- 0:39Speaker 2: All they got is my boy said this. That's not

- 1:45Speaker 4: This is a great opportunity, y'all. Don't wait, don't hesitate,
- 1:48Speaker 4: take advantage now.
- 1:50Speaker 5: All right, Welcome back, e y L. This is something
- 1:54Speaker 5: that I'm sure a lot of people are excited about.
- 1:57Speaker 6: Waiting for this moment.
- 1:58Speaker 5: Yeah, wait for the moment. Well, you know, got it.
- 2:00Speaker 5: It happened at the right appropriate time. Tom is very important.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Life is everything. Can't rush it, can't rush the vibe,
- 2:06Speaker 7: don't for the vie. You gotta do it at the
- 2:09Speaker 7: right time.
- 2:09Speaker 5: So Aristotle, somebody has been growing in social media following
- 2:13Speaker 5: for years now, and it's just getting bigger and bigg
- 2:17Speaker 5: and bigger. The momentum is getting bigger and bigger and
- 2:19Speaker 5: bigger and even we had you at investments. Thank you
- 2:22Speaker 5: for coming and yeah, for sure, man, I was dope.
- 2:25Speaker 5: You dig your thing, and I felt like I had
- 2:28Speaker 5: to invite you because you were one of the hottest
- 2:32Speaker 5: people in the space. But also you represent a younger demographic,
- 2:37Speaker 5: like a young generation, like we're in our thirties, but yeah,
- 2:39Speaker 5: in your twenties. So that's important because a lot of
- 2:42Speaker 5: people in their twenties rock with us. But it's always
- 2:44Speaker 5: good to get somebody that's like directly at that age level,
- 2:48Speaker 5: like you know what I mean, you want to have
- 2:49Speaker 5: all different demographics.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Eight.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Yeah, so super hot out there in the streets right now.
- 2:54Speaker 5: I see you wrapping with a little baby, stucking a
- 2:57Speaker 5: DC young fly all of these guys. Man and if
- 3:00Speaker 5: you don't know him, he does option trading, he does investing,
- 3:05Speaker 5: he does day trading, so in the world of investments.
- 3:08Speaker 7: But he's also a businessman. You know.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Grew his social media account to almost it's over five
- 3:14Speaker 5: hundred thousand, five forty right, yeah, five forty almost almost
- 3:17Speaker 5: six hundred thousand. He has a YouTube channel, he puts
- 3:19Speaker 5: out daily content.
- 3:20Speaker 6: He's an author. He said, what you got a book?
- 3:23Speaker 7: Yeah, I do. Go I wrote to two books.
- 3:26Speaker 5: And he's a family man as well, true father and husband,
- 3:30Speaker 5: appreciate marry club. Yeah, so so this is going to
- 3:33Speaker 5: be a dope conversation. And he's a he's actually a veteran.
- 3:36Speaker 7: Also, that's a veteran. So so this is gonna be
- 3:39Speaker 7: a dope conversation.
- 3:40Speaker 5: And any chance that we get to talk about investing,
- 3:43Speaker 5: that's always the people's favorites. They always love when we
- 3:45Speaker 5: have investment conversations. So I'm sure that this will be
- 3:48Speaker 5: one of these classic episodes that people will take a
- 3:51Speaker 5: lot of information from and be able to execute. So
- 3:54Speaker 5: first and Foremo, thank you for joining us.
- 3:56Speaker 6: Appreciated, appreciate both of Yeah, sure, I appreciate you.
- 4:00Speaker 4: I love the age part of it because a lot
- 4:02Speaker 4: of times we walk into young adults and we try
- 4:04Speaker 4: to give him advice, especially early on before we even
- 4:06Speaker 4: started anything.
- 4:07Speaker 7: They're like, ooh, I'm only twenty I'm only twenty one.
- 4:09Speaker 4: I'm like, there was this guy, Arik Stoule has been
- 4:11Speaker 4: doing this since he was eighteen nineteen years old, so like,
- 4:14Speaker 4: what's the excuse. So it's going to open the less
- 4:17Speaker 4: So a lot of people, like Shotty said that whole
- 4:18Speaker 4: demographic who's thinking like, I can't do it.
- 4:21Speaker 6: I can't do it. Well, here's somebody who did facts.
- 4:23Speaker 7: Yeah, I want to get into this.
- 4:25Speaker 5: I want to talk about the business to invest in,
- 4:27Speaker 5: but before I want to start at the beginning. So,
- 4:30Speaker 5: all right, you said you're twenty six years old, right,
- 4:34Speaker 5: and you did six years in the military, right, So
- 4:37Speaker 5: that would in my brain lead me to the conclusion
- 4:40Speaker 5: that you came to the military shot out high school. Yep,
- 4:43Speaker 5: all right, So you go to the military scho out
- 4:46Speaker 5: of high school. What was your thought processing that, How
- 4:49Speaker 5: did that go? And when did you become an investor?
- 4:53Speaker 5: Because I understand that you actually became a millionaire while
- 4:56Speaker 5: you were still in the militaries.
- 4:57Speaker 7: That correct, Yes, all right, so talk about that.
- 5:01Speaker 2: So I joined the military when I was eighteen years old,
- 5:04Speaker 2: straight out of high school. I graduated high school in
- 5:07Speaker 2: May of twenty fourteen. I joined the military September ninth,
- 5:11Speaker 2: twenty fourteen. I'll never forget that date. I could have
- 5:15Speaker 2: joined June, but I really wanted to spend you know,
- 5:18Speaker 2: my last summer you know, as a teenager, just to
- 5:21Speaker 2: you know, party, enjoy myself, save some money. So during
- 5:25Speaker 2: that process I was selling online sneakers too. During my
- 5:30Speaker 2: senior year of high school, I was selling online sneakers.
- 5:32Speaker 2: So I had already been knowing that I can sell
- 5:36Speaker 2: things online since seventeen years old, right before my eighteenth birthday.
- 5:40Speaker 2: My first sale ever was Bread Eleven's Yup Class. I
- 5:45Speaker 2: bought them from my homeboard for one hundred, put them
- 5:47Speaker 2: on eBay and Solda for four point forty, and then
- 5:49Speaker 2: I just kept flipping at three hundred. But even before that,
- 5:54Speaker 2: I always had jobs. When I was nine years old,
- 5:57Speaker 2: I always had an entrepreneur mindset. So I lived in
- 6:01Speaker 2: Cleveland Avenue, you know where some of the rappers you've
- 6:04Speaker 2: heard of from, like young Thugs from.
- 6:07Speaker 7: Yeah, that's on the west side.
- 6:09Speaker 2: That's on the south kind of like right south of Atlanta.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Like well it's in Atlanta though, but it's like, you know,
- 6:15Speaker 2: south south south saw, yeah, south side, so south.
- 6:19Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:20Speaker 2: So when I was living there, I used to take
- 6:22Speaker 2: out people trash for one dollars. So that's how I
- 6:24Speaker 2: paid for my candy and all that, because I never
- 6:27Speaker 2: really wanted to ask my dad for much. It was
- 6:28Speaker 2: just me and my dad and my stepmam living there.
- 6:32Speaker 2: And uh so that was my first job. So I
- 6:34Speaker 2: had two jobs. When I was nine years old. I
- 6:36Speaker 2: used to walk a boy home, make sure he's safe.
- 6:38Speaker 2: His mom gave me ten dollars a week, and then
- 6:40Speaker 2: I used to take out trash. Used to knock on
- 6:41Speaker 2: everybody door take out trash for dollars. So since I
- 6:44Speaker 2: was nine, I always knew how to make it least
- 6:47Speaker 2: one of the forty dollars a week, just without my parents.
- 6:51Speaker 2: So I always had a hustler mindset.
- 6:54Speaker 6: I sold candy in middle.
- 6:55Speaker 2: School and I flipped ten dollars into about twelve hundre.
- 7:00Speaker 2: My granddad gave me ten, and I just kept buying candy,
- 7:03Speaker 2: and I always had discipline to not spend my money.
- 7:06Speaker 2: So when I look back and think about where I
- 7:09Speaker 2: am today, and I look back at what I've done
- 7:10Speaker 2: my whole life, I've always been an entrepreneur, hustling, turning
- 7:15Speaker 2: something little into a lot, you know what I'm saying.
- 7:18Speaker 2: So once I joined the military, the first thing I
- 7:20Speaker 2: did was pick up some clippers. So if you look
- 7:23Speaker 2: at a pattern, there's a pattern of me picking up
- 7:25Speaker 2: a trade in every stage of my life.
- 7:29Speaker 7: So I picked up some clippers.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I first started charging five, but it was easy because
- 7:34Speaker 2: we was in Aiit and the soldiers had to get
- 7:38Speaker 2: a haircut before formation. So I always knew to take
- 7:41Speaker 2: advantage of every opportunity given to me. I see that
- 7:45Speaker 2: these guys just got out of basic training. Last thing
- 7:47Speaker 2: they want to do is do work, so they want
- 7:49Speaker 2: to her we get their haircut. So what led me
- 7:52Speaker 2: to invest in was barbering. I was making a lot
- 7:56Speaker 2: of money in the military. Once I joined at eighteen,
- 7:59Speaker 2: I just got to I So I ended up turning nineteen,
- 8:02Speaker 2: picked up some clippers, went on YouTube, and self taught
- 8:05Speaker 2: myself how to barber.
- 8:07Speaker 6: So how did I learn?
- 8:08Speaker 2: People were already getting ball heads, so even if I
- 8:11Speaker 2: messed them up, it was better than the ball head,
- 8:13Speaker 2: you get what I'm saying, Like even the slightest line.
- 8:15Speaker 6: These boys didn't care. So I was able to learn from.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Because people just came from ball heads, so they like, shoot,
- 8:23Speaker 2: just give me something, anything's better than this.
- 8:25Speaker 6: I just want like a line or something.
- 8:27Speaker 2: So I'm learning on these boys heads and then I
- 8:30Speaker 2: start picking it up.
- 8:31Speaker 7: You know, I'd have messed up some heads here and there.
- 8:33Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying.
- 8:34Speaker 2: When I first started war, Yeah, yeah, of course, and
- 8:37Speaker 2: then uh long, story short. I came out of ai
- 8:40Speaker 2: T with about five thousand staves AI Advanced Individual Training.
- 8:45Speaker 2: So it's like, right at the basic training, they whatever
- 8:47Speaker 2: your MOS is, they send you the ai T. It's MOS, uh,
- 8:52Speaker 2: your occupation. I don't know what that stands for, it
- 8:54Speaker 2: though y'all.
- 8:54Speaker 7: Know, Yeah, your job in the military. Yeah, just just
- 8:58Speaker 7: the occupation.
- 8:58Speaker 2: So your MOS is your is your job, and the
- 9:01Speaker 2: AIT is where you go get your training right after
- 9:03Speaker 2: basic training. So you might go to basic training where
- 9:05Speaker 2: everybody everybody goes to basic training together, but then we
- 9:08Speaker 2: spread out and go to wherever your ai T is
- 9:11Speaker 2: and that's where you get your training and you get
- 9:13Speaker 2: actually college credit depending on what job you got. So
- 9:16Speaker 2: my MOS was information technology specialists it so I'm actually
- 9:21Speaker 2: I have a strong I background. I know how to
- 9:23Speaker 2: secure networks, I know how to work satellites, I know
- 9:26Speaker 2: how to do all that.
- 9:27Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Still, they give you a secret clearance and I was
- 9:31Speaker 2: about to get the top secret, but once I started investing,
- 9:33Speaker 2: I denied that package. So what made me got into
- 9:36Speaker 2: investing was I was making about three k a month
- 9:38Speaker 2: off barbering and I was having it in my safe
- 9:41Speaker 2: I went to a bank and then I was, you know, saying,
- 9:45Speaker 2: I'm about to deposit, and the lady was like, why
- 9:47Speaker 2: don't you invest?
- 9:48Speaker 6: So I was like, you know what cool, I' mean
- 9:51Speaker 6: investing money. You know what I'm saying.
- 9:53Speaker 2: She was like, put it into one of these investment accounts.
- 9:54Speaker 2: So I was like, nah, I think I'm smarter though.
- 9:56Speaker 2: I So what's crazy is because I self taught myself
- 9:59Speaker 2: how to barber, I knew that I can self teach
- 10:01Speaker 2: myself how to invest because I'm like, if I all
- 10:04Speaker 2: like I do is go on YouTube and learning. So
- 10:07Speaker 2: I went on YouTube, but that wasn't enough, so I
- 10:09Speaker 2: started buying books. So it wasn't no gurus or nothing
- 10:13Speaker 2: back in that time when I was learning, So I
- 10:15Speaker 2: really the.
- 10:17Speaker 7: Right, Yeah, it wasn't that fact.
- 10:20Speaker 2: So this was in twenty seventeen, early late twenty sixteen,
- 10:25Speaker 2: early twenty seventeen when I first started learning the stock
- 10:29Speaker 2: market the most, so while I'm in So at first
- 10:34Speaker 2: I was doing it, I was about to get a
- 10:36Speaker 2: six figure job outside the military, so I was already
- 10:39Speaker 2: gonna be lit as soon as I got the military.
- 10:42Speaker 6: So that was my plan A.
- 10:43Speaker 2: My plan A was to take a deployment save a
- 10:46Speaker 2: lot of money because it's gonna be tax free once
- 10:48Speaker 2: you go and deploy, and you're gonna get hazard paid.
- 10:50Speaker 2: So I was gonna try to deploy to Afghanistan.
- 10:53Speaker 7: Right, you're getting paid.
- 10:54Speaker 4: So like when you're in the military, you're getting paid
- 10:56Speaker 4: for the military. How much are you getting a month
- 10:58Speaker 4: for that.
- 10:59Speaker 2: I was getting when not before I got married, they
- 11:02Speaker 2: were paying me eighteen hundred dollars a month. When I
- 11:04Speaker 2: got married, thirty eight hundred dollars a month. So that
- 11:06Speaker 2: is why I believe most soldiers get married because you're
- 11:10Speaker 2: literally doubles.
- 11:11Speaker 5: Oh you went from what to what, eighteen hundred dollars
- 11:15Speaker 5: to thirty eight hundred just because you were married.
- 11:17Speaker 7: Yeah, it literally doubles. So you got the thirty eight hundred,
- 11:21Speaker 7: but again eighteen hundred dollars. But they pay for your
- 11:23Speaker 7: living though, right.
- 11:24Speaker 5: Yeah, after the GI bill, that's after.
- 11:28Speaker 6: So here are the expenses that come out of your check.
- 11:31Speaker 2: So it can start off at three thousand, right a month,
- 11:35Speaker 2: but then it'll drop to eighteen hundred because they gonna
- 11:37Speaker 2: take off So they say you get you lived there free,
- 11:39Speaker 2: but it literally shows on your check they took off housing, food,
- 11:42Speaker 2: because they're telling us we're not. We're you can go
- 11:46Speaker 2: get at the defect, which is the free food. You
- 11:48Speaker 2: get what I'm saying. So they taking off housing, food,
- 11:52Speaker 2: all of that, and by that time, I'm left with
- 11:54Speaker 2: nine hundred dollars every two weeks. So I knew I
- 11:57Speaker 2: couldn't survive out that at eighteen years old.
- 11:59Speaker 6: And then I got a car.
- 12:00Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, Who can survive at that
- 12:02Speaker 2: off that? So that's why I had to barber because
- 12:04Speaker 2: I'm like, I at least need some extra money. So
- 12:07Speaker 2: barbering is what kept me afloat. But I was living
- 12:11Speaker 2: for free and eating for free. So I stayed disciplined.
- 12:14Speaker 2: I saved all my money. I didn't eat out no more.
- 12:16Speaker 2: I stopped playing video games. I cut off the internet,
- 12:19Speaker 2: I stopped buying Jordan's, I cut everything off cold Turkey.
- 12:22Speaker 2: When I was twenty years old, I said, the only
- 12:24Speaker 2: way I'm gonna ever get rich is if I start now.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I said that at twenty, and what really gave me
- 12:30Speaker 2: the idea was Acorns. The app Oh yeah, yeah, so
- 12:33Speaker 2: has your payon they're taking extra change.
- 12:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 12:36Speaker 2: So I came up with a savings plan too, to
- 12:39Speaker 2: save one hundred dollars every Monday automatically into Acorns account.
- 12:44Speaker 2: So that's really where the thought of investing came from too.
- 12:47Speaker 2: I was barbering, but I was depositing it into the bank.
- 12:51Speaker 7: I would go.
- 12:51Speaker 6: I would make frequent trips to the bank.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Every time I made some money that week, I take
- 12:54Speaker 2: it to the bank put all that money in Acorns.
- 12:57Speaker 2: So it was Acorns that was like, okay, I need
- 13:00Speaker 2: to figure out how was this app making money off
- 13:02Speaker 2: my money? And that's what got me into investing and
- 13:06Speaker 2: learning options and all that.
- 13:07Speaker 6: Once I figured out how these.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Guys are making my money, all they're doing is investing
- 13:11Speaker 2: your money into ETFs, Vanguard, you know what I'm saying,
- 13:15Speaker 2: Vanguard ETFs, but they not. But they gonna tell the customer,
- 13:18Speaker 2: you know, this is just you know, they gonna simplify.
- 13:22Speaker 2: But really they just putting it straight into the ETF.
- 13:24Speaker 2: So I'm like, hummm, VO to be exactly, you know
- 13:27Speaker 2: what I'm saying. So they were putting it into VOO.
- 13:29Speaker 2: So once I researched what VO was and I learned
- 13:32Speaker 2: the ETF and all that, and I learned that I
- 13:33Speaker 2: can buy myself, I took my money out of acorns,
- 13:37Speaker 2: put it in robbin hood and start buying the shares individually.
- 13:41Speaker 7: So I flipped.
- 13:42Speaker 2: So then I loved it so much that I can
- 13:45Speaker 2: buy shares and I felt like I made the most
- 13:47Speaker 2: amazing discovery, you feel me, because nobody knew how to
- 13:49Speaker 2: buy shares like that, you know what I'm saying, especially
- 13:52Speaker 2: off their phone.
- 13:52Speaker 6: And I'm in the military.
- 13:54Speaker 2: So I was still a barber at this time, but
- 13:56Speaker 2: I let go of barbering because I was like, okay,
- 14:00Speaker 2: can't make it three K a month. Once I made
- 14:02Speaker 2: about twelve k off investing, and I was just did
- 14:06Speaker 2: I did that?
- 14:06Speaker 6: Straight off shares?
- 14:07Speaker 2: Off marijuana starts at first, so I caught the first
- 14:09Speaker 2: marijuana boom. I put fifty percent of my money into
- 14:12Speaker 2: marijuana and then the other fifty percent into tech, and I,
- 14:17Speaker 2: you know, diversified my portfolio. You know, at first I
- 14:20Speaker 2: had everything from the roll Cools to the Apple to
- 14:23Speaker 2: the Microsoft.
- 14:24Speaker 7: This was back.
- 14:24Speaker 2: In twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen. So once I showed on
- 14:29Speaker 2: this is that account aristyle of investments, my progress, people
- 14:32Speaker 2: are seeing me by shares and then I'm just giving
- 14:34Speaker 2: them free games. So it just started off with me
- 14:36Speaker 2: just having a hobby because I made this social media
- 14:40Speaker 2: because my family and my friends weren't into investing. So
- 14:43Speaker 2: I was like, well, I love this and I want
- 14:45Speaker 2: to teach people this. I didn't even care if I
- 14:47Speaker 2: could monetize it or not. I just wanted to show
- 14:49Speaker 2: people my progress. I was like, hey, your interest in investing,
- 14:52Speaker 2: come check me out.
- 14:53Speaker 6: The first time you make it?
- 14:54Speaker 4: Right, So when you get that first three thousand, you
- 14:56Speaker 4: still couldn't hear right, So I mean that feeling it
- 15:00Speaker 4: And if anybody's ever traded before, there's nothing like when
- 15:02Speaker 4: you make a trade, and it's likely I need some money, right,
- 15:05Speaker 4: So how excited you to tell the people? And how
- 15:07Speaker 4: receptive are they to listen to what you have to say?
- 15:10Speaker 4: Like are you telling people? Like yo, I'm actually doing
- 15:12Speaker 4: this this.
- 15:12Speaker 7: I wrote a book.
- 15:13Speaker 2: I wrote a book originally for soldiers. Okay, so my
- 15:16Speaker 2: first book I ever wrote written was straight up for
- 15:20Speaker 2: army soldiers. I sold it for five dollars and I
- 15:24Speaker 2: literally generated like six hundred you know what I'm saying.
- 15:27Speaker 2: So everything I ever did, whether I was cutting hair,
- 15:30Speaker 2: whether I was selling sneakers, I always made a lot,
- 15:34Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying.
- 15:35Speaker 6: I always made a.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Lot off little So I said, you know what, I'm
- 15:37Speaker 2: about to make another book in Charge twenty four It
- 15:40Speaker 2: was that book that is flowed in the trading community.
- 15:43Speaker 6: And it's still up today.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And I wrote it in twenty eighteen and I still
- 15:47Speaker 2: haven't wrote another trading book since. And I've been slacking
- 15:50Speaker 2: for the last four.
- 15:51Speaker 7: Years on that.
- 15:52Speaker 6: But while in the military, you wrote the book.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I wrote that book while I was in the military. Yeah,
- 15:56Speaker 2: and it still and it still sells to this day.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I probably made a sale as we're talking. It sells.
- 16:00Speaker 6: I at least make five hundred a day.
- 16:02Speaker 7: Off that book.
- 16:03Speaker 6: Somehow someway.
- 16:05Speaker 7: What's the name of it?
- 16:06Speaker 6: Air start on investing?
- 16:07Speaker 7: God?
- 16:09Speaker 5: Yeah, so all right, So so you teach yourself how
- 16:12Speaker 5: to you learn from you too and trial and error.
- 16:16Speaker 5: You start with investing regular v all and then you
- 16:22Speaker 5: start getting into what do you get into first option
- 16:25Speaker 5: day trading, swing trading.
- 16:26Speaker 7: There just straight up.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Shares buying a diversification of my portfolio. So I would
- 16:34Speaker 2: I would have like so, like I said, at first,
- 16:37Speaker 2: I was depositing one hundred dollars a week into acorns.
- 16:40Speaker 2: But then remember acorns, it was just chart on acorns.
- 16:43Speaker 2: That'll show if you deposit one hundred dollars a week
- 16:46Speaker 2: and then you get you make this percent per year,
- 16:48Speaker 2: you're going to be a millionaire by sixty five. So
- 16:51Speaker 2: they just kept selling that sixty five dream. So this
- 16:53Speaker 2: is how I honestly feel like what made me rich.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I figured out how long it was going to take
- 16:58Speaker 2: me to retire. Then I work every single day to
- 17:01Speaker 2: beat that time. So they telling me that by depositing
- 17:05Speaker 2: one hundred every every week, it's gonna get me there
- 17:09Speaker 2: by sixty five. I need to be doing two hundred,
- 17:11Speaker 2: so I can cut that in half, you know what
- 17:13Speaker 2: I'm saying. I just kept putting in a lot of money,
- 17:15Speaker 2: and then soon it went from one hundred dollars to
- 17:18Speaker 2: three thousand dollars a month. So at first it was
- 17:20Speaker 2: four hundred dollars a month because I was doing it
- 17:22Speaker 2: one hundred dollars a week. So then I was like,
- 17:24Speaker 2: you know what, all money in kind of how Nips say,
- 17:26Speaker 2: And it's crazy because that's what I was listening to
- 17:28Speaker 2: during that exact moment when I was all money in.
- 17:31Speaker 2: The Nip album came out and that's all I was
- 17:33Speaker 2: listening to before you died, Like I was literally like
- 17:36Speaker 2: one million dollars when Million While You Young came out,
- 17:40Speaker 2: I was worth about two hundred recks and I was
- 17:43Speaker 2: only twenty one, and I said, I ain't at no
- 17:44Speaker 2: m yet, but when I do, he's gonna be the
- 17:46Speaker 2: first person I tell I did it because it was
- 17:48Speaker 2: this song.
- 17:49Speaker 6: That like really like spoke to me while I was
- 17:51Speaker 6: doing it.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Man, it had make a million While You Young Victory Live. Yeah,
- 17:54Speaker 4: so you make it too. You're still in the military though, Yeah,
- 17:56Speaker 4: it's still making it. Why are you staying.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Because I had I signed a six year contract in
- 18:01Speaker 2: twenty fourteen, so this is in twenty eighteen, So that's crazy, right,
- 18:06Speaker 2: I signed a six year contract. Wasn't thinking about nothing,
- 18:10Speaker 2: didn't sign for no bonus, no nothing, And so year
- 18:15Speaker 2: four is when I know. Year three is when I
- 18:18Speaker 2: started investing. So I was lit in the military. I
- 18:22Speaker 2: was already famous while I'm in the military because everybody like, that's.
- 18:24Speaker 6: The young guy.
- 18:25Speaker 2: He got the kamaros because you know, that's all people want.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And I'm one of the lower ranking people. And I
- 18:30Speaker 2: got the newest camaro. I had the SSS twenty nineteen.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I still got it. I bought that while I was
- 18:35Speaker 2: in the military. I bought my wife a car. It
- 18:38Speaker 2: was the new Chevy Blazer when that first came out,
- 18:41Speaker 2: and I was just young and lit and I was
- 18:44Speaker 2: selling books, cutting the hair. I had like a lot
- 18:46Speaker 2: of streams of income already while I was in the military.
- 18:49Speaker 2: So when I was twenty one, I made my first
- 18:52Speaker 2: six figures. When I was twenty two, I made my
- 18:54Speaker 2: first half a million, and then at twenty three, I
- 18:56Speaker 2: made my first million cash.
- 18:58Speaker 7: So how'd you get to the million?
- 19:01Speaker 2: And a combination of everything Because I was in it.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I was getting a military payer that wasn't nothing, that
- 19:07Speaker 2: wasn't but forty eight K a year, So I was
- 19:10Speaker 2: essentially saving all of that, but I was really living
- 19:12Speaker 2: off all of that. I literally flushed that money. Me
- 19:15Speaker 2: and my wife traveled, did whatever with that money. We
- 19:18Speaker 2: didn't care about the army money. The million came from
- 19:20Speaker 2: book sales. I had a course a chat and investing.
- 19:26Speaker 7: So you were doing online stuff while you were in
- 19:29Speaker 7: the military, yep.
- 19:30Speaker 6: I was there, started on investments where I am now.
- 19:32Speaker 7: You started You started your brand in the military, yep. Yeah,
- 19:36Speaker 7: So you got the brand?
- 19:38Speaker 4: Is there like a trade like because everybody probably has
- 19:40Speaker 4: one of those trades when you're like, oh, that one
- 19:42Speaker 4: netted me something crazy.
- 19:44Speaker 6: Was there a company or marijuana? It was a marijuana one.
- 19:47Speaker 6: Marijuana boom was my first takeoff.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I turned four thyan to twelve thousand, and then turned
- 19:52Speaker 2: that twelve thousand to about I think seventy grand. And
- 19:56Speaker 2: then that's when I was getting like a lot of
- 19:58Speaker 2: nororidery because everybody was like, it's the guy who's teaching
- 20:01Speaker 2: us what to do, Like you could scroll down My
- 20:03Speaker 2: social media's gonna be hard because I got four years
- 20:06Speaker 2: worth of content, but like you can literally see from
- 20:08Speaker 2: start to finish.
- 20:09Speaker 6: I never deleted a post.
- 20:11Speaker 5: So we interviewed Jamal King. I don't know if you
- 20:13Speaker 5: know him, nine to five millionaire. He was a cop,
- 20:16Speaker 5: similar story. He became a millionaire while he was a
- 20:18Speaker 5: police officer in Chicago, and he was saying that he
- 20:21Speaker 5: had a lot of different stuff, daycare centers and stuff
- 20:22Speaker 5: like that. But he was saying, especially with the daykre Senate,
- 20:25Speaker 5: a lot of his clients were police officers because he
- 20:27Speaker 5: was like, cops, only trust cops exactly. So is that
- 20:30Speaker 5: the same with the military, Yeah.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Soldiers, I can literally every single course I ever did,
- 20:35Speaker 2: I say who's in the military.
- 20:37Speaker 6: I feel like I run the military for real life.
- 20:40Speaker 2: No matter where I go, Like people they say, hey,
- 20:43Speaker 2: my sergeant was talking about to somebody, say my drill sergeant.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Every drill sergeant, Like they let the soldiers know. I
- 20:49Speaker 2: thought they wouldn't because I thought that would be like
- 20:51Speaker 2: what they don't want to show them or tell them, like, hey,
- 20:54Speaker 2: they're successful soldiers who come out of this. But now
- 20:57Speaker 2: I'm like a real folk tell story in the military,
- 21:00Speaker 2: like a success storey, like for everybody.
- 21:02Speaker 5: You know, So let's let's get into this. Then let's
- 21:05Speaker 5: get into this investment conversation. That's what people want to know.
- 21:07Speaker 5: So all right, I got I got a lot of questions.
- 21:11Speaker 5: Troy got a lot of questions. But one of the
- 21:12Speaker 5: questions was that you have on your pages how you
- 21:15Speaker 5: flip How would you flip one thousand dollars if you
- 21:18Speaker 5: were broke. That's the biggest question that we get all
- 21:21Speaker 5: the time. People call like, look, I don't have a
- 21:23Speaker 5: lot of money. I'm starting out with a small amount
- 21:25Speaker 5: of money. So obviously if you got one hundred thousand,
- 21:28Speaker 5: half a million dollars, of course you can flip that.
- 21:30Speaker 7: That's not really too difficult. But you start with a.
- 21:32Speaker 5: Thousand even if you you know, if it grows twenty percent,
- 21:36Speaker 5: that's good. But it's only two hundred dollars. So what
- 21:39Speaker 5: would you do if you're starting out with a thousand dollars?
- 21:42Speaker 2: If I had one thousand dollars, the first thing I'm
- 21:46Speaker 2: gonna do, like I said, is those hustles that I
- 21:48Speaker 2: had in that video. Of course, you can go and
- 21:50Speaker 2: buy some inventory at like a local you know, like
- 21:54Speaker 2: the costcos it this the whole sellers, and or you
- 21:57Speaker 2: can start a T shirt brand, buy some t shir
- 22:00Speaker 2: you know, get them printed, selling online for some money.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Me personally, if I had a thousand starting off, the
- 22:07Speaker 2: first thing I'm gonna do is invest into my education
- 22:10Speaker 2: and start saving. If I had to get somebody honest advice,
- 22:12Speaker 2: because that's what I did when I only had a thousand.
- 22:15Speaker 2: I first invested into books and then came up with
- 22:19Speaker 2: a savings plan. So there's fifty two weeks in a year.
- 22:22Speaker 2: If you save one hundred dollars a week, you'll have
- 22:25Speaker 2: fifty two hundred. But during that time of you saving,
- 22:27Speaker 2: it's one you need to be studying on what you're
- 22:29Speaker 2: gonna do with your money. So a lot of people
- 22:32Speaker 2: save money but don't have a plan to or a
- 22:35Speaker 2: tack plan or what happens when they do it. So
- 22:37Speaker 2: me personally, I would tell somebody straight up a thousand
- 22:40Speaker 2: isn't enough to get anything going, especially in today's time.
- 22:45Speaker 2: But if I was to do and that's all I had,
- 22:48Speaker 2: I would definitely pick up either a trade by a
- 22:50Speaker 2: lawnmower or something like that. Like, like I said, cash
- 22:53Speaker 2: producing assets a lot more a weed whacker as a
- 22:57Speaker 2: cash producing asset if you use it right, you know
- 22:59Speaker 2: what I'm I'm saying. So I would invest into a
- 23:02Speaker 2: five hundred dollars line or something like that. And if
- 23:04Speaker 2: I can get a riding line more for under a thousand,
- 23:07Speaker 2: I'm banking on it and go see how much I
- 23:10Speaker 2: can make off that, you know what I'm saying. See
- 23:11Speaker 2: if it's in good condition, hopefully I can get a
- 23:13Speaker 2: brand new I did post one on there that was
- 23:16Speaker 2: one thousand dollars, so that riding line more selling desserts
- 23:21Speaker 2: or if I can cook, invest into some cooking inventore.
- 23:24Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, Like flip that just anything
- 23:27Speaker 2: I can turn an asset into, you know, just pretty much.
- 23:31Speaker 5: Doing the machines also. But what you said, it's key
- 23:34Speaker 5: as far as I tell that all the time. As
- 23:35Speaker 5: far as my first investment before I actually invest in money,
- 23:38Speaker 5: wasn't my education and rich dad, poor dad, And that
- 23:42Speaker 5: was like twenty years ago, and that's when they actually
- 23:44Speaker 5: had like a whole box thing.
- 23:46Speaker 7: So it was like you actually.
- 23:47Speaker 5: Get like physical CDs, you get the like a pam
- 23:49Speaker 5: fut it was like the deluxe version. It was like
- 23:52Speaker 5: I forgot like probably like four hundred dollars something like that.
- 23:54Speaker 5: But it was actually very beneficial. And like you said,
- 23:57Speaker 5: you have to learn before you even educated to do anything.
- 23:59Speaker 2: So so yeah, I guess to my first thousand some
- 24:02Speaker 2: clippers just barber stuff and education with barber stuff for show.
- 24:06Speaker 6: We don't figure it out from there.
- 24:07Speaker 4: So one of the things that we talk about obviously
- 24:10Speaker 4: you invested in your education, right you said, you went
- 24:12Speaker 4: to YouTube and then you learn how to invest. And
- 24:15Speaker 4: so a lot of people go into investment but they
- 24:18Speaker 4: don't have a plan, right, Like you said, you started
- 24:20Speaker 4: with doing buying shares, but you quickly went to options. Yeah,
- 24:25Speaker 4: he talked about that transition why you went to options,
- 24:27Speaker 4: because yeah, we can get into like what type of
- 24:29Speaker 4: training you did after that.
- 24:30Speaker 2: The reason why I went into options is because like
- 24:34Speaker 2: I just like, you know, how like you do the
- 24:36Speaker 2: hashtags on Instagram, So you're seeing people make money off options.
- 24:41Speaker 2: So I'm sitting here making three thousand a month off
- 24:44Speaker 2: some shares, five thousand a month off some shares. These
- 24:48Speaker 2: dudes doing a thousand of a day. So I'm like,
- 24:50Speaker 2: how in the world. So I go, I'm like, whatever,
- 24:53Speaker 2: this is, this is my next move. This is what's
- 24:55Speaker 2: going to free me out of the army because I realized, Okay, yeah,
- 24:57Speaker 2: I'm making three K, two K, five K a month
- 25:01Speaker 2: doing this share stuff, but that's depending on the market.
- 25:04Speaker 2: But I'm like, if I could literally leverage the market
- 25:08Speaker 2: and pimp it sort of say, you know, put in money,
- 25:12Speaker 2: get something out, I can make a lot of money.
- 25:14Speaker 2: So it was that I came to that epiphany twenty nineteen,
- 25:18Speaker 2: about three years ago. I was like, you know what,
- 25:20Speaker 2: I should do options, So but I knew it was risky,
- 25:25Speaker 2: but I also said, cash flow is important for anything.
- 25:28Speaker 6: You got to give yourself room to fail.
- 25:30Speaker 2: So I got cash producing assets, I got you know, books,
- 25:34Speaker 2: I got this and that. That's that's helped because I'm
- 25:36Speaker 2: teaching people how to invest in stuff like that, right,
- 25:39Speaker 2: So yeah, it was really that just knowing that it
- 25:42Speaker 2: was faster money that intrigued me with options.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't want people to miss the first step though.
- 25:47Speaker 4: It Like you said that you got shares, which means
- 25:49Speaker 4: I learned fundamental announce at first. I started there first, right,
- 25:52Speaker 4: So you're actually when you buy the shares, that's already
- 25:54Speaker 4: a long term investment, right. And so obviously you said
- 25:56Speaker 4: there's some risks with buying options, which is true, but
- 25:59Speaker 4: there's different way to trade options. And so I know,
- 26:01Speaker 4: like a lot of people talk about leaps and that's
- 26:03Speaker 4: you know, going out maybe a year, two years. But
- 26:05Speaker 4: what is your strategy for like in terms of are
- 26:08Speaker 4: you are you doing day trading, are you swing trading,
- 26:11Speaker 4: and can you like break down with to.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Me, I'm doing a combination of three trading styles, day trading, swinging,
- 26:19Speaker 2: and scalping.
- 26:19Speaker 6: Right, So day trading.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Is the stock market is open from nine to thirty
- 26:24Speaker 2: Eastern time to four pm Eastern time, and day trading
- 26:28Speaker 2: is buying and selling option calls or puts, So calls
- 26:33Speaker 2: bet on the stock to go up, puts it on
- 26:35Speaker 2: the stock to go down, so we can make money
- 26:36Speaker 2: in either direction.
- 26:37Speaker 7: So that's the beauty of it.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Now, the strategies that we like to use is for
- 26:43Speaker 2: one of the more size less trade strategy where we're
- 26:45Speaker 2: putting in more size but taking out a small profit.
- 26:50Speaker 2: So the thing is, it's easy to make twenty percent
- 26:53Speaker 2: in options.
- 26:54Speaker 6: So think about it.
- 26:55Speaker 2: If I put in ten k, twenty percent two thousand
- 26:58Speaker 2: in minutes, you get what I'm saying. So that's how
- 27:00Speaker 2: we make in these big numbers every single days because
- 27:03Speaker 2: we're putting in a lot with taking out a little.
- 27:05Speaker 4: So when he says most large size about the amount
- 27:08Speaker 4: of money putting yah.
- 27:09Speaker 2: So that's day trading and scalping. So scalping is buying
- 27:12Speaker 2: or selling or holding a trade for minutes. Day trading
- 27:16Speaker 2: is like, you know, a longer period of time than minutes,
- 27:19Speaker 2: like thirty minutes to an hour than you day trading,
- 27:21Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying. And then swing trading is
- 27:23Speaker 2: holding a stock overnight and either betting on a gap
- 27:27Speaker 2: up meaning that there's positive news, and then the stock
- 27:31Speaker 2: actually jumps in price and skips where no contracts are
- 27:35Speaker 2: traded at all, it just skips up in price. So
- 27:37Speaker 2: you're either banking on that or banking on it. You know,
- 27:41Speaker 2: you get a nice expiration date. So with options, of course,
- 27:45Speaker 2: you got no options, of course, but speaking to the viewers,
- 27:47Speaker 2: of course you get an expiration date. So I always
- 27:52Speaker 2: tell people with swinging, you always want to swing light
- 27:55Speaker 2: size because you don't ever want to swing heavy. So
- 27:58Speaker 2: a lot of people go wrong with that, especially with
- 28:01Speaker 2: leaps and swinging. If you're not going to wait two
- 28:04Speaker 2: years to let this fifty twenty thousand sit, then don't
- 28:08Speaker 2: put in that you need to be with swings, I
- 28:12Speaker 2: always going to light size with day trade, and that
- 28:13Speaker 2: day trade heavy because I'm putting in a lot to
- 28:16Speaker 2: make a little. But with swings, I'm trying to have
- 28:20Speaker 2: patience on this. So if you're putting in a large
- 28:23Speaker 2: percent of your account it's going to make, it's going
- 28:25Speaker 2: to scare you away from being patient. So it's just
- 28:29Speaker 2: all about really disciplining and following the set of rules
- 28:33Speaker 2: with options, like I compare options to like the battlefield
- 28:37Speaker 2: kind of and then really you know wealth in general,
- 28:41Speaker 2: like if we're going to war, right, you need tanks,
- 28:46Speaker 2: you need soldiers, you need this, you need that.
- 28:49Speaker 6: Take money to go to war. And you need all
- 28:51Speaker 6: these different pieces.
- 28:53Speaker 2: So when it comes to this money you need, you
- 28:56Speaker 2: need a combination of a lot. You need discipline, you
- 28:59Speaker 2: need cash, you need strategy, you need patience, you need
- 29:03Speaker 2: a lot.
- 29:04Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying, to go to war.
- 29:05Speaker 2: So I tell people when we trade and this is
- 29:07Speaker 2: like war, there's no this isn't something that you can
- 29:12Speaker 2: just jump into without the proper knowledge. But okay, would
- 29:16Speaker 2: you rather go to Vegas and have a low percent chance,
- 29:22Speaker 2: meaning like less than ten percent chance to win? Or
- 29:24Speaker 2: would you rather trade options and you're putting in that
- 29:27Speaker 2: same money and you got what it's called high probability
- 29:30Speaker 2: strategy seventies ninety percent chances to win. So that's why
- 29:34Speaker 2: I like options because it reminds me of Vegas. But
- 29:38Speaker 2: if I stay disciplined and only play the strategy that
- 29:41Speaker 2: have the highest percent chance of winning, which I know
- 29:44Speaker 2: about twelve of those, they have ninety percent chances of winning,
- 29:48Speaker 2: So there is going to be that ten percent. But
- 29:50Speaker 2: what I tell people is keep firing even if that
- 29:54Speaker 2: one time it don't work, because it's high probability, and
- 29:57Speaker 2: I know it's gonna work ninety percent of the time.
- 29:59Speaker 6: I'm gonna keep playing that strategy, so win, lose or die.
- 30:02Speaker 7: So most option traders lose money on their options.
- 30:05Speaker 5: Right, But you said, you know there's a couple of
- 30:07Speaker 5: strategies where you hire, Well, talk about that. What are
- 30:10Speaker 5: some of the strategies perfect that you can actually flip
- 30:15Speaker 5: the coin and actually have a greater chance of winning.
- 30:18Speaker 4: This episode is sponsored by FX's Atlanta. X's Atlanta returns
- 30:23Speaker 4: for its final season. Earn, Alfred, Darius, and Van are
- 30:27Speaker 4: back in their hometown. But the question is has Atlanta
- 30:30Speaker 4: changed or have they x is Atlanta The final season
- 30:35Speaker 4: premiere September fifteenth on FX stream on Hulu.
- 30:39Speaker 2: One of my favorite strategies, and this is just a gym.
- 30:42Speaker 2: I'm just gonna give exclusive for eys do this. It's
- 30:45Speaker 2: called U It's called the open Range breakout. It's one
- 30:48Speaker 2: of my favorites. This is one of my favorite breakouts.
- 30:52Speaker 2: So Open Range Breakout is literally I'm waiting for the
- 30:56Speaker 2: first fifteen minutes of the day so I can literally
- 30:58Speaker 2: chill as soon as the.
- 30:59Speaker 6: Market nine to forty five, whatever the.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Highest and the lowest point, wherever the nets, wherever the
- 31:06Speaker 2: candles break, so I literally take I marked the first
- 31:09Speaker 2: fifteen minutes the highest in the lowest points of the
- 31:12Speaker 2: first fifteen minutes. So I count three five minute candles
- 31:15Speaker 2: highest lowest point, and then wherever those lines are right,
- 31:19Speaker 2: I'm waiting for a break of either the highest or
- 31:22Speaker 2: the lowest point with volume. So with rising volume, volume
- 31:27Speaker 2: is like the force behind your throat. So it's like
- 31:29Speaker 2: if it breaks a resistance point with some nice volume,
- 31:33Speaker 2: then it's going to give me an indicator that it
- 31:34Speaker 2: wants to keep going up. So I actually use that
- 31:36Speaker 2: strategy today to make forty two hundred earlier today when
- 31:40Speaker 2: I was walking here, I literally made that and walked
- 31:43Speaker 2: straight here.
- 31:44Speaker 7: So if you see it, so if you see it
- 31:45Speaker 7: pushing up.
- 31:47Speaker 6: With rising volume and it breaks out with rising volume.
- 31:49Speaker 7: You buy that and then you sell it. So whenever
- 31:53Speaker 7: you ye want to sell.
- 31:54Speaker 4: It, I'm gonna use your war analogy. The way you're
- 31:57Speaker 4: saying it is like valume. Obviously many people are training,
- 32:00Speaker 4: so that's like the amount of soldiers that are moving
- 32:02Speaker 4: is that direction.
- 32:04Speaker 2: So I like to look at it as if volume
- 32:06Speaker 2: is like a quarterbacks or a baseball picture's arm to me,
- 32:09Speaker 2: So think about this. If I throw with a weak arm,
- 32:13Speaker 2: it's probably not gonna go far. But if I got
- 32:17Speaker 2: a cannon like vic or somebody, you get what I'm saying,
- 32:20Speaker 2: probably gonna go So I tell people think of volume
- 32:23Speaker 2: as like a quarterback's arm. You know what I'm saying, Like,
- 32:26Speaker 2: if he throws it with good force, then the stock
- 32:28Speaker 2: gonna go far. So I tell somebody, if it breaks
- 32:30Speaker 2: out with low volume, then it's not going.
- 32:33Speaker 6: There's a chance it's not going to go far.
- 32:35Speaker 2: It breaks out with high volume, then there's a chance
- 32:38Speaker 2: that they're going long. You get what I'm saying, it's
- 32:40Speaker 2: a higher chance. So it's all about higher probabilities. It's
- 32:43Speaker 2: not guaranteed, but I know all of the high probability
- 32:46Speaker 2: weighs to make money, meaning eighty to ninety percent. So
- 32:49Speaker 2: that is why we so lit over here, because it's
- 32:52Speaker 2: like we know it's going to hit ninety eighty percent
- 32:56Speaker 2: of the time, so we're not worried about the twenty
- 32:58Speaker 2: ten percent.
- 32:58Speaker 6: We're gonna keep firing. So I compare that to the
- 33:01Speaker 6: military too.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Whenever they're training us how to shoot the rifles, right,
- 33:04Speaker 2: they tell us keep the same site picture, keep firing,
- 33:08Speaker 2: don't adjust nothing except your breathing and the weapon itself. Right,
- 33:13Speaker 2: But keep firing, keep aiming at the same site.
- 33:17Speaker 6: Picture right.
- 33:17Speaker 2: So when we shoot in a three hundred meter target,
- 33:20Speaker 2: they tell us, do not change your eyesight. We're going up.
- 33:23Speaker 2: So I tell that people with option do the same thing.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Do not change the strategies. I teach you keep firing
- 33:29Speaker 2: and you're gonna make money. You know what I'm saying.
- 33:31Speaker 2: But now forty five were doing that. How patient do
- 33:34Speaker 2: we have to be when with looking at that volume
- 33:37Speaker 2: to go up? How patient are you? Is it an hour?
- 33:39Speaker 2: Is it?
- 33:40Speaker 6: I want?
- 33:40Speaker 2: I want a five minute candle to close above. So
- 33:44Speaker 2: I wanted to close right with rising volume a company
- 33:48Speaker 2: with that five minute candle, so volume is on the
- 33:50Speaker 2: bottom of the price sharp and then the candlestick itself.
- 33:53Speaker 2: I wanted to close above the fifteen minute resistant point.
- 33:57Speaker 7: But I also have other.
- 33:58Speaker 2: Strategies like a pull back to the A E M A,
- 34:01Speaker 2: which is exponential moving average.
- 34:03Speaker 7: I love those.
- 34:04Speaker 2: That's going to be your bread and butter too, so
- 34:07Speaker 2: I use it for calls inputs. So let's just say
- 34:10Speaker 2: the stock is running up right, and it's it's and
- 34:13Speaker 2: it's going and going. I know that it eventually has
- 34:16Speaker 2: to pull back. So once you understand that, the stock market.
- 34:19Speaker 7: Has to pull back.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Now you need to know how to buy those pullback points.
- 34:24Speaker 2: So a stock ran up, right, I'm not going to
- 34:27Speaker 2: chase it and buy into strength. I'm going to wait
- 34:30Speaker 2: till you pull back and buy at levels. So that's
- 34:34Speaker 2: what we do. We like to wait for the pullbacks.
- 34:37Speaker 2: So let's just say we're trying to play puts. Right,
- 34:40Speaker 2: a stock goes down and it's going down steeply, right,
- 34:43Speaker 2: I'm going to wait till you bounce up real quick
- 34:46Speaker 2: and then buy you and then let it fall again.
- 34:49Speaker 7: You get what I'm saying.
- 34:50Speaker 6: So I always like to buy the pullback.
- 34:52Speaker 2: So that's one of my bread and butter strategies to
- 34:55Speaker 2: the pullback strategy. But knowing where to buy them and
- 34:58Speaker 2: where's going to top out is important.
- 35:01Speaker 7: I just did it today as well.
- 35:03Speaker 2: So yeah, so technical analysis is what you're talking about.
- 35:06Speaker 2: Technical analysis probably charge. I don't look at no news
- 35:09Speaker 2: I can. I literally woke up today, did not check
- 35:11Speaker 2: the news. Made forty two.
- 35:12Speaker 7: Hundred on what stop I can show you.
- 35:17Speaker 6: I made it on Tesla, uh, SPS and Spy. Those
- 35:23Speaker 6: are your favorites. I only trade eight stocks a year, so.
- 35:28Speaker 7: Let's talk about that. You only trade eight stocks.
- 35:29Speaker 6: A yeah, only trade eight?
- 35:31Speaker 7: What why do you only trade eight?
- 35:33Speaker 2: Because they have the most volume, meaning stocks that that
- 35:39Speaker 2: have a higher volume, you stand to make a lot
- 35:41Speaker 2: more money with options, so low volume stocks like like, so,
- 35:46Speaker 2: let me tell you the eight stots that I trade.
- 35:47Speaker 6: I'm gonna name them.
- 35:49Speaker 2: SPY, S p Y and P five hundred qqq uh
- 35:53Speaker 2: you know, power shares, Text, Apple, Microsoft, Google, book a
- 36:01Speaker 2: md NA video, the semiconductors, Tesla, Tesla. Of course I
- 36:06Speaker 2: should have said that in the front, Tesla.
- 36:11Speaker 6: And Disney.
- 36:14Speaker 2: Square Cash and PayPal. I stick to those, like, so
- 36:20Speaker 2: that's really twelve I stick. I only really trade about
- 36:23Speaker 2: twelve stocks. But really those those top eight, the Tesla's,
- 36:26Speaker 2: the Apple, the Microsoft, the QQQ, all of that. And
- 36:31Speaker 2: the only time I trade other stocks is if I
- 36:34Speaker 2: see a nice pattern, a chart pattern, so like a
- 36:37Speaker 2: bull flag or a triangle or like a nice chart.
- 36:42Speaker 2: It has to be something very eye popping for me
- 36:44Speaker 2: to go trade beyond me home depot or or a
- 36:49Speaker 2: candlestick pattern like a bullish englfing or a pin bar things.
- 36:55Speaker 2: So these are all strategies. I have about thirty strategies
- 36:58Speaker 2: that I use. But that's why I.
- 36:59Speaker 7: Say, I'm equipped for war.
- 37:01Speaker 2: I got thirty strategies to defeat the market, but some
- 37:04Speaker 2: people don't even have one. All they got is my
- 37:07Speaker 2: boy said this. That's not a strategy, you know what
- 37:10Speaker 2: I'm saying. But see, you need actual, real life, high
- 37:13Speaker 2: probability strategies to make it in here. So that's why
- 37:16Speaker 2: I feel like options, in my opinion is the is
- 37:19Speaker 2: the best thing.
- 37:20Speaker 6: A person could do is learn how to day trade options.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Like the reason why I keep up with it because
- 37:24Speaker 2: I want to teach my kids this one day.
- 37:26Speaker 5: How much on a portfolio side, because obviously you long term,
- 37:29Speaker 5: you long term invest yourself, right, Yeah, So if somebody
- 37:33Speaker 5: wants to have how much should they have for long
- 37:35Speaker 5: term invest should be eighty percent of their portfolio long
- 37:37Speaker 5: term twenty percent options like they trading?
- 37:39Speaker 7: Like, what what do you think is responsible? That's a
- 37:41Speaker 7: great question.
- 37:42Speaker 2: I think responsibly, I believe a person should and let's
- 37:48Speaker 2: just say, let's break down a hundred k. The person
- 37:50Speaker 2: got one hundred thousand, right, I believe honestly about twenty
- 37:57Speaker 2: percent of that twenty thousand need to be on lay
- 38:00Speaker 2: away for business, uh and just emergency savings.
- 38:04Speaker 7: Period.
- 38:04Speaker 2: You need to have emergency savings period and some capital
- 38:09Speaker 2: to make quick on the spot investments, just straight up
- 38:12Speaker 2: some money you can the hold of, just on the side.
- 38:16Speaker 2: So now we got eighty thousand ago, I believe, especially
- 38:19Speaker 2: if you're gonna let's say you're gonna invest that whole
- 38:21Speaker 2: one hundred k, I believe another sixty. Honestly, I believe
- 38:25Speaker 2: only twenty thousand that needs to go into options at
- 38:28Speaker 2: a time, like twenty percent of your portfolio. A lot
- 38:32Speaker 2: of that needs to go long term, and a lot
- 38:34Speaker 2: of that needs to go long term into The safest
- 38:37Speaker 2: bet is dividends stoughts that I always tell people dividends
- 38:40Speaker 2: is the safest long term bet. Of course ETFs on
- 38:45Speaker 2: a dip, though, I always tell people buy when when
- 38:49Speaker 2: extreme catastrophe happens, meaning no matter what, whenever there's a
- 38:53Speaker 2: lot of fear, especially when you this is when you
- 38:56Speaker 2: know to buy. So I've been I've seen the last
- 38:58Speaker 2: four dips, right, and I notice all of them has
- 39:01Speaker 2: something in common. Whenever it's at the lowest is when
- 39:04Speaker 2: they talk the most trash on the news, Oh we
- 39:07Speaker 2: about to have a recession, We about to have it.
- 39:08Speaker 6: Then it shoots up. So even with COVID.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Right during COVID, that's when they It's like, in my opinion,
- 39:15Speaker 2: they it's all market manipulation. But I always tell people
- 39:19Speaker 2: buy the extreme dips no matter what. I don't care
- 39:22Speaker 2: what happens. I'm buying the extreme dip. So with this dip,
- 39:27Speaker 2: I don't care. I'm buying in because it's an extreme dip.
- 39:30Speaker 2: And if history repeats itself. You get what I'm saying.
- 39:34Speaker 2: We are you guys know you guys talk about it
- 39:36Speaker 2: on market mondays all the time. History is going to
- 39:38Speaker 2: repeat itself. So when good companies like Amazon lose, and
- 39:43Speaker 2: I always tell people look at the fifty two week high.
- 39:46Speaker 2: So not only extreme deps, but extreme dips from the
- 39:49Speaker 2: fifty two week high on good, profitable, established companies, there's
- 39:53Speaker 2: a difference.
- 39:54Speaker 6: There isn't.
- 39:55Speaker 2: You have to go look at their balance sheet. You
- 39:57Speaker 2: have to go compare what did they make this order
- 40:00Speaker 2: versus last quarter versus this You got to see if
- 40:02Speaker 2: they've been profitable for years, you got to see what
- 40:06Speaker 2: do they have?
- 40:07Speaker 7: You got You also got.
- 40:08Speaker 2: To use common sense sometimes too, like when COVID happened,
- 40:13Speaker 2: when Peton took off, of course, people buying exercise bites
- 40:17Speaker 2: right now. Of course people buying Roku right now. Of
- 40:19Speaker 2: course people on Zoom right now, Netflix. But does that
- 40:22Speaker 2: of course people on Netflix right now, But does that
- 40:24Speaker 2: mean they're going to sustain these numbers forever? So you
- 40:28Speaker 2: got to know what time period you in too, and
- 40:31Speaker 2: that's important too, taking advantage of these certain time periods
- 40:35Speaker 2: and investing a lot of people don't do that either
- 40:37Speaker 2: or know how to do that. But because sometimes it
- 40:40Speaker 2: takes a bit of common sense, you know what I'm saying, Yeah.
- 40:42Speaker 4: I got I got a two part question because obviously
- 40:45Speaker 4: you said you made the money today, and that's incredible.
- 40:48Speaker 4: A lot of times in options, greed kicks in. We
- 40:50Speaker 4: lose discipline and we start seeing greed. And so I
- 40:52Speaker 4: wonder if there's a percentage that you have in your mind, like, yo,
- 40:55Speaker 4: if I can hit this number, I'm out of here,
- 40:57Speaker 4: because a lot of times you'll see like twenty percent,
- 40:59Speaker 4: Like yo, I make sixty percent, I make seventy percent,
- 41:02Speaker 4: I make five hundred percent. And so in your mind,
- 41:05Speaker 4: obviously you've had the discipline already structured into your plan.
- 41:08Speaker 4: Is there a number or percentage that you're like, all right,
- 41:10Speaker 4: once I hit twenty I'm out.
- 41:13Speaker 2: So it depends on the type of day if you
- 41:16Speaker 2: got to know. So if it's a trending day, meaning
- 41:20Speaker 2: there is a strong uptrend meaning like there's that and
- 41:25Speaker 2: the pullbacks going up, or if it's a strong down trend, right.
- 41:29Speaker 6: Then I will hold them a little longer.
- 41:32Speaker 2: But if it's a choppy market meaning sideways market, that's
- 41:36Speaker 2: what I'm doing, a ten twenty percent stuff. You get
- 41:38Speaker 2: what I'm saying, taking what I can get. So you
- 41:40Speaker 2: just got to know what type of market you're investing in,
- 41:43Speaker 2: knowing when to go in heavy and when not to.
- 41:46Speaker 2: But honestly, if you trade with a discipline plan, you'll
- 41:50Speaker 2: stand and make money. Like if you really say, okay,
- 41:53Speaker 2: I'm going to go in and take twenty percent no
- 41:55Speaker 2: matter what, or ten percent no matter what. If you
- 41:58Speaker 2: have a ten percent strategy, you might not lose for
- 42:00Speaker 2: a long time because it's so easy. Like let's just
- 42:04Speaker 2: say you're putting in five k and you only want
- 42:07Speaker 2: ten percent five hundred dollars every trade, right, But then.
- 42:10Speaker 6: Again I wouldn't recommend doing that. I know how to
- 42:12Speaker 6: do that.
- 42:12Speaker 2: But let's just say, okay, a thousand, you put in
- 42:15Speaker 2: a thousand, you just want one hundred dollars off your thousand.
- 42:17Speaker 2: But to go into when y'all was gonna say about
- 42:20Speaker 2: small accounts, how to grow a small account, that's when
- 42:23Speaker 2: I believe you have to stay disciplined with the percentages.
- 42:26Speaker 6: I would say a twenty percent thing is the.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Best because, like I said, let's just say you got
- 42:30Speaker 2: twenty five hundred dollars, right, and every finger is five
- 42:33Speaker 2: hundred dollars right, So I'm going to trade with twenty
- 42:35Speaker 2: percent of my account at a time, So that way
- 42:38Speaker 2: I have eighty percent left just in case I lose
- 42:40Speaker 2: five hundred, so I got two thousand to recoup and
- 42:43Speaker 2: try again. So I always tell people use twenty percent
- 42:46Speaker 2: of your account, right, and when you're using that twenty percent,
- 42:50Speaker 2: take take twenty percent. So I'm going to use five
- 42:53Speaker 2: hundred and then take profits at one hundred, which is
- 42:56Speaker 2: twenty percent of five hundred, going to use five hundred,
- 42:59Speaker 2: take profits at one hundred. So if I got to
- 43:02Speaker 2: if I'm trying to grow a small account twenty five hundred,
- 43:04Speaker 2: I'm just going to trade more size less trades five
- 43:07Speaker 2: hundred dollars at a time, five hundred dollars at a time,
- 43:09Speaker 2: and then take profits at twenty percent, one hundred dollars,
- 43:11Speaker 2: one hundred dollars, one hundred dollars.
- 43:13Speaker 6: I might lose fifty here, you get what I'm saying.
- 43:15Speaker 2: So now what I'm up three to fifty on the day,
- 43:18Speaker 2: just all twenty five hundred and one day.
- 43:21Speaker 4: Yeah, So that's the first part of the question. The
- 43:23Speaker 4: second part was like, I just heard you say balance sheets. Yeah,
- 43:26Speaker 4: And I'm like, when you're studying how much of technical
- 43:30Speaker 4: are you using?
- 43:31Speaker 6: How much fundamental?
- 43:32Speaker 4: And if you're obviously you're doing the technical, because I've
- 43:34Speaker 4: watched you, which indicators are you using when you're doing technical.
- 43:38Speaker 2: When I'm doing technical, I'm using the RSI to give
- 43:41Speaker 2: me my overbought and over soul levels. So of course,
- 43:45Speaker 2: if you know, the rs side stands for relative strength index,
- 43:48Speaker 2: So if it goes below level thirty, that is called
- 43:52Speaker 2: the over soul levels. And historically, if you look at
- 43:56Speaker 2: all rside charts, they tend to bounce when they're at
- 43:59Speaker 2: that level in some sort of fashion. Now I use
- 44:03Speaker 2: that to give me my overbought oversold signals. So I
- 44:05Speaker 2: believe every person needs a core indicators, meaning you need
- 44:11Speaker 2: an overs indicator where you're using stochastics indicator.
- 44:14Speaker 6: Give you an oversow the overbought levels or the RSI.
- 44:17Speaker 2: Then you need a trend following indicators, meaning an indicator
- 44:22Speaker 2: is going to keep you in the trend.
- 44:24Speaker 4: So here are on an rssor OVERSOW at thirty what's
- 44:27Speaker 4: over overballed at seventy seventy?
- 44:29Speaker 2: Okay, seventy is the standard, but some people move those
- 44:32Speaker 2: to eighty and twenty.
- 44:34Speaker 7: You get what I'm saying.
- 44:35Speaker 2: So they because they be like, hey, I want to
- 44:37Speaker 2: extreme before I do it. But me, I say, hey,
- 44:40Speaker 2: if it ain't, if it ain't broke.
- 44:41Speaker 7: Don't fit.
- 44:41Speaker 6: Thirty seventy got you thirty seventy.
- 44:43Speaker 2: So a trend following indicator that I like is the
- 44:46Speaker 2: mac D moving average converged and diverge. So the reason
- 44:50Speaker 2: why I like that is because you need something that's
- 44:52Speaker 2: going to keep you on the trend as long as
- 44:54Speaker 2: possible and giving you an indicator.
- 44:57Speaker 6: So whenever the moving.
- 44:59Speaker 2: Average is bullish, you know that possibly the trend to
- 45:03Speaker 2: keep going right. And then whenever they cross bearsh meaning
- 45:08Speaker 2: a bears cross down, you know that the trend could
- 45:11Speaker 2: possibly be over.
- 45:13Speaker 6: So that's my favorite.
- 45:14Speaker 2: So only use two for long term investments because I
- 45:18Speaker 2: do use that too, the RSI and stuff like that. Yeah,
- 45:23Speaker 2: And then for fundamental analysis, I use the balance sheet.
- 45:27Speaker 2: I'm looking for one profitability. I'm looking for a cash flow,
- 45:33Speaker 2: so I need to see that your company is cash
- 45:34Speaker 2: flow positive. I also want to see your future plans,
- 45:39Speaker 2: so I want to go look at the news.
- 45:41Speaker 7: I want to go see what you're doing.
- 45:43Speaker 2: So I'm looking for profitability and the potential to be profitable.
- 45:48Speaker 2: You get what I'm saying, like, are you going to
- 45:49Speaker 2: turn a profit one day? Because Tesla wasn't profitable at
- 45:52Speaker 2: one point in time, or they had the potential to
- 45:54Speaker 2: be profitable. So I like companies like that with potential
- 45:58Speaker 2: to be profitable. But I usually stick to the you know,
- 46:02Speaker 2: the ones y'all was talking about. What did y'all say?
- 46:05Speaker 2: It was an acronym. Y'all just used a mantainer matiner. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 46:13Speaker 5: So let me ask you this as far as h investing,
- 46:20Speaker 5: let's get back to like the long term ets versus
- 46:23Speaker 5: individual stocks?
- 46:26Speaker 7: Which one do you think is more beneficial? Safe ETFs?
- 46:31Speaker 2: If you know what, once you start to know what
- 46:33Speaker 2: you're doing, individual So ETFs would be the safest if
- 46:38Speaker 2: we were just being completely honest, because when you're trying
- 46:43Speaker 2: to go individual that requires in my opinion, a lot
- 46:45Speaker 2: of capital and a lot of diversification because you know,
- 46:49Speaker 2: if one goes down, you need the other one to
- 46:51Speaker 2: hold it up.
- 46:52Speaker 6: You get what I'm saying. So it's like, that's what
- 46:55Speaker 6: I preached too.
- 46:56Speaker 2: When it comes to long term investing is uh, if
- 46:59Speaker 2: you're going to be doing it like the quote unquote
- 47:01Speaker 2: pros and you're trying to mimic the S and P
- 47:04Speaker 2: five hundred, because some people do that. They just go
- 47:06Speaker 2: and buy the same shares that the ETS has, which
- 47:10Speaker 2: you could stand to make a profit, But you don't
- 47:12Speaker 2: know when they're buying.
- 47:13Speaker 6: You don't know how.
- 47:13Speaker 2: Long they've bought a long time ago. You get what
- 47:16Speaker 2: I'm saying. So that's one thing I'll say too. But yeah,
- 47:19Speaker 2: with fundamentals, you got to use the fundamentals when they
- 47:23Speaker 2: come to long turnbine in the first place, Like.
- 47:25Speaker 7: I said, the balance sheets, this and that.
- 47:28Speaker 2: But yeah, like I definitely think ETFs would be the
- 47:32Speaker 2: safer route. VOO at a dip, they're all, in my opinion,
- 47:36Speaker 2: kind of the same, like sm P five hundred and
- 47:38Speaker 2: vo Oh, there's really no difference if you really go
- 47:40Speaker 2: check the holdings, so you can google the holdings, like
- 47:44Speaker 2: if you google ETF, Like let's just say you google
- 47:47Speaker 2: Voo holdings. Zachs dot com is what I like to
- 47:51Speaker 2: go do it on to go view the holdings. You
- 47:53Speaker 2: can see exactly what they're holding, what they're holding, how
- 47:55Speaker 2: many shares they got, and you can go in and
- 47:58Speaker 2: see all the other shares they bought. So that also
- 48:01Speaker 2: gives you a reason to go research other stocks, because
- 48:03Speaker 2: if it's the S and P five hundred, that means
- 48:05Speaker 2: they have five hundred stocks and they're chosen by a committee,
- 48:09Speaker 2: and they're chosen with certain requirements, so they have to
- 48:12Speaker 2: be profitable, they have to be you know, cash flow
- 48:15Speaker 2: pot things like that. So they're giving you good companies.
- 48:17Speaker 2: You can go research those companies. So I get a
- 48:19Speaker 2: lot of the stocks that I trade outside of these
- 48:22Speaker 2: eight stops just from scrolling through the S and P
- 48:26Speaker 2: five hundred and seeing what they have. Or you can
- 48:28Speaker 2: scroll through Warren Buffett's portfolio, You can scroll through all
- 48:31Speaker 2: types of other people investors' portfolios. But the thing is
- 48:35Speaker 2: when to buy is more important than anything.
- 48:38Speaker 4: That was the exact strategy when I was looking up
- 48:41Speaker 4: ETFs and found smh and looked inside of it and
- 48:44Speaker 4: I was like, wait, the largest allocation was TSM. I'm like,
- 48:47Speaker 4: all right, let me go research that company. Wait and
- 48:49Speaker 4: videos in here, exact AMD is in here, Texans centruments
- 48:51Speaker 4: and here, wait qual comes in here.
- 48:53Speaker 6: Let me research it.
- 48:54Speaker 4: And then when you research, it's like, oh, you started
- 48:56Speaker 4: uncovering so many other things.
- 48:58Speaker 6: So like, I love that you said that.
- 49:00Speaker 4: One of the other things you said when you know,
- 49:01Speaker 4: long term investment is finding stocks that have that pay
- 49:04Speaker 4: dividends of course. Yeah, so let's talk about that because
- 49:07Speaker 4: obviously divisiends. I mean, I'll let you explaining, but the
- 49:10Speaker 4: importance of having starts to pay dividends in the different
- 49:12Speaker 4: type of dividend pay structure, right because I know some
- 49:15Speaker 4: are monthly, some might be semi throughout the year, and
- 49:20Speaker 4: some might be yearly. So like talk about the difference
- 49:23Speaker 4: between now when it comes to dividends. In my honest opinion, and.
- 49:29Speaker 2: I believe it's for people with a lot of capital,
- 49:32Speaker 2: of course, because it's going to take a lot of
- 49:33Speaker 2: capital to make a lot of money, Like it tastes
- 49:36Speaker 2: about one point four to five million to even make
- 49:39Speaker 2: one hundred koff dividends you get what I'm saying. So
- 49:43Speaker 2: if you're trying to do that for actual income strategy,
- 49:46Speaker 2: then no, But if you're trying to use it as
- 49:48Speaker 2: a high power savings account, then yes. So I always
- 49:51Speaker 2: tell people when it comes to dividend investing, look at
- 49:55Speaker 2: it as Okay, you can put this either put this
- 49:57Speaker 2: money in the bank and it can get nothing, or
- 50:00Speaker 2: you can put in some dividends and at least you're
- 50:02Speaker 2: gonna get you know, a lot off.
- 50:04Speaker 6: Your money by letting it sit.
- 50:06Speaker 2: So certain dividend stocks that I like, oh uh, just
- 50:09Speaker 2: regular Oh realty, it's the right a real estate investment
- 50:13Speaker 2: trust that they have a real estate portfolio, a commercial
- 50:17Speaker 2: individual real estate portfolio, and I love investing into that company.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Stag s a no Stag. Stag is a good dividend
- 50:29Speaker 2: company that I like. I believe they are monthly, so
- 50:32Speaker 2: oh so these are two monthly paying dividend stocks.
- 50:35Speaker 6: Main m Ai n is a good one.
- 50:38Speaker 7: And then what else is London On?
- 50:41Speaker 2: I like Gain Glasstone Capital. Gain is a good one
- 50:46Speaker 2: that I like. And what I like to use is
- 50:48Speaker 2: I like to see that their dividends have increased over time.
- 50:52Speaker 2: So I need to see at least like a three
- 50:54Speaker 2: to five year period of your dividends continuously increasing, So
- 50:58Speaker 2: even if it's about one cent, I just need to
- 51:00Speaker 2: see that because that also shows that your.
- 51:03Speaker 6: Company is in good standing and you know.
- 51:06Speaker 2: You care about your shareholders if you have an increasing dividend.
- 51:10Speaker 6: Coca Cola is a dividend.
- 51:12Speaker 2: King, meaning they have not increased, they have always increased
- 51:17Speaker 2: in dividends over time.
- 51:19Speaker 6: MM is another dividend king.
- 51:21Speaker 2: But I personally my favorite dividend stocks are oh At
- 51:26Speaker 2: Sign Mobile AT so M is a good dividend stock,
- 51:29Speaker 2: believe it or not. A slept one is a slept
- 51:31Speaker 2: on one is WBA Wall Street Boot Alliance, So I
- 51:36Speaker 2: mean Walgreens is my fault. Walgreens. WBA pays a nice dividend.
- 51:40Speaker 2: And then mo Ar Tria Group, the ones who make
- 51:46Speaker 2: the cigarettes. They pay about ninety cents in our trading
- 51:50Speaker 2: at forty five dollars or forty to fifty dollars, So
- 51:54Speaker 2: that's a good dividend stock.
- 51:55Speaker 7: I got a lot of them. And then.
- 51:59Speaker 6: Another dividend stock I.
- 52:00Speaker 7: Like Oko, Coca Cola.
- 52:03Speaker 2: AT and T is another good one, but they literally
- 52:07Speaker 2: share theirs and half recently, so I didn't like that
- 52:09Speaker 2: move but it's still paying a good one. At first,
- 52:11Speaker 2: they were paying fifty two cents for every thirty two
- 52:14Speaker 2: dollars you spent, so I love that thirty dollars for
- 52:17Speaker 2: fifty cents.
- 52:18Speaker 6: And then they recently just didn't.
- 52:20Speaker 2: So now you got to go, see, Okay, why is
- 52:22Speaker 2: this company cutting their dividends?
- 52:24Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 52:26Speaker 2: Verizon has a good paying dividend, So I do pay
- 52:30Speaker 2: attention to dividends. I pay attention to a lot. Fundamentally, technically,
- 52:35Speaker 2: all that.
- 52:37Speaker 7: Earns what's going on.

- 53:44Speaker 4: Terms and conditions apply.
- 53:46Speaker 5: So you had mentioned that you should go heavier with
- 53:50Speaker 5: the day trading, but there's also risking that as well, right,
- 53:55Speaker 5: because if you could lose money, lose your whole account.
- 53:59Speaker 5: So how do you mitigate risk, especially like with scalping
- 54:03Speaker 5: or day trading, because it's like if somebody puts it
- 54:06Speaker 5: in and then anything can happen, right like the you know,
- 54:09Speaker 5: coronavirus part seven could just automatically just in a minute,
- 54:14Speaker 5: the news breaks and then everything just drops very quick.
- 54:16Speaker 2: Rules It's almost like okay, in the military, we got rules.
- 54:21Speaker 2: If we out in the desert, they say, don't flash
- 54:23Speaker 2: the light the enemy. Don't flash no white lights. They
- 54:27Speaker 2: can see it from the mountains and they can start
- 54:29Speaker 2: shooting down here. So we use red lights.
- 54:32Speaker 7: Right.
- 54:32Speaker 2: They say, don't keep your weapon more than six feet
- 54:35Speaker 2: from you because at any point of time we can
- 54:37Speaker 2: get ambushed. And if your weapon is all the way
- 54:39Speaker 2: in the cafeteria, then how are you gonna be ready
- 54:41Speaker 2: for the fight. So I say that with options the
- 54:44Speaker 2: same thing. I always compare it to the You know
- 54:46Speaker 2: what I'm saying. The military helps me explain, you know,
- 54:48Speaker 2: explain these things better when it comes to this. There's
- 54:52Speaker 2: rules to the game. If you break them, you're gonna die.
- 54:55Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. Like simple as that, there's
- 54:57Speaker 2: a rule in it. So I compare it just to
- 54:59Speaker 2: the military. You were if you were out on deployment,
- 55:02Speaker 2: you break these rules, you could die.
- 55:04Speaker 6: You flash a white light if.
- 55:05Speaker 2: You want to out there in the desert in Afghanistan
- 55:07Speaker 2: and all that, the enemy can see that from a
- 55:09Speaker 2: mile the way.
- 55:10Speaker 6: He gonna start shooting. You get what I'm saying.
- 55:12Speaker 2: So they tell us use red lights and keep your
- 55:14Speaker 2: weapon down so it don't glare nothing and on your helmet.
- 55:17Speaker 2: Those lights need to be red too. You get what
- 55:20Speaker 2: I'm saying, So or blue or whatever lights we were
- 55:23Speaker 2: you what was it blue or red?
- 55:25Speaker 6: It was red?
- 55:26Speaker 7: Yup?
- 55:26Speaker 2: So yeah, like because he was in the military too. Yeah,
- 55:30Speaker 2: So like just following a strict set of rules. So
- 55:33Speaker 2: the rules, what are the rules keeping a tight stop loss?
- 55:37Speaker 6: When day trade?
- 55:39Speaker 2: So a stop loss meaning Okay, if I enter here,
- 55:44Speaker 2: I need to know Okay, I'm only going to lose.
- 55:46Speaker 2: I can possibly lose twenty percent. So you get what
- 55:49Speaker 2: I'm saying. You have to have a stop loss. So okay,
- 55:51Speaker 2: if I'm going to invest one thousand, I need to
- 55:54Speaker 2: be comfortable with losing two hundred dollars. So I always
- 55:57Speaker 2: tell people what are you comfortable losing? Before we even
- 56:01Speaker 2: talk about winning. What are you comfortable losing? Because that's
- 56:05Speaker 2: going to determine what you can use to win. So
- 56:08Speaker 2: that's why I tell my mentees, forget what you're trying
- 56:11Speaker 2: to win. What are you comfortable losing? Are you comfortable losing?
- 56:14Speaker 2: So with swing trading, you need to be comfortable losing
- 56:16Speaker 2: fifty percent? Why because you're going to be waiting a
- 56:19Speaker 2: longer period of time for the move to happen, and
- 56:22Speaker 2: you're trading on a higher timeframe. So always tell people
- 56:25Speaker 2: why would you put in twenty rats if you ain't
- 56:27Speaker 2: prepared to lose ten?
- 56:30Speaker 7: You get what I'm saying.
- 56:31Speaker 2: So if you know you if you can lose five
- 56:33Speaker 2: hundred dollars, you can trade with a thousand on the swing.
- 56:37Speaker 2: If you can lose five hundred dollars, then you can
- 56:39Speaker 2: trade with a little bit more on a day trade
- 56:41Speaker 2: twenty what's whatever five dollars twenty percent of us?
- 56:44Speaker 6: So let's just say, what is that.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Twenty five hundred, So you can literally, you know what
- 56:51Speaker 2: I'm saying, play with twenty five hundred because you're comfortable
- 56:54Speaker 2: losing five hundred twenty percent?
- 56:55Speaker 7: Right.
- 56:56Speaker 2: So that's how I tell people to judge what you
- 56:58Speaker 2: should be trading with what you're comfortable losing, and that's
- 57:02Speaker 2: going to determine your what you're comfortable risking.
- 57:05Speaker 7: Well, stop loss, always have a stoplaw.
- 57:07Speaker 2: Always with swings fifty percent, with day trading twenty percent.
- 57:12Speaker 6: Is there a I don't know, you introduced a lot
- 57:15Speaker 6: of people to trading.
- 57:16Speaker 4: Is there a platform that you would recommend for people
- 57:19Speaker 4: that are just starting or you know, is it trading.
- 57:21Speaker 7: View or.
- 57:23Speaker 2: Part trading view for charting, think or swim for scalping.
- 57:29Speaker 6: Uh wee bull is a good one for scalping meanings.
- 57:34Speaker 2: When I say these platforms is because they have what
- 57:36Speaker 2: is called active trader. An active trader allows you to
- 57:40Speaker 2: get in and out with a click of a button quickly.
- 57:44Speaker 2: So I can literally buy a call with a button,
- 57:47Speaker 2: and I can buy ten thousand worth every mini out
- 57:50Speaker 2: worth and I can sell ten thousand worth with a
- 57:52Speaker 2: click of a button. So it's hard to do that
- 57:54Speaker 2: on your phone. You need to be able to have
- 57:57Speaker 2: a computer for one. That's for two, if you want
- 57:59Speaker 2: to get in it's fast, is me, you're not gonna
- 58:01Speaker 2: be able to do it with the phone. But one,
- 58:03Speaker 2: you wouldn't even want to risk that because what if
- 58:04Speaker 2: you make a mistake and tap. You want to make
- 58:07Speaker 2: sure you clicking when it come to this money we
- 58:09Speaker 2: putting in and you feel me so yeah, like when
- 58:11Speaker 2: it comes to day trading, you have to be on
- 58:13Speaker 2: a computer trading view for charting for sure, because you
- 58:16Speaker 2: can do the most with it. And then what's another
- 58:21Speaker 2: tool for news? You know you could do the Yahoo Finance,
- 58:24Speaker 2: you could do Benzinga. You can there's so many news sources. CNBC,
- 58:29Speaker 2: I know that's I know that's everybody's favorite, CNBC.
- 58:33Speaker 6: Seeking Alpha.
- 58:34Speaker 2: Yeah, all those are good news sources, and then you
- 58:36Speaker 2: might have to pay a suscripsion if you're serious. But
- 58:39Speaker 2: because I don't trade off news and I trade off
- 58:41Speaker 2: price action, I can care zero what the news says.
- 58:45Speaker 6: I already I already know what it's going to do.
- 58:47Speaker 2: So that's another thing that makes me feel like, is
- 58:50Speaker 2: the market running off technicals because I can predict, like,
- 58:53Speaker 2: for instance, I'll be an Apple and then it'll shoot up,
- 58:55Speaker 2: and then the news will come out of why I
- 58:57Speaker 2: shot up. But I'm using technicals, So it feels like
- 59:01Speaker 2: we're getting in before you get what I'm saying the
- 59:04Speaker 2: news itself.
- 59:05Speaker 4: Is there a ratio? I know you do options. Is
- 59:07Speaker 4: there a ratio that you have for close and puts?
- 59:09Speaker 4: I know, early on like trading, and I'm like hesitant
- 59:12Speaker 4: to I was hesitant to puts, but I know we
- 59:14Speaker 4: can make money if it's an appreciation or depreciation.
- 59:17Speaker 7: Is there is there a ratio that you have? No
- 59:19Speaker 7: ratio whatever the day.
- 59:21Speaker 2: That's what we're going with, so we know if the
- 59:23Speaker 2: direction of the movement is going south or north. You
- 59:26Speaker 2: get what I'm saying. So I take what the market
- 59:29Speaker 2: gives me every single day.
- 59:31Speaker 7: How long do you think it takes somebody to master technical.
- 59:34Speaker 5: Analysis realistically master well become good, like good enough to
- 59:42Speaker 5: actually consistently win a year?
- 59:46Speaker 2: You need to go at least you need to at
- 59:47Speaker 2: least go through two market cycles. I'm gonna keep it
- 59:51Speaker 2: one thousands, which I had to be honest to master
- 59:54Speaker 2: it to be good months master minimum one year with
- 59:59Speaker 2: a mentor tho, Like, there's no learning this and just
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: on some YouTube by yourself. It has to be with
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: somebody's experience. If you're taking that route, it's all about
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: what you're doing. Like, if you're trying to do it
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: by yourself, it could take the years, like three to
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: four years if you're trying to do it by yourself.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: If you're doing it with experience people, of course any
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: of us can know. When you dealing with experience, it
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: shortens the timeframe. So yeah, it should take about at
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: least one year with the proper mentor program and the
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: proper strategies, because you need to see two market cycles,
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: a bull and a bear market. And if you haven't
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: seen a bear market. Before you have all you you
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, You have to experience both. You
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: have to lose money in both. You get what I'm saying.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: So that's why it's important to you get what I'm saying.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: Learn from somebody who's experience, who's been through all conditions, the.
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: Everything. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: Like I tell people like, hey, somebody been trading for
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: only one year. They haven't been through enough conditions to
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: give you advice. They have to at least go through
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: a bull They need to at least go through two
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: bulls and two bear markets, in my opinion, to call
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: yourself an expert.
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: So I've heard you know, everybody loses in some of
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: the traits of that. What are some of the lessons
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: that you've learned from those losses? Lesson I learned was
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: risk management.
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: For one.
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: Risk management is number one. So remember I have four rules.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: When it comes to this game, and I'm actually getting
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: these four rules tatty right here because I don't want
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: to ever forget them. Number one is risk management. That's
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: number one. You would think it's actually the strategy itself.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: It's not true. It's risk management that stop loss.
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: Then knowing.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: And then second is high probability strategies. So risk management first,
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: managing your money is important. Number two is high probability strategies,
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: and that is literally so this is how I see it.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: Like I'm a lion and I'm hunting gazell's zebras, right,
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: and I know that. Say, if I have certain attacks
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: that I'm looking for as a lion, if this gazelle
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: reaches down and drinks that water, I'm an attacked, you know
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: what I'm saying. Or if he has his back turn
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: and he chilling too much, I'm an attack. So even
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: lions probably have high probability strategies to set ups.
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: You feel me.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: They know we have a higher probable chance of catching
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: these gazels when one of you flink out, he flinks
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: in and we come.
- 1:02:23Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: They got actual strategies, So you gotta have the same thing,
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: high probability strategies to go and to go and hunt.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: Number three is a discipline, the discipline to only.
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: Take those high probability strategies.
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: So a lot of.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: People don't have that.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: That's what a lot of people like, because discipline isn't
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: actually human nature. It's something that you have to learn,
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: and that's something people don't know about.
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: Discipline.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: You can't be taught it. It's something you have to
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: experience and learn over time. So and then patients the
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: patience to wait on those strategies that happen. So a
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: lot of people don't have that. They want to just
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: because the market is moving. They just want to risk
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: their money real quick. So and then by the time
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: they see a strategy that I talk to them, they're like, Oh,
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: I should have just waited on this to happen.
- 1:03:11Speaker 6: I would have lost all this money. You get what
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: I'm saying.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: So it's four things I look for risk management, high probability, strategy, discipline, patience,
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: and if you follow those four rules, you will stand
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: to make a good profit. But like I said, people
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: naturally This episode is brought to you by P and

- 1:05:18Speaker 8: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 1:05:30Speaker 8: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 1:05:37Speaker 8: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 1:05:53Speaker 8: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 1:05:57Speaker 8: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and to poor. You
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: will never return. But if you register using our CBP
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: home app and leave now, you could be allowed to
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: return legally. Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump

- 1:06:17Speaker 6: Home mad Security, or we're humans. We have a gambler's mindset.
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: We have a flip.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: I tell people, leverage your money, don't flip help your money.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: Send them to the corner, bring it back. Keep doing that,
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: but don't send your whole team to the corner. Send
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: one girl.
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: To the other.
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. You might have cut that out.
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: You said those are the four test. You're gonna get
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: that tabbed. But there's also one other thing you gonna
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: get tab When we were talking about technical analysis, fibonacci bibs,
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: talk to us about it while you love it so much.
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: The reason I like phibs is because the market is computerized,
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: meaning it's mostly ran by high frequency trading algorithms. Algorithms
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: are pumping and using this stuff for the market. Right,
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: So because you know that the markets ran off numbers,
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: numbers have sequence. Remember a pie when we were in school, Right,
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: So there was a sequence to that number. What is
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: it like every other number doubled or whatever that is?
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: Right?
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: Whatever that is is that three point he's going right,
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: So phib has also a sequence of that. Right, So
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: fibonacci has a sequence, so there are certain levels to
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: the field. So what happens is, let's just say a
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: strong move happens right like for like a week, So
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: you use the field, you go from top to bottom.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: You need to know after that strong move. You need
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: to know after that strong move, where is this thing
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: gonna pull back from? And those field numbers are the
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: potential levels that these computerized algorithms.
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: Are ready to buy their levels.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: So fields are simply me waiting on the potential pullback
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: and letting me know that, okay, this is the level
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: that the buyer will weigh that. Okay, this would be
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: the second level. They'll weigh that, okay, this would be
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: the third level. So it's all about confluences though, So
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: confluences are when more than one thing add up. So
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: in order to be a good trader, you need to
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: be taking the setups that have the most confluence, meaning
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: a Fibonacci level, a nice moving average two. So let's
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: just say the stock stops right here right, there might
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: be a moving average right there, right, and there might
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: be a field level going across two, and it might
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: be a key level of support. So I got three
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: confluences in this one spot. So I tell people, you
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: got to look at things as if, okay, like a
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: cheerleader when she hold when they're holding up a cheerleader, right,
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: it's going to take more than one hand.
- 1:08:47Speaker 7: To hold her up.
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: So I tell people, if you don't have at least
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: two things adding up, you shouldn't be taking the trade
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: in the first place. You got to look at it
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: as if you're trying to hold a cheerleader up. You
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: got to have support there to.
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: Hold this woman up.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: And let's just say we got four hands holding this
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: woman up and trying to make her fly in the air.
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: That's even better.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: And two, So I tell people you got about four
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: or five influences take the trade.
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: So not only do you trade, but you are entrepreneur
- 1:09:13Speaker 5: also in one of the most vital things for entrepreneurship
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: these days is social media. So I know you're big
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: on that marketing, growing your social media following. What are
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: some of the ways that you actually utilize social media
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: and what are some ways that you grew your social
- 1:09:30Speaker 5: media following.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: Growing my social media following has a lot to do
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: with a strategy. It's like a cycle of things. See
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: what I also include the money into it. See it
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: me personally, there's no point in growing something if you're
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: not monetizing it. I personally could not wake up and
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: make people laugh and haven't monetized it. Some people can
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: do that, I personally can't. But me personally to grow
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: your soci social media. But one now we understand that
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: the algorithm has changed and they want money from you.
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: They want you to spend ads, they want you to
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: do all of that.
- 1:10:08Speaker 6: Now people might not have.
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: The luxury as you guys to cross promote and get
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: shout outs and stuff to where it's full blown organic.
- 1:10:16Speaker 7: You get what I'm saying.
- 1:10:17Speaker 6: So me personally, I don't have that luxury.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: I have to go spend a little bit more money
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: on ads things like that to draw traffic. But if
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: you can, if you got that influence to use influencer
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: marketing things like That's one strategy just being seen and
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: influencer marketing.
- 1:10:33Speaker 6: Two is ads running reshareable ads.
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: So I always tell people my favorite ads strategy is
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: to take your most viewed video right and run an
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: ad to it and direct them to your page. You
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: want followers. So my ad strategy, believe it or not,
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: is to gain followers. I don't see you to some
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: website because you're not going to buy it just by
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: seeing me the first time. It's called the rule of seven.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: People literally have to see you about seven times before
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: they even buy. So people trying to run ads straight
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: to a website and wondering, like I ran it to
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: my book, it didn't work. It's not what you do.
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: You run them to your page first, retarget them. So
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: now you got to get them to you make them
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: follow and whoever reacted to that ad, you retarget them
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: with something that you're selling, especially if they are already
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: interacting with your post, So then now you gotta nurture
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: them with your content.
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: They want to see what you're about.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: So if somebody's going to buy from you, or if
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: you're trying to grow a social media in general, need
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: to have good content on there.
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: You need to be posting frequently.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: You want you don't people two things I think is
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: a no know on social media, private accounts and posting
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: every once in a while, that's a no.
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: Note.
- 1:11:48Speaker 6: If you're trying to gain traction, you must.
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: Show some work, some work ethic. People are going to
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: see that, oh you posted two months ago you don't
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: take this serious?
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: Why would I follow you just because you got a
- 1:12:00Speaker 7: cool picture? How often should they be posting.
- 1:12:05Speaker 6: Once a day or once every other day?
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: Honestly, if you ain't posting once today, you need to
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: be doing it every other day.
- 1:12:11Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: How much of its trialing error?
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: Because I've watched your post go from trading and now
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: I feel like we got the Aristotle's startsy in the
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: pink room, you got the deep voice.
- 1:12:23Speaker 7: It's like yeah, I'm like, yeah, what's going on here?
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: And then you know we have had the day and
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: life of the twenty six year old millionaire.
- 1:12:29Speaker 7: You got to switch it up?
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: Yeah, So like talk about that, like, because I'm looking
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: at him like he's changing it.
- 1:12:34Speaker 7: He's changed it.
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: And even when we had a call about investment and
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: we had like a marketing call, I'm like, yo, that's
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: a good idea. So like, how much of it's trialing error?
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: And how much it's like all right, let's just try
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: and see if it works and let's stick with it.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: We all know as entrepreneur, this is all on the fly.
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: I say, I'm not afraid to do anything.
- 1:12:57Speaker 7: I feel like you get what I'm saying, I see it. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: I'm a rebel.
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: I feel like if you take that chance, people people
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: like polarization, meaning if it's too nice, they're not gonna
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: like it. If it's too mean, they're not gonna like it.
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: But if you but it's like almost like an earthquake,
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: when two tectonic plates collide, it makes an explosion. It's
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: an earthquake, right, So I look at that as with anything, like,
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying, If you want to make
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: something go, you have to be polarizing. You can't be
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: too nice, can't be too mean. You gotta have a
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: point of explosion. You get what I'm saying. So, like,
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: that's how I see it with my page. I don't
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: want to be it too much on this side, and
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: I don't want to be too much on this side.
- 1:13:42Speaker 6: So I'm gonna give you both.
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: And what it does is draw the conversation piece because
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: the nice people might think it's too bad, and the
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: bad people but they like, hum, it's just right. There's
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: something about it I like though, you get what I'm saying.
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: It makes them want to stay and it makes them
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying. So I look at it
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: like that too, And I tell people post resharable content.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: When I'm looking at my content ideas, I'm thinking about
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: how can I appeal to your emotions? For one, you
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: got comedy, you got inspirational, you got so people got
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: to look at those emotions. What emotions are you trying
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: to attack? Because that's how you get people's attention. You
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: have to build a movement. And in order to build
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: a movement, people want to feel like you're, for one
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: giving them something.
- 1:14:29Speaker 6: So whether it's good music, whether it's this.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: I tell people you can sell anything if you build
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: a culture around it.
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: I can sell rubber duckies.
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: I could have made money on rubber duckies this weekend
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: Oregon came to play Uga. I could have been like, hey,
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: here's some rubber duckies. I sell it on the side.
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: You just got to build a culture around anything you sell.
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: If I say, hey, you get this rubber ducky and
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: you get a free subscription to this, it's just using
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: learning how to use people to get you know, give
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: them something so they'll give you something. And what you're
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: looking for is either a reshare or something. But also
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: using like I said, using your organic audience. Those are
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: your people engaging with them in the comments, things like that,
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: things people appreciate responding to the comments. But reshareable content,
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: in my opinion, is the best. I always go and
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: look at my story reshares whenever I post something, I
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: don't care about nothing else.
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: I don't care about the lights or the views.
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: My indicator whether people like it or not is how
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: many times they share it on their story, not the likes,
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: not the views.
- 1:15:34Speaker 6: The views go second. I ain't gonna lie. The views
- 1:15:36Speaker 6: go hard.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: But the first thing first is did they reshare this
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: at that moment? That's the only way you're gonna go viral.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: How can you go viral without a bunch of people
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: sharing it?
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: And it helps with the views because yeah, with the
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: more people are resharing it, it's gonnap.
- 1:15:53Speaker 6: And they have followers on their story.
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and then they build a recognition of your face,
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: Like you guys have facial recognition. Anywhere y'all go, somebody,
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: I'm like, that's them. People start to build a recognition
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: to your face. So now whenever you're seen on the video,
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: they have to present you.
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: That's one of these things that and that's one of
- 1:16:13Speaker 5: the reasons why people do you know that split screen
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: thing that you have on Instagram now where you can
- 1:16:17Speaker 5: trap does it a lot where he'll show like a
- 1:16:19Speaker 5: video of Warren Buffett. Yeah, and you're not even talking,
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: you just like literally just watching yet and that goes crazy.
- 1:16:26Speaker 5: But one of the good things with that is that
- 1:16:29Speaker 5: the facial recognition. So it's a way to share the
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: sharable content and attach yourself to something something Yeah, where
- 1:16:37Speaker 5: you don't even have to produce the content exactly, but
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: somebody's watching it, and without even realizing it, they're watching
- 1:16:43Speaker 5: you as well, exactly you know what I'm saying for
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: a minute or ninety seconds, So.
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: Would be the funniest thing to look at it.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, yeah, no, facial yeah, I'm just here
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: to that.
- 1:16:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: I like that, Like they're re sharing content and all that.
- 1:16:59Speaker 2: That's one way I always just do that. And one
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: thing I will say is you have to prepare the content.
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: So one thing that the reason why I exploded the
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: content this year is because I actually came out with
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: a content playing, and so, believe it or not, it
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: is playing.
- 1:17:15Speaker 6: It's written in my note. I go to my Apple
- 1:17:17Speaker 6: notes and.
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: I have literally three years worth of content so at
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: any point in time, right now, I can go pick
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: something out of my notes. So you have to get
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: used to that. It'll be something like this. I will
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: be talking. If I say a bar, I'm gonna go
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: write it down.
- 1:17:31Speaker 7: You have to develop good habits.
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: So I have a good habit of anything that I
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: see nice or any idea. That's why I also smoke
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: marijuana too, because I'll sit down and I'm literally that's
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: my actual time to create ideas.
- 1:17:46Speaker 5: So you think that because you're very open with your
- 1:17:49Speaker 5: you're a very strong advocate of marijuana, right, and you
- 1:17:52Speaker 5: don't hide it.
- 1:17:53Speaker 7: You're open about it. Right.
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: You think that that helps your creative because a lot
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: of a lot of musicians smoke because they say like
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: the artist, because they said that helps their creative process.
- 1:18:01Speaker 7: Definitely does.
- 1:18:02Speaker 5: So you, as an entrepreneur and content creator, you think
- 1:18:05Speaker 5: that when you smoke, that helps your creative process.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Helps with a lot of things, insomnia, it helps with
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: the anxiety, and definitely creativity. It gets Actually any rap
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: I ever did. I was high when I made the bar.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: The ideas like the day in Life of a Millionaire,
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: my business ideas, all of that A smoke session and
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: me writing down my thoughts because you have to sit
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: down in one setting and have your brain flowing. Like
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: even the way I talk now is very fluid because
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: all I'm even not because I'm smoking, but because I've
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: developed good habits.
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: With my brain.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: So I realized your brain is a muscle and you
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: must come up with good habits and good thinking patterns.
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: You get what I'm saying, And then I can definitely
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: say smoking the marijuana has allowed me to enhance that.
- 1:18:58Speaker 7: For sure.
- 1:18:58Speaker 5: You don't smoke all the time, though only at night,
- 1:19:01Speaker 5: only at night. I saw that you don't smoke in
- 1:19:03Speaker 5: the morning. Nah, only at night? Yeah, why why? What's
- 1:19:06Speaker 5: what's that about?
- 1:19:07Speaker 2: Because I have to get the work done first? So
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: it's all about discipline. Discipline is important in life. So
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: the only time I smoke in the morning is if
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: we're out of town. But if we're if I'm at
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: home or filming content, that's my treat for So it's like, damn,
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: they're a scooby snack to me.
- 1:19:25Speaker 7: You feel me like I gotta go do something.
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: I gotta go do something positive and productive before I
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: can touch that blunt, you know what I'm saying, Like
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: I'm not using it to function. I'm using it as
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: a cool down method and then a meditation.
- 1:19:37Speaker 5: Method, like a like a wine down help that's a
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: wine at night.
- 1:19:42Speaker 7: So you're you're a veteran.
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: A lot of veterans suffer from is that CSD anxiety,
- 1:19:47Speaker 5: A lot of mental issues. Exactly have you faced those
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: issues and has the anxiety?
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: In fact? That's the that's that's I honestly.
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: Don't think I would be a millionaire without CBD in marijuana.
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: I don't think I'll be this far. And the reason
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: why I say that is because while I was when
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: I first started this, I used to have anxiety attacks.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: So this is me sober in the military, used to
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: have anxiety attacks.
- 1:20:16Speaker 6: So I went and.
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: Bought some CBD and they stopped cold Turkey. I did
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: not want to go because I was already on my
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: health wave. I already knew who doctor Sibby was. I've
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: been woked for before it was cool to be woke,
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: being sawed, hitting colors. Ben knew all of the inventors,
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: Charles drew the blood transfusion, all these different Gary Morgan
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: traffic light. Yeah, I know all these black inventors. I
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: knew all of that before it's even cool to know
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: this stuff. Right, So, like I said, like the smoking it,
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: it's very therapeutic. It helps me get my thoughts out.
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: And like when I first started this, it slowed down
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: my anxiety attacks, and I realized, Okay, I need something
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: a little stronger than CBD because now I'm ready to
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: create because it's now I don't have anxiety. I need
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: something to enhance my creativity. You get what I'm saying. So,
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: like could I could I do it without it? Because
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: I had so much success with it. I'm talking about
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: from start. I've been smoking literally from day zero to now,
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: but once once. So I used when I first got
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: the military, I went crazy with it three times, and
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: that I didn't care. No, no, no, I smoked CBD
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: in the military. As soon as I got out, I
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: went to weed.
- 1:21:35Speaker 7: So CBD does not have.
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: Yeah, tac is not you get high. No, it's just
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: because it's just when you first start. Yes, it's just
- 1:21:45Speaker 5: a medical part of it.
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: Yes, cannabio D or something like that CBD, but cannabis
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: is marijuana and all of that. Right, So CBD, when
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: I first started it, it was very relaxing, but it
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: significantly slowed down my anxiety attacks. I didn't have them anymore,
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: and they were coming from entrepreneurship. Because anxiety is the
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: fear of the future. Depression is the fear of the
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: past or the feelings of the So I'm always feeling
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: something about my future. I don't care about the past.
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: I don't dwell on the past. That's what depression is for,
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: to sit there and dwell on your past. And I'm
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: always dwelling on my future. What's my next move? And
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: I don't have self doubt, I just have anxiety, meaning
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: not necessarily can I accomplish this?
- 1:22:31Speaker 7: At what scale?
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: Can I accomplish it? See, some people don't even believe
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: they can get something out of something. I know I'm
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: gonna get something out of this. I just need to
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: know at what to what is stint? And I'm pretty
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: sure you guys feel the same way. Soon as you
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: drop that invest fest, you know, the anxiety of Okay,
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: we know this is gonna work, but this is going
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: to work the way we think is gonna work.
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: You get what I'm saying. So I have that a lot.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: But you don't doubt yourself at all, I'm saying. And
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: I have those feelings a lot. And you know what
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: I'm saying, I personally don't think marijuana's for everybody because
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: everybody ain't smoking the grade I'm smoking.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: You get what I'm saying. I'm smoking a good grade.
- 1:23:13Speaker 7: I feel a little yeah yeah yeah yeah, like yeah,
- 1:23:16Speaker 7: you see what I'm saying.
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: Like, see, we don't smoke o G. We don't smoke
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: no og. We don't smoke no anything that make that
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: you feel in your stomach?
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: What do you smoke?
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: I smoked sativa and straight up gas. You feel.
- 1:23:31Speaker 7: Smoking up because it's like night.
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what sativa is indica, it's in the couch,
- 1:23:40Speaker 2: in the couch, so it relaxes you. It's for body
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: and muscle relaxation. Yeah, Sativa is for a peer. Yeah,
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: so you're going to feel that all up here. So
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: sativa is what's going to get your brain flowing and
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: all of that. So, so what you're smoking that night,
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: I'm wondering two part question. At night, obviously you're creating ideas.
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: Are you breaking the strategy for the next day as
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: you're about to trade? And the second note, no, okay,
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: go ahead. And then the second part is this Aristotle
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: Invests is a brand.
- 1:24:10Speaker 7: It's you.
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: But like you said, like there's no self doubt. It's
- 1:24:14Speaker 4: just like how many times can I read show myself
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: that I could scale? So who else is with you?
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: Because I know obviously you're married, so like your wife
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: plays a part in the business, of course obviously, So
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: who else is with you?
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: Though? Like who is the team? Right?
- 1:24:25Speaker 6: Because we always see you right.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: Like when you see I got a team, you look
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: like yo, these guys like the who teams like people
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: with exactly I see, uh, you know him a b
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: and all them guys, and I like, hold on, you
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: guy got a system. I got the same thing behind me,
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: my boy Jeff right there, Cameron Man Johnny. So Jeff
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: is ah my cousin. He owns a restaurant called Grips,
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: Goodies and Treats.
- 1:24:48Speaker 6: So he's actually, I know, people wonder like, how in
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: the world did you meet little baby?
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: It's him.
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: He's literally the person who got me in contact with
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: all these celebrities this and that, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: So he he's my cousin, my first cousin. We used
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: to play together and we was little and everything. We're
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: from Atlanta, So when I left, he stayed home he's
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: still in the hood. He still so he knew all
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: these rappers before they were rich. So he used to
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: hustle a little baby before the money. You you know
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: what I'm saying. No, no, no, no, you know, like
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: he used to sell sneakers to them. Yeah, he's so
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: sneakers to them, but like yeah, nah, he's so sneakers
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: the little baby, all the rappers, this and that.
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: Jeff, you're about to be in jail. She's on fire
- 1:25:38Speaker 7: right now. Right. I don't know who that is.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Nah, But see my boy, Jeff. He played a good
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: role and I always pay homage to him. You know
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: what I'm saying, I paid him, you know, like I definitely,
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: you know, return the favor with with the things he's
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: helped me do so and also, believe it or not,
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: he's a I consult a lot of my ideas with him.
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: If I have a big idea, ring He's the only
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: person I talked to every single day besides my wife,
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: So two people I consult with him and.
- 1:26:06Speaker 7: My wife like, hey, is this a good idea?
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Because he was around before Rich Homie took off, So
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: he was a part of two big movements, a little
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: Baby and Rich Tomey before they took off right and
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: now he's a part of Aristotle Investments, So you know
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 1:26:20Speaker 6: But he's my actual cousin.
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: So I knew that he could give me the formula
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: to go big because he's been around. He's Atlanta Artists
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: before they pop and seen it. So I said, what
- 1:26:31Speaker 2: better person to listen to than the person who saw
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: it before?
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: So it was Rich. It's really Jeff.
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: Who I consulted with when it comes to, hey, dog,
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: how can I make myself dain near celebrity?
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: He like, I'm telling you because I.
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: Got the formula, and you know, we don't want to
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: get too many at our chi A few of them
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: you got, I'm saying, I keep it one thousand.
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: We'll get a little gig. He's got a little salt
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: drink of the lifestyle.
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: Lifestyle people want to be you, So if you're trying
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: to be an influencer, you have to give people a
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: reason to want to be. So that is why the
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: rappers where the jewelry, that, this and that. But you
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: know a lot of people don't be having on the
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: real one. You know what I'm saying, Like, Yeah, that's
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: a different story.
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:27:18Speaker 6: And then the way you talk, the way you talk
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: in your approach.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: You know what they say, money can't un cornball or cornball, right,
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: you get what I'm saying, Like we know that we
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: don't say that fact, so money can't uncornball you.
- 1:27:35Speaker 6: So I'm not saying take some cool classes.
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: I don't know how to give people that sauce on
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: how to be cool because telling them to go copy
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: this person and people gonna know you obviously copying that person.
- 1:27:45Speaker 7: And I think it's about showing who you are too.
- 1:27:47Speaker 5: As far as I look at I look at this
- 1:27:49Speaker 5: space is like rap or wrestling, where it's like you
- 1:27:53Speaker 5: pick different personalities, right, Coach, It's like j Cole. The
- 1:27:56Speaker 5: people that like J Cole they might not necess necessarily
- 1:28:00Speaker 5: be the same exact fans that like Kodak.
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: They might, but they're different people, right, So it's like
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: you got different personality.
- 1:28:07Speaker 5: You got Jakoles got Kendrick, but then you got Drake,
- 1:28:09Speaker 5: and you got Kodak Black, and you got French Mantan,
- 1:28:13Speaker 5: you got a little baby. So it's like there's something
- 1:28:16Speaker 5: in each one of those personalities that somebody can relate to, right,
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: so I feel like it's in our space. It's the
- 1:28:22Speaker 5: same way where it's like they got you. You're young,
- 1:28:26Speaker 5: you're doing your thing, You're from Atlanta. They got Wall
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: Street trapper right his back, like you was in the military,
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: right nine to five million.
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: That was a cop.
- 1:28:34Speaker 5: Wall Street trapper. He comes from the streets. He was
- 1:28:36Speaker 5: in jail, he told himself in stocks Ian. He's a
- 1:28:39Speaker 5: whole different person from East Chicago.
- 1:28:41Speaker 6: He fort have grown if it's sophisticated, you know what
- 1:28:44Speaker 6: I'm saying.
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: So it's like nineteen keys, he's on his mility. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: you're right.
- 1:28:50Speaker 6: We do got different podcasts.
- 1:28:51Speaker 5: It's all different. So it's like even with me and Troy,
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: like you know, we kind of. Troy is a family man.
- 1:28:56Speaker 5: He's always shown his kids, his wife, me, you know.
- 1:29:06Speaker 8: Me.
- 1:29:08Speaker 7: The drip journey has been documented. So I feel like,
- 1:29:12Speaker 7: but the thing about.
- 1:29:13Speaker 5: It is that you have to show your personality on
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: a certain level. Sure, no matter how much information you have,
- 1:29:20Speaker 5: people still want to They buy you who you are
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: as a person. They buy you, not the product exactly.
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: They buy you.
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: And people sometimes don't realize that. They think putting out
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: a flyer every day is going to make them buy. No,
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: they're literally they're buying you. They bought this product because
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: they mess with you. So you got to be a
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: likable person.
- 1:29:38Speaker 6: They like y'all. They hear what y'all talking about every
- 1:29:40Speaker 6: single day.
- 1:29:41Speaker 2: They like y'all personality, they like y'all camaraderie, they like
- 1:29:44Speaker 2: y'all jokes, and then they start to remember some of
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: y'all punchlines that y'all say on market Mondays. They remember
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: a certain bar you say, a certain bar you say,
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: a style of talking. They like nineteen Keys, even him
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: five hundred. He has a pocket of people in a culture.
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: So these are all people. These are culture shifter, culture
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: building people. And there's something unique about all of us,
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: even with David Shan's, even with you know, people have
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: who have built an audience enough to bring people together
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: and say come here.
- 1:30:14Speaker 7: That's how you know you have influence.
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: If you don't have honestly, if you can't hit every
- 1:30:20Speaker 2: city in America and say hey, pull up here, keep
- 1:30:23Speaker 2: working on your influence.
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: That is a fact.
- 1:30:26Speaker 5: So, speaking of influence, let's talk about this education. When
- 1:30:29Speaker 5: did you start teaching people? When did you get into
- 1:30:32Speaker 5: the education space. You started in the military. Yeah, teaching
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: people and when did you start to scale that up
- 1:30:41Speaker 5: and actually developed because you got a whole community online
- 1:30:43Speaker 5: where you teach people education.
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: When my wife got pregnant, this was December thirty first,
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: twenty eighteen, the last year of the of the year,
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: I mean the last day of the year, and she
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: she showed me the pregnancy test and literally from that moment,
- 1:31:04Speaker 2: but I already had started the business. But it was
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: that moment where I said, Okay, now I'm going to charge.
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: Like at first, I'm just I was, you know, selling
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: a book, but I wasn't charging for mentorships. It was
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: when I decided that, hey, I need to monetize my
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: situation in order to feed my son and my wife.
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: And I still had two years left on my military contract,
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: so I was thinking about a lot at that moment.
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: So needless to say, the January first is when my
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: wife told me she was pregnant. My network was probably
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: twenty three K. By the time my son was born,
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: I had three hundred K in the bank. I wasn't playing.
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: I said, hey, if I'm be a father, if i'mna
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: be a husband from when my wife can't be working.
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: So I told her, hey, you got to quit your
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: job and so that way I can make sure you're
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: eating right. You know what I'm saying, you're doing this
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: and that I don't want you working with my first child.
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: When I was twenty two, she was a she's also
- 1:32:01Speaker 2: my age twenty two when she first quit her job.
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: She's never worked since we're both twenty six now, and
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: I said, hey, I want you to already grew the
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: company to about what was it. I think I was
- 1:32:14Speaker 2: making twenty k a month when I hired my wife
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: and said, hey, I want you to manage everything and
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: just let me focus on social media. So I would
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: say that helped me scale quicker than a lot of
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: people because I'm not doing I'm not answering the DM
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: she is. I'm not handling the task that she is.
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: I'm not having to worry about all the admin work.
- 1:32:37Speaker 2: I'm focused on straight up teaching and content. I told her,
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: the more roles and task you can lay off me,
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: or I can lay off myself, the quicker I can
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: scale this company.
- 1:32:49Speaker 6: So and I got that idea, believe it or not,
- 1:32:51Speaker 6: from my mom.
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: My mom quit her job and started to support my
- 1:32:56Speaker 2: stepfather while he was in the military and I that
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: dynamic they had. I wouldn't be a millionaire if it
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: wasn't for my mom showing me how to be married,
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: how to have a certain dynamic. And she what she
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: would do is let him work to his best ability,
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: and she'll hold down the house. She'll she'll clean, cook,
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: do everything. So I got the idea for my mom.
- 1:33:18Speaker 2: I told my wife, hey, you hold down the house
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: and the finances, because that's what my mom did. All
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: he had to do was work, and she gonna make
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: sure every dime was saved, invest it in everything. My
- 1:33:30Speaker 2: mom knew what to do with the money. But I said,
- 1:33:32Speaker 2: you know what, I've already got that training for my mom,
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: So I know how to invest the money and make
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: the money. All you gotta do is manage it and
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: make sure the house is clean, make sure it's cook
- 1:33:42Speaker 2: make sure I got something to eat. You know what
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: I'm saying, And all that right, And I said, I'm
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: gonna make this I'm gonna make this thing go. I said, well,
- 1:33:49Speaker 2: I might not have to do this military stuff no more.
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: I said, I'm already making twenty a month, so I'm
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: already on that mindset, like I'm ouready here in the
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: first place. But I said, for some reason, the military
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: can program must to being scared to leave. You get
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: what I'm saying, And then that that that nine to five,
- 1:34:05Speaker 2: that's a drug, that that uh, that paycheck is a drug.
- 1:34:10Speaker 2: Knowing that it's coming on the first and fifteen, and
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: then knowing that if you get out of here it
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: might not work out and you ain't gonna get that
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: drug no more. You know what I'm saying, Because you
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: get a high off that I get on the first
- 1:34:21Speaker 2: and of fifteen, I'm gonna get me a paycheck. So
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: if I let that go, what I'm gonna do.
- 1:34:24Speaker 6: With my life?
- 1:34:25Speaker 7: I'm normalized.
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: How I'm how I'm gonna pay for my medical bills,
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: How I'm a pay for this. You're real scared, you
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: know what I'm saying. But nah, I said, nah if
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: I but by the time I got out of the military,
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: it had already scared to scale to it.
- 1:34:37Speaker 7: M Well, you know what.
- 1:34:38Speaker 5: A lot of people teach people about stocks, and some
- 1:34:41Speaker 5: are good, a lot aren't good.
- 1:34:42Speaker 7: But I knew you was legit when Jamal.
- 1:34:45Speaker 5: Actually we have a good friend, Jamal who I don't
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: know if you don't remember this, but we was in
- 1:34:49Speaker 5: Josephine's a while ago, a couple of months ago, probably
- 1:34:53Speaker 5: maybe a year ago, I don't know. We were Josephine
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: and he was like, yo, I made twenty thousand off
- 1:34:57Speaker 5: of remember that?
- 1:34:58Speaker 7: Yeah? Yeah.
- 1:34:59Speaker 5: So and then I had a conversation with him after
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: that later on, so I'm like, you know, tell me,
- 1:35:03Speaker 5: like what are you talking about. He's like, nah, he
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: had a play because he goes in like all these
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: different groups online and I don't know if he's in
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: your discord or something where he was like, now I'm
- 1:35:12Speaker 5: telling you like it's official, like you know, he putting
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: the plays out.
- 1:35:15Speaker 7: He's like, I made twenty k over it. Da da da.
- 1:35:16Speaker 5: I'm like, all right, So whenever I see firsthand, especially
- 1:35:19Speaker 5: somebody that I know, and like I said, that was
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: just crazy because it was like two o'clock in the
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: morning and you know, we out we drinking da da
- 1:35:26Speaker 5: da da, and he was like yo, So it was
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: like divine timing because I saw it.
- 1:35:30Speaker 7: I pay attention to everything, so I saw it happen.
- 1:35:32Speaker 7: So I'm like, all right, that's crazy.
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: Something I spoke to him, and he even confirmed it
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: even more so I feel like that's always the best
- 1:35:40Speaker 5: marketing is the results of your students or the results
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: of people that actually have taken the information. That's one
- 1:35:47Speaker 5: of the reasons why we've grown so fast is because
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: people brag about it, like I did this, I did
- 1:35:51Speaker 5: and then it's like, you know, if your friend's telling
- 1:35:53Speaker 5: you this is happening, you're gonna trust your friend. You're
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: gonna trust your family member, especially if they can show
- 1:35:58Speaker 5: you like I'm just.
- 1:35:59Speaker 6: Gonna keep watching them do it.
- 1:36:00Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:36:01Speaker 6: Yeah, So y'all got the the eighties and down to
- 1:36:05Speaker 6: the to.
- 1:36:06Speaker 2: The like anybody was born in the eighties, seventies, sixties, fifty,
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: y'all got that to the damn pack. Then y'all got
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: the nineties because y'all letting young influencers do their thing,
- 1:36:15Speaker 2: like y'all really attacked the whole demographic. And y'all still
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: trying to expand to even the kids. I see, I
- 1:36:20Speaker 2: see y'all got that uh in the works. I know
- 1:36:23Speaker 2: y'all still brewing all ideas. I know, I was just
- 1:36:25Speaker 2: talking about saying, yeah, yeah, I can. I just I
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: watch and I peep. So I see y'all trying to
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: attack every single demographic you feel.
- 1:36:34Speaker 5: It's important, man, So yeah, so, like I always tell people,
- 1:36:37Speaker 5: you have to invest in your education. If you want
- 1:36:39Speaker 5: to take it serious, you don't have to invest. If
- 1:36:40Speaker 5: you don't want to take it serious, you could be
- 1:36:42Speaker 5: a passive investor and you know, put money into vo
- 1:36:45Speaker 5: old Apple microsot long term and that's perfectly fine. But
- 1:36:48Speaker 5: you know, especially when you're day trading or scalping, it's
- 1:36:51Speaker 5: not something that play around with like this is this
- 1:36:53Speaker 5: It's like it's like going back to the military. It's
- 1:36:56Speaker 5: like having a gun, Like you don't play around with
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: a gun. Like it's just don't just don't have the
- 1:37:01Speaker 5: weapon at home. If you have the weapon, you should
- 1:37:04Speaker 5: be trained on how to use it.
- 1:37:05Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:37:06Speaker 5: So it's like, this is something that's very very violatile, risky,
- 1:37:10Speaker 5: but you can also leverage and make money off of it.
- 1:37:13Speaker 5: And a lot of time people are they're into it,
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: but they're not fully into it because they have an
- 1:37:17Speaker 5: invested in their education. So I say that to say,
- 1:37:19Speaker 5: I know you have a mentorship program, and I believe
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: the mentorship is correct me if I'm wrong. It's it's
- 1:37:27Speaker 5: forty five days of questioning answers, right where you connect
- 1:37:31Speaker 5: with people for forty five days and then it's one
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: year of three times a week with live trading to
- 1:37:38Speaker 5: watch you to watch you trade for three times a
- 1:37:42Speaker 5: week for one year, and then you do question and
- 1:37:44Speaker 5: answer the webinar.
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:37:45Speaker 5: So it's like an it's like an intense especially like
- 1:37:47Speaker 5: the forty five, it's like an intense boot camp pretty
- 1:37:49Speaker 5: much for lack of well staying in line with the military.
- 1:37:52Speaker 5: It's like an intense best way to get you up
- 1:37:55Speaker 5: and running in a relatively short period of time where
- 1:37:59Speaker 5: you can be you know, an efficient trader, right, correct.
- 1:38:05Speaker 5: So I would highly recommend if you're interested in day
- 1:38:09Speaker 5: trading to do it because, like I said, if not,
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: you're probably gonna hurt yourself. So and anybody that comes
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: on that has an educational program, you know, we always
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: ask if they could have a discount for the earners,
- 1:38:21Speaker 5: and everybody usually obliges, and you obliged as well, So
- 1:38:25Speaker 5: thank you for that. So what we're going to do
- 1:38:26Speaker 5: is we're going to take a thousand dollars off of
- 1:38:29Speaker 5: the mentorship. And that's only on a website is honey
- 1:38:33Speaker 5: Drip e y L dot com, because that's your that's
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: your thing, honey Drip, right, So we're gonna do honey
- 1:38:39Speaker 5: drip eyl dot com. If you go there just for
- 1:38:41Speaker 5: that site, you get a thousand dollars off of the mentorship.
- 1:38:44Speaker 5: And yeah, it's for people that you know, really want
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: to take trading serious and take the craft serious and
- 1:38:50Speaker 5: take their you know, take their life to the next
- 1:38:52Speaker 5: level in the form of trading and making money through that.
- 1:38:55Speaker 5: So highly suggest if you're interested in it to you know,
- 1:38:58Speaker 5: at least look into it. Honey trip eyol dot com.
- 1:39:01Speaker 5: And like I said, I know from first hind experience
- 1:39:03Speaker 5: that you made at least one of our friends some money.
- 1:39:06Speaker 7: And he was very enthusiastic about.
- 1:39:08Speaker 4: If there's nothing like watching somebody actually doing it. Number One,
- 1:39:11Speaker 4: you're gonna learn from the experience that you're getting watching
- 1:39:13Speaker 4: you go through it, and then you're gonna try to
- 1:39:15Speaker 4: replicate it on your own. Maybe you just you know,
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: you do your own paper trades. And it's like, all right,
- 1:39:20Speaker 4: I've watched him long enough then I'm comfortable to do it.
- 1:39:22Speaker 4: So that forty five days is like that's an eternity
- 1:39:25Speaker 4: exactly right. One day, Mike, like is enough, right, but
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: like forty five days, that's really intense.
- 1:39:29Speaker 2: That's why I like I put it at a high
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: price and make sure that you can get what you
- 1:39:33Speaker 2: want out of it, because not only that, you're gonna
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: be live traded on me for a year, so you're
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: gonna be seeing me do it. I want to make
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: sure you get it, don't. I don't want to just
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: give you something and make money. Like, I really care
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: about my results because, like you said, results and your
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: testimonials are important.
- 1:39:50Speaker 6: I so many of them, it's ridiculous.
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: But at the same time, like I said, like I'm
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: just here to shorten the learning curve, you know what
- 1:39:59Speaker 2: I'm saying, Like people pay for speed and you know,
- 1:40:03Speaker 2: and also the reneo to reiterail on that night, I'm
- 1:40:06Speaker 2: going bot that.
- 1:40:07Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm going there. Hey, we gotta talk about that
- 1:40:11Speaker 7: before we wrap. We going there? Yeah for sure.
- 1:40:17Speaker 5: So what's what's next for you? What's what's what's on
- 1:40:20Speaker 5: your vision board for the next five ten years?
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: My vision board for the next five ten years is
- 1:40:25Speaker 2: to expand honey Drill network.
- 1:40:28Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: To literally, you know, not only expand the content, you know,
- 1:40:35Speaker 2: creative content, you know, keep doing that, just expanding my
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: streams of income and diversifying part diversifying my portfolio, real estate, stocks,
- 1:40:50Speaker 2: YouTube income, whatever I can do to keep diversifying and
- 1:40:54Speaker 2: bringing in cash flow because cash flow is important. A
- 1:40:57Speaker 2: lot of businesses fail because they don't have a machine
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: powering them, right, So I just want to keep my
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: machine power that cash coming in so I can make
- 1:41:06Speaker 2: other ideas happen. And you know what I'm saying, I
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: can leverage other people's money and pay them back with
- 1:41:11Speaker 2: my cash flow money. You get what I'm saying. So
- 1:41:14Speaker 2: that's just the next move is keep expanding my content
- 1:41:19Speaker 2: and just growing my empire, just like you guys doing.
- 1:41:22Speaker 2: Y'all set the example, believe it or not. Like I know,
- 1:41:25Speaker 2: y'all know that. But like even with people like me,
- 1:41:27Speaker 2: I have a great influence, But you guys are the
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: people I watch every single day because you get what
- 1:41:35Speaker 2: I'm saying. Like the reason why is because you guys
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: keep going and you guys on the same mission I'm on.
- 1:41:41Speaker 2: You get know what I'm saying. So it's y'all too.
- 1:41:44Speaker 2: In my opinion, who give me the most inspiration. It
- 1:41:47Speaker 2: ain't Steve Harvey, it ain't none of these people. It's
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: really Eya who really inspired me on entrepreneurship and content
- 1:41:54Speaker 2: in my space's y'all too.
- 1:41:57Speaker 6: I look up to the most appreciate that bro than love.
- 1:42:00Speaker 5: And yeah, we definitely had a legendary night in Josephine.
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: Let's talk about the bar was brought out and you
- 1:42:05Speaker 5: definitely you set the tone for that. Wait, the rumors
- 1:42:07Speaker 5: are true.
- 1:42:09Speaker 7: Yeah, some rooms, this rumor is true. By the time.
- 1:42:14Speaker 4: The Bottle Wars was starting, Aristotle, you actually started the
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: bottle Wars. It was a domino effect. You want what
- 1:42:20Speaker 4: I mean? I guess the inspiration was like, yo, let
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: me just show these guys some love. And then it
- 1:42:24Speaker 4: turned into a whole situation.
- 1:42:27Speaker 7: You know what's crazy, fifty bottles of boards something.
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: Y'all want me to get you out of the truth
- 1:42:31Speaker 2: ahead And I feel like I feel like I said,
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: I told him, I said, one day it's either gonna
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: be on like a documentary or something.
- 1:42:37Speaker 6: Because because it started, I started a trend.
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: Loky, every time somebody come to Josephine Bottle, whoever Josephine
- 1:42:44Speaker 2: owner is, you owe me one.
- 1:42:46Speaker 7: I don't need to pay ever again to get in
- 1:42:48Speaker 7: that club. A fact worked out. Yeah, yeah, definitely started Yeah, yeah,
- 1:42:51Speaker 7: for sure. Fact.
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: So it's crazy because I looked at my boy, Jeff,
- 1:42:56Speaker 2: my boy. I said, Jeff, I'm about to show some love.
- 1:43:00Speaker 2: I was drunking, hiding.
- 1:43:04Speaker 7: I said, see what I said, But I said, they're
- 1:43:07Speaker 7: in my city.
- 1:43:08Speaker 6: I want to show love.
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: If don't nobody know where Aristotle is tonight, everybody gonna
- 1:43:13Speaker 2: know where.
- 1:43:15Speaker 7: And then I'm like, hey, shorty, come over here, I said,
- 1:43:19Speaker 7: she said.
- 1:43:19Speaker 2: She said at that time, it's crazy because she was
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: like seventy five hundred seventy what I paid for him.
- 1:43:25Speaker 2: I'm like, cool, getting hit a business car. I'm like,
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: it's a business. Write this off in the first place.
- 1:43:30Speaker 2: The bottles go off, I'm like, make sure you're telling
- 1:43:32Speaker 2: them to say my name right too. And then I
- 1:43:35Speaker 2: didn't even know it made that much of an impact
- 1:43:39Speaker 2: until wall Street did it.
- 1:43:42Speaker 7: He was like, I couldn't let you do that to me.
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: I didn't even see it that way. Saw it is
- 1:43:49Speaker 7: just u.
- 1:43:51Speaker 2: Loving gesture of you know what I'm saying, Like, that's
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: if I'm in New York. For sure, I'm throwing a
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: big event and you're like, hey, welcome, welcome to my
- 1:43:59Speaker 2: city type thing. So that's what it was about. But
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: then it turned into you know what I'm saying, not
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: a piston contest. Fun a fun contest, you feel me
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: like like something. But the thing I liked was the
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: energy after everybody after we bought out all the bottles,
- 1:44:13Speaker 2: Like you know how those those moments that you can't recreate.
- 1:44:17Speaker 2: That was one of those moments. It was so organic,
- 1:44:20Speaker 2: it wasn't playing. Can't recreate it. And everybody had a
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: good time and toil the point when they had to
- 1:44:25Speaker 2: kick us out.
- 1:44:26Speaker 7: Now they said, yeah, shout out to my man, mixed
- 1:44:28Speaker 7: Master David, he's the DJ. And Josephine.
- 1:44:30Speaker 5: He told me like that was top three Atlanta moments. Ever, Yes,
- 1:44:35Speaker 5: that's something with meeting him, like, because it was legendary
- 1:44:37Speaker 5: situation because it was like Rose. I believe it was Rose.
- 1:44:41Speaker 5: You brought everybody in every table Rose, and then Trap
- 1:44:46Speaker 5: did it. And then so I looked at Mike, I'm
- 1:44:48Speaker 5: like do it.
- 1:44:50Speaker 7: I'm like it. So then we did it. So then
- 1:44:53Speaker 7: him a hundred tried to do it. But then, like
- 1:44:55Speaker 7: I said, by the time there was no more add
- 1:44:57Speaker 7: that up.
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: I made people spend seven thousand, so I got these
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: folks twenty one rex under an hour.
- 1:45:05Speaker 7: I better not ever have to pay for another Josephine visas.
- 1:45:08Speaker 7: That's a fact. They ran out of every bottle they
- 1:45:10Speaker 7: had to come up with, Like they weren't.
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: They weren't planning for that. Now they playing for that.
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: You you don't plan that all your bottle's gonna be
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: bought at night? No, I aren't planning for that.
- 1:45:21Speaker 4: I'm just walking out bottles, just sitting there like, yeah,
- 1:45:25Speaker 4: we gotta grab one at least.
- 1:45:27Speaker 2: I felt like some paid in full vibe. That was
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: definitely it was one of those moments. I lived for
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: those moments. I ain't gonna lie to you. I live
- 1:45:35Speaker 2: for organic, not playing spontaneous good times and you know,
- 1:45:41Speaker 2: me being in my space being the youngest millionaire, like
- 1:45:45Speaker 2: I feel like I can go just how y'all feel.
- 1:45:47Speaker 2: I feel I can go dollar for dollar, influence, influence
- 1:45:50Speaker 2: and money for money.
- 1:45:51Speaker 6: You feel me.
- 1:45:52Speaker 2: So it's like I, like I said, I look up
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: to y'all in this space, but I also feel like, hey,
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: what they're doing isn't less attainable to me.
- 1:46:01Speaker 6: They're inspiring me to do it too.
- 1:46:03Speaker 2: But not only that, it's not a competition, it's more
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: so because when we're working together, you get know what
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: I'm saying, So that too, everything don't have to be
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: a comp collaboration of a competition. You feel me and
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: even me learning that too. Everybody has to learn that.
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure you guys deal with that on a
- 1:46:20Speaker 2: daily basis, and then you guys probably deal with learning
- 1:46:23Speaker 2: when to you know, like I do want to talk
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: about this too, like that people don't talk about when
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: it's time to run a business, how to navigate as
- 1:46:34Speaker 2: a leader in that business and in that space, and
- 1:46:37Speaker 2: how to talk to your employees, how to build and
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: how to not miss mixed business and pleasure cause they
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: say that don't miss?
- 1:46:44Speaker 7: Is that true dangerous combination? Asks Mike Glory. I mean,
- 1:46:51Speaker 7: I feel like, you know, it's one of these things
- 1:46:53Speaker 7: because it's like we all grew up together.
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: Meet Troy, even if do like he's younger than us,
- 1:46:56Speaker 5: be from our neighborhood, and so you know, working with
- 1:46:59Speaker 5: your friend, it's gonna have a spillover you're don't go out.
- 1:47:03Speaker 5: But it's like sometimes it's always beneficial, but sometimes it
- 1:47:08Speaker 5: could be a little harmful because it's not the same relationships.
- 1:47:13Speaker 5: Like if you're my best friend, you might take things
- 1:47:16Speaker 5: for granted. It's not like if you just if I'm
- 1:47:18Speaker 5: just your boss, it's different. You're not going to talk
- 1:47:21Speaker 5: to your boss anyway. You're not going to give it like.
- 1:47:24Speaker 5: But it's like if we friends, you might have some
- 1:47:27Speaker 5: level of expectations or you might have something with because
- 1:47:31Speaker 5: you don't really psychologically you're still looking at it like
- 1:47:34Speaker 5: it's more of a friendship than a business relationship exactly.
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: So I can take time off that I usually wouldn't
- 1:47:39Speaker 2: take if I was working for this man because I
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: come from the military, so I have a no excuse policy.
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: You you know what I'm saying. When I run the business,
- 1:47:47Speaker 2: there's no excuses. We show up every day on time,
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: no matter what. You get what I'm saying. So a
- 1:47:52Speaker 2: lot of people aren't used to that structure of there's
- 1:47:55Speaker 2: no excuses, we gotta be here on time.
- 1:47:57Speaker 6: But see, the thing that helped me.
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: Was Jeff was all so in the military, same principles,
- 1:48:02Speaker 2: so he understands. So it's not hard if the if
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: men understand, but like you said, if they don't have
- 1:48:09Speaker 2: that level understanding, it's very very hard, you know what
- 1:48:12Speaker 2: I'm saying. I teach that too, as far as with
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: social media and that too, how to manage our business,
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: how to navigate people, because some people can fail because
- 1:48:21Speaker 2: they don't know how to navigate people, they're how to
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: communicate their differences, you know what I'm saying, And running
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: a business is just as hard as as the content
- 1:48:30Speaker 2: and doing stuff itself sometimes, you know what I'm saying,
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: especially when you know there's drama in any business when
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: the drama happens, Now, how do we navigate this as men?
- 1:48:40Speaker 2: How do we forgive each other for what was said
- 1:48:42Speaker 2: all that? You know what I'm saying, Like, it's a
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: lot that goes with that.
- 1:48:45Speaker 7: But you know, I'm learning.
- 1:48:47Speaker 4: It's a learning process on both sides, right, Like I
- 1:48:50Speaker 4: think the word really was like entitlement, Right, there's certain
- 1:48:53Speaker 4: levels of entitlement that people will look at you because
- 1:48:56Speaker 4: of the relationship right where they wouldn't look at it
- 1:48:59Speaker 4: as if like I was of balls and you were
- 1:49:00Speaker 4: the employee. But since we're peers first, what we are peers? Right,
- 1:49:04Speaker 4: It's like, all right, well I could do that, I
- 1:49:07Speaker 4: should be expected that I should be here. From a
- 1:49:09Speaker 4: business side, It's like, why does it make sense?
- 1:49:11Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure y'all get this a lot because I'll
- 1:49:13Speaker 2: be seeing it with everybody. Like the fans think they
- 1:49:17Speaker 2: know y'all. You you know what I'm saying, Like, oh, y'all,
- 1:49:20Speaker 2: don't switch stuff now, y'all go now, y'all going athletes
- 1:49:23Speaker 2: and celebrities. I'm like, y'all don't know them, and you can't.
- 1:49:27Speaker 2: How can you dictate where a person is going?
- 1:49:30Speaker 7: That's a fact. I mean, you get what I'm saying.
- 1:49:31Speaker 7: I just spoke about that.
- 1:49:32Speaker 5: We had a we met a b sho out to
- 1:49:34Speaker 5: a bah and we was dancing with ab ad you know,
- 1:49:36Speaker 5: a vibe and that yeah, people was people was disappointed.
- 1:49:40Speaker 7: Oh this is yo, Like you can grow.
- 1:49:45Speaker 5: Yeah, And it's like that, like they put expectations on
- 1:49:48Speaker 5: you that might not even be who you are or
- 1:49:50Speaker 5: that you put on yourself.
- 1:49:52Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:49:53Speaker 5: So it's like it's a weird I throw you in
- 1:49:54Speaker 5: a box if you allow them, we don't have fun.
- 1:49:58Speaker 7: That's the point. You cannot out. You got to do
- 1:50:01Speaker 7: things sometimes on purpose.
- 1:50:04Speaker 6: You see.
- 1:50:04Speaker 2: That's why I do what I do because I don't
- 1:50:06Speaker 2: want you to throw me in the body. I want
- 1:50:07Speaker 2: you to understand that whatever I do, I'm gonna do
- 1:50:09Speaker 2: it and I don't care what your opinion is. And
- 1:50:11Speaker 2: once you build that respect, it takes a long time.
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: To do it, and it's gonna take some battling, you
- 1:50:18Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, Like like, I'm pretty sure when
- 1:50:20Speaker 2: y'all had that shift of Okay, we're gonna start including
- 1:50:23Speaker 2: rappers and this and that, now you're battling with Okay,
- 1:50:25Speaker 2: my core, my core fan base came from this, but
- 1:50:29Speaker 2: now trying to grow as a brand and shift.
- 1:50:31Speaker 6: And you shouldn't feel guilty for it's just they're going.
- 1:50:34Speaker 2: To have to the people who don't like it, they're
- 1:50:36Speaker 2: either gonna leave, but more most of the time they
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: gonna stay and they gonna adapt.
- 1:50:40Speaker 6: You gotta say no matter what.
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: So I'll tell that people too as far as your content,
- 1:50:44Speaker 2: if you want to make that shift, make that shift,
- 1:50:47Speaker 2: you get what I'm saying.
- 1:50:48Speaker 7: If it's what's the least that can happen.
- 1:50:50Speaker 5: It's like it's like people, there's people that was rocking
- 1:50:53Speaker 5: with a little baby at the beginning ginning stage exactly,
- 1:50:56Speaker 5: and then like when he does songs with Kurt Frank
- 1:50:58Speaker 5: when Hew it's like, oh you can you want commercial?
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: You mainstream? It's like that I'm expanding. I'm growing as
- 1:51:03Speaker 5: an artist. I can't just be a trap musician for
- 1:51:06Speaker 5: my whole entire career. That's not growth, Like you know
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: what I'm saying. So I feel like everybody goes through
- 1:51:10Speaker 5: that and it's part of the game. But you definitely
- 1:51:14Speaker 5: got to have thick skin because people will turn on
- 1:51:17Speaker 5: you quickly.
- 1:51:17Speaker 7: And I mean, you used baby.
- 1:51:20Speaker 4: I wasn't even thinking Drake Like It's like when he
- 1:51:22Speaker 4: puts out uh certified lover boy, but then he puts
- 1:51:25Speaker 4: out honestly never mind, it's like, Yo, what is this?
- 1:51:27Speaker 4: Like the core fends like, Yo, can we just get
- 1:51:29Speaker 4: the rap album? But it's like, nah, the title is
- 1:51:32Speaker 4: very fitting. Honestly, you're not gonna get it anyway. Honestly,
- 1:51:34Speaker 4: never mind.
- 1:51:35Speaker 7: I'm doing this.
- 1:51:36Speaker 4: I'm shifting the music. I'm shifting the way people should
- 1:51:38Speaker 4: listen to music. This is gonna be the new sound.
- 1:51:40Speaker 4: So it's like again, I don't care like I'm putting
- 1:51:42Speaker 4: out my masterpiece.
- 1:51:43Speaker 7: This is my work. You can enjoy that, Jalizia, you
- 1:51:45Speaker 7: cannot enjoy it.
- 1:51:46Speaker 6: Guess what.
- 1:51:47Speaker 4: I'm still put it out and guess what they're still
- 1:51:49Speaker 4: gonna still gonna play Guess what Fogo see.
- 1:51:51Speaker 2: When you have events like invest Fest, when you got
- 1:51:54Speaker 2: events like when y'all the one y'all did in Houston too,
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: all those type of events. No matter what, fomo can
- 1:52:02Speaker 2: make even a person wh dislike you like you. No
- 1:52:05Speaker 2: one likes to be left out, So you got you.
- 1:52:07Speaker 2: You have to build a sense of fomo in your
- 1:52:09Speaker 2: business of making people feel left out. You know what
- 1:52:13Speaker 2: I'm saying. It's a certain language that you got to speak,
- 1:52:16Speaker 2: a certain certain moves you gotta make, like that investments
- 1:52:19Speaker 2: is a power move. People have fomo now now, Like,
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: no matter what you've done, did it twice? You don't
- 1:52:24Speaker 2: rock the show twice now, No matter what, people don't
- 1:52:26Speaker 2: want to miss out.
- 1:52:27Speaker 6: That's what it's about.
- 1:52:28Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:52:28Speaker 6: It's straight fomo.
- 1:52:29Speaker 2: So now your tickets are gonna sell off fomo next time,
- 1:52:33Speaker 2: straight up.
- 1:52:33Speaker 6: I don't want to miss this.
- 1:52:34Speaker 7: Listen to this smart young man. To this man man,
- 1:52:38Speaker 7: you feel me.
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: I understand what's going on, cause, like I said, these
- 1:52:41Speaker 2: are people I'm telling you like I personally don't. Okay,
- 1:52:48Speaker 2: I'm looking at y'all every day because I understand that. Okay,
- 1:52:51Speaker 2: they're going where I want to go, and they're marketing
- 1:52:54Speaker 2: how I want to market. They're doing things like like that.
- 1:52:56Speaker 2: So I like to only feed into the things that
- 1:53:00Speaker 2: are positive to me. I don't watch TV, I don't
- 1:53:03Speaker 2: play video games, I don't do none of that. I'm
- 1:53:06Speaker 2: making content and I'm writing down ideas, trading, doing business.
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: I'm in full blown CEO mode, just like y'all are.
- 1:53:13Speaker 2: And it took I ain't gonna lie. It took some
- 1:53:15Speaker 2: time because I got in young. So now I have
- 1:53:19Speaker 2: finally developed a sense of maturity of Okay, now this
- 1:53:22Speaker 2: is me, this is my identity. I'm a content creator, influencer, entrepreneur.
- 1:53:27Speaker 7: You feel me.
- 1:53:28Speaker 2: So just learning all the different strategy psychology is very important.
- 1:53:34Speaker 2: I read a lot of psychology books too, understanding how
- 1:53:37Speaker 2: to build mass movements.
- 1:53:38Speaker 7: I actually read books on that.
- 1:53:39Speaker 5: What some of your favorite book Russell Bronson Expert Secrets,
- 1:53:45Speaker 5: Expert Secrets.
- 1:53:46Speaker 2: Yeah, like building a mass movement is one of the
- 1:53:50Speaker 2: most vital things I ever learned, is how to anything?
- 1:53:58Speaker 2: Even the book Contagious. You get what I'm saying.
- 1:54:01Speaker 7: I read that book.
- 1:54:02Speaker 2: Human psychology is even the stock market, everything is human psychology,
- 1:54:06Speaker 2: balancing emotion. In fact, candlesticks were made from a Japanese
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: guy trading rice. He was using Okay, when how at
- 1:54:16Speaker 2: this time, when were people buying the rice?
- 1:54:18Speaker 6: At this time.
- 1:54:19Speaker 2: So he's so he literally marketing his rice based on psychology,
- 1:54:25Speaker 2: you know what.
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: And so everything is related to each other. So like
- 1:54:29Speaker 5: the tulip crisis, you've heard about that, nah, So it
- 1:54:33Speaker 5: was the thing. I think it was like the eighteen
- 1:54:34Speaker 5: hundreds where tulip buds went like a thousand times more
- 1:54:38Speaker 5: than they were supposed to and then they crashed. So
- 1:54:41Speaker 5: they still use that now for like bitcoin, anytime something
- 1:54:44Speaker 5: goes up crazy, they always bring back.
- 1:54:46Speaker 7: The tulip bud. I did hear about that, But I
- 1:54:49Speaker 7: feel like even.
- 1:54:51Speaker 5: In our space, as far as I was just telling
- 1:54:52Speaker 5: him five hundred this like social media influencers like the
- 1:54:56Speaker 5: one thing that the dot com bust, NFTs crypto, they
- 1:55:02Speaker 5: all have a common exactly, And I feel like even
- 1:55:06Speaker 5: in our space with influencers, during the pandemic was the peak. Yes,
- 1:55:12Speaker 5: anybody had any information, any course through a dark It
- 1:55:15Speaker 5: could be anything, how to make tricycles and people because
- 1:55:18Speaker 5: it was just nothing to do.
- 1:55:20Speaker 7: It was a new way to get information and people.
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: But what's happening now is that now it's starting to
- 1:55:26Speaker 5: its coming down and a lot of people stopped putting
- 1:55:28Speaker 5: out content.
- 1:55:29Speaker 7: A lot of people, how to navigate. They just disappear.
- 1:55:32Speaker 5: But the thing about it is that in all of
- 1:55:34Speaker 5: those those dclines, NFTs are still here, like Crypto's still here,
- 1:55:40Speaker 5: the dot COM's are still here. It's just that most
- 1:55:42Speaker 5: of them disappeared, but the strong ones stayed. And now
- 1:55:46Speaker 5: that makes you an authority in the space if you
- 1:55:48Speaker 5: can survive that. So I feel like the influencer our
- 1:55:51Speaker 5: market is the same thing. Like a lot of influences going,
- 1:55:53Speaker 5: you know, but the ones that stay, they're still going
- 1:55:56Speaker 5: to be education. There's still gonna be influencers in the space.
- 1:56:00Speaker 5: With the ones that actually stayed, now they become authorities
- 1:56:02Speaker 5: because there's less people doing it.
- 1:56:05Speaker 4: That's a crazy analogy that you just really just went
- 1:56:07Speaker 4: crazy because because I was just watching Shan and shout
- 1:56:10Speaker 4: to Dave Shans. He was he had MG on it
- 1:56:12Speaker 4: and he was like, i'ma be honest with y'all. Just
- 1:56:15Speaker 4: like bitcoin. He was like, if bigcoin's doing well, I
- 1:56:19Speaker 4: know the whole space is doing well. So if you
- 1:56:21Speaker 4: else doing well, I know this whole space is going.
- 1:56:24Speaker 4: I'm trying to say too, It's like we can have
- 1:56:25Speaker 4: ethereums and we can have eighty eight, but as long
- 1:56:27Speaker 4: as the bigcoin. It hasn't died and it's not going
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: to So as long as y'all are doing well, I
- 1:56:33Speaker 4: know that the space is going through. When I was like,
- 1:56:35Speaker 4: then there's a lot of pressure, but that's a lot
- 1:56:37Speaker 4: of praise. That's a lot of praise too, I was like, Damn,
- 1:56:40Speaker 4: that's pretty hard real.
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: Because it's like, okay, let's just say y'all quit now. Okay,
- 1:56:47Speaker 2: somebody has to fill this void, right. You know what
- 1:56:50Speaker 2: I'm saying here, it's a wide open void. So you know,
- 1:56:54Speaker 2: that's honestly a hard ass analogy, like for real, like,
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: but it's crazy because David Shan's was the one who
- 1:56:59Speaker 2: I was thinking of right before you said that. He
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: was the one who said, literally during COVID, he said,
- 1:57:05Speaker 2: this is going to crash. He said, the reason why
- 1:57:08Speaker 2: we're making money is because and I remember we was
- 1:57:12Speaker 2: on the.
- 1:57:15Speaker 7: Like a zoom call, not zoom but Clubhouse.
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: We was on Clubhouse, right, He said, all you influence
- 1:57:21Speaker 2: bragging right now, but how much money are you making?
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: I'm telling you come in to you when this pandemic
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: is over, You're gonna be sorry. He was like, because
- 1:57:28Speaker 2: everybody's at home, everybody.
- 1:57:30Speaker 5: Was that and I was like, but it's the same
- 1:57:32Speaker 5: if you study market cycles, the same thing. When things
- 1:57:34Speaker 5: start not to make sense, that's when the end is
- 1:57:37Speaker 5: almost there. So like when you go on CNBC and
- 1:57:40Speaker 5: everybody's told about investing this stock and da da da,
- 1:57:42Speaker 5: that's when you like warrant buffery, that's when you shouldet scared.
- 1:57:45Speaker 7: But so when I go when I stopped going on Clubhouse.
- 1:57:49Speaker 5: Because I've seen all these influences with their profiles, is
- 1:57:52Speaker 5: how much money they made and they was bragging about
- 1:57:54Speaker 5: that and they were showing their receipts, and I'm like,
- 1:57:56Speaker 5: this is weird. Yeah, this is weird, Like you know
- 1:57:58Speaker 5: what I'm saying, because it's not like I don't feel
- 1:58:00Speaker 5: like you're trying to help people, You're just bragging, you
- 1:58:03Speaker 5: showing your trying to build a name.
- 1:58:05Speaker 7: That's when I said, Okay, this is going to come down.
- 1:58:08Speaker 5: But like I said, the space is still here, but
- 1:58:11Speaker 5: all of that is not really you look on Instagram
- 1:58:13Speaker 5: right now, it's not the same as it was during COVID,
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: Like you know what I'm saying. So it's a correction.
- 1:58:18Speaker 5: We're in a correction. Were in the market, We're in
- 1:58:20Speaker 5: a correctional period. And I told people like, if you
- 1:58:22Speaker 5: have anything, you probably took a hit. But the strong survived.
- 1:58:27Speaker 5: The strong survived.
- 1:58:28Speaker 2: So there are some strong people like you know, we
- 1:58:30Speaker 2: just named them, you guys, him five hundred Wall Street, Trapper,
- 1:58:34Speaker 2: Me nineteen Keys, Mister Tuie South and them, the circle
- 1:58:38Speaker 2: of CEOs, people who have established branded names and actually
- 1:58:44Speaker 2: made moves during that time period. You get what I'm saying,
- 1:58:47Speaker 2: made traction. I was doing tours during that time period.
- 1:58:49Speaker 2: I was an influencer since twenty eighteen, though I already
- 1:58:53Speaker 2: had two years of experience of making content, of building
- 1:58:55Speaker 2: a routine of posting every day. I've been doing that
- 1:58:58Speaker 2: since twenty eighteen, you know what I'm saying, So it
- 1:59:01Speaker 2: was easy for me to keep going.
- 1:59:03Speaker 6: But also creativity.
- 1:59:05Speaker 2: You guys understand that no one is going to our strategize,
- 1:59:08Speaker 2: and I thank y'all. And you got to have that confidence,
- 1:59:11Speaker 2: and I have that same confidence in my brand of
- 1:59:13Speaker 2: I'm not going to be our strategized or our thought
- 1:59:16Speaker 2: at any point in this you know what I'm saying.
- 1:59:19Speaker 2: Or outworked, you get what I mean, right, yeah? Or
- 1:59:22Speaker 2: out That's really what it's about. Execution is key in
- 1:59:25Speaker 2: consistency assistance so you come from that military. Like me,
- 1:59:29Speaker 2: I played sports. I always use a sports anology.
- 1:59:30Speaker 5: But you're coming up like you don't understand the discipline
- 1:59:33Speaker 5: and you understand of doing things every single day, that regiment,
- 1:59:37Speaker 5: that's what most people don't have exactly. So it's like
- 1:59:40Speaker 5: it's one thing to do something for a week or
- 1:59:43Speaker 5: for a month, but to do something for six years,
- 1:59:47Speaker 5: every single day for six years, that's what most people
- 1:59:50Speaker 5: are not going.
- 1:59:50Speaker 7: To do it.
- 1:59:51Speaker 2: And we built, we built addictions to this. We don't
- 1:59:54Speaker 2: realize it, but we're addicted to this. It's a drug
- 1:59:57Speaker 2: to us. If we don't do this, we're going to
- 1:59:59Speaker 2: feel some time type of way. We're going to feel
- 2:00:01Speaker 2: sick if we take a week off.
- 2:00:03Speaker 6: That's it.
- 2:00:03Speaker 4: People don't understand that. They look at us like, yo,
- 2:00:05Speaker 4: how do y'all do it? Like you said, like yo,
- 2:00:07Speaker 4: y'all was in there late the other day. I said
- 2:00:08Speaker 4: it was like we refuse to be our work, but
- 2:00:11Speaker 4: we know like the mission, like we can't stop. How
- 2:00:14Speaker 4: do y'all explain that to kids and family? Like, because
- 2:00:17Speaker 4: even me, I have to be like hey, if you
- 2:00:20Speaker 4: don't mind me asking, like, how do you explain that?
- 2:00:22Speaker 2: Like, hey, baby, we got to hit this role in
- 2:00:24Speaker 2: order to make this vission go. And like, that's a conversation.
- 2:00:28Speaker 2: Remember Magic said that at the him five hundred, he said,
- 2:00:31Speaker 2: I had to have a conversation.
- 2:00:33Speaker 7: With my wife and say, hey, I need three years.
- 2:00:37Speaker 2: I understand, we we love it, we clean it, we
- 2:00:40Speaker 2: love this, but I need some time to go and
- 2:00:43Speaker 2: chase this so wet, so we don't have to spend
- 2:00:44Speaker 2: the next twenty doing this.
- 2:00:47Speaker 6: You get know what I'm saying.
- 2:00:47Speaker 4: It's vitally important, I think because my wife, I mean,
- 2:00:51Speaker 4: we've been together for so long, We've been married for
- 2:00:53Speaker 4: going on eleven years, and so everything I've ever tried
- 2:00:56Speaker 4: to do, she's always been supportives, and so this is
- 2:00:59Speaker 4: just the next thing that she was like, all right,
- 2:01:00Speaker 4: I'm gonna be supportive. The travel part was like all right,
- 2:01:02Speaker 4: this is going to be tricky. And that's part of
- 2:01:04Speaker 4: the reason I was like I can't teach anymore, just
- 2:01:06Speaker 4: because I couldn't give my all to teaching. It was
- 2:01:09Speaker 4: like I can't, I can't be here seventy five percent.
- 2:01:11Speaker 4: I got to be one hundred percent at all times.
- 2:01:13Speaker 4: And so obviously Earier Legier had pulled on me. But
- 2:01:15Speaker 4: it was like the conversation. It was like, more importantly,
- 2:01:17Speaker 4: was my kids right? They used to Daddy being there
- 2:01:20Speaker 4: all the time, and it was like, all right, let's
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: just have a conversation together so they can understand what's happening.
- 2:01:24Speaker 4: And once they understood why we had to move, and
- 2:01:26Speaker 4: how great because they're watching it when we're shooting episodes.
- 2:01:29Speaker 4: We shooting that in my house, my kids have to
- 2:01:31Speaker 4: leave because I needed to be quiet. They understood it
- 2:01:34Speaker 4: from the beginning. They're like, wow, oh, daddy's Daddy's doing something.
- 2:01:37Speaker 4: Uncle Shad's doing something. So they kind of understood it
- 2:01:39Speaker 4: as it was happening, and as it scaled they understood
- 2:01:42Speaker 4: it more. And so now they choose, like if we
- 2:01:44Speaker 4: have a city that we got to go to, if
- 2:01:45Speaker 4: we go to la I'll give them a choice, like, hey, y'all,
- 2:01:47Speaker 4: y'all want to come here, We're going to Atlanta. Would
- 2:01:49Speaker 4: yall like to come We're going to Philly. And so
- 2:01:51Speaker 4: I let them choose what they want to be a
- 2:01:52Speaker 4: part of. The same thing with my wife. She chooses
- 2:01:55Speaker 4: what she wants to participate in, and she works with
- 2:01:57Speaker 4: us like she's part of the business as well, So
- 2:01:59Speaker 4: she's involved in it and so that helps too. But
- 2:02:01Speaker 4: having that conversation communication, I always say, that's the that's
- 2:02:04Speaker 4: the number on communication.
- 2:02:05Speaker 6: It's just the number one.
- 2:02:06Speaker 2: I definitely you know what I'm saying, Like, my kids
- 2:02:08Speaker 2: aren't old enough for me to have that conversation yet,
- 2:02:11Speaker 2: but as a I knew that, Hey, I got to
- 2:02:15Speaker 2: put in because my son isn't for yet. And I said,
- 2:02:17Speaker 2: by the time he played basketball or soccer, I want
- 2:02:20Speaker 2: to have made so much passive income because passive income
- 2:02:23Speaker 2: is the most important. That's what we should all be
- 2:02:25Speaker 2: trying to build that income. That because we're working, we're
- 2:02:29Speaker 2: actively working for what we got and we're actively building.
- 2:02:32Speaker 2: That's okay because Oprah actively still doing stuff, Tyler Perris
- 2:02:35Speaker 2: still actively So all this, I'm ana retire young.
- 2:02:38Speaker 6: There's no such things retiring.
- 2:02:40Speaker 2: Even if retired, don't retire, We technically retired, won't have
- 2:02:43Speaker 2: to work a day in our lives with the money
- 2:02:44Speaker 2: we just made.
- 2:02:45Speaker 6: But at the end of the day, what keeps us
- 2:02:47Speaker 6: going definitely more money, but.
- 2:02:52Speaker 7: I definitely more.
- 2:02:54Speaker 2: Definitely more money, but also like living in our purpose
- 2:02:58Speaker 2: keeps us going. I'm saying like, if y'all were to
- 2:03:02Speaker 2: quit right now, you would disappoint a lot of people,
- 2:03:04Speaker 2: and you would disappoint yourselves. You get what I'm saying.
- 2:03:07Speaker 2: So that also keeps us going too. I can't this
- 2:03:13Speaker 2: is my purpose. God called me to do this. Can't
- 2:03:15Speaker 2: stop and stop, won't stop and stop, won't stop. But see,
- 2:03:19Speaker 2: if you don't feel like it's show purpose, and you
- 2:03:20Speaker 2: feel like you're just trying to catch up to somebody
- 2:03:22Speaker 2: else and you living through somebody else, and you hating
- 2:03:25Speaker 2: and doing all that, then you might quit one day.
- 2:03:28Speaker 5: And that's the thing with a lot of you know,
- 2:03:29Speaker 5: people in our space and influences and this that you
- 2:03:32Speaker 5: can tell if it's not authentic, you can tell it's
- 2:03:35Speaker 5: just a hustle for the moment. Hustles for the moment
- 2:03:38Speaker 5: never lasts because it's not something that you really are
- 2:03:42Speaker 5: deep rooted in. You just see it as a quick opportunity.
- 2:03:46Speaker 5: And after a while, that's that's gonna burn out. You're
- 2:03:48Speaker 5: not going to have the discipline to continue to do
- 2:03:50Speaker 5: it when things aren't going as good as they were
- 2:03:53Speaker 5: going at one point.
- 2:03:54Speaker 2: If you showing the money you made from your customers,
- 2:03:57Speaker 2: I can't take you serious as a business person. Like
- 2:04:00Speaker 2: if you guys were to show hey, this is what
- 2:04:02Speaker 2: we made off investmentst You get what I'm saying, Like
- 2:04:04Speaker 2: that would be the dumbest business movie we can make.
- 2:04:06Speaker 7: It's weird, but people do that.
- 2:04:07Speaker 5: And like I said, when I was going on Clubhouse
- 2:04:09Speaker 5: and it was weird to me, it was a whole
- 2:04:11Speaker 5: thing that would you show your icon it? And I
- 2:04:13Speaker 5: didn't even know what do I have to ask my
- 2:04:14Speaker 5: like what is that is? Like that's how much money
- 2:04:16Speaker 5: get on stripe? And I'm like, okay, I mean I
- 2:04:19Speaker 5: guess if that's the route that you want to go,
- 2:04:20Speaker 5: But I don't ever foresee how that would be beneficial.
- 2:04:25Speaker 2: I don't know, showing no profit, why would you tell
- 2:04:29Speaker 2: your customers how you eating? You know what I'm saying,
- 2:04:32Speaker 2: Like people do that and I just be confused every time. Yeah,
- 2:04:35Speaker 2: I just made this this month.
- 2:04:37Speaker 6: I'll never do that.
- 2:04:38Speaker 2: I'll show you investment stuff because that's you know what
- 2:04:40Speaker 2: I'm saying. But nah, because I'm taking the trade with them.
- 2:04:43Speaker 2: I'm walking in there. But we're not finished. Show what
- 2:04:45Speaker 2: we made on strike when we made all these chores.
- 2:04:48Speaker 7: But we did that where they do that, Yeah.
- 2:04:51Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure we all generated not all. But if
- 2:04:54Speaker 2: you're a heavy hitter. You should have generated eight figures
- 2:04:58Speaker 2: in this business, you feel me. But that ain't to
- 2:05:02Speaker 2: show you, know what I'm saying, Like that ain't to
- 2:05:05Speaker 2: show a screenshot that ain't nothing because you want longevity.
- 2:05:08Speaker 2: You're not in this now. You're not in this to
- 2:05:10Speaker 2: have say I'm bigger than you. And that's the part
- 2:05:12Speaker 2: that like I didn't understand this space too, is the
- 2:05:15Speaker 2: whole the tiers of who's making the most money.
- 2:05:19Speaker 6: We shouldn't even be knowing this type of information.
- 2:05:21Speaker 2: I feel me, like, right, really, you should be focused
- 2:05:25Speaker 2: on who got the bigger impact and influence. That should
- 2:05:27Speaker 2: be a competition of anything, because the money gonna follow.
- 2:05:31Speaker 2: But we understand that it's only like ten twenty people
- 2:05:34Speaker 2: understand that that the influence comes first before the money
- 2:05:37Speaker 2: and the money to follow by product.
- 2:05:40Speaker 7: Yeah, you feel me well, pladies and gentlemen. Another classic conversation.
- 2:05:44Speaker 5: Oh yeah, Aristotle investments covered a lot of different stuff. Man,
- 2:05:48Speaker 5: very very insightful young men. Keep up the good work,
- 2:05:52Speaker 5: stay on the path.
- 2:05:54Speaker 6: I would call him the next up, but he's here.
- 2:05:56Speaker 5: Yeah, But like you got a lot of you ahead
- 2:06:00Speaker 5: of yourself, not just in the investment in business world,
- 2:06:02Speaker 5: but just in life in general. So you no, definitely
- 2:06:05Speaker 5: have a good head on your shoulders. So keep it up, man,
- 2:06:07Speaker 5: that's important. That's important for sure. So make sure you
- 2:06:11Speaker 5: tapping with my guy Aristotle investments on Instagram.

- 2:06:30Speaker 5: I know it. It's like you might exactly tag us
- 2:06:33Speaker 5: in a pictures from like six months ago.

- 2:06:39Speaker 7: Verify Aristotle. Please know they I'm verified verified? Oh yeah,
- 2:06:43Speaker 7: how is that still happening?
- 2:06:44Speaker 5: Because most of the time when you verify, you don't,
- 2:06:46Speaker 5: it stops happening at that level because nineteen Keys not verified.
- 2:06:49Speaker 7: That's why his thing just keeps going crazy.
- 2:06:52Speaker 2: Well, I'll say this, like and the thing in a
- 2:06:54Speaker 2: weird I'm pretty sure you'all got fake pages too, if
- 2:06:57Speaker 2: you really think about it, they're immortalizing that. I look
- 2:07:01Speaker 2: at it as a compliment, meaning you're keeping my legacy going.
- 2:07:04Speaker 2: They can take this Instagram and I always have these
- 2:07:07Speaker 2: pictures for the rest of my life.
