Over 100 electric buses worth tens of million sitting idle
It’s being reported that over 100 electric buses worth tens of millions have been left sitting idle due to a lack of charging infrastructure across the country. And according to the Public Accounts Committee, some of these buses having not been in use for nearly 900 days. To share their thoughts on this, I’m now joined by the Assistant General Secretary of the National Bus and Rail Union, Thomas O’Connor, and Environmental Scientist, Tara Shine.
