Ep. 4057 Federal Court ENDS Democrat MAIL-IN VOTING AS WE KNOW IT!!! · Turley Talks

• 0:00
[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
• 0:06
[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
• 0:18
  [SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
• 0:21
[SPEAKER_00]: An absolute bombshell is just obliterated the Democrats' election schemes just in time for the November mid-terms.
• 0:29
[SPEAKER_00]: A federal appeals court just made a ruling that has blue-state officials scrambling behind closed doors and legal experts are calling it one of the most consequential election decisions in years.
• 0:42
  [SPEAKER_00]: For months, certain states
• 0:44
[SPEAKER_00]: have been stonewalling, refusing and fighting to the nailed to keep a very specific secret buried.
• 0:52
[SPEAKER_00]: And today, that secret just got dragged out into the open.
• 0:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Gang which you're about to hear changes everything about how November is going to play out and the Democrats never saw it coming.
• 1:06
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor, and join yet another glorious day in the Trumpian Golden Age that you made possible back in November 2024.
• 1:15
[SPEAKER_00]: So if you want a front row seat on how you continue to change the world, ways you never even imagine, you know what to do, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
• 1:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go back to the month of March, shall we?
• 1:27
[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump signed a landmark executive order.
• 1:31
[SPEAKER_00]: aimed at cleaning up how mail-in ballots get administered through the U.S.
• 1:36
  [SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service.
• 1:37
  [SPEAKER_00]: It was actually brilliant.
• 1:39
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a textbook case of how to use the power of the federal government to enforce American first policies.
• 1:46
  [SPEAKER_00]: Trump's executive order.
• 1:48
[SPEAKER_00]: required the postal service itself to actually confirm the eligibility of the mail-in ballot before it even goes out the door.
• 1:58
[SPEAKER_00]: So in other words, we're no longer at the mercy of corrupt blue-state governors or legislatures now the postmaster general.
• 2:07
[SPEAKER_00]: A federal official would be in charge of regulating who is actually eligible to get a mail-in ballot.
• 2:15
[SPEAKER_00]: And here's where the EO gets so freaking
• 2:18
[SPEAKER_00]: any state, any state that refused to comply with the Postmaster General's requirements to verify the eligibility of a mail-in ballot recipient would not get mail-in ballots at all.
• 2:35
[SPEAKER_00]: and post-master general Lewis DeJoy quickly moved to implement that new order refusing to deliver mail-in ballots to any state that refused to say who's actually eligible to receive them in federal elections and predictably the left loss their minds.
• 2:52
[SPEAKER_00]: They went not the NAACP which is just a far
• 2:56
[SPEAKER_00]: of this organization disguises a civil rights group.
• 2:59
[SPEAKER_00]: They filed suit against the U.S.
• 3:00
[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service and to joy and true to form, their court shopping worked originally, a district judge in Boston, of course, and Obama appointee, of course issued a sweeping decision blocking most of Trump's executive order claiming the Constitution doesn't grant the president specific powers over elections.
• 3:26
[SPEAKER_00]: the federal government controls the mail, doesn't it?
• 3:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, Trump's DOJ appealed the decision, and the ruling from the DC circuit court of appeals has just come in, and it is an absolute bombshell.
• 3:40
[SPEAKER_00]: The DC circuit court of appeals issued a two-page order,
• 3:44
[SPEAKER_00]: in effect striking down that lower courts in junction, ruling that the postal service is likely to ultimately win on appeal.
• 3:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Translation, the courts just told every blue state stone walling this process that their legal argument doesn't hold water.
• 4:03
[SPEAKER_00]: And the rule can move forward right now while the underlying case continues.
• 4:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Bill is sailing the first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, called the ruling exactly what it is, quote, this is a huge win for election integrity with significant implications for states like California that refuse to submit their voter roles to verify compliance with federal election laws.
• 4:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Now think about what this actually means on the ground.
• 4:32
[SPEAKER_00]: states like California, we're nearly every single voter automatically receives a ballot by mail, even those who don't live in California anymore as we have eyewitness testimony for.
• 4:45
[SPEAKER_00]: They're staring down a system that's about to demand actual verification before those ballots can even be sent out before they ever hit a mailbox.
• 4:57
[SPEAKER_00]: No more mass-printing ballots for every name sitting on a bloated voter roll.
• 5:02
[SPEAKER_00]: Whether that person still lives in the state or not, whether that person is a citizen or not, whether that person's even alive.
• 5:08
[SPEAKER_00]: This is the exact scenario, Democrats have fought tooth and nail to avoid that kind of accountability because for years they built entire campaign infrastructures, ballot, harvesting operations, NGO networks, community turnout machines around the assumption that millions of ballots would simply flood out into the world with minimal oversight.
• 5:33
[SPEAKER_00]: and the fact that the left is so outraged over the call for oversight is itself inherently suspicious is it not?
• 5:42
[SPEAKER_00]: Again, how could anyone possibly overtly oppose election security measures?
• 5:47
  [SPEAKER_00]: How?
• 5:49
  [SPEAKER_00]: Well.
• 5:50
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's rather obvious, is it not people with nothing to hide, don't get this defensive.
• 5:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Take Stacey Abrams as a case in point who keep in mind is herself an election tonight.
• 6:02
[SPEAKER_00]: She to this day insists that the 2018 Gubernatorial Election in Georgia was stolen from her.
• 6:09
[SPEAKER_00]: She actually had the completely self unaware audacity to post this after Trump's speech Thursday night.
• 6:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Donald Trump just used a prime time address to re-litigate an election he lost six years ago and to demand new laws making it harder to vote.
• 6:28
[SPEAKER_00]: American see through the lies.
• 6:30
[SPEAKER_00]: He tried this in Georgia first, a call to find 11,000 votes a raid on Fulton County, and now a war on the ballot itself.
• 6:39
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's not democracy.
• 6:40
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's cowardice.
• 6:41
[SPEAKER_00]: America, we beaten it before.
• 6:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, well, Stacey Abrams certainly knows what getting beaten mean.
• 6:47
[SPEAKER_00]: She's never won an election in her life.
• 6:49
[SPEAKER_00]: All the while, she herself claims those elections were rigged in fraudulent.
• 6:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately for Stacey and her fellow panic Democrats, it's all sound inferior to signifying nothing for the vast majority of the country.
• 7:02
[SPEAKER_00]: A recent Reuters poll found that 53% of voters expressed concern about the integrity of mail-in or absentee ballots.
• 7:09
[SPEAKER_00]: That includes 83% of Republicans, versus of course just 33% of Democrats and a recent Yahoo Yougov poll found that just
• 7:20
[SPEAKER_00]: 23% of Americans were confident that 2026 midterm vote will quote not be rigged, just 23% were confident over that.
• 7:31
[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats are clearly lost the argument here Americans want to feel confident that our elections are secured.
• 7:37
[SPEAKER_00]: And as you saw with that Reuters poll, very few issues galvanize Republicans like election integrity.
• 7:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And with the speech last Thursday now, I think Trump is playing this brilliantly.
• 7:49
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, in many respects the irony here, is that the Democrats only have themselves to blame for so many calling into questions security of vote of our voting?
• 7:59
  [SPEAKER_00]: Think about it.
• 8:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Who are the ones insisting for years on Russian interference in our 2016 election?
• 8:07
  [SPEAKER_00]: Who was that?
• 8:09
[SPEAKER_00]: and then think about it.
• 8:10
[SPEAKER_00]: They went from screaming for years about our compromised election to then turning around and taking a complete debate about face claiming that our elections were the most sustained secure in the history of humanity a mere four years later and that after taking measures that made our elections demonstrably less secure.
• 8:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Only a Democrat can think that way.
• 8:35
[SPEAKER_00]: But that said, President Trump is absolutely crushing it with this issue, and this executive order regulating mail-in balance is just the tip of the iceberg.
• 8:46
[SPEAKER_00]: But first gang, one of the most frequent questions I get asked by our audiences this.
• 8:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you want to ask, Dr. Steve is now really the right time to buy gold.
• 8:58
  [SPEAKER_00]: It's a fair question.
• 8:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Gold has had a tremendous, what silver has been moving higher and higher.
• 9:03
[SPEAKER_00]: So naturally people wonder, so did I miss it?
• 9:07
  [SPEAKER_00]: Is it too late?
• 9:08
[SPEAKER_00]: But I actually think that's the wrong way of looking at it.
• 9:11
[SPEAKER_00]: The real question isn't whether gold has already gone up obviously it has.
• 9:15
[SPEAKER_00]: The real question is whether the reasons for owning it have changed.
• 9:20
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, think about where we are today.
• 9:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Central Banks continue buying gold at record levels all over the world.
• 9:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Global debt continues to explode, geopolitical tensions aren't going away.
• 9:31
[SPEAKER_00]: These are the very trends that we've been talking about on this channel for years, and if those trends haven't changed, then why would the case for owning physical gold and silver?
• 9:41
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why more and more people are taking a closer look, not because they're chasing price, but because they're responding to what's happening in the world.
• 9:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Some are purchasing physical gold and silver directly.
• 9:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Others are moving a portion of an IRA or 401k into a gold IRA as part of their long-term wealth protection strategy.
• 10:01
[SPEAKER_00]: That's one reason why I trust Augusta precious metals.
• 10:05
[SPEAKER_00]: What I appreciate is that they don't try to convince you to buy anything.
• 10:10
[SPEAKER_00]: They start by helping you understand your options.
• 10:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Though it's plain how purchasing physical gold or silver works, show you how a gold IRA works if you're using retirement funds, answer your questions, and then let you decide whether it's right for your situation.

• 10:32
  [SPEAKER_00]: to 3, 5, 0, 5, 2, that's 3, 5, 0, 5, 2, and request a cuss to free God because in my view, the question isn't whether gold has already moved.
• 10:42
[SPEAKER_00]: It's whether the reasons for owning it have changed.
• 10:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And from where I sit, they have it.
• 10:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Click on that link below right now.
• 10:50
[SPEAKER_00]: This rolling doesn't exist in a vacuum guy.
• 10:52
[SPEAKER_00]: This is one more piece of a much bigger puzzle Trump has been quietly assembling for months.
• 10:59
[SPEAKER_00]: On July 9, Trump fired the two remaining Democrat commissioners on the Election Assistance Commission, leaving that agency with zero sitting commissioners and giving Trump total control over who gets appointed next and what standards though enforce.
• 11:16
[SPEAKER_00]: His Department of Justice has sent letters
• 11:20
[SPEAKER_00]: 50 states in DC, warning a possible criminal prosecution if officials knowingly let non-citizen stay registered and several blue states that refuse to comply are now being hold into court over it.
• 11:34
[SPEAKER_00]: He signed two sweeping elections, executive orders, one directing states to purge non-citizens from their roles and limit mail and ballots and another ordering DHS,
• 11:45
[SPEAKER_00]: and the Social Security Administration to build a federally verified master state citizenship list that gets sent to every state at least 60 days before an election while directing the United States Postal Service to create traceable, barcoded official election mail envelopes sent only to verified absentee voters.
• 12:07
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's the exact mechanism.
• 12:09
[SPEAKER_00]: This court ruling just gave a green
• 12:13
[SPEAKER_00]: He's also relaunched the election integrity army, the massive Republican monitoring force from 2024.
• 12:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, bigger and stronger for 2026, and he's tasked Vice President JD Vance's fraud task force with rooting out fraud across federal programs elections included.
• 12:30
[SPEAKER_00]: And on top of all of that, federal funding tied to Homeland Security and FEMA grants is now increasingly linked to state's cooperation compliance and election integrity, a pressure point that does not require a single vote in Congress.
• 12:45
[SPEAKER_00]: So this latest court ruling is the piece that turns all of that theory into practice.
• 12:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Without the United States Postal Service actually being allowed to demand those voter lists and barcodes,
• 12:56
[SPEAKER_00]: None of the citizenship verification, none of the fraud crackdowns, none of the executive orders mean much in a mail-in ballot world.
• 13:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Now the Postal Service has the green light, again at least for now, to require exactly the kind of verification Trump has been building the infrastructure for all year.
• 13:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Democrats are heading into a midterm, with a number of senators retiring in states Republicans can win.
• 13:24
[SPEAKER_00]: A generic ballot spread that keeps shrinking, a voting rights act that has officially been gutted by the Supreme Court.
• 13:32
[SPEAKER_00]: redistricting loss is stacking up and USAID shuttered NGO ballot harvesting pipeline already dismantled.
• 13:40
[SPEAKER_00]: And now on top of it all the exact mail in ballot machinery they're dependent on for years is facing real verification for the very first time in decades.
• 13:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Now again, to be crystal clear, the fight is an over.
• 13:53
[SPEAKER_00]: The DC circuit's order is a stay, not a final ruling.
• 13:58
[SPEAKER_00]: The underlying lawsuit keeps moving through the courts and Democrats will absolutely keep fighting it every step of the way they have to.
• 14:05
[SPEAKER_00]: But for the very first time in this entire saga, the legal momentum has flipped decisively in Trump's favor, and blue states that have stonewalled transparency for months may not have a choice left, but to finally hand over the roles.
• 14:22
[SPEAKER_00]: We're finally going to see just how deep this actually goes, and I, for one, can't wait to see the panic on the face of Democrats who now realize their days of election shenanigans are finally coming to an end.
• 14:36
