Pedal across Portland’s iconic bridges on August ninth for the legendary Providence Bridge Pedal — a car-free, community-powered bike event that’s become a global favorite. Started 30 years ago by visionary Rick Bauman, it’s more than a ride; it’s a celebration of connection, city beauty, and shared joy. With routes from 3 to 23 miles and even a 5-mile walk option, it welcomes cyclists and walkers from all 50 states.
