A masked menace terrorized Philadelphia streets, allegedly chasing a woman and asking if she was “ready to die” — all while wearing a creepy Chucky-style baby doll mask. Twenty-two-year-old Zymire Hughes, now wanted and possibly on the run to California or Nevada, faces terroristic threats and assault charges after a jogger’s near-attack and a bystander’s heroic kick.
