- 0:07Speaker 1: From carrying each other to and Natty to carrying each other.
- 0:12Speaker 3: On the air, there's.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Control live from the Mercedes Benz Baton Rouge studio.
- 0:21Speaker 4: It's off the bench.
- 0:41Speaker 5: All right, welcome back in our number three of ot
- 0:44Speaker 5: B here on one O four five espn ben Rouge.
- 0:47Speaker 6: You need to get rid of these chairs. These chairs
- 0:49Speaker 6: are worthless. They always go down and they're just in
- 0:52Speaker 6: the way. We have so much more room for activities
- 0:55Speaker 6: if we just get rid of the chairs. So Hunt Moscona,
- 0:58Speaker 6: you gotta stand up. We gotta get out of get
- 1:01Speaker 6: the chairs out of here.
- 1:02Speaker 7: We do like to sit every now and then do
- 1:04Speaker 7: it without chairs. No, I was just get one of that.
- 1:07Speaker 8: Like tea.
- 1:07Speaker 6: Bob and I stood six months at one period every
- 1:10Speaker 6: day for six months we stood the whole show.
- 1:13Speaker 8: That's my challenge to you, sir.
- 1:14Speaker 7: I mean we've stood for the whole show multiple times.
- 1:18Speaker 8: I need six months from you. I need all the
- 1:19Speaker 8: football season from this.
- 1:21Speaker 6: Day right here, this time nine o two on August
- 1:24Speaker 6: of twenty eighth, the year of our Lord twenty twenty five.
- 1:27Speaker 7: I feel like when I stand, I hit the mic more.
- 1:29Speaker 6: But you, buddy, I hate to tell you hit the
- 1:31Speaker 6: mic all the time regardless.
- 1:34Speaker 7: Yeah, it's okay, need a tougher mic. I'm just gritty.
- 1:38Speaker 8: I've always said that about you, all right, before.
- 1:42Speaker 7: We get hit anybody in practice, Yeah, we saw your
- 1:45Speaker 7: personal protector before we get to big dealer, No big deal.
- 1:49Speaker 6: I do want to give you at least one of
- 1:51Speaker 6: my bold predictions bringing on. And you'll tell me if
- 1:55Speaker 6: this is bald or not, because I feel like it is.
- 1:59Speaker 6: But maybe you'll just Gree's not a great way to start.
- 2:01Speaker 6: I'm just saying I want I wanted to be out there.
- 2:03Speaker 6: I want the rules to be out there.
- 2:05Speaker 8: It's going to be borderline.
- 2:07Speaker 6: I think that a team from the sun Belt Conference
- 2:12Speaker 6: will make the Couge Football Playoff.
- 2:14Speaker 9: That I think, see, I think they get the group
- 2:21Speaker 9: of six spot the sun Belt Conference Appalachian State, Coastal Carolina, Georgia,
- 2:25Speaker 9: Southern Georgia State, James Madison Marshall, Old Dominion, Arkansas State,
- 2:30Speaker 9: Louisiana Lafayette, South Alabama, Southern miss Texas State, Troy, and
- 2:34Speaker 9: Louisiana Monroe. Yeah that's pretty Yeah.
- 2:41Speaker 2: The Dukes.
- 2:42Speaker 6: Now, I'll be honest, I think the only reason that
- 2:45Speaker 6: they don't get more consideration is kind of like we
- 2:47Speaker 6: talk about with the Big Twelve.
- 2:49Speaker 8: Got a lot of good teams beat each other and
- 2:51Speaker 8: beat each other up.
- 2:52Speaker 6: And now you're looking up and everybody's nine and three
- 2:55Speaker 6: and nobody's eleven and one.
- 2:57Speaker 4: There's like a lot of parody in the sun Belt
- 2:59Speaker 4: very much.
- 3:00Speaker 6: So, I mean, think about no talking about think about
- 3:04Speaker 6: the Giant Slayers. They have Appalachian State beating Texas A
- 3:07Speaker 6: and m Coastal Carolina. How many teams they've taken down
- 3:10Speaker 6: in their short history as a program.
- 3:13Speaker 8: We all know Troy came here and beat l s U.
- 3:15Speaker 6: James Madison has certainly done it to multiple teams before
- 3:18Speaker 6: as well.
- 3:19Speaker 8: I'm just saying, I.
- 3:20Speaker 7: Like it, let's go, that's you said bold, you favor Like,
- 3:25Speaker 7: how uh.
- 3:27Speaker 8: They get bolderick know jeez Taylor, Well.
- 3:31Speaker 10: No, he didn't nothing like be like. But I'm just saying, like,
- 3:33Speaker 10: who's your favorite?
- 3:34Speaker 8: When the sun.
- 3:34Speaker 11: Belt the sun Belt, Texas State, that's.
- 3:40Speaker 6: Just the Texas coming out in you, I'll say, jmu,
- 3:44Speaker 6: I say jmu.
- 3:45Speaker 7: So they still actually have divisions. It doesn't matter though,
- 3:48Speaker 7: in the belt. So just one of your favorite doesn't matter,
- 3:51Speaker 7: you know what.
- 3:51Speaker 12: Yeh.
- 3:51Speaker 8: But if you're gonna if you look, if you're gonna
- 3:53Speaker 8: call me out, uh, I go.
- 3:55Speaker 6: Jmu wins the East and I think Louisiana Lafayette wins
- 3:58Speaker 6: the West and jmu wins the conference.
- 4:01Speaker 8: How about that? It ain't no guess that's what's going
- 4:03Speaker 8: to be. We should we should get that little clip
- 4:06Speaker 8: play it. We make predictions.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Okay, okay, okay, I'm typing. So it was like a.
- 4:18Speaker 8: Pet. Anybody want to get any more bull predictions out
- 4:22Speaker 8: before we get to a big deal. I got many
- 4:24Speaker 8: of them. I got lots more.
- 4:25Speaker 4: US one more, one more.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Yeah, what you said?
- 4:29Speaker 7: Kansas City Chiefs don't make the playoffs.
- 4:31Speaker 10: Wa It kind of goes with mine. I picked them
- 4:35Speaker 10: to not win their division a couple weeks ago.
- 4:37Speaker 7: Don't make the playoffs. I don't really have to foot
- 4:40Speaker 7: the stand on this. Their number one receiver is out
- 4:43Speaker 7: because he did illegal things.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Tris Kelsey's washed.
- 4:45Speaker 7: Travis Kelsey's getting gage.
- 4:47Speaker 6: He's too focused about did illegal things.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Like some very serious illegal things.
- 4:55Speaker 8: Yeah. I don't even know what he did either, She ri, Yeah.
- 5:00Speaker 11: He was in that accident where that killing a girl
- 5:05Speaker 11: and her dog?
- 5:06Speaker 4: Isn't it the biggest one?
- 5:08Speaker 10: No?
- 5:08Speaker 2: That was rugs.
- 5:09Speaker 11: Okay, true, but still Rashi Rice.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Was in a Rug's gotten a little bit of trouble too.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but he's out for seven games.
- 5:17Speaker 8: It's illegal.
- 5:18Speaker 4: That's actually I don't I don't know where is it.
- 5:23Speaker 10: Maybe they they don't make the playoffs, don't make the playoffs.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Older than mine. I'm just not high on the Chiefs
- 5:31Speaker 4: this season. I wasn't rare.
- 5:32Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, for sure, I agree. Yeah, Okay, their division
- 5:35Speaker 7: is down.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Yeah, it's bold.
- 5:37Speaker 10: Hell man, we can do a big deal or no
- 5:39Speaker 10: big deal. Whenever I got a bold prediction that kind
- 5:41Speaker 10: of goes directly in line with yours. The Commanders have
- 5:45Speaker 10: missed the playoffs in twenty twenty five. I understand they
- 5:48Speaker 10: went on their run. I get that they went on
- 5:51Speaker 10: their run. They made it to the NFC Championship. I'm
- 5:53Speaker 10: going to give you a list of quarterbacks in the
- 5:56Speaker 10: NFC that the Washington Commanders face last year. They're not
- 5:59Speaker 10: that luck this year. Okay, So they faced Baker and
- 6:01Speaker 10: Jalen Hurts, but they went zero to two against them. Okay,
- 6:05Speaker 10: you take them out. Daniel Jones twice, Kyler Murray, Bryce Young,
- 6:09Speaker 10: Caleb Williams, Cooper Rush, Jay Cane or Kenny Pickett, Michael
- 6:13Speaker 10: pennock' Trey Lance.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Those are the NFC quarterbacks that they played last year.
- 6:17Speaker 6: You said a lot of quarterbacks like Caleb Williams and
- 6:19Speaker 6: Michael PENNIGX that we don't know, like that's not like
- 6:23Speaker 6: a dig like.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Last year.
- 6:26Speaker 10: They're probably better this year too. You played Michael Pennocks
- 6:32Speaker 10: at one of his first NFL starts. And then if
- 6:35Speaker 10: you want to go look at the AFC quarterbacks they played.
- 6:38Speaker 10: Lamar lost that game. You beat Deshaun Watson, who gives
- 6:42Speaker 10: a crap about that, and you did beat Joe Burrow.
- 6:45Speaker 10: So if you want to look at the four quarterbacks
- 6:47Speaker 10: they played last year that were established Burrow, Baker, Hurts,
- 6:51Speaker 10: Lamar Jackson, you went one and three against those four teams,
- 6:54Speaker 10: and then you beat up on the guys like you
- 6:56Speaker 10: got lucky. You didn't play Dak twice, you played Cooper
- 6:59Speaker 10: Rush this second time. You didn't play Jalen Hurts twice,
- 7:02Speaker 10: you played Kenny Pickett, You played against Jake Hayner. He
- 7:06Speaker 10: got the start that was his only start of the year.
- 7:07Speaker 10: Last year for the Saints, like they had some tough,
- 7:11Speaker 10: some lucky breaks. I'm not saying they're not a good team,
- 7:13Speaker 10: but they have to play a lot taller schedule this year,
- 7:17Speaker 10: a lot taller schedule this year.
- 7:18Speaker 7: I'm I'm listening to your breakdown here and I'm starting
- 7:22Speaker 7: to think it might not be that bold of a prediction.
- 7:24Speaker 8: It's a big prediction like this year.
- 7:27Speaker 10: Jordan Love, Justin Herbert, Patrick Mahomes, Jared Goff, Bo Nicks.
- 7:35Speaker 6: You got, they got, they got a guy named j
- 7:37Speaker 6: D five to that, but they they got scary Terry Back.
- 7:42Speaker 13: And he's I mean, there's gonna be def They're gonna
- 7:47Speaker 13: people are gonna be fighting over NFC playoff spots because
- 7:51Speaker 13: of the NFC North, Right, the.
- 7:53Speaker 7: North, it's like the West and the af C. Yeah,
- 7:55Speaker 7: I mean the North is probably gonna get three teams
- 7:57Speaker 7: in so those those playoff spots if you're not and
- 8:02Speaker 7: of course, I mean the Eagles are gonna win that division,
- 8:07Speaker 7: not the Commanders, So they're gonna be fighting for a
- 8:10Speaker 7: wild card spot and it's gonna be few and far between.
- 8:13Speaker 7: So if they drop some of those close games, but
- 8:15Speaker 7: they do have that, it's a bad man JD five.
- 8:20Speaker 8: He is uh.
- 8:21Speaker 6: He's what we like to call an eraser when you
- 8:23Speaker 6: have problems eracism.
- 8:26Speaker 14: They made a movie about that, did they. It's called
- 8:29Speaker 14: the Eraser? Who is the eraser? It feels like Arnold.
- 8:36Speaker 14: I don't even well now it would be, but I
- 8:38Speaker 14: had to be Arnold back then. What was it, Ben Affleck,
- 8:41Speaker 14: I don't know you told me about. It's like a
- 8:43Speaker 14: sniper in one of those movies.
- 8:46Speaker 8: It's Arnold. It is Arnold, h I do.
- 8:53Speaker 6: I'd like they made some defensive moves for the commanders,
- 8:56Speaker 6: so they did jackhed Trey Amos like him.
- 9:00Speaker 8: You got Von Millers actually with the commanders.
- 9:03Speaker 4: I hope their defense is good. That's who I have fanta.
- 9:06Speaker 7: I would say, like a scale of boldness. The chiefs
- 9:09Speaker 7: not making it's probably like an eight. Commander's not making
- 9:12Speaker 7: it probably uh.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Six or seven?
- 9:15Speaker 8: Maybe five? Yeah, five? Maybe still bold?
- 9:22Speaker 6: Anybody else want to throw on out there. I'm enjoying this.
- 9:25Speaker 8: This is a big gil. I got a list, Go ahead,
- 9:28Speaker 8: I got a whole list. Lander. Do you have any more? Okay,
- 9:34Speaker 8: I've got one, So you go ahead and I'll go
- 9:37Speaker 8: after Ebo. This is bold. You ready? That's the whole segment.
- 9:41Speaker 7: Stetson Bennett will be at least for one game. We'll
- 9:47Speaker 7: start at quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys this year.
- 9:51Speaker 6: Stetson Bennett yep, who plays for the Rams, yep will
- 9:54Speaker 6: start a game for the Dallas Cowboys this year.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Elaborate it is on the team.
- 10:02Speaker 7: May yeah, here, there's more than three quarterbacks there. The
- 10:09Speaker 7: Cowboys are struggling at the backup quarterback position, They're struggling
- 10:13Speaker 7: at the starting the starting position. They're probably going to
- 10:17Speaker 7: be a disappointment this year. A lot of drama with
- 10:19Speaker 7: the Cowboys. Jerry needs to make a splash. Why not
- 10:22Speaker 7: bring in a guy that for the Cowboys whose first
- 10:25Speaker 7: name is a brand of cowboy hat.
- 10:28Speaker 8: So does it fit?
- 10:29Speaker 7: It fits, the name fits, I think the way he plays,
- 10:32Speaker 7: he's pretty scrappy. He's led all the passing categories in
- 10:36Speaker 7: preseason and has proven to be a pretty good little player.
- 10:40Speaker 7: And if you're looking to bring in somebody and solidify
- 10:42Speaker 7: a a backup quarterback position and have just recently come
- 10:48Speaker 7: into all these new draft picks for some reason, that
- 10:51Speaker 7: might happen. Trade Mike Parsons, maybe trade something for a
- 10:58Speaker 7: really competent backup quarterback, and if the season doesn't go
- 11:01Speaker 7: well for the Cowboys, I would say Stetsan Bennett might
- 11:04Speaker 7: be one of the best quarterbacks out there in a
- 11:06Speaker 7: team that has multiple quarterbacks, that would be the first
- 11:10Speaker 7: person to trade for right now, if you're looking for
- 11:12Speaker 7: some sort of backup.
- 11:14Speaker 10: I like it, except the trade and Michael part I
- 11:16Speaker 10: like it, yep. I mean, Joe Milton's your backup right now.
- 11:19Speaker 10: I don't look. People canna have whatever opinion of Joe
- 11:21Speaker 10: Milton minus always remained the same. I don't think Joe
- 11:23Speaker 10: Milton's a good quarterback. I mean, and if that goes down,
- 11:27Speaker 10: which he's gone down a lot the past couple of years,
- 11:31Speaker 10: who are you going to bring in Stetson?
- 11:33Speaker 15: Like?
- 11:33Speaker 8: I get it, so.
- 11:34Speaker 7: You're trying, you're starting trying to think if, like, if
- 11:36Speaker 7: that's even bold anymore?
- 11:38Speaker 10: It would be bold. The trade for him would be bold.
- 11:42Speaker 10: Him starting a game once he gets here not not
- 11:44Speaker 10: be bold.
- 11:45Speaker 8: It just fits.
- 11:46Speaker 7: His name fits with the Cowboys, and I think I
- 11:49Speaker 7: think Jerry kind of likes that type of deal man.
- 11:52Speaker 7: You're gonna sell tickets, why not have a guy named
- 11:56Speaker 7: Stetson starting as a quarterback for the Cowboys.
- 12:00Speaker 8: That's because the cowboy hats people.
- 12:02Speaker 4: It's kind of fake.
- 12:03Speaker 8: It is fake. Thank you.
- 12:08Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean you'd be back over. The Texans worked too, Yeah,
- 12:12Speaker 7: they're pretty So did I convince y'all? Did I convince anybody?
- 12:16Speaker 15: No?
- 12:16Speaker 8: It's bold because he's literally like he's not on the team.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I think.
- 12:21Speaker 8: Literally has he gets traded to the team and then.
- 12:24Speaker 7: A team that currently has three quarterbacks on the active roster.
- 12:28Speaker 7: Not unheard of that he they would trade somebody with you?
- 12:32Speaker 6: Okay, all right, hand would you like to go after
- 12:36Speaker 6: that bold prediction?
- 12:38Speaker 11: I have one, but this one is bold, and I
- 12:43Speaker 11: don't know if it's more bold than.
- 12:44Speaker 4: That one, but it's pretty bold.
- 12:47Speaker 11: So I think my bold prediction is that when you
- 12:50Speaker 11: were starts at least one game for the Miami Dolphins
- 12:53Speaker 11: this season and maybe becomes QB two instead of QB three,
- 12:59Speaker 11: and at that time to a tag of aloa hurt
- 13:02Speaker 11: because duh always hurt, and he just comes in and
- 13:06Speaker 11: like takes over Queen you Weres takes over to a
- 13:10Speaker 11: tag of.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Zach Wilson.
- 13:14Speaker 8: I actually kind of like that one. I think Quinn.
- 13:17Speaker 8: I'm I'm a big fan of Quinn.
- 13:19Speaker 4: I was saying this during the draft. To me, the
- 13:22Speaker 4: more egregious thing.
- 13:23Speaker 11: Everybody was complaining about Shador Sanders being drafted.
- 13:26Speaker 4: What fifth rounds? Yeah, fifth round.
- 13:29Speaker 11: To me, it was more egregious that Quinn you Weres
- 13:31Speaker 11: fell all the way to the seventh.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Why do you hate?
- 13:38Speaker 8: Sorry, Drake, Yeah, that's not that's not bad.
- 13:42Speaker 4: You're saying something.
- 13:43Speaker 6: No, No, I was agreeing with you. Yeah, like I
- 13:45Speaker 6: actually think that's I mean, were.
- 13:48Speaker 8: Very easily. I think that.
- 13:51Speaker 6: No, it's bold, but I'm saying, like, in my mind,
- 13:53Speaker 6: what I think of Quinn you we was like, if
- 13:55Speaker 6: he gets a chance, hey, actually.
- 13:57Speaker 2: He could go a yeah, and then I mean it
- 13:59Speaker 2: gets hurt all the time.
- 14:00Speaker 8: So like that.
- 14:01Speaker 7: The Dolphins, that whole staff being changed this year because
- 14:05Speaker 7: they look so good versus bad teams and looks so
- 14:08Speaker 7: bad versus good teams, Like they'll throw for a billion
- 14:11Speaker 7: yards one game, then throw for seven the next week.
- 14:13Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 14:14Speaker 7: Two obviously has a history of injury, but look, Jay
- 14:18Speaker 7: Cayneer started for the Saints last year as a third guy,
- 14:20Speaker 7: So I mean that's not unheard of for that to happen.
- 14:23Speaker 8: Yeah, all right, good, I'll give you one more if
- 14:27Speaker 8: we take a break it's like someone from the other
- 14:30Speaker 8: team starting for him.
- 14:32Speaker 6: Yeah, that's something before we get to munchies and chef
- 14:36Speaker 6: Michael Johnson my mind. I mean, y'alls are like, I mean,
- 14:42Speaker 6: somebody not even on a team right now. It's pretty bold.
- 14:46Speaker 6: The New England Patriots make the playoffs in the AFC.
- 14:50Speaker 8: Like, that's not bold. They're going to be really good
- 14:53Speaker 8: this year, the Patriots.
- 14:54Speaker 6: You think the Patriots, who had a top five pick
- 14:56Speaker 6: them making the postseason is not bold.
- 14:58Speaker 7: I think they're actually going to be good this year.
- 15:01Speaker 7: I actually was thinking about putting them in the same
- 15:03Speaker 7: Nancy Championship.
- 15:04Speaker 8: Game in the same division as the Bills. Were you
- 15:06Speaker 8: really thinking about it all? Right? Bold predictions? Well, I
- 15:09Speaker 8: think it's bold, Taylor, do you think it's bold enough
- 15:11Speaker 8: to be in there?
- 15:11Speaker 2: I think it's a bold because of their division.
- 15:13Speaker 10: It's like everybody thinks the Bills are gonna win it
- 15:15Speaker 10: if Miami stays healthy. They're probably more talented top to
- 15:19Speaker 10: bottom than the Patriots, like staring Quinn yours. Yeah, if
- 15:23Speaker 10: they're healthy, he said, if they're healthy, the.
- 15:29Speaker 8: Lauderie are deciding factor bold enough.
- 15:31Speaker 4: And it's bold. Thank you Bills.
- 15:35Speaker 7: Well, really, I think they're thingse are over under set
- 15:38Speaker 7: at eight and a half or nine wins?
- 15:39Speaker 6: No way, no way.
- 15:43Speaker 7: I was looking at looking that up yesterday because I
- 15:45Speaker 7: was looking for bold predictions in the NFL, and I
- 15:46Speaker 7: think one site had them at like technically like eight
- 15:49Speaker 7: point seven.
- 15:50Speaker 8: Wins, eight point seven ee getting in the postseason? Okay, Bud,
- 15:54Speaker 8: But if they hit the over nine to ten, what.
- 16:00Speaker 6: Do you take the easy ro Jake, I said, a
- 16:02Speaker 6: Sunbelt team is going to make the playoff. Get out
- 16:04Speaker 6: of here, all right, we'll take a break, Chef Michael
- 16:06Speaker 6: Johnson when we come back to answer your munchies questions on.

- 17:32Speaker 1: to Off the Bench.
- 17:41Speaker 16: Yah, Second, Loneliness and so many.
- 18:06Speaker 8: All right, Welcome back in well OTB.
- 18:10Speaker 6: On Thursday, It's time for your favorite segment of the week,
- 18:15Speaker 6: Little Mounchies with Chef Michael Johnson.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Get ready to tantalyze your taste buds and leave this
- 18:21Speaker 1: segment hungry. This is Munchies with executive chef Michael Johnson.
- 18:29Speaker 8: All right, chef, what's going on? Brother? How are we doing?
- 18:32Speaker 12: I'm good man, how are you doing?
- 18:34Speaker 8: Fantastic? Always a pleasure to catch up with you.
- 18:37Speaker 6: Here is you're getting the Tigers ready to travel to Clemson,
- 18:41Speaker 6: South Carolina. So before we get started, what's the vibe
- 18:44Speaker 6: like inside of the dining hall there? Obviously, I mean,
- 18:49Speaker 6: you know, you get a chance to see what the
- 18:50Speaker 6: vibes are like, see if the fellows are upbeat.
- 18:53Speaker 8: What's kind of the move right now?
- 18:55Speaker 12: And I've said this a couple of times and it's
- 18:57Speaker 12: reminiscent of twenty nineteen to me. Guy, the guys instead
- 19:01Speaker 12: of sitting in groups of you know, this position and
- 19:05Speaker 12: that's that position, you know, I think they're bonding across
- 19:07Speaker 12: position lines and and you know, I don't know. We're
- 19:11Speaker 12: busier ever than ever right now, Like we're we're serving
- 19:14Speaker 12: more meals than we ever have over the past six
- 19:17Speaker 12: seven seasons. And it's indicative of buy into what we're
- 19:21Speaker 12: doing here at the nutrition center. But I think it's
- 19:23Speaker 12: also indicative of the athlete buying in, you know, to
- 19:28Speaker 12: what LSU is trying to accomplish, you know, and I
- 19:31Speaker 12: think the vibe is really good. I always go into
- 19:35Speaker 12: the season with with positive thoughts and I just this
- 19:39Speaker 12: it feels good. But brother, I don't want to jinx anything,
- 19:41Speaker 12: but you know, like I feel, I feel pretty positive
- 19:44Speaker 12: about it, and I'm excited to see these guys play
- 19:47Speaker 12: on Saturday. I think there is going to be a
- 19:49Speaker 12: lot of people surprised by who our team is.
- 19:52Speaker 7: Jeff, how do you handle road games with the team?
- 19:55Speaker 7: I'm sure you have some sort of input and charge
- 19:59Speaker 7: of something with as their diet and what they eat
- 20:02Speaker 7: for you know, either before getting on the plane or
- 20:05Speaker 7: on the plane afterwards. What is that whole situation like
- 20:08Speaker 7: with your you're playing for a road game.
- 20:10Speaker 12: Yeah, So I actually have an executive Sioux chef, and
- 20:14Speaker 12: Ryan Andre. He's he's been he's a local chef here
- 20:17Speaker 12: in Baton Rouge. He was actually one of my students
- 20:19Speaker 12: when I taught culinary school, and he's he's a well
- 20:21Speaker 12: known chef here in Baton Rouge regional area. You know,
- 20:23Speaker 12: he's been an executive chef himself, and so he's a
- 20:26Speaker 12: trusted member of my team. And and I don't travel
- 20:29Speaker 12: with the team anymore. He actually travels with the team
- 20:32Speaker 12: now and and he is our liaison between the football
- 20:36Speaker 12: team and the catering team at the at the Way
- 20:39Speaker 12: Team hotel to make sure that they understand how our
- 20:42Speaker 12: team eats, the quality of food that we expect, temperatures
- 20:45Speaker 12: are being met, safety and sanitation kind of stuff, and
- 20:49Speaker 12: it has to happen in a non threatening manner. You
- 20:51Speaker 12: can't just as a chef walk into somebody else's kitchen
- 20:54Speaker 12: and tell them what to do, right like, that is
- 20:56Speaker 12: never going to go well. So it is a it's
- 20:59Speaker 12: a poll for the push, if you will. And we
- 21:02Speaker 12: do feed them on the airplanes. I think they get
- 21:04Speaker 12: fed like every two hours, you know, I feel like
- 21:06Speaker 12: maybe more and more often than that, because it's not
- 21:10Speaker 12: just what you're eating, it's when you're eating. And they're
- 21:14Speaker 12: like the dieticians take care of catering for the airplane.
- 21:17Speaker 12: They get you know, food on the chartered plane. When
- 21:20Speaker 12: they land, they come, they go to dinner, and there's
- 21:22Speaker 12: this sequence of events that the only thing that changes
- 21:25Speaker 12: is the game time, right, and that kind of changes
- 21:27Speaker 12: the meal plan on Saturday. But other than that, it's
- 21:30Speaker 12: a sequence of events that is unchanging. Get on the plane,
- 21:34Speaker 12: get fed, get off the plane cut you know, like unpacked,
- 21:38Speaker 12: go to meating, you know, like it's it's very methodical
- 21:41Speaker 12: and the food is mixed in there as part of
- 21:43Speaker 12: the process, you know, and so it really is matterful
- 21:46Speaker 12: when they eat, you know, and how much calories they
- 21:48Speaker 12: put in the meal has not changed too terribly much
- 21:53Speaker 12: over the past twenty five years. We did change alter
- 21:55Speaker 12: some cuts of meat stuff like that, and and increase
- 21:59Speaker 12: quality and specific requests of what we want to see
- 22:02Speaker 12: from the on the road cats, and that varies greatly.
- 22:06Speaker 12: You know, if you go to Atlanta, you're getting a
- 22:08Speaker 12: professional catering team and a professional hotel that does it
- 22:12Speaker 12: every day of the week religiously, like throughout the year.
- 22:14Speaker 12: And then you go to some of the smaller towns
- 22:16Speaker 12: in the SEC and and you know it's only they
- 22:19Speaker 12: only catered that volume, you know, like during football season,
- 22:22Speaker 12: and you get a very different experience out of it.
- 22:26Speaker 7: Jeff, where were you in two thousand and seven, because
- 22:28Speaker 7: we used to get on the plane and there was
- 22:30Speaker 7: like a Chick fil A sandwich on everybody's seat that
- 22:32Speaker 7: had been there for probably five and a half six hours. Yeah,
- 22:35Speaker 7: just kind of marinate and in the steam in that
- 22:37Speaker 7: foil bag. But yeah, we kind of needed you. But
- 22:39Speaker 7: I do have a question you kind of talked about
- 22:42Speaker 7: that pregame meal hasn't changed in the last twenty five
- 22:45Speaker 7: years because it didn't matter like which team I was
- 22:47Speaker 7: on college pros. It was always, you know, there was
- 22:49Speaker 7: some chicken breast, there was some file a steak, there
- 22:52Speaker 7: was salmon, There was these different vegetables. When we were
- 22:56Speaker 7: in college, they used to tell us they had they
- 22:59Speaker 7: had the coaches stay that'd be like medium rare, and
- 23:03Speaker 7: then they had the player steak that was like well done.
- 23:06Speaker 7: Because the philosophy that they said there, you know, you
- 23:08Speaker 7: can't have the medium rare steaks because uncooked steak doesn't
- 23:12Speaker 7: get digested as fast you need to be digested.
- 23:14Speaker 8: Is there any truth to that?
- 23:16Speaker 15: Well?
- 23:17Speaker 12: One, and a lesser cook steak has more nutrient in
- 23:21Speaker 12: it than does a well cooked steak, Like you're getting
- 23:24Speaker 12: more nutrient value out of it. Two, it really depends
- 23:27Speaker 12: on how much you macrate or chew the meat, right,
- 23:30Speaker 12: Like if you're just if you're just on you know,
- 23:32Speaker 12: bites of meat in your mouth and swallowing without chewing, well,
- 23:36Speaker 12: it doesn't have the same value. You know, like when
- 23:39Speaker 12: you start chewing, it engages the enzymes in your mouth
- 23:42Speaker 12: and saliva and that helps break down the muscle tissues
- 23:46Speaker 12: or the or even the fiber that you're eating through
- 23:48Speaker 12: fruits and vegetables, and that helps aid in digest and
- 23:51Speaker 12: full digestion. And so you know the thing about it
- 23:55Speaker 12: is is you need to chew well. And you know
- 23:57Speaker 12: we we have since then altered that too. We go medium, rare, medium, medium, well.
- 24:05Speaker 12: We have a couple of coaches that like well done,
- 24:10Speaker 12: but we have purposely forced those temperatures down because they
- 24:13Speaker 12: get more nutrient value out of something that's lesser cooked.
- 24:17Speaker 12: You know, like when a when a steak is at
- 24:19Speaker 12: raw that it has its optimum amount of nutrient right then,
- 24:23Speaker 12: and when you start cooking it and it starts bleaching
- 24:26Speaker 12: liquid out, which is myoglobin, it it also leaches out
- 24:30Speaker 12: nutrients with it. So you know, the sooner you eat
- 24:34Speaker 12: it and the less and the lesser done it is
- 24:36Speaker 12: it's going to offer you and the more you too,
- 24:39Speaker 12: the better nutrient value you're going to get out of it.
- 24:44Speaker 12: Myoglobin myoglobin, Yeah, so myoglobin is what makes red meat red.
- 24:50Speaker 12: Hemoglobin is what makes red blood red, and and myoglobin
- 24:54Speaker 12: a lot of people perceive the red reddish colored liquid
- 24:58Speaker 12: it comes out of steak as blood, but it's it's
- 25:00Speaker 12: actually water that has been saturated in the muscle tissue
- 25:03Speaker 12: that has myoglobin in it, which turns it red. It's
- 25:06Speaker 12: not blood at all, but it and in certain muscle
- 25:10Speaker 12: groups there's more red tissue, like dark meat and dark
- 25:14Speaker 12: meat chicken. If there's the more motion there is, the
- 25:16Speaker 12: more myoglobin there is, the lesser myoglobe, the lesser the
- 25:19Speaker 12: muscle is used, the lesser myoglobin is present. That's quite complicated,
- 25:24Speaker 12: but that's how that works.
- 25:26Speaker 8: I definitely knew that entire breakdown. I was just.
- 25:31Speaker 7: My mind is blown right now, said I always thought it, like, yeah,
- 25:34Speaker 7: that's that's the blood.
- 25:36Speaker 12: Nope, yeah, I mean it's important for us. It's important
- 25:41Speaker 12: for us to explain that because a lot of people
- 25:42Speaker 12: fear away from blood, and it's important that they understand
- 25:45Speaker 12: it's not blood, that's nutrient, and cooking it out is
- 25:47Speaker 12: cooking out the nutrent. So we have to have those
- 25:49Speaker 12: conversations educatively to express, you know, two different walks of life,
- 25:56Speaker 12: you know, athletes from different walks of life, that this
- 25:59Speaker 12: is actually healthy for you. And honestly, I had to
- 26:02Speaker 12: teach some of my chefs that from you know, who
- 26:04Speaker 12: had it in their minds, you know, from long standing
- 26:07Speaker 12: beliefs that you know that that wasn't healthy for you
- 26:10Speaker 12: and you shouldn't eat rare me it shouldn't eat. And
- 26:13Speaker 12: to be honest with you, one of the ways that
- 26:14Speaker 12: I taught one of my chefs is I made a
- 26:16Speaker 12: bet with her. Listen, if you'll eat a medium steak,
- 26:19Speaker 12: I'll eat that steak braw. And she was freaking out.
- 26:22Speaker 12: She's like, there's no way you're gonna eat that steak raw.
- 26:24Speaker 12: And I did. I just sprinkles some salt on it,
- 26:26Speaker 12: prinkles sub salt on it, and ate it down and
- 26:28Speaker 12: came back to work the next day and she's like,
- 26:30Speaker 12: I can't believe you're not thick. So he tried to
- 26:34Speaker 12: eat the medium steak the next day and she was like,
- 26:36Speaker 12: oh my god, that he's delicious, you know. And I
- 26:39Speaker 12: was like, this is where we build trust, you know,
- 26:41Speaker 12: this is this is how you gain trust. I'm willing
- 26:43Speaker 12: to put, you know, extend myself out there if you
- 26:46Speaker 12: will extend yourself to me. And so we do a
- 26:49Speaker 12: lot of that, you know, trying to influence people to
- 26:53Speaker 12: eat healthier through trust.
- 26:56Speaker 6: Chef, we got a bunch of people in the chat
- 26:58Speaker 6: that want to ask the same question I want to ask.
- 27:00Speaker 8: You got to call out those coaches who get their
- 27:01Speaker 8: steaks well done. We've gotta have a conversation with them.
- 27:04Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm not gonna call them out on the radio, because, uh,
- 27:08Speaker 12: I have a tremendous amount of admiration for the two
- 27:12Speaker 12: that do and and you know, I'll cook at them
- 27:16Speaker 12: and tease them when they do. But at the end
- 27:18Speaker 12: of the day, I'm gonna do what they ask because
- 27:20Speaker 12: they do.
- 27:21Speaker 8: Chef, they do a job.
- 27:23Speaker 6: Okay, Chef, I'm just gonna ask one coach and you
- 27:26Speaker 6: tell me yes or no. It better not better not
- 27:31Speaker 6: be my boy, Blake Baker. No, okay, Okay. I was
- 27:34Speaker 6: about to say, like I thought I knew Blake and
- 27:37Speaker 6: if he got a steak well done, I was gonna
- 27:39Speaker 6: call him like during this segment.
- 27:41Speaker 8: Okay, all right, all right, all right, all right, all.
- 27:42Speaker 7: Right, all right, Chef, I got a hashtag munchies here.
- 27:45Speaker 7: We've got tailgating coming up. What's your open tailgate plate?
- 27:50Speaker 12: Who it's gotta be wings? You know, like I'm so simple,
- 27:53Speaker 12: you know what I mean like I do like I just,
- 27:57Speaker 12: I'm just. I love wings man, I like him cold,
- 28:00Speaker 12: I like them hot, I like them sauce, I like
- 28:02Speaker 12: them dry. Like I'm naked, I like I'm bread. And
- 28:04Speaker 12: I never met a wing I didn't like.
- 28:05Speaker 8: You know what I mean, it's hard. I love that
- 28:10Speaker 8: you said naked.
- 28:11Speaker 12: Let's go naked, naked man. Yeah. Uh, you know there's
- 28:15Speaker 12: things that I don't like, Like I don't like Beanie whenies.
- 28:18Speaker 8: You know, I mean, nobody's perfect chef. Yeah, he knows.
- 28:25Speaker 8: I'm a red neck. Sorry. Oh good, Oh that that's
- 28:30Speaker 8: actually really good. Uh, chef, if.
- 28:34Speaker 6: You know, you canna be so you're not traveling, so
- 28:36Speaker 6: you're gonna be sitting down and watching the game, like
- 28:38Speaker 6: you know, like most of the people listening to us
- 28:41Speaker 6: right now, are you like one of those people that's
- 28:44Speaker 6: too nervous to eat? Well, you have like you know,
- 28:47Speaker 6: a plate of food where you have food just like
- 28:49Speaker 6: in the kitchen, so you can kind of graze a
- 28:50Speaker 6: little bit.
- 28:51Speaker 8: Like how do you take in a road game?
- 28:54Speaker 12: Yeah, take him in the same way as I do
- 28:56Speaker 12: home games. To be honest with you, man, you have
- 28:59Speaker 12: to have a huge amount of tolerance for me as
- 29:01Speaker 12: a human being to be in the same room as me,
- 29:04Speaker 12: because I'm loud, I'm agnoxious, I'm yelling, I'm screaming, you know,
- 29:08Speaker 12: like I'm emotional. And here's the thing, you know, like
- 29:11Speaker 12: I people are like, why don't you go? I probably
- 29:14Speaker 12: go to one home game a year because you know,
- 29:17Speaker 12: like it's really difficult for me to sit in the
- 29:19Speaker 12: stands and listen to how our fans be critical of
- 29:22Speaker 12: our boys. And I'm so emotionally invested in these guys,
- 29:24Speaker 12: you know what seems like a small notion to them,
- 29:28Speaker 12: and and you know it's natural for the fan to
- 29:31Speaker 12: fan to criticize. I'm super sensitive about that, Like, you
- 29:34Speaker 12: don't know anything about that guy, so I have to
- 29:37Speaker 12: I find that removing myself and being emotional at the household,
- 29:41Speaker 12: you know, without anybody being around for me to you know,
- 29:44Speaker 12: make a fool of myself. Yeah so yeah, yeah, that man.
- 29:48Speaker 8: Has a wonderful palette.
- 29:50Speaker 12: Incredibly right, he exactly. I have been in a couple
- 29:57Speaker 12: of awkward positions, situations where I had a somebody immediately
- 30:01Speaker 12: and be like, no, you got that all wrong, and
- 30:03Speaker 12: you know it was it was uh, you know, I
- 30:06Speaker 12: wasn't drinking or anything of that nature. But I definitely
- 30:08Speaker 12: took a sour face to it and turned to the guy.
- 30:11Speaker 12: It's like, you don't know what you're talking about.
- 30:14Speaker 8: I agree, it is hard to do.
- 30:15Speaker 7: I've done it too, been in the crowd and you
- 30:17Speaker 7: hear people like giving their breakdown of what happened, like
- 30:19Speaker 7: on a defensive play, and I'm like, oh, that.
- 30:22Speaker 8: Coverage out there, that was That was cover too. It's like,
- 30:27Speaker 8: my wife's just like he touched me. Just look at
- 30:29Speaker 8: the game, watch the field.
- 30:32Speaker 12: You know. It was funny about that game. That particular game,
- 30:36Speaker 12: I was sitting in my sister in law seats and
- 30:38Speaker 12: they're like two rows back fifty yard line, and I
- 30:42Speaker 12: corrected the guy and was kind of assertive with him,
- 30:46Speaker 12: and he was polite. I was being polite, you know.
- 30:49Speaker 12: We kind of shook hands and went about our business
- 30:51Speaker 12: watching the game. And at halftime, Clyde edwards a lairwalk by.
- 30:54Speaker 12: He saw me standing there and he came up into
- 30:56Speaker 12: the stands and gave me a hug and whatnot. And
- 30:59Speaker 12: the guy at me was like, yeah, yeah, I'm just
- 31:05Speaker 12: somebody who knows.
- 31:06Speaker 6: So that's funny. Shout out to Clyde. By the way,
- 31:08Speaker 6: it's getting a chance to go back to home away
- 31:11Speaker 6: from home. I know obviously the situation didn't work out,
- 31:14Speaker 6: but how about our guy. I guess to go back
- 31:15Speaker 6: to Kansas City. Like, I'm not hating Saints fans, but uh,
- 31:19Speaker 6: Kansas City. He's got a little bit better foundation than
- 31:21Speaker 6: the Saints. Right now, a little bit.
- 31:25Speaker 12: I bite my tongue because I'm a Saints fan, you know,
- 31:27Speaker 12: but I'm a Chief fan, diehard, Chief fan by blood
- 31:30Speaker 12: and and and and you know, nature and nurture. I'm
- 31:32Speaker 12: a Chief fan. So I love seeing him and in
- 31:35Speaker 12: red and gold Man. It's it tickles me. And you know,
- 31:37Speaker 12: I always cheer for our boys no matter what uniform
- 31:40Speaker 12: they put on. It's just who I am. And I
- 31:43Speaker 12: have I struggle cheering for some of them because they work.
- 31:46Speaker 12: They play for teams that I just absolutely love.
- 31:49Speaker 8: Yeah. Yeah, if you play for the Raiders, Devin, why
- 31:52Speaker 8: Jamal Adams? I love you all, y'all my boys, but
- 31:56Speaker 8: right now you put the Raiders right? Yeah?
- 31:59Speaker 6: Yeah, it is what it is, Chef, You're the man.
- 32:01Speaker 6: We appreciate it every single week. Enjoy the game, don't
- 32:05Speaker 6: be too nervous, just sit back, relax. Maybe have you know,
- 32:08Speaker 6: go for dose if you will and enjoy Saturday.
- 32:12Speaker 12: Thank you guys, You guys enjoy the game too.
- 32:14Speaker 8: Take care all right.
- 32:14Speaker 6: Chef Michael Johnson and LSU Executive Chef good Nut to
- 32:17Speaker 6: join us every single week to answer your munchie questions.
- 32:20Speaker 6: We'll take a break more OTB when we come back
- 32:22Speaker 6: here on one O four five ESPN Beton.
- 32:24Speaker 8: Rouge off the bench, all right, go to Central.
- 32:27Speaker 6: Plumbing dot org. Not only in Central in the greater Betonugeria,
- 32:31Speaker 6: We're talking to you as well. Twenty four seven three
- 32:34Speaker 6: sixty five Weekend Game Day, Holiday Emergency Services two two
- 32:37Speaker 6: five nine two five eighty five fifty two.
- 32:39Speaker 8: So if you are about to watch boot meat Ball.
- 32:42Speaker 6: There for Clemson and LSU, and all of a sudden
- 32:45Speaker 6: you got an issue, something happened, you got a big leak,
- 32:49Speaker 6: or something is going on with your plumbing, and you're like,
- 32:52Speaker 6: there's no way anybody's gonna come out here and fix this.

- 37:00Speaker 8: turnover chain? It's waiting until the sun belt makes it
- 37:04Speaker 8: playoffs both that was.
- 37:07Speaker 2: That was That was a fun bold prediction.
- 37:09Speaker 8: Do you like that? That's a fun one. Uh, what's
- 37:12Speaker 8: your all? Right?
- 37:13Speaker 7: So we're not gonna wax podal again. We're just gonna
- 37:15Speaker 7: go down the list.
- 37:16Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, okay.
- 37:18Speaker 7: These are my last This is my last list. Okay,
- 37:21Speaker 7: all right, here we are Matthew Golden wins Offensive Rookie
- 37:25Speaker 7: of the Year, a head coach for college or the pros.
- 37:31Speaker 7: It's got to be a fairly big time program. If
- 37:33Speaker 7: it's in college will be suspended or investigated this season
- 37:37Speaker 7: for potentially a potential involvement with suspicious gambling activity. Okay
- 37:43Speaker 7: around their games, all right, there will be an investigation college,
- 37:48Speaker 7: college or pros or prose. But it's got to be
- 37:52Speaker 7: It can't be like a D three school you never
- 37:54Speaker 7: heard of. It's gotta be like a do you want school?
- 37:56Speaker 7: So what you're saying is Kalen to.
- 37:58Speaker 8: Boor Nope, I didn't say that. That's bold though.
- 38:02Speaker 7: Okay, I have this on here. I've already talked about
- 38:04Speaker 7: this one. I think Jordan Love is gonna win the
- 38:06Speaker 7: NFL MVP. John Gruden will be a coach of an
- 38:12Speaker 7: SECOA wait, who's gonna win MVP?
- 38:14Speaker 4: Sorry, I'm ready, Jordan.
- 38:16Speaker 7: If you already had that one, Oh yeah, I said
- 38:17Speaker 7: that one last week. John Gruden will be a coach
- 38:19Speaker 7: of an SEC football team before the second round of
- 38:22Speaker 7: the football playoffs, kickoff.
- 38:25Speaker 8: Okay, second round, Can I make the bold prediction that's
- 38:28Speaker 8: going to be Kentucky. That's fine because I was going
- 38:31Speaker 8: to say Arkansas.
- 38:32Speaker 7: Because my other bold prediction I didn't put it in
- 38:33Speaker 7: there because I put that one was that Sam Potts
- 38:35Speaker 7: one Sam Pittman would be fired before Halloween.
- 38:37Speaker 10: One of mine was going to be Mark Steeps fired
- 38:39Speaker 10: before the season's over, although that's not the bold interesting.
- 38:42Speaker 8: I love you Mark Stoops. You're my guy. Win some games.
- 38:46Speaker 8: Let us see my last one.
- 38:49Speaker 7: Receiver, Xavier Legette for the Carolina Panthers, yep accent is
- 38:55Speaker 7: going to end the season with over one thousand yards receiving.
- 38:58Speaker 7: I think he had four hundred and fifty seven last year.
- 39:00Speaker 8: Yeah, they traded Adam back to the Vikings. They did.
- 39:04Speaker 7: I think that so Bryce young. I think he's gonna
- 39:07Speaker 7: have like a resurgence this year. I think he's gonna
- 39:08Speaker 7: have a good season. I think they're going to be
- 39:10Speaker 7: a lot like the Dolphins. They're going to be really
- 39:12Speaker 7: good and explosive and score a lot of points against
- 39:15Speaker 7: bad teams and bad defenses, but probably not great against
- 39:18Speaker 7: good teams. And they got a really young, really young
- 39:24Speaker 7: receiving corps and so you know he's explosive, runs a
- 39:27Speaker 7: four to three. I think he averaged his senior year
- 39:30Speaker 7: of college at South on average almost eighteen yards per reception,
- 39:32Speaker 7: which is pretty elite at that at that average. So
- 39:36Speaker 7: I think he's got a chance explosive. I think he's
- 39:38Speaker 7: gonna have that second year. He's gonna get over a
- 39:40Speaker 7: thousand yards.
- 39:41Speaker 8: I actually don't hate that.
- 39:42Speaker 2: I mean Treorro McMillan will free him up a little bit.
- 39:45Speaker 7: And it might I don't know, it might not be bold.
- 39:47Speaker 7: Maybe that's not, but it's it's over double what his
- 39:49Speaker 7: receptions were last year.
- 39:53Speaker 10: The uh the coach gains suspended is the fun one, ye,
- 39:57Speaker 10: you know that's fun. I think your boldest might be Golden,
- 40:02Speaker 10: not because he's not good. I think he's I thought.
- 40:05Speaker 8: You not just that.
- 40:10Speaker 2: And you know this better than anybody.
- 40:11Speaker 10: Packers have always had like five or six guys that
- 40:14Speaker 10: are really solid, Like they don't have a fifteen hundred
- 40:17Speaker 10: yard DeVante Adams anymore. They got five or six guys
- 40:20Speaker 10: that are all gonna get like sixty seven hundred yards.
- 40:22Speaker 2: That's like my only thing with Golden.
- 40:23Speaker 7: I do follow a lot of the packers stuff on
- 40:25Speaker 7: my on my socials. So apparently Golden was like popping
- 40:29Speaker 7: off bad.
- 40:31Speaker 8: I mean, Travon Henderson is gonna win that. But it's
- 40:33Speaker 8: not bad. He's gonna win. Actually, I actually agree with that. Well,
- 40:37Speaker 8: that's why it's bold. Yeah, I know it's not bad though.
- 40:40Speaker 11: My BOL prediction to go with John Gruden becoming a
- 40:43Speaker 11: coach of SEC football. I think it's gonna be Auburn
- 40:46Speaker 11: and I think Hugh Freeze gets fired this season.
- 40:48Speaker 8: All right, okay, yeah, you gotta do something. Come on,
- 40:51Speaker 8: you do something, my guy. This is Auburn. You can't
- 40:56Speaker 8: be like mediocre.
- 40:58Speaker 2: The good news is just three play callers. One of
- 41:01Speaker 2: them got to be good.
- 41:02Speaker 7: Right, So we ever decide who's the fourth down play caller?
- 41:07Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 41:07Speaker 6: I get the first down, a Landra gets second down,
- 41:09Speaker 6: and you get third down, and then you get fourth.
- 41:12Speaker 2: That's the one that matters.
- 41:14Speaker 4: The fourth is the one that matters.
- 41:16Speaker 10: Plus I don't have to do it as often as
- 41:18Speaker 10: you guys, so maybe my success rate will be a
- 41:20Speaker 10: little bit better.
- 41:20Speaker 2: I'll take that, or it could be worse.
- 41:24Speaker 4: Kendre Kendre Miller leads the Saints in rushing yards.
- 41:28Speaker 8: All right, I like that one.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Henre Miller Likedre.
- 41:34Speaker 6: I'm glad that he is getting back on track because
- 41:37Speaker 6: it was making me mad that he was. It felt
- 41:41Speaker 6: like not making the most of his opportunity. And he's
- 41:44Speaker 6: incredibly talented. Now how much of Dennis Allen had to
- 41:48Speaker 6: do with that obviously, Like it feels like he's on
- 41:50Speaker 6: much better footing with this coaching staff.
- 41:52Speaker 4: I think he had beef with dinner.
- 41:53Speaker 8: I think he definitely did.
- 41:55Speaker 6: And so good on Kendre Miller because I had questions
- 41:57Speaker 6: and he answered a lot of those in the preseason.
- 42:00Speaker 6: Shout out to Kendre Miller, King kendredet.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Anymore, Jerry Jones, We'll pass away this season.
- 42:09Speaker 8: Okay.
- 42:09Speaker 6: On that note, Wow, we're having Damo rolled down the
- 42:14Speaker 6: hill and now Alandra's trying to put Jerry in the grave.
- 42:17Speaker 8: Wow, Taylor.
- 42:23Speaker 6: Yourself, don't incriminate yourself and what you want to say
- 42:27Speaker 6: after Landra made that point, all right, we'll take our
- 42:30Speaker 6: last break of the show, wrap it up like we

- 44:48Speaker 10: Mike shotten hammers too buttoned up.
- 44:51Speaker 2: That's why Jerry Herd.
- 44:53Speaker 7: It's gonna be fun. Somebody's in the world of gambling
- 44:58Speaker 7: just going crazy. More prevalent in our society. Somebody is
- 45:03Speaker 7: gonna get investigated right, wrong and different. Guilty not guilty,
- 45:08Speaker 7: doesn't matter. Investigation puts that chain around my neck. But
- 45:15Speaker 7: do they have to get suspended said suspended or investigating?
- 45:20Speaker 7: I would assume if there's an investigation, they're not.
- 45:23Speaker 8: There's there's not coaching that week.
