• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:02
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
• 0:06
Speaker 1: left off with the Glenn Maxwell DOJ transcripts Blanche. So,
• 0:12
Speaker 1: when we stopped to take a break, we were talking
• 0:14
Speaker 1: about what has been publicly discussed as a black book
• 0:17
Speaker 1: or the Epstein List, and that's where we are. And
• 0:21
Speaker 1: you said you think you might know or that you're
• 0:24
Speaker 1: aware of kind of the origin of this narrative. Maxwell, right,
• 0:29
Speaker 1: I just want to reiterate again that there's no list
• 0:31
Speaker 1: that I'm aware of. I've never at any time, at
• 0:34
Speaker 1: least during the period of time when I was Blanche. Okay,
• 0:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell present The origin of this story, I believe begins
• 0:42
Speaker 1: or it has the beginning, in two thousand and nine,
• 0:45
Speaker 1: and then it has a prequel. But we have to
• 0:47
Speaker 1: start in two thousand and nine. In two thousand and nine,
• 0:51
Speaker 1: Epstein is I think, out of jail and there are
• 0:53
Speaker 1: civil suits taking place. Many of these are coming out
• 0:56
Speaker 1: of the disgraced law firm Rostein Adler Rosstein Rosenfeldt and
• 1:00
Speaker 1: Adler at that law firm is a lawyer who started
• 1:04
Speaker 1: there in April May two thousand and nine. Call Brad
• 1:07
Speaker 1: Edwards in two thousand and nine. Allegedly, the FBI gets
• 1:11
Speaker 1: a call in October of two thousand and nine from
• 1:13
Speaker 1: Brad Edwards and he allegedly tells them that he has
• 1:16
Speaker 1: come across a piece of evidence that belongs to Epstein
• 1:19
Speaker 1: that contains a list of all his clients and victims
• 1:21
Speaker 1: underage girls, massage therapists, and the men who are having
• 1:25
Speaker 1: sex with them. And he Brad Edwards becomes a cooperating
• 1:30
Speaker 1: witness Saffian confidential Maxwell confidential informant, sorry confidential informant for them,
• 1:36
Speaker 1: and in a sting operation, obtains the list from a
• 1:38
Speaker 1: former butler of Epstein's called Alfredo Rodriguez, and it becomes
• 1:42
Speaker 1: evidence in the civil suit. In the Alfredo Rodriguez is
• 1:46
Speaker 1: subsequently prosecuted for having an AK forty seven or something
• 1:50
Speaker 1: weird so guns or something and goes to trial, and
• 1:53
Speaker 1: they're a criminal complaint that the FBI produced, and in
• 1:57
Speaker 1: that criminal complaint it says that Brad Edwards became aware
• 2:00
Speaker 1: of the list, but we'll call it the list for
• 2:02
Speaker 1: the purposes of this after Alfredo Rodriguez two depositions that
• 2:07
Speaker 1: are held in Epstein's civil suit. It's in the FBI's
• 2:11
Speaker 1: affid David that the evidence was collected and Brad Edwards
• 2:14
Speaker 1: became aware of it after the second deposition. It's in
• 2:17
Speaker 1: the criminal complaint. The truth is different from what's in
• 2:21
Speaker 1: both the criminal complaint and in the FBI Affid David
• 2:24
Speaker 1: and in Brad Edwards's own statements on the subject. The
• 2:27
Speaker 1: truth is that Alfredo Rodriguez was deposed twice, once in
• 2:30
Speaker 1: July and once in August, and in the July deposition
• 2:34
Speaker 1: told Brad Edwards that he had handwritten notes or a
• 2:37
Speaker 1: journal whatever in the deposition, and Brad Edwards replies, well,
• 2:41
Speaker 1: we're going to come back for a second deposition, and
• 2:44
Speaker 1: the second deposition takes place in August. What this means
• 2:48
Speaker 1: is that Brad Edwards had access to the list from
• 2:50
Speaker 1: some time between July and August into when he actually
• 2:53
Speaker 1: called the FBI in October, so we're talking six months
• 2:56
Speaker 1: or so. Rostein's firm was rated a few days after
• 3:00
Speaker 1: the list went into the FBI's hands, and subsequently Rostein
• 3:03
Speaker 1: himself was prosecuted for RICO, and I believe went to
• 3:07
Speaker 1: jail for fifty years as part of that RICO case.
• 3:10
Speaker 1: He admitted to on the record, I don't know whether
• 3:12
Speaker 1: he was prosecuted for creating fake settlements and fake evidence
• 3:16
Speaker 1: in Epstein's case in two thousand and nine. Simultaneously, whilst
• 3:21
Speaker 1: this was going on, my boyfriend Ted Waite was asked
• 3:24
Speaker 1: for ten million dollars to keep me out of any
• 3:26
Speaker 1: of Epstein's civil suits. Up until then, I had not
• 3:30
Speaker 1: been in any of Epstein's civil suits. In fact, I
• 3:33
Speaker 1: wasn't even sure say for the first time I was
• 3:36
Speaker 1: mentioned was redacted, I hadn't been. I was basically nowhere.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: And then Ted was called for his ten million dollars
• 3:44
Speaker 1: and had been shown his people had been shown evidence
• 3:46
Speaker 1: that included the list, the flight logs, and various other
• 3:49
Speaker 1: pieces of evidence. Now we're going to the prequel part
• 3:53
Speaker 1: of this story, so then it can tie how this starts.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: In two thousand and seven, Epstein signs the non prosecution agreement.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: He then fights the prosecution agreement or debates it through
• 4:03
Speaker 1: the DOJ or whatever happened there. What is she a
• 4:06
Speaker 1: little Carmine from the Sopranos, your brother Billy, whatever happened there,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: and then it goes to court in two thousand and
• 4:12
Speaker 1: eight when it's accepted or whatever that is Pilafana was
• 4:16
Speaker 1: the lead prosecutor or lead yes in that case, and she,
• 4:19
Speaker 1: I think was not happy with the outcome and utilized
• 4:23
Speaker 1: at the time Brad Edwards to file the CVR case. Now,
• 4:27
Speaker 1: what is what I have managed to understand from this
• 4:30
Speaker 1: Within the OPR itself, there is evidence there It says
• 4:34
Speaker 1: that Brad Edwards was the only lawyer that she was
• 4:37
Speaker 1: allowed to talk to. So I just want to preface
• 4:39
Speaker 1: that the reason why I know that she went behind
• 4:42
Speaker 1: the Costa's back and everything else to do this is
• 4:45
Speaker 1: because Brad Edwards, in a podcast made the revelation. What
• 4:49
Speaker 1: he says is that he'd never heard of the CVR
• 4:51
Speaker 1: case before and Villa Fanna called him and told them
• 4:54
Speaker 1: to file it. The sole purpose of the CVRA was
• 4:57
Speaker 1: to overturn the non prosecution agreement. So what I believe
• 5:01
Speaker 1: is that Villa Fano worked with Brad Edwards when she
• 5:04
Speaker 1: was also the lawyer for what she had selected as
• 5:07
Speaker 1: a pro bono lawyer for some of the victims, and
• 5:10
Speaker 1: he was also working for the Rostein firm that was
• 5:14
Speaker 1: under RICO investigation for the entire time, creating fake evidence
• 5:18
Speaker 1: in Epstein's case, and she had just filed hidden secret
• 5:22
Speaker 1: using Edwards to overturn the NPA by filing this CVR case.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: That sole purpose was to overturn it, and so when
• 5:30
Speaker 1: he approached her with the list, this was part of
• 5:32
Speaker 1: the effort to utilize and find new evidence to support
• 5:36
Speaker 1: the overturning either of the NPA or a new case
• 5:40
Speaker 1: against Epstein because Brad Edwards or I don't know it
• 5:45
Speaker 1: was Brad Edwards, because Rostein's firm asked my then boyfriend
• 5:48
Speaker 1: for ten million to kick me out of the suits
• 5:50
Speaker 1: that I had no knowledge of at the time whatsoever.
• 5:53
Speaker 1: I now know that the base of this story was
• 5:55
Speaker 1: a blackmail of a billionaire because Ted Waite was a
• 5:58
Speaker 1: multi billionaire at everything. He was way way more wealthy
• 6:02
Speaker 1: than Epstein, if anyone cares, and that's the reason why
• 6:06
Speaker 1: Ted and I broke up. That was the basis of
• 6:08
Speaker 1: this blanche so Maxwell and that list was created. The
• 6:13
Speaker 1: messuses that were on the list, I have never heard of,
• 6:15
Speaker 1: some of them, not even from the civil suits that
• 6:19
Speaker 1: had come up since I've seen it, and this is
• 6:21
Speaker 1: now knowing what's in the list today Alfredo Rodriguez, So
• 6:26
Speaker 1: there's a metamorphois of the list. So the original statement
• 6:29
Speaker 1: that Brad Edwards makes that's in the documents contemporaneously, is
• 6:33
Speaker 1: that it pieces of paper that Alfredo has. It then
• 6:36
Speaker 1: morphs into something that Alfredo took, a book that Alfredo
• 6:40
Speaker 1: took from Epstein's computer. But there's no computer I know,
• 6:44
Speaker 1: certainly not in two thousand and five when this was
• 6:47
Speaker 1: allegedly taken, that came out as a book, and then
• 6:51
Speaker 1: it morphed into at the civil time, my civil case,
• 6:54
Speaker 1: into a book that was taken from my computer, and
• 6:57
Speaker 1: then it morphed into the Southern District of New York
• 6:59
Speaker 1: as a common nation list of mine in Epstein's that's
• 7:02
Speaker 1: the metamorphosis through documents that you can trace, Blanche, So
• 7:07
Speaker 1: in your mind or from what you just described, there
• 7:10
Speaker 1: is a list. It's just manufactured, meaning you have seen
• 7:13
Speaker 1: the list, even fake like you know, Maxwell, I haven't
• 7:17
Speaker 1: seen it, but Blanche I was confused, Maxwell, So I
• 7:22
Speaker 1: guess my thing is that what Brad Edwards says in
• 7:25
Speaker 1: all these things in the paperwork and whatnot, so all
• 7:28
Speaker 1: this story is basically controlled by five people. There's four
• 7:31
Speaker 1: alleged victims that speak about the list and the blackmail
• 7:35
Speaker 1: and the men and the sex and whatnot, and the
• 7:37
Speaker 1: lawyers and now the prosecutor. Sorry, the Southern District of
• 7:41
Speaker 1: New York for sure, but no one else. None of
• 7:44
Speaker 1: these stories carry from any of the forty four alleged
• 7:47
Speaker 1: original victims. They never ever said that they were farmed
• 7:50
Speaker 1: out to anybody. Well, yeah, that's because they were for
• 7:53
Speaker 1: Epstein's personal enjoyment. The other girls, well that was business, Blanche.
• 7:59
Speaker 1: But the list itself, Maxwell, yes, Blanche, where is it? Maxwell?
• 8:04
Speaker 1: There is no list, But Brad Edwards said that he
• 8:06
Speaker 1: created the list, Blanche. So that's what I was a
• 8:09
Speaker 1: little confused about. Maxwell. Sorry, he created a list. So
• 8:14
Speaker 1: in the book that Alfred ol Rodriguez produced that became
• 8:17
Speaker 1: evidence Exhibit fifty two in my trial has markings all
• 8:20
Speaker 1: over it, circles and dots whatnot? Blanche? Uh huh? And
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Brad Edwards says, this is Maxwell now that he got
• 8:27
Speaker 1: Alfred ol Rodriguez to mark up the book. Of all
• 8:29
Speaker 1: the people who are involved. It includes Alan Dershowitz for
• 8:33
Speaker 1: the record, who's marked. I don't remember what it does
• 8:35
Speaker 1: with Donald Trump. I don't know. You'd have to look.
• 8:38
  Speaker 1: I don't have it, but I believe she's cut off
• 8:41
Speaker 1: by Blanche. I see Maxwell, So what he did he
• 8:44
Speaker 1: marked up I don't know who. Somebody marked up that
• 8:46
Speaker 1: book of names, and I think all the names of
• 8:49
Speaker 1: the people that they went for were originally selected between
• 8:52
Speaker 1: two sources. One was this alleged book of names and
• 8:56
Speaker 1: one was also from the telephone logs that were collected
• 8:59
Speaker 1: from the house and beach. And just to finish it off,
• 9:02
Speaker 1: there is I have some papers for you if you
• 9:04
Speaker 1: wanted them where Brad Edwards says that he has a
• 9:07
Speaker 1: list of twenty five men that he got money off of.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: Blanche Okay. So the list that everybody the black book,
• 9:14
Speaker 1: the list that you're saying your exhibit fifty two for
• 9:17
Speaker 1: your trial, which is like more of an address book,
• 9:20
Speaker 1: a rolodex type thing that mister Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez. Your
• 9:24
Speaker 1: understanding is that somewhere along the way you went through
• 9:27
Speaker 1: and kind of marked that list to say, Maxwell, I
• 9:30
Speaker 1: don't know where that book actually comes from. Blanche Okay, Maxwell,
• 9:35
Speaker 1: I don't know what that book is. That book is
• 9:37
Speaker 1: some type of compilation, but what it is, it's just
• 9:40
Speaker 1: pieces of paper with type. So if you had you
• 9:43
Speaker 1: could have made the list, it could have been she
• 9:46
Speaker 1: gets cut off. But you're referring to something that's been
• 9:49
Speaker 1: public for a long time. We're thinking about the same
• 9:52
  Speaker 1: thing you're talking about. You're right, it's like a bunch
• 9:55
Speaker 1: of different types of paper or whatever. I only have
• 9:57
Speaker 1: a copy of it, but with big parts of it
• 9:59
Speaker 1: wheredakt and publicly because there was people's addresses and whatnot
• 10:02
Speaker 1: on it. Maxwell. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, perfect, Yeah,
• 10:09
Speaker 1: you'll find it, Blanche. We're looking at exhibit fifty two now, Maxwell,
• 10:13
Speaker 1: So you're looking at exhibit fifty two. So the one
• 10:16
Speaker 1: they produced the Southern District of New York actually produced
• 10:19
Speaker 1: a book for me to see. It has evidence the
• 10:21
Speaker 1: actual thing it was, and it has marks, it has tabs,
• 10:25
Speaker 1: it has things, it has names. I've never seen like
• 10:29
Speaker 1: that list. That list was basically the names that they
• 10:32
Speaker 1: chose to produce a trial. Now, in Rostein's Adler's firm,
• 10:37
Speaker 1: I also have some documents where Rostein his original scheme
• 10:40
Speaker 1: Rostein Adler, was to play prostitutes. He had a bar,
• 10:44
Speaker 1: a dance bar where he had girls, and I believe
• 10:46
Speaker 1: he would use them and put them as fake secretaries
• 10:49
Speaker 1: in people's offices and then she might touch them or
• 10:52
Speaker 1: might touch her or something and boom, he got twenty
• 10:55
Speaker 1: five g's for that. And those girls. I'm not saying
• 10:58
Speaker 1: that those are the girls that came in Epstein's case necessarily,
• 11:01
Speaker 1: but Blanche, again, so we're separating the evidence that came
• 11:06
Speaker 1: in at your trial and what you just talked about
• 11:08
Speaker 1: with Brad Edwards and mister Rodriguez. During the time that
• 11:12
Speaker 1: you were with mister Epstein, and even in the two
• 11:14
Speaker 1: thousands when you were around less frequently, you never observed
• 11:18
Speaker 1: or you never saw any sort of list or black
• 11:20
Speaker 1: book or a list of individuals who you know linked
• 11:23
Speaker 1: to certain messuses or Maxwell. Absolutely no, Blanche, anything like that. Maxwell,
• 11:30
Speaker 1: absolutely no. There is no list that I'm aware of,
• 11:34
Speaker 1: and there's no blackmail. I never heard of that. I
• 11:37
Speaker 1: never saw it, and I never imagined it. Blanche. While
• 11:40
Speaker 1: we're on the topic, and again, I know we're jumping
• 11:43
Speaker 1: around and we've been going on it for a while,
• 11:46
Speaker 1: so I apologize. But there's recent reports about a birthday
• 11:50
Speaker 1: book that you assemble for mister Epstein, I think for
• 11:53
Speaker 1: his fiftieth birthday in two thousand and three. Maxwell, that's true, Blanche,
• 11:58
Speaker 1: what will you know about that? Maxwell? Well, so my
• 12:00
Speaker 1: mom did a birthday book for my father at his sixtieth.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: And when Epstein would talk about his fiftieth, he said,
• 12:06
Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm going to do, and I said, well,
• 12:09
Speaker 1: these are nice things. My mom did this book for
• 12:11
Speaker 1: my dad. He said, I love that idea. He said,
• 12:14
Speaker 1: can you help coordinate it? And he called a lot
• 12:17
Speaker 1: of people himself. I coordinated putting together of the book,
• 12:21
Speaker 1: and some instances I call people that asked them to contribute, Blanche,
• 12:26
Speaker 1: And what was in the book? Like, what was the
• 12:29
Speaker 1: ask of the people you called Glenn Maxwell? It's his
• 12:32
Speaker 1: fiftieth birthday, Say anything you want on a piece of paper, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
• 12:37
Speaker 1: I mean nothing more than that, Blanche, right. I mean
• 12:40
Speaker 1: it was an obvious question, but you basically his folks
• 12:44
Speaker 1: were invited to send something to you to celebrate his birthday. Maxwell, Yeah,
• 12:48
Speaker 1: to say happy birthday with like have a wonderful day
• 12:51
Speaker 1: or something else. There was no no one to ask.
• 12:54
Speaker 1: But I wasn't responsible for everything in that book, and
• 12:57
Speaker 1: there were people that he would ask himself to contribute, Blanche,
• 13:01
Speaker 1: And do you remember do you remember specific names of
• 13:04
Speaker 1: individuals who did send letters or who did contribute Maxwell,
• 13:08
Speaker 1: it's been a long time. I want to tell you,
• 13:11
Speaker 1: but I don't remember Blanche, do you, Maxwell? I honestly
• 13:15
Speaker 1: don't remember Blanche. The article talks about several names, but
• 13:19
Speaker 1: including the folks. The article which is on Donald Trump.
• 13:22
Speaker 1: Do you remember President Trump submitting a letter or a
• 13:25
Speaker 1: card or a note? Maxwell? I don't, Blanche? Do you
• 13:30
Speaker 1: think the articles? Do you remember seeing that book or
• 13:33
Speaker 1: any portion of the letters in your discovery in New York? Maxwell? Yes, Blanche,
• 13:38
Speaker 1: what do you remember? Maxwell? I remember there were some
• 13:41
Speaker 1: portions of that book, but what surprised me. What surprised
• 13:45
Speaker 1: me was how few there were, because I thought, if
• 13:48
Speaker 1: you had those, where are the rest? There were none
• 13:51
Speaker 1: for mister Trump, mister Blanche in your discovery, Maxwell, Oh,
• 13:55
Speaker 1: in my discovery, Sorry, President Trump, there was nothing from
• 13:58
Speaker 1: President Trump, Blanche. And do you remember, but separate and
• 14:02
Speaker 1: apart from your discovery, do you remember, one way or
• 14:05
Speaker 1: the other whether President Trump submitted a letter for his
• 14:08
Speaker 1: fiftieth birthday? Maxwell? I don't remember. And the article that
• 14:12
Speaker 1: references the letter talks like sounds like either a naked
• 14:16
Speaker 1: picture of a naked woman. Do you have recollection of that? Maxwell?
• 14:21
Speaker 1: I do not, But no I don't. Blanche. Do you
• 14:24
Speaker 1: remember seeing from your discovery around the book, like you said,
• 14:29
Speaker 1: portions of it or some of the pages. What do
• 14:31
Speaker 1: you remember, Maxwell? I remember there was maybe just I
• 14:36
Speaker 1: want to say about discovery that I had about Maybe
• 14:39
Speaker 1: this is an exaggeration. I'm not sure, but in my mind,
• 14:42
Speaker 1: it's close to five million pages, five million documents. It
• 14:46
Speaker 1: was a lot. End of that giant document dump that
• 14:50
Speaker 1: I received. I was only maybe as much as thirty
• 14:53
Speaker 1: to thirty five percent. I was never able to access.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: And this is documented at court, and so I cannot
• 14:59
Speaker 1: say that I saw everything because I didn't. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
• 15:04
Speaker 1: I just want you to know that, and I think
• 15:06
Speaker 1: that was by design, Blanche. But you remember, I do
• 15:11
Speaker 1: remember some pages, Blanche seeing some pages of the book, Maxwell,
• 15:14
Speaker 1: I do, yes, Blanche, Okay, do you remember what pages
• 15:18
Speaker 1: you saw, like who had written those letters or no? Maxwell,
• 15:23
  Speaker 1: I really don't remember. I'm sorry, Blanche, it's okay, it's okay.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: So the same questions as before. Did you meet Bill
• 15:32
Speaker 1: Gates over the years, Glanne Maxwell? Yes, all right. We're
• 15:36
Speaker 1: gonna wrap up right here and in the next episode
• 15:38
Speaker 1: dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we
• 15:41
Speaker 1: left off. All of the information that goes with this
• 15:43
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
• 15:47
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
• 15:51
Speaker 1: this week, we left off with the Glenn Maxwell DOJ transcript. Blanche, Okay,
• 15:58
Speaker 1: have you ever met Bill Gates over the year? Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
• 16:02
Speaker 1: because of your relationship with mister Epstein or separate, Maxwell, Well,
• 16:07
Speaker 1: I met mister Gates. I went to the TED conference.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: I went to the TED conference, and I actually spoke
• 16:13
Speaker 1: at the TED conference, not the main stage, the sub stage.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: And I also gave several TED ex's. But I met
• 16:19
Speaker 1: him there. But we were friendly, and I actually did
• 16:22
Speaker 1: meet him because I knew. I don't know if he
• 16:25
Speaker 1: was chief of staff or whoever Boris and I met him.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: I think once. I may have met him actually at
• 16:31
Speaker 1: seventy first Street. I may have once. I don't remember.
• 16:34
Speaker 1: If I met him there or at a restaurant, I
• 16:36
Speaker 1: don't remember. And that would have been because Epstein, because
• 16:39
Speaker 1: Epstein was friendly with Boris and Boris that's all I remember, Blanche.
• 16:44
Speaker 1: Do you know whether mister Gates traveled with mister Epstein
• 16:47
Speaker 1: on his plane to any of his houses? Maxwell. So
• 16:51
Speaker 1: if that that's the friendship was after you know, I
• 16:54
Speaker 1: was in the late two thousands, So if I met him,
• 16:56
Speaker 1: like I said, I went to Epstein's house maybe once
• 16:59
Speaker 1: or twice, maybe met him there. I don't remember, Blanche,
• 17:03
Speaker 1: So you don't remember Maxwell, So I wouldn't know if
• 17:06
Speaker 1: he had been to Epstein's plane. Blanche, you don't recall
• 17:11
Speaker 1: ever being on the plane with him, flying to the
• 17:13
Speaker 1: island or anywhere. Maxwell, No, Blanche. Do you know somebody
• 17:17
Speaker 1: named Reid Hoffman? Maxwell? I do, Blanche. Who's that Maxwell
• 17:23
Speaker 1: reads a Silicon Valley guy, Blanche? Is what Maxwell? A
• 17:26
Speaker 1: Silicon Valley guy, Blanche? And how do you know him? Maxwell?
• 17:30
Speaker 1: Through my friends in San Francisco. I used to have
• 17:33
Speaker 1: a very close friend who was in San Francisco. Who's
• 17:36
Speaker 1: part of that whole? Well? Actually I have several or had, Blanche.
• 17:41
Speaker 1: So is that a relationship you had kind of separate
• 17:44
Speaker 1: apart from mister Epstein Maxwell separate, Blanche? Do you know
• 17:49
Speaker 1: whether mister Epstein had a relationship with Reid Hoffman Maxwell?
• 17:52
Speaker 1: I don't know, Blanche. Did you ever observe mister Hoffman
• 17:56
Speaker 1: flying anywhere with you or mister Epstein? Maxwell? No, Blanche
• 18:01
Speaker 1: getting a massage. Maxwell, No, Blanche, there's a list of
• 18:05
Speaker 1: multiple messuses that is floating around. I think you had
• 18:09
Speaker 1: in your discovery. I think you were just thinking about
• 18:11
Speaker 1: that that list. Do you know how that list was created? Maxwell,
• 18:17
Speaker 1: All that stuff that came out of that book, I
• 18:20
Speaker 1: now find suspect Blanche as part of the story you
• 18:24
Speaker 1: just told. Maxwell. Yeah, Now, I'm not saying it's all fake.
• 18:28
  Speaker 1: I don't know what's real and what's not. I don't
• 18:30
Speaker 1: Blanche understood, Maxwell, I know that name is true. Now
• 18:36
Speaker 1: what it's been to my mind anyway, now that it
• 18:38
Speaker 1: has been, without a doubt contaminated and possibly fraudulent, I
• 18:42
Speaker 1: don't know. I mean, obviously the numbers that I recognize
• 18:45
Speaker 1: are my own, those are real, but how it actually
• 18:48
Speaker 1: ended up put together and compiled and the purpose for it,
• 18:52
Speaker 1: for which then they blackmailed my boyfriend. Now, just know, Blanche,
• 18:57
Speaker 1: over the years when you were serving as like the
• 19:00
Speaker 1: general manager to the mid nineties all the way into
• 19:03
Speaker 1: the two thousands, did you or do you know whether
• 19:06
Speaker 1: anyone maintained a list of all the messuses like a
• 19:09
Speaker 1: running list, Maxwell, So there would have been there's two things,
• 19:14
Speaker 1: well three ways. So I know that the house itself,
• 19:17
Speaker 1: John Alessi had a rolodex that he kept the names
• 19:19
Speaker 1: and numbers of all the people that came to the
• 19:22
Speaker 1: house so that he could call because I only was
• 19:26
Speaker 1: with Epstein even at best half the time. So when
• 19:29
Speaker 1: I was there, he had like his chief of staff
• 19:32
Speaker 1: who could find whatever he needed. And when I wasn't there,
• 19:35
Speaker 1: he had to rely on somebody else, right, So it
• 19:38
Speaker 1: had been that John Alessi or whoever else, So everybody
• 19:42
Speaker 1: whoever was traveling with him or wherever he was, he
• 19:45
Speaker 1: needed somebody else to access information. So he had an
• 19:49
Speaker 1: assistant chief who was his secretary, who would you know,
• 19:52
Speaker 1: be the one who would update his computer, you know,
• 19:55
Speaker 1: like everybody has an address book, Blanche. But that's what
• 19:59
Speaker 1: you're described. It makes sense. I'm just that was a
• 20:03
Speaker 1: list of messuses or a list of people that might
• 20:06
Speaker 1: need to be contacted, which would necessarily include a lot
• 20:09
Speaker 1: of massuses. Maxwell, that's the latter, Blanche. And did you
• 20:14
Speaker 1: update that? Like were you part? Were you one of
• 20:16
Speaker 1: the people that would add names to it? Like if
• 20:19
Speaker 1: a massus came and leaves and mister Epstein says, yes,
• 20:22
Speaker 1: she was good, would you be part like how how
• 20:25
Speaker 1: was the list kind of maintained or who maintained it Maxwell?
• 20:29
Speaker 1: Typically no, Blanche, no Maxwell, because there would be an
• 20:33
Speaker 1: assistant who would do that. Plus Epstein would not allow
• 20:36
Speaker 1: me to answer the telephone ever, so to maintain or
• 20:40
Speaker 1: to keep any of his messages in the office or
• 20:43
Speaker 1: at the house. So typically that wouldn't be because I
• 20:46
Speaker 1: wouldn't be the one. Could I say to you I
• 20:49
Speaker 1: never did it? No, of course, not because that just
• 20:52
Speaker 1: seems ludicrous. But as a rule of thumb, the answer
• 20:55
Speaker 1: would be no. During the two thousand and seven eight
• 20:59
Speaker 1: nine in investigation, the investigation, the investigation out of the
• 21:03
Speaker 1: Southern District of Florida. So you said that you weren't
• 21:07
Speaker 1: contacted by law enforcement Maxwell, I was not, Blanche. After
• 21:11
Speaker 1: mister Epstein was charged, did you have a conversation with
• 21:14
Speaker 1: him about the investigation? Maxwell? He never talked to me
• 21:17
Speaker 1: about it, Blanche. Did you he's cut off by Maxwell?
• 21:21
  Speaker 1: I mean, I can't, let's put it this way. If
• 21:24
Speaker 1: he did, I have no recollection of it. I mean,
• 21:26
Speaker 1: I'm sure he must have said this is all whatever
• 21:30
Speaker 1: he said, or it's nothing or whatever. I mean, I
• 21:33
Speaker 1: just don't have any I just don't have any memory
• 21:36
Speaker 1: I was with Ted, I was like, gone, I mean, plus,
• 21:39
Speaker 1: I just didn't want to know either, I suppose Blanche.
• 21:42
Speaker 1: So you don't know firsthand by or why the US
• 21:46
Speaker 1: attorney in Florida made the deal that he did, meaning
• 21:49
Speaker 1: you aren't part of that discussion along the way, Like
• 21:52
Speaker 1: mister Epstein didn't say I'm getting a good deal, or
• 21:55
Speaker 1: you know, something is happening with the case that's very
• 21:58
Speaker 1: good to the extent you know anything about it, it's
• 22:01
Speaker 1: just from what you've heard or read from others, not
• 22:04
Speaker 1: from mister Epstein. Is that right? Maxwell? He never talked
• 22:07
Speaker 1: about the non prosecution directly with me, No, but he
• 22:10
Speaker 1: did David Marcus. But it's still enforceable as to her, Maxwell,
• 22:15
Speaker 1: I mean, he never said, hey, are you happy with
• 22:18
Speaker 1: the deal like that? But I understood he never enjoined
• 22:21
Speaker 1: me to the NPA. But I understand that he included
• 22:24
Speaker 1: me specifically. And I'll tell you why. Marcus, Well, it's okay,
• 22:28
Speaker 1: you don't need to get into that. Of course she doesn't. Huh.
• 22:31
Speaker 1: This whole entire thing is such a goddamn jerk off.
• 22:34
Speaker 1: I can't even believe if people read this and were like, oh,
• 22:36
Speaker 1: you know what we have the clarity we need, because
• 22:40
Speaker 1: that's certainly not what this provides. Blanche. Yeah, I don't
• 22:45
Speaker 1: want to talk about the legal or what's on appeal. Maxwell, Well,
• 22:50
Speaker 1: I wasn't Blanche the reason for my question. I'm not
• 22:53
Speaker 1: trying to hide something, but there's a very strong belief
• 22:56
Speaker 1: that he got a very good deal and that he
• 23:00
Speaker 1: should she he should have been sentenced to more time
• 23:03
Speaker 1: or got a different sentence from the Feds than a
• 23:06
Speaker 1: non prosecution agreement. And I'm not asking you to opine
• 23:09
Speaker 1: on that, but I'm wondering whether he ever talked to
• 23:12
Speaker 1: you about that. But it sounds like he didn't maxwell
• 23:15
Speaker 1: that he got a good deal. No, I think actually
• 23:18
Speaker 1: well as comments that I've read was that he didn't
• 23:21
Speaker 1: think he got a good deal. And I think that
• 23:23
Speaker 1: you know, when he fought it's so hard, it's because
• 23:26
Speaker 1: he didn't think he did, Blanche, when he was serving
• 23:29
Speaker 1: a sentence, were you around during that time, like when
• 23:33
Speaker 1: he was allowed to leave during the day or travel
• 23:36
Speaker 1: during the day, Maxwell, I never called him, I never
• 23:39
Speaker 1: saw him, and I never went to the jail, Blanche.
• 23:42
Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask you some questions that you
• 23:44
Speaker 1: shouldn't read into them. I just want to know whether
• 23:46
Speaker 1: you whether they resonate with you. Have you ever had
• 23:50
Speaker 1: any contact with any representative that you know of from ASAD,
• 23:54
Speaker 1: the Israeli intelligence agency? Maxwell? Can you ask me that again?
• 23:59
Speaker 1: Have you ever ever have been in contact with an
• 24:01
Speaker 1: individual that you understand to be from MASAD, an Israeli
• 24:04
Speaker 1: intelligence agency? Maxwell? Will not deliberately, Blanche? Pardon me, Maxwell,
• 24:11
Speaker 1: not deliberately, Blanche. Okay, And did you know we talked
• 24:15
Speaker 1: about this a little bit earlier, but just to put
• 24:17
Speaker 1: a finer point on it, did you ever know that
• 24:20
Speaker 1: mister Epstein Were you ever told did you ever think
• 24:24
Speaker 1: that mister Epstein was getting any money from any intelligence agency,
• 24:28
Speaker 1: including MASAD? Maxwell? Well, I don't believe so, but I
• 24:32
Speaker 1: wouldn't know. I mean, I would be very surprised if
• 24:35
Speaker 1: he did. I don't think so, No, Blanche. We've talked
• 24:38
Speaker 1: a lot about names, and I'm sure that there's some
• 24:41
Speaker 1: that we haven't covered. Are there any foreign nationals right
• 24:45
Speaker 1: now that we've talked about? Some British the royal family
• 24:48
Speaker 1: a little bit, and maybe high society folks in Britain.
• 24:52
Speaker 1: Were there any international businessmen or politicians that had a
• 24:55
Speaker 1: very close relationship or close relationship with mister Epstein that
• 24:59
Speaker 1: we haven't talked to about already. Off the top of
• 25:02
Speaker 1: my head, I can think about Ehud Barack. Blanche. You
• 25:06
Speaker 1: said that mister Epstein at some point in the mid
• 25:08
Speaker 1: to late nineties he started taking testosterone. Did you ever
• 25:12
Speaker 1: know him to take any other drugs? Maxwell? No, I
• 25:15
Speaker 1: mean he took pills for his heart I think, but
• 25:18
Speaker 1: I don't know no other substances. Do you know anything
• 25:21
Speaker 1: about his heart condition? I know we talked about this,
• 25:24
Speaker 1: you know, nine forty five this morning, But do you
• 25:27
Speaker 1: know anything about his heart condition beyond what you understood
• 25:30
Speaker 1: that he had a heart condition that affected his ability
• 25:32
Speaker 1: to have sex? Maxwell, other than what he told me. No,
• 25:37
Speaker 1: he never shared anything. But he did take pills. I
• 25:40
Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know anything above that. Like I said,
• 25:44
Speaker 1: he did the testosterone, which made him mean, Blanche, And
• 25:47
Speaker 1: we're jumping around a little bit. Maxwell. Sorry, Blanche, Sorry.
• 25:51
Speaker 1: Do you know someone named Donald Barr Maxwell? No, Blanche,
• 25:56
Speaker 1: I can represent to you he was former headmaster of
• 25:59
Speaker 1: the school which you mentioned earlier. Maxwell, All right, Blanche,
• 26:04
Speaker 1: do you remember any conversation with Epstein about a book
• 26:07
Speaker 1: that mister Barr wrote called the space relations Maxwell, I
• 26:12
Speaker 1: never heard of that, Blanche, about aliens and sex Maxwell, No, Blanche,
• 26:17
Speaker 1: do you know whether, well, have you ever met with
• 26:20
Speaker 1: former Attorney General of the United States Bill Barr? Maxwell, no, Blanche.
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Do you remember whether mister Epstein knew him or whether
• 26:28
Speaker 1: his name ever came up in conversations you had with
• 26:30
Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Glam Maxwell, I don't recall any Blanche. Okay,
• 26:35
Speaker 1: did you have a relationship or no? I'm using a relationship,
• 26:38
Speaker 1: but I appreciate you don't like the word. Did you
• 26:41
Speaker 1: know of mister Epstein's brother Mark Epstein? Maxwell, yes, Blanche.
• 26:46
Speaker 1: How did you know him? Maxwell? Through Epstein? Blanche? How
• 26:50
Speaker 1: would you describe your relationship close? Friendly, Maxwell, my personal Blanche, Yes, Maxwell,
• 26:57
Speaker 1: not that close, but friendly enough. I mean, you know, Blanche.
• 27:02
Speaker 1: How was Jeffrey Epstein's relationship with his brother Mark from
• 27:05
Speaker 1: what you observed? Maxwell, I mean they were brotherly, but
• 27:08
  Speaker 1: I think I don't know. I don't know. They had
• 27:10
Speaker 1: periods when they were closer than when they weren't. I
• 27:14
Speaker 1: think sometimes Epstein found his brother irritating, Blanche. And I
• 27:18
Speaker 1: think I know the answer is given what you just
• 27:20
Speaker 1: said about Bill Barr. But did you ever hear from
• 27:25
Speaker 1: mister Epstein or anybody else that Bill Barr had any
• 27:27
Speaker 1: role in mister Epstein getting a good plead deal in
• 27:30
Speaker 1: Florida or any role in the process with mister Acosta.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: Glen Maxwell, I never heard that. All right, folks, we're
• 27:38
Speaker 1: gonna wrap up right here and in the next episode
• 27:40
Speaker 1: dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up from where
• 27:42
Speaker 1: we left off. All of the information that goes with
• 27:45
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
• 27:49
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
• 27:53
Speaker 1: this episode, we're going to pick up where we left
• 27:55
Speaker 1: off with Glenn Maxwell and here fireside chat with the
• 27:59
Speaker 1: deal Jay Todd, Blanche and I think I know the
• 28:03
Speaker 1: answer is given what you just said about Bill Barr.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: But did you ever hear any from mister Epstein or
• 28:09
Speaker 1: anybody else that Bill Barr had any role in mister
• 28:12
Speaker 1: Abstein getting a good plead deal in Florida or any
• 28:15
Speaker 1: role in that process with mister Acosta. Maxwell, I'd never
• 28:19
Speaker 1: heard that, Blanche. I think you said this in an interview,
• 28:22
Speaker 1: But if I'm wrong, forgive me. Do you have a
• 28:25
Speaker 1: view of mister Epstein of whether he committed suicide or
• 28:28
Speaker 1: whether something else happened to this. David Marcus interrupts, Can
• 28:31
Speaker 1: we take a break, Blanche? You want to take a break,
• 28:35
Speaker 1: David Marcus, Yeah, sure, Blanche, Yeah, we can take a break. Sure. Actually,
• 28:39
Speaker 1: it's a good time to take a break anyway, because
• 28:42
Speaker 1: it's to be the last one of the day. Yo.
• 28:45
Speaker 1: If I'm ever in trouble for anything, I hope that
• 28:47
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche is the one giving me a deposition. Holy shit,
• 28:51
Speaker 1: Spencer Horn. All right, so we're going to take a break.
• 28:54
Speaker 1: It's two fifty three Thursday July twenty fourth Horn work
• 29:00
Speaker 1: continuing with the recorded profit of Miss Maxwell. The time
• 29:03
Speaker 1: is now three ten pm, Thursday July twenty fourth. Blanche,
• 29:07
Speaker 1: my colleagues alerted me to a couple of questions. I
• 29:09
Speaker 1: think I may have forgotten to ask you. One is sorry,
• 29:13
Speaker 1: I'm just going through my notes. Well, we talked a
• 29:15
Speaker 1: few minutes ago about this birthday book that there is
• 29:17
Speaker 1: press about. I understand you don't remember anything with President
• 29:21
Speaker 1: Trump or a lot about the book anyway. Do you
• 29:24
Speaker 1: remember asking President Trump to submit a letter for that Maxwell?
• 29:28
Speaker 1: I do not, Blanche. And do you remember would you
• 29:31
Speaker 1: have been the one to do that, or could somebody else?
• 29:34
Speaker 1: Would somebody else have done it? Maxwell, I did ask
• 29:37
  Speaker 1: some people. I don't remember, mister Trump, I don't remember
• 29:41
Speaker 1: who I did ask. But Epstein also asked people himself directly, Maxwell,
• 29:46
Speaker 1: So it could have happened that way, if it happened
• 29:48
Speaker 1: at all, Blanche, where is that? And to this FBI agent,
• 29:52
Speaker 1: Diego Pistana interrupts, You mentioned a hud Barack Maxwell, Yeah,
• 29:58
Speaker 1: Diego Pistana, what was his int Maxwell? This would have
• 30:02
Speaker 1: been in the later two thousands, So I do not
• 30:04
Speaker 1: know how they met, but I do know that day.
• 30:07
Speaker 1: I don't know if friendly would be the right word.
• 30:09
Speaker 1: I don't know that, but I know that they saw
• 30:11
Speaker 1: each other. And only because my father. You know, anything
• 30:14
Speaker 1: that touches Israel or the state of Israel, I'm always
• 30:17
Speaker 1: interested in because my father loved Israel, and so I
• 30:20
Speaker 1: pay attention to it and we have ties to you know,
• 30:23
Speaker 1: to Israel, Yeah, you sure do. And your father was
• 30:27
Speaker 1: interested in Israel. No, he was an asset working with Israel.
• 30:32
Speaker 1: But like Jeffrey Epstein, Robert Maxwell was only really loyal
• 30:36
Speaker 1: to the Almighty Buck Blanche when you said it was
• 30:40
Speaker 1: later though, Maxwell interrupts them, ties meaning friends and family relations.
• 30:45
Speaker 1: Blanche was the prime minister, was mister Brock prime Minister Brock.
• 30:49
Speaker 1: Do you know what the nature of his relationship was
• 30:52
Speaker 1: with mister Epstein? Maxwell, I don't, Blanche. Do you know
• 30:56
Speaker 1: were they ever with them together? Maxwell? I think I met.
• 31:00
  Speaker 1: I have a memory of meeting Ahood, but I don't
• 31:02
Speaker 1: know if he was with Epstein or I don't remember.
• 31:05
Speaker 1: I just know that I did see him, and I'm
• 31:07
Speaker 1: trying and struggling to remember the context around it. But
• 31:12
Speaker 1: I'm sure it happened, but it must have been very brief,
• 31:15
Speaker 1: because I don't have any serious memory of it, any
• 31:17
Speaker 1: like deep memory of that. Blanche, and maybe this is obvious,
• 31:22
Speaker 1: Maxwell cuts him off. And maybe it comes also because
• 31:25
Speaker 1: I've read it in the press. That may be something
• 31:28
Speaker 1: that brought it to my memory, so that, I mean,
• 31:31
Speaker 1: I think the press has been very contaminating. So it's
• 31:35
Speaker 1: hard sometimes to separate those stories from your memory. Sometimes,
• 31:39
Speaker 1: Oh give me a break. So you don't know if
• 31:41
Speaker 1: something happened or not. What do you have dementia? Are
• 31:45
Speaker 1: you suffering from the same illness that Bruce Willis has
• 31:49
Speaker 1: a phasia? Or whatever the hell it's called And isn't
• 31:51
Speaker 1: it ironic that gallainn. Maxwell seems to have a great
• 31:54
Speaker 1: memory about everything Virginia but a bad memory about everything else. Blanche,
• 32:01
Speaker 1: do you know a British gymnast by the name of
• 32:03
Speaker 1: Heather Man? Maxwell? Yes, Blanche, did she? Maxwell cuts him off.
• 32:08
Speaker 1: I didn't know she was a gymnast. Blanche, Oh, okay,
• 32:10
Speaker 1: I'm reading something that says she was a gymnast, but
• 32:13
Speaker 1: please don't assume that that's correct. This is based upon
• 32:16
Speaker 1: my words. So the deputy director of the FBI has
• 32:20
Speaker 1: no fucking idea who this person is that he's asking about.
• 32:24
Speaker 1: So what are you asking about in the first place?
• 32:26
Speaker 1: Just throwing out names? Maxwell? Okay, Blanche? Did she ever
• 32:31
Speaker 1: travel with you or a mister Epstein? Maxwell? I think yeah,
• 32:34
Speaker 1: she did. Actually, I think that she might have been
• 32:37
Speaker 1: one of mister Epstein's girlfriends at one point. Blanche. Again,
• 32:41
Speaker 1: I know we're talking about time periods that are vast.
• 32:44
Speaker 1: What time period would have that been, like two thousand, Maxwell,
• 32:49
Speaker 1: I want to say, I don't know. It could have
• 32:51
Speaker 1: been the nineties, could have been the nineties, I don't know.
• 32:53
Speaker 1: But I mean, listen, there are people that pop out
• 32:56
Speaker 1: of the woodwork all the time. I just saw one
• 32:59
Speaker 1: on TV saying he was his girlfriend in ninety three
• 33:02
Speaker 1: or ninety four. So I mean he's obviously been very
• 33:06
Speaker 1: busy lea Safian or she's lying, Glenn Maxwell, Or there's
• 33:11
Speaker 1: that Blanche. Did someone named Mark Middleton? Maxwell? Yes, I
• 33:16
Speaker 1: remember him, Blanche? Who was that? Maxwell? He was in
• 33:20
Speaker 1: mister Clinton's administration, President Clinton's administration, I think, Blanche. And
• 33:25
Speaker 1: how do you know him, Maxwell, Well, I met him,
• 33:28
Speaker 1: and that is I met him through mister Epstein. Blanche,
• 33:31
Speaker 1: And do you know was he from what you observed?
• 33:34
Speaker 1: Was he a friend or a business acquaintance of mister Epstein? Maxwell?
• 33:38
Speaker 1: I mean I only saw him a handful of times,
• 33:40
Speaker 1: but I did see him with him. I mean he
• 33:42
Speaker 1: see him friendly. I don't know if I would characterize
• 33:45
Speaker 1: I mean, only having seen him briefly, I don't know
• 33:47
Speaker 1: how to characterize that, Blanche. Do you know whether he
• 33:51
Speaker 1: liked flu on airplanes with mister Epstein? Did he visit
• 33:54
Speaker 1: the island? Do you know anything about that or their
• 33:57
Speaker 1: relationship as it relates to that, Maxwell, Well, I don't
• 34:00
Speaker 1: have any recollection of seeing Mark Middleton at the island, Blanche.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: How about former US Senator George Mitchell Maxwell. Yeah, I
• 34:08
Speaker 1: do remember George Blanche. What do you remember about him? Maxwell?
• 34:13
Speaker 1: I traveled with him. We went to the most memorable
• 34:16
Speaker 1: affair I went too well. I was friendly with his wife,
• 34:19
Speaker 1: start with that with Heather, and Heather was in New York,
• 34:22
Speaker 1: so I hung out with her a few times, we
• 34:24
Speaker 1: had dinner. I was just friendly, I would say, separately
• 34:27
Speaker 1: with separately from her husband. I was friends with Heather.
• 34:30
Speaker 1: I met Heather through her husband, but we became friends. Blanche,
• 34:34
Speaker 1: You became friends with Heather Maxwell, Heather. Yes, Blanche was
• 34:38
Speaker 1: mister Epstein friends with mister Mitchell. Maxwell. Yes, Blanche. Did
• 34:42
Speaker 1: they travel together besides New York? Did they travel to
• 34:46
Speaker 1: the island or to New Mexico? Maxwell, I don't ever
• 34:49
Speaker 1: remember George ever at the island. But the most memorable
• 34:53
Speaker 1: trip I do recall with senator was to Italy. Blanche
• 34:56
Speaker 1: was to were Maxwell to Italy? Blanche? Okay, Maxwell, we
• 35:00
Speaker 1: went to Rome Blanche as the four of you, So
• 35:03
Speaker 1: Heather and mister Mitchell and you and mister Epstein. Maxwell.
• 35:07
Speaker 1: That's my recollection. Blanche, and what were you there for? Maxwell? Well,
• 35:12
Speaker 1: the most memorable aspect of the trip is that we
• 35:15
Speaker 1: went to the Vatican. It was extraordinary. The most extraordinary
• 35:19
Speaker 1: thing was going to the archives and holding Henry the
• 35:22
Speaker 1: eighth document to the Pope asking for his divorce. Blanche.
• 35:26
Speaker 1: Do you know the former president of Columbia Andrews Pastrana? Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
• 35:32
Speaker 1: how do you know him? Maxwell? I met Pastrana in
• 35:36
Speaker 1: a pub in Dublin, Blanche. And did he travel with
• 35:38
Speaker 1: mister Epstein that you know, Maxwell, I don't know. I
• 35:42
Speaker 1: don't know if he was ever on the plane. I
• 35:45
Speaker 1: don't know if he ever I don't think he ever
• 35:47
Speaker 1: came to the island. But I went to places with
• 35:49
Speaker 1: Andrews Pastrana. One was to Columbia and Epstein came to that,
• 35:53
Speaker 1: and the other was to Cuba and Epstein and Pastrana
• 35:56
Speaker 1: I think was there, Blanche. And what were the purposes
• 36:01
Speaker 1: of traveling to Columbia then Cuba? Maxwell? I'm a helicopter
• 36:05
Speaker 1: pilot and Andrews is a helicopter pilot and we just
• 36:08
Speaker 1: became friends. And I flew a Blackhawk in Columbia, Blanche,
• 36:12
Speaker 1: And how about Cuba? Maxwell, I have a friend of
• 36:16
Speaker 1: mine who was the cigar distributor for Monte Cristo maybe
• 36:20
Speaker 1: I can't remember which cigar it was, and so we
• 36:22
Speaker 1: went there and he organized the trip and we met
• 36:25
Speaker 1: Fidel Castro. Blanche. When was that, approximately? Maxwell had to
• 36:30
Speaker 1: be two thousand and two, two thousand and three, Blanche, okay, Maxwell,
• 36:34
Speaker 1: something like that, I think Blanche. There's some more names
• 36:38
Speaker 1: that we might talk about tomorrow with the same type
• 36:40
Speaker 1: of questions, but as far as a catch all, there's
• 36:43
Speaker 1: been a tremendous amount of public information about all kinds
• 36:46
Speaker 1: of names, including some of the folks we talked about
• 36:49
Speaker 1: today and their relationship with mister Epstein, and or you,
• 36:53
Speaker 1: for any of the folks that we've talked about today,
• 36:56
Speaker 1: did you observe them doing anything improper with mister Epstein,
• 36:59
Speaker 1: whether with mosiue uses or with women who were or
• 37:02
Speaker 1: girls who were traveling, or at the residence that they
• 37:05
Speaker 1: were at, or at the parties that they were at.
• 37:09
Speaker 1: Maxwell I did not, ever, at any time see that.
• 37:13
Speaker 1: You know who else didn't see it? Stevie Wonder and
• 37:15
Speaker 1: Helen Keller, Todd, Blanche and for any of the names
• 37:19
Speaker 1: we've talked about today, and then tomorrow we'll talk about
• 37:22
Speaker 1: some more. But for today, do you recall having any
• 37:25
Speaker 1: conversations with anybody else where they reported to you that
• 37:28
Speaker 1: they had seen something that one of these individuals had done,
• 37:32
Speaker 1: whether someone else that works with mister Epstein or somebody
• 37:35
Speaker 1: that observes something. Maxwell, if anybody had ever reported anything,
• 37:40
Speaker 1: first of all, the answer to that is no. And
• 37:42
Speaker 1: also I just want to be clear that had anybody
• 37:46
Speaker 1: ever reported anything illegal or disgusting like that, I would
• 37:49
Speaker 1: have immediately done something, Yeah, like get involved, right, like
• 37:52
Speaker 1: help out, like molest the girls with Jeffrey Epstein. You sick,
• 37:56
Speaker 1: degenerate fuck And I never heard it, saw it, And
• 38:01
Speaker 1: no one ever ever complained to me or tears, nothing
• 38:04
Speaker 1: like that, Blanche, Okay, all right, So we took a
• 38:08
Speaker 1: break when we were talking about mister Epstein and his death.
• 38:12
Speaker 1: So mister Epstein and his death. So you were not
• 38:15
Speaker 1: obviously at the MCC during that time, correct, Maxwell, I
• 38:18
Speaker 1: was not, Blanche. So you're going to tell us what
• 38:21
Speaker 1: you believe, but just I just want to make sure
• 38:23
Speaker 1: I understand your basis for belief is kind of what
• 38:26
Speaker 1: you've read and seen and your knowledge of mister Epstein
• 38:29
Speaker 1: for the many years you knew him, knew him, right, Maxwell?
• 38:33
Speaker 1: And actually there's a third component, Blanche, Okay. Maxwell. The
• 38:37
Speaker 1: answer to that is yes, Blanche, okay. Maxwell. And there's
• 38:41
Speaker 1: a third component that which is having experienced now the
• 38:44
Speaker 1: mismanagement and inefficiencies in total dereliction of duty at the
• 38:48
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons. Blanche from BOP, from the Bureau of Prisons, Maxwell, Yes,
• 38:53
Speaker 1: Blanche okay, fair Okay. Meanwhile, Blanche, mind, you is in
• 38:58
Speaker 1: control of the BOP. That's right, the DOJ in control. Okay.
• 39:03
Speaker 1: So you know I want to What I do want
• 39:06
Speaker 1: to do is be careful, you know, asking you to speculate,
• 39:09
Speaker 1: because anybody can do that, and I don't think that's
• 39:11
Speaker 1: fair to you or anybody else to ask you to
• 39:13
Speaker 1: give us your kind of opinion. But do you think
• 39:16
Speaker 1: that the third point you say, which is kind of
• 39:18
  Speaker 1: a failure by the BOP, There's been a lot. There's
• 39:22
Speaker 1: been the OIG report, there's the SDNY investigation about that.
• 39:26
Speaker 1: So you think he was he did not die by
• 39:29
Speaker 1: suicide given all the things we just talked about, Maxwell,
• 39:33
Speaker 1: I do not believe he died by suicide, No, Blanche,
• 39:36
Speaker 1: And do you believe that? Do you have any speculation
• 39:39
Speaker 1: or view of who killed him? Maxwell? I don't, Blanche,
• 39:43
Speaker 1: And I asked that because if you don't believe that
• 39:45
Speaker 1: there's any truth to the allegations of blackmail, or that
• 39:48
Speaker 1: he had kind of a list, or that he had
• 39:51
Speaker 1: reasons to have people hate him, why would somebody kill
• 39:53
Speaker 1: him in prison? Maxwell? In prison where I am, they
• 39:57
Speaker 1: will kill you, or they will pay somebody or a
• 40:00
Speaker 1: prisoner to kill you for twenty five dollars worth of commissary.
• 40:03
Speaker 1: That's about the going rate for a hit with a
• 40:05
Speaker 1: lock today. No, it's not. That's a lie right there too.
• 40:08
Speaker 1: Can you point to me anybody who's been hit at
• 40:11
Speaker 1: the Tallahassee Federal Prison for Women who's been killed there? Oh,
• 40:15
Speaker 1: that's right, nobody, Blanche. So that goes to the third reason,
• 40:20
Speaker 1: which is kind of mismanagement Maxwell, yes, Blanche, or the
• 40:24
Speaker 1: shortfallings or the shortcomings of the Bureau of Prisons Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
• 40:29
Speaker 1: which is a little bit different from my question, which is,
• 40:33
Speaker 1: do you think there was somebody on the outside of
• 40:35
Speaker 1: the prison, So putting aside what could have happened on
• 40:37
Speaker 1: the inside, on the outside of prison, who wanted him
• 40:41
Speaker 1: dead so badly that he would have or she would have,
• 40:44
Speaker 1: you know, caused him to be killed on the inside
• 40:47
Speaker 1: I don't see that. I think, is it possible. Of course,
• 40:50
Speaker 1: it's possible, but I don't know of any reason why.
• 40:53
Speaker 1: And I don't believe in the blackmail or any of this.
• 40:56
Speaker 1: I don't think Epstein had a hit on him like that.
• 40:59
Speaker 1: If it's indeed murder, I believe it was an internal situation. Blanche. Yeah,
• 41:04
Speaker 1: so you don't have any reason, you know, first hand
• 41:06
Speaker 1: knowledge or even speculation. It sounds like to think that
• 41:09
Speaker 1: he was if that he was killed to kind of
• 41:12
Speaker 1: silence them or to keep them from going public about
• 41:15
Speaker 1: people he knew about Maxwell. I don't know, because I
• 41:19
Speaker 1: think that that's just part of the story that's been
• 41:21
Speaker 1: created that started in two thousand and eight and two
• 41:24
Speaker 1: thousand and nine. So yeah, all the other coincidences that happened,
• 41:28
Speaker 1: just coincidences, Folks, camera's going down guard sleeping, no one
• 41:32
Speaker 1: watching them. Ignore all of that and just listen to
• 41:35
Speaker 1: what I say. That's what the narrative is, Blanche, Okay, Yeah,
• 41:41
  Speaker 1: I mean that's the point, Like, I don't want I
• 41:43
Speaker 1: don't think there's value in talking. You know, there's been
• 41:46
Speaker 1: a lot of talking, a lot of information about what happened,
• 41:49
Speaker 1: you know, at the MCC, but What is important to
• 41:52
Speaker 1: me is whether you know is the idea that he
• 41:54
Speaker 1: didn't die by suicide, that's one thing. But if to
• 41:58
Speaker 1: the extent that folks believe that he was murdered to
• 42:01
Speaker 1: keep him quiet or because he had information on rich
• 42:03
Speaker 1: and powerful people, do you have any reason to believe
• 42:07
  Speaker 1: that's what's true? Maxwell, I don't have any reason to
• 42:10
Speaker 1: believe that, And I also think it's ludicrous because if
• 42:13
Speaker 1: that I also happen to think if that is what
• 42:16
Speaker 1: they wanted, they would have had plenty of opportunity when
• 42:19
Speaker 1: he wasn't in jail, he was still useful then, Glaine,
• 42:22
Speaker 1: and I thought you weren't around him for all these years,
• 42:25
Speaker 1: so how do you know what he was up to?
• 42:27
Speaker 1: This whole entire thing is straight up gobbage, hot, wet gabbage,
• 42:32
Speaker 1: And if they were worried about blackmail or anything from him,
• 42:36
Speaker 1: he would have been a very easy target in the time.
• 42:39
Speaker 1: So we've talked about a lot of time, all the
• 42:41
Speaker 1: way up through twenty nine and ten and the time
• 42:45
Speaker 1: after mister Evstein was arrested. When's the last time you
• 42:48
Speaker 1: spoke with him, Glenne Maxwell, maybe twenty sixteen, seventeen fifteen
• 42:53
Speaker 1: in that area. I believe Blanche, And when you're thinking
• 42:57
Speaker 1: about the last time that you had talked been talking
• 43:00
Speaker 1: to him a lot and then you stopped or was
• 43:02
Speaker 1: that a one off time? It was infrequent At that point, Maxwell,
• 43:06
Speaker 1: I really wasn't in communication. The only communications I had
• 43:10
Speaker 1: with him was in with regards to the civil suits,
• 43:12
Speaker 1: the civil suits that I found myself in, the defamation
• 43:15
Speaker 1: suit I found myself in. I needed help, I needed information,
• 43:19
Speaker 1: and I didn't have what I needed, And so that
• 43:22
Speaker 1: was really what it was. That's what drove it, was
• 43:25
Speaker 1: me trying to get myself out of this situation, which
• 43:28
Speaker 1: ultimately led to where I am today. When all of that,
• 43:32
Speaker 1: I don't remember even if I stopped talking to him
• 43:34
Speaker 1: before that. I think I thought he was angry with
• 43:38
Speaker 1: me anyway, he didn't like what I did, and I
• 43:41
Speaker 1: wasn't interested in what he had to say to me,
• 43:43
Speaker 1: and Todd Blanche cuts her off. What did you think
• 43:46
Speaker 1: he was angry with you about? Maxwell? I think he
• 43:49
Speaker 1: was angry that I had even said that I had
• 43:52
Speaker 1: referred to her being a liar. He said I should
• 43:54
Speaker 1: not have said anything, but Blanche when the civil suits
• 43:57
Speaker 1: that were ongoing before mister Epstein's death, Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
• 44:02
Speaker 1: did your lawyers coordinate with his lawyers, like in discovery
• 44:05
Speaker 1: and things like that or anything. Maxwell, I don't think
• 44:08
Speaker 1: we coordinated. I'm not sure Todd Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, I
• 44:13
Speaker 1: don't want to misspeak. There was some degree of communication,
• 44:16
Speaker 1: for sure, I just don't know the degree that took place.
• 44:20
Speaker 1: So definitely, I'm me and I was definitely hoping for
• 44:22
Speaker 1: him to be more helpful. And I was definitely coordinating
• 44:26
Speaker 1: is not a good word because that sounds like I
• 44:28
Speaker 1: was trying to align myself. That's not where we were
• 44:31
Speaker 1: going here. But I was definitely trying to get help
• 44:34
Speaker 1: as in documents or information that I could use to
• 44:37
Speaker 1: defend myself. That's one hundred percent true. And the degree
• 44:41
Speaker 1: to which that took place, I don't recall. There was
• 44:44
Speaker 1: definitely some of that, though I don't want to mislead you.
• 44:47
Speaker 1: All Right, we're gonna wrap up right here, and in
• 44:50
Speaker 1: the next episode, we're gonna pick up where we left off.
• 44:53
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
• 44:56
Speaker 1: be found in the description box.
