- 2:08Speaker 2: Jared Page. Good morning, sir, welcome to the show.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Good morning, Dave.
- 2:11Speaker 2: How you doing. I'm doing fine. Thanks for being the
- 2:13Speaker 2: first of all. Are you doing okay after the Eagles
- 2:17Speaker 2: lost yesterday? Because I know you're a huge Eagles fan.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Well, it's funny. We agreed that we weren't going to
- 2:21Speaker 4: bring that.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Up, and I've already violated. We violated already out of
- 2:26Speaker 2: the gate.
- 2:27Speaker 4: But you know, I typically bring up football. It's something
- 2:30Speaker 4: that we can all come together and poke some fun
- 2:34Speaker 4: with each other about. So I'll gladly take it. But
- 2:38Speaker 4: I was looking yesterday and I guess tonight there's game tonight.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I didn't see any Dallas games anywhere.
- 2:44Speaker 2: So now we have home field advantage on the Carter
- 2:49Speaker 2: with the rest of the NFC East, now including Philadelphia. Look, yes,
- 2:52Speaker 2: I you know just I cannot stand the San Francisco
- 2:57Speaker 2: forty nine ers. Okay, sorry to my buddy JD, who
- 2:59Speaker 2: is a huge, huge forty nine ers fans. You know
- 3:01Speaker 2: why I don't like the forty nine ers. The catch,
- 3:04Speaker 2: you know, how many times as a Cowboy fan since
- 3:06Speaker 2: nineteen eighty one eighty two, I have had to see
- 3:08Speaker 2: Dwight Clark going over Everson Walls for the catch. So
- 3:12Speaker 2: I love San Francisco, but as a Cowboy fan, you know,
- 3:15Speaker 2: I have no love for the Giants, Eagles, or Commanders.
- 3:18Speaker 2: So Eagles are done. I'm hitching the wagon, although I
- 3:21Speaker 2: don't think I'm gonna go very far with the Bears
- 3:23Speaker 2: because my wife's from Chicago. They're all Bears fans. They
- 3:26Speaker 2: came back and won that game on Saturday night, so
- 3:29Speaker 2: that's where I'm going from this point on. It's the
- 3:31Speaker 2: Chicago Bears.
- 3:31Speaker 4: But I normally stay in the NFC just to, you know, say,
- 3:35Speaker 4: show some loyalty, but I think I got to go
- 3:37Speaker 4: with the Buffalo Bills this time. Get you know, let
- 3:39Speaker 4: them have their moment of glory. I'm not sure they're
- 3:42Speaker 4: gonna get They're gonna get their Denver's gonna be tough to.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I mean, let me tell you, Josh Allen's a tank
- 3:48Speaker 2: and that play that he did yesterday and then they
- 3:51Speaker 2: ended up calling him down, which was the correct call.
- 3:54Speaker 2: He carried like twenty seven members of the defense over
- 3:58Speaker 2: the goal line. Yesterday. Then they called him down. He
- 4:00Speaker 2: went back and he did it again. He's he's something else.
- 4:02Speaker 4: He really play play. But no, I appreciate you bringing
- 4:05Speaker 4: it up. I always appreciate the fund fun gestures. It's
- 4:08Speaker 4: just typically on this show, I either get harassed by
- 4:11Speaker 4: you and the cowboys. You're President Selango and his alma mater,
- 4:16Speaker 4: his high school alma mater, defeating my high school alma mater.
- 4:19Speaker 4: So I'm used to it.
- 4:21Speaker 2: It's all it's all in good fun. I mean, that's
- 4:23Speaker 2: what we got to kind of get it back to.
- 4:24Speaker 2: All right, so let's get let's get back down to it.
- 4:27Speaker 2: You're a candidate for Knall County Mission Commission. While you're
- 4:30Speaker 2: running for commission.
- 4:32Speaker 4: Well, Dave, to be honest with you, the Kenanall County
- 4:35Speaker 4: Commission was something that I've always respected. I've respected the
- 4:40Speaker 4: men and women who have served on the Kenall County Commission,
- 4:45Speaker 4: and uh, I want to have filed officially. I will
- 4:50Speaker 4: say that I did file first thing this morning, was
- 4:52Speaker 4: first candidate. Uh and and the clerk's office did a
- 4:55Speaker 4: tremendous job. They they they kind of laughed. Here I
- 4:59Speaker 4: am coming first thing Monday morning, and get make sure
- 5:02Speaker 4: everything's ready. So I was the guinea pig and everything
- 5:05Speaker 4: went well. So I have to give Clerk McCormick a
- 5:07Speaker 4: big shout out and her staff. It's going to be
- 5:09Speaker 4: a busy week. But I'm running for the Kanaal County
- 5:11Speaker 4: Commission Commission because I believe in the strength of our
- 5:15Speaker 4: communities and I believe in our communities coming together to
- 5:20Speaker 4: build a better county. I want to continue the good
- 5:23Speaker 4: work of the Kanal County Commission with tearing down dilapidata
- 5:28Speaker 4: structures to improve the quality of life for all Kanaal Countians.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I've seen it as municipal judge and as a city
- 5:37Speaker 4: elected official what the negative impacts of dilapidata structures are
- 5:42Speaker 4: with property values, just general negativity as well as crime
- 5:49Speaker 4: increases in those areas. So we need to continue the
- 5:53Speaker 4: good work of the Commission double down the efforts to
- 5:56Speaker 4: tear down to the lapidata structures that are within the
- 5:58Speaker 4: County's purview UH to im crew and improve the quality
- 6:02Speaker 4: of life. Sports tourism. I've said this before, what and
- 6:08Speaker 4: I say this as a golfer. I'm golf pretty not
- 6:11Speaker 4: as regular as I used to, but still pretty regularly.
- 6:15Speaker 2: But you're really not very good.
- 6:16Speaker 4: I'm better than the guy named Brad.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Anytime you're on the show, mutual friend Brad's story always
- 6:21Speaker 2: wants me to bring up golf.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Uh.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Uh me ride you about your golf games.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Yes, he's a San Francisco fan, so I double but anyway, Uh.
- 6:30Speaker 4: But I say this as someone who used to frequent
- 6:32Speaker 4: Shawnee golf course. What President Selango and the County Commission
- 6:37Speaker 4: has done at Shawnee is tremendous.
- 6:40Speaker 5: Uh.
- 6:41Speaker 4: I have turned into a pretty decent for a fat
- 6:44Speaker 4: guy pickleball player.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Uh.
- 6:46Speaker 4: And so I enjoy the amentities over there, and I
- 6:49Speaker 4: want to continue and build on that. Commissioner Wheeler has
- 6:54Speaker 4: done a tremendous job with our parks and rec uh.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Working with the Parks of Recremission. They've done a great
- 7:02Speaker 4: job at Coonskin. I was just out there for the
- 7:06Speaker 4: Christmas tree lighting that they did a great job with
- 7:10Speaker 4: all that and Big Bend that's kind of my home
- 7:14Speaker 4: away from home. I want to continue the efforts there
- 7:18Speaker 4: and so that way can all Countians can have places
- 7:21Speaker 4: to go spend time, be active, be out in their community.
- 7:26Speaker 4: And finally, I want to continue to work with Sheriff
- 7:29Speaker 4: Crawford to do a great job of a good job
- 7:33Speaker 4: of keeping our streets safe as well as our schools safe.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Believe if you have.
- 7:38Speaker 4: Safe communities, safe schools, a place where children and families
- 7:43Speaker 4: can come together, play, be active, and be safe and
- 7:48Speaker 4: also have just a great quality of life to where
- 7:52Speaker 4: we want people to come here and people want to
- 7:55Speaker 4: come here. That also attracts business here and so that
- 7:59Speaker 4: way people have opportunities to work. And that's why I'm
- 8:03Speaker 4: running for County Kanaal County Commission. I think the County
- 8:06Speaker 4: Commission has done a great job during all three of
- 8:08Speaker 4: those but I just want to continue to build and
- 8:10Speaker 4: bring a perspective of unity. I come from the city
- 8:14Speaker 4: government world. That's a unique perspective for county commissions. So
- 8:17Speaker 4: a lot of times there's a disconnect. Is not in
- 8:20Speaker 4: Kannall County, but other county have friends across state and
- 8:24Speaker 4: I'm board member of the Municipal League and they'll say,
- 8:27Speaker 4: we have a real disconnect between our cities and our
- 8:30Speaker 4: county officials. And I can bring a unique perspective from
- 8:35Speaker 4: that from working in a city government as a department
- 8:39Speaker 4: head and as an elected leader from my community I've
- 8:44Speaker 4: traveled throughout the county during the last few months. I
- 8:48Speaker 4: fill pre candidcy in October. I've been everywhere from Marmatt
- 8:53Speaker 4: to Montgomery, to Sissonville to Elk River, even went to Nitro,
- 9:00Speaker 4: don't you know, normally don't go to Nitro too often.
- 9:01Speaker 4: That's across the River Endemy territory. But now I've got
- 9:04Speaker 4: a lot of friends in Nitro and and to Charleston
- 9:08Speaker 4: South Charleston. And what I really want to be at
- 9:13Speaker 4: having the local experience and understanding the importance of community
- 9:18Speaker 4: is I plan to be a commissioner for all of
- 9:20Speaker 4: Kanall County, planned to be visible out and about in
- 9:25Speaker 4: these communities. And that's that's candidly why I have seen
- 9:29Speaker 4: a overwhelmingly positive support uh and response to my candidacy,
- 9:35Speaker 4: because I have physically went out, met with people, met
- 9:38Speaker 4: with mayors, met with city council representatives as well as
- 9:41Speaker 4: our local representatives in the state legislature, and we're just
- 9:44Speaker 4: going to continue doing positive things for the citizens of
- 9:48Speaker 4: Kanall County.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Talking to Jared Page again, who's a candidate for Kanawha
- 9:51Speaker 2: County commission I thought it was interesting that you brought
- 9:54Speaker 2: that up, and I was going to anyway. H Kanawha
- 9:56Speaker 2: County is the largest county you know, in the state,
- 9:59Speaker 2: and and it can be very different, you know, because
- 10:03Speaker 2: you're a canaw County commissioner if you're elected, and the
- 10:06Speaker 2: other two currently or other three that are sitting at
- 10:09Speaker 2: the desk now are you are a commissioner for the
- 10:11Speaker 2: entire county. And sometimes what's going on in Cistonville couldn't
- 10:15Speaker 2: be any further from what's going on in downtown Charleston,
- 10:17Speaker 2: or what South Charleston has got going on. Maybe is
- 10:20Speaker 2: not of interest that much to Tornado or whatever. I'm
- 10:23Speaker 2: just throwing that out there. But it's unique because you've
- 10:26Speaker 2: got to be able to sit down and listen to
- 10:28Speaker 2: the concerns and govern the entire county.
- 10:31Speaker 4: You really do. And Kannall County is unique. I always
- 10:35Speaker 4: tell people who are not from West Virginia. West Virginia
- 10:37Speaker 4: generally is a unique state. And I think Kannall County
- 10:40Speaker 4: is a unique county because the wants and needs in Systmville,
- 10:44Speaker 4: for example, are completely different than the wants and needs
- 10:48Speaker 4: in South Charleston. The wants and needs in Dumbbar completely
- 10:52Speaker 4: different than Glasgow. And so I think that it is
- 10:57Speaker 4: key for the County Commission to have representatives who can
- 11:01Speaker 4: relate and unify people from all walks of life. I've
- 11:06Speaker 4: done that my whole life. I did that on city Council.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I've worked with people who at one time may have
- 11:14Speaker 4: been political enemies, and I work with people who have
- 11:17Speaker 4: been my friends for a long time to do the
- 11:20Speaker 4: betterment for the betterment of our community. And I plan
- 11:23Speaker 4: to do out in the County Commission because I can
- 11:25Speaker 4: sit and have the same conversation with somebody from the
- 11:29Speaker 4: Elk River, for example, and then turn around and come
- 11:33Speaker 4: here in Charleston and have that same conversation. Obviously, the
- 11:37Speaker 4: wants and needs are different, and that's great. That's we
- 11:40Speaker 4: want that. We want people to to to be different.
- 11:45Speaker 4: If we are all the same, then that that's very problematic.
- 11:49Speaker 4: And I come from a different walk of life. I
- 11:52Speaker 4: don't come from a political family. I do not come
- 11:56Speaker 4: from a political dynasty family. We'll call it at all.
- 12:00Speaker 4: I k was raised by a Brink Corps veteran and
- 12:04Speaker 4: police officer. Mother's from Meda Bridge, West Virginia. If anybody
- 12:08Speaker 4: listened those where meta bridges at there, I know it well,
- 12:10Speaker 4: you know well the Wildcats. But I was raised to
- 12:17Speaker 4: work hard, to always do the right thing, and to
- 12:20Speaker 4: have high ethical and moral compass for myself as well
- 12:24Speaker 4: as others. And that's how I've governed in Saint Albans
- 12:27Speaker 4: and that's how I will govern for the Kenall County Commission.

- 12:39Speaker 2: Huston's Pizza dot com. Give us we want to get
- 12:41Speaker 2: about a minute of Julett, but give us some of
- 12:42Speaker 2: your background. You've kind of touched on at city government,
- 12:45Speaker 2: very involved in things in Saint Albans, also at the
- 12:47Speaker 2: capitol in state level. Give us the bio.
- 12:49Speaker 4: So I was born and raised in St. Albans. Technically
- 12:52Speaker 4: I was born in South Charleston of Thomas, but lived
- 12:55Speaker 4: my whole life in Saint Albans. Been a lifelong Kannall
- 12:58Speaker 4: County and attended public school rules in Knall County Central Elementary,
- 13:04Speaker 4: McKinley Middle Hate, Kenley's not around anymore, but uh and
- 13:09Speaker 4: then Saint Om's High School. I earned undergraduate and graduate
- 13:12Speaker 4: degrees from the University of Charleston, so all of my
- 13:15Speaker 4: education is here in Kanall County. I have worked for
- 13:18Speaker 4: the state government for several years now I have as
- 13:23Speaker 4: far as my political history, I was appointed for municipal
- 13:26Speaker 4: appointed municipal judge City Saint Aubin's served for three and
- 13:29Speaker 4: a half years. During that time, we were able to
- 13:33Speaker 4: move into our new court facility. With the work of
- 13:35Speaker 4: Sheriff Crawford and then Chief Gilbert, we were able to
- 13:39Speaker 4: collaborate and make that happen. We also and we also
- 13:43Speaker 4: upgraded our technologies to where our response time was much
- 13:47Speaker 4: quicker to help with officer safety. And then I ran
- 13:52Speaker 4: on behalf by request of a now delegate Walter Hall,
- 13:56Speaker 4: for his council seat, was victorious, and then was unanimually
- 13:59Speaker 4: chosen by city council to serve as our vice mayor
- 14:02Speaker 4: and I have been in that position for a year
- 14:06Speaker 4: and a half now and I enjoy it. We've been
- 14:08Speaker 4: able to give our police officers a pay raise, We've
- 14:11Speaker 4: been able to keep them safe by giving them body cams.
- 14:14Speaker 4: We've been able to work with the dilapidata structures of
- 14:16Speaker 4: Saint Albas by creating a land reuse agency. Uh and
- 14:20Speaker 4: we've been able to create an economic impact on our
- 14:22Speaker 4: main street with some legislation. And I was recently, as
- 14:27Speaker 4: of January first, just became president of our Saint Alms
- 14:30Speaker 4: Area Chamber of Commerce, which is just not Saint Albans,
- 14:32Speaker 4: it stretches. You know, we have people from Putnam County
- 14:35Speaker 4: all the way to South Charleston and we're really working
- 14:39Speaker 4: to promote business development and economic development opportunities in the city.
- 14:43Speaker 4: And uh So that's a quick one minutes in offices.
- 14:47Speaker 4: And I do want to say one thing I got
- 14:48Speaker 4: to give It was Chris holiday season to give our
- 14:51Speaker 4: Saint Albas Parks, a recreation headed by Kevin Pennington, a
- 14:56Speaker 4: big shout out for another successful year of the festival lights.
- 14:59Speaker 4: U That's that's something in Kannall County that that really
- 15:02Speaker 4: makes an All's County special. These these traditions and small
- 15:06Speaker 4: things across the county. People love it, and I just
- 15:09Speaker 4: wanted to give them a big shout out. They don't
- 15:12Speaker 4: always get the credit that they deserve because you know,
- 15:17Speaker 4: they don't know we don't people don't know how much hours,
- 15:20Speaker 4: how many hours go into building those lights and different things.
- 15:23Speaker 4: I wanted to give them a shout out after the
- 15:24Speaker 4: Christmas Eve.
- 15:25Speaker 2: If you're a social media Facebook anything, yes.
- 15:28Speaker 4: Say and go to Facebook, It'll be under Jared page.
- 15:30Speaker 4: It'll count, it will be come up the commission page.
- 15:33Speaker 4: You can follow me there.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Uh.
- 15:35Speaker 4: And we'll be starting to get a website here next
- 15:37Speaker 4: few weeks as the campaign momentum builds. Currently, still don't
- 15:44Speaker 4: have any opponents. Hopefully knocking on woo will keep it
- 15:47Speaker 4: that way. It's still very early.
- 15:49Speaker 2: If you, if people do sign up to want to run,
- 15:54Speaker 2: would you be open to a like a debate or
- 15:56Speaker 2: meet the candidate's format.
- 15:58Speaker 4: I believe that trans he is key, and I believe
- 16:02Speaker 4: that voters of Kanall County should have the ability to
- 16:05Speaker 4: understand the candidates and who what they what their values are,
- 16:09Speaker 4: and what they believe in. And I've always been an
- 16:12Speaker 4: open book as far as always meeting with voters, I've done.
- 16:16Speaker 4: I've been out and about through the community, meeting as
- 16:19Speaker 4: many people as I can. I've met thousands of people
- 16:21Speaker 4: so far, uh, and I'm always willing to meet more.
- 16:24Speaker 4: And I've always been a firm believer of this as
- 16:27Speaker 4: a governing and a governance standpoint. As is just a person.
- 16:32Speaker 4: I will meet with anybody. I will meet, and I
- 16:35Speaker 4: ask people in the city I met with people over
- 16:38Speaker 4: issues that they are night and day different versus my opinion.
- 16:41Speaker 4: But I will always meet, I will always look for
- 16:43Speaker 4: compromise and as why I've always been considered as a
- 16:46Speaker 4: unifier and I look to bring that to the Kanall
- 16:50Speaker 4: County Commission.
- 16:50Speaker 2: It's your best, lucky your campaign, Jared Page. Appreciate you
- 16:53Speaker 2: being here man.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Thank you suing it very much. I would say flag

- 19:50Speaker 6: Thank you, Happy New Year to you too. I'm so
- 19:52Speaker 6: excited to kick it off with Carnival this year.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Carnival talk about it.
- 19:56Speaker 6: So we're getting really close to Carnival. We've been doing
- 19:58Speaker 6: a lot of planning the theme this year's reflection. I
- 20:01Speaker 6: want you guys to know we've got great music coming.
- 20:04Speaker 6: I've booked three acts. We have Punch, which is an
- 20:08Speaker 6: eight piece band. They have a male and female vocalist
- 20:12Speaker 6: and they have all the songs you know in love
- 20:14Speaker 6: plus some.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 20:16Speaker 6: Then we look over at Hot Jazz of Charleston. They're
- 20:18Speaker 6: going to be in our Walker Theater. They are a
- 20:20Speaker 6: beloved repeated act and you can get your jazz on
- 20:23Speaker 6: while eating some delicious food which I'll get to in
- 20:26Speaker 6: a second.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Okay, And Hot off of his Prome.
- 20:29Speaker 6: One on one opening is going to be DJEJ.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Who's going to keep my man.
- 20:32Speaker 6: Yes, he's going to keep it pomping all night. If
- 20:35Speaker 6: y'all have ever been to a DJEJ show, you know
- 20:38Speaker 6: that he is an amazing DJ.
- 20:40Speaker 2: I have been to events that DJEJ has DJ that
- 20:43Speaker 2: weren't even what I would say a party type atmosphere.
- 20:46Speaker 2: I mean just different events where he was just kind
- 20:48Speaker 2: of the background, and he's still rocked it. He still
- 20:51Speaker 2: had people doing this thing. I can imagine when you
- 20:53Speaker 2: put him in that type of setting when it is
- 20:54Speaker 2: a party, how good it's going to be.
- 20:56Speaker 6: Oh exactly. And we give him so much creative freedom.
- 20:58Speaker 6: So if you're sitting here wonder what it's like, just
- 21:01Speaker 6: go to one of his other shows and you'll see
- 21:03Speaker 6: he can really keep it rolling. He keeps people on
- 21:05Speaker 6: task and he chooses the best beats. Now, in terms
- 21:09Speaker 6: of food, don't even get me started. So we're catering
- 21:14Speaker 6: with ten Tin this year, which is making a change.
- 21:16Speaker 6: We've never worked with ten ten for this event. So
- 21:19Speaker 6: I can give you some sample info off the menu.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Rather you give me some sample food, but go ahead.
- 21:25Speaker 6: So we're looking at some smoked trout with crim fresh
- 21:29Speaker 6: cones with caviaar on top. Sounds delicious, right, Yeah, So
- 21:33Speaker 6: we're keeping it classy but keeping it yummy. And there's
- 21:36Speaker 6: going to be sliders, there's going to be shrimp shots
- 21:39Speaker 6: with some comeback sauce. We're gonna have sharcucie boards.
- 21:45Speaker 2: And you said it because I just called it cheese
- 21:46Speaker 2: and meat, but go ahead.
- 21:48Speaker 6: See I can't keep it simple. But ten ten has
- 21:52Speaker 6: really worked hard on this menu for us. Chef Paul
- 21:55Speaker 6: he was in one of our meetings and we're just
- 21:57Speaker 6: really honored to get to work with him for this
- 21:58Speaker 6: event because it is the biggest event we have all year.
- 22:01Speaker 1: It is.
- 22:03Speaker 6: Sometimes up to like seven hundred some people.
- 22:06Speaker 2: And where we didn't get the whar and win, so
- 22:08Speaker 2: let's get that in there, okay, of course.
- 22:10Speaker 6: So January thirty, first, we're going to have ga arriving
- 22:13Speaker 6: at seven point thirty, so you can party from seven
- 22:16Speaker 6: thirty pm to about eleven thirty pm. Now we're going
- 22:20Speaker 6: to have drinks and stuff too, so make sure you
- 22:23Speaker 6: have a DD or you're ready to go. We have
- 22:25Speaker 6: a goodbye goodie snack too, and I'll leave that a
- 22:28Speaker 6: surprise because as you exit, we want to make sure
- 22:30Speaker 6: you're tummy's full.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Okay, all right? And where is it going to be home?
- 22:33Speaker 6: Here at the Clay Center just up the road. So
- 22:37Speaker 6: what I love about this event is that the entire
- 22:39Speaker 6: Clay Center is going to be all decorated up. I
- 22:41Speaker 6: have been working diligently to make sure that there is
- 22:44Speaker 6: not a blank space in the building. So when you
- 22:47Speaker 6: walk in, prepare to be wowed.
- 22:50Speaker 2: And it's happening January thirty first at the Clay Center.
- 22:53Speaker 2: And I mean we're talking. I mean this is like
- 22:55Speaker 2: one of the two or three, if not the premier
- 22:57Speaker 2: event in Charleston every year.
- 22:59Speaker 6: No, definitely, there's a mix of the who's who and
- 23:01Speaker 6: the people that just want to come be around. It
- 23:04Speaker 6: is everybody there. We have, like I said, around seven
- 23:09Speaker 6: hundred people usually come, and it's our fifteenth anniversary this year,
- 23:12Speaker 6: so it's really more excitement than usual already.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Does it Is it possible that it sells out?
- 23:18Speaker 6: So I'm gonna be real with you, David sells out
- 23:21Speaker 6: every year. Okay, Okay, we have an excellent track record
- 23:24Speaker 6: of selling this event out, and tickets are moving faster
- 23:27Speaker 6: now because people are feeling the urgency. A lot of
- 23:29Speaker 6: people wait till the last minute. You know how it
- 23:31Speaker 6: is because we have Christmas, then we have Carnival, which
- 23:34Speaker 6: is like second Christmas, so we have to think about
- 23:37Speaker 6: what our plans are. I'm noticing a lot of people
- 23:40Speaker 6: are buying in groups. So what I want to advise
- 23:42Speaker 6: listeners of today is if you're just thinking about it,
- 23:45Speaker 6: I would hit that buy button because you and your
- 23:48Speaker 6: friends don't want to leave somebody out.
- 23:50Speaker 2: And what do you do that? When do you buy
- 23:51Speaker 2: their tickets?
- 23:52Speaker 6: So you can go on the clay Center website click
- 23:54Speaker 6: the little tickets button, so Claycenter dot org tickets and
- 23:57Speaker 6: then you'll find your cardival there you'll find can all
- 24:00Speaker 6: right there. You can also go to V one hundred
- 24:02Speaker 6: and you have a banner with our info on it.
- 24:04Speaker 6: You can click that as well.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Talking to see Er Marley for clay Center, Back Carnivalvedave,
- 24:07Speaker 2: Island Show and five any Line. Brought to you part

- 24:12Speaker 2: variety of health issues allergies, respiratory problems, and more. Pinnacle

- 24:19Speaker 2: industrial type settings. Visit Pinnacle Corp. Dot net because what
- 24:22Speaker 2: you don't know can hurt you. What about corporate sponsorship?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Do we do corporate sponsorship? Can people buy tables? What's
- 24:28Speaker 2: the Yeah, that's always we get conroll.
- 24:30Speaker 6: If people are interested in corporate sponsorship, you can email
- 24:33Speaker 6: me S M A R L I N G. At
- 24:36Speaker 6: the Claycenter dot org. We have multiple levels. You can
- 24:38Speaker 6: reserve tables and we can have tables on the stage
- 24:42Speaker 6: where the main music is punch, or you can have
- 24:45Speaker 6: tables in the grand lobby where DJEJ is close to
- 24:48Speaker 6: the food. But we have those starting at twelve hundred dollars.
- 24:52Speaker 6: I mean, when your business is getting recognized like that
- 24:55Speaker 6: among the who's who and everyone else is coming there
- 24:58Speaker 6: to see you know this back spectacular Carnival, you want
- 25:03Speaker 6: your name on those tickets. You want your name out there.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Is there a deadline or when would you need to
- 25:07Speaker 2: know that? Because I know that when you do tables
- 25:09Speaker 2: and things that you got to have a deadline for
- 25:11Speaker 2: signage and programs and things. That is there an ideal
- 25:14Speaker 2: time that people should do that by at like a date?
- 25:17Speaker 6: That's a great question. If people can get that into
- 25:20Speaker 6: me this week, that would be.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Most preferable this week this week, okay, And don't wait
- 25:24Speaker 2: to buy your tickets at the last minute, as you said, everybody,
- 25:27Speaker 2: especially this time of year when it's winter time and
- 25:28Speaker 2: nobody knows whether it's going to be sixty five or
- 25:31Speaker 2: sixteen below. That's welcome to January and West Virginia. You
- 25:34Speaker 2: just never know. But don't wait on the tickets. And look, you,
- 25:37Speaker 2: when you buy the tickets for Carnival, you are supporting
- 25:40Speaker 2: everything that goes on to Clay Center, from everything from
- 25:44Speaker 2: the wonderful concerts that are there, but also the theater productions,
- 25:48Speaker 2: the scientific part of it. You are doing everything.
- 25:51Speaker 5: Well.
- 25:52Speaker 6: Yeah, think about all those kids when you walk into
- 25:54Speaker 6: the Clay Center. They're climbing Ashton's climbing sculpture in the
- 25:56Speaker 6: middle of the room. I took my kids to see
- 25:59Speaker 6: Warhol and they were amazed. Those are the things that
- 26:02Speaker 6: we're powering with Carnival. You cannot buy that anywhere else
- 26:06Speaker 6: because the Clay Center is the only place here in
- 26:08Speaker 6: the region that does all of that. You can go
- 26:11Speaker 6: see the Book of Mormon one day, go see Warhol
- 26:14Speaker 6: the next, take your kids to the Discovery Museum another
- 26:17Speaker 6: and then.
- 26:17Speaker 2: See some pretty good rock concerts from time to town
- 26:19Speaker 2: there as well. It all goes together. Talk about the
- 26:21Speaker 2: Friends of Clay.
- 26:22Speaker 6: So Friends of Clay is a volunteer organization, especially for
- 26:26Speaker 6: young professionals, where they get together and they host events
- 26:30Speaker 6: like Carnival and an upcoming one called Jazz and John
- 26:32Speaker 6: Balaih in the spring. They do work for the Clay Center,
- 26:35Speaker 6: so during Carnival you'll probably see people working along with
- 26:39Speaker 6: the staff putting stuff together. They help us with things
- 26:42Speaker 6: like sponsorships. They really bring the event together with their connections,
- 26:47Speaker 6: with their hard work and their talent. I'm really impressed
- 26:50Speaker 6: to be working with such a group of people, and
- 26:52Speaker 6: I highly advise anyone looking for networking opportunities, people who
- 26:55Speaker 6: are interested in meeting other young professionals like them, to
- 26:58Speaker 6: get involved with Friends of Clay. One way you can
- 27:00Speaker 6: do that is by purchasing a host sponsorship, which is
- 27:03Speaker 6: six hundred dollars and can be broken up into increments
- 27:06Speaker 6: of four payments. So if you do that, you're actually
- 27:10Speaker 6: a Friends of Clay member and you can come to
- 27:11Speaker 6: our events. And I'm thinking about ways to revamp this
- 27:14Speaker 6: program all the time. I'm talking like I want to
- 27:17Speaker 6: do field trips, I want y'all to have fun.
- 27:19Speaker 2: So all this available on the website, I mean information
- 27:22Speaker 2: of you. They want more about friendsic Clyad, you have
- 27:24Speaker 2: that available on the website.
- 27:25Speaker 6: Yeah, we have information on the website. But they could
- 27:27Speaker 6: also email me, like I said, s Marling at the
- 27:29Speaker 6: Claycenter dot org and can I can connect with anything?
- 27:32Speaker 2: All right? Give us the dates for carnival again, and
- 27:34Speaker 2: get those tickets. If you want to be a corporate
- 27:35Speaker 2: sponsor by a table whatever, probably need to do that
- 27:38Speaker 2: this week. That would be the ideal thing to do.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Don't wait till the last minute because this thing sells
- 27:43Speaker 2: out every year and it's it's on January thirty first.
- 27:46Speaker 2: But to give us all the details again, time, place, date,
- 27:50Speaker 2: so on and so forth.
- 27:51Speaker 6: January thirty first, seven thirty pm. Clay Center just up
- 27:56Speaker 6: the road, and we want to dance with you. Be
- 27:59Speaker 6: not mistaken. We need to dance.

- 32:49Speaker 5: I'll just continue to vote in the Democrat primary.
- 32:52Speaker 2: And you're a registered independent, right right.
- 32:55Speaker 5: I'll continue to vote in the Democrat primary, and I'll
- 32:58Speaker 5: withhold my money from the publicans because I am in
- 33:01Speaker 5: the donor class.
- 33:02Speaker 2: So you can so the way it works in West Virginia.
- 33:05Speaker 2: You know, in the primary, you can go in and
- 33:07Speaker 2: you can say I am an affiliated, I'm an independent whatever,
- 33:10Speaker 2: and I would like a Democratic ballot, and they will
- 33:13Speaker 2: give now before you could say, I'll go in and
- 33:16Speaker 2: I'd go in as an independent and I want a
- 33:18Speaker 2: Republican or Democrat ballot. They made the decision a couple
- 33:20Speaker 2: of years ago to close that. Democrats were closed you know,
- 33:23Speaker 2: for some time, but they're open now, so you can
- 33:25Speaker 2: go in in the primary as an independent and you
- 33:27Speaker 2: can say I am an independent, but I want a
- 33:30Speaker 2: Democrat ballot, and you'll get the same ballot that registered
- 33:33Speaker 2: Democrats get with nothing but Democratic candidates on it. However,
- 33:37Speaker 2: if you you can't, you cannot ask for a Republican
- 33:40Speaker 2: ballot now, and you'll only be allowed to vote on
- 33:43Speaker 2: nonpartisan racist think you know, the judicial branch and borgation,
- 33:48Speaker 2: things of that nature.
- 33:49Speaker 5: They forgot what got on there. They forgot the Republicans
- 33:53Speaker 5: forgot what got um there, right and what got in
- 33:56Speaker 5: Members have an independence vote in their primary, inclusion, not exclusion.
- 34:02Speaker 2: But what would you say to those Danny that say, well,
- 34:05Speaker 2: if you're a Republican and you're going to tend to
- 34:09Speaker 2: vote Republican, you should just go ahead and register Republican.
- 34:12Speaker 5: To that, you would say what I would say, I
- 34:14Speaker 5: like being an independent, period. I like not being a
- 34:20Speaker 5: member of a local political party.
- 34:22Speaker 2: There's been a lot of division, and that.
- 34:25Speaker 5: Was because of Trump. I mean I got out in
- 34:27Speaker 5: twenty sixteen and it made a made national news and
- 34:32Speaker 5: I was on the I mean I was called by.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Everybody, and you were called several things. I'm sure I.
- 34:39Speaker 5: Don't hate President Trump. I think he's done some good things.
- 34:45Speaker 5: I mean, every time he does something good, he does
- 34:47Speaker 5: something I don't like.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Step forward, two steps back out.
- 34:49Speaker 5: Well, I don't know. I mean he's I wish he'd
- 34:54Speaker 5: in Iran wherever they're where that ten is. You know
- 34:59Speaker 5: where that that I told is. I wish you'd found
- 35:03Speaker 5: out where that is.
- 35:04Speaker 2: I was going to ask you about Iron because over
- 35:06Speaker 2: the weekend, all the national international news, a lot of
- 35:09Speaker 2: it was focused on Iran, where there's just you know,
- 35:11Speaker 2: demonstrations in the street. The leaders of Iran have now
- 35:15Speaker 2: cut off the internet, They've cut off phones and things
- 35:18Speaker 2: of that nature in Iran. It's a bad situation. I mean, yea,
- 35:21Speaker 2: we think we have problems in America, but access to
- 35:23Speaker 2: food is not generally speaking.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Yeah, but one of them. Overall, the sanctions have heard
- 35:28Speaker 5: them anyway. I mean, the sanctions have made life pretty
- 35:33Speaker 5: tough over there with Iran. And they don't they don't
- 35:39Speaker 5: have anywhere to go. And with what Trump ben Venezuela
- 35:46Speaker 5: is going to hurt Iran, and it's gonna hurt Cuba.
- 35:50Speaker 5: It's and you know, we picked off Sulomani in Iraq
- 36:01Speaker 5: and through a drum strike. We could do the same
- 36:06Speaker 5: thing here with the Atola.
- 36:07Speaker 2: Would it calls? What kind of upheaval would it calls
- 36:10Speaker 2: throughout the world if we were to do that in
- 36:11Speaker 2: your care? Okay, I asked a question. I got the answer.
- 36:16Speaker 5: Who cares? Nothing?
- 36:18Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 36:18Speaker 5: Nothing. It might bring the crown prince back, which is
- 36:25Speaker 5: really the goal.
- 36:27Speaker 2: I mean, that's what I'd like to see if we
- 36:29Speaker 2: were to do that and pick this GalF Danny. What
- 36:32Speaker 2: does it do with Russia? With our relationship with Russia
- 36:34Speaker 2: in China? I didn't know, we hadn't well, I mean
- 36:38Speaker 2: we you know, we obviously we have very strained relations
- 36:42Speaker 2: with those countries, and we always have at least a
- 36:44Speaker 2: certain extent, especially with the I mean when it comes
- 36:47Speaker 2: to trade and things of that nature. But if we
- 36:49Speaker 2: were to do that, would it ruffle some feathers in Moscow?
- 36:55Speaker 2: I'm just asking them.
- 36:56Speaker 5: No, No, what are you kidding me? They've got their
- 37:00Speaker 5: own problem, now, that's true, and they are I mean
- 37:05Speaker 5: they're the head of state is a war criminal, I mean,
- 37:09Speaker 5: invading a sovereign country like he's done. He's got no room.
- 37:14Speaker 2: What about Greenland? What are you making of that whole thing?
- 37:16Speaker 6: Oh?
- 37:16Speaker 5: I think it's sort ridiculous.
- 37:20Speaker 2: A quote from the President on the Morning News this
- 37:22Speaker 2: morning where he said something to the effect if if
- 37:25Speaker 2: we don't take over Greenland, then Russia will or China will,
- 37:29Speaker 2: and we cannot have them that close to us.
- 37:31Speaker 5: We'll let me ask you this question. If that's true,
- 37:34Speaker 5: why haven't they done it before?
- 37:35Speaker 2: And that's kind of where I was.
- 37:36Speaker 5: Yeah, if that's true. I mean, I'm not saying it's
- 37:41Speaker 5: not a good idea, but I think it's controlled by Denmark,
- 37:46Speaker 5: and if Denmark wants to chieve it or sell it,
- 37:53Speaker 5: and I think we out acquiesced to whatever deal they
- 37:58Speaker 5: would want to make.
- 37:59Speaker 2: One of the things that that President Trump ran on,
- 38:02Speaker 2: and I'm going back to twenty sixteen was America first,
- 38:05Speaker 2: you know, I mean almost the term isolationists was thrown
- 38:08Speaker 2: out there a lot right or wrong. A lot of
- 38:11Speaker 2: what's been going on. You think Venezuela and the talks
- 38:14Speaker 2: about whatever they're going to do in Greenland, it's it's
- 38:18Speaker 2: not very isolationist, no, and I like it.
- 38:23Speaker 5: And I don't believe we should be isolation Okay. I
- 38:26Speaker 5: believe in NATO, I believe has very goldwater, believe that
- 38:32Speaker 5: our ocean should be great highways for trade between all
- 38:37Speaker 5: the NATO countries in US, and now Trump's hurt that.
- 38:44Speaker 5: Why in the world would you pick a fight with Canada?
- 38:48Speaker 2: What do they ever do to us? I mean they
- 38:50Speaker 2: sent us Michael J. Fox, I mean, come on in hockey,
- 38:53Speaker 2: you know. So it's nine forty six a Dave Island
- 38:57Speaker 2: Show on five A d Live broad to you a
- 38:58Speaker 2: part by your hometown baseball team else the Dirty Birds.
- 39:01Speaker 2: What a time now, but we're already thinking about baseball
- 39:03Speaker 2: over Gomart Ballpark. Now would be a great time to
- 39:05Speaker 2: secure your season tickets, merchandise and more. It's all available
- 39:07Speaker 2: Dirtybirds baseball dot com. All right, I got to get
- 39:09Speaker 2: to situation in Minneapolis and the shooting of Renee Good,
- 39:15Speaker 2: of course, happened last week and ever since then we've
- 39:18Speaker 2: all seen ten twenty thirty different angles of the shooting.
- 39:21Speaker 2: I saw one for the first time this morning that
- 39:23Speaker 2: was taken from a nearby house that actually cut off
- 39:27Speaker 2: before the shooting took place, but they kind of got
- 39:29Speaker 2: all of the ruckus that was going on around it.
- 39:32Speaker 5: You're taking them, well, see I don't have one because
- 39:35Speaker 5: I can't. Was the car a missal?
- 39:40Speaker 2: Was it?
- 39:40Speaker 3: Head?
- 39:41Speaker 5: Right? For the guy.
- 39:43Speaker 2: I mean, well, that's the argument that people say, Well,
- 39:46Speaker 2: the woman that had the car, that was in the
- 39:49Speaker 2: car that the officer had to make a split decision.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Is my life in danger or is it not any
- 39:53Speaker 2: shot or a lot of people writer this is just
- 39:56Speaker 2: different opinions I'm giving a lot of people are saying, well,
- 39:57Speaker 2: if that was the case, you could have shot the tires,
- 40:00Speaker 2: not shot her in the face.
- 40:01Speaker 5: No, I'm not worried about I don't. That's not the problem. Okay,
- 40:06Speaker 5: I don't. I don't believe in that that because that
- 40:09Speaker 5: wouldn't stop the car.
- 40:11Speaker 2: If you shot the tires.
- 40:12Speaker 5: No, okay, No, I haven't hear if driven on the
- 40:15Speaker 5: cars that yes.
- 40:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, okay.
- 40:19Speaker 1: But the point is is that.
- 40:22Speaker 5: Was the car headed right for the guy and if
- 40:26Speaker 5: it was, he's got a defense. Now the state cannot
- 40:31Speaker 5: prosecute him. Yeah, that's good point, And people say, well
- 40:35Speaker 5: why can't they.
- 40:38Speaker 4: There is a case.
- 40:41Speaker 5: In Idaho and a place called Ruby Ridge where an
- 40:47Speaker 5: FBI a sniper named Lawn Horiuchi murdered a lady named
- 40:53Speaker 5: Vicky Weaver. Vicky Weaver had Eliciaba, her little baby in
- 40:58Speaker 5: her arms, and was trying to get in the house
- 41:02Speaker 5: and he shot her right in the face and killed her.
- 41:07Speaker 5: The state of Idaho indicted Horiucci, and the federal courts
- 41:14Speaker 5: just pulled it out, said jurisdictions here and we're not prosecuting.
- 41:21Speaker 2: And the fact that this took place in Minneapolis, which
- 41:24Speaker 2: is a very I mean, I'm just stating the facts.
- 41:26Speaker 2: I'm not sitting an opinion. It's a very it's a
- 41:28Speaker 2: very blue area, it's very liberal area. It might have
- 41:31Speaker 2: been different had this happened somewhere else, but there have
- 41:34Speaker 2: I mean, the outcome. You heard what the governor said,
- 41:36Speaker 2: get the blank out of two Ice, get the blank
- 41:38Speaker 2: out of our of our states. So obviously there's a
- 41:44Speaker 2: big disconnect here between you know, the Trump administration wants
- 41:47Speaker 2: to be in there, the people buying large what I've
- 41:50Speaker 2: seen the people of Minnesota, and I don't want to
- 41:52Speaker 2: be majority of, but the people of Minnesota don't want
- 41:55Speaker 2: them there.
- 41:56Speaker 4: You know, I don't know.
- 41:59Speaker 5: With the ref sources we have, which are diminishing, we
- 42:05Speaker 5: spend a lot more money than we take in every year.
- 42:09Speaker 5: I just don't know if it's a wise expenditure of money. Remember,
- 42:16Speaker 5: most of those immigrants came from places like Texas from
- 42:27Speaker 5: in Chicago, and and they were they were flowing up there,
- 42:31Speaker 5: drove busted up there, and and dropped off up there.
- 42:37Speaker 5: That's where most of those immigrants are from. They didn't,
- 42:41Speaker 5: they didn't, didn't just land up there. A lot of
- 42:45Speaker 5: those immigrants were the ones that crossed when Biden opened
- 42:48Speaker 5: up the border and Governor of Texas fired up the
- 42:56Speaker 5: buses and started sending them to uh place was like
- 43:01Speaker 5: New York City and in Minneapolis and Chicago and all
- 43:08Speaker 5: the Sanctuary city.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Text says that cops shouldn't have walked in front of
- 43:11Speaker 2: the car to begin with, lack of training or lack
- 43:14Speaker 2: of awareness. The woman got shot over conflicting orders from ice,
- 43:17Speaker 2: and that guy losing his temper because he was getting
- 43:20Speaker 2: yelled at.
- 43:21Speaker 5: I don't, I don't. How could a guy in front
- 43:24Speaker 5: of the vehicle lose his temper? He couldn't. If she
- 43:30Speaker 5: was yelling, he couldn't have even heard.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Well, no, the window was down and she was the
- 43:34Speaker 2: window was down. I don't know what point the window
- 43:37Speaker 2: went down, but the window was down. Because she's audibly
- 43:41Speaker 2: her audibly saying something to the effect of I'm not
- 43:44Speaker 2: mad at you or something like that.
- 43:46Speaker 5: Well, that might have made it worse because he might
- 43:49Speaker 5: have he might have viewed that as a threatening I mean,
- 43:53Speaker 5: we don't know as a threatening verbal gesture.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Tex says, why his body cam video her little wife,
- 44:02Speaker 2: He yelled, drive, baby, drive. She had this snarky, little
- 44:04Speaker 2: giddy smiled on her face as she steered the car
- 44:07Speaker 2: right into him and hit him hard. She knew what
- 44:10Speaker 2: she was doing and you could tell that by the
- 44:11Speaker 2: look on her face. Now, wait a minute, did she
- 44:14Speaker 2: hit the guy? I don't think so.
- 44:15Speaker 5: No, I don't think so either.
- 44:16Speaker 2: I don't think so. But that's the again, fifteen different
- 44:20Speaker 2: people look at the same video, and fifteen different people
- 44:22Speaker 2: take But.
- 44:23Speaker 5: There's gonna be a lot more videos. Yeah, oh yeah,
- 44:25Speaker 5: there's gonna be videos. There's gonna be porch cams and
- 44:32Speaker 5: you know what those doorbell the ring cameras, yeah, the
- 44:36Speaker 5: ring cameras. There's there's gonna be cameras all over the place.
- 44:39Speaker 5: That's why when somebody robs a bank, and we did
- 44:45Speaker 5: this in Charleston, you go down there and you go
- 44:48Speaker 5: through all the road you go through the roads and
- 44:51Speaker 5: we did in Chanel City, and you get all the
- 44:54Speaker 5: cameras and you follow the follow the guy talking.
- 44:58Speaker 2: To former Charleston me Danny Jones. Do want to remind

- 45:35Speaker 5: Well the deal that would be yeah.

- 48:01Speaker 1: the show.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Danny Jones is here. Tex says, if people would respect
- 48:05Speaker 2: the law and follow instructions, this woman would be alive today.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I E.
- 48:08Speaker 2: George Floyd says at sexter, Tex says the agent was
- 48:12Speaker 2: physically moved by the car. You can't say in good
- 48:14Speaker 2: conscience that he wasn't hit. Tex said the officer wasn't
- 48:18Speaker 2: ran over. In the original videos. He stepped to the
- 48:20Speaker 2: side to put two bullets in the driver's side window.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Magas are eating up the AI videos and planting their
- 48:26Speaker 2: flag on those. Tex says, Dave's out here at Rage
- 48:33Speaker 2: Baby My having Danny on giving definitive statements on things
- 48:36Speaker 2: he knows nothing about. Rage Dames specific specifically, what is
- 48:41Speaker 2: Danny talking about that he doesn't.
- 48:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean I'd like to know, because I'll straighten
- 48:46Speaker 5: it out. What is it I don't know that I'm
- 48:49Speaker 5: talking about. I'm not saying I'm Carmack the Magnificent here.
- 48:54Speaker 5: I just give my opinion to get points for the reference.
- 48:57Speaker 5: But if he's got some things wrong about or you'll
- 49:01Speaker 5: correct it.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Tex says, can't. Can you believe what Trump is doing
- 49:04Speaker 2: to this country? The only people who continue to support
- 49:06Speaker 2: him have hate festering in their hearts and soul. They've
- 49:09Speaker 2: turned America into a sad, pathetic joke. Let's go back
- 49:12Speaker 2: to the town that's a subjective comment. Let's go back
- 49:14Speaker 2: to the Town Center for a moment. The Mayor Goodwin
- 49:18Speaker 2: announcing that city Council last week that they are at
- 49:21Speaker 2: least going to enter into negotiations with the Town Center folks,
- 49:25Speaker 2: the whole group that owns them all, to possibly transfer
- 49:27Speaker 2: it over to the mall. Go ahead and cue the
- 49:29Speaker 2: people saying, Danny Oil, if we just had this store,
- 49:32Speaker 2: we had that story, it would save it. It's that's
- 49:35Speaker 2: not gonna It's not gonna be retail in the in
- 49:37Speaker 2: my opinion, it's not going to be a retail in
- 49:38Speaker 2: the future. That is not the future of the Charlestontown Center.
- 49:41Speaker 2: It's probably gonna come down completely and it's going to
- 49:44Speaker 2: be mixed use, you know, offices, apartment complex, maybe a
- 49:47Speaker 2: couple will, maybe one retail restaurant or something.
- 49:50Speaker 5: But go ahead, I'm sure she has a network of
- 49:55Speaker 5: people that could help or develop that area. I mean,
- 50:05Speaker 5: I do I knew who i'd call?
- 50:08Speaker 2: Who would you call?
- 50:09Speaker 5: Well, I can't something.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Other say that.
- 50:11Speaker 2: I don't mean a name, but I mean what what
- 50:13Speaker 2: who like develop or develop? Okay?
- 50:15Speaker 5: And people I've had dealing with before, people that want
- 50:23Speaker 5: to take part of it and uh, people that have
- 50:28Speaker 5: expressed interest to me and doing something big when I
- 50:31Speaker 5: was when I was a mayor. But you could build
