  Fred Kaufman, who spoke at the International Cancer Conference in Stockholm, Sweden, and appeared on national television regarding cancer prevention before the news became popular.

  He's a nutritionist and inventor of natural energy wellness technologies, currently working with doctors and scientists to validate his inventions, which the creator provided to him regarding the purification and restructuring of water and believes that it's all about drinking the right amount of water and the right kind of water.

  Daniel Reed, who's been in practice in southern Louisiana for 25 years, is one of the few upper cervical specialists, chiropractic specialist.

  Who is uh Fred Kaufman, the man with the energy technology, and how did this come to you?

  How did God speak to you?

  I'll try to be brief.

  It's a very long story, but I I had a lot of health problems growing up.

  I was able to solve those problems by turning to nutrition and supplementation.

  I didn't have any desire to be in the health business.

  I just was wanting to help myself.

  It seemed that the Lord had other plans because about five years or sorry, 10 years later, he started leading me to information about cancer.

  I didn't know that five years later, my mom would find out from the mail clinic that she didn't have long to live.

  She was riddled with cancer.
• 4:51
  She was completely healed, and then there was an article written about her and many other people learned her story and wanted to know if I could help them.

  At the end of the day, I still had no desire to be in the health business, but I was kind of thrust into it when a lot of other people began to experience the same miracle that my mother did.

  And that led me to an insatiable curiosity about a number of different things.

  One of them was energy, and I had heard about acupuncture, and I wondered for literally 40 years where does this energy come from that they're talking about that they can manipulate with needles?

  And I couldn't find the answer.

  There's nobody giving a good explanation other than it's energy that you were born with, and that's all you get.

  That wasn't a good enough answer for me.
• 5:45
  And I started asking the Lord to show me, and then a funny thing happened.

  I had already developed a couple of nutritional formulas, but I didn't have the answer to this energy question.

  And then I realized how bombarded we were with EMF 5G, you know, the drill, we're getting bombarded with the things that have made our lives better.

  And I was sitting on my couch one day, and I just got this download, I believe it was from the Lord, to put together this formula, largely based on just ordinary water.

  And then I took it to my wife and she said, What are you gonna do with it?
• 6:31
  I said, I don't know.

  Three days later, I had it, I had the liquid in a little necklace pendant, had it tested by a doctor that is very well versed on this field of energy science, and he said, This is the most powerful thing I've ever tested, and asked if it would protect from EMF, and he did a test which was much uh more concentrated EMF, and he was surprised that it even protected against a high level.

  So it was just to be a protection from EMF, the effects of EMF.

  Well, my surprise came when the first person that tried it was a nurse, and she said, after 15 minutes of wearing it, I have a testimony, and I thought, how could she know this is protecting her from EMF because that's all I talked about?

  And she said, My bad shoulder cleared up.

  Well, that just knocked me off my feet.

  I couldn't believe it.

  And yet at the same time, I knew it was real.

  Skipping forward, I continued to develop this liquid formula and putting it in different packages, if you will, and I came up with a little bead pack that you could carry in your pocket, and you didn't have to wear the nickels anymore.

  Well, the same thing started to happen.

  I had a friend who had been a big businessman, and I wanted to see if he would help me test this.

  But when I called him, he was barely able to whisper and said he was dying.

  I won't get into all the details, but he had two strokes 10 years prior.

  He had been in the hospital six months before having repeated heart attacks for two days, and then he had he had also gone blind from complications of diabetes, and then he found out that his heart had a hole in one valve, another valve wasn't closing, and another valve was clogged.

  And the doctors couldn't do anything for him because he couldn't survive any kind of surgery.

  So I sent this little uh bead pack to him, and I didn't know what it would do, and he called me back, and he said he felt a tingling in his hand after his paralyzed hand after laying this little bead pack on his chest in just about 20 seconds.

  Well, then three days later, he called me and he said, I'm able to see the hands of the clock on the wall.

  He then called back and said that he was no longer paralyzed, that he was able to walk unassisted all of his joints were moving.

  And then he called back after a couple months, and he said the doctors have told me that my heart has repaired itself.

  Well, all of this came as a big surprise to me, as you might imagine.

  But to get into a little more of the science, I've wanted to have a test so I could demonstrate this little pocket bead pack.

  And a friend of mine said he had discovered that it would change lemon juice.

  Came up with this, what we call lemon juice pucker test, where it could actually be demonstrated.

  In doing that demonstration, we realized we're restructuring water.

  So then we started to look at an application of the same technology put into a different format.

  So we came up with these tubes.

  If you can look at your index finger, it's about a half inch in diameter at the knuckle at the middle knuckle.

  And these tubes are that size, but they're about eight inches long.

  So we took four of those tubes and put them on a water pipe, and we started to get all sorts of reports of how we were now able to purify water without touching it.

  This has never been done before.

  So what started out as a little necklace pendant for EMF protection, developed into something a little bit more serious, and we started to wonder how can we get more people to help us test this.

  Daniel Reed, and um I was introduced to Dr.

  Fred uh approximately a year ago.

  And I just believed what he had to say.

  You know, I'd lost my wife to cancer uh a couple years ago.

  She went to heaven and uh I thought that if uh I could help others avoid what I went through by losing a loved one and you know, everything that goes along with that, which is you know, very traumatic that I would you know love to help as many people as I can.

  So that you know, um interested me in what he was doing.

  And um, I've been I'd ordered some of the products and you know, um, some of my patients have uh introduced them to them.

  Uh one of them was my my secretary.

  She had a problem with her municipal water.

  Uh it had she had done some testing and it had um chlorine-resistant bacteria in it as well as the E.

  coli and I'd given her a set of the tubes that go around your pipe that you know uh thought could help, you know, purify the water and whatnot.

  And she had um she had laid it outside of the doorway, you know, near her mother-in-law's bed, who she was caring for.

  She was 10 times Alzheimer's patient, and within a week they were getting ready to call in hospice.

  And so being that it was wet outside, and she couldn't put the tubes on her pipes.

  She just, you know, laid them uh approximately about six feet from from her bed, just till they could, you know, right outside the door till they could, you know, put the tubes on at a later day when it dried out.

  And the husband came into the bedroom about approximately 10 hours later and said, Wake up, mama's talking.

  And the only thing she could say before that was okay, and she was incontinent.

  And like I say, fixing a call in hospice uh the following week.

  So um, so she started she when he walked in there, she was talking to the TV.

  And um apparently the the energy in the tubes had you know caused some kind of an effect because nothing else was, you know, they didn't do anything else.

  And you know, fast forward the medical doctor who realizing her you know state, um, as well as another neurologist hadn't seen her in a year when when Jenny brought brought her mother-in-law, she said, uh, you know, so how's she doing?

  And she said, Well, well, I'll let her, you know, her maybe tell you.

  And before she came in, wasn't dressed up and no makeup, and she was had some makeup and nice clothes, and and she looked at it kind of funny because all she knew she could say was, okay.

  Well, she started communicating on how she was doing.

  And same with the neurologist, you know, hadn't seen in a while.
• 14:41
  She was it was just floored.
• 14:43
  And so she had actually met with her.
• 14:47
  Um, the palliative care doctor, you know, over local hospital.
• 14:51
  She was the top person and met with her, and she said that she wanted it for you know, all her patients.

  I mean, they she said we have nothing, you know, other than um, you know, in terminal care, you know, and in with the hospice, and uh she saw this turnaround and just thought it was you know very promising.

  Um that's amazing.

  That's that's the story, and that's just one of many, correct?

  Yes, yeah, yes, one of many.

  Um her daughter, who they had been treating uh 30 UTIs over a 42-month period ever since they had been there, you know, with the bad water and municipal water.

  The daughter was you know, bathing in it and whatever, and they were treating her for you know, antibiotics just one after another for you know, for 40 42 months, uh 30 treatments, and uh so I had you know mentioned about maybe you know putting the the four tubes around the bed.

  We'd done that with the mother-in-law too, and it just kind of created like a you know, a vortex or healing atmosphere in order for the body to heal, and uh all of a sudden uh she didn't have any more UTIs.

  Um, children's hospital in the walls had checked her out and determined it was actually E.

  coli in the blood, you know, that it wasn't, you know, uh repeated, you know, infections or UTIs, and so all of that cleared up, and she hasn't needed any more uh antibiotics, and it's just extraordinary.

  The things that we've you know been discovering.

  A few patients I had put the little portable water structure device, you know, uh maybe hip pain, maybe that would correct the spine and get 50% better and then go into relaxation room.

  And uh one woman, uh, elderly, she put it by her hip and that cleared up 15 minutes later and put it by the other one and came out and told my secretary that you know my hip pain fully went away, you know, after I corrected her spine, another one a headache, you know, put it on the head 10 minutes later.

  So we just kind of you know uh discovering what all this can do.

  Another one had you know uh problems with uh her menses, you know, uh excessive bleeding and whatnot, and all that cleared up is what she reported, and just really extraordinary different things that we've been discovering, and that's why we had set up you know, this natural energy research group where we have people come on and give testimonies and whatnot about their findings, and so we're just slowly discovering uh you know the limitations uh of this, and it doesn't seem to be very many so far.

  Now you're seeing these changes within people.

  Let me ask you about food products and plants and animals.

  So we often get questions about the level of energy.

  And I happen to be acquainted with several people that do what I call energetic testing.

  So this isn't laboratory testing, it's looking at the energy of things.

  One of the challenges is, and this is well known in the medical community and also the holistic community, that we have unfortunately been exposed to a lot of chemicals and toxic substances, and they seem to accumulate in the body.

  In other words, everything is made of molecules.

  Molecules are made of atoms, and atoms have their own components, a neutron and a proton in the in the center, and then there are these electrically charged particles called electrons, and they orbit around the center.

  Depending on which way they orbit determines whether something is toxic or non-toxic.

  Was able to literally hit the electrons so hard that if they were going the wrong way, spinning in a clockwise motion, they would start spinning in a counterclockwise motion.

  The difference is everything that is toxic, the electrons always spin to the right.

  Anything non-toxic, you'll find they're always spinning to the left.

  So this was quite a dramatic discovery to learn that we could reverse the poisons.

  I want to interject something just real quickly because I don't want people to lose sight of the fact that this has a spiritual connection.

  In 2002, before I had invented anything, I didn't have but a couple of formulas, uh nutritional formulas based on minerals, and I learned that these minerals were highly charged with energy.

  Without getting into specific details, I was visiting with a well-known prophet in the Nashville, Tennessee area for the weekend, and the next morning, sitting around the table in the kitchen, she said, What can you do about the toxins, the poisons in water?

  And I got up from my chair and I picked up a bottle of my liquid mineral formula that was sitting on the table, walked over to the kitchen sink and held it against the spout coming from the faucet.

  Well, this had never been done before, and it was ironic that she was affected by what I said, and it was in my opinion, the Holy Spirit giving her confirmation, and then she said something very strange.

  She said, just a few days ago, the Lord gave me a dream, and there was a man in my kitchen who did exactly what you're doing, but I couldn't see his face.

  So this is the theme is neutralizing toxic substances.

  And as Susan pointed out, we've actually done experiments with just food.

  These are solid objects, not water.

  Even though we're restructuring water, we can also affect other things.

  And we found that a simple exposure to this energy field would reverse the poisons, reverse the toxins, but it would also improve the function of the substances.

  And we have an ongoing test.

  We're working with a manufacturer of protein bars to energize the warehouse so that once they're done with the manufacturing, they can put them on the shelves and we'll have these otherwise known as water tubes on the corners of the shelving, and it will change it within 24 hours to something much more effective, much more useful.

  It in all of these cases, it's simply an energy field that we're creating that's affecting something without touching it.

  And I and I wanted to also touch on the fact that um how you worked with someone who had PTSD, and those people that have ADHD, that's the you know, emotional behaviors of people.

  Um how does this work?

  Well, it's it's quite simple, really.

  We are born as the ocupuncturist of illustrated.

  We were born with an energy field, and it travels back and forth along meridians.

  Well, what if you didn't have much energy?

  And we always find this the case with people that are suffering, whatever the illness is, it's always going to come back to a reduction in the energy field or even the flow of the energy, which travels back and forth from the head to the feet.

  When a person is exposed to this energy field, it's all natural energy.

  We're not using electronics to develop these products, it's not man-made frequencies.

  This is again something that came to me, I believe, from the Lord.

  So when people are exposed to this energy, the body literally feeds off of it, it absorbs this energy, and the energy field goes way up.

  We've had people who do electrodermal screening in doctors' offices, and said that this is very powerful and increases the energy, even to the point where things that they were testing showed after the application of this technology that those things cleared up.

  This is visible with uh testing, and in the course of getting these out to different people to see what will it do.

  We really didn't know what the limitations were.

  We're just we're just trying to discover what won't it do because so far everything that we've applied it to has improved.

  But there was a case of a woman who had what I call an issue of blood just right out of the Bible.

  Doc Reed took touched on that with one of his patients, but I didn't know about that, and I gave one to a lady who for about three weeks was having uncontrolled bleeding.

  I don't get into the details, but it was pretty bad, and the doctors had no hope for her.

  She put this under her or put it in her pillowcase under her pillow, and the next morning, her problem was over.

  I told this to a mutual friend of Doc Reed and I in Missouri, and he told it to a friend of his, and he had been trying to talk this lady into trying this technology, and she just thought it was a joke.

  And when he told her the story about the woman with the issue of blood, she said, give it to me.

  And he said, What changed your mind?

  She said, I have the same problem.

  Next morning, after putting it in her pillowcase, her problem was over.

  She called her brother, who happened to be a smoking drug-addicted alcoholic who had a bad personality, you might imagine.

  And she begged him to just put it in his pocket.

  And he also thought it was a joke until the next morning.

  When he woke up, he had no desire for cigarettes, drugs, or alcohol, and his personality had changed 180 degrees.

  So far, we have at least four people that had that similar experience, smoking drug addicted alcoholics with bad personalities.

  We even had the uh husband of a pastor whose you don't really ever want to admit this, but there were some problems, and she reported back.

  She said, My husband's personality has changed.

  It has been a mystery.

  We're still trying to figure out why it does this.

  As I mentioned, we're we're just trying to learn what are the limitations of this.

  Yeah, and what I wanted to ask you.

  Well, Dr.

  Daniel, in one of our qu in our one of our conversations, what is the difference between a raisin and a grape?

  It it is it is the water.

  And I had mentioned to Susan that I had taken a before I met Dr.

  Fred a year ago, I was looking in the mirror and I saw wrinkles, and I was just turned 61.

  I'm going, man, looking a little older.

  And after about two weeks of drinking structured water with this uh liquid additives, all of a sudden I started becoming hydrated and literally looked 10 years younger.

  Uh apparently the Dr.

  Fred had mentioned that this doctor had written a book on acid alkaline and some he said if you could eliminate the alkalinity of the body because we're or the acidity because we're acidic from accumulated waste, you know, cell and metabolism that you could literally, you know, take 10 years off of your age, and I'm walking proof of that.

  So that's it's pretty it's pretty amazing, you know what the things that I've I've witnessed.

  Uh I have a twin brother who was concerned because you know, prostate and it, you know, urination frequently and whatnot.

  And so him getting on the products, and all of a sudden he went back to the doctor, and uh he's he's uh you know, urinating normally.

  My brother, uh, older brother who's a merchant marine 75 had arthritic knuckles, and you know, he eliminated the the acidity in his body, and all of a sudden the inflammation goes away, and the pain went away, and he can move his hands normal, and so it's pretty amazing.

  Whenever you you know, you clear he clean out the body, we're mainly water, and you know, medically they're just looking at the function or the dysfunction of the organs, and in essence, or the truth is that that the organs are made up of virtually 75% of water.

  The brain is eight, uh you know, the brain is 75%.

  Uh, I'm quoting Dr.

  Fred, and uh the blood is 90% water.

  So just like a stagnant pond, if you know the water in our body is stagnant, that promotes like the stagnant pond, mosquitoes and algae, and you know, all the bad things grow in it in a and what you call a stagnant pond.

  Everybody's seen you know, stagnant water, and it doesn't look too healthy.

  But if a pond has you know, a fountain with fresh spring water or you know, just fresh water coming in, then that promotes you know, vitality, and you know, the fish are healthy, and all the bad stuff is you know, doesn't you change the environment, and then that's you know that's the key is you know what it's appearing.

  So uh Doc Reed and I both have a mutual friend that is a cattle rancher in Missouri, and he talked about this three-acre pond that he had a really serious problem with algae.

  And he asked, would these tubes help that water?

  And I said, I don't know.

  I believe it will, but I don't know.

  And so he made a device which was basically a floating ring about 10 feet in diameter, and he took four of these tubes and attached them so that they would hang down into the water.

  And that also attached a rope so that it was anchored and wouldn't allow this floating ring to wash up on the shore as the wind was blowing.

  In just of about two or three months, he called back and he said, My pond is free of algae.

  And a couple weeks later, I said, Would you go back and check that water?

  I said, I'll bet he's ready to get those tubes now.

  And he went back over there, and the guy said, actually, it's still fixed.

  So then he went to another cattle ranch, and they had a much larger pipe, and they had a bad sulfur problem.

  And he called me back after four days, and he said it didn't work.

  I said, Well, how big is the pipe?
• 41:10
  And he said, two inches.
• 41:11
  And I said, Well, the four tubes are just good for a pipe up to one inch because a two-inch pipe would have a much larger volume of water coming through, it'd be double.

  I said, You just need a little extra energy.

  So they put on the extra set, and in just a few days, he went back and checked the water, and it was completely fixed.

  The same thing happened again.

  He told the guy that he would have to pay for the tubes, or he would take them off.

  And the guy didn't want to pay for them, so he took them off.

  Two weeks later, I said, Would you go back over there and check that water?

  So we we've had some unusual experiences having to do with water, and as Dr.

  So the the four tubes come in a kit to allow you to attach it to your pipe, and then the other product is a pocket version, something that you can carry with you.

  But then when you taste the one that wasn't treated, it hits your mouth pretty hard.

  This sour tart taste, and we call it pucker, your mouth kind of squinches a little bit.

  Everybody I believe has had that experience, and so that goes that goes away, but it's not affecting the lemon juice per se, it's affecting the structure of the water, it's causing all the water molecules to separate and be more like a grid pattern.

  Well, then we have my first discovery back in 1996, was a plant-based liquid mineral product, and we started adding the highly energized liquid to that, and also a product that is designed to help the body become more alkaline, as Dr.

  It's important that we don't accumulate acidic waste since we're eating mostly cooked can and processed food, which almost without accepting it is acidic.

  All you're doing is promoting alkaline urine, and it's alkaline because your body's trying to excrete it, it's trying to get rid of it.

  Unfortunately, he has since passed away, but we still have the product available through members of his family, but it's basically a plant-based soap, it's a cleaning product.

  And one day I thought, I wonder if this would do anything for the plaque on my teeth.

  And when it gets out of that range, it'll actually pull the minerals out of the bones called osteoporosis of weak bones in order to buffer the pH in order to maintain that, as well as if we're dehydrated, people need knee replacements, hip replacements because the water in the the fluid-filled sack called the bursac is actually what's lubricating the joint.

  And so, you know, by being hydrated and you know, um, having the the proper you know, pH in the body is key, you know, to good health.

  Also, just real quick, I had a I had gone to the um California Republic to witness them ratifying their constitution and had met uh person named Lily.

  She's helped us with this research group, and um she put the little B pack on her neck after we had gone, you know, from the airport uh hour drive and her neck pain went away, so she thought this might help her bedridden brother who had a traumatic brain injury, got hit years ago on a motorcycle by a drunk driver, and she just laid the tubes on his feet 15 months, he couldn't even move.

  And all of a sudden, you know, the next the next day he started moving his hand and and could feed it.

  She gave him a spoon, he studied it and next day grab a cup of coffee and then um just started you know moving where he couldn't move at all.

  She had to move him, feed him, and and then you know, uh his speech was improved.

  We could uh think and just all kind of improvements where she's gonna believe that he's gonna be able to get up and walk, even asked for his guitar.

  Um a couple weeks, month into it, yeah.

  Asked for his guitar.

  She played the air guitar and got him excited because he's a you know, a musician said, Give me my guitar.

  So, anyway, uh that was and my last inspirational thing, you know, the founder of chiropractic said you never know what you're gonna do or say today will affect the millions of lives tomorrow.
