One isolation valve at the Al Sahil Gas Complex is known by four different names in four different systems, and at three in the morning nobody can tell which one the permit means. Handover lead Noor Haddad and information manager Ivan Petrov work through IEC 81346 reference designations, ISO 15926 reference data, the CFIHOS handover specification and DEXPI, the standards that decide what things are called and what the owner gets on day one.
