  Speaker 2: to your secret place. Maybe it's a place where you

  Speaker 2: can relax and let your guard down. Tune out everything

  Speaker 2: else and breathe in deep through your nose and exhale

  Speaker 2: out through your mouth. And now reach out towards God

  Speaker 2: with your mind and with your heart and know that

  Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit is already here waiting for you. Today

  Speaker 2: we'll be meditating on Psalm chapter 121 verses 7 to

  Speaker 2: to God. Heavenly Father, I worship you for you are

  Speaker 2: you keep my feet from stumbling and my knees from faltering.

  Speaker 2: You uphold me with your righteous right hand. I praise

  Speaker 2: keep you safe because protection comes from God. The Lord

  Speaker 2: is your stronghold and your fortress. You do not have

  Speaker 2: to fear the terror of the night or the arrow

  Speaker 2: that flies by day. You can trust in the Lord's
• 3:24
  Speaker 2: protection because he will preserve your soul. Jesus promised that

  Speaker 2: you will have trials in this life. You will walk
• 3:32
  Speaker 2: through things in this life that are difficult and you
• 3:34
  Speaker 2: will not be shielded from all bad things. But if

  Speaker 2: you put your trust in the Holy Spirit, the guardian

  Speaker 2: of your soul, then he will see you through your tribulations.

  Speaker 2: overcome the world. So pour out your thankfulness to him

  Speaker 2: for his care. Think of past situations where you saw

  Speaker 2: God's hand in action, where God kept you from death

  Speaker 2: and destruction. Remember when God preserved your soul, when he
• 4:57
  Speaker 2: kept you from bitterness and anger and thank him for
• 5:01
  Speaker 2: all the grace and forgiveness he has in your life.

  Speaker 2: You see, God is present and he is listening to you.

  Speaker 2: God wants to guard your steps and And he wants

  Speaker 2: to keep you safe. So ask God for discernment from
• 5:15
  Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit and to see the traps of the
• 5:17
  Speaker 2: enemy before you step into them. Ask him for the
• 5:21
  Speaker 2: ability to clearly hear his voice when he warns you
• 5:24
  Speaker 2: and for the fortitude to trust when he is moving
• 5:26
  Speaker 2: out of harm's way. Ask him right now to help
• 5:30
  Speaker 2: you submit to his leading. Remember, the Lord will guard
• 5:34
  Speaker 2: you from all dangers. He will guard you as you
• 5:37
  Speaker 2: come and go now and forever. And he wants to
• 5:41
  Speaker 2: keep you from injury and defeat. You see, God promised
• 5:45
  Speaker 2: he would always care and provide for you. So my friends,
