Trust in the Lord

Today I want to talk about trusting God. There is a difference between faith and trust. God wants us to trust Him.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.

In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

These are some of my favourite verses in scripture. Solomon was given wisdom beyond all men from God. He had a deep understanding and was incredibly wise. Here he writes that we are not to rely, to look upon or to lean on…
