Today I sat down with Steven Cuthbert, who has been coaching for the last 10+ years in the UK, working with the general population, powerlifters, and sports teams. For the last year, he has been living and coaching in Thailand. From starting off teaching classes, he has built his own client base and progressed in the gyms he’s worked at to Head Coach and Head of Personal Training, helping raise the standard of coaching and programming on the gym floor and supporting the development of the coaches he’s worked with.
