  [SPEAKER_00]: where we talk about minutes into Switch 2 and what it was like to have it for the first six months of its release and the games that came out and what we hope to see from the console and just talk about the console itself, performance, self through just like the whole thing and there's a ton of great videos out there that you can already watch but I wanted to add

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think it's definitely a hit or miss for some people, but to me it was like enough of an upgrade to where I'm really happy to have it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So I'll be able to talk about that and kind of go over how I feel about it overall and what changed in my opinion, but one glaring thing that still exists.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I actually got some really cool things I was expecting and got a fucking lightsaber, a Luke lightsaber from Return of the Jedi, so fucking cool, and do you need to get a repair on it because I think I broke it to be honest, I think it's my fault, some good in that fix right now, got a Master Chief helmet from Halo 3 Legendary Collection, the original game release, and it's actually signed by Steve Downs by fiancee got that for me.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Um, she let me just pick out anything at Frankenson's and that was like something I saw and I was like, well, I don't have the helmet And it's signed by Steve Downs in the guy.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I thought it was a very good price Uh, all considering it's a, you know, the helmet's iconic, especially the game itself that it's from Um, as a collector's edition, then also the signature of the man himself.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Um, but yeah, I hope all of you had a beautiful time with your family.

  [SPEAKER_00]: that's going on trying to get married this year trying to buy a house just your boys moving up in the world and took a long time but it's you know i'm putting the big boy pants on uh it's long overdue and i'm i'm so thrilled to be doing this with my fiance i mean just shout out to her i couldn't think of uh another woman in the world i'd rather be with i mean she's absolutely wonderful

  [SPEAKER_00]: I've been, I've finished, uh, space Marine to Warhammer Space Marine to.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So not even, not achievements, because achievements, they fucking suck.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They don't mean anything besides some bragging rights, amongst maybe people you play with, which is really cool.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But they used to give you rewards back in a day and trophies as well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So like I beat the Space Marine 2 campaign this week, and I gotta tell you guys, if you haven't played this game yet, it's like Gears of War on Crack, which is funny because the Gears of War games are pretty crazy, but the gameplay, the story, the characters, the character development in the game itself through the campaign is wonderful and you wouldn't think so, because it's just such a dark game in the dark universe, but there's some really great character moments about, you know, breaking down your your walls and letting people in, but also being there for people.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It's honestly just a wonderful game that final campaign mission was just perfect.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The game sold a ridiculous amount of copies was, you know, wildly successful.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Please please please the multiplayer is fun has a fantastic pv mode where you can choose a class.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You can play with the guns for each class.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They have a multiplayer PvP mode where it's basically gear's a war.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It was really funny to see like where we started with the game, and then when we ended in terms of communication, like I think we did a lot better as she's grown to play games a little bit more, become more acclimated using the controller.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I finished Legend of Zelda.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Tears of the Kingdom, which has an Nintendo Switch 2 upgrade, which allows the game to run at 4k or 1080p, 60 frames, uh, because I played it, I should not I didn't play it at hand, how did I play it on the TV?

  [SPEAKER_00]: I've always been at Ganondorf, but I kind of wanted to do all the memories, so that's like a quest line, the main quest.

  [SPEAKER_00]: where you can discover all the memories that, you know, from Zelda, Princess Zelda and it's basically a whole movie, just nothing but cutscenes explaining what she's been up to throughout the process and then you come to learn that, you know, what happens there, get the Master Sword which I already had at this plate part of the playthrough and kill Ganondorf and defeat him.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I always, I waited to finish the game because I thought there would be like DLC or an expansion just like Breath of the Wild.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They did confirm there's nothing coming to the game besides the Zelda notes, this which do upgrade that I think that's officially it for that game.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So I decided to finish it and I'm like, I would love to, I can't wait to replay it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It's such a replayable game and just massive shout out to that team that development team because

  [SPEAKER_00]: I am blown away by the soundtrack, the graphics, the characters, the gameplay, the main quests and how it all wraps up.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I'm a diehard like Zelda fan of like what the franchise is and what it's done for the gaming industry.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Because believe it or not, I've only finished Twilight Princess once.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think I've gotten really close.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I finished a lot of time, breath of the wild twice, and now tears the kingdom.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I honestly think that's the only time I've beaten Zelda games, but I've played almost all of them, all the main

  [SPEAKER_00]: a couple of the top ones like between worlds and it's just such a damn good franchise and I cannot recommend it enough.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think this switch to upgrades if you have played Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I get you will get your time out of these games, especially if you're like a hundred percent or someone who wants to complete all the major quests and maybe some side quests, maybe not gear or whatever, but this game is like, it's amazing.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I also finished Hyrule Warriors, Asia Calamity because I was at the end, I thought I already beat it, but I wasn't, so I finished that game,

  [SPEAKER_00]: I haven't played it I'm seeing the reviews seeing the gameplay Brian actually was talking about how it's a little bit too linear for him Linear like gameplay for him.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So for me that's cool because it reminds me of like Halo 1 Halo 2 Halo 3 Or there's just a little bit of exploration but there's definitely like a path to follow and I think that's actually fine for someone like me because I always thought the scanning and stuff was like whatever in Metroid Prime

  [SPEAKER_00]: I played Kirby Airwriters, it just wasn't for me, but I'll tell you what's growing on me, and I've played it a pretty good amount today.
