  this lawsuit, we're going to defend our turf.

  So why all of a sudden does NASCAR want to settle?

  What happened? What did they learn?

  Well, first of all, let's take a look at both parties.

  We all know that Michael Jordan is a gambler.

  That's World News. Everybody knows Michael Jordan's

  on the golf course, gambling per shot, per game.

  Michael Jordan loves the casinos.

  But what is Michael Jordan really famous for?

  And that's why the judge six months ago said, wow, I've never

  seen a group of people. Remember when the judge said,

  down? Well, there's a real chance that

  NASCAR could lose the lawsuit. Well, what does that mean?

  That means that if they lose the lawsuit, that the judge could

  say, OK, you got to start selling off parts of NASCAR.

  Oh, yeah, because if they lose a monopolistic lawsuit, that means

  the judge orders them now. OK, NASCAR, you got to.

  You got to sell half of NASCAR. And that, my friends, means it

  all comes crumbling down. That's why all the car owners

  said, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, let's settle this.

  Let's settle this because all the car owners got a lot

  invested. Because you look at Rodger

  Penske, he's a little different than than Michael Jordan.

  had the discount tires? All Rodger Penske's sponsors go

  through his businesses, Yes. Oil takes care of the

  dealerships. Tires take care of the

  dealerships. What else does Joe Gibbs got?

  I mean, I don't know what Joe Gibbs got, but what I know is

  all he's got is racing. So, you know, you look at

  So if NASCAR were to lose the lawsuit, I mean, the whole damn

  empire comes crumbling down because the judge will tell them

  to start selling off NASCAR because it is a monopoly,

  monopolistic practice. See, if you lose a monopolistic

  practice, if you lose it, that's why you look at some of these,

  that's illegal. You got to share the business a

  NASCAR, we want to win, and that's not enough.
