Latest / Worldview Matters With David Fiorazo / Andy Woods: Communist Judges Blocking Trump, A Constitutional Crisis
Transcript
- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic, off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:20Friends, thank you so much for tuning in.
- 0:22We are blessed to have one of my favorite Bible teachers and pastors, and I'm not joking.
- 0:29Andy Woods from Andy Woods Ministries.
- 0:31He's got a book out called The Bible and Your Vote, equipping the American Christian to
- 0:36stand for righteousness at the ballot box.
- 0:39We talked about that with him next time, I mean, last time we had him on, and that will
- 0:44never go out of style or out of print.
- 0:47I mean, this is something that Christians need to understand as we plow forward here in
- 0:52America.
- 0:53Brother, thank you so much.
- 0:54Good to see you, Andy.
- 0:55David, good to be here.
- 0:58Thanks for having me.
- 0:59You're most welcome, brother.
- 1:00So before we get into some of the topics that you had already shared in your pastor's point
- 1:05of view, which I appreciate those, what are you at three, three fifties now, three hundred
- 1:10fifty six, fifty seven?
- 1:12I think we're getting ready to record a three fifty five and three fifty six.
- 1:17Okay.
- 1:18Wow.
- 1:19Amazing.
- 1:20And I knew you never saw that coming when you first started doing recordings on a weekly
- 1:24basis.
- 1:25Yeah.
- 1:26No.
- 1:28So we are going to talk about the massive amount of lawsuits that these radical, most
- 1:35of them are radical judges coming against the Trump administration.
- 1:39And this is really infuriating a lot of people.
- 1:42But before we do that, we have to start with some good news because we're going to talk
- 1:45about Paul the white cane as well and some other things technologically.
- 1:50But Pete Hegseth is stirring up trouble.
- 1:54And I think it's the kind of trouble that we would appreciate.
- 1:57And he's sparking criticism for in particular, his prayer to King Jesus at a Pentagon event.
- 2:03But one of the things he's doing is, well, he's he's trying to influence people for Christ
- 2:10and for righteousness.
- 2:11He's having what was called the secretary of defense, Christian prayer and worship service.
- 2:21And I think people are pretty peved about this because I think in the past, made past
- 2:26administrations were afraid to do something like this so overtly, Christian, just I'm
- 2:32thankful for a lot, not all, but a lot of men and women of God in this cabinet in the
- 2:38Trump administration.
- 2:40And like I said, we're going to talk about some that we need to be concerned about.
- 2:43There's a lot of red flags as well.
- 2:45But as far as Hegseth and others, I would love to get your take on some of the things
- 2:50they're doing and at least what they're trying to do.
- 2:53Well, if you look at people like Tulsi Gabbard and Dan Bongino, Pete Hegseth, Pam Bondi,
- 3:02et cetera, et cetera.
- 3:03I mean, the reason I like all of them is they're disruptors.
- 3:09These big three-letter agencies in the prior regime, I'll call it slash administration.
- 3:16They were weaponized against the American people.
- 3:19And now these guys who many of them were victims, you look at what they did to Tulsi Gabbard.
- 3:26Now she's head of one of these big agencies, so who better to put in charge than someone
- 3:32that was a victim of one of these three-letter agencies?
- 3:37So one of the things I like about Hegseth and others is they're disrupting, I think they're
- 3:41intentionally picked by Trump to disrupt the direction of those agencies.
- 3:48And you see examples of it right now with Hegseth, with what you're talking about now,
- 3:53this church service that he called for.
- 3:57You know, to me, sounds like Thomas Jefferson.
- 4:00I think if I remember my history right, Thomas Jefferson ordered the Marine Band, if I
- 4:05remember right, to play in his church.
- 4:09And he had church, they had in the founding era, they had church services right there
- 4:13at the Capitol.
- 4:15So he's just getting back to what the country was founded on.
- 4:18So I say, you know, praise the Lord and amen.
- 4:21So it's interesting.
- 4:22The New York Times is one of the many radical leftist, socialist communists, whatever, maybe
- 4:29outlets that are coming against him and they were critical of Hegseth and they've been
- 4:33publishing stories implying that he wants to start a new crusade while highlighting his
- 4:39Latin tattoo, which apparently, which Drew Scrutney has the rallying cry of the first
- 4:46crusade in 1095, but Elizabeth Warren sent a 33-page letter to Hegseth, complaining about
- 4:54his tattoo.
- 4:58They are nitpicking, they're majoring, the miners trying to distract, but they just obviously
- 5:03don't like the biblical worldview and anyone who boldly stands for Christ, that's obvious.
- 5:09So Andy, before we get into this next article, and friends, Andy covered this in his pastor's
- 5:16point of view.
- 5:17Recently, he can go to his YouTube channel, Andy Woods Ministries, and look at the pastor's
- 5:22point of views.
- 5:23You covered this one, 220 lawsuits in 100 days.
- 5:28It's almost astounding, but it shouldn't surprise us, but we want to talk about some of the
- 5:33details on that and how people get away with that in this day and age, and let's just
- 5:40go there right now.
- 5:41It's so important because I've talked about law fair before with other guests, but this
- 5:44goes almost beyond that because here, the president that was elected by an overwhelming majority
- 5:53of the people, meaning they want these policies that the Trump administration is trying to
- 5:58implement, there being these wrenches are thrown in and blocks are thrown in by district
- 6:05judges or federal judges.
- 6:07They shouldn't have that kind of power that was never intended by our founders.
- 6:13And I would love to get your thoughts right off the top before we dive into some of the
- 6:16details.
- 6:17Well, I think it was Chuck Schumer that when Donald Trump was elected before he got sworn
- 6:25in, he got on to PBS and he said, don't worry, and these are his words, not mine.
- 6:31We have 235 progressive judges in place to stop the Trump agenda.
- 6:40So that just shows you that our judiciary has become politicized, which was never its
- 6:48purpose.
- 6:50Federalist paper number 78 indicates that the judicial branch of government was supposed
- 6:54to be the least dangerous branch.
- 6:57Thomas Jefferson said very clearly that once you consider judges, the ultimate arbiters
- 7:05of what the Constitution means since they're appointed for life at the federal level, that
- 7:10plunges us into what Jefferson called a despotism tyranny and an oligarchy where all decisions
- 7:18are just made by a few people that are insulated from the public.
- 7:22And we now have a situation where it's gotten so bad with an overactive judiciary that district
- 7:26courts, that's the lowest level in the federal system, are now making nationwide injunctions
- 7:34and taking the executive branch and putting it in handcuffs.
- 7:38Now, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand what a district judge is.
- 7:44They handle cases within their district, that's what the name means, right?
- 7:49And also, they issue opinions, meaning they're not supposed to have this legal force that
- 7:55they have today where they can put handcuffs on the executive branch for doing nothing
- 8:01more than doing what the majority of the people elected Donald Trump to do and for doing
- 8:07nothing more than what the Constitution allows the president to do.
- 8:12So it's gotten so bad and it's gotten so out of hand that we want to talk about the
- 8:16first 100 days of the Trump presidency.
- 8:20Part of that is that hassle and harassment he's had to go through with 220 lawsuits filed
- 8:26against him, you know, isn't that a little extreme?
- 8:29And so we're in the middle of, I believe, a constitutional crisis because judges at the
- 8:34lowest level elected by nobody are tying the hands of the executive branch for fulfilling
- 8:40their role under the Constitution.
- 8:43And for doing what they were elected, the president was elected to do.
- 8:47Okay, I don't want to stray too far from this topic, but if we had a media in the country
- 8:55that adhered to the true principles of journalism and we're not politicized, we're not leftists,
- 9:01Democrats, socialists, and Marxists, we wouldn't have these converse, we wouldn't be
- 9:06on this conversation because these things, they would have not covered for the left in
- 9:10the Democrats and the weaponization of government when all these agencies would Biden, the
- 9:16old Biden administration was in power.
- 9:19So the media is part of this rail that's a major problem because they're not complaining
- 9:25about what these judges are doing, maybe some are reporting fairly, but we know the media
- 9:31well enough after so many decades that they're in it.
- 9:34They're in it to win it back for the left, your thoughts on that before we go on, Andy?
- 9:40Well, virtually every poll I've seen going back to the 1980s has the values of the American
- 9:46people over here and the media's values are the exact opposite on every issue, whether
- 9:52it's abortion, capital punishment, how frequently do you attend church, you know, those kinds
- 9:58of issues.
- 9:59And so the left has just done an amazing job, hats off to them in terms of their effectiveness
- 10:06in stacking our fourth estate, you know, the media so that we don't have anyone to turn
- 10:13the search light of truth on these constitutional violations and counterbalances, overbalances,
- 10:22whatever you want to call it that we're talking about here, which makes your show and those
- 10:27like it, you know, all the more important, you know, this day and age.
- 10:30So let me read a quote from the article and then we'll go on.
- 10:33It says, well, the Trump administration has had some victories in the courts.
- 10:38Federal judges have blocked key parts of Trump's agenda, ranging from parts of his immigration
- 10:43policy and military guidelines to his effort to roll back diversity and equity initiatives,
- 10:49DEI, oh my goodness.
- 10:51And we've been warning on this program for quite some time that we're thrilled with some
- 10:55of the executive orders, Andy Woods, but we are not confident that it's going to get to
- 11:00the local level or at least in schools or in culture.
- 11:05And this is part of the reason because there is so much resistance and some of it is
- 11:10demonic, your thoughts on that?
- 11:12Oh, yeah, I like your word demonic.
- 11:15It's basically a bunch of people elected by no one, ideologues to the core, no real concern
- 11:24about the original intent of the Constitution, you know, abusing their positions of power
- 11:30to prevent Donald Trump from doing what the Constitution allows him to do and what he
- 11:36was overwhelmingly elected to do.
- 11:39And so it really is a constitutional crisis where one branch of government is completely
- 11:45out of control and neutralizing the legitimate activity in another branch of government,
- 11:53closing the border, shrinking the budget.
- 11:56Now, they've jumped in and they're trying to stop in from his economic policies, you
- 12:02know, related to tariffs, all of these illegals that Biden brought in that had no respect
- 12:09for due process, you know, in the way in, now we're told they've got to be given all
- 12:13of this layers and layers of due process to get it out.
- 12:17I mean, it's just one thing after another, you know, trying to turn planes around in
- 12:22mid-air to get illegal gang members back home, they say, well, this isn't their home.
- 12:32Venezuela or wherever they came from is their home.
- 12:35So that's the kind of, that's the first 100 days of the Trump administration.
- 12:38There's been some great victories he's had, but boy, he's had to fight every step of
- 12:42the way with a coordinate branch of government that's out of control.
- 12:46So Andy, in your opinion or in your research and in what you've been looking at, did they
- 12:54must have seen this coming?
- 12:55They must have known the opposition would be fierce in the resistance and this tactic
- 13:01that they're using with judges, the Trump administration wasn't surprised by this,
- 13:07were they?
- 13:09No, because Trump had four years to think through all of this stuff.
- 13:14I mean, he really didn't have that luxury in his first term, but I can guarantee you
- 13:19this much.
- 13:20He wasted no time during the four years when Biden was running the show.
- 13:25If Biden was even running the show is a matter of debate, but Trump was thinking through
- 13:31all of this and they were thinking through all of it too.
- 13:34One of Trump gets back in, that's why that quote from Schumer on PBS where he said,
- 13:42don't worry, we've got 235 progressive judges in place to fight the Trump agenda.
- 13:48They have this planned out.
- 13:50I don't think Trump is surprised, but the judicial branch has been somewhat effective
- 13:56at neutralizing some of the specific things he wants to do and was elected to do.
- 14:01And keep in mind when the judiciary does this, it's not an attack on Trump.
- 14:05It's an attack on we, the people.
- 14:07That's right.
- 14:08That put Trump in office.
- 14:10That's right.
- 14:11You've got to take a brief break in a minute, but do I know they probably, they meaning
- 14:16the Christians, conservatives, Republicans, the Trump administration, they have the will
- 14:22to push it through and fight this.
- 14:24The question is, do they have the manpower to fight this?
- 14:30Well, what we really need is the House and the Senate to get involved because you'll
- 14:37notice that all of these lower court judges, circuit, district court are not mentioned
- 14:43in the Constitution.
- 14:45They serve at the pleasure of the United States Congress.
- 14:49And what Congress put into place, Congress can take out a place.
- 14:52Congress can get rid of some of these courts, in my understanding, through a simple majority
- 14:57vote.
- 14:59Article three, if I'm reading it right, gives them that kind of power.
- 15:03And if they don't want to get rid of a court or abolished a court, they could shrink
- 15:06their jurisdiction and say, you know what, you're no longer allowed to handle cases like
- 15:12this that affect the president, or they could take their salaries and cut them in half.
- 15:18Do you think that would get their attention?
- 15:20They could take their retirement, which is the best retirement system in the solar system
- 15:24and chop that up.
- 15:26Do you think that would get their attention?
- 15:28I mean, Trump needs some help from the legislative branch to deal with these rogue judges.
- 15:34Yeah.
- 15:35So before we take a break, I just want to bring up a quote by Stephen Miller and maybe
- 15:38on the other side of the break, you can respond to it or share your thoughts.
- 15:42I love what you shared on your pastor's point of view.
- 15:45He said in the tweet, the Democrats appointed communist judges in a handful of America's
- 15:51most liberal cities.
- 15:53Those unelected communist judges are now trying to rule over us all and invalidate the 2024
- 16:00electoral landslide.
- 16:03And I would say to that fact check true, but we'll be right back with Andy Woods on World
- 16:07View Matters.
- 16:08Today's show is brought to you by Harbinger's Daily.

- 16:51That's David 15 to say 15% on all courses at Freedom Project Academy.
- 16:57Andy Woods, now they're dealing with this issue of birthright citizenship.
- 17:02Before we move on to the next article one to discuss, this is an interesting one because
- 17:10it shouldn't even be a debate when you look at the Constitution.
- 17:14Can you explain that to us?
- 17:17Well keep in mind that the left has hijacked the 14th Amendment for a long time.
- 17:22They've read stuff into that that isn't there.
- 17:26That's part of the basis for the infamous Roe vs. Wade ruling.
- 17:31There's a provision there about riots and they were trying to say Trump started a riot
- 17:37on January 6th.
- 17:39And so they were using something there in the 14th Amendment concerning riots and insurrections
- 17:44and things like that.
- 17:45That's why they kept talking about January 6th being an insurrection.
- 17:49We're trying to hijack the 14th Amendment to prevent Trump from being on the ballot.
- 17:53You remember some of the states didn't even put him on the ballot right away because of
- 17:57that argument.
- 17:59And now they're doing the same thing with this birthright citizenship thing which is this
- 18:03idea that if you're illegal and you happen to have children in this country then automatically
- 18:10they're granted citizenship of the citizenry being citizen of the United States.
- 18:15All of those issues are just read into the 14th Amendment because the 14th Amendment has
- 18:20a context, just like in Bible study, we emphasize context.
- 18:25Well the 14th Amendment has a context.
- 18:27The context of the 14th Amendment is it's a post civil war constitutional amendment.
- 18:34It's one of three, the 13th, the 14th, and the 15th Amendment.
- 18:39And it's designed to give rights to recently emancipated slaves thanks to Abraham, the
- 18:47civil war and Lincoln's emancipation, proclamation, etc.
- 18:52So that's what the 14th Amendment is dealing with.
- 18:55It's not dealing with abortion.
- 18:57It's not dealing with birthright citizenship.
- 18:59It's not dealing with, you know, if the president leads an insurrection January 6th, he's
- 19:06barred, you know, from becoming president of the United States.
- 19:09It's got nothing to do with those issues.
- 19:11They fit a very narrow context and I'm hoping our Supreme Court will rule in that direction
- 19:17and expose this birthright citizenship argument for the fallacy that it is.
- 19:23I'm a little bit nervous though because they don't seem to be going the right direction
- 19:28recently on a lot of things.
- 19:29So the 14th Amendment is not some kind of, you know, blank check to read any ideological
- 19:37idea people have into the 14th Amendment.
- 19:40It has a context and a good jurist, you know, following original interpretive methodology
- 19:47will call attention to that.
- 19:50Okay.
- 19:52We've got to move on because this is just going by way too fast as I knew it would with
- 19:55you Andy.
- 19:57I do want to talk, come back and wrap up talking about Paula white cane and we've talked
- 20:02about her on the show before we've done a whole program with Holly Pivic on her false
- 20:07teachings, NAR and everything else.
- 20:10And our concerns about her position and her influence on the president.
- 20:14There are probably some great people in that faith office in advising the president but
- 20:19this is concerning.
- 20:20She spoke at the World Summit 2025 and I love what you shared in your pastor's point of
- 20:24view.
- 20:25But before we do that, there's a fascinating article on Sam Altman and this goes a completely
- 20:31different direction right now briefly, but it's about technology and these eye scanning,
- 20:38this eye scanning technology.
- 20:40This is really interesting and you were concerned about apparently the Trump administration or
- 20:44Trump's friendship or relationship with Sam Altman can explain that for us.
- 20:51Well, those are probably that I've been real positive bullish so to speak on Trump and
- 20:57all those executive orders.
- 20:58The two downsides are this one here that you're talking about and then the Paula white issue.
- 21:05This one kind of bothers me because to me it's moving us in a cashless direction and as
- 21:12we move in a cashless direction, you know, personal privacy disappears.
- 21:20The government can only track me so far when I'm trafficking in cash, but the moment
- 21:27all of my transactions are done electronically through eye scanning or whatever they're
- 21:31trying to do here is the moment that there's a paper trail on me so to speak and they
- 21:39can run that sort of an inventory on me and should that technology fall into the wrong
- 21:45hands and biblically we know that's going to happen one day, you know, via the antichrist.
- 21:50The whole system is now in place to shut people out that don't have the right buying behavior.
- 21:57The whole system is in place for a social credit score system which China is not conspiracy
- 22:04talk because China has it and the moment, you know, as Trump is sort of in bed with all of
- 22:09these types of CEOs moving this direction, that's the part of the Trump administration that kind
- 22:15of bothers me.
- 22:16It is concerning and it's almost like you can't get away from technology and they sell it as
- 22:22you said in your PPOV, they sell it under convenience and things like that, but yeah,
- 22:29Christian buyer beware, but Christian discern, yeah, so all right, let's move right along here,
- 22:34Paula Whitecane, she praised the United Nations and oh my goodness, ecumenism and he just share
- 22:42your thoughts on this. This was so unfortunate. I think a lot of people don't know what she
- 22:48believes in her background.
- 22:50Well, I mean, this is another downer on the Trump side, even though I'm very
- 22:58positive about Trump overall, but I'm not even sure, and this is just my opinion, I'm not
- 23:03even sure Paula White is an actual orthodox, you know, Christian, because ever since I've known
- 23:10anything about Paula White, she believes in the little God's doctrine that you're the
- 23:16son of a king and as a little God, you deserve a life of health and wealth and prosperity and you
- 23:24just have to have enough faith to access it and to speak these verbal laws which command these
- 23:30things into existence for you. So that's where you get the name it and claim it, you know,
- 23:35blabbit and grab it, some people have called it a type of theology, and then to watch her not only
- 23:42in that position, boy, he could have put Jack Hibbs in that position. I mean, there's a ton of
- 23:48other people that would have been excellent for that, but he chose Paula White, and then there's
- 23:53Paula White in April at that big global UN type of event using John 17, may they be one,
- 24:02where Jesus prays that we'd all be one, arguing that Reverend Sung Young Moon and his ilk and
- 24:09Muslims and Paula White's version of Evangelical Christianity, may we all come together,
- 24:16when in reality that's not what Jesus was praying for at all in John 17. He said sanctify them by the
- 24:23die truth, verse 17 comes before verse 21, which was what Paula White was citing, sanctify them by
- 24:30the die truth, die word is truth. So when Christ prayed for unity, he prayed for it on a foundation
- 24:36truth. He didn't pray for it in kind of the Tower of Babel sense where, you know, all of these
- 24:42diverse philosophies and theologies come together as one. And by the way, that prayer request was
- 24:49already answered that Jesus prayed for there in John 17. It was answered on the day of Pentecost
- 24:54with the body of Christ and the baptizing ministry of the Holy Spirit. It's not talking about
- 25:00something that we ought to go out through ecumenism and try to force into existence, you know, in the
- 25:06year 2025. Thank you. Excellent point. Excellent point. Because a lot of people think, well, it sounds
- 25:15good to be quote, welcoming and unite with world religions or other, but you're thinking, okay,
- 25:23there is only one truth. These are false gospels. Some of them aren't even gospels,
- 25:29their ideologies or things that go against what the Bible teaches. So to try to have unity,
- 25:38I don't know what the advantage of that would be, I guess to maybe look like there's peace in
- 25:44the world, but that's never going to happen, right? Well, I mean, you're dealing with politics.
- 25:51So I guess you get more votes by saying we're all one. I mean, that's the only motive I can think
- 25:57of. Certainly as a local church pastor, you know, that wants to teach the truth. I would never embrace,
- 26:04you know, something like this. But then again, I'm not trying to win any elections. I'm just trying
- 26:09to get through the next Bible study. So, you know, people in different positions do different things,
- 26:17but however we analyze it, what Paula White was doing there was more of an anti-Christ spirit
- 26:24than a Christian spirit. I mean, she was calling for unity with religious viewpoints that are
- 26:31unbiblical. And that's not at all what Jesus was talking about in John 17. I mean, not only was
