• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: If it's something you enjoy, you enjoy it, you enjoy it while it lasts.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: And when that day comes when it's over with, you appreciate which the time you had and you move on.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: So it's another life, it's like buses.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: They just keep coming around.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: Everything in life goes around, come around.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: Just like the earth evolved, revolves and turns.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: And you may be enjoying the sunlight, but eventually that sunlight is gonna turn to darkness.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: And that darkness is gonna help you appreciate the sunlight when it comes back around again.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: So when you look at things like that, you don't ever get too down about things because this is life.
• 3:55
  SPEAKER_00: There's a yin and a yang, a start and a star.
• 4:00
  SPEAKER_00: Good times, bad times.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: This is the basis of life as we know it.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: You can't have one without the other.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: So what you do is you appreciate it all.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: You appreciate pain because if it wasn't for pain, you wouldn't quite know how joy felt.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: If it wasn't for the downs in your life, you wouldn't appreciate the ups.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: If everything was up, then up wouldn't be anything.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: And so on this Wednesday on the flow show, no feel time.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: I just want y'all to know before we before we get into that, and it ties into this David thing too, because he had a good run in his mind, but it's over.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: But I want to people want people to realize don't get so upset about things.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: Life is about a combination of choices and opinions.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_00: That's all it is.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna like some people's choices, you're gonna like some people's opinions, you're gonna not like some people's choices and some opinions.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: There is nowhere around any of that.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: And so when people look at me, my brother, different people around me, like you just always just stay relaxed and calm about shit.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: Or don't get too worked up.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: It's because everything that happens, you have to expect it.
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_00: This is life.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: Enjoy the good, enjoy the good, but know that everything ain't gonna everything happens for a reason.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: It's not nothing to get bent out of shape about.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: You control what you can control, you do the best you can in your life, and if you do the best you can, you go hard at everything you do, you put in the work, you put in the grind.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Life is just too short to be worried about things that's out of your control.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: Bush your ass and whatever you do, and you'll be all right.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_01: Good morning, Tracy, everybody as we get seatuck in here.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_01: I had some people DMing me, going through stuff.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to give them my my my my uh way I look at things.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_00: If it don't make you don't if it don't break you, don't if it don't make it nigga, it break it nigga.
• 6:59
  SPEAKER_00: No, hello.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_00: What's up?
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: Uh uh Yeah, I think I might have uh no, but you can't pull it off your thing.
• 7:16
  SPEAKER_00: Oh okay.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh let me see.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: First you know I'm in the middle of the show.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: So give me a give me a second.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: Let me let me give me like two seconds to see.
• 7:36
  SPEAKER_00: What's up, what's up?
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: Uh Tracy said she working, but she watching.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: Let me see right quick.
• 7:45
  SPEAKER_00: Hold on, y'all.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: I gotta check and see if I got this cash.
• 7:47
  SPEAKER_00: What's she talking about?
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: What you waiting on, bro?
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: I see everybody in the building, so speaking of starting and stopping and runs coming to an end, we got the singer David, who we all know is charged with unaliving Celeste Rivas and uh Unalive and uh his ass grasp right now.
• 8:32
  SPEAKER_00: What's up, C Tuck?
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: What up, what uh I was just telling him uh as as we talk about Davis run coming to an end, um I'm I don't know if you heard, but I was just telling the community and everybody listening that everything pretty much has a start time and an end time.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, pretty much everything in life.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: And so you live your life, if you live your life knowing that and understanding that, you don't beat yourself up so much about stuff that goes on.
• 9:03
  SPEAKER_03: No, for sure.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: And so I would like for you to touch on that.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_03: No, I'd be the same way.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_03: Like I I like I I gain, I got like a different level of like understanding and acceptance.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_03: Like I understand different dynamics and things, how they is, and then I, you know, and then I allow me to accept it.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_03: And me and me accepting it can be many things.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_03: It could be me just going like ridding myself of the situation completely because that's what was healthy to do, or just or trying to trying to find like trying to like basically push for like common ground or whatever the case may be.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_03: So yeah, no, like, because like some people you got even with people, like some, like you gotta just accept people for who they is and just worry about what you what you can change.
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly, exactly.
• 10:03
  SPEAKER_00: That's a good point, C T.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_03: Because you'll you'll burn yourself out trying to trying to play uh Geppetto and Pinocchio.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_03: You can't make nobody do nothing, can't make nobody say nothing, feel no type of way, nothing like that.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_03: So you you just you you when you do when you learn to accept that you your life do become a lot less stressful.
• 10:27
  SPEAKER_03: Hell yeah.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_03: I see people and then like some people might mistake it as you being more so like nonchalant or something about that, but it's like no, it I'm not.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_03: I'm just not really getting bent out of shape.
• 10:42
  SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_03: I remember one time uh I was a kid, just for answer, like I was a kid, and uh me and my granny went to the grocery store.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_03: And then uh we was getting the I was getting I was getting the rest of the groceries out the car.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, granny, I got it.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, as a kid, I'm like, I'm a professional grocery get around this motherfucker.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_03: Like, no, I I got all of this.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_03: So she still insists on grabbing some shit.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_03: So I got my hand like propped up against the door jam.
• 11:13
  SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_03: And then like I'm reaching because I'm trying to reach in, because I ain't feel like walking all the way around in the street just to get to the other side of the car.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I could just reach it.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_03: So I'm I got my hand propped up and I'm reaching in.
• 11:26
  SPEAKER_03: Granny slam the door.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_03: After after I like I'm grabbing the bag trying to situate it on my arms and stuff, because I had them like lined up against my arms, so I could just carry it like that.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_03: Slam the damn door.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_03: But me as a kid, I I think I was probably like eight, nine years old.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_03: I knew how how strong my granny is.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, granny, you, I'm like, you so how strong.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_03: I told her you, I'm like, you so how strong, granny, if you trip over your shoestrings, you would just probably start swinging.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, like, so she shut the door and like my fingers was in the door jam.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_03: So it like hurt like a motherfucker, but I'm like, that's granny.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, if I trying to gotta get out of this, I gotta be cool.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, granny, open the door.
• 12:12
  SPEAKER_03: She said, what, what?
• 12:13
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, granny, just open open the back door real quick, just real quick.
• 12:17
  SPEAKER_03: I forgot something.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, open the back door.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_03: Say, what, what, what you, what you forgot?
• 12:22
SPEAKER_03: My granny, my fingers is in the door.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_03: Open the door.
• 12:28
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, see, that's why I ain't I ain't want you scroll.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, granny, just open the door, please.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_03: Like all my fingers was throbbing and stuff.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, man, but I like I knew I couldn't like ah granny, open because she would have flipped on.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_03: So I'm like, no, hey, granny, open the door.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_03: So you had to say calm, yeah.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: Did y'all get it worked out?
• 12:52
  SPEAKER_03: Oh no, for sure.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_03: I mean, shoot, I still got still got these motherfuckers.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: Right, because everybody don't got them, man, for sure.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_03: But no, that man, what's up?
• 13:04
SPEAKER_03: What's what's up with your boy David, man?
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: Man, we about to get into his ass.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_03: This this dude is that's a wild boy.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Hey, they said they said they went from they ain't got no evidence, you know.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: People were saying, or even his leagues.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_03: We got too much going on tour through this shit.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: We got mountains of this shit.
• 13:26
  SPEAKER_03: I was like, what?
• 13:27
  SPEAKER_03: I seen that yesterday.
• 13:28
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, damn.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, because I was wondering, I'm like, what type of what type of angle he working?
• 13:34
SPEAKER_03: Why his date keep getting pushed back?
• 13:36
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, they on some bullshit.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_03: But when they say they had to just go through some more evidence, I'm like, all right, cool.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, we we cooking with Greece now.
• 13:44
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_00: Man.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: So we about to get into David, man.
• 13:50
  SPEAKER_00: What y'all think?
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: Y'all, yeah, we so what we talking about is David.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: Uh if y'all, all y'all, if y'all know, at first they people who was trolling was talking about they ain't had no evidence.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, they don't have the the the cause of death, they can't tie them to the body and all this.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: And then even his legal team was saying they didn't have any evidence, and they was trying to get him to get bail and all of that.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: And we have come a full 180 degrees from that.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: It's so much fucking evidence, they can't even start the damn trial.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: It's been delayed because it's too much fucking evidence.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: And like we said from the beginning, uh, David is cooked.
• 14:38
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 14:39
  SPEAKER_00: Cooked.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: He got they got evidence of him literally doing everything.
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's the crazy part.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: They got evidence of him bribing kids to give her a phone.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: They got evidence of him texting and arguing with her right before she is deceased.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: He got her an Uber.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: The Uber driver dropped her off at the place.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: And then he tried to do some fake calling.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: And somehow, we had they haven't described it yet, but somehow it seems as though they know he stood over her body and watched it bleed out.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: And that's the part that I'm like, for them to keep saying that, I'm like, what evidence do they have?
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: Because they keep saying that.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: They keep saying that we have evidence that David stood over her bike or or stood by and watched her bleed out.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_03: For them to even say like he stood that it gotta be some type of video footage.
• 15:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it gotta be.
• 15:45
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I was thinking.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: The only thing if it's not, and I'm thinking video footage, but if it's not video footage, it's a witness.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah, but you know, nowadays motherfuckers ain't out there taking steel frames.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_03: You know, motherfucker, you they had called, they had pulled out their phone and start recording before they even call 911.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_03: A lot of the times nowadays.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: No, I'm saying maybe somebody might have told on.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, if it's I believe that's I'm thinking video because that's the first thing I said.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: I said, But they got some type of video on this dude, they over or what if it's somebody like shit?
• 16:18
SPEAKER_03: All right, look, and also unlike some shit with the uh Meg trial with old girl, how she signed up mutiny like look, give me this agreement, make me immune to this shit, because I wasn't with the shit anyway.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_03: He right talked me into it.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_03: Look, I signed this, I recorded, he didn't know, but I had I got what if they got the footage and like look, I got this shit all on camera just because I knew motherfuckers wouldn't believe me.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: Uh because I don't think somebody like David, he's a coward.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: I don't think he would have the I don't I don't think he would do it by himself.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think he would have because you know how them, especially he a celebrity, he this, he that, and they always got somebody to help or do this or do that.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: Like I don't see him just straight doing this solo either.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: That's why I think they got some, either like you said, it's just that the only reason I'm like, I'm thinking video, but the only reason I might not.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: I mean when I say video, it could be a person video, but I'm saying not like a random video, because I don't think it was probably just cameras in the house.
• 17:22
  SPEAKER_04: Right.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm saying?
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: But like I said, like we said, I can I still believe it could be uh the per it could be a person might have filmed, knowing it was worth something, and knowing he was tweaking out, or it's just a witness who was there who helped him do a lot of this shit, maybe Neo.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_03: Or or you can't even really rule out the house camera shit because you know nowadays most of these celebrities be having a little inside house camera footage, so like if they house get broken into.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_03: Now he'd be an idiot if he ain't think about that.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_03: So, but like, but like peep this.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_03: So what if before he even got a chance to do it?
• 18:06
SPEAKER_03: What if the person like shit let me go wipe the camera footage?
• 18:09
SPEAKER_03: And they just swiped it and can't like tucked it, and like, yeah, I'm I know I'm gonna need this shit later.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_03: And then he did all that shit.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_03: Then, all right, look, I got the hard drive right here.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_03: What if it's some shit like man?
• 18:23
SPEAKER_03: Man, if it's some shit like that, he getting a death penalty.
• 18:26
  SPEAKER_03: For sure.
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_00: For sure, for sure.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: If it's something like that, he's getting the death penalty.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: He is getting the death penalty.
• 18:34
  SPEAKER_00: What's up, y'all?
• 18:36
SPEAKER_00: The Lord said, Wow, yes, video, video, video.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: So let's get into this article, man.
• 18:43
  SPEAKER_00: Shit.
• 18:43
  SPEAKER_00: This is crazy.
• 18:45
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's coming from the New York Post.
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_00: Uh New York Post.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Now they don't have so many.
• 18:55
  SPEAKER_00: I like theirs because they don't have a thousand pop-up ads.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: Some of these publications getting thirsty for some money.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_03: I was trying to sell you something.
• 19:02
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: All right, so the New York Post, David murder trial delayed over mountain of evidence in Celeste Revis' case.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: David appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday looking weary in an orange prison jumpsuit as a preliminary hearing in his murder trial was delayed due to a mountain of new evidence, prosecutors said.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: The decision to delay the hearing until the end of June came after horrifying new details emerged last month in the case of his alleged mutilation of 14-year-old Celeste Revis.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_00: This motherfucker is going to hell in a handbasket.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: Prosecutors revealed Tuesday that they have tons of evidence to review, including lab reports, police reports, photographs, numerous videos, arrest reports, and forensic evidence.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: They say he came in that bitch shackled up.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: They said David had the orange jump shoot on and the shackle, the whole nine.
• 20:14
  SPEAKER_00: They got him.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, ain't no suit for you, my boy.
• 20:18
  SPEAKER_00: You ain't putting a jump suit.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: That's what you got, my we got that orange one for you.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the back the original prison uniform.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: They should have had the black and white striped one on them.
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_02: Man, you feel me?
• 20:30
  SPEAKER_02: Shaw Shank shit.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: So David, whose real name is David Burke, appeared exhausted in court and disappointed at the hearing being delayed as he stared down Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charlene Almeido.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: When asked if he agreed to the new June 29th date, he replied, Yes, your honor.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: Now, last month, court documents, um, the singer's legal team argued to have sealed revealed disturbing accusations from prosecutors that he groomed and eventually mutilated Revis with a chainsaw.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_03: That shit's sick.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_03: That shit is like crazy.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_03: And then not only that, like I know for sure they got forensic evidence because you know when you're doing some shit like that, all that splattering and everything like that.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_03: You in order to clean up, you're gonna have to get into every nook and crank.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_03: I don't know if you've seen this show uh called uh Dexter.
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_03: Man, bro, it's a show.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_03: Uh I don't I remember if it came on Showtime or whatever.
• 21:43
  SPEAKER_03: Show about this dude.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_03: He a uh cop, uh like one of the forensic specialists, uh coincidentally.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_03: And but he a serial killer on the on the flip side.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_03: So he but like he like real meticulous with this shit.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_03: He got his own little The way he masks off the room and stuff, and he don't leave like a speck of evidence.
• 22:06
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_03: And he be they be like, even like if you watch one of them little forensic shows, they'll show like, oh yeah, you they'll show like you gotta do this and stuff like that.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_03: And if you don't, this is where it could show up.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_03: So imagine if he did that shit in somewhere like a kitchen or a living room or something like that.
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 22:25
SPEAKER_03: But that shit gonna get like underneath the couch or something.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_03: He ain't flipping over no couches.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_03: He not looking under no countertops and trying to really cover his tracks.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_03: So I know they got hella forensic evidence on his stupid ass.
• 22:39
  SPEAKER_00: Hell yeah.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_00: You know, I was thinking the same thing.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: I was like, man, you can't clean that shit up.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: Like that shit everywhere, and it's the tiniest shit that they can go off of.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_03: And we're talking about a chainsaw, right?
• 22:52
SPEAKER_03: Bruh, like I I've got a chainsaw when I've got to cut down branches and shit.
• 22:56
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because that shit be all over the place.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_03: Like you so imagine if that and that's wood, and then we're talking about a person, right?
• 23:07
SPEAKER_03: Like, like, come on, bruh.
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, man.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: It it it's crazy.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: Like, I just had a tree at that uh one of the houses we working on.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: We had to chop down a big ass tree, man.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Like you said, that shit be everywhere.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: That chance had that man.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: I had to walk away, get away from the area, you know what I'm saying?
• 23:27
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like you gotta have glasses on.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_03: If you you a fool if you don't have no type of protective eyewear, because that's your you have sawdust all in your eyeballs.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: No, that shit get everywhere.
• 23:38
  SPEAKER_00: Now, uh continuing.
• 23:40
  SPEAKER_00: Last month, court documents.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: Uh uh, I mean, David, real name David Burke, ordered an Uber to deliver Revis from her family home in Lake Elsinore uh to his Hollywood Hills home on the night of April 23rd, 2025, according to documents obtained by the California Post.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: Now, when he sent this Uber to get her from her home, it is already documented that he was made aware that she was underage.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: He already had uh was approached by uh investigators way prior prior to that, and they was questioning him and letting him know that, you know, asking what did he know about her disappearance, and he claimed he didn't know she was underage, and they let him know she is underage.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: So, on top of all the other mountains and mountains of evidence, they literally have evidence that you was with her before and you were warned that she was under and she's a minor, and you still had relationship argument with her and sent an Uber.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: What juror what jury is not gonna convict your ass?
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_03: A dumb one.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_03: A dumb one, and I hope they don't line them up with one.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: Right now, once he Ubered her to her to his home April 23rd, 2025, uh, he then stabbed her and stood while she bled to death, prosecutor said.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you, they keep bringing that point up, C Tug.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, why are they keep why do they keep saying, you know, he gotta be freaked out.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: He know pretty much he probably know how they know that, you know, whether it's somebody told on him who was around, video evidence, but they literally keep saying he then stabbed her and stood by while she bled to death.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: How the hell do they know that?
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: How do they know he stood by and watched her bleed?
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: That is the smoking gun of this whole thing that keeps bothering me.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: And I know it's a reason why they cake they keep literally saying that.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: They stressing that, yeah, they stressing that.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_03: It might be a ploy with the prosecution, but even even though, even regardless of the fact, they make a show you know that the public know that he stood over this this this this girl, this young lady, and and watch her suffer.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_03: They they want people, they they make a show we know that.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_03: Because they, I guess they just and then that also opened the door for to kind of like handle his defense for any type of leniency, asking for any type of leniency.
• 26:37
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_03: Because like you said, even on forget to just bypass the jury.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_03: What judge in their right mind would be lenient, knowing, having knowing or having knowledge of a grown ass man standing over a teenage girl after he done stabbed her or watched her bleed up.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_03: Especially if they apparent and they and they within their own right.
• 27:01
  unknown: Right, right.
• 27:02
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 27:03
SPEAKER_03: Like, no moral comp is gonna kick in, pass the judicial restrictions.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: So let's continue with and and as they break down uh evidence of all the shit they got.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: So he didn't stab, he stabbed her and stood by while she bled to death, the prosecutor said.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh Burke allegedly ordered a shovel from Home Depot the following day and had it delivered to his home by postmates.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: So you just had a random.
• 27:37
  SPEAKER_00: You know what's crazy?
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: All this shit that he ordered is shit that I just fucked with on this on this renovation shit.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you ain't doing renovations, David.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_02: We just ordered a shovel.
• 27:48
SPEAKER_02: What you getting the shovel for, Philo?
• 27:51
SPEAKER_00: Hey, look, we ordered a shovel because we leveled off this porch and the porch was so uh like so.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: Once we leveled it and then we attached the lattice back to it, yeah, it kind of had a had a big gap bottom, you know, because it was it was sunk down, and it's lift it up, you know.
• 28:11
  SPEAKER_00: That gap was there.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: So we used the shovel to bear to to shovel dirt, yeah.
• 28:17
SPEAKER_00: Build the dirt up to the to the lattice and make everything look even.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: We won't kill them, motherfuckers.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: But David, on the other hand, David on that on that shit, he don't got a general contracting company, so what the fuck is you ordering a shovel for?
• 28:33
SPEAKER_03: Man, and and where he was at, it ain't no fucking snow out there.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it ain't no snow.
• 28:38
  SPEAKER_00: What is you shoveling?
• 28:39
SPEAKER_00: What and do you order?
• 28:40
SPEAKER_03: See, that's the thing about he wasn't even on no fucking farm.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_03: No, so what the fuck is you shoveling, David?
• 28:46
SPEAKER_03: Like, what the fuck, man?
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: Man, they used to they used to have to pull surveillance footage and you going to get it and all that, but all this new technology now.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: You the the the the the bad guys just bring them right to the creek.
• 28:58
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's all documented.
• 29:00
SPEAKER_00: You don't went on postmates and ordered a shovel from Home Depot.
• 29:04
SPEAKER_03: I would I would have respected them most.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_03: I not even respect him.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_03: I would have just like like like you are at least you did some leg work.
• 29:13
  SPEAKER_03: Go get you.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_03: He could have went to fucking Home Depot himself.
• 29:16
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, put a little covet mask and some glasses on or some shit.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_03: Dude, go to how the fuck you ordering some shit off post uh shovel off and you just killed this girl.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_00: You just ordered Uber her to your house, stabbed her, whatever all the shit you did.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: Then the next day, you randomly ordering a shovel.
• 29:37
  SPEAKER_00: So check this out.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_00: Uh, then about a week later, he ordered two chainsaws from Amazon that were delivered to his home document show.
• 29:48
SPEAKER_00: And on May 5th, he allegedly ordered a body bag, heavy duty laundry bags and a blue inflatable pool.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_00: Man, this see the thing is criminals stupid shit, don't care who do it.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_00: Meaning anybody can do some stupid shit.
• 30:14
  SPEAKER_00: Stupid shit don't discriminate.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: Anybody, you could be the biggest star in the world, you could be the biggest nothing in the world.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_00: You we everybody can do stupid shit.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_00: This dude not only did stupid shit in the heat of emotions, he did stupid shit after he had time to think about it.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: Like week later, two weeks later, you still what the fuck do you think?
• 30:38
SPEAKER_00: Like you said, world's dumbest criminal.
• 30:40
SPEAKER_00: What how do you think that's how entitled these celebrities be and how warp they mind be?
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: You you you think you you don't think you don't think somebody gonna uh you don't think somebody gonna look into the or or think something weird about you order ordering shovels and chainsaws and you know what you just did allegedly.
• 31:11
SPEAKER_03: That is a you is uh but the the the like to be bold enough to order the shit though that that's what get I wouldn't like like you you gotta you gotta have a card attached to that shit.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_03: Like that just lets you know what like shit, like every like you stuck on stupid, parked on dumb.
• 31:31
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 31:32
SPEAKER_00: And it's coming straight to your house.
• 31:34
  SPEAKER_03: Come on, bruh.
• 31:36
SPEAKER_03: Like if anything, you like the per the I don't know if people like really notice or not, but or like people that's do uh doing like like engaging in a life of crime.
• 31:48
SPEAKER_03: I don't know if y'all aware of this or not, if y'all listening, the purpose of doing something that you're not supposed to do if you choose to do it, is to not get caught doing it or have done it.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_03: Like other than other than that, you you go into jail, or did you something gonna happen to you?
• 32:09
  SPEAKER_03: Just bottom line.
• 32:10
SPEAKER_03: And if you think it's cool to, I mean, like I remember a point time where motherfuckers used to think it was cool to go to jail and shit.
• 32:17
SPEAKER_03: So yeah, man, they were used to wear their shit like a badge of honor.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I wanted to do such and such.
• 32:22
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, yeah, all right, cool.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, but shit, how many times when you was a kid did you go bragging to your friends when your mama whooped your ass?
• 32:29
SPEAKER_03: Oh, she got the big belt this time, y'all.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_03: She she pulled out all the stops this time.
• 32:35
SPEAKER_03: You weren't doing you weren't doing that shit.
• 32:37
  SPEAKER_03: Nah.
• 32:39
  SPEAKER_00: Nah.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_00: And so check this out.
• 32:41
SPEAKER_00: From so from there, once he ordered all his uh how to not get away with a murder kit, uh, after that, they say the investigators say Burke took horrifying measures to destroy and discard the victim's body.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_00: Uh Burke is accused of placing Revis's body into the blue inflatable pool to prevent her blood from making a mess on his garage floor and use the chainsaw and possibly other tools to cut off her limbs, according to documents.
• 33:18
SPEAKER_00: Burke also allegedly amputated Reeves' left ring and pinky fingers because a ring finger bore a tattoo of his name, and those fingers would never recover, according to the documents.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_00: Reeves' family attorney, uh Patrick Steinfield, described informing her family of the news the most difficult thing he has ever done is 36, 37 years of law.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_00: Last night, I had the heartbreaking responsibility of informing the Reeves Hernandez family of the horrifying allegation submitted in court yesterday that David Anthony Burke allegedly stabbed Celeste, stood by while she bled to death, used a chainsaw to cut off her limbs, and bought a burn cage with the plan to incinerate the evidence.
• 34:11
SPEAKER_00: Seinfeld said in a statement.
• 34:13
  SPEAKER_00: Steinfeld, sorry.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_00: Um, Revis's body was discovered in Burke's Tesla, of course we know that, which was impounded last September on April 16th.
• 34:26
SPEAKER_00: He was arrested after LAPD officers swooped in on a Hollywood Hills home.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_00: The singer was staying in.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_00: Now, I want to touch on that real quick too.
• 34:38
SPEAKER_00: So much happened since that happened.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_00: We didn't get a chance to really talk about this and really backtrack.
• 34:45
SPEAKER_00: It was somebody on the inside that was trying to hold up this uh this this this this case or this investigation because why did the LAPD have to jump the gun and arrest them in order to make the grand jury come down with the charges?
• 35:07
  SPEAKER_00: Think about it.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_00: Remember, they said when they first did it, remember they said that they still hadn't charged him yet.
• 35:13
SPEAKER_03: And they were like, Well, if the if they don't charge him by Monday, because they and we and remember we was always told like damn, like even grandma and Kathy was saying, like, I don't understand like what's taking them so long to arrest them.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_03: We and we were talking about that for weeks.
• 35:29
SPEAKER_00: So it was like somebody said we gotta force their hand.
• 35:33
SPEAKER_00: Somebody in the LAPD said, We gotta force their hand.
• 35:37
SPEAKER_00: And and I ain't never seen and think about it, ain't nobody talking about that.
• 35:41
SPEAKER_00: Like it's just getting it's just getting glazed over, like, but because once that happened, we all happy got arrested.
• 35:48
SPEAKER_00: Now we're hearing about all this evidence, so it really ain't nobody went back and touched on, like, okay, so what was the fucking hold up?
• 35:56
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 35:57
SPEAKER_00: Who was holding it up?
• 35:58
SPEAKER_00: I would like to know who that who was holding it up, what did what person or what committee or what whoever because what type of shell game was they playing?
• 36:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because for somebody in the LAP, they say, fuck it, we're gonna just arrest it, arrest them and then put the onus on the LA on the grand jury or whoever.
• 36:17
SPEAKER_00: That was a bold move, and somebody took it upon themselves, but now I still want to know who the fuck was like holding this shit up.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_00: Nobody's even talking about that.
• 36:29
  SPEAKER_00: Like, like that's a big thing.
• 36:31
SPEAKER_00: Like, then all of a sudden they arrest him, then they can figure out charges and get all into it.
• 36:37
SPEAKER_00: But before the LAPD arrested him, he was just free as a bird, and nobody and and and they kept still on fucking tour.
• 36:44
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_00: I that's gonna come out, I believe, at some point too.
• 36:49
SPEAKER_00: I believe somehow, some way that's gonna come out.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_03: And you think that part uh you think that person gonna get reprimanded behind it?
• 36:57
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 36:58
SPEAKER_00: Maybe, maybe not, because it depends on who he is, how much power they had, and whatever.
• 37:03
SPEAKER_00: I would hope they I hope they do.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you will hope so, but you know, you know, the way this shit be going sometimes, man.
• 37:10
SPEAKER_00: Because it just don't make no sense that they had to do all that in order for them to come with a uh uh a case.
• 37:18
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 37:18
  SPEAKER_00: Uh uh or charges.
• 37:20
  SPEAKER_00: So um let's continue.
• 37:24
  SPEAKER_00: What else they say?
• 37:25
SPEAKER_00: Exclusive video footage obtained by the Post New York Post showed the singer with his hands behind his back as he's led down a residential street in the Hollywood Hills.
• 37:35
SPEAKER_00: A neighbor told the Post she witnessed so many cops on the street just before the singer was taken into custody.
• 37:42
SPEAKER_00: One officer was on a loudspeaker outside the home shouting surrender, according to the neighbor.
• 37:48
SPEAKER_00: LA County District Attorney Nathan Hockman has said that the death penalty is still on the table for the singer.
• 38:02
SPEAKER_00: So when is the case going?
• 38:04
SPEAKER_00: When is it gonna start?
• 38:05
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_00: They said they delayed it.
• 38:07
SPEAKER_00: Have you heard any anything of when they delaying it too?
• 38:09
SPEAKER_03: Or are they just uh I think it was uh like uh like May 20th or something like that.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_03: I think that's when they put I think they pushed it back to that.
• 38:22
  SPEAKER_03: If I'm not mistaken.
• 38:26
SPEAKER_00: Talk about being caught red-handed.
• 38:30
  SPEAKER_04: Man.
• 38:30
SPEAKER_00: I remember I remember one time I was like 20, 21, just to show you how stupid you is at that age.
• 38:41
SPEAKER_00: I ain't I ain't David stupid, but you know, we all have our younger days.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_00: And so I had my first real girlfriend, and so this one like cell phones was just kind of getting like popular where they had like the fucking touch screens and shit.
• 38:59
SPEAKER_00: And so I had uh I had uh I had a like a jacket I used to wear, had a pocket in the front.
• 39:10
SPEAKER_00: So I'm doing things I probably shouldn't have been doing, and I done dialed, not being used to these touch screens, not having no lock, I done called my girlfriend, didn't even know it.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_00: I'm kicking it with the guys.
• 39:25
SPEAKER_00: Man, it just so happened to be the worst time for me to, you know, you know, we got talking, man.
• 39:33
SPEAKER_00: Man, she listened to about an hour of me just yeah, of me just talking shit and talking about this one and that one, and my boy, this straight got talk.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_00: Man, that shit taught me a lesson.
• 39:51
SPEAKER_00: First of all, first of all, you don't be too two-faced like that anyway, yeah, because of shit like that.
• 39:59
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 40:00
SPEAKER_00: I was young and dumb, like I shouldn't even been talking the kind of shit I was talking, and I never did that since.
• 40:05
SPEAKER_00: Like, it taught me more than just, but it also just was a a a case and when you just caught fucking red, the fuck handed shit you can do about it.
• 40:18
  SPEAKER_00: I can't say it wasn't me.
• 40:20
SPEAKER_03: I mean, but even then, like shit, you know, it's barbershop talk and beauty shop talk, so like that ain't that ain't held against nobody.
• 40:27
SPEAKER_03: A lot of times, it don't even be nothing that's actually going on.
• 40:31
SPEAKER_03: It has been shit that happened in the past, so it's like you you you yeah, that's what I was trying to say.
• 40:37
SPEAKER_00: You sound just how I sound this exactly what I was trying to say.
• 40:43
SPEAKER_00: But when somebody hears you talk all kind of shit, it's kind of hard.
• 40:48
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, dude.
• 40:50
SPEAKER_03: Like, man, I had to in the Captain Morgan pose.
• 40:55
SPEAKER_00: And I like I said, I learned a valuable lesson that day.
• 40:59
SPEAKER_00: She was mad as fuck for a long time, but I learned a valuable lesson just for like going overboard about talking shit for real, like just in general, because when you get caught, like sometimes you don't realize how bad some shit is till you kind of get caught, you know what I mean?
• 41:15
SPEAKER_00: Or or like you know what I'm saying?
• 41:17
SPEAKER_00: It was just like so, like, even since that day, I ain't never really went in like that for real, for real.
• 41:24
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I do my regular guy talk, but just you know, show more respect for the person I'm with.
• 41:29
SPEAKER_00: But and like I said, also it was just uh it was just a when you caught red-handed, it make you not even want to do wrong shit, man.
• 41:37
SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm saying?
• 41:38
SPEAKER_00: Nothing like being caught red-handed.
• 41:40
SPEAKER_00: One thing like when you got some wiggle room, it's different.
• 41:44
SPEAKER_00: When your ass busted red the fuck handed is your voice, you saying it, you cosigning, doubling, tripling down, you talking about other women, you know what I'm saying?
• 41:56
SPEAKER_00: You doing all type of shit.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_00: Ain't nothing like it, bruh.
• 42:00
SPEAKER_00: Man, I don't I think that's the last time that I've been even caught red hand.
• 42:06

• 42:17
SPEAKER_03: Cause we was outside and shit, and everybody was playing with fireworks.
• 42:20
SPEAKER_03: So you better not be out there playing with no fireworks.
• 42:23
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, no, I ain't even got no fireworks, mom.
• 42:25
  SPEAKER_03: What you talking about?
• 42:26
SPEAKER_03: I ain't we ain't even go to no fireworks though.
• 42:29
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, everybody else got some.
• 42:30
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I wish I can get some.
• 42:32
SPEAKER_03: And so then she's like, whatever.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_03: So you better not be playing playing with no fireworks.
• 42:36
SPEAKER_03: So motherfuckers had lighters and shit.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_03: So I'm up there, but ain't nobody doing that.
• 42:41
SPEAKER_03: She's like, all right, I'm about to go to the stove.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_03: I'm going to the stove.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_03: Like, why is she coming back home, bruh?
• 42:47
  SPEAKER_03: Riding up the street.
• 42:48
SPEAKER_03: I'm in the like, there's already car coming.
• 42:51
SPEAKER_03: And then as you know, the car pulling up, I'm sitting there on like because I'm about to go light into shit.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_03: I'm sitting there, firework in my hand, like just like I'm moving out the way with the car.
• 43:02
SPEAKER_03: She's riding up the street.
• 43:03
SPEAKER_03: I was sitting there, lighter and firework in the hand.

• 43:27
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like you just red handed red-handed, man.
• 43:32
SPEAKER_00: Even after that, you probably changed a little bit.
• 43:34
SPEAKER_00: Like you, you know, getting caught red-handed, especially when you ain't trying to be a shady dude.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_00: Man, no, it it'll it'll make it'll make you tighten up on shit for real.
• 43:42
  SPEAKER_03: No, for sure.
• 43:43
SPEAKER_00: Because you usually got some wiggle room, and you can kind of get, you know, at least some deniability in there.
• 43:49
SPEAKER_00: But when you red handed, you just can't do nothing but sit there and look stupid as fuck.
• 43:54
SPEAKER_00: I had a similar story uh when I was a kid with fireworks where I wasn't supposed to be fucking with them and I was.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_00: Said I wasn't, and then I burnt my fucking hand, and I had to get taken care of, so I was super busted because I needed help at that point.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_00: I had to tell on my own damn self.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_03: Man, I was on the bike, and then I burnt myself on the bike.
• 44:20
SPEAKER_00: Oh man, yeah, that red-handed.
• 44:22
  SPEAKER_00: Hey, anybody out there?
• 44:25
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, let's see.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_00: Somebody Suri got an update.
• 44:27
  SPEAKER_00: Hold on.
• 44:27
SPEAKER_00: I see Suri popped in.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_00: Hey, look, ain't nothing like, oh shit, I did that too.
• 44:32
SPEAKER_00: Make sure you end the car.
• 44:33
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, Laura did that.
• 44:35
  SPEAKER_00: Lord, hold on.
• 44:36
SPEAKER_00: Before I go to uh Siri's update, because Siri, Suri, one of our favorite members, has an update for us, but I gotta go to Laura because she said she did that too.
• 44:45
SPEAKER_00: Make sure you end the call.
• 44:47
SPEAKER_00: Laura, ain't that the worst shit ever?
• 44:50
SPEAKER_00: Man, that's the worst shit ever for your phone call to call somebody and you be saying shit you ain't supposed to say.
• 44:58
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I wouldn't even wish that on nobody, man.
• 45:01
SPEAKER_00: That's the worst fucking feeling in the world.
• 45:04
SPEAKER_00: And Laura said she done did that too.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_03: Or even before they even got like all of that, like the mechanism together, be like when motherfuckers would be just butt dialing people.
• 45:13
  SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
• 45:14
  SPEAKER_03: Same thing.
• 45:15
  SPEAKER_03: That's the easy word.
• 45:17
SPEAKER_00: They had to come up with all this locking auto lock.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_00: They was getting people in trouble.
• 45:21
  SPEAKER_03: Man, man.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_00: I said, Lord, Lord, Lord, Laura said she said the worst.
• 45:25
SPEAKER_00: Anybody that has had that done that before, you know how bad that is.
• 45:29
  SPEAKER_00: That shit is terrible.
• 45:31
SPEAKER_00: And then you have PTSD the rest of your life behind that shit.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_00: You make sure your phone left and off.
• 45:40
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, so let's go to uh Siri got an update.
• 45:43
SPEAKER_00: Uh LAPD Hold Up was they were on the hunt for the second suspect.
• 45:49
SPEAKER_00: We will see a press release soon.
• 45:51
  SPEAKER_00: Major evidence was discovered.
• 45:54
SPEAKER_00: So they were on the hunt for the second.
• 45:58
SPEAKER_00: So is that second suspect?
• 46:00
SPEAKER_00: Well, no, because they wouldn't be on the hunt if they did cooperate.
• 46:03
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_00: So who is this second suspect?
• 46:08
SPEAKER_00: Is this the person who was there though?
• 46:10
SPEAKER_00: Like, is this the person who did a lot of things?
• 46:12
SPEAKER_03: Well, well, it may, it might have been more than one person there.
• 46:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm saying.
• 46:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm saying.
• 46:16
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_03: It might have been like it might have been David, that the second suspect, and another person.
• 46:26
SPEAKER_03: And the other person probably like, all right, look, this this all right.
• 46:30
SPEAKER_03: So who the fuck is that on the camera?
• 46:31
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's that that's J Bro.
• 46:34
  SPEAKER_03: All right, bet.
• 46:35
SPEAKER_03: We gotta go get him.
• 46:37
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 46:38
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the$9.99,$10 holla, Suri Weathers.
• 46:42
SPEAKER_00: Says, good morning, Flo and the community.
• 46:45
SPEAKER_00: The show is holding me down as I tiptoe through the weeds.

  SPEAKER_02: Yes, ma'am.
• 46:52
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, ma'am.
• 46:54
SPEAKER_00: I love me some Surrey.
• 46:57
  SPEAKER_00: But uh, yeah, man.
• 47:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, make sure y'all, hey, look, make sure y'all hang y'all fucking phones up and so people don't hear you talking shit about them.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_03: Man, speaking of phones, you seen that new galaxy?
• 47:12
SPEAKER_00: What's what they got going on?
• 47:13
SPEAKER_03: Man, motherfucker got a built-in privacy screen.
• 47:18
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, for real?
• 47:20
SPEAKER_03: So, like, don't you know how the screen protectors you put it on and it'll blackout where you can't see it?
• 47:24
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you can't see from the from the side.
• 47:26
SPEAKER_03: It got that shit built in.
• 47:29
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's cold.
• 47:31
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, they showed a commercial, the dude was like texting this girl or whatever, and then his friends was up there trying to look at it.
• 47:39
SPEAKER_03: He just tapped a little, he swiped down, tapped it, like tapped the privacy screen icon.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_03: Then they like, well, you well, you what you just standing at your phone?
• 47:49
SPEAKER_03: What you then just showed it to the side, they're like, oh hi.
• 47:52
  SPEAKER_03: Like, cool.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, man, what on, they um they oh, so you could turn it on and off too.
• 48:01
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 48:02
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's dope.
• 48:04
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, y'all.
• 48:05
SPEAKER_00: Hey, look, they know they be coming with some shit.
• 48:08
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, y'all gonna make me get that green bubble.
• 48:12
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, for real.
• 48:21
SPEAKER_01: Man, I I I got hey look, Apple gonna you know Apple gonna copy.
• 48:26
SPEAKER_03: Man, you you heard about that uh you you getting that new uh AP.
• 48:33
SPEAKER_00: Man, I ain't getting it, but I heard about it.
• 48:35
  SPEAKER_00: It's going crazy.
• 48:36
SPEAKER_03: Man, the man, I seen the one navy blue one that looked hard though.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_00: Okay, that would that if I was to get a watch, I would I wouldn't mind getting it.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm saying?
• 48:48
SPEAKER_00: Like it it it it is but it is still five hundred dollars.
• 48:52
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
• 48:52
SPEAKER_00: I mean it's like it ain't cheap, you know.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_00: Like I mean, you know, it's it's still quality, and you know they're gonna put some quality out.
• 49:00
SPEAKER_00: I just uh it come out on Saturday.
• 49:04
  SPEAKER_03: Okay, yeah, okay.
• 49:06
SPEAKER_03: So I like C Tuck gonna have it.
• 49:07
SPEAKER_03: He's gonna have him a blue one.
• 49:09
  SPEAKER_03: Um I don't know.
• 49:10
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna try to get one.
• 49:11
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna try to get one like and everybody like going crazy over.
• 49:15
SPEAKER_03: Like everybody that done paid like the big money for like that paid like 100,000 for them other ones.
• 49:21
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, they like, well, how he doing doing this?
• 49:24
SPEAKER_03: So what they did was because AP was losing money because the uh that how they bezel got that octagon shape, they was trying to trademark and patent that.
• 49:38
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 49:38
SPEAKER_03: They was taking it to like different courts, like international courts, all type of shit.
• 49:44
SPEAKER_03: And then they was like, no, y'all can't do that.
• 49:46
SPEAKER_03: That's too much of a general shape.
• 49:48
SPEAKER_03: So like y'all not making no additional customizations to the shape that will make it differential from the original.
• 49:57
SPEAKER_03: So we can't give you grant y'all that and they kept throwing it out.
• 50:01
SPEAKER_03: So that's so basically by them not being able to lay claim to it, they started losing money because, all right, look, we just rolled out the AP125 2026, the retailer for 50,000.
• 50:16
  SPEAKER_03: Shit.
• 50:17
SPEAKER_03: They done just went to the to the machine shop, they XYZ now figured out how to make it, and they only sell in theirs for 1500.
• 50:24
  SPEAKER_03: Look just the same.
• 50:27
SPEAKER_03: And they can't sue AP can't sue them for that, for like recreating the shape or the image of it because it's a general image.
• 50:37
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_03: So that's that's just like you getting a purse from another manufacturer and putting a Louis Vuitton logo on it, like they really do.
• 50:49
SPEAKER_03: So they they was losing money behind it.
• 50:51
SPEAKER_03: They're like, shit, we gotta figure out a way to get get back in the black.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_03: So they went went more uh basically more retail, like affordable retail.
• 51:02
  unknown: Right.
• 51:02
SPEAKER_03: All right, we're gonna partner with such and such, and we're gonna go ahead and drop it down to where now everybody can get these motherfuckers, and we can possibly do something where we can like monopolize that market and we can like capitalize like that.
• 51:18
SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah, because they people are about to get them bitches.
• 51:21
  SPEAKER_03: Oh no, for sure.
• 51:22
  SPEAKER_03: Ain't they?
• 51:23
SPEAKER_00: You just hear people talking about them, people about to get them.
• 51:26
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they're gonna be they're gonna be out there all the all the tax money out there hanging up because at the end of the day, like I said, it's still$500.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_00: It ain't like you can um talk about nobody for a$500 watch.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm saying?
• 51:39
SPEAKER_00: Like it's still five hundred dollars.
• 51:41
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly$20.
• 51:43
SPEAKER_03: Man, and then it's like like when you when you really get in, like when you into watches and get into that type shit like that, you know what to buy.
• 51:52
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 51:53
SPEAKER_03: Like a lot of that shit, like not a lot of watches, like five, you don't have to have a nice, it's a lot of nice watches that's not five.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_03: You can see a nice, real nice watch for$150, and that's a real great, like, lasting watch.
• 52:09
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 52:10
SPEAKER_03: So like you just all about what you want and what you what you're trying to buy.
• 52:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, so look out for uh C Tux uh Audemar.
• 52:22
  SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah.
• 52:23
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna get I'm gonna get mine with the uh mine gonna have the flow show face.
• 52:31
  SPEAKER_00: No, that's dope.
• 52:32
  SPEAKER_00: What else we got?
• 52:33
  SPEAKER_00: What else?
• 52:33
SPEAKER_00: What else going on in the fucking news?
• 52:36
SPEAKER_03: Man, they up there trying, we already sky high at the pump, man.
• 52:39
SPEAKER_03: They up there trying and up there trying to uh trick motherfuckers again, man.
• 52:44
SPEAKER_03: This your neck of the woods, too.
• 52:46
SPEAKER_03: These your people, these Shaker.
• 52:48
SPEAKER_00: Oh, what's going on in Shaker?
• 52:50
SPEAKER_03: They they didn't caught the BP uh on Chagrin in Warren'sville.
• 52:54
SPEAKER_03: So these motherfuckers will say, like, alright, gas is uh 479.
• 53:02
  SPEAKER_03: Alright, cool.
• 53:03
SPEAKER_03: You pull up when you get to the pump, the pump says 499.
• 53:07
SPEAKER_03: And then and what you supposed to do is if it if it don't, if those prices mismatch, you supposed to honor the lower price.
• 53:16
SPEAKER_03: And BP wasn't doing that.
• 53:18
SPEAKER_03: They just like one cuz it was one of the customers ended up being a fucking news lady for channel three.
• 53:24
  SPEAKER_05: Damn.
• 53:25
SPEAKER_03: And so she went and she asked about she like, yeah, that price different.
• 53:29
SPEAKER_03: Y'all gonna change that or something?
• 53:31
SPEAKER_03: Like, y'all gonna get that together?
• 53:32
SPEAKER_03: They just cut the screen off of like, no.
• 53:35
  SPEAKER_03: Oh shit.
• 53:37
  unknown: What?
• 53:38
SPEAKER_03: So they cut the fucking price screen off.
• 53:41
SPEAKER_03: Like, no, you pay what we say at the pump.
• 53:43
SPEAKER_00: What is going on with life right now?
• 53:46
SPEAKER_00: Gas is done got crazy.
• 53:48
  SPEAKER_00: What is Trump doing?
• 53:49
SPEAKER_00: He got BP flipping shit, turning the screen off.
• 53:53
SPEAKER_03: Man, and then they had one of and they had one of the uh like one of the commission people up there, and he was saying, like, yeah, we've been getting a flood of complaints regarding that.
• 54:03
SPEAKER_03: He like, we putting in a system where like basically if you get caught, like it's a warning.
• 54:09
SPEAKER_03: And then if they come back, then uh what they say if you get caught it's a warning, if you get they had to come back, it's like a fine or a penalty or whatever.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_03: And then if they had to come back again, they can shut down the pump.
• 54:22
SPEAKER_03: The the the whole gas station or like yeah, the pumps.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_00: Man, and then like when she is where's this BP at?
• 54:38
SPEAKER_03: Only one BP so far, or that's the one that they was reporting on.
• 54:42
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.

• 54:45
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Shagrina Warren's view.
• 54:48
SPEAKER_03: And it's right across from that.
• 54:50
  SPEAKER_03: You feel me?
• 54:51
SPEAKER_03: Right across from that uh Wendy's and that's it.
• 54:53
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 54:53

• 55:04
SPEAKER_03: For that one and the Shaker Post Office.
• 55:07
SPEAKER_03: Both of the all of the carriers go fill up at that station.
• 55:12

  SPEAKER_03: He's like, Yeah, okay.
• 55:41
  SPEAKER_00: Man, damn.
• 55:44
  SPEAKER_00: So, what's gonna happen?
• 55:45
SPEAKER_00: She's like, You've been giving us the news on the gas and the war.
• 55:48
  SPEAKER_00: You ain't said nothing.

• 55:52
SPEAKER_03: Man, so they they're good news.

• 57:21
SPEAKER_00: So it's like I just think she ain't just like none of it, like you know what I mean.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_00: Just because she that sister, that close sister, brother Bond be different, yeah.
• 57:30
  SPEAKER_02: For sure.

SPEAKER_00: I I think she just had that.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_03: I can't wait to think they need they need to make a movie about her.
• 57:40
SPEAKER_00: That's your dad, that's gonna be cold.
• 57:44
SPEAKER_00: Cause because people don't people don't know a lot about her like they did Mike, so it'd be like even more like newer.
