
about what's underneath the pyramids is correct, the whole timeline
• 1:36:24
is gone. Everything is gone. It's like, OK. We don't
• 1:36:28
  know shit.
• 1:36:29
Speaker 1: He just basically announced that he discovered a second Sphinx.
• 1:36:34
And if you look at the layout of the Giza Plateau,
• 1:36:37
it actually makes sense that a second Sphinx would be there.
• 1:36:40
The structures under the pyramid are very difficult to prove out.
• 1:36:44
Because you have to dig or excavate under the pyramid
• 1:36:47
to do that. The second Sphinx is, if it's there,
• 1:36:51
is simply buried by a pile of sand. So that
• 1:36:54
would be a very easy thing to dig out and
• 1:36:57
to prove, yes, Filippo Biondi is, his technology is showing
• 1:37:01
  something that's actually there.
• 1:37:03
Speaker 2: What does the second Sphinx look like in the images?
• 1:37:06
Speaker 1: He just had a conference in Italy yesterday. And his
• 1:37:12
translated version of his talk at this conference just came out,
• 1:37:15
I think, yesterday or the day before. And he shows
• 1:37:18
all of these scans that he's done from space. And
• 1:37:23
he kind of puts them together and shows the shape
• 1:37:26
of the structure that I'm seeing under the ground looks
• 1:37:30
a whole lot like the existing Sphinx. And he actually
• 1:37:33
used AI and ran probabilities against his scans. And so
• 1:37:38
he went to Grok and Google Gemini and all of
• 1:37:41
the different AIs and effectively said, if you look at
• 1:37:44
my data, what do you think the odds are of
• 1:37:47
a Sphinx being under the sand? And AI came back
• 1:37:50
in almost every instance, higher than 80% probability that it
• 1:37:54
is a Sphinx based on the data that he's showing.
• 1:37:58
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 1:37:59
Speaker 1: That would be incredible.
• 1:38:00
  Speaker 2: That seems easy.
• 1:38:00
Speaker 1: And like I said, all you have to do is,
• 1:38:03
so when they excavated the tombs that are right next
• 1:38:06
to where Biondi believes the Sphinx is, They took all
• 1:38:10
of the sand from those and piled it directly on
• 1:38:12
top of the Sphinx, not knowing it was there. And
• 1:38:15
so you just need to move this sand out of
• 1:38:18
the way and dig down, and you can prove whether
• 1:38:22
  it's there or not.
• 1:38:23
Speaker 2: Haven't people disputed that, though? Like, aren't there some photos
• 1:38:26
where that mound didn't exist from, like, the 1900s?
• 1:38:31
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:38:31
Speaker 1: So that's when they excavated those tombs. They took that
• 1:38:35
sand and they piled it there. So initially when Biondi
• 1:38:38
talked about this like on Matt Bell's podcast, when he
• 1:38:41
announced this, people came out immediately and said what he
• 1:38:44
thinks he's seeing is actually a modern pile of soil.
• 1:38:49
But what he's showing is below that in his scans.
• 1:38:53
So I think it's a big opportunity for the people
• 1:38:57
in Egypt to go out, do a little mission, dig down,
• 1:39:01
see what's there. And you can prove, you know, yes,
• 1:39:04
so the dream, Stella, all of these, a lot of
• 1:39:08
these different traditions talk about two sphinxes. And the geometry
• 1:39:12
from the air, you can see where he believes he
• 1:39:15
found the sphinx is Geometrically, it looks very similar to
• 1:39:18
where the first Sphinx was found in relation to the
• 1:39:21
  different pyramids.
• 1:39:23
Speaker 2: Whoa. So, yeah. Go back to that.
• 1:39:28
Speaker 3: Just talking about it.
• 1:39:29
Speaker 2: I know, but they say it's false. I love how
• 1:39:31
they say that. Viral claims of second buried Sphinx at
• 1:39:34
Giza are false, archaeologists say. Well, how do you know
• 1:39:38
if you didn't dig? How do you know? Also, the
• 1:39:41
Sphinx was buried. This is what's really important.
• 1:39:44
  Speaker 3: When.
• 1:39:45
Speaker 2: Napoleon found it. It was buried.
• 1:39:47
  Speaker 1: Right.
• 1:39:47
Speaker 2: So that was what? What year was that?
• 1:39:50
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 1:39:51
Speaker 2: What year is Napoleon? 17s?
• 1:39:53
  Speaker 1: 1700s?
• 1:39:56
Speaker 3: I can see the head though, right?
• 1:39:57
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's it. Just the head.
• 1:40:00
Speaker 1: Yeah. So if the entire Sphinx, yeah, if the entire
• 1:40:02
Sphinx is buried, I guess my point is it's very
• 1:40:06
hard to prove his claims of what's under the pyramids
• 1:40:09
  because that's a.
• 1:40:10
Speaker 2: Look, there's a picture of Napoleon.
• 1:40:11
  Speaker 1: That's a real excavation.
• 1:40:12
  Speaker 3: In color.
• 1:40:12
  Speaker 1: In color.
• 1:40:15
Speaker 2: So, I mean, you could easily see, given a different
• 1:40:19
geographic layout, you know, different topographical layout, that if the
• 1:40:24
whole body could be covered, well, if you're in a
• 1:40:26
different place and the sand comes in a different way
• 1:40:29
and it piles up even higher.
• 1:40:30
Speaker 1: It's on the west side of the Giza Plateau. The
• 1:40:33
current Sphinx is on the east side. And then you
• 1:40:35
  have the two pyramids.
• 1:40:36
Speaker 2: In the middle. So it is possible that sand could
• 1:40:40
have just covered that over thousands and thousands of years. Absolutely.
• 1:40:44
Speaker 1: And it would be easy to prove that it's there.
• 1:40:46
Speaker 2: Or that it's not.
• 1:40:47
Speaker 1: Or that it's not.
• 1:40:48
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:40:48
Speaker 1: Or that Biondi's full of shit.
• 1:40:51
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:40:51
Speaker 1: Or maybe he's not.
• 1:40:52
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 1:40:53
Speaker 2: He might not be. Well, they have also found chambers
• 1:40:56
inside the Sphinx that they know are real.
• 1:40:58
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:40:59
Speaker 2: So chambers that are proven that they know exist, this
• 1:41:02
  technology also shows them.
• 1:41:04
Speaker 1: And in Biondi's new scans, he also shows cavities inside
• 1:41:08
  that Sphinx.
• 1:41:10
  Speaker 2: Really?
• 1:41:11
Speaker 1: What he believes are.
• 1:41:12
  Speaker 3: Okay.
• 1:41:12
Speaker 1: Okay. So it's really exciting. And I think, you know,
• 1:41:16
if you think about where this field is going in
• 1:41:19
the next five or 10 years and think about the
• 1:41:22
opportunities with AI and all of this technology, look what
• 1:41:25
was uncovered in Cambodia with LIDAR. Look what's happening in
• 1:41:28
Egypt with scans from space. If you take AI and
• 1:41:32
you start to compile, you know, I used to work
• 1:41:34
for a mining company and mining companies use LIDAR or
• 1:41:38
forestry companies or, you know, environmental companies, they all scan
• 1:41:43
the earth, right, with LIDAR. If you could use AI
• 1:41:48
to compile all of the scans all over the world,
• 1:41:51
imagine what you could start to identify that nobody's identified
• 1:41:54
before as ancient structures. I think you could fundamentally change
• 1:41:59
this discussion in the next five years just using AI
• 1:42:02
and different kinds of technology that we've never been able
• 1:42:04
to do in human history. We can translate untranslatable texts.
• 1:42:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, I've seen that. I've seen what's really fascinating when
• 1:42:13
they do these scans of scrolls from Pompeii. Have you
• 1:42:17
  seen that?
• 1:42:17
  Speaker 1: The Vesuvius project.
• 1:42:19
Speaker 2: It's amazing. Like they're completely wrapped and they're covered with ash.
• 1:42:26
They're super delicate, but they've been able to use scans
• 1:42:29
to actually read the text on those scrolls.
• 1:42:31
  Speaker 1: It's amazing.
• 1:42:32
  Speaker 2: Incredible.
• 1:42:33
Speaker 1: And there's an incredible amount of ancient texts that have
• 1:42:36
been untranslated. What is hidden in there?
• 1:42:39
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 1:42:39
Speaker 1: You know, not just the languages that we don't know
• 1:42:41
how to translate, like Rongo Rongo script in Easter Island,
• 1:42:44
but translatable script that nobody's paid attention to. The thousands
• 1:42:48
of Sanskrit writings. What's hidden in there?
• 1:42:52
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 1:42:52
Speaker 1: You know, so I think it's a really exciting time
• 1:42:55
to do this work. And I personally believe in the
• 1:42:58
next 10 years, there are going to be extraordinary discoveries
• 1:43:01
that I think it's going to be very hard to
• 1:43:04
argue that we need to at least reexamine our history.
• 1:43:07
Speaker 2: Yeah, without a doubt. I think that's already the case.
• 1:43:10
I think there's– thanks to people like you and thanks
• 1:43:12
to people that are making these videos where you could
• 1:43:14
see this– it's just so puzzling. I mean it doesn't
• 1:43:20
make– the timeline doesn't make any sense. It also doesn't
• 1:43:22
make any sense in terms of like a linear timeline
• 1:43:25
of technology. It's like what were they using? Like how
• 1:43:28
did they move this stuff? And why? Why? Yeah, why?
• 1:43:32
Speaker 1: Why were they building these things? Why were they building
• 1:43:34
them where they were building them?
• 1:43:36
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:43:37
Speaker 1: If you think of the earth like a human body,
• 1:43:40
were these sites built on the acupuncture points of earth?
• 1:43:45
They were built in highly energetic places. When you go
• 1:43:47
to these sites, you feel different. People describe spontaneous healings.
• 1:43:53
I have different dreams when I visit these ancient sites.
• 1:43:56
I do a lot of meditations. And when you meditate
• 1:44:00
on top of a pyramid in Cambodia, you drop in immediately.
• 1:44:03
So you are, as a human... you're resonating with these
• 1:44:08
sites in a way that you don't when you're not
• 1:44:10
at them. And so I believe personally that they were
• 1:44:13
building these sites in these places for a reason.
• 1:44:17
Speaker 2: Well, it makes sense. And the idea that different places
• 1:44:22
don't have different energy is just one of those things
• 1:44:24
that people like to say that we've got a clear
• 1:44:27
understanding of what energy is and what, you know, what,
• 1:44:33
What is different about these different places is just different geology.
• 1:44:36
It's just there's nothing special. There's nothing– but we don't
• 1:44:39
really know that. There are so many things that we
• 1:44:41
can't measure and we definitely don't understand why certain places
• 1:44:44
have a different effect on human beings. I mean just
• 1:44:47
wilderness has a different effect on human beings. It's like
• 1:44:51
forest bathing. It's a real thing. Like hugging trees actually
• 1:44:54
is good for you. Like grounding, walking barefoot on ground
• 1:44:58
is actually good for you. We don't truly understand why.
• 1:45:02
And– There's something that in some way that we're connected
• 1:45:07
to the earth that we don't quite understand.
• 1:45:10
Speaker 1: Right after I left my corporate life, I did a–
• 1:45:14
basically like a wilderness quest. So picture like a Native
• 1:45:18
American vision quest where I spent four days on the
• 1:45:22
side of a mountain with no food, no tent, nothing,
• 1:45:26
just a journal and myself for four days with no food.
• 1:45:30
Speaker 2: Why did you do that?
• 1:45:31
Speaker 1: It was– It was because I needed to heal from
• 1:45:35
the corporate life that I had lived. I needed to recover.
• 1:45:38
Speaker 2: How bad are jobs? How bad are jobs that it's
• 1:45:42
better to have no food and be sitting on a
• 1:45:44
mountain for four days to get your head straight?
• 1:45:46
Speaker 1: What I'll say about that experience is I think that
• 1:45:50
humans don't let themselves get completely silent any longer. So
• 1:45:55
what you're saying about nature healing you, you know, over
• 1:45:57
the course of three days, your body gets very weak.
• 1:46:01
And the voices get a lot quieter. And suddenly, really,
• 1:46:05
the only thing you hear is your soul or God
• 1:46:08
or whatever word you have for it. And you watch
• 1:46:11
the stars pass at night. And you're sitting there all day.
• 1:46:14
And it was one of the most special experiences I've
• 1:46:18
  ever had.
• 1:46:19
Speaker 2: Did you bring water? What did you do?
• 1:46:21
Speaker 1: You have basically, like, you have three liters of water
• 1:46:25
per day that you hike into this area. And you
• 1:46:28
just sit with the water and that's it. The last
• 1:46:31
night of it was really cool because what you're supposed
• 1:46:34
to do, it's meant to be a healing and kind
• 1:46:38
of rebirth, right? So the last night you set up
• 1:46:41
rocks in a circle and you, at sunset, you enter
• 1:46:44
the middle of the circle and you're keeping an all-night vigil.
• 1:46:48
So you're watching, you literally watch the constellations move all night.
• 1:46:54
And you're supposed to try, I'd succeeded but barely, to
• 1:46:58
stay awake until the sun comes up. And so the
• 1:47:00
idea is that you're entering as one person and you're
• 1:47:03
leaving the next morning as another person. And so the
• 1:47:07
Native Americans with their vision quests, they're doing it right.
• 1:47:11
I think that we have completely lost our connection and
• 1:47:15
ability to tune into ourselves and to tune into the earth. And,
• 1:47:18
you know, quests like that are really amazing.
• 1:47:21
Speaker 2: Wow. And it's being blunted every day by phones and.
• 1:47:25
Speaker 1: TVs and screens and Wi-Fi. You're just flipping through TikTok.
• 1:47:31
It's different than sitting with yourself in complete silence for days.
• 1:47:35
Speaker 2: We're the complete polar opposite to corporate life.
• 1:47:37
  Speaker 3: Yes.
• 1:47:38
Speaker 1: Thank God. Corporate life has its place.
• 1:47:43
Speaker 2: Yeah, well, it has its place. I want an iPhone.
• 1:47:46
Somebody's got to make a laptop. Totally.
• 1:47:48
Speaker 1: And people need to make a living, right?
• 1:47:50
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:47:50
Speaker 2: It's just– There's other ways. Not for everybody. I mean
• 1:47:56
we need people to not get it so that they
• 1:47:58
keep working so we have stuff.
• 1:48:00
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 1:48:01
  Speaker 2: Exactly.
• 1:48:02
Speaker 1: Or at least to spend a portion of their life
• 1:48:04
  doing that.
• 1:48:04
Speaker 2: And then– When you think about ancient civilizations and how
• 1:48:07
much time they spent in ritual and how important these
• 1:48:11
things were to them and how they had this very
• 1:48:15
strange connection. Like a lot of these ancient structures, particularly
• 1:48:18
like the Aztec structure, and Egyptian structures, they mirror the constellations.
• 1:48:23
And so they had an understanding of their place in
• 1:48:27
this universe. They knew how to make these temples so
• 1:48:31
that the pillars, the summer solstice, the sun would part
• 1:48:34
through the middle of the pillars and light these corridors.
• 1:48:36
Like that's incredible sophistication. It's incredible planning, this understanding of
• 1:48:42
when the sun's coming up exactly. The specific time of
• 1:48:45
the year was the longest day of the year. The
• 1:48:48
knowledge that the sun's moving in the sky, but it'll
• 1:48:51
be back on this day. And this is where it's
• 1:48:53
got to be. So this is where we have to build.
• 1:48:55
Speaker 1: And they encoded that in stone.
• 1:48:56
Speaker 2: And they didn't miss. They didn't get it off by
• 1:48:58
half a foot or six inches. No, it's like right there.
• 1:49:02
Sun in the center, right up the middle. Like, how
• 1:49:05
  did you do that?
• 1:49:06
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:49:07
Speaker 2: How did you do that? You did that while you
• 1:49:08
were hunter-gathering? Like, what are you talking about? This is bananas.
• 1:49:12
Speaker 1: In the spring equinox, the sun rises exactly over the
• 1:49:15
  center tower of Angkor Wat.
• 1:49:18
  Speaker 2: Perfect. They knew.
• 1:49:21
Speaker 1: They knew exactly what was happening, and they built their
• 1:49:23
structures around it. Which gets back to the why, right? Like, yes,
• 1:49:28
how did they build this? It's mind-blowing. But why did
• 1:49:31
they build it? Why did they build it? The way
• 1:49:33
that they did? Why did they build it where they did?
• 1:49:35
  Speaker 2: Look at that.
• 1:49:36
  Speaker 1: Isn't that incredible?
• 1:49:37
  Speaker 2: That is bananas.
• 1:49:38
Speaker 1: Look at all the people. Just straight up the east side.
• 1:49:44
Speaker 2: What are the odds? I mean, the odds are pretty
• 1:49:50
small that you would nail it like that.
• 1:49:55
Speaker 1: You'd definitely get fired if you were off a little bit.
• 1:49:58
Speaker 2: That is crazy. It's so crazy. It's so crazy how
• 1:50:01
  accurate it is.
• 1:50:02
Speaker 1: The ancients were really in tune.
• 1:50:05
Speaker 2: What was it like? I mean, how much time do
• 1:50:07
you spend thinking about what society must have been like then?
• 1:50:09
Speaker 1: A lot. Almost every day.
• 1:50:12
Speaker 2: I wonder what humans are like if we're not on
• 1:50:16
this path that we're on, you know, with propaganda and
• 1:50:21
gaslighting and technology and being inundated with– just nonsense all
• 1:50:26
the time and wrapped up in materialism and brands and
• 1:50:31
  bullshit and popularity.
• 1:50:34
Speaker 1: I think we're in touch with each other. I think
• 1:50:36
we're in touch with the earth. I think we have
• 1:50:39
a deep relationship with God. It's all of the things
• 1:50:42
that people are still searching for today. We just feel
• 1:50:45
fully disconnected from it. And I think that's why these
• 1:50:48
ancient sites are so appealing to people. You know, why
• 1:50:51
people travel all over the world to see them. It,
• 1:50:54
It creates a sense of wonder and awe in us
• 1:50:56
that very few other things do. You know?
• 1:51:01
Speaker 2: I'm really fascinated by the Mayan civilization and the timeline
• 1:51:06
of them because that's another one that's really weird. Yeah.
• 1:51:09
Like the Mayan structures are so strange. That's the only
• 1:51:13
place that I've been. The only ancient place I've been
• 1:51:15
is Chichen Itza. And when you're walking around, you just go,
• 1:51:19
what were these people like? Like, what was it like
• 1:51:23
  living here?
• 1:51:24
Speaker 1: Were you there when you could still climb it?
• 1:51:25
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 1:51:26
  Speaker 1: Yeah, me too.
• 1:51:27
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, we went in the 90s.
• 1:51:29
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:51:30
Speaker 2: No, maybe early 2000s. Yeah, early 2000s. And it was stunning.
• 1:51:35
  It's weird. It feels weird.
• 1:51:36
Speaker 1: There's a lot of ancient stuff in Mexico.
• 1:51:39
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:51:39
Speaker 1: The Olmec things are really mysterious. The Mayan structures, their myths,
• 1:51:45
you know, it's old in southern Mexico.
• 1:51:48
Speaker 2: Well, how about the Aztec stuff where they didn't even
• 1:51:50
  make those temples? That's what I didn't know. I didn't
• 1:51:53
  know that until fairly recently.
• 1:51:54
Speaker 1: I mean, it's no different than the Khmer in Cambodia.
• 1:51:56
Speaker 2: Yeah. But at least they said it. They said these
• 1:51:59
are the place where the gods were born. That's how
• 1:52:01
they described it. So we attribute those temples to the Aztecs.
• 1:52:05
But they were like, nope, they're already here. Okay, well,
• 1:52:09
  then who?
• 1:52:10
Speaker 1: The Incas say the same thing in Peru. We didn't
• 1:52:12
build these. These were already here. But we don't listen
• 1:52:17
to them. We're like, you guys don't know what you're
• 1:52:20
talking about. People wrote myths. Those are just stories.
• 1:52:23
Speaker 2: You silly people. Yeah. One of the things we talked
• 1:52:25
about the other day was that there's a bunch of
• 1:52:29
different cultures that have a timeline of the kings where
• 1:52:36
they ruled for thousands and thousands of years. Like one
• 1:52:40
king ruled for thousands of years. And then you have
• 1:52:42
the flood. And then you have the ages of these
• 1:52:45
people drops off pretty radically and then becomes a normal
• 1:52:49
  age like human beings.
• 1:52:50
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:52:51
Speaker 2: And we look at that and we go, oh, well,
• 1:52:53
  that's just myth back then.
• 1:52:55
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:52:55
Speaker 2: Until it's history. And it's the same text, like in
• 1:52:59
the same depictions of these kings where they have accepted dates,
• 1:53:04
you know, the 5,000 year ago, 4,000 year ago kings. Well, yeah,
• 1:53:08
  that guy was real.
• 1:53:09
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:53:09
Speaker 2: But these other ones that lived for 3,600 years, no,
• 1:53:13
  that's not real.
• 1:53:14
Speaker 1: Same with the Jains, like I was talking about earlier.
• 1:53:16
There are 24 Tirthankaras. All 24 have lived, according to
• 1:53:20
the Jains. But archaeology has only recognized the last two
• 1:53:24
of them. Because those were the only, you know, the
• 1:53:26
timelines and their lifespans. That kind of fits. But when
• 1:53:29
you talk about the way back days, that's just myth.
• 1:53:32
Speaker 2: What do they say their timelines were?
• 1:53:35
Speaker 1: Oh, I mean millions of years.
• 1:53:36
  Speaker 3: Oh.
• 1:53:39
Speaker 1: And, you know, the first earthen car was over a
• 1:53:41
  mile tall.
• 1:53:42
  Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
• 1:53:43
Speaker 1: You know, so it's just– but it's consistent across the world.
• 1:53:47
The Jains talk about it, the Hindus, the Egyptians, the Sumerians,
• 1:53:51
the Bible. All of them talk about very long lifespans,
• 1:53:55
giant statures. You know, is it coincidence that all of
• 1:54:00
our ancient myths talk about the same things?
• 1:54:02
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 1:54:02
Speaker 1: Or might it have been true?
• 1:54:04
Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, then there's the Book of Enoch, which is–
• 1:54:09
Anna Paulina Luna turned me on to that. She's like,
• 1:54:11
you got to read that. And I read it twice now.
• 1:54:15
I'm like, this is the most bizarre depiction of a
• 1:54:20
human story. The watchers came down and mated with the
• 1:54:24
daughters of men and created the Nephilim who were giants
• 1:54:28
who destroyed and consumed everything and were wiped out by
• 1:54:31
  the flood. What?
• 1:54:33
Speaker 1: And the accepted biblical text's Barely hinted that. They still
• 1:54:38
  talk about it.
• 1:54:39
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 1:54:39
Speaker 1: But the extra biblical canon talks– the stories are much
• 1:54:43
more like the Book of Enoch.
• 1:54:46
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:54:47
Speaker 1: There's a reason I think that those were excluded from
• 1:54:49
  the Bible.
• 1:54:49
Speaker 2: Well, they were excluded by rabbis.
• 1:54:51
  Speaker 3: I know.
• 1:54:51
Speaker 2: Because they didn't jive with the Torah, which is hilarious.
• 1:54:55
Like you get to– they all were in the same
• 1:55:00
caves in Qumran. Like the version of the book of
• 1:55:04
Enoch was in the same as the book of Isaiah.
• 1:55:06
They were all in the same scrolls.
• 1:55:09
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:55:09
Speaker 2: I was just like, what?
• 1:55:11
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 1:55:12
Speaker 2: How do you guys leave this out? Like imagine if
• 1:55:14
they taught that at church on Sunday. You'd be like,
• 1:55:16
  what are you saying? Yeah.
• 1:55:20
Speaker 1: You know, David and Goliath.
• 1:55:21
  Speaker 2: The Watchers?
• 1:55:22
Speaker 1: I think it's interesting that you can totally accept that
• 1:55:26
David and Goliath is a real story. And Goliath was
• 1:55:28
  a giant in the Bible.
• 1:55:30
Speaker 2: Yeah. How tall was he supposed to be though? Couldn't
• 1:55:33
he be like a really big guy from Iceland?
• 1:55:34
Speaker 1: I think he was described– they described– the way that
• 1:55:37
the Hebrews described it is that they made them feel
• 1:55:40
  like grasshoppers.
• 1:55:42
  Speaker 2: Whoa.
• 1:55:42
Speaker 1: The giants, the Nephilim made them feel– they were like
• 1:55:45
we are as if we are grasshoppers. So I think
• 1:55:48
that they were meant to be very, very large.
• 1:55:52
Speaker 2: It would be really nice if they found a Bigfoot somewhere.
• 1:55:55
  Oh my god.
• 1:55:56
  Speaker 1: I love Bigfoot.
• 1:55:57
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 1:55:58
Speaker 2: Not a big foot, not the animal. I mean like
• 1:56:00
a giant foot, like a stone.
• 1:56:03
  Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
• 1:56:04
Speaker 2: Yeah. David and Goliath. So he was supposed to be
• 1:56:07
10 feet tall. Often calculated as roughly 9 to 10
• 1:56:10
feet tall. The thing about that is like, you know,
• 1:56:13
people are full of shit and they can make up
• 1:56:16
a story. The guy was so big. He was 10
• 1:56:18
feet tall. But meanwhile, he could have been like the
• 1:56:20
  mountain from Game of Thrones.
• 1:56:21
  Speaker 3: Totally.
• 1:56:21
Speaker 2: Like a real person.
• 1:56:22
Speaker 1: Yep. Any of our basketball players today.
• 1:56:26
Speaker 2: Who says he was six and a half feet tall? Scholars?
• 1:56:28
Speaker 3: The Dead Sea Scrolls.
• 1:56:29
Speaker 2: The Dead Sea Scrolls. So six cubits in a span
• 1:56:32
often calculated as roughly nine to ten feet tall. In
• 1:56:36
the ancient Hebrew text, Greek and Dead Sea Scrolls text
• 1:56:39
say four cubits in a span. So that's only six
• 1:56:42
and a half to seven and a half feet tall,
• 1:56:43
depending on how the cubit was defined. So that makes sense.
• 1:56:48
  So who knows?
• 1:56:49
Speaker 1: Nine to ten is pretty big.
• 1:56:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, 9'10 is big. But if the Dead Sea Scrolls
• 1:56:52
are correct, then it's only 6 1⁄2 feet. So he's
• 1:56:55
  a basketball player.
• 1:56:55
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:56:56
Speaker 2: That's not even a really tall one. Yeah. Who's the
• 1:57:00
biggest basketball player now? How tall are they?
• 1:57:04
  Speaker 3: There's a kid that's like 14 that's almost 8 feet tall.
• 1:57:07
  Speaker 2: What?
• 1:57:07
Speaker 3: I don't know if he's going to make it to
• 1:57:09
  the NBA or anything, but.
• 1:57:12
Speaker 1: Just plop it into the view.
• 1:57:13
Speaker 2: Oh, my God. That's so crazy. That's so big. So
• 1:57:18
you've got to imagine... But you've got to imagine with technology.
• 1:57:22
So they're working right now on life extension technology. And
• 1:57:25
they've already figured out a way to reverse the age
• 1:57:27
of skin cells. And they're on their path to being
• 1:57:31
able to stop human aging and maybe potentially even reverse it.
• 1:57:34
  If that technology becomes implemented.
• 1:57:36
  Speaker 3: He's 7'9 now.
• 1:57:38
  Speaker 2: Jeez.
• 1:57:39
Speaker 3: He's 20 years old though. He's actually playing basketball.
• 1:57:41
Speaker 2: Jeez. So he's bigger than Goliath by a lot. Goliath
• 1:57:46
would talk shit about him. Right. write a story about it.
• 1:57:49
He got his ass kicked by a basketball player. But
• 1:57:52
if you can imagine this technology being implemented in the
• 1:57:56
future and then being refined and then getting to a
• 1:57:58
point where they really have it mastered, like we have
• 1:58:02
with so many medical interventions that we have today, you
• 1:58:05
could get to a point where someone could live to
• 1:58:07
a thousand years or several thousand years. And if you
• 1:58:10
the king, of course you're going to want that technology.
• 1:58:12
And you're also going to be very protected. So you
• 1:58:14
don't have to worry about dying in other ways unless
• 1:58:17
somebody usurps you. So you can like the Sumerian kings
• 1:58:22
list and some of these like the Zep Tepi list,
• 1:58:24
you look at that and you go, what are they saying?
• 1:58:27
Like why was this guy 6,000 years old? How did
• 1:58:30
he rule the country for 30,000 years? That sounds insane.
• 1:58:34
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:58:34
Speaker 2: But it doesn't sound insane if they master biological aging,
• 1:58:37
which is not impossible. It's not impossible. Not only is
• 1:58:41
it not impossible, they're actively working on technology that's going
• 1:58:45
to allow that to happen in our lifetime.
• 1:58:47
Speaker 1: You think it's going to happen in our lifetime?
• 1:58:49
  Speaker 2: 100%. Yeah. 100%. Yeah.
• 1:58:51
Speaker 1: The human quest for immortality.
• 1:58:53
Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, I don't think that's going to happen. But
• 1:58:55
I think you're going to extend life. You're going to
• 1:58:57
extend biological life in a significant manner and maybe for
• 1:59:03
the sake of looking at things through rose-colored glasses, maybe
• 1:59:06
that's a good thing. Yes. Because one of the things
• 1:59:08
about humans is we barely have enough time to figure
• 1:59:11
out how much of life is bullshit.
• 1:59:15
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:59:16
Speaker 2: While you're wrapped up in it and then if you
• 1:59:18
have responsibilities, you get married, you have a family, you
• 1:59:20
have a mortgage, you have a bunch of– There's no
• 1:59:22
time to recognize how fruitless a lot of your thinking
• 1:59:26
and behavior and how stupid a lot of the things
• 1:59:29
that people concentrate on. But as you get older and older,
• 1:59:31
you get better at it. I'm way better at it
• 1:59:33
now than I was 20 years ago. Way better. Way
• 1:59:36
better at life. I would imagine I'm going to be
• 1:59:39
better still 20 years from now unless I'm decrepit. So
• 1:59:42
20 years from now, I could be all worn out
• 1:59:44
and like my back hurts. Get off my lawn. You
• 1:59:48
  get stupid.
• 1:59:49
Speaker 1: Not in my backyard.
• 1:59:50
Speaker 2: You get goofy. You get goofy because you get old
• 1:59:53
and sad and you're not healthy anymore. But if you
• 1:59:57
were 80 years old and healthy like a healthy 30-year-old.
• 2:00:00
Speaker 1: You're wise at that point.
• 2:00:02
Speaker 2: Well, then you have immense amount of life experience. Totally.
• 2:00:05
And then if you live under 100 years on top
• 2:00:08
of that, you go, oh, my God, I was so
• 2:00:09
stupid when I was 80. Back when I was 80,
• 2:00:11
I thought I had it nailed. But now that I'm 180,
• 2:00:14
  now I see.
• 2:00:15
Speaker 1: The question is if your lifespan is expected to be
• 2:00:17
200 years. then do you work until you're 160? So
• 2:00:21
does it just expand the stages that we're all going
• 2:00:24
through now and you just work longer?
• 2:00:26
Speaker 2: Well, it depends on what work is. So if work
• 2:00:28
is your love, why not, right? Totally. Yeah, it really
• 2:00:32
depends on what work is. So if it's hard labor,
• 2:00:34
that doesn't sound fun. I don't want to be an
• 2:00:36
800-year-old roofer. It seems like, geez, my hands would be
• 2:00:39
  so tired.
• 2:00:39
Speaker 1: But if you're going to live to 1,200 years, you've
• 2:00:41
  still got a long retirement.
• 2:00:44
Speaker 2: Well, I think retirement's out the window if you can
• 2:00:46
stay healthy. Because the whole idea of retirement is like
• 2:00:48
why are we retiring? We're retiring because we hate our jobs. OK. Well,
• 2:00:51
maybe if you loved your job, you wouldn't want to retire.
• 2:00:54
  Speaker 1: Totally.
• 2:00:55
Speaker 2: George Carlin died on the road. He died in a
• 2:00:57
hotel room I think in Las Vegas.
• 2:00:59
Speaker 1: And you hear lots of stories of people working their
• 2:01:02
entire careers, retiring and then promptly dying.
• 2:01:05
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. No purpose.
• 2:01:06
Speaker 1: Within six months, they have a heart attack and they die.
• 2:01:08
And they had all these big plans and they just
• 2:01:10
  never see them through.
• 2:01:11
Speaker 2: Yeah. They just feel like the end is near and
• 2:01:14
that the creeping doom– The existential angst in the back
• 2:01:18
of your head is probably contributing to a lot of
• 2:01:20
  your decay.
• 2:01:21
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:01:21
Speaker 2: Because you've kind of like checked out. You know, that
• 2:01:23
happens a lot with spouses. You know, the husband dies
• 2:01:26
and the wife dies shortly thereafter. My grandparents, my grandmother
• 2:01:30
died and my grandfather died within a year.
• 2:01:32
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:01:33
Speaker 1: Yep. That's what happens when the woman dies first.
• 2:01:36
  Speaker 2: Yeah?
• 2:01:36
Speaker 1: Yeah. It's so much harder for the man to live
• 2:01:39
  without her.
• 2:01:40
  Speaker 3: Is it?
• 2:01:41
  Speaker 2: Is it?
• 2:01:41
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think so.
• 2:01:42
  Speaker 2: Why is that?
• 2:01:43
Speaker 1: I mean, if you think of all the old widows...
• 2:01:46
The women live– my grandpa died 15 years ago and
• 2:01:50
my grandma is 93. She's still living. She's still going.
• 2:01:53
  Speaker 2: That's interesting.
• 2:01:54
Speaker 1: She knew how to cook for herself and clean and
• 2:01:56
things like that. But had it been reversed, I'm not
• 2:01:59
sure that he would have lived that long.
• 2:02:01
Speaker 2: Maybe. It depends on the relationship. I see a lot
• 2:02:06
of relationships with older couples where the woman becomes like
• 2:02:09
the caretaker. Yeah. I think dudes get dumber quicker when
• 2:02:13
  they get older.
• 2:02:14
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:02:17
  Speaker 1: No comment.
• 2:02:17
Speaker 2: They're just worn out by the time they hit 80.
• 2:02:20
A lot of times the wife tells them things like, okay,
• 2:02:23
you got it. You're right. You're right. And then they
• 2:02:24
just like fall into that role where the wife is
• 2:02:26
  in charge of everything.
• 2:02:28
Speaker 1: Have you seen the stats of the expected lifespan of
• 2:02:32
a man that's married versus not married?
• 2:02:34
  Speaker 2: No.
• 2:02:35
Speaker 1: Jamie, I don't know these off the top of my head,
• 2:02:37
but they've done studies that talk about basically the lifespan
• 2:02:41
extension that happens with men when they have a woman
• 2:02:43
  in their life.
• 2:02:44
Speaker 2: Is it longer? Yes. Interesting.
• 2:02:46
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:02:46
Speaker 2: Well, then when there's no woman, then it's filled with
• 2:02:48
cocaine and hookers. So that also takes years off your life.
• 2:02:51
Speaker 1: And lots of burgers and beer, you know, you're not
• 2:02:55
  eating a salad.
• 2:02:56
Speaker 2: Right. It's loneliness is worse than cigarette smoking. They found that. Totally. Yeah.
• 2:03:01
Loneliness is like one of the worst things that can
• 2:03:02
happen to people. And it, you know, really the term
• 2:03:06
spirituality is, is it's kind of tainted in a lot
• 2:03:10
of ways because there's a lot of goofy people that
• 2:03:12
use that. Like I'm not religious, but I'm spiritual. It's,
• 2:03:16
The term, unfortunately, has like a stink to it.
• 2:03:18
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:03:19
Speaker 2: But there is a connection that we have to each
• 2:03:22
other that's not as simple as we would like to think.
• 2:03:28
Like we need each other. We need each other in
• 2:03:31
very profound ways. And it's actually important for our survival. Yeah.
• 2:03:36
And that's why the worst thing they could do to
• 2:03:38
you in prison is put you in solitary confinement.
• 2:03:40
Speaker 1: We are a pack animal.
• 2:03:42
Speaker 2: Yeah. We're supposed to be connected to each other. And
• 2:03:46
it's not a preference thing. That's why when someone says, like,
• 2:03:48
I'm a loner, I'm like, okay, well, either you're the
• 2:03:51
only one that's like that or you're full of shit
• 2:03:53
or you want to pretend you're mysterious. You like to
• 2:03:55
be alone. We attribute strength to that. Like, oh, he
• 2:03:58
  doesn't need anybody.
• 2:03:59
Speaker 1: And it's so hard now to build your tribe. You
• 2:04:02
no longer live where your grandparents and your parents lived.
• 2:04:05
You are out there on your own. You're spending hours
• 2:04:08
on your phone. You have a community that you feel
• 2:04:11
like is a community, but it's not. You don't have
• 2:04:14
  a tribe anymore.
• 2:04:16
Speaker 2: Yeah. And then people find their own tribes and usually
• 2:04:18
they're political. Yeah. Yeah. They get ideological or religious, you know.
• 2:04:23
Speaker 1: You want to fit in.
• 2:04:24
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 2:04:25
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:04:25
Speaker 2: Yeah. And that's what we do. I mean, that's why
• 2:04:27
when you see so many people that are religious devotees,
• 2:04:30
like why are they willing to do that? Why are
• 2:04:32
they willing to wear those clothes? Why are they willing
• 2:04:33
to act that way? Well, it's because everyone's doing it
• 2:04:36
and you want to be a part of it. And
• 2:04:37
there's like some good feeling of community to where everyone's
• 2:04:40
kneeling at the same time. and saying the same things.
• 2:04:43
There's something to that that's very profound with human beings.
• 2:04:48
And if it's directed in the wrong way, it could
• 2:04:50
be incredibly destructive. But if it's directed in the right way,
• 2:04:54
if it's real ceremony and real worship and real openness
• 2:05:02
to the cosmos and to God and to spirituality, like
• 2:05:06
real true understanding, real connection with the universe, then it's
• 2:05:11
probably a lot better than the way we're doing it. 1,000%.
• 2:05:15
Speaker 1: I think that's why the psychedelics are coming back in
• 2:05:19
such a huge way. It's people accessing that part of
• 2:05:23
themselves that have been shut down their whole lives.
• 2:05:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm glad you brought that up because I think
• 2:05:26
that's the missing element. And I think that's what probably
• 2:05:28
was very prevalent in the ancient times. And this is
• 2:05:32
the work of Brian Murrow Rescue. I'm sure you know
• 2:05:35
about his stuff. The Immortality Key. Did you read that book?
• 2:05:38
  Speaker 3: Yes, I did.
• 2:05:39
Speaker 2: So he, I actually got super fortunate that my family
• 2:05:42
and I were in Greece when he was going to
• 2:05:45
be in Greece. And so I got a tour of
• 2:05:47
Ulysses with him. He took me there and he showed
• 2:05:51
me all the different places and it feels so strange.
• 2:05:54
It feels so strange. Like you're, you're standing in the
• 2:05:57
place where these people had these Illusinian mystery ceremonies and
• 2:06:02
it just feels weird. Like, My family got a little
• 2:06:06
weirded out because I was like holding on to it.
• 2:06:08
  I was like standing there.
• 2:06:08
Speaker 1: Did it feel good?
• 2:06:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, definitely good.
• 2:06:12
  Speaker 1: Like a connection.
• 2:06:12
Speaker 2: It felt fucking strange.
• 2:06:14
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:06:14
Speaker 2: Like I was holding on. I had my hand on
• 2:06:16
this wall and my daughter was like, are you okay?
• 2:06:18
  I'm like, I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm just,
• 2:06:20
I don't want to talk right now. I just want
• 2:06:21
to like sit here and try to soak this in. Like,
• 2:06:23
is daddy upset? Like, no, no, no, no. Not upset.
• 2:06:26
  Speaker 1: No.
• 2:06:26
Speaker 2: Because your dad's just like holding a rock.
• 2:06:29
  Speaker 1: It's a little destabilizing for a child.
• 2:06:32
Speaker 2: I know. Like, is daddy okay?
• 2:06:34
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:06:35
Speaker 2: They thought it was cool, too. But, you know, it's
• 2:06:37
hard when you're 13 or 12. It's hard to, like, go, oh,
• 2:06:42
my God, what a special place. They're like, yep, old,
• 2:06:45
old stuff. What are we eating?
• 2:06:47
  Speaker 3: Rocks, cool.
• 2:06:49
Speaker 2: Like, we took them to the museum in Athens. And
• 2:06:53
one of my daughters loves museums. The other ones, like,
• 2:06:55
couldn't be bothered. She was, like, bored by it all.
• 2:06:58
But I was like, this is crazy. Like, these people
• 2:07:00
lived 2,000 years ago when they made this stuff. Like,
• 2:07:03
do you know how nuts this is? Like how did
• 2:07:05
they do this? Like what were they doing? Like what
• 2:07:07
was this society like? Like this is– to be able
• 2:07:10
to just see the work of people that they've left
• 2:07:14
behind and to just imagine the amount of time that's
• 2:07:17
taken place and then you put yourself back into that timeline.
• 2:07:22
We just assume that this way that we are, this
• 2:07:25
is how people are because this is how people are today.
• 2:07:28
It's so hard to put your mind into like what
• 2:07:32
it's like and what it must have been like to
• 2:07:34
  live back then.
• 2:07:35
Speaker 1: If you go to places earlier this year, I went
• 2:07:38
to Easter Island and Peru, and both of them are
• 2:07:41
described as the navels of the world. You know, so
• 2:07:44
they have these, these origin myths in both of these places.
• 2:07:48
And when you're in these places, you have different dreams.
• 2:07:52
You sleep really well. You feel just good. You feel
• 2:07:57
like you're on peptides. You know, you just feel you're like,
• 2:08:00
oh my gosh, I feel so healthy. I feel healed.
• 2:08:03
And you, so the land itself where they built a
• 2:08:06
lot of these ancient places is powerful. You know, I
• 2:08:11
don't think it's a coincidence that we see the Moai
• 2:08:14
in Easter Island built around this absolutely incredible place, or Cusco,
• 2:08:18
which is such a beautiful place that you see these
• 2:08:21
stone walls. I think that they built there because of
• 2:08:23
the energy that was there already.
• 2:08:25
Speaker 2: What do you think was before that? And what is
• 2:08:29
this timeline? How far does it go back? What is
• 2:08:32
the origin of sophisticated civilization? What is the year? When
• 2:08:37
  does it all start happening?
• 2:08:39
Speaker 1: I wonder sometimes if The purpose of building structures like
• 2:08:43
that is so people like you ask those questions. That's
• 2:08:48
  the whole point.
• 2:08:49
  Speaker 2: Well, maybe.
• 2:08:52
Speaker 1: Is to blow our minds and get us to think
• 2:08:55
about consciousness and the history of our species. The fact
• 2:09:00
that we're sitting there having this conversation is because of
• 2:09:02
the stones that were built who knows how long ago.
• 2:09:06
And maybe that was the point.
• 2:09:09
Speaker 2: It certainly could have been a part of the point
• 2:09:11
because what we're doing today, when we talk about our
• 2:09:14
society being sick and superficial and silly, all of our
• 2:09:19
  structures are temporary.
• 2:09:20
  Speaker 1: And they're ugly.
• 2:09:22
Speaker 2: Some of them are cool looking. I think some of
• 2:09:24
  them are cool.
• 2:09:25
Speaker 3: Some of them, yeah.
• 2:09:26
Speaker 2: They're cool. They're certainly not anchor what cool.
• 2:09:29
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:09:30
Speaker 2: They're cool. But the point is like they're all– essentially temporary.
• 2:09:36
A thousand years from now, none of them will exist.
• 2:09:38
They will all be absorbed by the earth. And that's
• 2:09:40
hard for people to understand. If you're walking through Manhattan,
• 2:09:43
you're like, this will always be here. Nope. Nope.
• 2:09:46
  Speaker 3: Nope.
• 2:09:46
  Speaker 1: It won't.
• 2:09:47
Speaker 2: It won't. If everybody just left and you came back 5,000
• 2:09:50
years from now, there wouldn't be shit here. So then
• 2:09:52
it leads me to this question. The timeline that we're
• 2:09:55
looking at, if you're looking at pre-flood timeline, you know, 11, 12,000
• 2:09:58
years ago, things were sophisticated. Maybe it's way longer than
• 2:10:03
that because if you have 100,000 years of super sophisticated civilization,
• 2:10:08
what does that look like? What do people look like then?
• 2:10:12
And this is one of the things that people are
• 2:10:13
proposing when they look at anatomically modern human beings. So
• 2:10:18
anatomically modern human beings and then not these Peru skulls
• 2:10:22
but whatever just you and I are, they've pushed that
• 2:10:25
back now to one million years. So, OK, why did
• 2:10:29
it take so long? Before people just like you and
• 2:10:33
I figured out agriculture, figured out civilization, figured out cities.
• 2:10:39
Speaker 1: What were we doing that whole time?
• 2:10:41
Speaker 2: What was going on? And is it possible that it's
• 2:10:44
just when you go back that far, you don't find anything.
• 2:10:49
You don't find anything. That seems more likely to me.
• 2:10:53
And when you look at the immense erosion that Ben
• 2:10:58
Van Kirkwood has pointed out to the really The older
• 2:11:01
stones in Egypt where you can clearly see they've built
• 2:11:04
on top of them on the outside. When you see
• 2:11:06
this intense erosion, like this is tens of thousands of
• 2:11:09
years of erosion. Well, what if it's 100,000? What the
• 2:11:11
fuck is left? What if it's 200,000?
• 2:11:14
Speaker 1: What's left from 100,000 years ago? Maybe some stones, myths
• 2:11:21
and spiritual traditions or 10,000 years ago. That's the only
• 2:11:25
thing that makes it through cataclysms. The human stories, spiritual traditions.
• 2:11:30
  And these megalithic stones.
• 2:11:32
Speaker 2: And a real cataclysm. If you're talking about the destruction
• 2:11:35
of civilization itself, how many of those people even know
• 2:11:39
the stories? How many live? How many scholars survive the apocalypse?
• 2:11:44
How many? I mean, we know that 70,000 years ago,
• 2:11:48
the Toba volcano, the super volcano, wiped people out down
• 2:11:52
to the point with less than 100,000 people on Earth.
• 2:11:54
  It's just 70,000 years ago.
• 2:11:55
  Speaker 1: Right.
• 2:11:55
  Speaker 2: 100,000 people.
• 2:12:00
Speaker 1: We have been on the brink so many times.
• 2:12:02
Speaker 2: Can you imagine, like, one Eagles football game? Right? Take
• 2:12:05
that crowd. That's the entire population of Earth now.
• 2:12:09
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:12:09
Speaker 2: Right? One packed UT game. That's everybody on Earth. And
• 2:12:15
now we have to branch out and go to China
• 2:12:18
and go to Africa and go everywhere. That's all the
• 2:12:21
  people on Earth.
• 2:12:22
Speaker 1: That just shows how amazing and resilient we are.
• 2:12:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, and also fragile. Yes. You know, and also... It
• 2:12:29
really shines a light on the preposterous nature of the
• 2:12:34
conventional timeline. It really does because it's like, look, guys,
• 2:12:38
there's so much evidence that there's holes in the story.
• 2:12:42
At what point in time do you stop and say
• 2:12:45
a lot of these people did great work and they
• 2:12:49
made these conclusions based on the understanding that they had
• 2:12:51
at the time. But as time has gone on, there's
• 2:12:56
come a point where we have to reevaluate this. And
• 2:12:58
if you don't reevaluate it, you're going to lose all
• 2:13:00
the respect of the people that are paying attention. Totally.
• 2:13:02
Because there's too many people that are looking at this
• 2:13:05
and saying, hey, no one's discounting or discrediting your work.
• 2:13:09
No one's saying you're a bad person. No one's saying
• 2:13:12
you're an idiot. It's like this is what we knew
• 2:13:14
back then. But to say that this is all we
• 2:13:16
know and any new information, as profound as it might be,
• 2:13:20
like 1.2 kilometer structures underneath the Great Pyramids. Like that
• 2:13:24
doesn't mean that you're an idiot. It just means that
• 2:13:27
this is an ongoing thing. It's not done. We haven't
• 2:13:31
figured it out yet. And we're not going to for
• 2:13:34
a long ass time. This is a long trek. And
• 2:13:37
as LIDAR improves and as the radio tomography and all
• 2:13:41
these different things that they come up with. And then
• 2:13:43
imagine the advances 10, 20, 30 years from now in
• 2:13:47
their ability to look like look at sub-Saharan Africa.
• 2:13:50
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:13:50
Speaker 2: Very little expeditions been done there. And they're like, what?
• 2:13:53
Speaker 1: Let's lie to our sub-Saharan Africa.
• 2:13:54
  Speaker 2: There's whales there.
• 2:13:56
Speaker 1: I've seen the whales.
• 2:13:57
  Speaker 2: Whales.
• 2:13:58
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:13:58
  Speaker 1: OK.
• 2:13:59
Speaker 2: They're incredible. What the fuck? You find whales in the desert. OK.
• 2:14:02
  What else is out there?
• 2:14:03
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:14:03
Speaker 2: Is there a city under all that shit? Like what
• 2:14:06
is that? Like what is in there?
• 2:14:09
Speaker 1: You know what's funny though? You can reveal cities under
• 2:14:12
the jungle and nobody talks about it.
• 2:14:14
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 2:14:15
Speaker 1: What's recent? They just did that in Cambodia and it's
• 2:14:18
not headline news around the world. that there are entire
• 2:14:21
cities being found in the Amazon jungle or in Cambodia.
• 2:14:25
It just is one quick headline and then everybody ignores it.
• 2:14:28
Speaker 2: Well, it's good for us because it gives us great
• 2:14:30
podcast content. It's the only way people can find out
• 2:14:34
about it. And again, it's science. The LIDAR scans of
• 2:14:38
  the Amazon are spectacular.
• 2:14:41
  Speaker 1: Incredible.
• 2:14:41
Speaker 2: And you look at it and you go, oh, my God,
• 2:14:43
there was probably millions of people living here. This is
• 2:14:46
not like a bunch of tribal people that are shooting
• 2:14:49
bows and arrows all the time.
• 2:14:50
Speaker 1: They were engineering the rainforest.
• 2:14:54
Speaker 2: And it's just the fact that more people aren't talking
• 2:14:58
about this is a little stunning to me. But I
• 2:15:00
just think they don't get informed. And then they also assume,
• 2:15:04
you know, you see some YouTube videos. It's got big
• 2:15:08
fancy font and, you know, people are older than we think. Like, oh,
• 2:15:11
go on. I went to Cambridge. Fuck off.
• 2:15:14
Speaker 1: And you have a lot of AI stuff out there
• 2:15:16
  that's just complete bogus.
• 2:15:17
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 2:15:18
Speaker 1: So it's hard to know what the truth is.
• 2:15:23
  Speaker 3: Sure.
• 2:15:23
Speaker 2: And then there's a lot of weird stuff like the
• 2:15:25
sage wall in Montana. I've watched some videos on that.
• 2:15:29
I'm not convinced. I think that might be a weird
• 2:15:33
  geological formation.
• 2:15:35
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:15:35
Speaker 2: But it doesn't look like it. Parts of it really
• 2:15:38
  look like it's stacked stones.
• 2:15:40
Speaker 1: I think that during the Ice Age in North America,
• 2:15:43
it was an extremely harsh time with walls of ice.
• 2:15:48
So if the Younger Dryas happened the way that I
• 2:15:52
believe it happened, North America would have been just almost
• 2:15:55
wiped clean. So if there were ancient structures here, They
• 2:15:59
probably didn't survive the way that they did in Egypt
• 2:16:02
  and other places like that.
• 2:16:03
Speaker 2: Certainly not under the glaciers, right?
• 2:16:05
Speaker 3: Oh, I just found.
• 2:16:06
  Speaker 2: What'd you find?
• 2:16:07
Speaker 3: I see the middle of the desert here.
• 2:16:08
Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm going to zoom in.
• 2:16:11
Speaker 3: Desert, desert, desert, desert. Desert, right?
• 2:16:15
  Speaker 2: Right. Whoa.
• 2:16:20
  Speaker 3: An ancient fortress.
• 2:16:22
Speaker 1: How old is it? Up draw. How old do they
• 2:16:24
  say it is?
• 2:16:25
Speaker 3: No one knows what it is.
• 2:16:27
  Speaker 2: What?
• 2:16:28
Speaker 3: Yeah, they're assuming that maybe it was a hiding place
• 2:16:32
for Jews when they were being persecuted and taken out
• 2:16:35
of there. But according to this, no explanation. It's just
• 2:16:40
in the middle of the desert.
• 2:16:42
  Speaker 2: Whoa.
• 2:16:42
Speaker 1: Sand, straw, and clay.
• 2:16:44
  Speaker 2: Whoa.
• 2:16:46
Speaker 3: Just look at the dunes. Imagine if it didn't just
• 2:16:49
  blow away.
• 2:16:49
Speaker 2: Imagine deciding to build there.
• 2:16:52
  Speaker 3: No, nowhere.
• 2:16:53
Speaker 1: Why did they build that?
• 2:16:53
Speaker 3: Or what else is around it? You know, what's hiding
• 2:16:55
  underneath next to it?
• 2:16:56
Speaker 2: God, what did it look like when it was first built?
• 2:17:00
And what is it made out of? Sand? Stone? What
• 2:17:02
  is it made out of?
• 2:17:03
Speaker 1: It said sand and clay.
• 2:17:04
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 2:17:05
Speaker 1: Which means it's probably, it probably is newer.
• 2:17:08
Speaker 2: Yeah. Newer, but still.
• 2:17:10
Speaker 3: It's hiding under the desert and then just in the
• 2:17:12
middle of nowhere and no one, I've never heard of
• 2:17:14
it being brought up on here by anybody.
• 2:17:15
Speaker 1: One big sandstorm and that thing's gone. Right. Buried.
• 2:17:19
Speaker 2: Look at all the sand.
• 2:17:20
Speaker 3: I was looking up.
• 2:17:21
Speaker 2: Well, the crazy thing is to think that that sand
• 2:17:23
was all jungle, and before that it was ocean.
• 2:17:25
  Speaker 3: I know.
• 2:17:27
  Speaker 2: It's so insane.
• 2:17:28
Speaker 1: Seeing the whales in the middle of the desert is
• 2:17:29
  a surreal experience.
• 2:17:31
Speaker 2: Surreal? Have you seen them in person?
• 2:17:33
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:17:33
  Speaker 2: Oh!
• 2:17:34
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:17:34
Speaker 2: What is that? Like, how close did they let you get?
• 2:17:36
Speaker 1: Oh, you just walk right up to them.
• 2:17:38
  Speaker 2: What?
• 2:17:38
Speaker 1: There's just, like, little rocks on the ground outlining the skeletons.
• 2:17:42
  Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow.
• 2:17:44
Speaker 1: But it's, you know, when we were driving out there,
• 2:17:46
they had securities concerns, so we had a security car
• 2:17:49
in front of ours, then ours, and one behind us.
• 2:17:52
Speaker 2: Look how bonkers that is. Yeah.
• 2:17:54
Speaker 1: It looks like dragons. It's just otherworldly. It's so neat.
• 2:18:00
  Speaker 2: That's so crazy.
• 2:18:01
  Speaker 1: It's a long drive, though. It's like a whole day.
• 2:18:03
Speaker 2: Well, the dragons thing is a weird one. Yeah. Because
• 2:18:06
there's one of the things that The View made fun
• 2:18:08
of me of. It said he believes in dragons. Joy
• 2:18:12
Behar was saying that. So I changed all of the
• 2:18:15
headings of my social media account, Dragon Believer.
• 2:18:17
Speaker 1: Because I'm like, that's so funny. You and millions of
• 2:18:22
other people around the world and almost every ancient civilization
• 2:18:26
  believed in dragons.
• 2:18:27
Speaker 2: It's very odd. It's very odd that they all have
• 2:18:30
this story of these ancient serpents. But also– They were
• 2:18:35
really bad at their depictions of actual things. And one
• 2:18:40
of the things that I pointed out to Jamie was
• 2:18:42
when I visited Italy a few years ago, I went
• 2:18:45
to this really old church and they had this stone
• 2:18:50
mosaic artwork that was of Noah. And was it Noah
• 2:18:55
  and the whale?
• 2:18:56
  Speaker 3: No.
• 2:18:57
  Speaker 1: Jonah.
• 2:18:57
Speaker 2: Jonah and the whale. I think that's what it was.
• 2:18:59
But this whale does not look like a whale. It
• 2:19:02
looks really weird. It's this really weird looking thing that's
• 2:19:06
supposed to represent a whale. Why? Because they never saw
• 2:19:09
a whale. So like they're making their own version of
• 2:19:13
what a whale. It's from the stories. Right.
• 2:19:14
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:19:15
Speaker 2: See if you can find that. I know it's on
• 2:19:17
my Instagram. It's super old. I think it was probably
• 2:19:20
10 years ago. But whatever the fuck that is, like, okay,
• 2:19:24
that's how they, that's it. Like, look at that thing.
• 2:19:27
  Isn't that dope?
• 2:19:28
Speaker 1: That doesn't look like a whale.
• 2:19:29
Speaker 2: Right at all. Right. But.
• 2:19:31
Speaker 1: Looks like a griffin.
• 2:19:32
Speaker 2: Yeah, it looks like some kind of a monster that
• 2:19:36
lives in the ocean. So this is like their version
• 2:19:39
of describing what a whale looks like, right? So when
• 2:19:42
they're describing dragons, like what are they really describing? Do
• 2:19:47
they actually fly or are we talking about like crocodiles?
• 2:19:51
Like what are we talking about? Are we talking about
• 2:19:53
like some sort of extinct dinosaurs that survived and then–
• 2:19:58
They only made it for a few thousand years ago
• 2:20:00
because there's things that we know existed during the human
• 2:20:03
timeline that they just don't exist anymore. They went extinct.
• 2:20:06
Giant sloths, for instance. There's a bunch of North American animals.
• 2:20:10
Sixty-five percent, in fact, of all North American megafauna didn't
• 2:20:14
make it after the Younger Dryas impact. So what is
• 2:20:19
the serpent? What is the dragon? Why does China have one?
• 2:20:23
Why does Japan have one? Why does Eastern European have one?
• 2:20:26
Why do so many ancient cultures talk about this one
• 2:20:29
  specific thing?
• 2:20:31
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:20:31
Speaker 2: And the Bible references it like 34 times.
• 2:20:35
Speaker 1: What's interesting, though, is in most of the ancient civilizations,
• 2:20:38
the serpents or the dragons are meant to be guardian figures, right?
• 2:20:43
So they were presented in a positive light. They weren't evil.
• 2:20:46
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 2:20:46
Speaker 1: But in the Bible, the serpent is actually the trickster.
• 2:20:50
You know, so it's one of the only traditions in
• 2:20:53
the ancient world where The serpent is– it's suggested that
• 2:20:58
  the serpent is evil.
• 2:20:59
Speaker 2: In Adam and Eve.
• 2:21:01
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:21:01
Speaker 2: In that depiction. Yeah.
• 2:21:03
  Speaker 1: He tricked Eve.
• 2:21:04
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 2:21:04
Speaker 1: But in front of all of the temples in Cambodia,
• 2:21:06
there are giant naga, which is like the seven or
• 2:21:09
nine-headed snakes. And they guard the liminal space between the
• 2:21:13
outside world and the temples. So that's their purpose, right?
• 2:21:18
When you see a naga, it means you're entering– You're
• 2:21:22
entering a temple. You're entering the zone of the gods.
• 2:21:26
So it was always positive except for in ancient Christianity.
• 2:21:30
Speaker 3: The King James Version is the version that says dragon,
• 2:21:33
but it's probably a translation issue maybe.
• 2:21:36
Speaker 2: Interesting. So sea monster, serpent. Translated in many modern versions
• 2:21:41
as jackal, sea creature, or monster depending on the context.
• 2:21:45
But dragon often renders Hebrew terms like tanin, which is
• 2:21:50
a sea monster or serpent. Interesting.
• 2:21:52
  Speaker 1: Fire-breathing reptiles.
• 2:21:54
Speaker 2: But it's just, like, what were they? Like, why were
• 2:21:57
there so many versions of this? Was that a real thing?
• 2:22:01
And is it a real thing from 11,000 years ago?
• 2:22:03
Is it a real thing from 20,000 years ago, 50,000
• 2:22:06
years ago? And, again, when it comes to the fossil record, like,
• 2:22:10
how much evidence would there be of that thing existing? Right.
• 2:22:14
They didn't even find dinosaurs until, like, what, the 1700s
• 2:22:17
  or something?
• 2:22:17
  Speaker 1: Right.
• 2:22:18
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 2:22:19
Speaker 2: Whenever it was? And then there's a lot of people
• 2:22:21
that think dinosaurs are fake, which is fun.
• 2:22:24
Speaker 1: There's all sorts of rabbit holes you can go down.
• 2:22:25
Speaker 2: It's a lot of fun. Well, they have a point
• 2:22:30
in that a lot of what you go to see
• 2:22:32
in the museum is not an actual dinosaur skeleton. It's
• 2:22:34
a recreation. Totally. Yeah, because the actual skeletons are probably
• 2:22:38
somewhere else. That is a fact. And then it's also
• 2:22:41
the fact that they take like portions of it and
• 2:22:44
then they recreate what's missing and then create a skeleton.
• 2:22:46
Speaker 1: Make a lot of assumptions.
• 2:22:48
Speaker 2: Yeah. There's a lot of assumptions.
• 2:22:49
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:22:49
Speaker 2: Well, this is why in the science museum in Bozeman,
• 2:22:56
Montana– we talked about this before. I went there with
• 2:22:58
my kids once and they have a raptor. And on
• 2:23:00
one side of the raptor, it's what we think of
• 2:23:03
like from Jurassic Park, that it had like scaly skin
• 2:23:07
like a lizard. And on the other side, it's covered
• 2:23:08
  in feathers.
• 2:23:09
  Speaker 1: It's a bird.
• 2:23:09
Speaker 2: Which is– yeah. This is the alternative perspective.
• 2:23:12
Speaker 3: This is Gus, the most complete dinosaur-type T-Rex skeleton ever.
• 2:23:17
61% complete, and it is for sale right now.
• 2:23:20
Speaker 2: Oh, how much does that cost? Do you want to guess?
• 2:23:22
  Speaker 1: $ 20 million.
• 2:23:23
Speaker 2: Yeah, no, no, no.
• 2:23:24
Speaker 3: More, more. The bids are going up.
• 2:23:26
  Speaker 2: $ 80 million.
• 2:23:27
Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I think the expected is somewhere in
• 2:23:29
  the $ 65 to $ 80 million range.
• 2:23:31
Speaker 2: Whoa. Worth it. And it's 60% complete?
• 2:23:33
  Speaker 3: 61%, yeah.
• 2:23:35
Speaker 2: So that means you're getting 39% bullshit when you buy it?
• 2:23:38
Speaker 3: I think they've just left some of it out.
• 2:23:40
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
• 2:23:41
Speaker 3: They filled it in.
• 2:23:42
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay. So that's what's left. That's actually what's... So
• 2:23:45
there's some stuff missing? It doesn't look like much is missing.
• 2:23:46
Speaker 1: He doesn't have his little arms.
• 2:23:48
Speaker 2: He does. They're right there. See?
• 2:23:49
  Speaker 3: There's some.
• 2:23:51
  Speaker 2: Okay. Some stuff?
• 2:23:52
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:23:53
Speaker 2: Some ribs and shit?
• 2:23:54
  Speaker 3: That looks pretty.
• 2:23:55
Speaker 2: I don't know. It looks pretty complete. That looks pretty complete.
• 2:23:58
That's sick. There was a house that I looked at
• 2:24:00
that was for sale in Malibu once. And in the house,
• 2:24:05
it came with a dinosaur. If you paid an extra
• 2:24:08
million dollars, you get to keep the dinosaur. Really? Yeah,
• 2:24:10
  they had a raptor skeleton.
• 2:24:12
  Speaker 1: That seems expensive.
• 2:24:13
Speaker 2: It was a little high. A little high. Well, the
• 2:24:15
house was a little high. It's probably worth 50 bucks now.
• 2:24:19
  Nobody wants to live there.
• 2:24:20
Speaker 1: I think a lot of times about what it would
• 2:24:22
feel like to be hunted from the sky. Like the pterodactyls.
• 2:24:26
Sometimes you'll be hiking in the desert and you'll see
• 2:24:27
a hawk will fly over you and you'll get that shadow.
• 2:24:31
And just imagine if it's just this massive hunter just
• 2:24:35
coming for you. Nothing you can do.
• 2:24:36
Speaker 2: Right. When did those die off, too?
• 2:24:39
Speaker 3: Gus has some bite marks on his ribs.
• 2:24:41
  Speaker 2: Whoa. That's crazy. I wonder if that's post-mortem.
• 2:24:46
  Speaker 3: Fossilized bite marks.
• 2:24:48
Speaker 1: Yeah, that could have been somebody scavenging them.
• 2:24:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, could have been. So it's valued between $ 20 million
• 2:24:56
and $ 30 million, the highest presale estimate ever placed on
• 2:25:00
  a dinosaur at auction.
• 2:25:01
Speaker 3: Yeah, I think there's already some higher bids than that, though, currently.
• 2:25:04
  I bet.
• 2:25:04
Speaker 2: There's a lot of dorks out there with a lot
• 2:25:06
of money. Want that shit in the house.
• 2:25:09
Speaker 1: People love to touch history.
• 2:25:10
Speaker 2: Yeah. Elon's probably going to have that shit at SpaceX.
• 2:25:14
Speaker 1: Oh, do you want to touch some history?
• 2:25:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, sure. Yeah. Okay.
• 2:25:19
Speaker 1: I brought you a little show and tell.
• 2:25:21
  Speaker 2: Okay. Ooh, exciting.
• 2:25:26
Speaker 1: So I grew up in Western Nebraska on a giant
• 2:25:29
corn farm. This is called a Jimmy Allen point. This
• 2:25:36
  is 9,500 years old.
• 2:25:38
  Speaker 2: Whoa.
• 2:25:39
Speaker 1: It's a spear point. So it was being chipped basically
• 2:25:43
when Gobekli Tepe was at the height of its building.
• 2:25:49
  Speaker 3: Wow.
• 2:25:49
Speaker 1: 8,500 to 9,500 years old. My grandpa had a load
• 2:25:53
of rock delivered to his house, and that was in it.
• 2:25:57
So they would dredge this river rock from the rivers,
• 2:26:01
the Platte River, and deliver it to your house, and
• 2:26:03
he found that in his yard.
• 2:26:05
  Speaker 2: Holy shit.
• 2:26:07
Speaker 1: Isn't that an incredible experience?
• 2:26:09
  Speaker 2: That's amazing. To touch it. That's amazing. I don't know
• 2:26:13
how old this one is, but this is from here. Oh, yes.
• 2:26:19
  Speaker 1: That's a pretty good one.
• 2:26:20
Speaker 2: This is actually better. This one's really good.
• 2:26:23
Speaker 1: That one's substantially older than this.
• 2:26:25
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 2:26:26
Speaker 1: I bet this is 2,000 years old. That one's almost 10.
• 2:26:29
That's crazy. So I'm going to show you something else.
• 2:26:32
It's just a part of one. But this is part
• 2:26:35
of a Folsom Point, which is 12,700 years old. So
• 2:26:40
that was definitely created to hunt something that's extinct now.
• 2:26:47
You can see the flute up the middle and look
• 2:26:50
at the work on the sides of it.
• 2:26:51
  Speaker 2: Wow. That's crazy.
• 2:26:56
Speaker 1: It's the most incredible stonework. And you see that over time.
• 2:27:00
It went from Clovis to Folsom. and then down the
• 2:27:03
line to points like this. And it just became, yeah,
• 2:27:08
so this would have looked like that if it was full.
• 2:27:11
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 2:27:12
Speaker 1: You're seeing the central flute on this one. But both
• 2:27:16
of these were found out on my farm.
• 2:27:18
Speaker 2: That's pretty amazing. Yeah.
• 2:27:20
Speaker 1: I saw you talking to Taylor Sheridan about arrowheads, and
• 2:27:23
I thought to myself, I wonder if Joe would like
• 2:27:25
to hold a 9,500-year-old spear point.
• 2:27:28
Speaker 2: I did love it. Thank you. Thank you for letting
• 2:27:30
me hold that. That's pretty dope. It's pretty incredible too
• 2:27:32
when you think about the history of North America that
• 2:27:36
when Europe and China and all these other parts of
• 2:27:39
the world. of the world had developed sophisticated civilizations and
• 2:27:44
machines and all these different things, these people were living
• 2:27:48
a very nomadic hunter-gatherer life. Like essentially in the Stone
• 2:27:53
Age all the way up to the 16th, 17th hundreds until.
• 2:27:58
Speaker 1: Except for some of the mounds. So some of the
• 2:28:01
mound structures like in Louisiana, I think those are about 9,000
• 2:28:04
  years old.
• 2:28:05
  Speaker 2: Really? I believe.
• 2:28:06
Speaker 1: And those are massive platforms, right? Like earthworks that are
• 2:28:10
almost at least unexplainable for why they would have built them.
• 2:28:13
Do you think these are pre-flood? I don't think any
• 2:28:17
of them have been dated to pre-flood.
• 2:28:19
Speaker 2: So this is post-flood, whoever was here. So if people
• 2:28:25
lived here, so the White Sands, New Mexico footprints are
• 2:28:27
all pre-flood. That's 22,000. Yep. One thing that's interesting is
• 2:28:32
those people were barefoot, right? So the question is like
• 2:28:36
what was sophisticated civilization like in North America then? Because
• 2:28:42
it seems like North America in particular because of the
• 2:28:45
fact that up until 11,000 years ago was covered in ice.
• 2:28:50
Most of North America was covered in like a mile
• 2:28:52
high of ice. It's so hard for us to think. Chicago, gone.
• 2:28:56
  Speaker 1: Can you imagine?
• 2:28:57
Speaker 2: Yeah, gone. Montana, gone. Yeah. Everything's gone. A mile of ice. Colorado, gone.
• 2:29:02
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:29:02
Speaker 2: Everything's completely covered in a mile of ice. And then 11,000
• 2:29:07
years ago, it all goes away real quick. And then
• 2:29:09
you have the Great Lakes. Yeah. Which is so strange.
• 2:29:13
And then if you look at– Randall Carlson has done
• 2:29:15
an amazing job of like sort of illuminating like what
• 2:29:20
kind of a mass of water it would have sent
• 2:29:24
rushing through the entire country. Yeah. At the time that
• 2:29:28
these things were almost instantaneously melted. Like how insane that
• 2:29:32
must have been. If huge asteroidal impacts slammed into these
• 2:29:37
  ice caps.
• 2:29:38
Speaker 3: That's what two miles of ice looks like next to
• 2:29:39
  a city.
• 2:29:40
Speaker 2: Oh, my God. That's so crazy that everything that we
• 2:29:50
see when you drive through Kansas and Nebraska and Iowa,
• 2:29:53
all that. was under all that. Yeah.
• 2:29:56
Speaker 1: My husband's from North Idaho, and you can see all
• 2:29:59
of the ancient remains of these lakes, these ice dams
• 2:30:01
that burst, just float over the landscape. And I think
• 2:30:05
Randall Carlson is especially gifted in describing these events, making
• 2:30:10
  it real for us.
• 2:30:11
Speaker 2: Well, he's obsessed. And he spent so much. When I
• 2:30:14
met him, I met him in Georgia. I did a
• 2:30:17
show in Atlanta, and I met him like 2005 or
• 2:30:19
something like that. And he was explaining it to me
• 2:30:21
back then. And I had never heard that before. I
• 2:30:24
was like, what? That was my first introduction to the
• 2:30:28
Younger Dryas impact theory. And that's when it started putting
• 2:30:31
all the pieces together. Okay, well, that's what ended civilization.
• 2:30:34
And now that we know that that's a real event
• 2:30:39
because of core samples, because they find layers of iridium,
• 2:30:44
which is very common in space, very rare on Earth,
• 2:30:47
and these micro diamonds that appear when you have impacts.
• 2:30:50
  Speaker 1: The black mat.
• 2:30:51
  Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
• 2:30:51
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:30:52
Speaker 2: They know that it happened. So some big events happened.
• 2:30:55
I think they think 11,800 years ago and then I
• 2:30:58
think again like 10,000 years ago. They think it happened
• 2:31:01
  more than once.
• 2:31:02
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:31:02
Speaker 2: It kind of makes sense that it took so long
• 2:31:04
  for civilization to reemerge.
• 2:31:06
Speaker 1: Yeah. And the question is did that civilization that was
• 2:31:10
alive at the time know that it was coming?
• 2:31:12
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 2:31:13
Speaker 1: And what did they do to prepare?
• 2:31:15
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 2:31:16
Speaker 2: Or could they have even?
• 2:31:17
Speaker 1: And did they know that probably the only thing that
• 2:31:20
was going to be left after that is stone?
• 2:31:21
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 2:31:23
Speaker 1: So what is encoded in that stone for us to
• 2:31:25
  read today?
• 2:31:28
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the weirdness of things like Egypt. When you
• 2:31:32
look at the pyramids and the dimensions and how the
• 2:31:34
dimensions align with the, you know, the dimensions of Earth
• 2:31:39
and the distances to the moon. And yeah, it's all,
• 2:31:42
the whole thing's very weird. It's very weird.
• 2:31:45
Speaker 1: It doesn't seem like coincidence.
• 2:31:46
  Speaker 2: No.
• 2:31:47
Speaker 1: It seems like they knew exactly what they were doing.
• 2:31:50
And what is the one language that's going to survive? Geometry, math, right? Astrology.
• 2:31:57
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 2:31:57
  Speaker 2: It's universal.
• 2:31:58
Speaker 1: Stones are the things that are going to survive. Myths, right?
• 2:32:02
So it's messages being passed down to us today. And
• 2:32:06
now people are looking and paying attention and just– it's
• 2:32:11
a complete obsession for me. I don't know how anybody
• 2:32:14
thinks of anything else besides ancient history.
• 2:32:18
Speaker 2: Once I get into it, I feel the same way. Yeah.
• 2:32:20
  Speaker 1: It's too amazing.
• 2:32:22
Speaker 2: It's certainly a puzzle. And if it wasn't for people
• 2:32:25
like you and other people that are doing similar things,
• 2:32:28
most people would be very blissfully unaware of how nuts
• 2:32:32
the actual physical history of the earth is.
• 2:32:35
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:32:36
  Speaker 3: Yep.
• 2:32:37
Speaker 1: And, you know, until recently– A lot of this, first
• 2:32:41
of all, people couldn't travel around the world. They couldn't
• 2:32:45
read scripts that weren't in their language. Archaeologists were exploring
• 2:32:50
sites and their papers were going to the universities. And
• 2:32:52
so we didn't have the opportunity to see these global
• 2:32:56
patterns the way that we do now. To link, okay,
• 2:33:00
I see the same thing in Egypt that I see
• 2:33:02
in India. Like this thousand ton statue is in India
• 2:33:05
and it's also in Egypt. What about these walls? They're
• 2:33:08
the same. I don't think it was as easy to
• 2:33:10
do that back in the day. You know, even the
• 2:33:12
people that were deep into the research in Egypt in
• 2:33:15
the 1800s, they weren't traveling to Peru. So we are
• 2:33:19
at a very unique time in history where we can
• 2:33:22
look across all of it, especially in the next 10
• 2:33:25
years when we're leveraging AI and other technologies from space-based
• 2:33:29
scanning or whatever. I think it's going to fundamentally change
• 2:33:32
the way that we view the history of the world.
• 2:33:35
Speaker 2: I think so, too. And so thank you. Thank you
• 2:33:37
for being here. Thank you for your channel. And thank
• 2:33:41
you for your interest in this because it's absolutely fascinating.
• 2:33:44
Speaker 1: Thank you for having me on. This was so fun.
• 2:33:46
Speaker 2: My pleasure. Let's do it again.
• 2:33:47
  Speaker 3: Okay.
• 2:33:47
  Speaker 1: We'd love that.
• 2:33:48
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 2:33:48
  Speaker 3: Thank you.
• 2:33:49
  Speaker 2: Bye, everybody.
