- 0:08Speaker 1: Hello, Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your host,
- 0:17Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. It's a Tuesday morning here in New York City.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It's bright and early. The sun is up, and I
- 0:24Speaker 1: love that. I need it a little bit of sun today.
- 0:26Speaker 1: It's been a rough few days, just workwise. But don't worry.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I love what I do, but even I can sometimes
- 0:32Speaker 1: buy it half more than I can too. Don't fear,
- 0:36Speaker 1: We've got all the best gossip for you today. Unfortunately, though,
- 0:41Speaker 1: Miss d, our friend mis D, is not going to
- 0:43Speaker 1: be here today. She's back home celebrating her nephew's birthday.
- 0:48Speaker 1: So happy birthday. I love Misty, don't you love her?
- 0:52Speaker 1: One of the joys of this show is being able
- 0:55Speaker 1: to introduce you to these amazing people, and Miss d
- 1:00Speaker 1: is one of the most amazing people I know. I
- 1:03Speaker 1: met her over a decade ago. I was the executive
- 1:07Speaker 1: editor of Okay magazine and Miss deb was the TV
- 1:11Speaker 1: page writer, critic, and she was fabulous. But she was
- 1:15Speaker 1: literally buried in the middle of the magazine. The TV
- 1:18Speaker 1: pages are right in the middle. They're not as flashy
- 1:21Speaker 1: as the cover or all the dating stories, all the
- 1:24Speaker 1: news stories up front. But I realized how talented she was.
- 1:29Speaker 1: I didn't know if she was a good person or not,
- 1:31Speaker 1: but she was really really she is really, really talented,
- 1:35Speaker 1: and so I moved her into the news section, and
- 1:38Speaker 1: then I found out she's not only talented, she's a
- 1:42Speaker 1: really great person. And we have been friends ever since.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And mister, if you're listening, have a fantastic time with
- 1:48Speaker 1: your family. Let's jump into the show, Norties. What time
- 1:52Speaker 1: is it, my friends? Single lung please insteed, I couldn't
- 1:56Speaker 1: do it without you, Okay. Big story at the top
- 1:58Speaker 1: of the show, page six, reporting that Ben Affleck has
- 2:01Speaker 1: finally come to his senses about his quote fever dream
- 2:07Speaker 1: marriage to Jennifer Lopez. Insiders are saying this is just
- 2:11Speaker 1: not going to work. So sources say ben Affleck has
- 2:15Speaker 1: quote come to his senses about his failing marriage to
- 2:19Speaker 1: the singer and knows that they are headed for divorce.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Insiders say the following quote, if there was a way
- 2:29Speaker 1: to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would ouch.
- 2:35Speaker 1: He feels like the last two years have been a
- 2:38Speaker 1: fever dream, and he's come to his senses now and
- 2:42Speaker 1: understands there's just no way this is going to work. Oh,
- 2:48Speaker 1: that's hard, isn't it. Well, I hit the phones. My
- 2:51Speaker 1: sources are saying Page six is not wrong. They never are,
- 2:55Speaker 1: and that then, definitely here has been struggling and is
- 2:59Speaker 1: in that thing where he's woke up from the honeymoon.
- 3:02Speaker 1: All the glamour, all the attention, all the love, all
- 3:05Speaker 1: the excitement of getting back together with the one that
- 3:08Speaker 1: got away. He brought into that fairy tale, and now
- 3:12Speaker 1: the honeymoon is over. The fairy tale has turned into
- 3:15Speaker 1: a little bit of a nightmare. They just are not compatible.
- 3:19Speaker 1: There's a reason they broke up over twenty years ago.
- 3:22Speaker 1: They blamed the media for that, but that is not
- 3:25Speaker 1: totally true. I was with them back then. I was
- 3:27Speaker 1: Jennifer's publicist at that time. I even wrote their breakup
- 3:32Speaker 1: statement all those years ago, and so once again they
- 3:35Speaker 1: have blamed the media. Don't buy it when people are
- 3:39Speaker 1: blaming the press, it's only part of the truth. These
- 3:44Speaker 1: two are very strong, very talented, very powerful people. They
- 3:50Speaker 1: used to get in their own way, and so suddenly
- 3:53Speaker 1: putting two of them, two of them together, is really
- 3:57Speaker 1: really difficult. It's explosive. Then's a boss boots. He likes
- 4:00Speaker 1: to be in charge, and so does Jennifer. Somebody has
- 4:03Speaker 1: to give here and it's just not going to work.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And now sources are telling page six he's come to
- 4:10Speaker 1: this conclusion. They've not got divorced yet. We've seen them
- 4:14Speaker 1: with their wedding rings, without their rings. We saw them together,
- 4:18Speaker 1: We've seen them living separately in different homes, lots of
- 4:21Speaker 1: mixed messages. My insiders tell me the moment his mommy
- 4:25Speaker 1: turned up in La that's when they knew there was big,
- 4:29Speaker 1: big trouble. And so then Jennifer Gardner, his ex, turned
- 4:32Speaker 1: up yesterday to see him too. All his friends are
- 4:35Speaker 1: supporting him. They're frightened about Ben. Ben has a long
- 4:38Speaker 1: history of substance abuse. He's being to rehab. He's really
- 4:42Speaker 1: really got his demons, and they're frightened that, if I
- 4:45Speaker 1: hate to say it, when this marriage finally ends, Ben
- 4:49Speaker 1: could go off the deep end. So at the moment,
- 4:52Speaker 1: all Ben's friends are trying to insulate him, to surround
- 4:57Speaker 1: him with love so that when the acts fi only
- 5:00Speaker 1: fours and I'm afraid to say, all the indications are
- 5:04Speaker 1: that that is going to happen sooner than later. He's
- 5:07Speaker 1: got a support system there to pick him up. We
- 5:10Speaker 1: don't have to worry quite as much about Jennifer. Jennifer's
- 5:13Speaker 1: going to throw herself back into work. She's already rehearsing
- 5:16Speaker 1: a tour after that. She has several projects, movie projects
- 5:21Speaker 1: lined up, several new projects that she's going to produce.
- 5:24Speaker 1: She does have her kids too, and so Jennifer has
- 5:27Speaker 1: a small friendship group. Really it's family. It's her sister,
- 5:32Speaker 1: it's her mom, it's a few cousins. She does have
- 5:35Speaker 1: a few celebrity friends too, but not so much. Jennifer
- 5:38Speaker 1: likes to be with family when she's not being j Lo.
- 5:41Speaker 1: But she does love being Jlo, and that's where she's
- 5:44Speaker 1: going to spend most of her time once the Acts
- 5:48Speaker 1: finally falls. I want to get your opinion about this Noughties,
- 5:52Speaker 1: this new reporting. Ben has come to his senses about
- 5:57Speaker 1: a fever dream marriage to only for Lopez. What do
- 6:01Speaker 1: you think was this all just doomed to fail? Oh?
- 6:06Speaker 1: What a question, Rob. We're so romantic here on this show.
- 6:10Speaker 1: We're so emotional. We want people to be happy. We
- 6:15Speaker 1: are hopeful romantics. Let's not say we're hopeless romantics. No,
- 6:19Speaker 1: that's not us, Naughties, We're hopeful. I'm hopeful that maybe
- 6:23Speaker 1: this changes, but I don't think it will because neither
- 6:26Speaker 1: one of them want to change. They want the other
- 6:29Speaker 1: one to change. If ever, you're in a relationship and
- 6:32Speaker 1: you want the other person to change, it's probably not
- 6:35Speaker 1: going to work. Okay, go vote on our Twitter page,
- 6:38Speaker 1: add naughty nized rob or on Facebook pege which is
- 6:41Speaker 1: naughty gossip and the sure to check back tomorrow to
- 6:45Speaker 1: hear your results. Okay, moving along. This story is really controversial,
- 6:50Speaker 1: but we're friends here, we can get into this. With
- 6:51Speaker 1: that falling out, Britney Spears might need a new conservator ship.
- 6:56Speaker 1: In fact, inside as are saying get his quote, vital
- 7:00Speaker 1: to her survival. So there are new reports that Brittany
- 7:04Speaker 1: is abusing drugs again, is surrounding herself by some really
- 7:07Speaker 1: dodgy people, and now friends are worried that she's in
- 7:12Speaker 1: danger of hurting herself and others or even worse. According
- 7:17Speaker 1: to numerous people around the pop star, they are scared
- 7:22Speaker 1: for Britney, scared for her and believe the only path
- 7:27Speaker 1: for long term survival that's a big word survival is
- 7:32Speaker 1: another conservatorship. Now, multiple sources with direct knowledge have told
- 7:37Speaker 1: TMZ that Britney's mental health has been in a tailspin
- 7:42Speaker 1: since the conservatorship ended. They say that she's often not
- 7:46Speaker 1: taking her medications that stabilize her, she's drinking, she's using
- 7:51Speaker 1: various drugs, which is especially dangerous given her history of
- 7:56Speaker 1: substance abuse problems that have said to rehab multiple times.
- 8:02Speaker 1: The concern is so great to those close to Brittaney
- 8:07Speaker 1: that they believe another conservatorship is the only way to
- 8:11Speaker 1: protect her from herself and ensure her long term survival. Gosh,
- 8:16Speaker 1: this is controversial, the Free Brittany movement. We spoke about it,
- 8:19Speaker 1: we encouraged it on this show. Were we wrong? Did
- 8:24Speaker 1: she need help? I want to believe everybody should be free.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I do. I want to fight for that principle. But
- 8:32Speaker 1: it's not always true. Some people need help and they
- 8:37Speaker 1: don't want it. What do we do? Do we literally
- 8:42Speaker 1: let them die? Or do we intervene? Do we have
- 8:47Speaker 1: an intervention? That's the kind thing to do is to
- 8:51Speaker 1: get involved there and save this poor, poor person's life. However,
- 8:59Speaker 1: all the baggage, all the betrayal, all the bad things
- 9:03Speaker 1: that happened under the conservatorship with her father, we know
- 9:06Speaker 1: about them. We know about the missing money. We know
- 9:09Speaker 1: about how strict he was with Brittany. Friends of the
- 9:13Speaker 1: dad tell me he had to be. Now, Critics would
- 9:16Speaker 1: say it was too much. Can we have a happy medium?
- 9:20Speaker 1: Can we have Brittany under some sort of framework, somebody
- 9:24Speaker 1: looking after her, and still allow her to have coffee
- 9:28Speaker 1: and friends and her cell phone? What do you think
- 9:31Speaker 1: about this one? It is so difficult. Moretia is because
- 9:34Speaker 1: we all want the same thing here, which is a
- 9:37Speaker 1: happy and healthy Britney. We want that. How do we
- 9:40Speaker 1: get it? And that's where life gets really complicated. Some
- 9:44Speaker 1: people are going to say it's up to her. She's
- 9:46Speaker 1: a grown woman, she has children, she has sixty million dollars,
- 9:51Speaker 1: she has all the resources in the world to help herself.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Others would say, none of that matters. When you have
- 9:58Speaker 1: severe mental health, healthy shoes like Brittany, and you need
- 10:02Speaker 1: somebody there guiding you, protecting you as a safety net.
- 10:07Speaker 1: This is not going to end well. And if it doesn't,
- 10:11Speaker 1: what do we say then? Do we owe her an apology?
- 10:15Speaker 1: We try to free her. We got her free. But
- 10:18Speaker 1: now that she's free, now that she's out of the cage,
- 10:22Speaker 1: she's very vulnerable, really dangerous. Stuff's going on. I read
- 10:26Speaker 1: the TMZ report several times and I hit the phones
- 10:30Speaker 1: to all my Britney sources. They said, it's absolutely true,
- 10:33Speaker 1: absolutely true. She's in terrible danger. She's not taking her medications,
- 10:39Speaker 1: she is drinking, She's hanging out with some really shady people.
- 10:43Speaker 1: She could blow through that sixty million. She is spending
- 10:45Speaker 1: money on private planes, vacations, all sorts of stuff. She
- 10:50Speaker 1: can go through that really fast because no money's coming in.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Brittany's not working anymore. What do we do with Brittany?
- 10:58Speaker 1: Not easy? Not easy? Okay? Did he has popped up?
- 11:02Speaker 1: He's not laying low. He's out and about in Miami
- 11:05Speaker 1: after the video that he posted. So anyone that thought
- 11:08Speaker 1: did he would be hiding in shame from the cameras
- 11:10Speaker 1: in wake of the new video, you're wrong. If anything,
- 11:14Speaker 1: he made a point of going out, being seen in public,
- 11:18Speaker 1: stepping out into the world and seemingly telling everybody that
- 11:23Speaker 1: he is back. So the rap mogul looked unbothered. He
- 11:28Speaker 1: was smoking a cigar or puff and taking a leisurely
- 11:33Speaker 1: stroll through his fancy Miami neighborhood. He was dressed all
- 11:37Speaker 1: in white, wearing a medallion featuring a childhood photograph of
- 11:41Speaker 1: himself and his father, and he said love. That's what
- 11:45Speaker 1: he said when the paparazzi is when the photographers asked him,
- 11:49Speaker 1: are you going to be okay? Are you going to
- 11:50Speaker 1: survive this? He made the letter L with his hand
- 11:53Speaker 1: and said the word love. I used to work for Diday.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I can tell you all this was rehearsed, it was practiced,
- 12:00Speaker 1: he was styled. Everything about this was thought at, even
- 12:04Speaker 1: the photograph around his neck of him and his deceased father.
- 12:09Speaker 1: This is all to tell people he is back. There's
- 12:13Speaker 1: no shame with did he. He doesn't have that in
- 12:16Speaker 1: his DNA. It doesn't exist for him. Now, yesterday we
- 12:19Speaker 1: talked about how he never said Cassie's name during that
- 12:22Speaker 1: apology video. Now we're finding out why he can't. He
- 12:27Speaker 1: signed an NDA with her. So when it comes to
- 12:29Speaker 1: did he not saying her name in public, there's a
- 12:32Speaker 1: legal reason behind it. Did He and Cassie reached a
- 12:35Speaker 1: settlement one day after she filed her sexual assault lawsuit
- 12:39Speaker 1: against him back in November, and it includes a very strict,
- 12:43Speaker 1: a very strict non disclosure agreement which prevents both sides
- 12:48Speaker 1: from speaking each other's name in public. She can never
- 12:52Speaker 1: ever say did he in public? And he can never
- 12:55Speaker 1: say Cassie. If you notice, since the release of the
- 12:59Speaker 1: twenty sixteen outrageous beating video, you've seen neither one of
- 13:04Speaker 1: them say each other's names. We've not heard Cassie trash
- 13:07Speaker 1: did he? We've heard nothing. That's because they can't. His
- 13:12Speaker 1: lawyers looked over this video for a long time to
- 13:15Speaker 1: make sure he was not breaking the NDA. That's the
- 13:18Speaker 1: last thing he needed. We should point out he still
- 13:21Speaker 1: has to deal with at least three other suits, some
- 13:24Speaker 1: of which include serious allegations about human and sexual trafficking.
- 13:30Speaker 1: So did he not out of the woods yet? But
- 13:33Speaker 1: this new image of him out with a cigar, it's
- 13:36Speaker 1: so wrong. He looks like he's on vacation. He looks
- 13:39Speaker 1: like he's living the high life. He looks like there's
- 13:41Speaker 1: no consequences. Get the cigar out of your mouth. Stop
- 13:46Speaker 1: looking like you're on vacation. Do a real video, Say
- 13:50Speaker 1: how you really feel, not something your pr people gave you.
- 13:54Speaker 1: It is just not enough and puff. This might have
- 13:56Speaker 1: worked for you in the past. In fact, we know
- 13:58Speaker 1: it has. He's going to backfire time. It is different
- 14:01Speaker 1: when you're selling albums and your products, your clothing, your vodka.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I get it. These videos are cute, they're funny. This
- 14:10Speaker 1: is how you've become a superstar. That you are not
- 14:13Speaker 1: gonna work this time, different different circumstances, and I would
- 14:18Speaker 1: argue you need different, different people around you guiding you
- 14:23Speaker 1: because what you're doing at the minute is not gonna work. Okay, quickly,
- 14:27Speaker 1: before we get a break. This is a sweet story.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Adela shared major plans about her life during her Las
- 14:33Speaker 1: Vegas residency show, saying I want a girl. So she
- 14:38Speaker 1: shared this major announcement during her concert. The singer, who's
- 14:43Speaker 1: thirty six, has been open about her desire to have
- 14:46Speaker 1: more children, and it seems now that they are a priority.
- 14:49Speaker 1: She's said the following from the stage quote, Once I'm
- 14:53Speaker 1: done with all my obligations and all my shows, I
- 14:56Speaker 1: want to have a baby. That's right, she said it
- 14:58Speaker 1: out right. She already has a son, Angelo with her
- 15:01Speaker 1: ex husband Simon. Now she wants a little girl, Adele.
- 15:07Speaker 1: We say, do it, do it, do it. There is
- 15:10Speaker 1: nobody who can be as lucky as that little lady
- 15:14Speaker 1: having Adele as a mommy. Okay, we're going to take
- 15:17Speaker 1: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 15:22Speaker 1: back to the Naughty but Night Show. I'm rom shoot
- 15:24Speaker 1: miss Das after day naughties, but don't worry, we are
- 15:27Speaker 1: in this together. Let's get to the piles. Last show,
- 15:32Speaker 1: we talked about Cassie's legal team addressing Diddy and saying
- 15:35Speaker 1: that his apology video was quote pathetic and had more
- 15:40Speaker 1: to do about him than the people he had hurt.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Our question was quite simple, are they right? Was Cassi's
- 15:47Speaker 1: legal team right? Is this video about Diddy? Is it pathetic?
- 15:52Speaker 1: Is this about saving his bottom rather than helping all
- 15:56Speaker 1: the people that he has hurt? Ninety three percent? Absolutely,
- 16:01Speaker 1: you say it's pathetic, and you say this video has
- 16:04Speaker 1: nothing to do We're saying sorry, but rather saving yourself. Ouch. Hey,
- 16:12Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's Paul will go to
- 16:13Speaker 1: a Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or a Facebook
- 16:17Speaker 1: page which is Nordy gonzib and the issuer to check
- 16:20Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results. And now my favorite
- 16:25Speaker 1: part of the show, it's time for the nicest of
- 16:28Speaker 1: the Dame. Anna Navarro from the viewer is saying that
- 16:33Speaker 1: did he should be treated like quote a social leper
- 16:36Speaker 1: and a criminal after the disturbing video. So Anna is
- 16:39Speaker 1: encouraging people to treat Diddy like a social leper. After
- 16:43Speaker 1: the video of him assaulting his ex girlfriend was released,
- 16:47Speaker 1: she said, quote, Look, the LAPD might not be able
- 16:51Speaker 1: to charge him, but we are able to shun him,
- 16:55Speaker 1: and he should be treated like a leper, the social
- 16:58Speaker 1: lepper and criminal that he is. You go, Anna, So
- 17:02Speaker 1: it looks as if he won't be charged for this
- 17:05Speaker 1: horrific beating, this assault, this attack that's caught on video
- 17:10Speaker 1: because of the statue of limitations in California, it's past
- 17:14Speaker 1: its date. This is seven eight years ago. The statue
- 17:18Speaker 1: is one to three years depending on the type of assault.
- 17:22Speaker 1: And so even if this is considered a major assault,
- 17:26Speaker 1: which it certainly looks like if you've seen the tape,
- 17:28Speaker 1: that's still only three years. This is seven to eight years.
- 17:31Speaker 1: So it doesn't look as if the LAPD will be
- 17:34Speaker 1: able to do anything. However, Anna from the view reminds
- 17:39Speaker 1: us all we can do something. Stay away from him,
- 17:43Speaker 1: don't buy his products, don't support him. On social media,
- 17:47Speaker 1: Lebron James has unfollowed did he? I think we're going
- 17:50Speaker 1: to see a lot more celebrities on follow him. I
- 17:53Speaker 1: used to work for him. I used to defend this man.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I've unfollowed him too. And nicest la day speak out
- 18:01Speaker 1: now and what is the day? Naughty, naughty, naughty. Christina
- 18:04Speaker 1: Aguilera has sparked her Zempic rumors after flaunting her weight
- 18:08Speaker 1: loss during a concert in Mexico. People saying, she's so tiny.
- 18:12Speaker 1: So she's flaunting a much smaller frame during her concert
- 18:16Speaker 1: and fans are convinced that she's been taking a Zempic,
- 18:20Speaker 1: the diabetes turned weight loss drug. So the singer known
- 18:25Speaker 1: for her powerful vocal cords and her iconic hits, performed
- 18:29Speaker 1: in this very tight body suit. She couldn't help but
- 18:32Speaker 1: to notice how much weight she has lost. People were saying, girl,
- 18:36Speaker 1: I want to zempic now, I need a zemp A
- 18:38Speaker 1: third person saying I need to get this drug. She
- 18:41Speaker 1: looks amazing. But and this is where she's naughty. She
- 18:44Speaker 1: said nothing. She hasn't addressed the rumor. She's not confirmed them,
- 18:47Speaker 1: she's not denied them. You know, if her Zempig has
- 18:50Speaker 1: made or life different better, then spread the joy. It's
- 18:54Speaker 1: not a dirty secret. Oprah's spoken out about it. Kelly
- 18:57Speaker 1: Clarkson spoken out about weight loss drugs. It's helped her
- 19:01Speaker 1: speak out. Christina, you can help people here. There are
- 19:03Speaker 1: people that really do need some help, and you, as
- 19:07Speaker 1: a celebrity with your platform, if you tell the truth,
- 19:10Speaker 1: you can help people's lives. So I'm encouraging you today
- 19:14Speaker 1: to speak out and tell the truth that goes for everybody.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Let's end with the moment of Rubb be good, Rubbie good, Rob.
- 19:20Speaker 1: So for twenty minutes, we love giving you all the
- 19:22Speaker 1: celebrity gossip, all the news, but for a moment, we're
- 19:25Speaker 1: a little bit more deep. Today's moment of Rob. When
- 19:28Speaker 1: you spin your wheels on a project or a person
- 19:31Speaker 1: who has no solution, it becomes depression. Let me say
- 19:34Speaker 1: that again. If you're spinning your wheels, if you are
- 19:37Speaker 1: trying too hard on a person or a project that
- 19:40Speaker 1: has no solution, that's going to lead to depression. So instead,
- 19:44Speaker 1: after you try, and you try again, and then when
- 19:48Speaker 1: you realize there is no solution to this, your only
- 19:52Speaker 1: option is to walk away. You can't keep beating your
- 19:56Speaker 1: head against a wall. On this show, we say all
