- 0:00Speaker 1: Bethlehem Town. As I was going to Bethlehem Town upon
- 0:05Speaker 1: the earth, I cast me down all underneath a little
- 0:10Speaker 1: tree that whispered in this wise to me, Oh, I
- 0:16Speaker 1: shall stand on Calvary and bear what burthen saveth thee.
- 0:23Speaker 1: As up I fared to Bethlehem Town, I met a
- 0:26Speaker 1: shepherd coming down. And thus he quoth A wondrous sight
- 0:32Speaker 1: hath spread before mine eyes this night, an angel host
- 0:37Speaker 1: most fair to see, that sung full sweetly of a

- 1:43Speaker 1: burthen saveth all and me again? I walk in Bethlehem
- 1:49Speaker 1: town and think on him that wears the crown. I
- 1:54Speaker 1: may not kiss his feet again, nor worship him as
- 1:59Speaker 1: did I then my king, half died upon the tree
- 2:05Speaker 1: and half outpoured on Calvary. What blood redeemeth you and me?
