- 0:19Speaker 1: Hey everyone. My name is Dale. I'm a guitarist in Druid.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We are Melbourne new metal bands. Yeah, we started a
- 0:29Speaker 1: few years back and released a few songs at AP
- 0:33Speaker 1: and album since then, and and yeah, we just released
- 0:37Speaker 1: a new track, choke Hold, So check that one out
- 0:43Speaker 1: if you haven't already. But if you haven't, go have
- 0:45Speaker 1: a have a listening. Watched the video. But yeah, I'm
- 0:48Speaker 1: Dale and yeah, ready to have a track to aner
- 0:52Speaker 1: about it.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Great to have you here. Could you tell us a
- 0:55Speaker 2: bit about how Druid came to be?
- 0:59Speaker 1: So how we started was we were actually before we
- 1:04Speaker 1: were Druid, we were we were all together as a
- 1:07Speaker 1: band under another name, and we'd released we released an
- 1:12Speaker 1: AP and and then we went back into the studio
- 1:16Speaker 1: and we recorded our next EP. And as we were
- 1:21Speaker 1: recording it, we kind of realized we're going in a
- 1:25Speaker 1: we're kind of going in a bit of a different direction.
- 1:26Speaker 1: It's kind of starting kind of more developing our sound,
- 1:30Speaker 1: and we're kind of going in a bit of a
- 1:32Speaker 1: different direction than our last EP. And we're like, you know,
- 1:37Speaker 1: maybe maybe we should do a bit of a rebrand,
- 1:40Speaker 1: just kind of start again, like with this new sound
- 1:42Speaker 1: that we've got and go and follow that path instead.
- 1:46Speaker 1: And so yeah, we decided that we left the old
- 1:49Speaker 1: nighbor behind started a new band, and we we called
- 1:53Speaker 1: it Druid. We went through I don't even know how
- 1:56Speaker 1: many figure out the right one, but eventually landed on
- 2:01Speaker 1: on Druid and then yeah, that's kind of how we
- 2:05Speaker 1: got started, just from that that that EP, which was
- 2:09Speaker 1: the semblance our first AP and yeah, and then and yeah,
- 2:15Speaker 1: that's how it got started really from there.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Nice And does Druid have any special sort of meaning behind.
- 2:20Speaker 1: It the name or I'd like to think there's some
- 2:23Speaker 1: kind of cool story, but there's not really. Unfortunately, we
- 2:26Speaker 1: just were just we just could not get decided.
- 2:28Speaker 2: On a name.
- 2:28Speaker 1: We couldn't all agree on one, and someone suggested Druid
- 2:33Speaker 1: and we all we all liked it, and but yeah,
- 2:37Speaker 1: it doesn't doesn't really have any kind of like any
- 2:40Speaker 1: significance to us. We all just got it sound cool
- 2:42Speaker 1: pretty much.
- 2:45Speaker 2: What are some influences for Druid sonically?
- 2:50Speaker 1: So probably the biggest influences of bands like Thrown and
- 2:59Speaker 1: Amu are Alpha Wolf. That's the kind of that's the
- 3:05Speaker 1: sound that we all, we're all really like when we're
- 3:08Speaker 1: all we're all really into and so when we're writing
- 3:12Speaker 1: our songs, we kind of we try to channel that
- 3:15Speaker 1: kind of vibe. But in terms of like but we
- 3:20Speaker 1: we all grew up listening to like kind of different
- 3:24Speaker 1: like metal, but we all come back to, you know,
- 3:27Speaker 1: bands like Bringing with the Horizon and Amity Affliction and
- 3:31Speaker 1: Parkway Drive, and that's what we kind of we all
- 3:34Speaker 1: grew up listening to and that's what got us into
- 3:37Speaker 1: this kind of heavy music. But in terms of what
- 3:40Speaker 1: we try to we try to write like and what
- 3:43Speaker 1: we what we feel we connect with the most. It's
- 3:46Speaker 1: bands like Thrown and You're an.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Alphol Nice and how did you guys all meet?
- 3:54Speaker 1: So? I me personally, I joined the bands when we
- 4:00Speaker 1: were so when we were under the other name of
- 4:03Speaker 1: School of the Avenue Projects is the name that we
- 4:05Speaker 1: were under. I joined them. Their old drummer left and
- 4:11Speaker 1: I joined them as as the drummer. Yeah, yeah, so
- 4:16Speaker 1: I actually I'm more of a I played drums and guitar,
- 4:20Speaker 1: but I started out with the bands as the drummer
- 4:24Speaker 1: and if their old drummer left, they put out an
- 4:27Speaker 1: add on thing was on Facebook or something, and and yeah,
- 4:30Speaker 1: I I responded to it and sending a bunch of
- 4:34Speaker 1: videos to me playing their stuff, and and they liked
- 4:37Speaker 1: it and got together for a couple of rehearsals and
- 4:41Speaker 1: and there they liked me. So I joined the band.
- 4:45Speaker 1: But they and they were already mate. I think Chris
- 4:49Speaker 1: and Tim have been made since school, Like they grew
- 4:53Speaker 1: up together. I went to school together. And then I
- 4:59Speaker 1: think they met Jordan and Bob through I can't remember.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I think it was just through like when they started
- 5:08Speaker 1: the band. They just looked in you know, on Facebook,
- 5:10Speaker 1: in the scene and found and found them. Yeah and
- 5:14Speaker 1: and yeah, but yeah, me personally, I joined. I joined
- 5:17Speaker 1: the band from their their ad and as the drummer
- 5:19Speaker 1: and then so I recently changed the guitarist just before
- 5:23Speaker 1: we released our last single, hang in There it gets worse.
- 5:27Speaker 1: I changed to be the guitarist and we got our
- 5:30Speaker 1: new drummer, Alex.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Obviously you're really talented then to join us. Both start
- 5:35Speaker 2: off playing guitar like when.
- 5:38Speaker 1: You were I did. Yeah, I started initially when I
- 5:41Speaker 1: was young. I started playing guitar only really because my
- 5:45Speaker 1: parents wouldn't let me get a drum set. So well,
- 5:48Speaker 1: like it's too loud, So I got into the guitar,
- 5:53Speaker 1: and then I was I was over at my mate's
- 5:56Speaker 1: place one day who had a drum set, and and
- 5:59Speaker 1: we were and I was I was jamming on the
- 6:01Speaker 1: drums and he was playing guitar. And my parents came
- 6:03Speaker 1: around to pick me up and they saw me playing
- 6:06Speaker 1: the drums and they were like, Okay, maybe maybe we'll
- 6:09Speaker 1: get a drums yeat. So and then and then yeah,
- 6:12Speaker 1: so I got into drumming, and I found I was
- 6:16Speaker 1: just a bit I had more of a natural knack
- 6:18Speaker 1: for drumming than I did guitar. Yeah, and so, yeah,
- 6:21Speaker 1: I've always played both as throughout the years, but I've
- 6:24Speaker 1: always been a bit yeah, a bit more feel more
- 6:27Speaker 1: comfortable behind the drum kit. Yeah, but yeah, but yeah,
- 6:33Speaker 1: I've always played both. But yeah, I just felt like
- 6:35Speaker 1: a bit of a shame. That's why I went to
- 6:37Speaker 1: the guitar. Really.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Yeah, did you always start like did you start off
- 6:41Speaker 2: playing metal music or was it a different genre when
- 6:43Speaker 2: you were starting out.
- 6:45Speaker 1: It was more like atmost what my parents were listening
- 6:49Speaker 1: to is like ac DC and Iron Made and Metallica,
- 6:54Speaker 1: that kind of that kind of old old metal. Yeah,
- 6:57Speaker 1: Blax Tabbath, that's what really got me into but that's
- 7:00Speaker 1: where I started playing. And then and then like yeah,
- 7:03Speaker 1: as I just develt and found new mates and stuff,
- 7:07Speaker 1: we're into more modern music. That's what kind of just
- 7:09Speaker 1: got me into the more modern style of medal.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah, wonderful. And you've got a new an awesome new track,
- 7:15Speaker 2: choke Hold. Do you want to tell us a bit
- 7:17Speaker 2: about it and the music video?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so choke Holds. Yeah, we released that a
- 7:22Speaker 1: couple of weeks ago. And now, yeah, so we we
- 7:28Speaker 1: recorded about it was probably about a year ago. Now,
- 7:31Speaker 1: we went into the into the studio with with Sam Yates.
- 7:37Speaker 1: He's he was in dreg and we all we all
- 7:41Speaker 1: really liked drag and so we when we were trying
- 7:44Speaker 1: to figure out how to record this one, we contacted
- 7:47Speaker 1: him and sent him a demo that we had that
- 7:50Speaker 1: our drummer Alice had written and and he liked it.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So we recorded it with him, and yeah, I think
- 7:56Speaker 1: it was about September October last year, and and we
- 8:00Speaker 1: recorded a couple of tracks. Actually at that time we
- 8:03Speaker 1: still have to release that other one. Were probably gonna
- 8:04Speaker 1: release that one next year sometime. But yeah, we recorded
- 8:09Speaker 1: choke Hold and and then yeah, so we when we
- 8:15Speaker 1: for the music video. We shot the music video maybe
- 8:20Speaker 1: about halfway through this year with Martin Wood. He was
- 8:25Speaker 1: the director for that video. He we've worked with him
- 8:28Speaker 1: quite a few times before. I think he did death Blow,
- 8:32Speaker 1: a music video for death Blow, and we're in forty four,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and yeah, he just he just did an awesome job.
- 8:40Speaker 1: We kind of took the idea that we had to
- 8:44Speaker 1: him and and yeah, he liked it. And yeah, we
- 8:50Speaker 1: kind of really suggested to him like we've got some
- 8:53Speaker 1: like we've got some friends, you know who were into
- 8:55Speaker 1: poll and and we really wanted to just kind of
- 8:59Speaker 1: show the true like like art is behind pol. We
- 9:04Speaker 1: didn't want it to be like not like not too
- 9:07Speaker 1: like smutty or anything like that. We just wanted to
- 9:09Speaker 1: be like show how talented these people like actually are.
- 9:14Speaker 1: And and the kind of like the pole opposite between
- 9:19Speaker 1: the heavy music and that's like style of dancing we
- 9:21Speaker 1: thought might just like bounce off each other. Really well, yeah,
- 9:23Speaker 1: we think did think it turned out pretty pretty cool.
- 9:26Speaker 1: So yeah, and yeah, so he's told that to Martin.
- 9:29Speaker 1: He was like, yeah, for sure, and and yeah, and
- 9:31Speaker 1: I think he like captured that that vibe, that vibe
- 9:34Speaker 1: really well I think so, yeah.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I agree, And I think like what you're saying is
- 9:38Speaker 2: you captured the art form of pole rather than the suggestive.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's that's what that's what we were going for.
- 9:47Speaker 1: We were just you know, I mean, it's still it's
- 9:49Speaker 1: still obviously you know, pole is really sexy and that
- 9:52Speaker 1: kind of thing, but we just we wanted to show
- 9:54Speaker 1: how like, yeah, how much like skill you need to
- 9:57Speaker 1: actually do that kind of stuff, like like the course
- 10:00Speaker 1: that you need. And yeah, it's nuts, Like we're watching
- 10:03Speaker 1: them film and we're just like, oh my god, like
- 10:05Speaker 1: I could there's no way I could be holding myself.
- 10:08Speaker 2: They make it look so easy as well. And I
- 10:10Speaker 2: know the fact I couldn't even lift up.
- 10:13Speaker 1: My arm, Yeah it was. It was so it was
- 10:17Speaker 1: so cool to watch them there, we've got it on. Yeah,
- 10:19Speaker 1: we've got it as part of our our now as well.
- 10:21Speaker 1: So it's super Bowl.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yeah that's awesome. And how did you manage to collaborate.
- 10:26Speaker 1: With Misty Mistique? Yeah that blew my mind? Yeah yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 1: that was that was really cool. So we so we
- 10:35Speaker 1: we played with I can't remember which was first, but
- 10:39Speaker 1: she joined the earth Caller, the band earth Coller and
- 10:43Speaker 1: we we were mates with them, and and then we
- 10:46Speaker 1: played they we rehearsed at the same at the same
- 10:50Speaker 1: place at Hydro Rehearsal CEOs Inward with Earth Caller and
- 10:55Speaker 1: so we were made for them. We played a show
- 10:58Speaker 1: with them at Northfo's So Club and yeah, so when
- 11:02Speaker 1: a Mystic joined them, and we saw that she'd done
- 11:05Speaker 1: like remixes for the bands and so, and we chatted
- 11:09Speaker 1: to her before and so yeah we did. We hit
- 11:11Speaker 1: her up and yeah, asked her to do like a
- 11:15Speaker 1: she she traditionally does kind of like symphonic stuff over metal.
- 11:20Speaker 1: We kind of want to do something a little bit different,
- 11:22Speaker 1: so with like a low fi, a low fire remix vibe,
- 11:28Speaker 1: and and yeah, she was she really thought the idea
- 11:31Speaker 1: was cool, and she did an amazing job. Yeah, like
- 11:34Speaker 1: completely just took like the core tracks the stems from it,
- 11:40Speaker 1: used that and then just added her own all her
- 11:43Speaker 1: own music into it and just completely reshaped like the songs,
- 11:47Speaker 1: but still kept like the the flow and and the
- 11:51Speaker 1: and the vibe, but yeah, into a low five mix.
- 11:55Speaker 1: And yeah, yeah, really cool. I think it would be
- 11:58Speaker 1: through us on Spotify, by yeah, search up through us
- 12:02Speaker 1: on Spotify and then all the tracks are on our YouTube. Yeah,
- 12:09Speaker 1: I think that's why the ways find find it through us?
- 12:12Speaker 2: All right, sweet, who would you guys love to play
- 12:16Speaker 2: with in a lineup?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Realistically? I think if if Thrown came out, that would
- 12:33Speaker 1: be we could maybe have a small chance of getting
- 12:37Speaker 1: on the line up with them. That would be that
- 12:40Speaker 1: would be secret because we're a similar vibe. But I
- 12:45Speaker 1: mean in like a dream in a dream world, who
- 12:52Speaker 1: would we who are we have to play with? Like ah,
- 12:58Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, just ring with Horizon, this evand that
- 13:01Speaker 1: we all we all love, so that that would be.
- 13:04Speaker 1: That would be amazing. But ah, it was like I mean,
- 13:10Speaker 1: slip Knot is like the new metal like we all
- 13:12Speaker 1: you know, we all love them, so that would be
- 13:14Speaker 1: you know, it would be amazing. But that's ever going
- 13:17Speaker 1: to happen anytime soon. But yeah, I think it's drissed
- 13:21Speaker 1: one day.
- 13:21Speaker 3: That's it.
- 13:22Speaker 1: That's it. Was.
- 13:23Speaker 2: It like having the chance to perform in slip knots
- 13:25Speaker 2: Not Fest and Pulse of the Maggots.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Yeah, so that was that was really cool. Like we
- 13:31Speaker 1: released we released Room forty four was the first single
- 13:35Speaker 1: off our album, The Beauty in the Decay, and then
- 13:38Speaker 1: we came we released death Blow. Room forty four was
- 13:42Speaker 1: it's a bit more of a chill vibe. And then
- 13:44Speaker 1: when death Blow came out, it's definitely like hard hitting
- 13:47Speaker 1: new metal and that, Yeah, that got some traction, like
- 13:53Speaker 1: it's picked up by hardcore team who's I think he
- 13:58Speaker 1: was involved in not Fest at the time, and he
- 14:00Speaker 1: reviewed it on one of his videos and and was
- 14:03Speaker 1: really getting into it. And and then yeah, so not first,
- 14:08Speaker 1: Yeah found it and they they did a little feature
- 14:12Speaker 1: on it on one of their shows, and and then yeah,
- 14:16Speaker 1: they they were because it was during that was during COVID,
- 14:19Speaker 1: like the lockdown and stuff, so there was no like
- 14:21Speaker 1: traveling or festivals or shows or whatever, so they were
- 14:26Speaker 1: They put together an online music festival called the Epos
- 14:29Speaker 1: the Maggots, and they asked us to be a part
- 14:32Speaker 1: of it. So we we had a show coming up
- 14:36Speaker 1: at Stay Gold and we yes, we recorded that that
- 14:43Speaker 1: show and censored them and they and they put it
- 14:45Speaker 1: together with a whole bunch of other bands and then
- 14:49Speaker 1: and life strained it. It's kind of like this an
- 14:52Speaker 1: online music festival for people who you know, we couldn't
- 14:55Speaker 1: get to the festivals because it was none happening. So yeah,
- 14:57Speaker 1: so it was Yeah, it was really it was really
- 14:59Speaker 1: cool thing to be a part of. And and yeah,
- 15:03Speaker 1: yeah we loved it.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it's so awesome. And you guys have garnered
- 15:07Speaker 2: like quite a bit of attention already. What is that
- 15:10Speaker 2: like for you?
- 15:13Speaker 1: It's yeah, it's it's pretty good. Yeah, it's pretty sick.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Like I've been in I've been like in and out
- 15:18Speaker 1: of bands like over the years, but yeah, this is
- 15:19Speaker 1: the first, like a real serious one. And and yeah,
- 15:23Speaker 1: it's really cool to like just just to watch people
- 15:26Speaker 1: enjoying music, like like I've enjoyed music, you know, growing
- 15:29Speaker 1: up and over the years, you know, just just listening
- 15:32Speaker 1: to stuff and and connecting with with music. It's really
- 15:36Speaker 1: cool to be able to to give that back and
- 15:40Speaker 1: to and then to play live music as well, and
- 15:42Speaker 1: to watch people singing along to songs that you've written.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Is Yeah, it's it's it's an it's an experience that
- 15:50Speaker 1: it's kind of hard to describe, but it's something that
- 15:53Speaker 1: I always knew that I wanted to do and and
- 15:56Speaker 1: to see like finally happening in this in this a
- 16:00Speaker 1: small way is yeah, it's really special, and it yeah,
- 16:05Speaker 1: it means a lot. And I love doing it.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:07Speaker 2: No, that's so cool, so awesome to like see your
- 16:10Speaker 2: dreams come true in that way as well.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Do you have a job outside of.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Druid, Yeah, yeah, I'm a train driver.
- 16:21Speaker 2: You're a train driver. Yeah, yeah, that's awesome on Melbourne Metro.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Melbourne Metro. Yeah.
- 16:31Speaker 2: I guess that leads me to my next question. If
- 16:33Speaker 2: you weren't in Druid or playing music, what do you
- 16:36Speaker 2: think you'd be doing?
- 16:37Speaker 1: Would it?
- 16:37Speaker 2: Obviously aside from your train driving.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Job, what are you doing? I don't know. It's hard
- 16:47Speaker 1: to say. Like I've always, I've always I've just grown
- 16:51Speaker 1: up playing listening to music, So I honestly couldn't imagine
- 16:55Speaker 1: life without being involved being involved in music somehow. And
- 17:02Speaker 1: but I've just I've got a a six month old
- 17:06Speaker 1: daughter now, so I think if I wasn't enjoyed, I'd
- 17:09Speaker 1: just be spending time more more, more time than I
- 17:11Speaker 1: already am with her being a dad.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Do most of you have kids or is it sort
- 17:18Speaker 2: of just you, just.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Me and Bob. Bob's got a couple of kids. The
- 17:24Speaker 1: other ones we're yeah, with the dads of the of
- 17:28Speaker 1: the band.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Yeah, lovely. What's next for Druid.
- 17:35Speaker 1: So we've got yeah, we when we recorded choke Hold,
- 17:39Speaker 1: we recorded another track as well, and we've actually we've
- 17:44Speaker 1: recorded the music video for that one as well already.
- 17:47Speaker 1: We did it at the same time with Martin Wood,
- 17:50Speaker 1: so we're going to release that early next year. We're
- 17:56Speaker 1: just we're getting it all the relief strategy sorted at
- 17:59Speaker 1: the moment and pr and things like that. So that's
- 18:07Speaker 1: in terms of releases, that's what's happening for us. Next.
- 18:10Speaker 1: We've got to we've got a show supporting Out of
- 18:14Speaker 1: Worlds and there and they're Apeter. They've just released on
- 18:20Speaker 1: in the second of November a Bad Decisions. But that's
- 18:24Speaker 1: our next show, and yeah, and we've also we're actually yeah,
- 18:30Speaker 1: we've also got another track we haven't released as well,
- 18:33Speaker 1: which we're going to release probably in the later in
- 18:36Speaker 1: the first half of next year. We've got to record
- 18:39Speaker 1: a music video for that one yet as well. But yeah,
- 18:41Speaker 1: we've got a couple of tracks ye ready to go.
- 18:43Speaker 1: So yeah, I got quite a few things coming real soon.
- 18:48Speaker 2: And what I think is really interesting about Druid is
- 18:52Speaker 2: that you guys are sort of mixed genres within your songs,
- 18:56Speaker 2: like there's some rap in there, there's some new metal obviously,
- 18:59Speaker 2: and a lot of other different genres. What do you
- 19:02Speaker 2: think about that?
- 19:05Speaker 1: I I love it, Like I think the Yeah, you
- 19:10Speaker 1: don't want it stuff to be too like chaotic, so
- 19:13Speaker 1: that you don't have a you know, you don't have
- 19:14Speaker 1: a sound that is really you. But I think the
- 19:19Speaker 1: more that you can put into yourselves, you know, into
- 19:23Speaker 1: the music, the better. And if you can make that work,
- 19:27Speaker 1: then then you've got something really special. And so yeah,
- 19:32Speaker 1: we've got we've got some really chill one especially on
- 19:35Speaker 1: our on our first EP, Semblance like two Hands is
- 19:38Speaker 1: a pretty like like chill song which kind of crescendos
- 19:42Speaker 1: up into a big finish, and then we've got some
- 19:45Speaker 1: really hard hitting stuff, some some raps and like you know,
- 19:49Speaker 1: symphonic kind of elements in there as well. So yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 1: we try to try to put in as much in
- 19:55Speaker 1: there as we can without it being too messy, trying
- 19:58Speaker 1: to make that work. And I think that's that's a
- 20:00Speaker 1: real that's a real hard tarst. But if you can
- 20:03Speaker 1: make that work, then then yeah, it's really cool.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Definitely. I was just about to say, like it's hard
- 20:07Speaker 2: for bands to do that to meld the different genres
- 20:11Speaker 2: and that. But when you can do it and do
- 20:13Speaker 2: it well, I think you guys have it's yeah, it's
- 20:15Speaker 2: something amazing.
- 20:16Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, thank you so much. Yeah. So our
- 20:19Speaker 1: producers are I've been I've been really good as well.
- 20:22Speaker 1: They've helped out a lot, like we have. The beauty
- 20:26Speaker 1: in the Decay was and some once were done by
- 20:29Speaker 1: Ashen Evan at the Loud Noise Estate and they're they're
- 20:32Speaker 1: really talented guys and and yeah and Sam Yates is yeah,
- 20:37Speaker 1: really amazing, really helpful as well. Please, I should have
- 20:41Speaker 1: when I was talking about a new track choke Holder,
- 20:43Speaker 1: should have credited the the dances that we had in there.
- 20:47Speaker 1: It was Cad and Yap and just since Padani. They
- 20:52Speaker 1: were super talented and just really really great to work with.
- 20:58Speaker 1: They helped us out hate and just made the whole
- 21:02Speaker 1: shooting like really easy. Ye and yeah it looks it
- 21:06Speaker 1: looks amazing on a video. So they were definitely yeah,
- 21:10Speaker 1: definitely need to be talked about. And go check a
- 21:13Speaker 1: Mandlow on Instagram. Yeah, it's really talented, super fit, super amazing. Yeah,
- 21:21Speaker 1: really good at their art what they do.
- 21:23Speaker 2: That's something else I really like too is that you
- 21:25Speaker 2: just you didn't just feature a female, which you know,
- 21:28Speaker 2: typically in that industry or when it's portrayed it's just
- 21:32Speaker 2: you know, beautiful sexy females whatever, but you also have
- 21:35Speaker 2: a male in there demonstrating just how amazing that art
- 21:39Speaker 2: form is as well. I really liked that that you
- 21:41Speaker 2: guys consciously you know, didn't just go down that angle.
- 21:44Speaker 2: It was really yeah, really good.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Yeah that's it. Yeah, that's that's like. Yeah, we knew
- 21:50Speaker 1: that vibe that we wanted to show like that art
- 21:53Speaker 1: form in a really like dynamic, dynamic way, and we
- 21:57Speaker 1: thought instead of just yeah, they're just getting a girl,
- 22:00Speaker 1: get a guy as well, and they can they can
- 22:01Speaker 1: work together, and they were, they were good mates and
- 22:04Speaker 1: so they were really able to work with each other
- 22:07Speaker 1: and and yeah, it just it came together really well
- 22:10Speaker 1: on the film.
- 22:11Speaker 2: So yeah, definitely all right, Well, thank you so much
- 22:14Speaker 2: Dale for having a chat with us. We know we'll
