against Montreal at 7, a two -point divisional
• 5:21
battle with the Habs. In top news, Wall Street
• 5:27
is embracing prediction markets despite ongoing
• 5:31
regulatory debates. Troy Dixon, TradeWeb's co
• 5:35
-head of global markets, faced skepticism when
• 5:38
he proposed these markets for trading. After
• 5:42
announcing a partnership with Kalshi, he noted
• 5:44
an overwhelming response from clients. TradeWeb
• 5:48
serves institutional investors and is seeing
• 5:51
interest in markets related to elections and
• 5:53
Bitcoin. Kalshi reported billions in trading
• 5:57
  volume from institutional investors. recently
• 6:00
partnering with XB International for Brazilian
• 6:03
clients. Prediction markets are currently regulated
• 6:07
by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission,
• 6:10
which classifies them as financial products.
• 6:13
While adoption faces challenges, industry analysts
• 6:16
see a growing presence of professional traders
• 6:19
in this space. In business news, on Monday, Bitcoin
• 6:25
minted its 20th million coin meaning that more
• 6:28
than 95 % of all coins have now been mined, leaving
• 6:33
the total untapped supply at fewer than 1 million.
• 6:37
The last coin is expected to be discovered in
• 6:40
approximately 114 years. This milestone reinforces
• 6:45
how the economics of Bitcoin are different from
• 6:48
traditional currency systems like the dollar,
• 6:50
which allow governments to always print more
• 6:53
money. Rafael Zaguri, CEO of the Bitcoin mining
• 6:57
company Electron Energy, stated having only 1
• 7:01
million Bitcoin left to be mined is a powerful
• 7:04
reminder of something unique. This is the first
• 7:07
monetary system in history with a fully predictable
• 7:10
policy written in code. In crypto movement, Bitcoin
• 7:16
  is up 2 % to about $74 ,000. Ethereum is up 6
• 7:22
  .5%. to about $2 ,000. FXRP is up 6 % to $1 .54.

• 8:17
back to the show. Let's talk science. This huge
• 8:22
74 million -year -old shin bone, found in New
• 8:25
Mexico, may have belonged to a close relative
• 8:28
of the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex, according to
• 8:31
a study published March 12th in the journal Scientific
• 8:34
Reports. Researchers suspect it belonged to a
• 8:38
massive Tyrannosaur that may have weighed more
• 8:41
than four and a half tons and stretched about
• 8:44
35 feet long. Study co -author Spencer Lucas
• 8:48
notes that it is a very large Tyrannosaur for
• 8:51
its time, much older than expected. However,
• 8:55
some experts suggest the bone may belong to a
• 8:58
different genus, emphasizing the need for more
• 9:00
specimens to confirm its origins. And in entertainment
• 9:07
news, Jason Ritter appeared as an uncredited
• 9:11
clicker on The Last of Us. when his wife, Melanie
• 9:14
Linsky, was on the show. Now he has been promoted
• 9:18
to a live, as he joins the cast for the upcoming
• 9:22
season three. Ritter will portray Hanley, a soldier,
• 9:26
while Patrick Wilson will play Jerry, the deceased
• 9:29
father of Abby, portrayed by Caitlin Deaver.
• 9:33
In season two, Abby killed Joel, played by Pedro
• 9:36
Pascall, which sparked the vengeance cycle that
• 9:39
Ellie, played by Bella Ramsey. must now confront
• 9:42
in season three. Ariel of Error, Tati Gabrielle,
• 9:47
and Spencer Lord are also joining the regular
• 9:50
cast. Well, all righty, folks. It's time for
• 9:54
the quote of the day. And today, our quote comes
• 9:58
from the Irish poet and playwright, Oscar Wilde.
• 10:03
And he said, be yourself. Everyone else is already

taken. And that's a wrap for this morning. You
