  been arrested Europeans for speaking out or criticizing

  Islam. You know, they're going to want

  to bring that to America. And by doing so, they'll be able

  to criticize anytime they want or find your tweets or your

  videos or anything that you say about this extremist death cult

  that is basically hiding behind a mask of religion that you'll

  aggravated hate speech for preachers promoting violence,

  higher penalties, up to five years jail, in some cases even

  15, for supporting banned hate groups, and powers to outlaw

  organizations spreading division.

  Religion isn't fully protected yet in the core vilification

  parts. That's got Muslim groups pushing

  back hard over rising Islamophobia, but there's an

  exemption for quoting religious texts in teaching or discussion,

  which critics say could shield radical preachers while chilling
• 3:26
  criticism of ideas. Labour's saying they're open to

  extending protections for Islamophobia once this passes.

  So yeah, simple criticism isn't 5 years yet, but if it tips into

  what they call inciting hatred it could land you in hot water.

  And old posts absolutely count under these kinds of laws.

  On the Europe side that 12,000 figure is mostly the UK.

  Police there averaged over 12,000 arrests a year recently.

  Like 30 a day for offensive online posts under

  communications acts. Not all purely Islam criticism

  but a chunk ties into riots, hate speech crackdowns and yeah

  posts seen as stirring anti Muslim stuff.

  Or the flip side it's broad and they do dig up old tweets.

  Other euro countries have similar hate speech enforcement

  but UK is the standout for volume.

  next if it sticks. Once one western country

  that you don't like all the killing that's going on or

  didn't like the fact that your sister got raped in an alleyway

  freedom and freedom means you get to say it wasn't peaceful

  even if they hate you for it. You know, in Christianity,

  there's a lot of atheists out there that told their testimony

  about how they walked away from the church, how they walked away

  from Jesus Christ and Christianity.
