  songwriters. Like artists everywhere, Amy and I work hard to independently create songs

  which are often based around real life personal experience. It's devastating to be accused

  of stealing someone else's song when we've put so much work into our livelihoods.

  dive in. So the first thing I want to talk about is a classic

  margharita on the rocks. Now, blended, blended margaritas are are great.

  if you're going to kick up your ingredients, if you blend them, sometimes

  you delude them a bit um. So blend on some, shake on others.

  Yep. So the recipe I have is for for shake shaken one an

  half ounces of vison representato, half lunch of petron orange liqueur, and then

  three to four ounces of a mix of your choice. I brought the trace

  of Gaby's classic margarita. It's very fresh. If you want to do a

  pro tip, just get lime juice and a little gobvy nectar and make your
• 16:02
  own ye. But if you don't have the time or don't want to squeeze
• 16:04
  all the limes, this trace of Goaveys mix is awesome. Put that in
• 16:08
  a shaker with ice, Shake it up separately, rim your margarity glass with
• 16:12
  a lime wedge, dip it in some salt, and uh, put some
• 16:18
  ice in that glass. Pour in your beverage. There you go and garnersh
• 16:22
  with the lime and boom you have a perfect classic margarita. I love you
• 16:26
  guys. If you want some different tequila options, you know that the vison
• 16:30
  is great for the price. The blanco is twenty one ninety seven if we're
• 16:33
  going to be mixing stuff with it, unless we want something where it's like
• 16:37
  you want the really good flavor of it. But this is a good vison

  is great for the price. You know. I liked Repoistato because it has
• 16:42
  a little aging in those barrels. It has just a little more weight.

  But if you want to blanco, which is the white, it's fine.

  A najo is aged at least twelve months. That gets to be the whole

  milk of the tequila. So I find innahos are better as sippers, not

  necessarily your margarita. Um, you can do not shot Skuys sippers. I

  didn't know you could sequila. Oh yeah, there's a way to do.

  Yeah, tarimana there, Blanco and representato or thirty two and thirty five respective.

  Seen this is the rock. Oh, this is his tequila and he's

  done a great job as ambassador for it and The price point is a really

  fantastic price point because it's under the patrons yep, and all that, it's

  above the eighteen hundreds. It's just a great tequila. I'm surprised he doesn't

  have a song with Taramana, like from Howana or something like that. Maybe

  Blanco and Representato you know now you're above fifty, but those are fantastic.

  And I brought the Cottago Blanco, which is forty five bucks. This is

  the real deal. This thing is great. Their reprosato is is a little

  bit spending at sixteen and I say I tried the Representato version of that one.

  I haven't tried the Blanco. Cortago is fantastic. We have a little

  project we're working on with another group here in town that has some really great

  food and at some point we'll be able to release that, but it'll be

  a little tea. Yeah. And then for orange liqueurs, you can go

  as basic as bowls triple sec at six blocks. I mean, that's a

  really decent triple secon. Really um, if you want the orange flavor,

  if you want the liqueur, the patron citron. If you want the heavier

  weighted orange liqueurs like Gradmarnier or this sequiale which is about forty percent of the

  price of gramarina. These are really fun, you know, orange liquors to

  to. You know, you want to build your margarito with some complexity,
• 18:23
  so you want some different great flavors. Yeah, And it's the balance of
• 18:26
  all those things that tequila, the acidity, and the limes and then the
• 18:32
  orange that all ties together. And I just found at Happy Harry's Bottleshops the

  coconut eighteen hundred tequila. That's a life changer. And when it's so good.

  When that one came out, we were like, We're like, I

  don't know if people are gonna jump on this, but it's done well.

  It is so good. I just love the coconut version of it, and

  and it has a really good flavor. So that is kind of a sipper.

  You don't really want to have to mix a lot with it, which

  is kind of nice to set a little lime and a little salt well if

  you want to. If you want to have the ultimate idiot proof margarita,

  just get fresca h skin margarita. This is how we do them. I

  mean a little little tuila fresca wedge of lime. Boom, you're done.

  And I actually kind of like those better sometimes than all of the margarita mixes

  until last summer when you decided to bring summer lakes. And now I'm going

  there is nothing better than this. Yeah, I had to bring it today

  because it's so good. They have four flavors or four styles. They have

  a bootleg which I did not bring, but that one's awesome with gin.

  That's the one where you make that one and you're sitting at the on your

  patio or at the lake seat belt, helmet, mouthguard, because James,

  we forgot those items today. Margaritis. If you want a puloma, which

  is basically great fruit based kind of teuila drink, you buy one of these

  jugs are frozen. You have to thought so today. If you buy one,

  just set it out, put it in the sink with water just to

  start to thought out. But it's it's one and a half to two ounces

  of tequila and a glass usually a twelve ounce glass, two thirds full ice,

  five ounces of club soda, and then two ounces of or lakes on

  top. You stir it up. I mean it's that simple, insane the

  flavor profile on these and you guys have them so people aren't confused when you

  go into Happy Harry's on nineteenth and forty fifth because that's where they're only available.
