- 0:08am not okay, mister g Thank you for being here, brother, Thank
- 0:13you all very much. Have you faced any retaliation or reprivals for any of
- 0:19your testimony or anything on these lines. I have to be careful what I
- 0:25say in detail because there is an open whistleblower reprisal investigation on my behalf,
- 0:30and I don't want to compromise that investigation by providing anything that may help provide
- 0:37somebody information. But it was very brutal and very unfortunate some of the tactics
- 0:43they used to hurt me, both professionally and personally. To be quite frank,
- 0:48it's very unfortunate. As they say, when you're open the target,
- 0:51that's when they do the most fire and action. Do you have any personal
- 0:54knowledge that people have been harmed or injured in efforts to cover up or conceal
- 0:58these extra trust technology. Yes, personally, anyone can murder that you would
- 1:07think that you know of. I have to cans that question. Directed opportunities,
- 1:15maybe an honest enough confidential areas gift when we talk about that, but
- 1:23unfortunately we were then access Yeah, and that's very unfortunately listeners last under the
- 1:38water relations to account. Are you say we did not see a marginal honor
- 1:46the try out as something there not saying it was it was not the same
- 1:52object though that you enjoy looking at correctly, you know, we actually choked.
- 1:55I guess that that was communicating with somebody that it was what we were

- 2:07you or some of the numerous and people chasing some of those objects that you
- 2:12were spending church into that jamming or interrupt your radar the wedding system. I'm
- 2:15like cr that launched after experience signify jamming the gamy because someone's right exactly,
- 2:22haven't we can't be stamp system? Yes, I did pretty much everybody Philocity
- 2:38and right. You're listening to Ministry Act on Fringe Radio Network. Just doing

- 8:18Radio Network Radio on the fringe. Oh yeah, babybaby, I don't know
- 8:26how that happened. Did the game knob get bumped or something, because I
- 8:31don't know what it was said at before. Just try it below thirty there,
- 8:35that's that's good. Sorry, folks. So, if you've been following
- 8:43the podcast, you are probably anticipating my complete breakdown of the Congressional Oversight hearings
- 8:52on UAPs, and you'd be correct. I'm gonna get into it, but
- 9:00they weren't just about UFOs or UAPs. It's not just about sightings by pilots
- 9:09anymore. There was testimony under oath to retrieved aircraft in fact recovery programs and
- 9:22other nations with exotic aircraft retrieval programs as well, vehicles obstensibly not from the
- 9:33earth, and bodies biologics. That's a new term that they're trying to introduce,
- 9:43along with non human intelligences apparently piloting these craft. But listen very carefully
- 9:56to the language as they roll out these narratives, because I suspect there's gonna
- 10:03be a big switcheroo here pretty soon. And I am going to get into
- 10:11the actual hearings before the House Subcommittee on National Security and what was discussed and
- 10:20more importantly, what was not discussed? You know, did they ever follow
- 10:30up with some of these more sensitive questions in the skiff? Was a skiff
- 10:35ever provided? Because according to the congress person, I forget the guy's name
- 10:41at the moment, they were denied a skiff. Well, who denied the
- 10:50skiff? Okay, skiff. It's an acronym SCIF sensitive Compartmentalized Information facility,
- 11:03and it's a specialized room or building that is completely soundproof, bug proof,
- 11:11EMF shielded like a Faraday cage. No cell phones, no cameras are permitted.
- 11:20You can go in there one on one and discuss these above top secret
- 11:26questions. Then you know if the information is leaked exactly who leaked the information.
- 11:37Right now, the DOJ is fighting Trump over allowing a skiff at mar
- 11:43A Lago so he and his legal team can discuss some of these classified documents
- 11:50thirty two documents, apparently not thirty three thirty two documents that he's accused of
- 11:58mishandling. Well. At several points during these hearings, the witnesses agree to
- 12:07answer certain sensitive questions in a skiff, but there's been no follow up that
- 12:13I'm aware of. So did that happen? Did those conversations happen, you
- 12:18know, the ones about murder? I mean the amount of obfuscation is alarming.
- 12:28Did they have hearings like this during the nine to eleven investigations? What
- 12:35about weapons of mass destruction Benghazi? No, but we have hearings on UFOs
- 12:43and it's get to the skiff. So let's assume then that whatever they're hiding,
- 12:54it has to be big and directly threatens our now national security, and
- 13:01we can make that our starting point. So the official position of NASA and
- 13:11the Pentagon and the Department of Defense is that there is no evidence that any
- 13:22of this is extra terrestrial in nature. They have been willing to admit that
- 13:30there is some sort of phenomenon occurring, but that's where they're at, and
- 13:35they're conspicuously missing from the congressional UFO hearings. We've got the whistleblower testimonies,
- 13:48We've got few members of Congress that are on this oversight committee. And the
- 13:56starting issue is transparency. How transparent or opaque has the government been on this
- 14:05issue? And no question it's been opaque. So who's the head who heads
- 14:15up the Department of Defense right now? Can we look into that, Who
- 14:22is the Secretary of State right now? Who's the head of the at the
- 14:24Pentagon? Why aren't these people subpoena to testify at these hearings if indeed Congress
- 14:33is being left out of the loop. Such a complex issue. So we'll
- 14:43start with and I'm going to go through the hearings. I'm not going to
- 14:48play the entire hearing. I'm going to cut out a lot of the procedural
- 14:52stuff, you know, and get down to the juicy bits, because whether
- 15:01or not you've actually watched it, you can watch the entire hearing from beginning
- 15:05to end if you like, or you can just listen to a breakdown of
- 15:09it. So mister Burchette from Tennessee, I think, basically kicks things off
- 15:18here after the chairman's introduction, and he's seated there with another representative, Miss
- 15:28Luna. And it's interesting to note the people that he thinks here, in
- 15:37other words, his position, and he also mentions the Accidental Truth documentary that
- 15:45I interviewed Ron James about. It's important to note where these individuals line up
- 15:52as far as their level of belief in this extraterrestrial government cover up. And
- 16:03he thanks another representative. A couple more Matt Gates is mentioned, and he
- 16:10also takes note of a few individuals that are there observing, one of which
- 16:22is George Knapp. We know George Napp, he's been in the UFO space,
- 16:29the coast to coast space here for decades now. And Jeremy Corbel,
- 16:38the documentary filmmaker. Now we know these people's position on extraterrestrials. I'm also
- 16:48out there in the crowd, well not the crowd, but the peanut gallery
- 16:56is Louis Elizondo. Christopher Mellon, who was founding member of the To the
- 17:08Stars Academy, okay, and he's been in and out of the government in
- 17:15the intelligence sector under Clinton and George w. So we're familiar with these people's
- 17:30positions on UFOs and then and extraterrestrials. And then the other faction within the
- 17:44UFO disclosure arena would be doctor Stephen Greer and the CE five Protocols and all
- 17:55the documentaries basically saying the government is lying when they say this is a threat
- 18:04to national security, that the UFO Enigma, these these aliens, these extraterrestrials
- 18:15are hostile, They're a threat, and his position is no, we've never
- 18:21had any negative experiences with these beings and you know, actively seeking to contact
- 18:27them and that we could probably learn from them. And so you have these
- 18:36two factions, and the latter not really being represented here at all in these
- 18:42hearings either. So it's important to notice who's missing from the hearings. You
- 18:48know, what's the what's the position that's not being offered as part of this
- 18:55larger discussion that seems to be of such great secrets. See certainly not the
- 19:03Christian the biblical worldview on this that's nowhere to be seen. A big part
- 19:11of this behind the scenes is there is a schism in the government. There
- 19:18are factions within NASA and the DoD and the Air Force, the Navy,
- 19:25okay as far as what they believe, and some of these people do have
- 19:38a Christian viewpoint on this and have given some pushback to the individuals that want
- 19:51to explore this further. You know, they're ready, if they haven't already,
- 19:56you know, to open these portals and see what's on the other side,
- 20:00ready to go. But apparently there are some old school guys in there,
- 20:07high ranking people that have offered some pushback, saying, you know,
- 20:11this is the stuff they were studying from, you know, the Nazis scientists
- 20:18that were brought over after World War Two. Maybe this is kind of,
- 20:26you know, bare minimum unethical. But apparently there are Christians who have a
- 20:37spiritual worldview, a biblical worldview working in the ranks of these departments in the
- 20:44government and in the military, who were saying, you know, this is
- 20:49kind of demonic. Maybe we shouldn't be pursuing this. And why does UFO
- 21:00activity UFO flaps increase in times of conflict going back, you know, eighty
- 21:11years or more. Now at this point, okay, now we have a
- 21:15conflict in Russia and Ukraine. There's other conflicts around the world, of course,
- 21:22but this is more than likely to go nuclear, or the situation in
- 21:29Taiwan. UFOs are in the news almost as much as news out of Ukraine
- 21:40about the status of the war, and equally as shady, depending on who
- 21:47you're listening to. So let's pick up the tail end of mister Burchette here
- 21:57and then go into missus Luna's statement. These folks, they've got nothing to
- 22:03gain from this, and I think you're going to find out that they've endured
- 22:07quite a few slings and arrows, and he's talking about the whistleblowers. The
- 22:11three whistle blowers on the panel here. We need to remember them in our
- 22:17prayers and their families, and I'm thankful them for their honest testimonies. They
- 22:21have done interviews and appeared in documentaries like Accidental Truth to get their stories out
- 22:25there, and now they are all here to testify under oath for Congress.
- 22:30It's been so difficult to get here today. I said, you know,
- 22:33in the Baptist Church, we'd say that the devil's in our way, and
- 22:37the devil has been in our way through this thing. We've run into roadblocks
- 22:41from members from the intelligence community of the Pentagon. I proposed legislation to go
- 22:45in the FAA reauthorization that just said if an airline pilot has a sighting,
- 22:52that when he makes that report to the FAA, that it would come to
- 22:56Congress. But I was told that the intelligence community did not like that,
- 23:00and the bill was the amendment was not even hurt in committee. So this
- 23:06is mister Burchette. He is a Christian. And this is confirmed by Ron
- 23:11James, who I interviewed from Muffon, who did the documentary Accidental Truth.
- 23:18He produced that, and mister Burchette is in the documentary and later on basically
- 23:27confirms that there is sort of a Christian pushback that still exists in the government
- 23:37and in the military and in the intelligence community. So when we say the
- 23:47government is hiding this, and that the government is not just one big,
- 23:51monolithic entity, and I guess we should be thankful that there's a little bit
- 23:59of diversity in thought, that there's competing agendas inside these three letter agencies and
- 24:10government agencies. And I really want to reach out to Nick Redfern and see
- 24:18how he's tracking with the Collins elite and this idea that there's the schism of
- 24:30Christians in the government that are warning against contacting these alien intelligences. And the
- 24:40accidental truth of that interview that I did was Ron James basically confirmed that Louis
- 24:51Elizondo encountered this pushback not necessarily Christian fundamentalist viewpoint, but a biblical viewpoint or
- 25:03a let's just say Christian viewpoint, because you can argue whether it's biblical or
- 25:10not, and most of these Christians default to like these are demons. Aliens
- 25:15are demons, So we shouldn't be doing this. It's probably the default position.
- 25:23I don't think there's any maybe there is any fringe Christians in the military
- 25:30or in the intelligence community. Let's continue with the video. I think it's
- 25:36time for this country to take back our country. We need to tell the
- 25:38folks at the Pentagon they work for us, dad gumut, we don't work
- 25:42for them. And that's exactly the point. This is an issue of government
- 25:47transparency. We can't trust a government that does not trust its people. We're
- 25:51not bringing little green men or flying saucers into the hearing. Sorry to disappoint
- 25:56about half y'all. We're just going to get to the facts, are going
- 26:00to uncover the cover up. And I hope this is just the beginning of
- 26:03many more hearings and more people coming forward about this. And I yield back
- 26:07to remainder of my time. I think is to represent Luna, mister Chairmanders,
- 26:11Yeah, well we'll call them as Luna for hers statement. The circumstances
- 26:17surrounding ups has captivated the intention of the American people for decades, ingranting even
- 26:22the minds of our nation's leaders, from Jimmy Carter to Barack Obama, Hillary
- 26:26Clinton to Donald Trump, Marco Rubio to Chuck Schumer, John Radcliffe to National
- 26:30Security Council officials. Yet from Roswell, New Mexico, to the coast of
- 26:34Jacksonville, Florida, the sidings of UAPs have rarely been explained by the people
- 26:38who have first hit accounts of these situations. This is largely due to the
- 26:42lack of transparency by our own government and the failure of our elected leaders to
- 26:47make good on their promises to release explanations and footage and mountains of overclassified documents
- 26:52that continue to be hidden from the American people. This isn't just how I
- 26:56feel. In fact, the American people largely believe that the government has actively
- 27:00covered up the truth about UAPs. So she says overclassified information, So I'm
- 27:10assuming this to mean she believes some of this information should not be classified.
- 27:17One poll in particular, found that sixty eight percent of Americans believe that the
- 27:21government is hiding information about UAPs and not being honest about what we know about
- 27:25them, And from my personal experience, I believe the same thing. Another
- 27:29poll found that nearly half Americans believe that the federal government is doing a very
- 27:33bad or somewhat bad job of dealing with reports of UFO sidings. As Representative
- 27:38Burchett just reference on the FA bill that just went through. You can tell
- 27:42that that's exactly happening. Considering the thousands of testimonies and videos taken on people's
- 27:48phones and eyewitnesses accounts made by credible witnesses such as doctors, pilots, scientists,
- 27:52and active duty service members, is unacceptable to continue to gaslight Americans into
- 27:57thinking that this is not happening or that the potential of intelligent intelligent life forms
- 28:03exists other than humans. Even more alarming is the fact that these eyewitnesses are
- 28:07many of Time's service members and have no assurance that their lives will not be
- 28:11negatively impacted or even harmed by their experiences. In being an active duty service
- 28:17member working on an airfield. I've had conversations with many pilots where they were
- 28:21in fear of coming forward for retribution and or being taken off flight status.
- 28:26Okay, so we've heard all these arguments before. I like the appeal to
- 28:32the American people. This is Congress, They're supposed to represent the people,
- 28:41and I think they're right about this, and they're getting their information from these
- 28:45polls that have come out recently that indicate most Americans, you know, more
- 28:52than half of the people polled believe the US government is hiding information about UAPs,
- 29:03and even greater percentage of people believe in extraterrestrial life and believe it is
- 29:14visiting Earth and believe that the government is hiding information about it. More people
- 29:21believe in aliens than they do in God these days. If we put some
- 29:25of these polls up against each other, I'm going to skip ahead a little
- 29:32bit to mister Moskowitz, who has some interesting questions, interesting statements to make
- 29:36here before we get to the witness testimony. Unlike other hearings many times in
- 29:44Congress, you're not here to help a political party, but you're here to
- 29:47share information with the American people. And it's not something that is just going
- 29:52on in this administration. It's something that's spanned many administrations. For decades.
- 29:57Many Americans have been fascinated by objects mysterious and unexplained, and it's long past
- 30:03time that they got some answers. The American public has a right to learn
- 30:07about technologies of unknown origins, non human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena. Those
- 30:15are not the words of a UFO Twitter account, though that is a direct
- 30:18quote from Majority leader Chuck Schumer that the American public has a right to learn
- 30:22about technologies of unknown origins, non human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena. In
- 30:29an interview with Fox News, recent former Director of National Intelligence John Radcliffe confirmed
- 30:34the US government is aware a lot more sightings of UAPs and that they have
- 30:40not made that information public. I quote, there are a lot more sightings
- 30:44that have not been made public, Radcliffe said to Fox News. For me,
- 30:48this hearing is about transparency. We unfortunately live in a time in which
- 30:52many people distrust government and our institutions, and over classification of information away from
- 30:59the American public or even Congress contributes to today's politics. The American people have
- 31:03regular questions, what are UAPs? How come the media doesn't report more on
- 31:07them? Are they foreign adversaries? Are the US technology? Are they something
- 31:11else? They ask themselves. How come when a Russian jet shoots flares at
- 31:17one of our drones, we have perfect pictures and videos to show the American
- 31:21people and the world, but when it comes to UAPs nothing. Of course,
- 31:26we must always protect our national security, to maintain our superiority, like
- 31:32when stealth helicopters were only rumored to exist but were used in the Osama Bin
- 31:37Laden raid in twenty and eleven. But we can't allow that to be used
- 31:41as a shield to keep the American people completely in the dark from basic truths.
- 31:48The American people deserve to hear more about special access programs. Congress has
- 31:52a right to know if there's any unsanctioned weapons development satellite imagery that has not
- 31:57been provided to Congress. Congress created the All Domain Resolution Office in the NBAA
- 32:02of twenty twenty two. In its initial analysis, there are one hundred and
- 32:07seventy one uncharacterized UAP reports and this is the words from the report that appear
- 32:15to have demonstrated unusual flight characteristics or performance capabilities. I believe more information is
- 32:21known about the one hundred and seventy one instances. It's time for Congress to
- 32:24reinsert ourselves. I call on our military leaders and intelligence officials to release more
- 32:30information to the American people about UAPs and to our military leaders. If there's
- 32:37nothing to conceal, let Congress go to write Patterson Air Force Base, the
- 32:42Dugway Proven Ground, or even Groom Lake in Nevada. We should have disclosure
- 32:46today, we should have disclosure tomorrow. The time has come, so these
- 32:53guys. Congress is not in the loop. But he does mention some of
- 32:59these ten testing sites where the military is developing advanced aircraft technologies Wright Patterson air
- 33:10Force Base, Groom Lake, etc. And I don't disagree with his position.
- 33:22I think the American people do need more information about what's going on.
- 33:29I'm an advocate for transparency, but he's sort of answering his own questions when
- 33:38he talks about overclassified information. There's another term overclassified. Well, the reason
- 33:46why information is classified is because somewhere along the line, in the interest of
- 33:52national security, we gave the intelligence community, military intelligence the authority too not
- 34:08only withhold information, research and development of technology from the American people, but
- 34:16also spread disinformation, which I suspect includes stories about aliens and UFOs and have
- 34:30put stuff out there like alien Autopsy to just fuel more questions and speculation.
- 34:39Have you seen Mirage Men, the documentary from like twenty thirteen. Okay,
- 34:49it's about the military having special agents spread this UFO mythology. And I think
- 35:04about all the UFO reports and alien contact reports where you know, some shady
- 35:14government agent or the military is sent out to sort of whitewash the story and
- 35:23gaslight the witnesses and even threatened witnesses. And there's another awesome book that's really
- 35:32hard to find now called Millabs that documents cases where they were engaged in staging
- 35:45alien abductions, you know, all to fortify this belief that alien extraterrestrials are
- 35:54visiting US kidnapping human beings. Okay, And the best lies always have an
- 36:07element of truth to them. It's the specific details that are manipulated to in
- 36:15this case, I think, deflect from the actual technology that's being developed and
- 36:23the actual partnership communication, knowledge transfer that's occurring through the occult operators that are
- 36:37employed in the ranks of the military and government and intelligence and defense contractors big
- 36:50tech. It's not just the government. It's like a fascist conspiracy at the
- 36:57top. Oh, just like Nazi Germany. In other words, why do
- 37:05we think that what started with Project paper Clip and Projects Sign and the Cold
- 37:12War and the space race and the nuclear arms race in the fifties, the
- 37:16sixties, the seventies hasn't changed and continued and advanced in the shadows. It's
- 37:24still going on, but now the psychological warfare aspect of it has elevated,
- 37:32and the nuts and bolts technological side of it has elevated as well, and
- 37:37you have this merging of these occult principles. More and more of these tech
- 37:44wizards and these masterminds are engaging with occult magic, and that's influencing the development
- 37:57of their technology and their contract with the government. You don't think our military,
- 38:04our government is still looking for an advantage against our adversaries, against the
- 38:08Chinese, against the Russians, against whoever. Maybe they've even gone as far
- 38:17as, you know, cloning little bioengineered humanoid biologics to pilot their advanced drones.
- 38:34Maybe. Notice we never really get answers, and I have no reason
- 38:43to believe that we're going to get answers now. They're just giving us some
- 38:47sterilized information here. And notice nobody really cares. It's just a foregone conclusion.
- 38:57Now that aliens are here pretty much, but they don't seem to be
- 39:02causing too much of a stir. It's always in the interest of national security
- 39:08that these things are classified, and it's going to remain classified. Just like
- 39:15he said in his statement, And that's why I land where I land on
- 39:24this issue when I say that the government, the military, and these defense
- 39:30contractors and big tech are concealing advanced technology. But that's only part of disclosure,
- 39:42like true disclosure, that's only half of it. What's the other half?
- 39:49Well, that's what we explore on this podcast as a central investigative focus.
- 39:58And maybe I'm biased too for how a Christian biblical viewpoint, but much
- 40:02of what I do here is unpack and disassemble the deception that's going on here.
- 40:13But most people fail to pull back a little bit and see the big
- 40:20picture. We're very hyper focused on the whistleblowers themselves, the opposing factions in
- 40:28this drama, this little stage show that's being put on for us, the
- 40:34Congress, the whistleblowers, and then you've got you know, the Pentagon,
- 40:39these microdosing tech wizards and creating this narrative that just has us all on the
- 40:53edge of our seats. Okay, if we want real disclosure and this whole
- 40:59thing isn't a big charade, then why is no one suggesting that we make
- 41:05legislative changes to the National Security Act that goes all the way back to nineteen
- 41:13forty seven that was signed into law by Harry Truman. Okay, this created
- 41:20the CIA and the Department of Defense. Okay, and this is significant because
- 41:30this is leading right into the Cold War, and it concerned aerospace technologies,
- 41:40advanced weapons. Okay, the cult of the super weapon within our own government,
- 41:51which incidentally ties us back to Operation paper Clip. All right, let's
- 42:00continue now I've skipped past the witness's introductory statements. Basically, if I were
- 42:07to summarize what came out of that, the main complaint is that there's no
- 42:15uniform system for reporting UAPs, and also they all expressed the safety and security
- 42:25risk that these unidentified aerial phenomena represent. You, based off of each of
- 42:37your experiences and observations, do you believe UAPs pose a potential threat to our
- 42:42national security? Yes? And here's why. The technology that we faced was
- 42:52far superior than anything that we had, and you could put that anywhere if
- 42:57you had one, you captured one, first engineered that, you got it
- 43:00to work. You're talking something that can go into space, go someplace,
- 43:05drop down in a matter of seconds, do whatever it wants, and leave,
- 43:08and there's nothing we can do about it. Nothing so this is Commander
- 43:15David Fraverer, retired US Navy pilot, and they each chime in on this
- 43:23question. Okay, the other YouTube. I would also like to add from
- 43:29commercial aviation and military aviation perspective, we deal with uncertainty in our operating space
- 43:34as a matter of our professional actions. Identifying friend from foe is very important
- 43:39to us, and so when we have unidentified targets and we continue to ignore
- 43:45those due to a stigmare or fear of what it could be, that's an
- 43:47opening that our adversaries can take advantage of. What steps should be taken to
- 43:52better understand and respond to you ap and coners. In the interest of national
- 43:54security, there needs to be a location where this information is centralized for processing,
- 44:00and there needs to be a two way communication loop so the operators on
- 44:02the front end have a feedback and can get best practices on how to process
- 44:07information, what to do, and to ensure that they they're reporting is being
- 44:13listened to. Right now, there's not a lot of back and forth.
- 44:15Mister Gush and your complaint to the intelligence community, inspector you, inspector general,
- 44:21you claim that you believe information is being hidden. What kind of information
- 44:23do you think was hidden and do you think it should remain hidden? Yes,
- 44:28I could speak to that very briefly, non classified manner. As you
- 44:30know, the preponderance of my complaint was classified to the intelligence communities, both
- 44:36material acquisition and exploitation activity, also baselining the UAPs, but not sharing it
- 44:43with you know, intelligence professionals that are actually doing step briefs to pilots that
- 44:47kind of information. Yeah, okay, So first you heard Ryan Graves there,
- 44:52one of the witnesses. He's an F eighteen Navy pilot. And then
- 44:59you heard David Grush, who served as an intelligence officer both with the US
- 45:06Air Force and then later with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. So skipping ahead
- 45:15a little bit here again, this is mister Garcia. He's a ranking member
- 45:21of the committee. Let's hear what he has to say briefly. I also
- 45:25just want to note, for particularly for the two palaces and of a question
- 45:30from a sh Rush, one of the things that I found fascinating in our
- 45:31discussion mister Graves last night as well, is that you've both described UAPs and
- 45:37formations and the way they they are observed in space or or in our air
- 45:43and the way that they move is essentially ways in which current technology aircraft that
- 45:47we know of are unable to actually function or move. And so will you
- 45:52just for the public record again once once again, just briefly, just either
- 45:58describe or know that aircraft that will being witnessed, particularly by the thirty folks
- 46:01that you're working with, are essentially outside the scope of anything that we know
- 46:06of today and the technology we have today, mister Graves, mister Favor,
- 46:09Yes, the objects that are being seen by commercial pilots are performing maneuvers that
- 46:15are unexplainable due to our understanding of our technology and our capabilities as a country.
- 46:19And that applies for the military as well, mister Fair Yeah, I
- 46:22concur with that we have nothing that can stop admit air and go the other
- 46:25direction, nor do we have anything that can, like in our situation,
- 46:30come down from space, hang out for three hours and go back up.
- 46:31Thank you my last question, and sometimes I know that you have also said
- 46:36some of these answers in the past. We're trying to get them on the
- 46:37public record as well, which is really important. Mister Gresh. Finally,
- 46:40do you believe that our government is in possession of UAPs? Absolutely? Based
- 46:45on interviewing over forty witnesses over four years, and where I know the exact
- 46:51locations, and those locations were provided to the Inspector General and some of which
- 46:55to the intelligence committees. I actually had the people with the first hand knowledge
- 47:00provide a protected disclosure to the Inspector General. Now I'm not a Navy pilot,
- 47:06I'm not an Air Force pilot. I don't know anything about aeronautics,
- 47:13but I've seen commercially available drones do some pretty wild maneuvers, you know,
- 47:21even these quad copter drones that you can buy a Walmart. They can hover,
- 47:29they can go straight up and down, they can stop on a dime,
- 47:32they can stop and do ninety degree maneuvers. Now, I'm not saying
- 47:38the things that are being observed here are drones necessarily, but I don't think
- 47:46the technology that they're describing necessarily has to be extraterrestrial or otherworldly. It's just
- 47:55very advanced. It's not possible that we have have very advanced drones that can
- 48:01drop down from eighty thousand feet is basically in space, and then hover and
- 48:09then go straight back up. I think it's definitely within the realm of possibilities
- 48:15that we have experimental advanced aircraft that can do some of these kind of maneuvers,
- 48:25and of course if we do, it's going to be kept secret.
- 48:31And the other thing here, mister Graves asks David Grush if we are in
- 48:42possession of UAPs, to which he confers, yes, we are, and
- 48:50I know exactly where they are, and that information was classified and given to
- 48:58the Inspector General of the entire diligence community. How can you be in possession
- 49:05of an unidentified aerial phenomena? In other words, he didn't ask if we
- 49:13had if we were in possession of advanced exotic aerospace vehicles. He said,
- 49:20are we in possession of UAPs? You can't be in possession of a phenomena.
- 49:28A phenomena is something that's observed. If we're in possession of it,
- 49:31it's not unidentified. Are we to believe that we're in possession of these vehicles
- 49:37and we don't know what they are, where they come from? Nonsense?
- 49:44You know. Doing all this research on UFOs and disclosure, I've really been
- 49:52thinking like I need to write a book, and I'm thinking about calling it
- 49:59identified because for the entire history of this phenomenon. It's always been unidentified,
- 50:07unidentified, unidentified flying objects, unidentified, aerial phenomenon, unidentified what is it.
- 50:15It's not aerial phenomenon anymore. It's unidentified anomalous phenomenon. So now it
- 50:22no longer needs to even be in the air. You know, these can
- 50:25be unidentified phenomena in the water. And in fact, some of the tic
- 50:34TACs were disrupting the water. We're causing white water in the ocean, and
- 50:42some of them have been observed entering the ocean and re emerging and then flying
- 50:46up into space. Yeah, pretty advanced, but I think we're to the
- 50:51point where we can start to identify some of these things. I call it
- 50:57identified, just to piss off a lot of UFO people. Thank you for
- 51:02those great questions. Mister Graves. Again, I'd like to know, how
- 51:10do you know that these were not our aircraft? Some of the behaviors that
- 51:15we saw in a working area, we would see these objects being at zero
- 51:21point zero mock. That's zero air speed over certain pieces of the ground.
- 51:25So what that means, Just like a river, if you throw a bobber
- 51:28in, it's going to float downstream. These objects were saying completely stationary and
- 51:31category four hurricane wins. These same objects would then accelerate to supersonic speeds one
- 51:37point one, one point two mack, and they would do so in very
- 51:40erratic and quick behaviors that we don't I don't have an explanation for. Okay,
- 51:45have you spoken to commercial and military pilots that have seen these off of
- 51:50our East coast a half? Okay, mister Friver, I noticed that.
- 52:00And the tic TAC video it's tic tac like the candy, not TikTok like
- 52:06the Chinese communist app. That's correct, Yes, sir. I just want
- 52:09to make that boo because my daughter corrected me on that and called me a
- 52:16boomer and say boomer and I said, no, baby, it's tic tac
- 52:20like the candy. You're gonna have to just look it up. Burchette's just
- 52:23full of jokes, this guy, it's a favor. What astonished you the
- 52:30most about the flat capabilities of these tic tac very briefly, the performance,
- 52:37absolute performance. It was And you're not aware of any other objects that anybody
- 52:43in the world has in this world that has those capabilities. No, I
- 52:46think it's far beyond actually our material science that we currently possess. Are you
- 52:52aware of any other reconnaissance platforms that attractor recorded the tic TAC's maneuvers, maybe
- 52:57the nora AD system or any of the others. I am not now.
- 53:00I don't want to diminish these witnesses testimonies as far as what they've observed or
- 53:09the encounters that they've collected from other pilots, both commercial and military. As
- 53:17far as the capabilities of these craft, I think it's extraordinary what they've described,
- 53:27that these things are able to do, and that's the precise reason why
- 53:32they've not been shown it. It's not been revealed to them. But I
- 53:37do think it's a technology that we have achieved, and I don't automatically jump
- 53:46to the extraterrestrial alien explanation for this. Human beings have accomplished great technological feats
- 53:57even in the very distant past that archaeologists can't explain today. And if we
- 54:06can see drones, do you know amazing maneuvers? Then you know the billions
- 54:15trillions of dollars that they've pumped into these black projects and also receiving knowledge science,
- 54:28physics, mathematics from alien intelligences. You know, there's no telling what
- 54:34we've been able to manufacture. It's like the other argument with the materials that
- 54:42Avi Lobe had these metals with these strange ionic configurations. Well, their conclusion
- 54:52was, well, this isn't naturally found on the Earth, therefore it's from
- 55:00outer space. Well, I'm sure we've figured out a process to change the
- 55:07ionic structure of certain metals. I mean that technology seems within our grasp potentially.
- 55:19Again, advances like this, though, are going to be kept secret
- 55:24to keep our enemies guessing. Like with Iran, no one's really sure if
- 55:34they have nuclear capability, the capability to produce nuclear weapons and deliver them.
- 55:40It's a mystery because they won't let the inspectors in to take a look.
- 55:45The technology is hidden because it gives them a tactical advantage. Now, this
- 55:52is mister Raskin, mister Doragman here asking the questions. Now listen to mister
- 56:00graves response. This is Ryan Graves responding to this question. Very interesting,
- 56:07All right, can you describe your experience after you decided to come forward and
- 56:12go public with your experience? Certainly, like many others in twenty seventeen,
- 56:19I saw the New York Times article come out as well, and for me,
- 56:22it was so he's talking about the initial tic tac UFO article that was
- 56:31put out by the New York Times, Leslie Keene Ralph Blumenthal, who have
- 56:37been in this UFO space for a long time. It was special because I
- 56:43recognized the voices on the video. I recognized the video itself. I had
- 56:46seen it when it was taken, I seen it when it was debriefed,
- 56:50and so that was kind of shook me because I realized that this problem was
- 56:53still ongoing, and so I reached out with the colleagues back on the East
- 56:57Coast and realized that this was still a safety risk that they were dealing with,
- 57:00that they had essentially hit a wall with how they could move forward on
- 57:02this conversation. It was at that point when I decided to try to move
- 57:06the conversation forward myself. So he hit a wall basically, and was that
- 57:12wall like the walls of the Pentagon of the Department of Defense. Apparently that's
- 57:21who we really need to have a representative sitting down and testifying during these hearings.
- 57:30And I suspect it's this same contingency that's denying the access to the skiff
- 57:39for them to discuss this above top secret information. Now listen to this.
- 57:49Are there common characteristics to the UAPs that have been cited by different pilots and
- 57:53can you describe what the convergence of descriptions is. Certainly we were primary seeing
- 58:00dark gray or black cubes inside of a clear sphere. I'm sorry, dark
- 58:04gray or black cubes, yes, inside of a clear sphere where the apex
- 58:08or tips of the cube were touching the inside of that sphere. And that
- 58:12was primarily what was being reported when we were able to gain a visual tallity
- 58:15of the these objects. That occurred over almost eight years, and as far
- 58:21as I know, it's still occurred. So I take it that you're arguing
- 58:28what we need is real transparency in a reporting system. Yeah. He didn't
- 58:32really know how to respond to that, and I don't really know how to
- 58:36respond to that either. It's not a common UFO configuration that we hear a
- 58:43lot about a cube inside a sphere. Not only that, but dark gray
- 58:47or black cube inside a sphere, and these have apparently multiple reports of these.
- 58:55There have been reports of black cubes also, orbs and spherical objects have
- 59:01been reported, but this is very specific and apparently widespread. If we're to
- 59:07believe the reporting. Now, we've talked about black cubes on this show before,
- 59:14and you know the saturn symbolism that's associated with that. I just felt
- 59:22that was interesting. Let's skip ahead a little bit further here, and what
- 59:28is your general interpretation of these phenomena or what is your current thinking of trying
- 59:37to make sense of them. Well, I'll say, you know, I'm
- 59:40not like a UFO fanatic, It's not me, but i will tell you
- 59:45that what we saw with four sets of eyes over a five minute period,
- 59:51still there's nothing we have, nothing close to it. It was it was
- 59:53amazing to see. I told my buddy I wanted to fly it. But
- 59:57it's just an incredible technology. So one of the arguments that we hear as
- 1:00:05far as the maneuvering capabilities of these unidentified craft is that human beings wouldn't be
- 1:00:14able to fly them because of the g force effects on the human body.
- 1:00:22But I've rarely heard anyone interject the possibility that these things are not piloted by
- 1:00:30human beings, They're not piloted by any kind of biologic, any kind of
- 1:00:37organic creature. They could be completely remote controlled like a drone. Then you
- 1:00:45don't have to worry about the gravitational you know, g force effects on the
- 1:00:50human body when you make a ninety degree shift in direction, you know,
- 1:00:55going at mock Ie or whatever. So that was frav again answering that set
- 1:01:02of questions. Now we're going to go again to missus Luna for the next
- 1:01:07set of questioning. Now she asked a very pointed question here, and this
- 1:01:14kind of gets passed over because grush doesn't really have an answer. But I
- 1:01:19think personally this is key. Mister grush In speaking to you yesterday, I
- 1:01:28just wanted to follow up on Representative Raskin's questions. In the last couple of
- 1:01:35years, have you had incidences that have caused you to be in fear for
- 1:01:38your life for addressing these issues? Yes. Personally, I just want everyone
- 1:01:45to note that he's coming forward in fear of his life, to put in
- 1:01:49perspective if they were really not scared about this information coming out, why would
- 1:01:52someone be intimidated like that? To your knowledge, our NHI is working with
- 1:01:58adversarial foreign governments in either technology exchange programs or back engineering programs. I don't
- 1:02:04have data on that. I'm not sure. Have you heard or you had
- 1:02:07people come forward to present that evidence, not that particular evidence that you just
- 1:02:13expoused, So NHI again non human intelligence. She asks if any foreign or
- 1:02:22adversarial governments are working with NHIS to back engineer this technology, to which he
- 1:02:29responds, I don't have any data on that. What she doesn't ask is
- 1:02:35if our own government has been working with NHIS to back engineer this technology.
- 1:02:43I think that should have been asked too, and would actually be for mister
- 1:02:49Graves. Can you please explain to me in detail the event that occurred at
- 1:02:54Vanderberg Air Force Base. Certainly in the two thousand and three time frame,
- 1:03:01A large group of Boeing contractors were operating near one of the launch facilities at
- 1:03:06Vannerberg Air Force Base when they observed a very large, one hundred yard sided
- 1:03:12red square approached the base from the ocean and hover at low altitude over one
- 1:03:17of the launch facilities. This object remained for about forty five seconds or so
- 1:03:22before darting off over the mountains. There was a similar event within twenty four
- 1:03:28hours later in the evening. This was a morning event, I believe eight
- 1:03:31forty five in the morning. Later in the evening, post sunset, there
- 1:03:36were reports of other sightings on base, including some aggressive behaviors. These objects
- 1:03:40were approaching some of the security guards at rapid speeds before darting off. And
- 1:03:45this is information that was received through one of the witnesses that have approached me
- 1:03:50at Americans for say Faraoh Space. So now here's what we might call an
- 1:03:54actual UAP one hundred yard long red square. He says, not a cube,
- 1:04:04but a square. So we're we talking about a two dimensional object hovering
- 1:04:11over the Air Force base here and then also later the next morning, these
- 1:04:17objects flying aggressively at security personnel. And so this is a witness report.
- 1:04:26Mister Graves didn't witness this personally, and this is a pattern, with the
- 1:04:31exception of Fraver who did witness the tic TAC. These guys didn't witness this.
- 1:04:38They're just collecting reports from other people. But some very interesting descriptions of
- 1:04:46what I would refer to as an actual UAP, an unidentified aerial phenomena,
- 1:04:53because nobody really has a conception for an aerospace vehicle, a ship, an
- 1:05:00aircraft of any kind that massive and just red. Okay, now let's go
- 1:05:09back to Moscowitz, who asks another round of questions. Gentlemen, let's talk
- 1:05:15about the laws of physics for a second. Mister Graves and Commander Favor,
- 1:05:20I heard you talk about speed. When those objects broke the sound barrier,
- 1:05:28did they make a sonic boom? That was in a jet? You can't
- 1:05:31hear anything, it's kind of allowed in there. Yeah, you're not able
- 1:05:35to actually personally tell within the vehicle. I will say the objects that we
- 1:05:39were seeing there were sphericle and they were observed up the mock two, which
- 1:05:43is a very non aerodynamic shape. What about G forces, Let's talk about
- 1:05:46G forces of those vehicles. Could a human survive those G forces with known
- 1:05:50technology today? No? No, not for the acceleration race that we observed.
- 1:05:55Okay, what about what they look like? How close did you get?
- 1:05:59Did you see a seam or a rivet or a section? And what
- 1:06:02I mean is obviously the jets you're flying have all those things. Did these
- 1:06:06objects have those? Do you want to go around? I didn't. I
- 1:06:11didn't have the detail to be able to tell that. So we got within
- 1:06:14a half mile. It's ticktack, which people say that's pretty far, but
- 1:06:16in airplanes that's actually relatively close. No, it was perfectly white, smooth,
- 1:06:20no windows, although and we did take the original Fleer video that is
- 1:06:25out there. When you put it on a big screen, it actually had
- 1:06:28two little objects that came out of the bottom of it. But other than
- 1:06:30that, no, no windows, no seams, no nothing, mister Grush,
- 1:06:33As a result of your previous government work, have you met with people
- 1:06:36with direct knowledge or have direct knowledge yourself of non human origin craft? Yes,
- 1:06:43I personally interviewed those individuals, mister Grush. As a result of your
- 1:06:46previous government work, have you met with people with direct knowledge or have direct
- 1:06:49knowledge yourself about AT's advanced technologies that the US government has based on conventional advanced
- 1:06:59tech? I was brief to the preponderance of the dependence departments both Space and
- 1:07:03aerospace, Compartment of programs. Do you have knowledge or do you have reason
- 1:07:09to believe that there are programs in the advanced tech space that are unsanctioned?
- 1:07:15Yes, I do. Okay, yeah, And when you say that they're
- 1:07:17above congressional oversight, what do you mean? A complicated question? So there's
- 1:07:25you know, some I would call it abuse here, so congressional oversight of
- 1:07:29conventional special access programs. So I'll use title ten so dood as an example.
- 1:07:33Right. So ten US Code Section one nineteen discusses congressional oversight of SAPs,
- 1:07:39discusses the depth sect DEFs ability to wave congressional reporting. However, the
- 1:07:45Gang of Eight is at least supposed to be notified. If you know,
- 1:07:47a waved or wave bigoted an acknowledged SAP is created and that's public law.
- 1:07:51Well, so that how does I mean I don't want to cut you off,
- 1:07:54but how does a program like that get funded? I will give you
- 1:07:59generalities like get very specific in a closed session, but a misappropriation of funds?
- 1:08:03And does that mean? Does that mean that there is money in the
- 1:08:08budget that is set to go to a program but it doesn't and it goes
- 1:08:11to something else? Yes, have specific knowledge of that. Yep. Do
- 1:08:13you think US corporations are overcharging for certain tech they're selling to the US government
- 1:08:18and that additional money is going to programs? Correct? For something called I
- 1:08:23read? Okay? So another very important in my opinion, round of questions
- 1:08:30here from Moskowitz about the nature of these programs. And he's talking about SAPs
- 1:08:39or special access programs, certain ones which are considered conventional at advanced technology programs
- 1:08:49that Congress is in the loop, about thet He talks about the Gang of
- 1:08:53Eight, which are individuals that are required by law to be notified of these
- 1:08:58programs, these top secret programs, and then suggesting that there's a level above
- 1:09:04congressional oversight where the really advanced stuff is happening, and I believe that's where
- 1:09:12the quote unquote extraterrestrial alien contact is occurring and technology is being developed. And
- 1:09:25he also asked some important questions about physics again, like you know, could
- 1:09:30a human being survive these sort of maneuvers And the consensus of the witnesses is
- 1:09:38no, But that doesn't mean that these things have to be piloted by human
- 1:09:44beings. As far as these types of high speed maneuvers, it's beyond the
- 1:09:51scope of anything that these pilots, these witnesses are aware of, as far
- 1:10:00as technology that we possess or that our adversaries possess. So anyways, let's
- 1:10:09get down to the So let me just try to explain this because there's a
- 1:10:15fork in the road here, and we're halfway through the proceedings here, and
- 1:10:25they're asking a lot of important questions, but there's still an unknown here,
- 1:10:34and I can see that I'm speculating here. And I've talked about this many
- 1:10:42times, many many times. We're being led to believe that because these aerospace
- 1:10:48vehicles, these UAPs, demonstrate these sort of flight characteristics that are beyond what
- 1:10:59we believe leave our technology to be capable of either ourselves or our adversaries,
- 1:11:06that this must mean that this is technology from aliens from another world. The
- 1:11:15reason this is tricky is because that's partially correct. But they're not flying here
- 1:11:24from other planets and crashing their spaceships on planet Earth, and then we're sending
- 1:11:30out a reconnaissance team to collect the materials, studying it and figuring out how
- 1:11:38to make these things. That's what we're being led to believe, and that
- 1:11:42you know, the government's covering this up. But I think they're covering up
- 1:11:46something else. And when they go to such great lengths to cover up this
- 1:11:54sort of information for decades and decades we've been going through this office, it's
- 1:12:01probably because they're engaged in behavior that's considered immoral. That's why things are covered
- 1:12:10up. I mean, wouldn't they just love to show off their experimental aircraft
- 1:12:15to the Russians and the Chinese. We don't have a national security risk.
- 1:12:21There, we're demonstrating our tactical superiority unless it's known that our adversaries are also
- 1:12:32developing this sort of advanced aircraft. This's advanced technology. Now, if we
- 1:12:45were in communication with non human intelligences that aren't necessarily from other planets, but
- 1:12:56are from right here on the planet Earth, or the local vicinity of Earth,
- 1:13:01or the vicinity of Earth in another dimension, and if they're using occult
- 1:13:10means to contact these intelligences, and if these intelligences we're trying to bargain with
- 1:13:21us, and if this is some sort of unholy arrangement that we've made with
- 1:13:30these intelligences, then I see motivation for a long term, very complex,
- 1:13:40very shadowy cover up filled with disinformation because we're trying to obscure the truth.
- 1:13:48We're not trying to get to the bottom of the truth here, at least
- 1:13:51the Pentagon and the DoD isn't Congress. May be, these whistleblowers, may
- 1:13:58be they're like, what's goinging on. This can't be denied anymore. Our
- 1:14:01pilots are seeing these things, and that's all that they're willing to admit.
- 1:14:06So next up, mister Grush, here fields a lot of these questions by
- 1:14:14stating that he can't go into any further detail other than what he's already stated
- 1:14:19in his News Nation interview, which we covered, or the information that he's
- 1:14:27provided to the Inspector General, specifically concerning whether there has been a disinformation campaign
- 1:14:39to detract from the existence of extraterrestrials. He likes to use the term non
- 1:14:45human intelligence. This is where everything gets deferred to. Well, I can
- 1:14:50discuss some of that if we have a skiff, and of course they're denied
- 1:14:56the skiff, even though by law they're allowed to be in the loop of
- 1:15:02this information. So they're asking him, is there something here above top secret?
- 1:15:10But see, you're poking at something that you're never going to puncture,
- 1:15:15and it's set up that way. So we're having some form of disclosure here,
- 1:15:23but it's not full disclosure. It's not full disclosure because we don't have
- 1:15:28the appropriate members within the Pentagon, the Department of Defense, and these aerospace
- 1:15:38contractors sitting down here and giving their testimony. And maybe I'm being kind of
- 1:15:47redundant here, but it's the questions that we don't have answers to that really
- 1:15:56clue us in onto what's going on here because we keep running into this wall.
- 1:16:03What's on the other side of that wall? Well, maybe AOC can
- 1:16:09shed some light on this. She's part of this committee also and she has
- 1:16:13a question, which, to her credit, I think it's an important question.
- 1:16:18Mister Crush, you sat on the Unidentified Anomalist Phenomenon task Force created in
- 1:16:24the twenty twenty NDAA. Correct. Yes, there have been some things that
- 1:16:29have been mentioned here during this hearing that I wanted to pick up on.
- 1:16:32Mister Graves. You mentioned specifically during the answer to one of your questions,
- 1:16:36you named Boeing contractors being engaged in an incident regarding this red cube about a
- 1:16:44football a football field. WI. I was wondering if you could speak a
- 1:16:47little bit about the interaction, or mister Grush, either of you, the
- 1:16:51interactions between defense contractor companies and any UAP related programs or activities. So I'll
- 1:16:59just say that they about the contractor himself were provided by a witness, and
- 1:17:02I have no particular retail in that relationship. Misters, the kind of general
- 1:17:08unclass wavetops. Certainly the contractors you know are the metal venders, so to
- 1:17:12speak, the ones actually doing specific performance on government contracts. Are they required
- 1:17:18to issue any disclosure regarding UAP sightings or do they engage in any reporting around
- 1:17:25this in terms of the contractors, not that I'm aware of, they do
- 1:17:28not. Okay, Now, when it comes to notification that you had mentioned
- 1:17:33about, I wrap I read programs. We have seen defense contractors abuse their
- 1:17:43contracts before through this committee. I have seen it personally, and I have
- 1:17:47also seen the notification requirements to Congress abused. I am wondering one of the
- 1:17:55loopholes that we see in the law is that there is, at least from
- 1:17:58my vantage point, is that depending on what we're seeing, is that there
- 1:18:01are no actual definitions or requirements for notification. Are there? What methods of
- 1:18:09notification did you observe, Like when they say they notified Congress, how did
- 1:18:14they do that? Do you have insight into that? For certain I RAD
- 1:18:17activities and I can only think of ones conventional in nature. Sometimes they flow
- 1:18:25through certain how to say, SAP programs that have cognizant authority over the Air
- 1:18:30Force or something, and those are congressionally reported compartments. But I reads literally
- 1:18:35internal to the contractors. So as long as it's money, either profits,
- 1:18:40private investment, accession or whatever they want to put a finer point on it.
- 1:18:44When there is a requirement for any agency or company to notify or any
- 1:18:48agency to notify Congress, do they contact the chairman of a committee? Do
- 1:18:54they get them on the phone? Specifically? Is this through an email to
- 1:18:57hypothetically a dead email. A lot of it comes through what they call the
- 1:19:02PPR Periodic Program Review process if it's a SAP or controlled access program equity,
- 1:19:09and then those go to the specific committees, whether it be the SaaS CASK.
- 1:19:12I see, thank you, I apologize, I just my time is
- 1:19:15limited, mister Graves. One of your main concerns that the FAA currently does
- 1:19:20not have an official process to receive reports of UAP from pilots or others.
- 1:19:25Correct. Correct, And in your experience, what data should the aero program
- 1:19:30prioritize for now? I'm not really sure what she's getting at here. I
- 1:19:34mean, it would be kind of silly to expect the defense contractors to be
- 1:19:42engaged in UAP reporting or all of a sudden they get this contract from the
- 1:19:46Department of Defense to develop such and such and then we're like, hey,
- 1:19:51wait a minute, this is alien stuff. We better report this to Congress.
- 1:19:58No, they're a private corporation. They do whatever they want. I
- 1:20:01think that's a foregone conclusion, a sort of unspoken agreement that this is top
- 1:20:08secret work. For the record, If you were me, where would you
- 1:20:16look titles, programs, departments, regions, if you could just name anything,
- 1:20:27And I put that as an open question to the three of you,
- 1:20:30I'd be happy to give you that in a closed environment. I can tell
- 1:20:33you specifically. Thank you. I'm Commander Fever, I would say, and
- 1:20:40I've told people that you have to know where to look. They're not going
- 1:20:42to divulge it to you because of the classification levels. But if you know
- 1:20:45where to look and who to talk to, which is exactly what mister Greshing
- 1:20:46point you, then you then you have them, okay. And in order
- 1:20:51to get that information, you have to have a closed session. You have
- 1:20:55to have a skiff. And if you even as a congress person inquiring about
- 1:21:03these sort of programs and this technology that's being developed at you know, Lockheed
- 1:21:08Martin or Boeing or whatever the case may be, raytheon. Okay, They're
- 1:21:14not going to be forthcoming about you know, the nature of where they have
- 1:21:19got the blueprints for this sort of technology. They're just going to say it's
- 1:21:24advanced technology. Quite honestly, they may not even know. Do you think
- 1:21:32they told Bob Lazar this is like an alien spacecraft that you're working on here,
- 1:21:36figure it out. No, And so I want to get down to
- 1:21:43if we can some specifics. Right, So, at one point you had
- 1:21:48said that they're there, there has been harmful activity or aggressive activity. Has
- 1:21:55any of the activity been aggressive and hostile in your reports? I know of
- 1:22:02multiple colleagues of mine that got physically injured and the activity and I got to
- 1:22:10buy buy UAPs or by by people within the federal government both. Okay,
- 1:22:17so there has been activity by by alien or non human technology and or beings
- 1:22:26that has caused harm to humans. I can't get into the specifics in an
- 1:22:31open environment, but at least the activity that I personally witnessed. And not
- 1:22:38to be very careful here because you don't you know, they tell you never
- 1:22:41to acknowledge tradecraft, right, So what I personally witnessed myself and my wife
- 1:22:45was very disturbing. Okay, he says under his breath, they tell you
- 1:22:54to never acknowledge trade craft. I don't know if anybody caught that, but
- 1:23:00he seems to be indicating that these are patented vehicles. I'm sure the aliens
- 1:23:09aren't interested in patenting their technology, but humans certainly are. This was mister
- 1:23:16Burlison from Missouri in this round of questioning to David Grush. Let's hear the
- 1:23:23rest of his questions here, because I think it's questions that a lot of
- 1:23:28the public has. One of my constituents actually sent this next question, and
- 1:23:33I figured I had to ask it since I had the same thought. You've
- 1:23:36said that US and has intact spacecraft. You said that the government has alien
- 1:23:44bodies or alien species. Have you seen have you seen the spacecraft? I
- 1:23:51have to be careful to describe what I've seen firsthand and not in this environment,
- 1:23:57but I could answer that question behind behind closed doors. Have you seen
- 1:24:00any of the bodies? That's something I've not witnessed myself, Okay. And
- 1:24:06so with that being said, you know, and the other statement that has
- 1:24:10been made that was intriguing to me because and it's intriguing because my view has
- 1:24:15been that we are billions of light years away from any other system, and
- 1:24:24the concept that an alien species has technologically advanced enough to travel billions of light
- 1:24:29years gets here and somehow is incompetent enough to not survive Earth or crashes is
- 1:24:36something that I find a little bit far fetched. And with that being said,
- 1:24:41you have mentioned that there's interdimensional potential. Could you expound on that.
- 1:24:46I'll yet to answer your first question, and you know I'm here as a
- 1:24:49fact witness and expert, but I will give you a theoretical framework at least
- 1:24:54to work off to kind of expouse crashes regardless of you know, your le
- 1:25:00licentience, right, you know, planes crash, cars crash, and number
- 1:25:02of sorties, however high a small percentage, you're going to end in you
- 1:25:06know, mission failure if you will, as we say in the Air Force.
- 1:25:11And then in terms of multi dimensionality that kind of thing. The framework
- 1:25:16that I'm familiar with, for example, is something called the holographic principle.
- 1:25:21Both it derives itself from general relativity and quantum mechanics, and that is,
- 1:25:28if you want to imagine three D objects such as yourself casting a shadow onto
- 1:25:31a two D surface, that's the holographic principle. So you can be projected
- 1:25:36quasi projected from higher dimensional space to lower dimensional It's a scientific trope that you
- 1:25:41can actually cross literally as far as I understand. But there's probably guys of
- 1:25:45PhDs that we could probably argue about that. But you have not seen any
- 1:25:48documentation that that's what's occurring, only a theoretical framework discussion. Yes, okay
- 1:25:55okay o comes razor is that this these aircraft, have they been identified that
- 1:26:05they are being produced by by domestic you know, military contractors. Is there
- 1:26:14any evidence that that's what's being recovered? Not to my knowledge. Plus,
- 1:26:18the recoveries predate a lot of our advanced programs that I previously am witting of.
- 1:26:23So would it be safe to say that there could be scenario today where
- 1:26:29you have an aircraft that crashes and because it's been involved in one program from
- 1:26:35one federal agency and the but the but the agency that retrieves it is not
- 1:26:42aware of that program, and to them it appears alien in origin. I
- 1:26:47mean, that's a hypothetical situation. I'm not aware of any historical situation that
- 1:26:53would match that that you've described. So now with this line of questioning,
- 1:26:59he's really hitting at the the center of this debate about UFO's UAPs and intelligent
- 1:27:09life in the universe. And I've made this argument myself about you know,
- 1:27:15so called advanced alien species traveling to Earth from distant star systems. But the
- 1:27:24closest star system to us is Alpha Centauri, and it does have confirmed exoplanets.
- 1:27:33That's only four light just over four light years away from us, so
- 1:27:38it's not billions of light years away. So that was a little bit of
- 1:27:45an inaccurate statement. But even you know, four point two four sixty five
- 1:27:50light years is is an enormous gulf. That means, traveling at the speed
- 1:27:56of light, it's still going to take over four years to reach Alpha Centauri,
- 1:28:01the closest star system, And Grush makes you know, a fair statement
- 1:28:11in saying that, well, even though they're intelligent, they have technology,
- 1:28:15they've managed to transverse you know, this amount of space, which is an
- 1:28:19incredible feat from our perspective, doesn't mean they're not crashing. Doesn't necessarily mean
- 1:28:28well, he doesn't say this, but doesn't necessarily mean that we're not shooting
- 1:28:31him down or engaging them. If we were, we wouldn't know about it.
- 1:28:41But I do think that his argument does lend some evidence to the fact
- 1:28:45that we may be dealing with life forms that are more local to Earth,
- 1:28:49and then he goes into the interdimensional hypothesis, which solves the you know,
- 1:28:59space time differential problem that we have when it concerns large distances in space.
- 1:29:11And of course it's all blanks as far as the answers to any of these
- 1:29:15questions. Now we're going to go to Miss Mace, who has some questions
- 1:29:24for mister Grush. You've stated that the government is in possession of potentially non
- 1:29:30human spacecraft based on your experience and extensive conversations with experts, do you believe
- 1:29:36our government has made contact with intelligent extraterrestrials something I can't discuss in public setting.
- 1:29:46Okay, I can't ask when you think this occurred. If you believe
- 1:29:51we have crashed craft stated earlier, do we have the bodies of the pilots
- 1:29:56who piloted this craft? As I've stated publicly in my News Nation interview,
- 1:30:00biologics came with some of these recoveries. Yeah, were they I guess human
- 1:30:08or non human? Biologics non human? And that was the assessment of people.
- 1:30:13What's recknowledge on the program I talk to that are currently still on the
- 1:30:15program, and was this documentary reverence is video photos eyewitness, like, how
- 1:30:20would that be determined the specific documentation I would have to talk to you a
- 1:30:26skiff about Okay, so, and you may or may not be able to
- 1:30:30answer my last question, and maybe we get into a skiff at the next
- 1:30:33hearing that we have. But who in the government, either what agency,
- 1:30:39subagency, what contractors? Who should be called into the next hearing about UAPs,
- 1:30:45either in a public setting or even in a private setting. And you
- 1:30:47probably can't name names, but what agencies or organizations, contractors, et cetera
- 1:30:51do we need to call in to get these questions answered, whether it's about
- 1:30:56funding, what programs are happening, and what's out there. I can give
- 1:30:59you a specific cooperative and hostile witness list of specific individuals that were in those
- 1:31:05and how soon can we get that list. I'm happy to provide that to
- 1:31:09you after the hearing. Super thank you, and I yelled back, Okay,
- 1:31:15Yeah, that's the one thing that's missing out of these hearings. There's
- 1:31:19no representatives from the Department of Defense, there's no representatives from Boeing, Lockheed
- 1:31:25Martin, there's no representatives from Defense Intelligence. Just the whistleblowers, and you
- 1:31:32know, these clueless members of Congress. Now we're going to go to mister
- 1:31:40Ogels who asks about the Department of Energy is based off of the information that
- 1:31:49you've been privy to. Is there any indication that these UAPs are interested in
- 1:31:55our nuclear technology and capabilities? Yes, by external observation. Sure that could
- 1:32:01be a fair assessment, you know, Yes, Is there any indication that
- 1:32:06Department of Energy is involved in UAP data collection and housing? I don't have
- 1:32:12an answer. I can't confirm it, deny that in a public setting?
- 1:32:15And could you do it in a secure setting? Yes, that's your favorite.
- 1:32:20No, I don't know, mister Chairman. You know, I think
- 1:32:26I'm the last member to go. But there clearly is a threat to the
- 1:32:30national security of the United States of America. As members of Congress, we
- 1:32:35have a responsibility to maintain oversight and be aware of these activities so that,
- 1:32:43if appropriate, we take action. I would encourage the Chairman to demand that
- 1:32:48we have any and all but in particular, mister grush Uh talk to us
- 1:32:54in a skiff, and if that access is denied, I will personally volunteer
- 1:33:00to initiate the Homan Rule against any personnel or any program or any agency that
- 1:33:06denies access to Congress, So this was his final question. But leading up
- 1:33:14to this, he basically is assessing whether UAPs represent a national security risk,
- 1:33:21and almost unanimously, the witnesses confirm that, based on the technology that they've
- 1:33:30observed, if these UAPs became hostile, they wouldn't be able to defend themselves.
- 1:33:40It's possible that they are intelligence gathering, probing our capabilities and our weaknesses,
- 1:33:48basically engaged in espionage, possibly sabotage. They are interested in our nuclear
- 1:33:56capabilities. They've demonstrated the ability to disarm our nuclear weapons. So in his
- 1:34:03assessment and mind too, this does represent a national security risk. And that's
- 1:34:10where we end up at the end of this hearing, basically saying he's going
- 1:34:21to press the issue to have a conversation with mister Grush, in particular in
- 1:34:29the skiff, because apparently mister Grush has a lot of information that he's not
- 1:34:33able to share in a public setting. So we'll see if they follow through
- 1:34:40with that. I looked up the Holman rule that he mentions, and basically
- 1:34:46this is a rule in the House of Representatives that allows amendments to appropriations legislation
- 1:34:56that could potentially fire individual employees, reduce the salary of federal employees, or
- 1:35:04cut specific programs. So he's basically talking about using that as a threat to
- 1:35:13gain access to a skiff, to basically to reinsert Congress into the chain of
- 1:35:21command here. Okay, now we're back to miss Lluna here to round things
- 1:35:28out, mister Grush, why is it that you refer to the phenomenon as
- 1:35:35non human intelligence? Why deviate from the basis of extraterrestrial life? I think
- 1:35:41the phenomenon is a very complex, and I like to leave an open mind
- 1:35:46analytically to specific origin. When you say specific origin, are you referring Can
- 1:35:53you elaborate on that for those of my life if it's a traditional extraterrestrial origin
- 1:35:59or something else that we don't quite understand from either biological or astrophysics perspective.
- 1:36:04Yeah, I just like to keep an open mind on what it could be.
- 1:36:09Yeah. So are we referring to the phenomena as non human intelligence or
- 1:36:16the intelligence behind the phenomenon as non human intelligence? I think we need to
- 1:36:25get really specific with some of these questions. But I do like Grussia's response
- 1:36:30in that he wants to keep an open mind as to the origin of these
- 1:36:36intelligences, whoever they are, wherever they are, that we're dealing with,
- 1:36:42and in this case, it's just in relationship to constructing these craft apparently,
- 1:36:50So in other words, to leave it open to you know, are we
- 1:36:55dealing with extraterrestrials i e. Aliens from other planets? Are we dealing with
- 1:37:01something interdimensional? Are we dealing with something from the heavens? If we want
- 1:37:10to bring in, you know, a Christian viewpoint on this, He's not
- 1:37:15ruling any of it out. So that about wraps it up there. There's
- 1:37:21a few closing statements from the committee members, and so I guess the next
- 1:37:29step here is get to the skiff with mister Grush. Honestly, he's sitting
- 1:37:35with the most information, it looks like, as far as specifics, individuals,
- 1:37:45agencies that are involved in this back engineering research and development, and involved
- 1:37:59in the you know, cover up or the withholding of this information from Congress
- 1:38:04and the American people. So I'm going to stay on top of this,
- 1:38:09and next time we have another Congressional hearing on the UAP subject matter, you'll
- 1:38:16hear my breakdown here on Ministry X. And we've got some news coming up
- 1:38:24here after the break. But I want to just mention because we haven't heard
- 1:38:30the Christian viewpoint on this, well, on this episode at least, And
- 1:38:38you know, I can see you rolling your eyes, you know, if
- 1:38:40you're not a Christian, if you don't have a biblical viewpoint. And we
- 1:38:43do have some listeners out there I know that are more agnostic, more scientific
- 1:38:50atheists, which is fine, that's great, but it's important to understand the
- 1:38:58Christian viewpoint on this too. It's not irrelevant. And even if you just
- 1:39:03take Jesus and what he said, what is the Christian perspective on UFOs,
- 1:39:11on UAPs, on disclosure. Well, in case you haven't noticed, the
- 1:39:16Bible doesn't really talk about aliens from other planets. It doesn't talk about advanced
- 1:39:24technology, but it does talk about the time period that we're in right now
- 1:39:32and what it's going to look like. Jesus doesn't warn us about alien intruders
- 1:39:39from other planets, but he does warn us about false prophets. He does
- 1:39:45warn us about the anti christ spirit, and he does warn us about the
- 1:39:55end times being like the days of Noah, and arguably they did have advanced
- 1:40:02technology of another sort, not parallel with the technology we have today, but
- 1:40:13they were able to accomplish amazing things that we can't quite figure out today lost
- 1:40:19technology. So there will be deceivers. And we all know that the political
- 1:40:30authorities and military authorities are constantly engaged in deception, because that's part of the
- 1:40:41art of war. I mean, I have my suspicions as to what's going
- 1:40:47on here, and that's why I said I should just write a book and
- 1:40:50call it identified, and just put my thoughts down and then put it out
- 1:40:56there for everybody to tear apart and criticize, you know. But I don't
- 1:41:02want to just give you my opinions. I have reasons for the position that
- 1:41:09I take on the alien question. They are extraterrestrial because they're not of the
- 1:41:17Earth, but we may in fact be dealing with something that is in a
- 1:41:23sense interdimensional, okay, or between different realms. These are just different words
- 1:41:30to describe things in a different way. Look at things from a scientific perspective,
- 1:41:35or you look at things from a spiritual perspective, but we could in
- 1:41:40fact be talking about the same thing. In my view, heaven is the
- 1:41:45equivalent of outer space, and there as you go up up in the atmosphere,
- 1:41:53into open space, you're dealing with different levels, different stratifications of the
- 1:41:59heavy essentially, and then you have the realm of the underworld, okay,
- 1:42:05which corresponds to hollow Earth the cave system, and we're going to have a
- 1:42:14story coming up here in the news that relates to that as well. So
- 1:42:17there's different ways to look at things. And like Grush says in his testimony,
- 1:42:24he likes to keep an open mind as to the nature of the phenomenon
- 1:42:30or the intelligences that are creating the phenomenon. And I'm with him there on
- 1:42:35that. If we get into the Book of Enoch, we're talking about the
- 1:42:40Watchers who are fallen angels and the partnerships that they formed with human beings and
- 1:42:54the exchange of technology, advanced knowledge, and incidentally, a lot of it
- 1:43:05had to do with human reproduction, warfare, a lot of the same themes
- 1:43:14that we see with the alien UFO enigma. So could we be looking at
- 1:43:25just a modern incarnation of something that's been going on since the beginnings of human
- 1:43:32civilization. The problem is Grush doesn't have all the information. He's not a
- 1:43:41first hand witness to spacecraft or alien bodies. He's been fed this information,
- 1:43:48but of course it's select information that he's been fed, so we still don't
- 1:43:54have a lot of answers. We still have just this plethora of anecdotal evidence
- 1:44:04and these specific cases where there's radar data, there's satellite data. And I
- 1:44:12didn't play this part of the hearing, but there's a point where toward the
- 1:44:17end where David Fraverer says that he doesn't believe that this technology that he's observed,
- 1:44:27you know, the TIC, TAC, et cetera, doesn't appear to
- 1:44:31be technology that we're anywhere near developing. But then he gives a time range
- 1:44:36ten to twenty years. So on the one hand, the technology is so
- 1:44:45out of this world that we can't even conceive of the physics. And then
- 1:44:48on the other hand, well, maybe ten twenty years from now. But
- 1:44:54we know that we don't become aware of technology until it's been in development for
- 1:45:00a very long time. So it would not surprise me if we have,
- 1:45:06in partnership with non human intelligences, developed technology that we built with human hands
- 1:45:17that has these capabilities. I don't think it's that otherworldly. Okay, well,
- 1:45:27I'm just talking in circles. Now, you've all heard my viewpoint on
- 1:45:30this over and over again. If you've been following this podcast, but I'd
- 1:45:33like to know what you think. Did you watch the hearings, What do
- 1:45:38you think is going on? What are they hiding? Send me an email
- 1:45:42ministry x at ProtonMail dot com. Have you seen a UFO? Have you
- 1:45:47had a weird experience? Have you experienced an alien abduction? We haven't even
- 1:45:51got into that. That's a whole nother dimension of this conversation. Anyways,
- 1:45:58I'd be happy to hear your testimony, your story, and we could potentially
- 1:46:03talk about it on the program, or if you'd like to come on the
- 1:46:06show and talk about it, send me an email as well. Well.
- 1:46:11We've got some news on the other side of the break here. You've been
- 1:46:14listening to ministry x on Fringe Radio Network. Don't, don't, don't,
- 1:47:11don't, don't do don't do don't, don't, don't, don't, don't,
- 1:47:47don't, don't, don't, don't do do do do, don't,
- 1:47:54don't, don't. Massive ocean discovered beneath the Earth's crust, containing more water
- 1:48:41than on the surface. Yes, it's another edition of science Proves the Bible.
- 1:48:51This is from MSN dot com. Coffee or water, coffee or water,
- 1:49:00coffee and water. Okay, the article begins. It feels like there
- 1:49:14have been staggering science stories emerging every other day recently, all of which have
- 1:49:20blown our tiny little minds. Okay, I like the intro. First there
- 1:49:29was the discovery of a terrifying black hole pointing right at us. Then there
- 1:49:34was a huge hole found in the Sun and a missing continent found after going
- 1:49:45missing three hundred and seventy five years. What I didn't hear about that one?
- 1:49:54Now people are only just realizing that there's a massive ocean hidden under the
- 1:50:00Earth's crust. It turns out there's a huge supply of water four hundred miles
- 1:50:08underground, stored in rock known as ringwoodite. Scientists previously discovered that water is
- 1:50:17stored inside mantle rock in a sponge like state, which isn't a liquid solid
- 1:50:25or a gas, but instead of a fourth state. Huh. The scientific
- 1:50:32paper titled Dehydration Melting at the Top of the Lower Mantle was published in twenty
- 1:50:40fourteen and laid out the findings. Quote, the ringwoodite is like a sponge
- 1:50:47soaking up water. There is something very special about the crystal structure of ringwoodite
- 1:50:55that allows it to attract hydrogen and trap water, he said geophysicist Steve Jacobson
- 1:51:02at the time, quote, this mineral can contain a lot of water under
- 1:51:08conditions of the deep mantle unquote, added Jacobson, who was just part of
- 1:51:14the team behind the discovery. He added, I think we are finally seeing
- 1:51:18evidence for a whole earth water cycle, which may explain the vast amount of
- 1:51:25liquid water on the surface of our habitable planet. Scientists have been looking for
- 1:51:31this missing deep water for decades. Okay, so sounds like what the Bible
- 1:51:43refers to as the fountains of the deep. If you remember the story of
- 1:51:49Noah in the flood from Sunday School, then you may be inclined to believe
- 1:51:58that it just rained for forty days and forty nights. No God also opened
- 1:52:04up the fountains of the deep and let all that underground water come surging forth.
- 1:52:12Apparently it comes from a sponge, like a crystal formation of water stored
- 1:52:20under the mantle of the planet. Scientists made the findings at the time after
- 1:52:30studying earthquakes and discovering that seismometers were picking up shock waves under the surface of
- 1:52:39the Earth. From that, they were able to establish that the water was
- 1:52:45being held in the rock known as ringwoodite. If the rock contained just one
- 1:52:51percent water, it would mean that there is three times more water under the
- 1:52:57surface of the Earth than there is the oceans on the surface. Wow,
- 1:53:05amazing. All I got to say is God is great. Our planet is
- 1:53:14very very unique. God opens up the fountains of the deep and obliterates human
- 1:53:24civilization, doesn't kill the planet, just wipes human beings out, and the
- 1:53:31nephelum and all their genetically modified hybrid creations, their abominations. You have no
- 1:53:49idea what's under the earth. We have no idea what's under the Earth or
- 1:53:53the oceans for that matter, much less space. All right, let's move
- 1:54:01on to our next story. Gen Z activists just won a first of its
- 1:54:09kind trial against the state of Montana for violating their right to a clean environment.
- 1:54:19Yes, we're responsible for these gen zs. This is from Fortune Fortune
- 1:54:29dot com. Young environmental activists scored what experts described as a groundbreaking legal victory
- 1:54:38Monday, when a Montana judge said state agencies were violating their constitutional right to
- 1:54:45a clean and healthful environment by allowing fossil fuel development. The ruling in this
- 1:54:54first of its kind trial in the US adds to a small number of legal
- 1:54:59decisions around the world that have established a government duty to protect citizens from climate
- 1:55:06change. Hm hmm. If it stands, the ruling could set an important
- 1:55:15legal precedent, though experts said the immediate impacts are limited, and state officials
- 1:55:19pledged to seek to overturn the decision. On appeal, District Court judge Kathy
- 1:55:27Sealey found the policy the state uses in evaluating requests for fossil fuel permits,
- 1:55:32which does not allow agencies to look at greenhouse gas emissions, is unconstitutional.
- 1:55:42It marks the first time a US court has ruled against a government for violating
- 1:55:46a constitutional right based on climate change, said Harvard Law School professor Richard Lazarus.
- 1:55:57Quote. To be sure, it is a state court, not a
- 1:56:00federal court, and the ruling is based on a state constitution and not the
- 1:56:03US Constitution. But it is still clearly a major path breaking wind for climate
- 1:56:11plaintiffs, Lazarus wrote in an email. The judge rejected the state's argument that
- 1:56:16Montana's emissions are insignificant, saying they were a quote substantial factor in climate change.
- 1:56:27Montana is a major producer of coal burned for electricity and has large oil
- 1:56:33and gas reserves. Yeah. I used to live in Montana, and if
- 1:56:40you've ever drove through Anaconda, it's just like a huge, literally a mountain
- 1:56:45of coal. Every additional ton of GHG greenhouse gas emissions exacerbates plaintiffs' injuries and
- 1:56:58risks locking in irreversible climate injuries. Seeley wrote, Yeah, we don't care
- 1:57:08about like the toxic spill in you know, Ohio or whatever that's you know,
- 1:57:12poisoning the water supply. We don't worry about chemtrails. We don't worry
- 1:57:18about all the you know, nuclear facilities in the state of Montana that you
- 1:57:30know, if there was ever an EMP and the power grid went down,
- 1:57:34all these nuclear reactors would start to melt down simultaneously. No, we're just
- 1:57:45worried about greenhouse gases. Nathan Millennial tried to tell me that the left doesn't
- 1:57:54talk about CO two, that climate activists aren't concerned about CO two carbon monoxide.
- 1:58:00They're concerned about I'm like, Nate, this is all your people talk
- 1:58:06about, is your carbon footprint, your carbon emissions, your CO two.
- 1:58:13I was surprised to learn that carbon dioxide only makes up a very small fraction
- 1:58:18of our atmosphere. I thought maybe it was like ten percent or twenty percent
- 1:58:21or something, but no, it's like point zero one percent or something.
- 1:58:29Anyways, the ruling really provides nothing beyond emotional support for the many cases seeking
- 1:58:38to establish a public trust right, human right, or a federal constitutional right
- 1:58:44to a healthy environment, said James Huffman, dean emeritus at Lewis and Clark
- 1:58:50Law School in Portland. State officials had tried to derail the case and prevent
- 1:58:57it from going to trial through numerous motions to dismiss the lawsuit. Claire Vlasses
- 1:59:04was seventeen years old when she became a plaintiff in the case, now twenty
- 1:59:09and working as a ski instructor. She said climate change hangs over every aspect
- 1:59:15of her life. Quote. I think a lot of young people feel really
- 1:59:18helpless, especially when it comes to the future, Vlasis said, adding that
- 1:59:26she expects Montana lawmakers to respect the state's constitution and abide by the court's decision.
- 1:59:33Quote. Hopefully this is one for history, unquote, she said.
- 1:59:40Emily Flower, spokesperson for Montana Attorney General Austin Knutsen, described the ruling as
- 1:59:47quote absurd, and said the office plan to appeal. She criticized Sealy for
- 1:59:54allowing the plaintiffs to put on what Flower called a quote taxpayer funded publiclicity stunt.
- 2:00:02Montanans can't be blamed for changing the climate, she said. Their same
- 2:00:08legal theory has been thrown out of federal court and courts and more than a
- 2:00:12dozen states. It should have been here as well. Unquote. Attorneys for
- 2:00:17the sixteen plaintiffs, ranging in age from five to twenty two, presented evidence
- 2:00:24during the two week trial that increasing carbon dioxide emissions are driving hotter temperatures,
- 2:00:31more drought and wildfires, and decreased snowpack, none of which is true,
- 2:00:43not even statistically true. The plaintiffs said those changes were harming their mental and
- 2:00:51physical health, with wildfire smoke choking the air they breathe, and drought drying
- 2:00:59out rivers that sustain agriculture, fish, wildlife, and recreation. Native Americans
- 2:01:05testifying for the plaintiffs said climate change affects their ceremonies and traditional food sources.
- 2:01:15It affects their ceremonies. The state argued that even if Montana completely stopped producing
- 2:01:25CO two, it would have no effect on a global scale. Because states
- 2:01:30and countries around the world contribute to the amount of CO two in the atmosphere,
- 2:01:38a remedy has to offer relief, the state said, or it's not
- 2:01:42a remedy at all. Yeah, you don't even have to get like when
- 2:01:47you register your vehicle, you don't have to have a smog check. It's
- 2:01:54not required in Montana. It's not required here in Idaho either. It's probably
- 2:02:01required in Washington next door to us, but I'm not sure. So look
- 2:02:10for more lawsuits of this type. Remember they already concluded that during the COVID
- 2:02:18lockdowns, you know, that was a good thing for the environment. People
- 2:02:23not going to work, staying indoors, cut back on smog and pollution and
- 2:02:28emissions. So believe me, climate lockdowns are coming, especially with all the
- 2:02:35wildfires, which aren't necessarily due to drought. There's other factors. In fact,
- 2:02:43the more oxygen in the atmosphere, the more fires you have. And
- 2:02:50you know, brush is not being removed from the forests, so they're just
- 2:02:55tinder boxes. But I'm already over two hours. I said this was going
- 2:03:00to be an hour and forty five minute episode, So much for that.
- 2:03:05One more story more Space News. This is very interesting, actually, China's
- 2:03:14rover maps one thousand feet of hidden structures deep below the dark side of the
- 2:03:20Moon. This is from space dot Com. Since it first landed in twenty
- 2:03:31eighteen, China's Chang four Chang E four, the first spacecraft to ever land
- 2:03:40on the far side of the Moon, has been taking stunning panoramas of impact
- 2:03:45craters and sampling minerals from the Moon's mantle. Now, the spacecraft has enabled
- 2:03:51scientists to visualize the layer cake of structures that comprise the upper one thousand feet
- 2:04:00of the Moon's surface in finer detail than ever before. The results, which
- 2:04:06were published August seventh in the Journal of Geophysical Research Planets, revealed billions of
- 2:04:15years of previously hidden lunar history. A rover that traveled aboard Chang E four,
- 2:04:25named U two two, is equipped with a technology called Lunar penetrating Radar
- 2:04:33LPR. This device enables the rover to send radio signals deep into the Moon's
- 2:04:39surface, said lead study author Jiang Qing Fang. Sorry, I probably butchered
- 2:04:48that. An astrogeological researcher at the Planetary Science Institute in Tucson, Arizona,
- 2:05:00quote, then it listens to the echoes dancing back unquote, Fang told Live
- 2:05:05Science. Scientists can use those echoes or radio waves that bounce off underground structures
- 2:05:13to create a map of the lunar subsurface. In twenty twenty, scientists use
- 2:05:19U two two U two two's LPR to map the upper one hundred and thirty
- 2:05:27feet of the Moon's surface, but hadn't gone deeper until now. These new
- 2:05:34data suggests the top one hundred and thirty feet of the lunar surface are made
- 2:05:40up of multiple layers of dust, soil, and broken rocks. Feng said
- 2:05:45hidden within these materials was a crater formed when a large object slammed into the
- 2:05:50Moon. Feng and his colleagues hypothesized that the rubble surrounding this formation was ejecta
- 2:06:00debris from the impact. Farther down, the scientists discovered five distinct layers of
- 2:06:06lunar lava that seeped across the landscape billions of years ago. Scientists think our
- 2:06:14moon formed four point five to one billion years ago, not long after the
- 2:06:18Solar System itself, when a Mars size object slammed into Earth and broke off
- 2:06:25a chunk of our planet The Moon then continued to be bombarded by objects from
- 2:06:32space for roughly two hundred million years. Some impacts cracked the Moon's surface.
- 2:06:41Like Earth. The Moon's mantle at that time contained pockets of molten material called
- 2:06:46magma, which seeped out through the newly formed cracks in a series of volcanic
- 2:06:53eruptions, Fang said. The new data from Chang E four shows that process
- 2:07:00as slowing down over time. Fang and his colleagues found that the layers of
- 2:07:04volcanic rock grew thinner the closer they were to the Moon's surface. This suggests
- 2:07:11that less lava flowed in later eruptions compared with earlier ones. The Moon was
- 2:07:17slowly cooling down and running out of steam in its later volcanic stage, Fang
- 2:07:24said, quote its energy became weak over time. Volcanic activity on the Moon
- 2:07:31is thought to have petered out about one billion years ago, though scientists have
- 2:07:36discovered some evidence of younger volcanic activity as recently as one hundred million years ago.
- 2:07:45For this reason, the Moon is often considered geologically dead. However,
- 2:07:51there could still be magma deep underneath the lunar surface, Fang said. Chang
- 2:07:57E four isn't done with its work on the Moon yet. Fang hopes that
- 2:08:01in the future the craft will give us insight into different unexpected geological formations.
- 2:08:09So the structures are these, you know, lava flows, Yeah, not
- 2:08:18like prehistoric moon bases or anything like that. In case you were thinking that's
- 2:08:24what it was when you clicked on it, Daniel X and in other space
- 2:08:30news, India landed its rover on the moon also right or was it Mars
- 2:08:39the moon? It's the moon. And speaking of the dark side of the
- 2:08:45moon, scientists were able to like put electrodes directly on people's brains and they
- 2:08:54were playing another brick in the wall off the wall, a Pink Floyd's of
- 2:09:00the wall, and able to convert it actually to like sound waves, like
- 2:09:09it came out garbled apparently, but they could still tell it was pink Floyd
- 2:09:13or pink Floydian influenced. I don't know, the world's getting crazy. It's
- 2:09:20the end times. I'm gonna wrap it up there. You've been listening to
