- 0:11Today on Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram.
- 0:14Did you ever wonder why some of the most, I mean,
- 0:17worst fights that you ever have are with people
- 0:21that you love the most? I mean, what causes these
- 0:23heated conflicts and hurt feelings and painful
- 0:27words that really divide? Chances are the reasons
- 0:30for our disputes are different than you might
- 0:33think. Stay with us as we consider not only why
- 0:36we fight, but how to defuse that conflict. I'm
- 0:40Dave Drewy, and this is Living on the Edge with
- 0:42Chip Ingram. James chapter 4 traces our worst
- 0:46conflicts back to a single root cause, a consuming
- 0:49craving for self -gratification. Today, Chip
- 0:52gives us the cure. He lays out four clear, practical
- 0:56steps toward humbling yourself before God and
- 0:59shows us the promise attached to each one. If
- 1:02there's a relationship in your life that needs
- 1:04restoring, today's message is where you start.
- 1:07And in case you need to revisit this lesson at
- 1:09another time, just go to livingontheedge .org.
- 1:13Well, now here's Chip with his message titled,
- 1:15Why We Fight With Those We Love. Open your Bibles,
- 1:19if you're not already there, to James chapter
- 1:21four. He says, what is the source of quarrels
- 1:25and conflicts among you? Rhetorical question.
- 1:27Is not the source your pleasures that wage war
- 1:31in your members or literally among you? You lust
- 1:35and you do not have, so you commit murder. You
- 1:38are envious and cannot obtain, so you fight and
- 1:40quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask.
- 1:45And you do not receive because you ask with the
- 1:47wrong motives. Why? So that you can spend it
- 1:50on yourself. The summary of that is the root
- 1:54cause of interpersonal conflicts, according to
- 1:57James, is our consuming passion for self -gratification.
- 2:01Okay, that's the cause of quarrels. Now he's
- 2:05gonna give us God's diagnosis. Our constant quarrels
- 2:09reveal three different things. Verse four, you
- 2:13adulteresses, do you not know that friendship
- 2:16with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore,
- 2:20whoever wishes to be a friend of the world, notice
- 2:22this, makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you
- 2:27not think that the scripture speaks to no purpose?
- 2:29He jealously desires the spirit which he made
- 2:32to dwell in us. But notice his response is, he
- 2:34gives more grace. He gives more grace. Well,
- 2:37how does he give the grace? Therefore it says,
- 2:39and he quotes the Old Testament here, God is
- 2:41opposed, literally he's anti, he's against the
- 2:43proud, but he gives grace to the humble. Literally
- 2:47he goes, adulteresses are unfaithful creatures.
- 2:50Don't you know, circle the word friendship, will
- 2:53you? That's our word phileo. It's the affection
- 2:55with the world system and its sensual pleasures.
- 2:59It means you are in hostility. You've become
- 3:02an enemy or you're in hostility with God. You
- 3:05make yourself an enemy. Then he goes on to say,
- 3:08he yearns jealously for the spirit that he puts
- 3:11within us. And this word, if you want to circle
- 3:14through it, God opposes the proud. It's a picture
- 3:17as you study this phrase of literally God going
- 3:20into battle and putting on holy array in battle
- 3:23to come against that which is opposed. to what's
- 3:28good. And there are times in your life and there's
- 3:32times in my life when we do that. Let's go back
- 3:35and play out what the lie is then. He says we
- 3:39believe the lie. The lie basically is hedonism.
- 3:43And hedonism is a worldview that promises that
- 3:46I will be fulfilled by pleasure. See, the lie
- 3:49is fulfilling your sensual pleasure will deliver
- 3:55significance, security, joy, and fulfillment.
- 3:58That's hedonism. And that lie leads us to betray
- 4:01a trust. And we become spiritual adulteresses.
- 4:07I don't know anything that is happening in our
- 4:10day that breaks God's heart more than a church
- 4:14that has fallen in love with the world. And notice
- 4:17what it says. He yearns jealously for the spirit
- 4:19he made, but he gives more grace. Well, how does
- 4:21he give more grace? It says here, we make ourselves
- 4:24an enemy so he gives more grace. How does he
- 4:27give more grace? He's opposed to the proud. What
- 4:29did he say in the beginning was the core of interpersonal
- 4:32problems? Pride, selfishness. What's God opposed
- 4:36to? It means he's against. It doesn't mean he
- 4:38tolerates it. It doesn't mean that he winks at
- 4:40it. It doesn't mean that, well, you know, I'm
- 4:41not really happy with this and I wish you could
- 4:43kind of clean it up. It means he's against it.
- 4:45When he's against it, that means he brings consequences,
- 4:49not because he's down on you. Because he loves
- 4:52you. See, this isn't theoretical. And the seduction
- 4:56of the world is not something that you get hit
- 4:58in the face and go, wow, I'm a worldly friend
- 5:00of the world, Christian, and I may be, maybe
- 5:02some of these difficult areas of my life really
- 5:04have to do with, you know, I'm God's enemy and
- 5:07I never thought about that. I don't think the
- 5:09average born again, genuine believer in Jesus
- 5:12Christ in America is waking up every one day
- 5:14saying, you know, I know I really love God, but
- 5:16I think I'm going to embrace the world. I think
- 5:18I'm going to try and live just like they are
- 5:20because I want all the negative consequences
- 5:21and I want to be a terrible witness. And, you
- 5:23know, my marriage, you know, who wants it to
- 5:25last more than eight or 10 years anyway? And,
- 5:27you know, all these sexual addictions and food
- 5:29addictions, bulimia. I mean, you know, I mean,
- 5:31these counselors need money. So if I, no one
- 5:35does that. But that's where we're landing, people.
- 5:40So what's the solution? He gives us the solution
- 5:43where he gives us a prescription. And we're gonna
- 5:46get the prescription in verses seven through
- 5:4810. It is very direct. God's prescription is
- 5:51humble yourself and God will heal your relationships.
- 5:54Humble yourself and God will heal your relationships.
- 5:57Write those two words, humble yourself and God
- 6:00will, he'll restore. I'm gonna read this passage
- 6:05and there are seven, actually 10 staccato verbs
- 6:10that are commands. And by staccato, I mean it's
- 6:14bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. He's gonna
- 6:16give us seven to 10 specific things that we need
- 6:20to do that will be a picture of how to humble
- 6:23yourself. You can circle the words, but number
- 6:25one, submit, circle yourselves therefore to God.
- 6:29Two, resist the devil and he'll flee from you.
- 6:33Three, draw near to God. and he will draw near
- 6:37to you. Four, cleanse your hands, you sinners.
- 6:41And five, purify your hearts, you men of double
- 6:45mind. Six, be wretched and mourn. Seven, weep.
- 6:51Eight, let your laughter be turned to mourning
- 6:55and your joy to dejection. Circle laughter. Ten,
- 7:00humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will
- 7:04exalt you. Submit. resist, draw near, cleanse,
- 7:10purify, be miserable, mourn, weep, let your laughter
- 7:15be turned or literally have your laughter turned
- 7:17around. This isn't just don't laugh. This is
- 7:20the haughty kind of laughter where people are
- 7:23rejoicing and reveling in sin. That's the picture
- 7:25of this word. And as you study those things,
- 7:30what you see is it is developed in four clear
- 7:33steps toward humility or to diffuse conflict.
- 7:38Number one, Give in to God. Write that in the
- 7:42line above there. Submit yourselves, therefore,
- 7:45to God. The word submit here is in a tense of
- 7:48the verb that has a sense of urgency. It's a
- 7:51compound word, hupo, to be under, and taso, to
- 7:53be under the rank. It's like falling into line
- 7:56or rank in the military. It's to take God as
- 7:59your commander, as your captain. It's a picture
- 8:01of a group of military people all walking like
- 8:04this, and you are out of step. What he's saying
- 8:06is you're out of step with the Spirit. Well,
- 8:11how do you get in step with the Spirit? Very,
- 8:13very clearly, it is obey the known will of God
- 8:17revealed in Scripture. Give in to God. Voluntarily,
- 8:24from the heart, that's the idea. You might write
- 8:28just one word after that. Give in to God. Put
- 8:31an arrow and write the word surrender and put
- 8:33a box around it. It's really what it is. Surrender.
- 8:37Submit your will. Submit your future. Submit
- 8:41your relationships. Submit your agenda. Submit
- 8:44your desires. And you say, God, here's what I'm
- 8:47going to do. I have unconsciously, I didn't mean
- 8:49to, I didn't realize it. You brought me to this
- 8:51place at this time to help reveal it. The light
- 8:53bulbs are going off in my mind. My spirit is
- 8:55so convicted. I want you to know right now, I
- 8:57surrender. I submit to you. I want you to know
- 9:01that as I begin to think about your word, and
- 9:04I know it's going to be a journey, but I'm going
- 9:06to submit my finances to you. I'm going to submit
- 9:08my schedule to you. I'm going to submit my relationships,
- 9:11my job, my ministry. I submit to you. You are
- 9:14the general. You're the commanding officer. You're
- 9:16the king. You're the CEO. And I'm coming for
- 9:19orders. You tell me what to do. That's what I
- 9:21want to do. That's the first step in humbling
- 9:24yourself. It's obeying what you know. The second
- 9:28step is get tough with Satan. Notice the word
- 9:34resist the devil and he'll flee from you. Resist
- 9:38has the prefix anti. It means to be against him
- 9:40and to take a stand. It's to take a stand against
- 9:43the enemy. There is no middle ground. You can't
- 9:46play with him. And the word devil, I mean, who
- 9:49is this? He's the slanderer, the liar, the deceiver.
- 9:52He's the seducer. Has anyone seen a Forbes where
- 9:56you can... go through a Forbes magazine and not
- 9:59somehow feel like, man, if I was really, really
- 10:01rich and I'd be really, really powerful, then
- 10:03it'd be really, really important. You know, it's
- 10:05different strokes for different folks. It's the
- 10:08lust of the flesh for some. For others, it's
- 10:10that magazine you look at and you see all those
- 10:12beautiful houses and all that beautiful furniture
- 10:13and all this, or that dream vacation. You could
- 10:16go to Scotland, do this, and you go to this,
- 10:17go to this, go to this. And it always go from
- 10:19one thing to another. Yet, who's behind that?
- 10:22Who's selling you the bill of goods if you had,
- 10:25if you could, if you possessed, if you look like
- 10:27that? If you just had enough money to have some
- 10:29of those surgeries like they have on TV, then
- 10:31you could walk down the staircase and all your
- 10:35friends would go, ah, who is that? That's a woman
- 10:38or a man who they've shaved off 35 pounds with
- 10:41surgery and other 20 pounds with exercise and
- 10:44they have poked, jabbed, pushed. I won't go any
- 10:48farther than that. Made up, died. Broken jaws,
- 10:51put in new teeth, rearrange noses, and under
- 10:56special lighting for one moment. And here's my
- 11:01theory. Visit that woman or that man in three
- 11:03years, and they'll look exactly like they did
- 11:05three years before. You're listening to Living

- 11:33Well, now here's Chip with the rest of today's
- 11:35message. Resist the devil and he'll flee from
- 11:38you. Get tough with Satan, put an arrow, and
- 11:40write the word fight and put a box around it.
- 11:42You gotta fight. You gotta fight. Ephesians 6.
- 11:47Tells us how to put on the full armor of God.
- 11:51Look, it's a promise. If you resist, he'll flee.
- 11:55But you gotta get angry with it. You gotta say,
- 11:57I don't wanna be that. I don't wanna think of
- 11:59that. You gotta say, no more internet for me.
- 12:01I'm not gonna watch that stuff. You have to cut
- 12:03off the supply lines. You gotta fight. You gotta
- 12:06say, there's a world system. It is purposely
- 12:09seeking to seduce me. And you've got to put up
- 12:13the guard and the armor. And you've got to say
- 12:15to yourself, you know what? I can't let that
- 12:17in our home. I've got a good friend that had
- 12:20a pornography problem. He just doesn't have the
- 12:21internet. He just doesn't have it. You say, well,
- 12:25that's drastic. Yeah, it's drastic. He's just
- 12:27kind of saving his marriage, saving his life,
- 12:28walking with God, changing his life. He just
- 12:30happens to know he's weak. Where are you weak?
- 12:34Where are you weak? In the area of media, I would
- 12:37dare you to do something. You probably won't
- 12:39do this, but I'll dare you anyway. Double, double
- 12:41dare. I dare you to go on a media fast for 10
- 12:45days. No TV, not even the news, 10 days. First
- 12:51two days, you want to kill each other because
- 12:54you'll be so irritable. And then you'll recognize
- 12:57we actually spend hours that we didn't know in
- 13:00front of this thing. Then pretty soon you'll
- 13:02start getting creative and you'll have all kind
- 13:04of time and start doing some things you always
- 13:05wanted to do. About day number six through eight,
- 13:08you'll start actually having some fun. Day number
- 13:10nine, you won't miss it very much. Day number
- 13:1210 or 11, you realize, oh, hey, and you'll start
- 13:14watching something and you'll watch a commercial
- 13:16and you go, oh man, that is, that is gross. Because
- 13:20what will happen is you won't be dumbed down.
- 13:23Your spiritual sensitivities will come back alive
- 13:25and you'll realize, man, there's a hook in that
- 13:28commercial. And did you notice how the camera
- 13:29panned and went to that guy's body part or that
- 13:31woman's body part? Did you see? And all of a
- 13:33sudden, all those subliminal messages, your spirit
- 13:36will pick them up and you'll fight and you'll
- 13:38say, man, I'm not buying that stuff. But I tell
- 13:41you what, The passive, I want to try harder,
- 13:44be a better person someday, some way, will not
- 13:46make it. Third, he says, draw near to God and
- 13:51he'll draw near to you. Right in there, get close
- 13:53to God. Get close to God and then draw an arrow
- 13:58and in the box, write return. Return to God.
- 14:04What he wants you to know, he loves you. He's
- 14:06for you. He cares about you. Anything you think
- 14:09the world and power or sex or pleasure or a boat
- 14:13or a better golf score or what plastic surgery
- 14:16could ever provide, Jesus says, it's all a lie.
- 14:20It's all temporary. I love you just for you.
- 14:24I have joy that circumstances can't change. I
- 14:27want to give you something in your heart that's
- 14:29called peace, not pseudo peace. I want you to
- 14:33be able to sit in a room where you don't have
- 14:35to turn on the TV or the stereo or run over to
- 14:37the refrigerator every time you have a little
- 14:39bit of unrest in your soul. I want to give you
- 14:41joy that even when bad news happens, it wells
- 14:43up in you. I want to love you. I want to care
- 14:47for you. I want to tie you into me and let you
- 14:50understand where real life comes, abundant life
- 14:54to the full. Isn't that what he promised? I came
- 14:57that you might have life and you could have it
- 14:58to the max. This isn't like getting second rate
- 15:02stuff. This is like seeing the junk for what
- 15:05it is, and then you negatively, you got to fight,
- 15:09but then you draw near to God, you return. And
- 15:12what's the promise say? He'll draw near to you.
- 15:16Isn't that awesome? This is the picture of the
- 15:19prodigal and the father. You know, he didn't
- 15:21run after the prodigal, did he? He allowed the
- 15:24consequences to get in the prodigal's life. By
- 15:27the time the kid is eating the pig slop, he finally
- 15:30has an aha moment. This ain't good. The slaves
- 15:35have it better. But the moment he returned the
- 15:39word, right, and began to come back to the father,
- 15:41what did the father do? Study that passage carefully.
- 15:45He does a number of things that break culture.
- 15:47He runs to meet. That means he had to pick up
- 15:49his robe. That means he embarrassed himself in
- 15:52the city. He ran to meet his son. God wants to
- 15:57run to meet some of you. And some of you are
- 16:00so overwhelmed with guilt and got so much baggage
- 16:04and so much junk and feel like you're so unworthy
- 16:07and you've been through so much. He's a God of
- 16:09grace. If you've fallen into a 15 -foot hole,
- 16:13He will lower a 16 -foot rope. And if you've
- 16:17fallen into a 300 -foot hole and you can say,
- 16:19I had two abortions. I've had four marriages.
- 16:21I'm a perpetual liar. I'm stealing from the company
- 16:23right now. My whole life is a mess. I'm 300 feet
- 16:26of just dirt and I feel like a terrible person.
- 16:29God said, I brought you here because I have a
- 16:32301 -foot rope. Just grab it, babe. I love you.
- 16:37I love you. I died for you. I have a plan for
- 16:40you. I want to restore you. Well, how do you
- 16:43draw near to God? It's not just an emotional
- 16:45experience. How do you draw near to God? Well,
- 16:48since many of you are on that media fast because
- 16:50I double -doubled aired you and some of you can't
- 16:51resist that, with all this time, you know what
- 16:54you'll find? Just start reading through the New
- 16:55Testament. Just start taking walks instead of
- 16:58watching TV and talk to God. And when you're
- 17:01hurt, tell him you're hurt. When you're angry,
- 17:02just express it and tell him you're angry. Then
- 17:04the things and the needs that you don't have,
- 17:06ask him for. Get in the scriptures, begin to
- 17:09pray. And then, you know what? Every New Testament
- 17:11command I can find is in the second person plural.
- 17:14There might be an exception or two. That means
- 17:15I'm never expected to live this radical New Testament
- 17:18revolutionary life alone. I gotta do it with
- 17:20people. And you get in the scriptures and you
- 17:24begin to pray and you get with some people that
- 17:26are making progress with the Lord and you find
- 17:29some music and a Bible teaching church that teaches
- 17:33the word and lives authentic lives. And you know
- 17:36what? You're drawing near to God. He's gonna
- 17:37draw near to you. And all the things you thought
- 17:40that we're gonna deliver through your hedonism,
- 17:43that you're being brainwashed like I'm being
- 17:44brainwashed day after day after day, God says,
- 17:47I'm gonna give you better and lasting both now
- 17:50and forever. The final thing he says is get right
- 17:53with others. Notice the phrase here, cleanse
- 17:56your hands, purify your hearts. You know what?
- 17:59That's the outward. What are you doing with your
- 18:02hands that is wrong? Cleanse them. Then not just
- 18:04externally, but internally, purify your hearts.
- 18:06Where are your motives? Let there be tears for
- 18:09the wrong that you've done. And so there's a
- 18:11private purification. Where you cleanse your
- 18:14hands. And you know what it is? You don't hear
- 18:16this much anymore. Are you ready for this? Some
- 18:18of you, a number of things have come up in your
- 18:19mind. I've just sort of thrown a few little bombs
- 18:21out. Have you noticed? You know, the soaps over
- 18:24here, romance novels over here, pornography over
- 18:27here, materialism. Just in case you missed the
- 18:29bombs. This is a review. All right? All right?
- 18:32A little bitterness in your heart, unforgiveness
- 18:34toward an ex, toward a mom, a dad, one of your
- 18:36kids, right? You know what cleanse your hands,
- 18:39purify your hearts is? Stop sinning. Stop it.
- 18:44Okay, you ready? I'm gonna do this again. It's
- 18:46very complicated. Stop sinning. I mean, we get
- 18:50this like, yeah, I will, you know, I'm gonna
- 18:52have to process this, maybe see my counselor.
- 18:54You know what? Is it wrong? Stop it. Repent.
- 18:59That's the word. Right. Get right with others.
- 19:04Arrow in a box, then right. Repent. Now, do you
- 19:08need help? Yeah. Do you need to see a pastor
- 19:11or a friend? But if you have wronged someone,
- 19:14Make it right. Cleanse your hands. If you have
- 19:17bitterness in your heart, if you have resentment,
- 19:19if you have anger fantasies, purify your heart.
- 19:23Purge it. Tell God you're sorry. If you need
- 19:25to apologize to someone, go apologize to them.
- 19:28But just say, I'm gonna get right with God. I'm
- 19:32gonna get right with others. Then notice the
- 19:35final thing he says in verse 10. He says, humble
- 19:38yourself therefore under the mighty hand of God.
- 19:41Why? That he may Exalt you. He's told us that
- 19:48the problem is interpersonal relationships, that
- 19:50it's really selfishness. He said the lie that
- 19:53we've believed is hedonism, the whole pleasure
- 19:55mentality, the playboy mentality of our day.
- 19:58But he says, you know something? Submit to God,
- 20:01resist the devil, draw near to God, and then
- 20:06get right with others. And then he says that
- 20:08is the actions of humbling yourself before God.
- 20:11And here's what he'll, he wants to literally,
- 20:14here's the word. He wants to lift you up. He
- 20:17wants to restore you. I wish I had time to go
- 20:20over couple after couple after couple and men
- 20:23who've had 20 years of pornography, internet
- 20:26addiction and people that have been on drugs
- 20:29in the places I've had the privilege of pastor
- 20:31where I've watched them humble themselves, come
- 20:34and say, God, I'm bankrupt and do exactly what
- 20:37we've talked about here. And the Lord has weaned
- 20:40them from the world and they've been returned.
- 20:43to their first love, the Lord Jesus. And is it
- 20:45easy? No. Is it humbling? You know, some of you
- 20:48are thinking, well, if I made it right, I might
- 20:50have to go, like, actually apologize to someone,
- 20:53like an ex -mate or an ex -boss. This could go
- 20:55public. This would be humiliating. Humiliation
- 21:01comes from the same root word as humble. You
- 21:05see, when we finally get to where it ain't about
- 21:08me and it ain't about you, is let's just be right.
- 21:12You know, people don't think any of us are near
- 21:14as good as we think they think they are anyway,
- 21:16right? I mean, we're all projecting a little
- 21:19bit better and most of us see through what we're
- 21:21projecting. It takes more energy to hide and
- 21:24cover and project that we're better than it does
- 21:26to come absolutely clean and say, I blew it.
- 21:29I was wrong. I'm sorry. God has forgiven me.
- 21:33And I'd like, would you? And you know what I
- 21:35find? People are pretty merciful with people
- 21:39that are humble. You're listening to Living on
- 21:44the Edge with Chip Ingram and a message titled,
- 21:46Why We Fight With Those We Love. You can find
- 21:49today's lesson online at livingontheedge .org.
- 21:53Everything Chip walked us through today comes
- 21:55down to the same call as everything else in this
- 21:58series. Loving people well takes an actual decision,
- 22:02not just an intention. That's the whole case
- 22:05behind Chip's book, I Choose Love. It unpacks
- 22:08what the Bible means by agape love. and gives
- 22:11you a practical way to start living it out with
- 22:13the people right in front of you. Get your copy
- 22:15of I Choose Love at a special price today at

- 22:23listeners all the time about what happens when
- 22:25they actually put teaching like this into practice.
- 22:28One woman wrote in about the anger she'd carried
- 22:30for years, chasing the approval of the people
- 22:33around her. Anger that was, in her own words,
- 22:36ruining some of her closest relationships. Learning
- 22:39that she already has God's approval, she said
- 22:42changed everything, and it actually restored
- 22:44her relationship with her daughter. I can't imagine,
- 22:47she wrote, where we would be if I had not participated
- 22:50in the program. Well, that kind of restoration
- 22:53is exactly what this ministry is about, and it's
- 22:56only possible because listeners like you keep
- 22:58it going. Give generously today and help this
- 23:01kind of practical biblical teaching reach the
- 23:03next relationship that needs exactly this. Give

- 23:17Box 3007, Sewanee, Georgia, 30024. Well, now
- 23:23here's Chip. As we close today's program, there
- 23:26are four specific steps toward humility. And
- 23:29the promise is when you humble yourself, God
- 23:32will lift you up. He will help you. Let me review
- 23:35them quickly. Number one, give in to God. Submit
- 23:39yourselves, therefore, to God. The key word is
- 23:42surrender. Second, get tough with Satan. Resist
- 23:47the devil and he'll flee from you. You may need
- 23:50some help on what that looks like and how to
- 23:52do it. Number three, get close to God. The promise,
- 23:56draw near to God and he'll draw near to you.
- 23:58Open the scriptures, read the Psalms, cry out
- 24:01to God. He longs to help you in your pain. And
- 24:05number four, get right with others. Repent. If
- 24:07you need to make something right, make it right.
- 24:09This is one of those messages you need to get
- 24:12the notes, download them for free, and then you
- 24:15can walk through it. There's discussion questions
- 24:17and an outline that will help you. put this into
- 24:20practice. Father, I pray for those in conflict
- 24:23who need to take the first step that they'll
- 24:26go to the web today and they'll hear your voice
- 24:28and begin to put into practice what it looks
- 24:30like to humble themselves so that you can lift
- 24:33them up. In Jesus' name, amen. Again, our website
- 24:37is livingontheedge .org. Well, next time Chip
- 24:41turns to a subject most of us would rather not
- 24:43talk about, the words we use about other people.
- 24:47Don't miss this important lesson right here on
- 24:49Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram. Today's
- 24:55program is produced and sponsored by Living on
