SPEAKER_02: Love that 10-3 go down.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_02: We'll get Jimmy Reno's thoughts on the playoffs in college.

SPEAKER_02: And we'll go over all the NFL matchups from yesterday and the playoff scenarios.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_02: As Christmas is right around the corner.
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_02: Bah.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_02: Bubba.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_02: You got all your gifts ready?
• 1:22
  SPEAKER_01: I don't celebrate Christmas.
• 1:24
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, happy Honey King.
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't no, I don't do that.
• 1:27
  SPEAKER_02: Alright.
• 1:27
  SPEAKER_02: Wonder.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_01: No, actually, I don't subscribe to holidays.
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_02: Alright, well.
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_02: Jehovah's Witness.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:36
  SPEAKER_01: Uh I am Stan's relief.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_01: I'm just more of what they think is miserable person.
• 1:42
  SPEAKER_02: Alright.
• 1:42
  SPEAKER_01: That's right.
• 1:43
  SPEAKER_01: Sonny Jimmy Reno.
• 1:45
  SPEAKER_02: Hey, but I did.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_02: You did win last week.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_02: Pigs.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_01: You goddamn right I did.
• 1:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_02: We'll have to update that.
• 1:53
  SPEAKER_02: When we do pigs.
• 1:55
  SPEAKER_02: On Christmas Eve.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_02: Alright, so what's your first thought?
• 2:05
  SPEAKER_02: College or pro?
• 2:08
  SPEAKER_02: We'll start with college.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_02: My first thought is Alabama burnt vegetables.
• 2:14
  SPEAKER_02: Up 17-0.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: You gave up 34 points to Alabama?
• 2:19
  SPEAKER_02: And they still couldn't.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_01: And you're supposed to be the defensive guy?
• 2:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 2:24
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_02: Well, that just two third downs converted all night for Alabama.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_02: I mean, you said it bur I think you texted me that should have been the cheesy bowl.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_02: And I think you're right.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_02: I think Notre Dame's gotta be pissed.
• 2:41
  SPEAKER_02: They should be in.
• 2:42
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 2:42
  SPEAKER_01: As clear as that.
• 2:43
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 2:44
  SPEAKER_01: But whatever.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_01: Whatever.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_01: It is.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_02: And then the the other games were just, like you said, not even worth watching.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_01: Well, I, you know, the the the AM game was Well, I'm sorry, AM Miami already.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_02: It was competitive.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_02: Oh, that was a good game, though.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_01: But my immediate takeaway from that is Shannon Dawson.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_01: Why the hell were you not giving Mark Fletcher the ball 30 times?
• 3:05
SPEAKER_02: That's what Justin was screaming at the TV.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_02: That they almost screwed that up.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_01: They didn't stop him once.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_01: That kid could have run for 300 yards, and that game would have been like 28 to 3.
• 3:17
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 3:18
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_01: And it's an AM just like I thought.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_01: They hadn't played it, they didn't play a defense close to Miami.
• 3:25
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_02: Miami's defense really showed up and got their money's worth.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_01: The final two games were exactly why the group of five team has no basics.
• 3:34
  SPEAKER_01: Come on, man.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_02: And this is they should play each other.
• 3:37
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_02: They should play each other for some kind of trophy on like a standalone night.
• 3:42
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_02: And have it be in a bowl game.
• 3:44
  SPEAKER_02: And I guess.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_02: And have it be in a New Year's thing.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_02: Just let's have the old school national championship format for that for all the group of six or whatever.
• 3:53
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_02: They have the rankings like an old BCS, right?
• 3:56
SPEAKER_02: And then they have an actual championship.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_02: It'd be much more competitive.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_02: It really would.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_02: And you give the kids the same type of big game atmosphere instead of taking them on the road to a big, you know, you get them at a big bowl game or get them at the Arbowl or something, and you have that as a matchup.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_02: I think people would watch because, hey, right, this is a championship.
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_02: And it's a and it's not bad teams.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_02: You're going to see a good game.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_01: You know how many people were watching the D3 championship.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_02: But you know who wasn't watching that game?
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_02: Nobody.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_02: Nobody watched that game.
• 4:28
  SPEAKER_02: It's family and friends.
• 4:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 4:29
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, it it's nobody's watching that.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_02: It's like, all right, well, the NFL knew that.
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_02: That's why they scared.
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_02: It was all it's come on, man.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_02: They have to do away with that.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_01: People are holding on to the memories of Utah when Urban Meyer was the coach.
• 4:44
  SPEAKER_01: Boise State.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_01: Boise State when they beat Oklahoma.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_01: Listen, those teams, if the transfer portal had existed in 2004 and 2007, all the stars from those teams would be at big schools.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_02: Those days are over.
• 5:00
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_02: So you're you got to get rid of that.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_02: You gotta make you gotta make it rewarding for the for those teams.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_02: I'm it makes it seem like you're not giving them a chance.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_02: I'm talking about giving them a championship.
• 5:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_02: Like giving them their own group of like make up an awesome trophy.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_01: And it effectively what it was, two schools, each coach.
• 5:18
  SPEAKER_02: It's not, it's the different division.
• 5:20
  SPEAKER_02: It's a different division anyway.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_02: So you should have its own trophy.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_02: It should give it, you should give it some respect and have it be like a a group of six or group of five championships.
• 5:31
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_01: And instead you sent one team to a place they'd already gotten beat by five touchdowns in the season, and they got beat by five touchdowns again.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_02: Two miserable games.
• 5:41
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_01: And James Madison didn't beat a power conference team.
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_01: So Miami.
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_02: Miami plays Ohio State.
• 5:47
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_02: Oregon's gonna play Texas Tech.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_01: Ole Miss and Georgia again.
• 5:53
  SPEAKER_01: So that's that rematch.
• 5:54
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_02: The next round will be fun.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_02: We'll get to that next week.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_01: NFL.
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_01: That Bears game, dude.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_01: If you weren't watching the Bears instead of college, I don't know what the hell you were thinking.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_02: Caleb Williams, DJ Moore hooked up on the memorable for Bears fans.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_02: You're not you don't have many especially throwing absolute dime his missile.
• 6:20
  SPEAKER_02: It was.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_02: And he threw him like right where it had to be right where he threw it.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_02: Otherwise it gets batted away.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_01: It was an absolute what's crazy is he that he ends the game in Green Bay on the worst throw I've ever seen.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_01: Best and then he worked yeah.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_02: That's why I was telling I mean I was quick to react to you know, because the team's good, and you're like, well, if that's their problem, you know, I believe in the coach.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and the quarterback's got the talent.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_01: So And I I'm gonna like I'll say this from Malik Willis, like the offense for Green Bay didn't stop moving the football when he came in.
• 6:56
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_02: It wasn't that was a good pickup.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it wasn't like they couldn't do anything.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_01: I mean, his his mobility actually gave Chicago problems.
• 7:06
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, that was that was a good win for the Bears.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_02: They're locked in the playoffs now.
• 7:13
  SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_02: The Niners are not locked in with the uh Lions.
• 7:17
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Lions League.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_02: That was a crazy ending.
• 7:19
  SPEAKER_02: That was.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_02: If you saw it, I mean there was a lateral pass, but they called offensive pass interference on St.
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_02: Brown.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: Two, two, two OPIs in the last, what, three, four plays down there?
• 7:31
SPEAKER_01: They called the pick play and then the push-off by St.
• 7:33
  SPEAKER_01: Brown.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_01: I could have used that one.
• 7:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_01: Steelers, though, man.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_01: 19th straight winning, non-losing seasons for Mike Tomlin.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_02: They mucked it up and then they That's what they do.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_02: Had a guy.
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_02: Warren went off.
• 7:53
  SPEAKER_02: Oh my bench.
• 7:55
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there you go.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_01: Kyle Pitts had another day on my bench.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_01: Josh Allen got me six whole points, went up to Cleveland.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_02: I think Mad Stafford is still your MVP favorite.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, um it wasn't his fault.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_02: That was kind of a lucky game for the Seahawks.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_02: Drake May still credit to them, they made the plays.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Drake May's still in the conversation.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_01: I'm telling you right now, sleeper candidate Justin Herbert.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_02: What about Trevor Lawrence, too, man?
• 8:24
SPEAKER_02: Not for MVP, but just credit to credit to him and the Jags.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_02: Just so and and credit to Trevor Lawrence.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_02: We've we bagged, we really just kind of went at him, but he he really's played well.
• 8:37
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's it's it's happened mid-season, like during the season.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_01: He started off really looking clueless out there in the first few games.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, he just Well, it's something's can like that coach, quarterback, connection, play caller.
• 8:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's it's it's connected.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_02: And they found they know they can now communicate.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_02: Because remember when we were talking about uh him on the sidelines, he'd be like, What's going on?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_02: You know, and I think there was a miscommunication there.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_02: Dumbed it down for him.
• 9:06
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, pretty much.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_01: And they found like, you know, they picked up Jacoby Myers, but that that Washington, the Washington kid, Parker Washington, has also three touchdowns, zero picks, coming off of five touchdowns, zero picks.
• 9:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yep.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_02: The last four games, right?
• 9:25
SPEAKER_02: He's got twelve touchdowns, zero picks.
• 9:29
  unknown: Right.
• 9:29
  SPEAKER_02: That's why.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_02: The last four games he's the MVP.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and that's why you you find yourself in this position.
• 9:34
  SPEAKER_02: He's passed a rating in the last four games, 111, 105, 136, 115.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_01: That's against what was considered the best defense in the conf in the league.
• 9:47
  SPEAKER_02: Shit.
• 9:47
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_02: I mean the picks have stopped.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_02: And he was throwing them, he threw 'em one, two, one, zero, one, zero, zero, one, one, one, three.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_02: And now he hasn't thrown one in four straight games.
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_02: They are playing well.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_02: He's got twenty-six and eleven on the season.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_02: He's really made an adjustment.
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_02: That's just been a turnaround.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_02: A whole a total turnaround.
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_02: But uh the MVP race, I would think I'd say Stafford.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_02: Um Drake May may be second.
• 10:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_02: Josh Allen, if he can, but he didn't have an impressive performance.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_01: No, he didn't do shit.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_01: So I mean he just got lucky that he was playing against Shador.
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:35
  SPEAKER_01: God.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_01: I know he's a rookie, but even for a rookie, like, he does some of the dumbest stuff I've ever seen a quarterback do in the NFL.
• 10:45
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, I mean, he's legendary, man.
• 10:52
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, legendary.
• 10:53
  SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be legendary.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_02: Man, the Bears in the playoffs, man.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_02: That's but they're not out of it yet.
• 11:01
  SPEAKER_02: They still want more.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_02: They still are in the hunt for the one seed.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_02: Right, that one seed is still not cemented.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_02: Is what you want, and that's what Seattle has control over, but they're gonna go across the country and play a team in Carolina who needs it.
• 11:22
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 11:22
  SPEAKER_02: But not really.
• 11:24
  SPEAKER_01: No, they don't know.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_01: This is where I mean they do have a little bit of wiggle room, but I mean if you if you win this game if you're Carolina.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_02: With the tiebreakers in the NFC South, though.
• 11:33
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_02: They win this game and and they lose next week, they're out.
• 11:39
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_02: Unless somehow the Bucs lose to the Dolphins.
• 11:43
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_01: Which I'm I'm be honest with you, man.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_01: I would you can't rule it out with the Bucks.
• 11:49
  SPEAKER_01: You can't.
• 11:49
  SPEAKER_01: You can't.
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_02: You can't.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_02: But um it it's gonna come down to that last week.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_02: So I I I like Seattle in that game because of that.
• 12:00
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_02: Well Just that just that the letdown of that game from Carolina, knowing that you have to play them again.
• 12:06
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_02: And knowing just like, hey man, we could give it all and then lose.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_01: Like, there's gonna be some sort of And Seattle is a team that's they've been able to avoid the cross country.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_02: And they they play great on the road, and they need it too.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_02: So it's like, well, they actually need this game more than we do.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm thinking way too much into it.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_02: Uh you have tonight too less.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_02: Uh the Niners play the Colts, and then they play the Bears, which is gonna be a big game.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's gonna be a big one, man.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_01: Junior will be at that game.
• 12:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, he will.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_02: I'll have to get a report from him.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_01: He doesn't know he's going yet, but he will be there.
• 12:41
  SPEAKER_01: Oh shit.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_01: Well, he's not gonna listen.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_02: It's fine.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_02: Oh man, come on.
• 12:45
  SPEAKER_01: What, dude?
• 12:45
  SPEAKER_01: It's he's 13.
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_01: It's Christmas break.
• 12:47
  SPEAKER_01: All right, you're right.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_01: He's not listening to podcasts.
• 12:50
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 12:51
  SPEAKER_02: Well, he needs to.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_02: And so do all you.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_02: So do all you 13-year-olds LT.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: He's not old enough to listen.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_02: Well, then they have to finish the season with the Seahawks.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_02: So if you're a Bear, the Bears, I think, have a shot to get the one seed.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_02: They have the tiebreaker over the Rams if it comes down to that, because the Rams are playing Falcons Cardinals.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_02: It looks like they'll probably win.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_02: There's no excuse for them to not win out.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but they're they're they need Seattle to lose one.
• 13:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_02: And then they're gonna need Chicago to lose, too, if they want the one seed.
• 13:30
  SPEAKER_02: Chicago.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_02: They also need San Francisco to lose.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, San Francisco's the team here.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_01: They pretty much need every team.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_02: Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco to lose.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_02: Well, you play the Bears and then the Seahawks.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_02: So you play the two seed and the one seed right now.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_02: So if you go in and beat them, boom.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_02: You gotta win tonight.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_02: You gotta win tonight first.
• 13:49
  SPEAKER_02: Against old man Rivers.
• 13:50
  SPEAKER_02: Oh man Rivers.
• 13:53
  SPEAKER_02: Oh man Rivers.
• 13:55
  SPEAKER_02: And then you have.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_02: Who's your pick right now if you had to pick a national champion?
• 14:03
  SPEAKER_01: Oh man.
• 14:05
  SPEAKER_01: God damn it.
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_01: You know what?
• 14:07
SPEAKER_01: Since this is hell and I'm living in it, I'm just gonna pick Miami.
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_02: Oh no.
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_01: Screw it.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_01: No, I mean I'm not coming off Ohio State.
• 14:16
  SPEAKER_02: Alright.
• 14:18
  SPEAKER_02: I bet Texas Tech.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_01: No, they're not gonna win it.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_01: I think they might get Oregon, though.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_01: I think they might beat Oregon.
• 14:26
  SPEAKER_02: That's what I was.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I I think they're gonna The Ducks seem like a team that beats up on teams they're supposed to, but any kind of defense, you know, they almost lost to Iowa.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_02: I'm really anxious to see Texas Tech versus Indiana.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_02: That'll be a good game if they get there.
• 14:43
  SPEAKER_02: I tell you what's gonna be.
• 14:44
  SPEAKER_02: Indiana's gotta play Alabama.
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_02: I tell you what's gonna piss people off is Alabama beating in Indiana.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_02: This is what's gonna happen.
• 14:50
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, probably.
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_01: Damn it.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_01: Alabama's got really good players.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_01: Like now they got some freshman wide receiver that looked right, but I'm gonna listen.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_01: Oklahoma and Texas AM, like I said before, that they just got to sit at home safely without having their resumes scrutinized by the committee.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_01: And that's the shit that needs to stop.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_01: We need to stop giving half of the playoff field to the SEC just because they have 10 wins in the SEC.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_02: What happened to the eyeball test, man?
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_01: You know, like you look at Texas AM's schedule and you say, wow, so they played the bottom eight teams in the conference.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: I mean, you looked at Miami's losses, but then you then I said it here, right?
• 15:34
SPEAKER_02: I it wasn't, I was like, if they finish the season and they show it's not about how it's about how you win, right?
• 15:40
SPEAKER_02: Are we watching the games or not?
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_02: Are we watching LSU handle handle Oklahoma?
• 15:48
SPEAKER_02: Are we watching South Carolina build a 30 to 3 lead on ANS?
• 15:53
SPEAKER_02: We're talking about how great it is for them to come back.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_01: We're watching the Texas team beat Oklahoma, beat AM, and then go into Gainesville and lose to Florida.
• 16:04
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_01: A team that Miami dominated.
• 16:06
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 16:06
  SPEAKER_01: That's so true.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_01: Like it but no, Oklahoma and AM are gonna sit at home while Miami and Notre Dame get pitted next to each.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's like, dude.
• 16:15
  SPEAKER_01: Look over here.
• 16:16
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_01: Miami and Notre Dame should have been in.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_01: So nobody's asking why these two teams that didn't have nothing to do with the conference.
• 16:22
  SPEAKER_02: I hate the ACC.
• 16:23
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_02: Notre Dame's not in a damn conference.
• 16:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't like Notre Dame.
• 16:26
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's not about that.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_02: It's supposed to be about the best teams.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_02: And it's just turned into this committee of lobbying.
• 16:35
  SPEAKER_01: So Oklahoma beats Alabama.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_01: That that that's all they gotta do.
• 16:39
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_01: AM, like you beat a bunch of shitty teams in the SEC, but you still got that one point win in South Bend.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_01: So that's all you gotta do.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna just you guys sit here, you'll be fine.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_01: Because we got to get half the teams, we gotta get five SEC teams in there.
• 16:55
  SPEAKER_02: It's ridiculous.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_01: Forget the fact that like they both lost at home.
• 17:00
  SPEAKER_02: Five.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_02: I'd re I mean, I like the way they were playing at the end better than I did Oklahoma.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_01: Texas was playing better at the end than Oklahoma and AM.
• 17:12
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_02: So I I just think with that being said, Notre Dame had the resume and they were playing better, so they should have definitely been in.
• 17:19
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_02: And I say, and they that was for Oklahoma.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_02: And in fact, you could have put and then I see Alabama.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_02: If you're gonna put Alabama in, take Oklahoma out.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_02: But not both of them.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_02: Right, not both of them.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_02: Not both of them, just one of them.
• 17:31
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 17:31
  SPEAKER_02: But it could, yeah.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_02: But they just can't fucking leave Alabama out.
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_02: No, they can't.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_02: It's just like, God, they just can't do it.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_01: They can't leave them out.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_01: They lost by three touchdowns, and it's like, okay.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_01: They should have been out for losing Florida State.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna you're gonna hold Texas out for losing to Florida.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_01: Notre Dame, they lost to Miami.
• 17:51
  SPEAKER_01: Barely.
• 17:51
  SPEAKER_01: Right, Miami.
• 17:52
  SPEAKER_02: And Texas AM, barely.
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_02: Two teams that appear.
• 17:58
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_02: So I don't want to get out of here.
• 18:00
  SPEAKER_02: It's just it's bias for Alabama.
• 18:02
  SPEAKER_02: It's just ridiculous.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_02: It's SEC bias and the and on top of that whole thing.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_01: If they end up going out of the Rose Bowl and getting handled by Indiana.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_02: It doesn't matter, but like you said, they're probably gonna win.
• 18:16
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 18:17
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_02: So it'll be that validation.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it'll all be vindicated, but it's all bullshit anyway.
• 18:22
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_02: What does it matter then?
• 18:27
  SPEAKER_02: Right?
• 18:29
  SPEAKER_02: Committees! Anyway.
• 18:32
  SPEAKER_02: The committee.
• 18:34
  SPEAKER_02: Let's have a committee.
• 18:35
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_02: He had it, he had it.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he knew it was up.
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_02: Mike Leach, the pirates.
• 18:41
  SPEAKER_02: What is that?
• 18:42
  SPEAKER_03: A shuttle.
• 18:43
  SPEAKER_02: A shuttle.
• 18:44
  SPEAKER_02: A shuttle.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_02: Well, we gotta get on out of here, but before we go, oops got the six-win dream.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_01: That's six-win dream going for seven tonight against Jacksonville.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_01: Another week, another round of portal entries from Florida State.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_01: Who's in this week?
• 19:00
  SPEAKER_01: Landon Thomas, Cam Davis.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_01: Bunch of, I mean, I'm sure there'll be more.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_01: Who cares?
• 19:07
SPEAKER_01: Paid a lot of money for Landon Thomas.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_01: Not a whole lot on the return.
• 19:13
  SPEAKER_01: A lot of money.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, maybe, maybe you got enough money to keep Deuce.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_01: One guy that seems like he's not terrible.
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 19:24
  SPEAKER_02: Go play it.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_02: If you're gonna pay, pay people off that crap team, pay the guys that produce.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, pay the three that actually did something.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_02: I'm paying the receiver that has draft potential.
• 19:33
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_02: If he wants to stay, we'll pay you what we got.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_01: We'll pay you and we'll pay the the the Sear twins.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_01: There you go.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_02: I think you gotta go.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_02: I just go with the quarterback you got.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I So he doesn't transfer.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_02: I mean I just be like, hey, you're the guy.
• 19:48
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_02: We got old Brock Glenn to back you up.
• 19:51
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 19:52
  SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
• 19:52
  SPEAKER_01: We took freshman.

  SPEAKER_01: Let's roll.
• 19:54
  SPEAKER_01: There you go.
• 19:55
  SPEAKER_01: Let's roll.
• 19:55
  SPEAKER_02: Stop overthinking it.
• 19:57
  SPEAKER_02: Go.
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_02: Let's go.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_01: Tons and tons of movement.
• 20:00
  SPEAKER_02: Let's go.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_02: I think the fan base would does not want to see a transfer.
• 20:04
  SPEAKER_01: No, well, they're not.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's not going to be anybody that's going to if you do, it's going to be a backup.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_01: It'll be that old Dominion kid or something else.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's not going to be anybody that was starting in power five or power four or whatever.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_01: Like, they're not getting anybody like that.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_01: Portal officially opens January 2nd.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure it'll be like the the NFL where all the deals are already done.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_01: And then they just get officially announced.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_01: See who our new team is.
• 20:32
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_01: If we get any, I mean, do whatever.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_02: We need a lot of gas.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_01: We need a lot of gas.
• 20:39
  SPEAKER_02: Great.
• 20:40
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna be raiding that FCS, boy.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_02: Alright, so you like Ohio State.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_02: I'm taking the Red Raiders in the Who's Super Bowl stills?
• 20:51
  SPEAKER_02: Rams?
• 20:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's still watch out, Rams Jags.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm still rolling for.

  SPEAKER_03: Rams Jags.
• 20:56
  SPEAKER_03: Rams Jags! Yeah!
• 20:58
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know, man.
• 20:59
  SPEAKER_02: Hey.
• 21:00
  SPEAKER_02: Why not?
• 21:01
  SPEAKER_02: Why not?
• 21:02
SPEAKER_02: The AFC's wide open, man.
• 21:04
  SPEAKER_02: AFC's wide open.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_02: Holmes is out.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_02: And then Gunnar Minshew's out.
• 21:08
  SPEAKER_02: Same injury.
• 21:08
  SPEAKER_02: The Chiefs aren't affected.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_02: I know, but that's odd.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna end up with a high draft hit.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_02: We got a lot of games to watch.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_02: We gotta pick some right before Christmas.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_02: And Merry Christmas to you, and we'll talk to you next time, right here on the North Florida Sports Network.
• 21:30
  SPEAKER_03: You understand that?
• 21:31
SPEAKER_03: You gotta give us a shot.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_03: You know what I do, Pat?
