Speaker 6: It's a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 3:06
  Speaker 5: Story number one.
• 3:07
Speaker 2: It is a scathing report.
• 3:10
Speaker 6: It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
• 3:13
Speaker 6: to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Oversight
• 3:18
Speaker 6: Committee on Tuesday asked the Justice Department to investigate former
• 3:24
Speaker 6: President Joe Biden's use of the auto pen to sign executive.
• 3:28
  Speaker 2: Orders and pardons.
• 3:30
Speaker 6: The request came after the committee released every report on
• 3:34
Speaker 6: its investigation into Biden's use to the auto pen and
• 3:39
Speaker 6: whether it indicated an administration cover up of an alleged
• 3:44
Speaker 6: cognitive decline. In a letter to the Attorney General, Pam
• 3:48
Speaker 6: Bondi Representative James Comer, the chairman of the committee, accused
• 3:53
Speaker 6: Biden's aides of coordinating what he described as a quote
• 3:57
Speaker 6: cover up of the president's faculties. I want you to
• 4:02
Speaker 6: hear what James Comra had to say about all of
• 4:04
Speaker 6: this earlier on TV.
• 4:06
Speaker 7: Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
• 4:11
Speaker 7: a White House ants and the auto pen What specific
• 4:14
Speaker 7: executive actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's
• 4:18
Speaker 7: knowledge and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
• 4:21
Speaker 8: Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
• 4:24
Speaker 8: focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
• 4:29
Speaker 8: Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
• 4:35
Speaker 8: and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
• 4:38
Speaker 8: Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
• 4:42
Speaker 8: the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
• 4:46
Speaker 8: gave conflicting reports as to how the autopin use was authorized.
• 4:54
Speaker 8: But to the end of the day, one thing that
• 4:55
Speaker 8: was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
• 4:59
Speaker 8: everyone but Zience, the chief of staff, in the end,
• 5:02
Speaker 8: was that they never saw Joe Biden they never heard
• 5:05
Speaker 8: from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
• 5:07
Speaker 8: policy discussions with Joe Biden when he talked about the
• 5:10
Speaker 8: pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
• 5:14
Speaker 8: there was no chain of custody, there was no consistency
• 5:18
Speaker 8: in how the use of the autopen. I think it's
• 5:21
Speaker 8: safe to say that there was a cover up of
• 5:23
Speaker 8: Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
• 5:26
Speaker 8: doctor O'Connor an opportunity to come in and defend his
• 5:31
Speaker 8: all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
• 5:33
Speaker 8: in perfect fiscal and mental shape, and he pled the
• 5:36
Speaker 8: Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
• 5:40
Speaker 8: in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
• 5:42
Speaker 8: with that, you battled with Matt when you were here
• 5:45
Speaker 8: fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
• 5:48
Speaker 8: of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
• 5:51
Speaker 8: and Joe Biden said this and that, and when we
• 5:53
Speaker 8: had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
• 5:56
Speaker 8: spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years,
• 6:01
Speaker 8: near attending his executive secretary, who we see Trump's executive
• 6:05
Speaker 8: secretary with him multiple times a day. She only had
• 6:08
Speaker 8: limited communication with Joe Biden. They kept Joe Biden shielded.
• 6:14
Speaker 8: There was a cover up of his middle decline. And
• 6:16
Speaker 8: there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
• 6:21
Speaker 8: that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
• 6:23
Speaker 8: making process with the pardons and the executive orders.
• 6:27
Speaker 6: You think about how shocking that is. A staff that
• 6:29
Speaker 6: literally is not speaking or spending time or talking to
• 6:33
Speaker 6: the President of the United States of America. And that's
• 6:37
Speaker 6: part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged misuse of
• 6:41
Speaker 6: the auto pen that included pardons and official documents. That
• 6:47
Speaker 6: is part of what this investigation is all about. James
• 6:50
Speaker 6: Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
• 6:54
Speaker 9: I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
• 6:56
Speaker 9: in TV land, this stinks to how I heaven, So
• 6:59
Speaker 9: we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
• 7:02
Speaker 9: Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
• 7:07
Speaker 9: in approving these pardoners?
• 7:09
  Speaker 2: Real hard evidence.
• 7:11
Speaker 8: There really isn't, And it's astonishing when you're talking about
• 7:13
Speaker 8: thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders. Basically any
• 7:18
Speaker 8: legal document, especially during the last three months of the
• 7:21
Speaker 8: Bidy administration. That's what we focused on, and every person
• 7:25
Speaker 8: who we deposed had a different story on what the
• 7:29
Speaker 8: proper process was that they followed in using the autopen
• 7:33
Speaker 8: to sign a legal document. Their stories were inconsistent. And
• 7:37
Speaker 8: then when you throw in the emails from the Merrick
• 7:40
Speaker 8: Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to these very staffers
• 7:45
Speaker 8: about the excessive use of the autopen and asking point
• 7:49
Speaker 8: blank questions what was their process, then the entire stories changed.
• 7:54
Speaker 8: So the inconsistencies are available. One thing that is consistent, Laura,
• 7:59
Speaker 8: is the fact that no one saw Joe Biden, no
• 8:02
Speaker 8: one who authorized the autopen or even gave the authorization
• 8:07
Speaker 8: to use the autopan, no one who authorized outopen or
• 8:10
Speaker 8: actually physically manually pressed the power button a Lottipin ever
• 8:14
Speaker 8: heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there are no notes,
• 8:18
Speaker 8: there's no chain of custody that would show that Joe
• 8:21
Speaker 8: Biden was involved in any meetings where they discussed the
• 8:25
Speaker 8: pardon process. I mean, this is Appallinggue, and everyone in
• 8:28
Speaker 8: America saw during the debate and during the last few
• 8:32
Speaker 8: months of the Biden administration. This was a President in decline.
• 8:36
Speaker 8: The staffers confirmed that they would go weeks, months, and
• 8:40
Speaker 8: even years without communicating with Joe Biden. This is a
• 8:43
Speaker 8: massive cover up, and what we determined was every pardon
• 8:47
Speaker 8: should be declared noel and void.
• 8:49
Speaker 6: I want you to think about what you just heard.
• 8:52
Speaker 6: Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
• 8:54
Speaker 6: on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
• 8:58
Speaker 6: No one quote ever got from Joe Biden, no notes,
• 9:03
Speaker 6: no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
• 9:08
Speaker 6: an auto pen. And many of the people that should
• 9:11
Speaker 6: have been talking to the president didn't speak to him
• 9:13
Speaker 6: for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
• 9:19
Speaker 6: So who was running the country. Well, we know that
• 9:23
Speaker 6: Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
• 9:26
Speaker 6: what we do have now is forty seven hours of
• 9:29
Speaker 6: transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
• 9:35
Speaker 6: former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
• 9:42
Speaker 6: people in the Press office, including the White House pre secretary,
• 9:45
Speaker 6: are now on the record talking about the lies they
• 9:49
Speaker 6: told the American people, and many of the lies that
• 9:52
Speaker 6: the media was happy to tell as well. The other
• 9:55
Speaker 6: thing that I'm going to play for you is a
• 9:57
Speaker 6: montage put out by the House Oversight can Joe Biden
• 10:01
Speaker 6: was not running the show and their new report, they say,
• 10:05
Speaker 6: exposes how Biden's decline was real and his aides covered
• 10:09
Speaker 6: it up. Take a listen to what they put together,
• 10:13
Speaker 6: proving the point that no one really knows who was
• 10:17
Speaker 6: doing the auto pen and who was signing what or
• 10:20
Speaker 6: who was even directing it.
• 10:22
  Speaker 2: Take a listen.
• 10:24
Speaker 10: Was the number one issue either campaign, the president's business
• 10:30
Speaker 10: or his age. Did you ever see preston in Biden
• 10:37
  Speaker 10: in a wheelchair?
• 10:39
Speaker 2: I did not recall ever seen as an inviting in
• 10:41
  Speaker 2: a wheelchairs?
• 10:43
Speaker 11: And new information now on the people in his inner
• 10:46
Speaker 11: circle and how the cover up actually operated.
• 10:50
Speaker 4: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple of
• 10:53
Speaker 4: months ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an
• 10:56
Speaker 4: ailing president for their own game.
• 10:59
  Speaker 1: How much were.
• 10:59
Speaker 8: You paid for your role in the campaign in twenty
• 11:02
  Speaker 8: twenty four.
• 11:04
Speaker 3: Just so was showing for nine numbers? Oh sorry, how much?
• 11:08
Speaker 4: Four million dollars? You believed that the president should stay
• 11:11
Speaker 4: in the race, your own financial stake in the matter,
• 11:15
Speaker 4: but was a factor in any way your advice to
• 11:17
  Speaker 4: the president.
• 11:18
  Speaker 3: Hi, I don't believe that.
• 11:20
Speaker 4: And when it comes to President Biden's decline, the official
• 11:23
Speaker 4: word from Biden World about all these news stories is
• 11:26
Speaker 4: that nothing has been revealed this week that shows that
• 11:30
Speaker 4: President Biden was anything but an effective president. Yes, I
• 11:34
Speaker 4: noticed that he was aging in terms of the physical condition.
• 11:37
Speaker 11: I noticed that, you know, he shuffled.
• 11:40
Speaker 1: On that he does more stuckling over origine dash than
• 11:44
  Speaker 1: you did.
• 11:46
Speaker 12: At the beginning of the term.
• 11:48
Speaker 8: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
• 11:51
Speaker 8: and his speeches were less affective.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: I thought we talked about age. We knew it was
• 11:56
Speaker 1: an issue, and we tried to design a strategy.
• 12:00
Speaker 11: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether.
• 12:05
Speaker 5: The president should have a cognitive exam.
• 12:07
Speaker 11: Flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial of
• 12:10
Speaker 11: the president's cognitive decline.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
• 12:15
Speaker 1: you the truth and fu if you.
• 12:17
Speaker 3: Can't handle the truth.
• 12:19
Speaker 1: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever. His
• 12:24
Speaker 1: mental acuity is great, it's fine, It's as good as
• 12:27
Speaker 1: it's been over the years.
• 12:29
Speaker 5: He is sharp, he is on top of things.
• 12:31
Speaker 4: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity.
• 12:35
Speaker 3: He had a sharpness to him. I said, what I
• 12:37
Speaker 3: believe to be true.
• 12:39
Speaker 4: Do you think he was as sharp as you?
• 12:43
  Speaker 10: I said, I had not seen decline, and I hadn't.
• 12:48
Speaker 3: He is just fine. I hope people interpret that. It
• 12:52
Speaker 3: is up to them.
• 12:54
Speaker 4: We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Auntie Thomas Sor.
• 12:59
Speaker 6: She's the former Sea and your advisor to President Joe Biden.
• 13:01
Speaker 6: She was the third person set to appear before James
• 13:05
  Speaker 6: Filbert's committee.
• 13:06
Speaker 2: She has now taken the fit. There is now a
• 13:08
Speaker 2: pattern of key Biden confidants seeking miss shield themselves.
• 13:13
Speaker 6: From criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
• 13:16
Speaker 12: Were you ever told to lie about the President's.
• 13:18
Speaker 5: Health the Advice Council? I must respectfully declined to answer
• 13:21
Speaker 5: based upon the physician patient privilege, and in reliance, am
• 13:24
Speaker 5: I right under the fifth Man of the Constitution.
• 13:26
Speaker 12: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
• 13:29
Speaker 12: Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
• 13:33
Speaker 12: ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
• 13:38
  Speaker 12: as president?
• 13:38
Speaker 11: And we can tell you that he will have the
• 13:41
Speaker 11: same answer with respect to any questions that are asked.
• 13:44
Speaker 12: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
• 13:48
Speaker 12: Biden execute the duties of the presidents. That did Joe Biden,
• 13:51
Speaker 12: a member of his family, or anyone at the White
• 13:54
Speaker 12: House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health on
• 13:57
Speaker 12: the advice of council?
• 13:58
Speaker 2: I respect his declining to answer questions were soon.
• 14:02
Speaker 11: Constitution And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims
• 14:05
Speaker 11: Hunter Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
• 14:09
Speaker 2: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family.
• 14:12
Speaker 3: He was almost like a chief of staff.
• 14:13
Speaker 12: Did you notice it up to ever when under Biden
• 14:16
  Speaker 12: was around.
• 14:17
Speaker 3: Yes, towards the end that he was living with the president.
• 14:20
Speaker 1: They were lying up just to the public, they were
• 14:22
Speaker 1: lying to other Democrats.
• 14:24
Speaker 9: Have you ruled out a pardon for your son yes?
• 14:27
Speaker 11: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a partner?
• 14:29
  Speaker 10: Yes?
• 14:30
Speaker 12: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegation regarding
• 14:34
Speaker 12: his sun went drum?
• 14:36
  Speaker 10: Now?
• 14:37
Speaker 8: Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
• 14:42
Speaker 8: him two times. Two times.
• 14:45
Speaker 12: Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
• 14:47
Speaker 12: bite and understand the context.
• 14:49
Speaker 10: How often would you say that you interacted with the
• 14:51
  Speaker 10: personal firston.
• 14:52
Speaker 2: I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
• 14:54
Speaker 1: I think I met with the President a handful of
• 14:57
Speaker 1: times during my tenure in White House.
• 15:00
Speaker 3: That doesn't look anything like the president that I know
• 15:02
Speaker 3: when I deal with him. He's sharp, he's asking tough questions.
• 15:05
Speaker 11: That's the President Biden that so many of us experience
• 15:08
  Speaker 11: every single day.
• 15:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's missing in some context.
• 15:13
  Speaker 3: I don't.
• 15:14
Speaker 8: So it raised a serious concern and serious questions about
• 15:17
Speaker 8: who was Colin shot in the White House. If the
• 15:20
Speaker 8: White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president, that
• 15:24
Speaker 8: says who was operating bell blom.
• 15:27
Speaker 3: Aage wasn't an issue for you for President Bio, No,
• 15:34
Speaker 3: it was what it was not at the term.
• 15:36
Speaker 12: So you think President Biden is wholly in commands that
• 15:38
Speaker 12: night during the debate.
• 15:39
Speaker 11: I do believe that he was bully in command that
• 15:42
Speaker 11: night during the debate.
• 15:43
Speaker 8: I knew it was very difficult to get past some
• 15:46
Speaker 8: of the visual things of present people concerned about the president.
• 15:50
Speaker 3: The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong. Yes, he
• 15:54
Speaker 3: often would confuse names.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: If you think it got worse as you knew, Yes,
• 16:00
Speaker 1: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself when you
• 16:02
Speaker 1: say you have the mental physical capacity to serve another
• 16:06
  Speaker 1: four years.
• 16:06
Speaker 11: Yes, I did not have the experience that it took
• 16:09
Speaker 11: him longer to answer some of the question.
• 16:11
Speaker 3: He could still he was a stone simptistically.
• 16:14
Speaker 8: What did you say?
• 16:15
Speaker 11: It was something that we did that coin, it was
• 16:17
Speaker 11: something that media coined.
• 16:19
Speaker 3: Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos
• 16:22
Speaker 3: you were talking about were.
• 16:23
  Speaker 7: Impacts cheap fakes?
• 16:25
  Speaker 11: I believe so.
• 16:26
Speaker 3: But there were instances where videos were circulated of present
• 16:29
Speaker 3: Biden bearing confused or freezing for a moment that were real, correct,
• 16:34
Speaker 3: not that I recall.
• 16:35
Speaker 4: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
• 16:38
