- 0:00SPEAKER_05: Nacho has law followers.
- 0:02SPEAKER_05: Travis has law followers.
- 0:04SPEAKER_05: People are going to use you for your followers.
- 0:07SPEAKER_05: Shauna, you're out there, you own the DOS house.
- 0:10SPEAKER_05: And Danielle, I mean, it's people are going to use you because they want to get those clickbaits.
- 0:17SPEAKER_05: I know Danielle.
- 0:18SPEAKER_05: I know Shauna.
- 0:19SPEAKER_05: I know Nacho.
- 0:20SPEAKER_05: I know Travis.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:21SPEAKER_05: You have to recognize that.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm getting much better.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: She is getting much better at the beginning of that.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: But like, and it's not even about that.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: Like those things, I don't know that she really like that.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: That doesn't bother us either way.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Like, we know that there are going to be people that use us um because we actually own a haunted location and we, you know, so on and so forth.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: We have, you know, a good many followers.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: And I think w what really bothers her the most is that she truly does believe in humankind and that she wants them to be good people.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: And they start out that way.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: And then she forms a relationship with them or feelings about them.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: And then life keeps going, and they keep getting their stepping stones.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: And she's okay with that because they're my friend.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: They're my friend.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: They're my friend.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: And you know, a lot of times it doesn't end up that way.
- 1:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: And then what pisses me off the most is that it it hurts her heart because she has a good heart.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: She has genuinely a good heart.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: And then her good heart is hurt.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: And then my Virgo ass wants to go beat people up.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: Some of those people are probably on my list as well.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: So it doesn't matter, honestly, like the paranormal world.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: Like when you're introduced to that world and it becomes a bigger part of your life, you realize that just like high school?
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: Honestly.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: Like that there are shitty people.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: But there are they're just you know, there's shitty people everywhere.
- 2:22SPEAKER_03: It's the people that you like you said, it's all about the people that you surround yourself with.
- 2:27SPEAKER_03: Correct.
- 2:27SPEAKER_03: And it's it's all in the company you keep.
- 2:30SPEAKER_03: And I do believe that.
- 2:31unknown: Yeah.
- 2:32SPEAKER_03: And I've I have met some incredible, incredible people that I've been stopping myself and saying, okay, how do I really feel about this?
- 2:43SPEAKER_03: And then it's basically okay, well, that's a them problem, not a me problem.
- 2:47SPEAKER_03: And that's how I'm able to move forward.
- 2:49SPEAKER_06: I have to wait for Deb to say, you know what, that they're they're shut off.
- 2:53SPEAKER_06: And then I'm like, Yeah, you're you're right.
- 2:55SPEAKER_06: They're they're shut off.
- 2:56SPEAKER_06: I can I can't I can't continue.
- 2:58SPEAKER_06: But you know, the stubborn is me just says, well, give them another shot.
- 3:01SPEAKER_06: You know, maybe that wasn't what they meant.
- 3:03SPEAKER_05: You know, I invited Shauna first on a show way back when.
- 3:08SPEAKER_05: I I want to say way back when because my podcast has only been a year, but it feels like way back when.
- 3:13SPEAKER_05: But I heard a lot about her, you know, a lot of people talked about Shauna, Shauna, Shauna, Shauna, Shauna, you know, and it was like, okay, I gotta have her on the show.
- 3:25SPEAKER_05: Let's talk about the DOS house.
- 3:26SPEAKER_05: You guys just you know started up, and like I said before on the first show, it's like you guys took off, like it was DOS house, then bam, DOS house.
- 3:36SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, everybody was talking about the DOS house.
- 3:39SPEAKER_05: I told you on the first show, it's because of you.
- 3:43SPEAKER_03: You know, I think because my intention is true, and my my heart for why I wanted this the DOS house to be is true, right?
- 3:52SPEAKER_03: And yeah, in truth comes success, I guess you could say, and you know, being humble within yourself and yeah, like I said, you know, not just speaking the words but following them with actions goes a long way.
- 4:11SPEAKER_05: And if people don't agree with your actions, you just move on.
- 4:16SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 4:17SPEAKER_05: That's what the important part is.
- 4:19SPEAKER_06: It's easier said than done though, right?
- 4:22SPEAKER_06: For some of us, for some of us it is well, but but for some of us it is because we we we want to believe that this person is better than this, and that we can figure out why this happened and we can fix it.
- 4:37SPEAKER_06: Because that's what we we're people pleasers and that's what we do.
- 4:40SPEAKER_06: It takes a lot for us to say it's time to move on.
- 4:44SPEAKER_05: We're going down down the wrong rabbit hole here.
- 4:47SPEAKER_03: That's the fifth time he said that.
- 4:49SPEAKER_03: Whatever we go down squishy road, you're going down a wrong room.
- 4:55SPEAKER_05: There's billions of people in this world.
- 5:01SPEAKER_05: If you don't get along, it doesn't mean other people don't get along with that person.
- 5:06SPEAKER_04: Oh, right, absolutely.
- 5:07SPEAKER_05: So each is their own.
- 5:09SPEAKER_05: So move on.
- 5:10SPEAKER_05: Yep, have a good time.
- 5:12SPEAKER_05: Yeah, life is short.
- 5:14SPEAKER_05: Live it.
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: Amen to that.
- 5:16SPEAKER_03: Amen to that.
- 5:17SPEAKER_05: And that's how I live my life.
- 5:19SPEAKER_05: I mean, I just move on.
- 5:20SPEAKER_05: I mean, people ask me how my podcast does, but I just wing the shit out of it.
- 5:25SPEAKER_05: I'm not gonna lie.
- 5:26SPEAKER_05: I don't make stuff up.
- 5:27SPEAKER_05: You're just being you, I'm authenticing you.
- 5:31SPEAKER_05: And you know, I had the GI brothers on the other day.
- 5:36SPEAKER_05: Sorry, I'm drinking a lot of spirits tonight, so I think that's your name.
- 5:39SPEAKER_05: But I mean they said straight up, I understand why people like you.
- 5:45SPEAKER_05: I said, I don't know why.
- 5:47SPEAKER_05: I don't even know my answer.
- 5:49SPEAKER_05: I have no clue.
- 5:52SPEAKER_05: I'm just me.
- 5:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah, if that works, that works.
- 5:56SPEAKER_06: That's the thing.
- 5:57SPEAKER_06: You are you, you're you're you're not pretending to be somebody that you're not, and that's that is why there's too many people that are not genuine.
- 6:06SPEAKER_05: All right, and like you said, about the clicks and the follows, they're fake.
- 6:10SPEAKER_05: You know, most of them are fake.
- 6:12SPEAKER_05: Have at it, have fun, have a good time.
- 6:17SPEAKER_05: I'm here about I'm gonna have to promoting keep it real.
- 6:24SPEAKER_05: And Travis, who's not talking.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: I've been talking sometimes, all right.
- 6:31SPEAKER_06: Look, he talked the entire last podcast.
- 6:33SPEAKER_06: We we we get a little time in this one.
- 6:36SPEAKER_05: Yeah, actually, Justin talked the whole time.
- 6:38SPEAKER_06: I know, I I had some questions, but Johnson just love it.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: Well, y'all need to get out to the DOS house soon, and we so hope we will we understand Ryan can't make it to creepy restaurant.
- 6:54SPEAKER_05: I mean you never know.
- 6:56SPEAKER_03: In big, big trouble, and that's fine.
- 6:58SPEAKER_03: That is we understand, but you other two, well, I mean, know it naturally, I know you'll be there.
- 7:03SPEAKER_03: Travis, I'll be there.
- 7:04SPEAKER_03: We'll see you there.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: We'll see what I can do and everything with my work schedule.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: You I mean, if I if I can't make it to the the festival and stuff, we're definitely gonna be uh coming there for investigation.
- 7:16SPEAKER_06: Perfect, yeah.
- 7:17SPEAKER_06: Perfect.
- 7:18SPEAKER_06: You come, you're staying with me.
- 7:19SPEAKER_06: So we got we got rooms, so you can come stay with us.
- 7:23SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: I already got it hooked up for you, see?
- 7:27SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah.
- 7:28SPEAKER_02: But yeah, it's gonna be awesome.
- 7:30SPEAKER_02: Super excited.
- 7:32SPEAKER_05: So you mentioned that it won't be at the old Stone Joe next year.
- 7:38SPEAKER_04: No.
- 7:39SPEAKER_05: Do you have a place in I don't know, give trade secrets out?
- 7:46SPEAKER_03: There's no secrets.
- 7:47SPEAKER_03: This this is gonna be it.
- 7:49SPEAKER_03: This is it.
- 7:50SPEAKER_03: One last hurrah.
- 7:52SPEAKER_03: One last hurrah, and it's gonna be a good one.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: You should wait till it's over with before you say that.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: I mean, you you said that about the last year and everything, and look, year two.
- 8:05SPEAKER_03: Here, here's the thing.
- 8:06SPEAKER_03: If I had a committee of folks that would actually help me do this and stay true to their word, and and because this is too much for one person.
- 8:19SPEAKER_04: Oh, really?
- 8:21SPEAKER_03: It really truly is, and you know that I expressed that immensely in the beginning, and this is a representation of my mother, so it's going to be to the full fullest of extent that I can to represent my mother.
- 8:39SPEAKER_03: And I've just learned like, and I don't mean this to sound ignorant, but there's just some people that don't have the work ethic or the drive for this, so their the commitment isn't there, and I don't want it to ever get to a point that I am feeling like I'm letting my mother down.
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: Um, so what better way to do that than to end it on a note where I know without a doubt it's going to be incredible, it's going to be amazing.
- 9:05SPEAKER_03: And I want to do things in the field and for the community in other ways.
- 9:10SPEAKER_03: Like, there's more ways to give back and do good and support charities than just a pair, yeah, than just a festival.
- 9:18SPEAKER_03: So, like having private events with these guests at the DOS house, like that's a huge goal for us.
- 9:24SPEAKER_03: Um, and making keeping it super affordable, affordable so people can come and enjoy these things, or supporting other people's paracons and events so that they're not having to cancel them and they can be successful and helping them if they need it, like those types of things.
- 9:40SPEAKER_03: I can accomplish all of the things that this three-day festival is doing in a million other ways.
- 9:47SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I think you're kind of like me, you have a picture of what you think it should be.
- 9:56SPEAKER_05: And when you ask for help outside and they don't see that same picture, there's an issue, right?
- 10:04SPEAKER_05: I'm the same way, yeah.
- 10:07SPEAKER_03: So it's that way to a certain degree, but um even just helping promote, and I'm not saying people have not helped me, there has been people that absolutely have helped me, not to the degree that I have um needed to give me little reprieve so that I'm not sitting.
- 10:30SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying, like, because to run something like this, it like I'm not even Bojit, you know, like it takes all of your day or it's I've been uh with our fire department, we're active with some of the towns, festivals that go on, and I mean uh like uh we're we're we're big in the Gore Festival that's been brought back to this be the fifth year, and I mean as soon as it ends, the very next day it's starting all over again.
- 11:00SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 11:01SPEAKER_03: And we want to do we want to get out into the we had an amazing time at Pennhurst, like we met like that.
- 11:17SPEAKER_03: Um, so yeah, I yeah, I get that.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, not trying to force or anything, but I mean, I know you say you can't see the comments, but they're you you do have a couple people on the comment section that said there's going to be and everything.
- 11:33SPEAKER_06: There's there's Deb, and you know, Ashley and Mike are right there.
- 11:37SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's probably Ashley would be subtle.
- 11:45SPEAKER_03: They have helped me a lot.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: Like I said in the beginning of the podcast, like without them a lot of these things would not have gotten done.
- 11:53SPEAKER_03: And but it's not that I'm saying that nobody has helped, but it just hasn't been to the magnitude that I knew that I was going to need so that I could still have some time with my family and run our 32-acre farm without having to, you know, scramble and two, three hours a night of sleep if I'm lucky.
- 12:12SPEAKER_03: Um, on top of promoting the DOS house, keeping because we all know if that falls off, you fall off.
- 12:19SPEAKER_03: So you yeah, you have to stay on top of all of the things and promoting all the events and you know getting as much exposure to all these things as you can is a lot, it's a lot for one person.
- 12:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I I'm still gonna do all the things, support all the people, and put uh we do uh Hams for Holly for Thanksgiving.
- 12:36SPEAKER_03: We do um a Christmas toy giveaway to families in need with Bub After Dark with the Grinch at the DOS house.
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Like there's so many things that we can do to give back to the community, and we're gonna keep doing those things.
- 12:50SPEAKER_05: No, I mean you gotta do what's best for the community, what's best for you, families first.
- 12:56SPEAKER_05: That's the main thing.
- 12:57SPEAKER_05: 32 acre farm.
- 12:59SPEAKER_05: It's a lot, man.
- 13:01SPEAKER_04: It's a lot, yeah.
- 13:03SPEAKER_05: Uh you know, keep in touch with me about your Christmas stuff.
- 13:06SPEAKER_05: Absolutely.
- 13:07SPEAKER_05: I'm willing to donate whatever you need for that.
- 13:10SPEAKER_03: Awesome, thank you.
- 13:11SPEAKER_05: We will make that happen.
- 13:13SPEAKER_05: I always wonder this like okay, festival is done each night.
- 13:19SPEAKER_05: How do you wind down?
- 13:21SPEAKER_03: You don't, you don't, you don't trash even after everybody else leaves, we're there picking up trash, making sure everything's ready to roll for the next day, and we get then the festival happens, you know, making sure everything's okay and everybody's on time and keeping so Nacho, you better stay on time.
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, keeping things moving smoothly, keeping people moving, organizing, watching for lines, what you know, making sure there's coolers of water everywhere for everybody at any time that they need it, you know, just all of those, all of those little things, just implementing, and then you know, then we go into the events.
- 14:03SPEAKER_03: And now with us wanting to participate in some of them, you know, hey, making sure each person knows their their job for that event and uh making sure it's successful and nobody gets hurt and you know, everybody's having a great time, and then rotating in enough time for the next group to come on through.
- 14:21SPEAKER_03: So it's nonstop, and especially when you're trying to run those things in two separate locations both nights, and then those two nights are over, and then boom, we're over at the DOS house for tattoos and mediumship readings on Sunday, and then we have been blessed this year that Miss Patty um is staying an extra day in town just for us to um experience the DOS house with Just Danielle and I.
- 14:46SPEAKER_03: So we're super, super excited about that.
- 14:50SPEAKER_03: Um so yeah, and then it will be.
- 14:53SPEAKER_03: I think the night we sit down with Patty will probably be like, ugh, yeah.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: Patty, I'm just gonna sit here for a minute.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: We just sit here and quiet for a second.
- 15:06SPEAKER_03: She'll be like, girls, yeah.
- 15:08SPEAKER_03: She'll be like, this is why I love you both so much.
- 15:14SPEAKER_03: We just sit here and listen to that.
- 15:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she's amazing.
- 15:18SPEAKER_03: So yeah, it'll probably be about like days.
- 15:26SPEAKER_03: Sunday.
- 15:28SPEAKER_05: Sunday.
- 15:30SPEAKER_03: I'd say last year, Friday night.
- 15:31SPEAKER_03: I think we got about a two and a half hour nap Friday night.
- 15:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we went at it all day on Saturday, and we made it to bed.
- 15:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we made it to bed by about 3 a.m.
- 15:42SPEAKER_03: We were back up at 7 at 7 and back to the jail for cleanup, and then it was taking everybody to the airports.
- 15:49SPEAKER_03: Um, and then it wasn't until probably early Monday morning where we finally got to be able to do that.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: I think we actually, yeah, I think we went to sleep and we actually slept until like 10 or 11 Monday morning, and then I got up and I had to drive back.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: She had to drive back for work for work.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:11SPEAKER_03: So, Travis, good luck, buddy.
- 16:15SPEAKER_03: I believe in you, I'm here for you.
- 16:19SPEAKER_06: Travis, you're gonna bring Cryptic Reel next year, huh?
- 16:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he is.
- 16:24SPEAKER_06: I mean, I'll help.
- 16:28SPEAKER_03: I mean, you gotta take it or leave it.
- 16:30SPEAKER_03: You gotta take the whole thing.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't I don't know if uh our our little town be good for it and everything.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Broadwell's not that very big, and it's just one location close here.
- 16:44SPEAKER_03: One small town at a time.
- 16:48SPEAKER_05: That's what it is.
- 16:49SPEAKER_05: I mean how we conquer the world.
- 16:51SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 16:52SPEAKER_05: I mean, do you ask for volunteers?
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: Oh, absolutely.
- 16:56SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 16:57SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 16:59SPEAKER_05: I've been trying to keep up on your social media.
- 17:04SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, definitely spread the word about that.
- 17:06SPEAKER_03: Um, they actually right now they're actually done now.
- 17:10SPEAKER_03: Um, there was a security meeting tonight with a whole bunch of gentlemen that donated to help their time to uh help with that.
- 17:18SPEAKER_03: Um, so that was organized tonight.
- 17:20SPEAKER_03: Quite a few of our friends and family helping with like vendor check-in.
- 17:24SPEAKER_03: Um now we need to find somebody to delegate for the doll museum, um, people to sit at our table so that we can actually be out making sure everybody's okay, keeping things, you know, moving.
- 17:38SPEAKER_03: And um, the owner of the jail usually has a couple people on hand to give, you know, help out if needed.
- 17:46SPEAKER_03: Um, yeah.
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: But it's for the most part, it's it's just us.
- 17:53SPEAKER_05: It's just us, that's it.
- 17:55SPEAKER_03: Mostly just us.
- 17:56SPEAKER_03: A couple of our close friends and family.
- 17:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 17:59SPEAKER_03: Mike and Ashley, diehards, they're there no matter what.
- 18:03SPEAKER_03: They don't they don't care what's happening.
- 18:06SPEAKER_03: You need something from them, man.
- 18:09SPEAKER_03: They're they're amazing folks, biggest hearted hearted people.
- 18:14SPEAKER_03: They will be there for uh me, us, no matter what, no questions asked.
- 18:20SPEAKER_05: I mean, I think a lot of people would be there for you, yeah.
- 18:24SPEAKER_05: Um, from the community that I've talked to.
- 18:27SPEAKER_05: But if this is your last year doing this, obviously we hope not.
- 18:32SPEAKER_05: But kind of sounds like you made up your mind already.
- 18:35SPEAKER_05: Like it is.
- 18:37SPEAKER_03: If it is your and I'm sure the owner of the jail will do something, like you know, because this is it's a great place to do something for like this for the community.
- 18:45SPEAKER_03: So I'm sure he will continue to do things like this.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: New bug, yeah, ants.
- 18:53SPEAKER_05: Ants.
- 18:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:58SPEAKER_05: No, I mean, hopefully it's not your last year doing this, but if it is, it sounds like it's gonna be a great one.
- 19:05SPEAKER_05: Yes, yeah, that's the whole that matters.
- 19:09SPEAKER_05: Never know.
- 19:09SPEAKER_05: I might drive down for a couple hours.
- 19:12SPEAKER_05: Maybe you should.
- 19:14SPEAKER_05: Maybe I should.
- 19:15SPEAKER_05: We'll see how much trouble I'll get into.
- 19:18SPEAKER_03: We'll make sure we add you on to the end of Nacho's already loaded podcast.
- 19:22SPEAKER_06: I'm just gonna say bring an extra microphone with you because you can help.
- 19:26SPEAKER_05: Oh no.
- 19:28SPEAKER_06: You're coming, you want us to work.
- 19:30SPEAKER_05: I'm doing a Gegsberg Para Jam.
- 19:32SPEAKER_05: I'm not even taking a microphone.
- 19:35SPEAKER_05: Like I am not doing podcasts.
- 19:38SPEAKER_03: I'd like to get down there and just enjoy the festivities of that this year.
- 19:41SPEAKER_03: I'm really hoping to.
- 19:42SPEAKER_03: Agreed.
- 19:43SPEAKER_05: Yeah, um, hopefully next, I mean, honestly, me personally, I'm doing a lot more paracons next year than investigations.
- 19:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 19:50SPEAKER_05: Because I like this stuff.
- 19:52SPEAKER_05: You know, talking to people.
- 19:55SPEAKER_05: That's the way I'm going in my life.
- 19:58SPEAKER_05: You know, Salt City, New Orleans, that's what I'm gonna do next year.
- 20:01SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but I mean again, charity-wise, you can help out a lot more doing those type things.
- 20:10SPEAKER_05: But I'm hoping no, I'm gonna jump on Nacho's podcast.
- 20:15SPEAKER_05: That's his.
- 20:17SPEAKER_05: That's his baby.
- 20:19SPEAKER_06: 3 30, you'll you'll be you'll be the last guest.
- 20:24SPEAKER_05: Um, I'm already a guest speaker at Cleveland Paracon.
- 20:28SPEAKER_05: No idea why.
- 20:30SPEAKER_05: I am nervous as hell about that.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: So Yeah, just be you.
- 20:34SPEAKER_05: Yep, just be you.
- 20:36SPEAKER_05: Just be you.
- 20:37SPEAKER_05: It's easier when people are talking to me.
- 20:39SPEAKER_05: Agreed.
- 20:40SPEAKER_05: I suck.
- 20:42SPEAKER_03: Then just ask a lot of questions.
- 20:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:45SPEAKER_05: I figure I'd just go on there and say all ghosts are fake and walk off the stage.
- 20:51SPEAKER_05: I fear dolls, you know.
- 20:53SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 20:54SPEAKER_06: Who's gonna say what your shirt scream I love orbs?
- 21:01SPEAKER_05: I'm hoping no one shows up.
- 21:04SPEAKER_05: I'm hoping no one shows up.
- 21:05SPEAKER_05: That's what I'm hoping.
- 21:08SPEAKER_06: Oh no, we've been recruiting people.
- 21:11SPEAKER_05: No, you have it, don't lie.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: They're coming now.
- 21:19SPEAKER_05: No, I mean, again, I'm excited for this creep it reel.
- 21:22SPEAKER_05: It seems like it's gonna be very awesome this year.
- 21:24SPEAKER_05: Um, you got a lot of great vendors.
- 21:27SPEAKER_05: Oh, there's the Cindy.
- 21:31SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, the Ross, Cindy from the Ross house will be there.
- 21:34SPEAKER_03: Super excited to hang out with her.
- 21:37SPEAKER_03: I'm just excited to in general, it's gonna be awesome.
- 21:40SPEAKER_05: And that's what has to stake about running this is like you just want to go talk to everybody.
- 21:46SPEAKER_05: Yeah, literally.
- 21:48SPEAKER_03: And you don't have to I'm doing that this year, like I'm making the time to do that this year, no matter what.
- 21:54SPEAKER_03: I literally don't I can't remember 10% of last year.
- 21:59SPEAKER_03: So I I am making it a point to be able to be a part of this experience this year.
- 22:04SPEAKER_03: Like I told you, we're doing the Jason Voorhees thing for like I'm gonna be the screaming bitch running out of there.
- 22:11SPEAKER_03: Like this is what's gonna happen.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: She's not wrong.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: Yes, see, I'm so glad I can download the footage of my that camera tonight.
- 22:29SPEAKER_05: How far is a DOS house from maybe 10 minutes?
- 22:34SPEAKER_05: Matt jail.
- 22:36SPEAKER_05: Yeah, they're right next door to show right there.
- 22:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's not far at all.
- 22:41SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I didn't I didn't know that because I've never done the jail before.
- 22:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's a summertime spot for sure.
- 22:49SPEAKER_03: Because even in the summertime, it's cool, like because it's all stone.
- 22:53SPEAKER_03: So, but yeah, it's a cool place.
- 22:56SPEAKER_03: Very cool place.
- 22:57SPEAKER_03: Nacho, have you been there?
- 22:59SPEAKER_03: Yep, yeah, it's a cool place.
- 23:02SPEAKER_05: See, I'm a Madison Seminary guy, everybody knows that.
- 23:05SPEAKER_05: I love that place.
- 23:06SPEAKER_03: I love the infirmary too.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: I want to go back to both of them something fierce.
- 23:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:11SPEAKER_05: Oh oh, he's he's a great guy.
- 23:13SPEAKER_05: Agreed.
- 23:14SPEAKER_05: I mean, it's he's coming on the show July 13th.
- 23:18SPEAKER_05: Awesome.
- 23:18SPEAKER_05: Oh, nice.
- 23:19SPEAKER_03: He actually um helped us out a lot to get started.
- 23:23SPEAKER_03: We actually ended up at Madison by fluke because we were supposed to go to the infirmary, and the fire alarms wouldn't go off, they wouldn't turn off.
- 23:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they wouldn't have to go.
- 23:33SPEAKER_03: So he moved us over to Madison, and we we met him for the first time, and we sat outside with him for about two, three hours talking about you know, us, you know, just getting the DOS house, and he gave us so much amazing advice that you know, thanks to him a lot because I was clueless to a lot of things, and he did he helped me out a lot.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: He's a he's a good he's a good guy.
- 23:58SPEAKER_03: Haven't spoken to him since, but he did help us out a lot.
- 24:02SPEAKER_05: Yeah, that time guy cares about the paranormal community and the historic of the buildings, the history of the buildings.
- 24:09SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but you can never just talk to Adam for a half hour, you know.
- 24:13SPEAKER_03: Well, and he's doing the work, like I'm seeing him, like he's repairing the buildings, he's actually restoring these facilities, and you know that's what I love seeing, you know, like we said earlier, you know, speaking and following through with your actions, you know, proving yourself with actions is huge.
- 24:31SPEAKER_05: And he does, and I respect all the owners.
- 24:34SPEAKER_05: You know, Cindy's another one that does a lot of work and 100% she does, yeah.
- 24:39SPEAKER_05: You guys do.
- 24:41SPEAKER_05: I mean, that's what's about.
- 24:43SPEAKER_05: It's about keeping these historical places alive.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Agreed.
- 24:49SPEAKER_05: Um, Travis can probably chime in on this because you guys do a lot of work at Broadwell, yeah.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: Also, and uh I mean we we just just started and everything, and the owner when he bought it uh back in 2015.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: I mean, it uh before he knew its history and it being haunted and stuff, they was planning on moving in and everything, and it uh the state of decay it was in because it sat vacant for years.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: He he thought about tearing it down and rebuilding, and he decided to start remodeling it and everything, and that's when the activity, of course, really ramped up.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: But he he's done a lot of work, and we we've been happy since we uh got into this journey and really helped uh start helping him and everything.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: He's turning it his ultimate goal, is still running as a paranormal location, but also have it as a haunted bed and breakfast.
- 25:41SPEAKER_05: Cool.
- 25:42SPEAKER_02: Love that.
- 25:43SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, it's all about community get together, help out.
- 25:48SPEAKER_05: Absolutely, that's a big thing.
- 25:50SPEAKER_05: Like I'm supposed to be going to Madison, helping out before the Matcon, you know, Jeff Fent, help him out and do whatever he does.
- 25:58SPEAKER_05: Sweep, I'll sweep floors, I don't care.
- 26:02SPEAKER_05: That's what it's all about.
- 26:05SPEAKER_05: All right, that's it.
- 26:07SPEAKER_05: We're our 50 minutes in, we're not breaking any records tonight.
- 26:12SPEAKER_03: We appreciate you having us on, though.

- 26:34SPEAKER_05: Just saying, we're hoping not.
- 26:40SPEAKER_04: I'm not hearing you, I'm not hearing you.
- 26:44SPEAKER_05: Nacho, on your last words of wisdom.
- 26:48SPEAKER_06: Um, I'll see you in a week.
- 26:51SPEAKER_06: No, um, no, I don't have any whips wisdom to go.
- 26:56SPEAKER_06: No wisdom for me whatsoever.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: All right, Travis.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: Keep doing what you guys are doing.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: And everything I mean.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: You said my saying.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: Keep doing what you're doing.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: If this is the last year and everything, it sounds like it's gonna be one hell of a hoorah and everything, and excited to see what goes on after that and everything, and all that your guys' plans that you already talked about on still making it work.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: So keep doing it.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 27:25SPEAKER_05: I appreciate everybody jumping on.
- 27:28SPEAKER_05: Cindy, I know you're late to the show, you fell asleep.
- 27:30SPEAKER_05: It happens.
