- 0:31Dayna Roselli: 80 star Corey Feldman hops on stage at Caspians at Caesars Palace.
- 0:36Sean McAllister: And more pools are opening, and we feel like it's earlier than usual.
- 0:41Dayna Roselli: All this and more coming up on Vegas Revealed.
- 0:46Dayna Roselli: Welcome to Vegas Revealed episode 310.
- 0:49Dayna Roselli: Dana Roselli here along with Sean McAllister, ready for another fresh episode with a long rundown of things to talk about.
- 0:57Sean McAllister: And ready for pool season to officially begin.
- 1:01Sean McAllister: I mean, you can literally go right now and dive in at resorts up and down the Las Vegas Strip.
- 1:07Dayna Roselli: Yeah, we didn't look back at the calendar, but we just feel like this is a lot earlier than usual.
- 1:12Dayna Roselli: It's warm here in Las Vegas.
- 1:14Sean McAllister: But really warm, like pool weather kind of warm.
- 1:17Sean McAllister: And so uh we are getting all of these listings and updates of uh resort pools that are now opening, uh, kicking things off with uh Caesars Entertainment properties, including Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Paris, Planet Hollywood, and Link Hotel Casino.
- 1:35Sean McAllister: Those pools are all open right now, and they have a few more to follow.
- 1:40Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and they did send us a release and say they are opening earlier, so we know that's earlier than planned.
- 1:46Sean McAllister: Right.
- 1:46Dayna Roselli: And probably because you have people staying in the hotels that are like, it's beautiful out.
- 1:50Dayna Roselli: I want to lay by the pool, you gotta meet the demand.
- 1:53Sean McAllister: Exactly.
- 1:53Sean McAllister: And you know what?
- 1:54Sean McAllister: If your pool isn't undergoing renovations or anything to get ready for the new pool season, may as well just open up the pool deck, get a few lifeguards in there and call it good.
- 2:07Dayna Roselli: Seriously, as long as you have your staff already, you know.
- 2:10Dayna Roselli: Um, yeah, I did go in my pool this weekend, but it's not quite heated yet.
- 2:14Dayna Roselli: They usually stop like after Thanksgiving and then kick up, I don't know, sometime soon, maybe even March, but it was still February.
- 2:21Dayna Roselli: So I did the cold plunge.
- 2:23Dayna Roselli: And let me tell you, it felt good.
- 2:24Dayna Roselli: Now I get why people do cold plunges because you feel really good after, but it was cold.
- 2:30Sean McAllister: I mean, it certainly wakes up your system.
- 2:33Dayna Roselli: It does.
- 2:33Dayna Roselli: Even like it takes your breath away for a second when I like dunked under.
- 2:37Dayna Roselli: So um, but no, I think the hotel pools are probably heated and ready to go.
- 2:42Dayna Roselli: Um, Harris is opening March 13th, horseshoe April 1st, and then Omnia Day Club at Caesars Palace isn't quite open yet.
- 2:49Dayna Roselli: Um, they just keep putting out that it will be open for the pool season at some point and that it's coming soon.
- 2:55Dayna Roselli: So we'll keep you posted on that.
- 2:56Dayna Roselli: Fountain Blue is opening this weekend, though, the Oasis Pool, March 6th, and so that's exciting, and Live Beach, and so they got a lot going on over there.
- 3:06Dayna Roselli: Plus, they did announce that they are bringing back the Oasis Cinema.
- 3:10Dayna Roselli: That will return on May 1st, and that's where they show movies out on the pool deck and the closer to the evening time and take advantage of kind of the outdoors at its best, and they have popcorn out there and food and all sorts of stuff.
- 3:23Sean McAllister: And just in time for pool season, Fountain Blue is also extending its locals only program uh with some great deals.
- 3:31Sean McAllister: You can go on Fountain Blue's website to check out everything that they offer as part of the locals only program, but they are extending that into pool season, which is great to see.
- 3:42Dayna Roselli: And it looks like they're debuting a new Make Some Waves offer.
- 3:46Dayna Roselli: So that's just in time for pool season.
- 3:48Dayna Roselli: You'll have to get to their website and find out what that's all about.
- 3:52Dayna Roselli: Love that.
- 3:53Sean McAllister: Hey, uh, we would like to say uh good day to all of our friends down under.
- 3:59Sean McAllister: And your trip to Las Vegas.
- 4:02Sean McAllister: I know we have a some listeners down in Australia.
- 4:05Sean McAllister: Um your trip to and from Las Vegas is about to get a little easier and have some time shaved off because Quantas Airlines is has just announced it is becoming the first ever direct flight from Australia to Las Vegas.
- 4:24Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and I never realized that we didn't have one.
- 4:26Sean McAllister: I don't think I did either.
- 4:28Dayna Roselli: Yeah, so this is great.
- 4:29Dayna Roselli: The first in the world to operate a non-stop route.
- 4:32Dayna Roselli: Um, it starts in December, so you got a little ways, but you can plan ahead, maybe book now.
- 4:37Dayna Roselli: And it's a new seasonal Las Vegas to Sydney route, and it will run through mid-March of 2027.
- 4:45Dayna Roselli: So maybe they'll test it, see how it goes, if it's packed all the time, maybe they'll keep it, but for now.
- 4:50Sean McAllister: And it's going to start operating at a really good time for a bunch of visitors to come in because starting at the end of December means that that route is going to be up and running in time for the consumer electronics show and also for rugby league when it comes back to Las Vegas in 2027, in March of 2027.
- 5:12Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 5:13Dayna Roselli: Yeah, that'll be good.
- 5:14Dayna Roselli: And then just um everything that we have going on here.
- 5:18Dayna Roselli: And then when we're in the winter, they're in the summer.
- 5:20Sean McAllister: In the summer, yes.
- 5:21Dayna Roselli: So maybe they want to escape the heat, come here where it's still nice out, but not as hot.
- 5:26Dayna Roselli: It's a good time as well.
- 5:28Sean McAllister: So get the uh all you Australians, you come with your tans in the middle of the Las Vegas winter.
- 5:36Sean McAllister: Oh gosh.
- 5:37Sean McAllister: And maybe entice us to come and visit you too.
- 5:39Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 5:40Dayna Roselli: All right, the inaugural flight is December 29th, 2026, and again, we'll operate to March 12th, 2027, with flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
- 5:51Dayna Roselli: Good move, Qantas.
- 5:52Sean McAllister: And I love that it'll shave off like five hours of flight time.
- 5:56Sean McAllister: It's a big deal.
- 5:56Dayna Roselli: There is nothing like a non-stop because the nonstop to my hometown just ended on Southwest, and I'm like literally depressed about it.
- 6:04Dayna Roselli: Um, it's it's just a game changer all around.
- 6:07Dayna Roselli: I so I'm I'm sure everyone in Australia is excited.
- 6:13Dayna Roselli: And anyone in Las Vegas that goes to Australia often, we have a PR friend, Mike, who goes to Australia all the time for work, and this he's probably ecstatic.
- 6:21Sean McAllister: Well, because it is.
- 6:22Sean McAllister: That's not a short flight.
- 6:25Sean McAllister: So any time that you can cut off there is a great thing.
- 6:29Sean McAllister: Hey, if you've lived in Las Vegas for a while, um, even if you visit and get off the strip a little bit to uh to experience some of the resorts we talk about, the locals' resorts are what we call them here, but they're really they're open to anybody and they're really worth checking out.
- 6:47Sean McAllister: Among them is the Red Rock Resort out in Summerlin.
- 6:52Sean McAllister: And it kind of took our breath away from shock, kind of like jumping into a cold pool.
- 6:58Sean McAllister: A cold plunt.
- 6:59Sean McAllister: Uh, it kind of took our breath away a little bit when they announced that it is their 20th anniversary celebration.
- 7:07Dayna Roselli: It's like a bl the blink of an eye.
- 7:10Dayna Roselli: We remember being there when it opened.
- 7:12Dayna Roselli: I remember dipping in before it opened to take a quick tour.
- 7:16Dayna Roselli: I just can't believe it's been 20 years.
- 7:18Sean McAllister: I mean, it's insane how quickly time is passing.
- 7:23Dayna Roselli: I mean, Red Rock is so popular, literally, since the doors open, it's been a popular spot for locals and even visitors.
- 7:31Dayna Roselli: I mean, they just have everything there.
- 7:32Dayna Roselli: They have great restaurants, they have a food area, they have movies, they have bowling, they have bingo, they have a great pool, a great spa.
- 7:41Dayna Roselli: I mean, uh, ballrooms, Starbucks, they got everything.
- 7:47Dayna Roselli: Nice rooms.
- 7:48Dayna Roselli: Um, so we're excited that they are doing a celebration because it deserves one.
- 7:53Dayna Roselli: And just a couple things going on there.
- 7:55Dayna Roselli: Now, we're gonna go over actually this week, and we're getting some interviews and stuff like that with some uh hopefully a day one employee over there and and talk to some folks that run Red Rock.
- 8:05Dayna Roselli: But uh, some things to keep in mind.
- 8:07Dayna Roselli: Um, to kick it off, the celebration, April 18th, they're doing a taste of station, and this is a poolside grand tasting event featuring restaurants and lounge partners from across station casino properties.
- 8:19Dayna Roselli: So that'll be really fun.
- 8:20Dayna Roselli: Then the party continues on April 29th as Red Rock welcomes Journey for a one night only performance.
- 8:28Dayna Roselli: The concert's part of Journey's Final Frontier Tour, and it's set to take place right there under the stars at the sandbar stage by the Red Rock pool.
- 8:36Dayna Roselli: So, two big things happening uh to celebrate, and I think those are those are perfect.
- 8:41Sean McAllister: Yeah, and as you said, we are gonna head over there and have more details for you in the weeks to come.
- 8:46Dayna Roselli: Oh, great, and we will have an update on that.
- 8:49Sean McAllister: Hey, uh, this is a big music uh residency announcement that people have been going crazy about.
- 8:58Sean McAllister: Uh at Sphere, Metallica has just announced the group's first ever Las Vegas residency.
- 9:06Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and people are thrilled about this.
- 9:07Dayna Roselli: Like you said, the tickets go on sale March 6th to the general public.
- 9:12Dayna Roselli: So get ready.
- 9:13Dayna Roselli: If you're listening on the day this drops, they're going on sale to the G Pop tomorrow.
- 9:18Dayna Roselli: Um, but the the cool thing that they're doing that I guess the fans really like because they started doing this in 2023 on their world tour, they're doing the no songs will be repeated uh on each Thursday and Saturday.
- 9:32Dayna Roselli: So the shows are through October and they're on Thursdays and Saturdays, and apparently no songs will be repeated.
- 9:38Dayna Roselli: So you kind of have to go to both if you're a huge fan.
- 9:42Dayna Roselli: I mean, you can go to one, but they're also offering like ticket packages.
- 9:46Dayna Roselli: You can buy the two shows or you can buy the single ticket if you want to just go to one show.
- 9:50Dayna Roselli: But maybe they figure if you're in town for Metallica, we'll give you two shows, and just so that you know, um, you know it will be different.
- 9:58Dayna Roselli: We're not repeating any songs.
- 10:00Sean McAllister: Right.
- 10:00Sean McAllister: I mean, I feel like as a a fan, especially if you're a big fan, you're gonna want to go both nights.
- 10:10Sean McAllister: Yes, because you want to hear all the all the music that you love.
- 10:14Dayna Roselli: Well, especially if you traveled all the way here.
- 10:15Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 10:16Dayna Roselli: Like you're coming from the East Coast, you're like, I'm going to both nights.
- 10:18Sean McAllister: Exactly.
- 10:19Dayna Roselli: So it makes sense.
- 10:21Dayna Roselli: And I don't know what the ticket packages for the two nights look like yet.
- 10:24Dayna Roselli: Um, I couldn't.
- 10:24Sean McAllister: Is it buy one, get one free?
- 10:26Dayna Roselli: I don't think so.
- 10:27Dayna Roselli: But it could be a good deal, you know, for because they have a lot of um, if you go to their website, I did look around.
- 10:32Dayna Roselli: They have like uh fan groups and stuff.
- 10:34Dayna Roselli: And if you're a member of this, and if you're a member of that, so I mean there could be a decent package in there, or maybe a you know, pick a spot close one night and then you go way up top the next night or something.
- 10:45Dayna Roselli: I think they're true.
- 10:46Dayna Roselli: I think they have something called the snake pit that's probably down on the ground.
- 10:50Dayna Roselli: I don't know, like Metallica fans know the deal.
- 10:52Sean McAllister: Well, that's a good idea that now that you mentioned that, to have two different vantage points from inside of sphere because where you take in a show, if you're down on the floor for for one performance, it's a completely different experience being up in like level three for a different show.
- 11:12Sean McAllister: For sure.
- 11:13Sean McAllister: You get to see a whole bunch of different stuff.
- 11:15Sean McAllister: Well, good.
- 11:16Sean McAllister: We're glad Metallica's coming.
- 11:17Sean McAllister: Uh again, the shows are coming up this October.
- 11:21Sean McAllister: Um, get your tickets for both nights so you don't miss any music.
- 11:25Dayna Roselli: I feel like they'll probably extend.
- 11:28Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 11:28Dayna Roselli: I don't know.
- 11:28Dayna Roselli: There's just gonna be demand, I think.
- 11:30Sean McAllister: I s I I don't see it being an only October show.
- 11:34Sean McAllister: No, I mean, really, nobody comes in just for like one little Yeah.
- 11:42Dayna Roselli: I mean Fish did that one, but then they're coming back.
- 11:44Sean McAllister: Right.
- 11:45Dayna Roselli: They did the ones they they put out there this will be our only show this year when they did it, and then now they're back, but another year.
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 11:52Dayna Roselli: Coming back, I should say.
- 11:53Dayna Roselli: But yeah, um, I agree.
- 11:55Sean McAllister: I think there's a lot of work that goes into it for just a limited run.
- 11:59Dayna Roselli: Kenny Chesney's coming back.
- 12:00Sean McAllister: Kenny's coming back with new stuff.
- 12:02Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 12:03Dayna Roselli: So you're right.
- 12:04Dayna Roselli: I mean, uh you you do put a lot of work into it.
- 12:06Dayna Roselli: And if they're doing no songs repeated, that means both nights have to be different.
- 12:09Dayna Roselli: I bet the visuals you know are obviously different.
- 12:11Dayna Roselli: So that is a lot of work.
- 12:13Sean McAllister: Which is another reason to go both nights.
- 12:15Sean McAllister: That that'll be cool.
- 12:17Dayna Roselli: I mean, they're gonna sell out, so without a doubt.
- 12:20Sean McAllister: Yeah, I listen.
- 12:21Dayna Roselli: We used to listen to some Metallica in high school, and I I do like them.
- 12:24Dayna Roselli: I like their music.
- 12:26Dayna Roselli: Um and I think a lot of generations, old and young, love Metallica.
- 12:32Dayna Roselli: So it'll be good.
- 12:33Sean McAllister: I think Metallica and Guns N' Roses were like the two big Yeah, too big.
- 12:38Sean McAllister: The two big hair rock hairband kind of groups.
- 12:43Dayna Roselli: I definitely played cards or sat around the bonfire with a Jenny Light at some point in my high school listening to Metallica.
- 12:50Sean McAllister: Shout out to the Genesee Brewery in Rochester, New York.
- 12:54Dayna Roselli: Well, flipping the page completely.
- 12:57Sean McAllister: From Metallica?
- 12:58Dayna Roselli: Yes.
- 12:58Dayna Roselli: Josh Grobin is returning to the Coliseum at Caesars Palace this fall.
- 13:02Dayna Roselli: Performances are set for October as well.
- 13:04Dayna Roselli: Josh Grobin gems a Las Vegas residency will feature all the fan favorites from Grobin's career, as well as uh select songs from a new album that's dropping late this spring.
- 13:14Dayna Roselli: So I'm excited he's coming out with a new album.
- 13:16Dayna Roselli: I've seen Josh Grobin in person, I think in Cleveland.
- 13:19Dayna Roselli: I went with my mom and sister-in-law, and he's just he's great.
- 13:23Dayna Roselli: So I haven't seen that show at the Coliseum, but I it's the perfect spot for him.
- 13:29Sean McAllister: Well, and he's got a golden voice, and it is.
- 13:31Sean McAllister: He fits right in with the the the vibe of the the Coliseum for sure.
- 13:36Sean McAllister: Uh over at Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Christopher Cross announced that he is set to perform at the Chelsea inside the Cosmopolitan June 6th.
- 13:47Sean McAllister: Tickets for that show are on sale now, and I know that Christopher Cross is uh Dana, you have your iPod stocked up with Christopher Cross music.
- 13:56Dayna Roselli: And we were listening to Christopher Cross at the pool this weekend, me and my friend Robin.
- 14:00Dayna Roselli: And it's funny because every song that comes on, you just belt the words.
- 14:04Dayna Roselli: It's just, I mean, they're so good.
- 14:06Dayna Roselli: And then whenever you hear that little the way sailing starts, it just flushes back all the memories of your childhood.
- 14:12Dayna Roselli: It's just, he has some on warm 101.3.
- 14:16Dayna Roselli: Yes.
- 14:16Dayna Roselli: We used to listen to soft rock while we would get in the car, head to the grocery store with the parents.
- 14:22Sean McAllister: See, that's what was on at my dentist's office growing up.
- 14:25Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 14:25Sean McAllister: When I would go to see Dr.
- 14:26Sean McAllister: Twitchell.
- 14:27Sean McAllister: That's exactly what I remember in the waiting room.
- 14:30Dayna Roselli: Yep.
- 14:31Dayna Roselli: There's like Ride Like the Wind, think of Laura.
- 14:34Dayna Roselli: I think they played that during General Hospital when it was Luke and Laura's like romance.
- 14:39Dayna Roselli: Perfect.
- 14:39Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 14:40Dayna Roselli: Ride like the wind.
- 14:41Dayna Roselli: Oh, yeah, he's good.
- 14:42Dayna Roselli: Um, so I think that's great.
- 14:44Dayna Roselli: Uh, great spot for him, Chelsea at Cosmopolitan, June 6th.
- 14:47Sean McAllister: So we talked about the 20th anniversary of Red Rock, and we have another big milestone anniversary coming up for the Electric Daisy Carnival.
- 14:57Sean McAllister: It is the 30th anniversary of EDC.
- 15:01Sean McAllister: And it is returning here to Las Vegas uh from May 15th through the 17th.
- 15:07Sean McAllister: And they just announced the 30th anniversary lineup, and there's like 200 artists on the on the lineup this year at EDC.
- 15:16Sean McAllister: Which is insane.
- 15:18Dayna Roselli: So like 200 plus.
- 15:19Dayna Roselli: So, I mean, it is insane.
- 15:21Dayna Roselli: And when you look at the images from EDC, I always every year I look and I go, that is incredible.
- 15:28Dayna Roselli: How do you even build that for one weekend?
- 15:31Sean McAllister: It's an entire city.
- 15:32Dayna Roselli: It really is.
- 15:33Sean McAllister: It's a music city that they build.
- 15:35Dayna Roselli: It's incredible.
- 15:36Dayna Roselli: Um, there'll be sets from Cascade, John Summit, Martin Garrick's, Fisher.
- 15:41Dayna Roselli: The list goes on.
- 15:42Dayna Roselli: It's always a stellar lineup.
- 15:44Dayna Roselli: You can go to EDCLosvegas.com for tickets and info.
- 15:47Dayna Roselli: I did browse around and I see a lot of different options and packages are already sold out.
- 15:52Dayna Roselli: So if you want to come to town, it's at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, May 15th to the 17th for EDC.
- 15:59Dayna Roselli: You probably want to get on that soon.
- 16:01Sean McAllister: And uh DJ and producer uh Ian Asher, he performed at EDC Mexico uh a couple years ago, and that was like his biggest show to date.
- 16:12Sean McAllister: I saw him in an interview talk about how that was the first show where he couldn't see the end of the crowd from the DJ booth.
- 16:20Sean McAllister: That's exciting.
- 16:20Sean McAllister: And I mean that just gives you goosebumps.
- 16:22Sean McAllister: Well, Ian Asher is now uh doing a residency this year at Zook Nightclub over at Resorts World.
- 16:31Dayna Roselli: Yeah, he's got dates through fall.
- 16:33Dayna Roselli: Uh we went over there, caught up with Ian.
- 16:36Dayna Roselli: Uh he had just done like a big long flight, took a nap, and then came down to meet us and was ready to do his residency show at Zook that night.
- 16:45Sean McAllister: Doing the whole DJ turnaround.
- 16:46Dayna Roselli: To be in your 20s.
- 16:48unknown: Oh man.
- 16:48Dayna Roselli: He looked great, by the way.
- 16:50Dayna Roselli: I was like, wow, you don't look like you're lacking sleep.
- 16:52Sean McAllister: No, he said he naps on the plane really well.
- 16:55Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 16:55Dayna Roselli: Well, that's where we caught up with him for an interview.
- 16:58Sean McAllister: Ian Asher made a noticeable debut on the music scene with his remixes and collaborations on social media, racking up billions of streams.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: What's beautiful about it is it's like people applying their own creativity, like sharing their own lives, and then just using that as the soundtrack.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: You know, whether it's, you know, they're just doing like a fit check or doing a little vlog, doing, you know, come cook with me, like any kind of video, you know.
- 17:26Sean McAllister: So pretty much Ian Asher is the soundtrack for your life, whether you're in the kickoff or whether you're in the kitchen.
- 17:33Sean McAllister: 100%.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna trademark that.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna trademark that.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: Ian Asher is the soundtrack of your life.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Copyrighted.
- 17:41Sean McAllister: And now Asher has debuted a 2026 residency at Zook Nightclub inside Resorts World.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: My favorite thing about this room is the LED and just the overall design, and then you see like there's so many moving parts and like chandeliers that come in and out, and then the CO2 and the production in here is just insane.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: I'm like kind of upset because I don't really get to see the LED screen because it's behind me, you know, but I gotta watch the recap, you know.
- 18:08Sean McAllister: I love it.
- 18:09Sean McAllister: So you want to be more a part of your own show.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, I like seeing it.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I'm I'm I'm like, wish I'm just in in the crowd of GA.
- 18:17Sean McAllister: Ian Asher's reality today was the stuff of dreams during a childhood trip to Vegas.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I remember being like 10 years old, driving down the strip.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: I'm in the back of my parents' car and like looking out and seeing all these like DJ's names that I had like found on YouTube and like seeing their faces, and then just being like, oh, I want him.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: I want to do that.
- 18:39Sean McAllister: And now Asher is doing that, and the crowds that pack nightclubs and festivals to see him are bringing the energy.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: There hasn't been like a bad show, like every show has been really crazy, you know.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: And I do I'm doing like 120 shows this year, so that's a lot of crazy.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: That's a lot of crazy, and that's a good thing that you can say.
- 19:01Sean McAllister: Like, every show has been great.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm like, I was thinking about this the other day.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: I'm like, the fact that people like what I'm doing, and and uh um, it's all for them, you know.
- 19:14Dayna Roselli: His dream is to play the sphere.
- 19:16Dayna Roselli: He made that clear to us.
- 19:17Sean McAllister: He did.
- 19:18Sean McAllister: He's doing this, he announced uh while we were doing the interview, he announced his biggest show yet, which is happening in New York City, uh coming up in May.
- 19:27Sean McAllister: And he said that he wants to get that show up and running with all the visuals, all the production, and then potentially bring it back here to Las Vegas.
- 19:40Sean McAllister: And he said it would be a dream to play Sphere.
- 19:43Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 19:44Dayna Roselli: Um I know, good for him.
- 19:46Dayna Roselli: It's exciting that he's doing so well.
- 19:48Dayna Roselli: So many of his songs have gone viral.
- 19:50Dayna Roselli: You can see him at Zoop Nightclub March 13th, June 26th, August 29th, and October 29th.
- 19:58Sean McAllister: Ian Asher, he is an artist to watch.
- 20:00Sean McAllister: Sirius XM and Pandora both have him on their list of artists to watch in 2026 because of the fact that he is kind of a trendsetter.
- 20:11Sean McAllister: His music on uh TikTok and Instagram almost instantly becomes like the most used song.
- 20:19Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 20:19Sean McAllister: It's up there in the top trending uh music that you can put to, you know, any of your videos that you upload.
- 20:25Dayna Roselli: So your vlog.
- 20:27Sean McAllister: He is a trendsetter.
- 20:28Sean McAllister: Your vlog, yeah, all of that.
- 20:30Dayna Roselli: Um, hey, something we're gonna cover next week because we don't really have time today, but we we went over to Westgate to see uh Frankie Moreno's show.
- 20:39Dayna Roselli: He did kind of like a one night only, well, we thought it was one night only, um, it at the international theater.
- 20:45Dayna Roselli: He said he's played all around Las Vegas and uh overseas and Hawaii and all over the United States, but um he had never played the international theater.
- 20:54Dayna Roselli: He said he was really nervous because you know it's where Elvis performed, and there was a great crowd of local entertainers and people in Las Vegas that came out to support him, and then they announced he's gonna be doing another show in May.
- 21:07Sean McAllister: Yeah, so I think uh it was great to see Frankie's show.
- 21:12Sean McAllister: It was the kind of uh performance that we that we are used to seeing and that has kind of like gone away as these major residencies uh have have uh kind of taken hold as the primary uh form of entertainment alongside sport.
- 21:32Sean McAllister: So we're gonna have more of uh our thoughts on Frankie's show.
- 21:37Sean McAllister: You'll hear from Frankie uh coming up next week on Vegas Revealed.
- 21:41Sean McAllister: But it it was so refreshing to have Frankie's type of entertainment back.
- 21:48Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 21:49Dayna Roselli: Because even he said sports um definitely a place for it.
- 21:52Dayna Roselli: It's awesome.
- 21:53Dayna Roselli: He loves it.
- 21:54Dayna Roselli: You know, he loves that all these A list stars are coming into town.
- 21:57Dayna Roselli: He loves that too, but he does think there's still room in Los Las Vegas for someone like him and the type of show he puts on.
- 22:03Sean McAllister: Without a doubt.
- 22:04Sean McAllister: And if you can have uh if if you can set up a show like what Frankie did with an affordable ticket price, people are going to fill the theater regardless.
- 22:16Sean McAllister: I mean, because it's a great time.
- 22:17Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 22:18Dayna Roselli: As they did, by the way.
- 22:19Dayna Roselli: The line to the bar was like wrapped around before the show.
- 22:24Dayna Roselli: And yeah.
- 22:24Dayna Roselli: And that's another thing.
- 22:25Dayna Roselli: That type of show I feel like gets people like the drinks flowing.
- 22:28Sean McAllister: It sure does.
- 22:29Dayna Roselli: You know, people go to have a good time.
- 22:31Dayna Roselli: Smart.
- 22:31Sean McAllister: It is.
- 22:33Dayna Roselli: Very smart.
- 22:33Dayna Roselli: Well, NASCAR is coming up as well.
- 22:36Dayna Roselli: And we wanted to get this uh just some of the things that are happening in this podcast because it's the weekend of March 13th.
- 22:44Dayna Roselli: But a couple things happening.
- 22:45Dayna Roselli: They have a free fan zone on Friday.
- 22:49Dayna Roselli: It opens at noon and goes till six.
- 22:52Dayna Roselli: That's at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
- 22:54Dayna Roselli: So keep that in mind.
- 22:55Dayna Roselli: That's the one free time you can go.
- 22:57Sean McAllister: Right.
- 22:57Sean McAllister: And this is on uh Friday, March 13th for the fan zone.
- 23:01Sean McAllister: Also happening on Friday, March 13th is that big hauler parade.
- 23:06Sean McAllister: So those big semi-trucks that haul the cars around the country from race to race.
- 23:12Sean McAllister: Those form a parade and go up Las Vegas Boulevard.
- 23:17Sean McAllister: They go down Main Street and downtown and then make their way up to Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
- 23:23Sean McAllister: And so many fans come out to watch the procession of those big trucks as they make their way up there.
- 23:30Sean McAllister: And it's kind of like the big welcome to NASCAR as it returns here for the spring race.
- 23:36Sean McAllister: Right.
- 23:37Dayna Roselli: I live a block away from the strip, a block or two.
- 23:40Dayna Roselli: And every year I hear beep woo, all this stuff going on every year, even though we talk about it, I go, what is going on?
- 23:47Dayna Roselli: And then I'm like, oh, the hauler parade.
- 23:49Sean McAllister: Who's hootin' and haulering?
- 23:51Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's a it's a good haul.
- 23:53Dayna Roselli: People love it.
- 23:54Dayna Roselli: They line the streets.
- 23:55Dayna Roselli: Um, it's a lot of fun and free and open to the public.
- 23:58Dayna Roselli: So you just go out there, you know.
- 24:00Dayna Roselli: If you want to go downtown, you could do that.
- 24:02Dayna Roselli: Starts what at the South Point?
- 24:04Sean McAllister: Uh the trucks all stage at the South Point.
- 24:06Sean McAllister: Yep.
- 24:07Sean McAllister: So that's south on Las Vegas Boulevard.
- 24:09Sean McAllister: And then, you know, they have their escort and they go up the Las Vegas strip and downtown and up to the Speedway.
- 24:17Sean McAllister: So that is quite the sight to see.
- 24:18Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 24:19Dayna Roselli: And then earlier uh in the week, uh the RVs come rolling in.
- 24:24Dayna Roselli: Everyone likes to camp at the Speedway that's a huge fan, and this is part of kind of their circuit.
- 24:28Dayna Roselli: They drive around and, you know, go to the different races.
- 24:32Dayna Roselli: So uh, and there's a lot of other like pre-qualifying and races and events, and there's a fan zone through the weekend, but again, the free one is on that Friday.
- 24:40Dayna Roselli: All leads up to the Penzoil 400 on Sunday, March 15th.
- 24:44Dayna Roselli: And that I believe starts at one o'clock.
- 24:46Sean McAllister: And that'll be a that'll be a good race.
- 24:49Dayna Roselli: Yeah, will be.
- 24:50Dayna Roselli: It's always so and the weather we've had, let's hope it holds up and fits in the like 60s and 70s, it'll be perfect.
- 24:56Sean McAllister: That'll be a great day.
- 24:57Sean McAllister: Great day for for some racing up there.
- 24:59Sean McAllister: And if you haven't been to a NASCAR race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, highly recommend it.
- 25:04SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 25:05Sean McAllister: They have a great setup, the tunnel that takes you into the infield where the neon garage is, where all the race teams, you know, work on the cars and pit row is in there.
- 25:15Sean McAllister: Um, they have some food vendors in there, so you can kind of just hang out.
- 25:19Sean McAllister: Um, it's a it's a good spot.
- 25:22Dayna Roselli: They always have the big flyover before the race.
- 25:24Sean McAllister: They do.
- 25:24Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's great.
- 25:25Sean McAllister: Nellis Air Force Base is right next door.
- 25:27Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 25:28Sean McAllister: So you see cars racing around uh right in front of you, and then kind of just off to your right from the speedway, you see these fighter jets taken off and landing, yeah, doing their training runs.
- 25:40Dayna Roselli: It's economical, right?
- 25:41Dayna Roselli: They save on gas.
- 25:42Dayna Roselli: They just take off, that's right, take a swirl around and then land.
- 25:47Dayna Roselli: All right, time for some celebrity news with a Vegas twist.
- 25:52Sean McAllister: All right, Dana.
- 25:54Sean McAllister: This first little nugget of celebrity news is something that Goonies fans are gonna love.
- 25:59SPEAKER_03: And the Lost Boys episode.
- 26:01SPEAKER_03: I love the Lost Boys.
- 26:03Sean McAllister: And and fans of Standby.
- 26:06Sean McAllister: Was he in standby?
- 26:08Sean McAllister: Uh I well, I feel like he should have been.
- 26:11Dayna Roselli: Yeah, we'll Google it.
- 26:12Dayna Roselli: You um we're talking about Corey Feldman, by the way.
- 26:15Dayna Roselli: Um, we've talked about him in the past here on the podcast, and actually uh got a huge response.
- 26:21Dayna Roselli: People really love Corey.
- 26:22Dayna Roselli: He's like an 80s icon.
- 26:23Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 26:24Dayna Roselli: And he was in Las Vegas um and was at Caspian's at Caesars Palace and hopped up on stage and everyone loved it.
- 26:33Dayna Roselli: We have video actually.
- 26:35Dayna Roselli: So was he in stand by me?
- 26:36Dayna Roselli: He was.
- 26:37SPEAKER_03: Okay, that's what I thought.
- 26:38Dayna Roselli: Okay, yeah.
- 26:39Dayna Roselli: So iconic.
- 26:40Dayna Roselli: So he hopped on stage at Caspian's Rock and Row at Caesars Palace, and he was like, How did I get myself into this?
- 26:47Dayna Roselli: And then all of a sudden, he just flowed with it, and it was a great performance.
- 26:52Dayna Roselli: The crowd was going crazy.
- 26:53Dayna Roselli: And Corey actually said, Hey, I'm gonna sing one of my friends' songs, Rick Springfield's Jesse's Girl.
- 26:59Dayna Roselli: And it was great.
- 27:01Dayna Roselli: We have some video here.
- 27:02Dayna Roselli: We'll play a little clip.
- 27:05Sean McAllister: This is a good Feldman up on stage at Caspians.
- 27:47Sean McAllister: You never know when you're in Vegas who's gonna pop up on stage somewhere.
- 27:52Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 27:52Dayna Roselli: It's always so much fun, right?
- 27:53Sean McAllister: It is.
- 27:54Dayna Roselli: And the crowd was going crazy.
- 27:55Dayna Roselli: So um singer Indy Florentino and the house band were up there, and they were trading vocals and playing, and it was just a very Vegas moment.
- 28:03Dayna Roselli: So we thought you'd like that.
- 28:04Sean McAllister: Go to our uh Vegas Revealed YouTube channel and you can see uh the actual video of Corey up there, and you can see he was enjoying it just as much as the the crowd was inside of Caspians.
- 28:16Sean McAllister: Hey, we also wanted to let you know about an honor that Bruno Mars is receiving here in Las Vegas.
- 28:24Sean McAllister: When you get to a certain level of uh uh showmanship, and well, really once you become a Vegas icon, you get a street named after you.
- 28:36Sean McAllister: Yep.
- 28:37Sean McAllister: This is what happened with the rat pack, it's been happening for decades throughout Las Vegas history, and now Bruno Mars is having this honor bestowed upon him as well.
- 28:49Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 28:49Dayna Roselli: So, according to the review journal, uh they say that uh the street right there, like right near Park MGM, is going to be changed to Bruno Mars Drive.
- 29:04Dayna Roselli: Sorry, I was looking for the exact name.
- 29:06Dayna Roselli: It's gonna be renamed.
- 29:07Dayna Roselli: So it's right there Park MGM and T-Mobile Arena.
- 29:10Dayna Roselli: No date announced yet.
- 29:12Dayna Roselli: We don't know when it's gonna happen, but um apparently it is.
- 29:17Dayna Roselli: We know he's coming into town for shows uh for his tour, the romantic tour, kicking him off here in Las Vegas at Allegiance Stadium, two shows, in fact, which we also looked up to see if there are tickets available.
- 29:28Dayna Roselli: And there are, but uh they're mostly all resale at this point.
- 29:31Sean McAllister: Yeah, which is understandable because I mean all of Bruno's shows at Park MGM are pretty much sellouts.
- 29:38Sean McAllister: He's now going on tour.
- 29:39Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 29:40Sean McAllister: So I have a feeling those tickets are gonna be, you know, few and far between.
- 29:43Sean McAllister: But if you can snag them, it's gonna be a great show.
- 29:46Dayna Roselli: It is, and he deserves this Las Vegas honor because he's been really performing here since 2016.
- 29:51Dayna Roselli: Yeah, like consistently, right?
- 29:53Dayna Roselli: You know, here and there, like not like every single week or every single month, but he pops in at least, you know, a bunch of times a year.
- 30:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, he's New Year's Eve.
- 30:03Sean McAllister: Yep, he's done New Year's Eve several times.
- 30:05Sean McAllister: Um, Bruno has become kind of a fixture of the Las Vegas entertainment scene, which is which is cool.
- 30:12Sean McAllister: He just brings such a great vibe.
- 30:14Sean McAllister: The shows are like they get you up on your feet, they make you feel good, you walk out with a smile on your face, really wanting more of the show.
- 30:25Dayna Roselli: Right, you do.
- 30:26Dayna Roselli: And he's also got the pinky ring here now, um, which is his kind of lounge and live music lounge over at Bellagio.
- 30:33Dayna Roselli: And I wanna say, I'm gonna look it up.
- 30:35Dayna Roselli: I wanna say, because his album just dropped, that he was there this weekend and they showed him showing up.
- 30:43Dayna Roselli: Um I think this is it.
- 30:46Dayna Roselli: Hold on, let me look.
- 30:47Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I think that's him, right?
- 30:48Dayna Roselli: Walking in.
- 30:50Dayna Roselli: Oh yeah.
- 30:51Dayna Roselli: So I think he walked, I think he was there this weekend.
- 30:53Dayna Roselli: So you never know when Bruno's gonna show up.
- 30:54Sean McAllister: I love it.
- 30:55Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 30:56Dayna Roselli: So uh he's got that too.
- 30:57Dayna Roselli: So, you know, he's definitely made his mark here in Las Vegas.
- 31:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, he certainly has.
- 31:02Sean McAllister: So again, uh soon we will have Bruno Mars drive here in Las Vegas.
- 31:09Sean McAllister: You can add that to your itinerary.
- 31:12Sean McAllister: Stop by.
- 31:12Dayna Roselli: We've got Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Dean Martin, Dean Martin, Siegfried and Roy Way.
- 31:20Dayna Roselli: Or no, we have Roy Hornway.
- 31:23Sean McAllister: Roy Hornway.
- 31:24Dayna Roselli: And then we probably have a Siegfried somewhere else.
- 31:26Sean McAllister: I believe there's a Siegfried and Roy.
- 31:28Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 31:29Dayna Roselli: Maybe.
- 31:29Dayna Roselli: Um, and so many more.
- 31:31Sean McAllister: Oh my gosh.
- 31:32Dayna Roselli: I mean, even Robin Leach, our our longtime friend and you know, entertainment columnists, and you know, what was the show?
- 31:40Dayna Roselli: Why am I blanking?
- 31:41Sean McAllister: A lifestyle is a good one.
- 31:42Dayna Roselli: A lifestyle famous, yeah.
- 31:44Dayna Roselli: Um uh he has a road right near the Smith Center.
- 31:46Sean McAllister: Um, so if you've made your mark on Las Vegas, Jay Sarno, who built Caesars Palace and Circus Circus, um, Frank Marino has Frank Marino way.
- 31:57Sean McAllister: Uh driving around, if you see uh a street that is like a person's name, it's because they they did something cool.
- 32:08Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 32:08Sean McAllister: Did something good.
- 32:10Dayna Roselli: True.
- 32:10Dayna Roselli: Um, yeah, so that'll be fun.
- 32:12Dayna Roselli: We um once we find out when that's gonna happen.
- 32:14Dayna Roselli: I have a feeling a lot of people are gonna be there.
- 32:16Dayna Roselli: I don't know if it'll be open to the public, but we'll we'll keep you posted.
- 32:19Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 32:19Sean McAllister: Hey, uh, thanks so much for joining us this week on Vegas Revealed.
- 32:24Sean McAllister: As always, a big shout out to our podcast sponsor, Vegas Near Me.
- 32:30Sean McAllister: And this is a big deal.

- 33:53Dayna Roselli: Get out here and visit.
