- 2:53Speaker 1: three different cases, and this first case is very haunting.
- 3:00Speaker 1: It is a case that has puzzled investigators and broken
- 3:04Speaker 1: the hearts of family and friends for over forty years. Guys,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I'm fifty four. That's a long time. Okay, that's a
- 3:14Speaker 1: long time. Forty years. This is the case of Elizabeth
- 3:19Speaker 1: Ann Miller, who disappeared from Idaho Springs, Colorado, and the
- 3:24Speaker 1: summer of nineteen eighty three. Elizabeth Ann Miller was known
- 3:29Speaker 1: as Beth to her loved ones. She was just fourteen
- 3:32Speaker 1: years old when she went missing. Guys, I was fourteen
- 3:37Speaker 1: that summer, So think about it. I want you to
- 3:40Speaker 1: just stop for a minute. I'm fifty four now, and
- 3:44Speaker 1: if I went missing forty years ago, think about it,
- 3:51Speaker 1: that I would have missed out graduating, high school, marriage, kids, grandkids.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Just think and imagine my family and loved ones going
- 4:02Speaker 1: to bed every night wondering where I was. Now. It
- 4:07Speaker 1: was August sixteenth, and it was a sunny summer day
- 4:10Speaker 1: in Idaho Springs. Beth had gone for a jog around
- 4:14Speaker 1: noon near her home on Minor Street. She was athletic
- 4:18Speaker 1: and active, so a midday run wasn't unusual for her.
- 4:22Speaker 1: That is one place Beth and I differ. I see
- 4:25Speaker 1: people jogging, and I have a friend at jobs, and
- 4:28Speaker 1: I always ask, who is chasing you? Girl? Why are
- 4:32Speaker 1: you doing that? So Beth and I definitely differ that way.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I chose to swim instead of run. Now, after Beth
- 4:40Speaker 1: went on this midday run, she never returned home. Guys
- 4:44Speaker 1: and her family realized something was wrong and they quickly
- 4:50Speaker 1: reported her missing. And they knew this was no case
- 4:55Speaker 1: of a runaway. Beth left behind her beloved dog, and
- 4:59Speaker 1: she had been so so excited to start her freshman
- 5:02Speaker 1: year of high school, which was only days away. So
- 5:06Speaker 1: her family and friends described her as a happy, outgoing
- 5:09Speaker 1: teenager with a bright future ahead of her, and she
- 5:13Speaker 1: would not have run away. Now, law enforcement launched a
- 5:18Speaker 1: massive search for Beth. Over two hundred volunteers scoured the
- 5:23Speaker 1: rugged train of the area, including nearby trails and waterways.
- 5:28Speaker 1: And guys, that's a lot of volunteers. And if someone
- 5:33Speaker 1: sees this and you were one of those volunteers, I
- 5:36Speaker 1: just want to take a minute to say thank you.
- 5:38Speaker 1: That is hard work looking for someone, So thank you
- 5:44Speaker 1: to anyone who ever volunteers for searches like that. Now,
- 5:49Speaker 1: helicopters were also deployed to search from the skies, and
- 5:53Speaker 1: law enforcement conducted door to door interviews with local residents.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Got to remember, guys, we didn't have social media back then.
- 6:01Speaker 1: They couldn't just log onto Facebook and Twitter and TikTok
- 6:05Speaker 1: and Instagram and post flyers. They literally went door to door.
- 6:10Speaker 1: But guys, despite their efforts, no physical evidence of Beth
- 6:15Speaker 1: or even traces of her clothing, has ever been found. Now,
- 6:21Speaker 1: there have been various reports received for this case. One
- 6:25Speaker 1: was that a witness saw a man in the park
- 6:28Speaker 1: at the same time and that he might have been
- 6:31Speaker 1: speaking with Beth. He was in a small red nineteen
- 6:34Speaker 1: seventy five or seventy six pickup truck which had a
- 6:37Speaker 1: white camper shell and an out of state license plate. Guys,
- 6:43Speaker 1: that description. I know. Camber shells were a big deal
- 6:47Speaker 1: back then. I mean my parents had ol caminos with
- 6:51Speaker 1: camper shells on the back, and then my parents had
- 6:55Speaker 1: I think, oh, I forget what it was, maybe a bronco. Anyway,
- 6:59Speaker 1: they had a big truck thing that had a camper
- 7:02Speaker 1: on It wasn't uncommon then. Nowadays I think of those
- 7:05Speaker 1: as petty vans. So yes, I'm a little weird. Another
- 7:10Speaker 1: report stated that a man had flirted with Beth and
- 7:13Speaker 1: the days prior to her disappearance, and he appeared to
- 7:17Speaker 1: be angry when she refused to have a conversation with him. Guys,
- 7:22Speaker 1: she was fourteen, So why the hell a man was
- 7:27Speaker 1: flirting with a fourteen year old? Right off? The bat
- 7:29Speaker 1: tells me, this guy, that's just a creeper. Now, this
- 7:33Speaker 1: man called himself Claude. He wore prescription glasses with a
- 7:37Speaker 1: blue tint, and he was fair skinned, color length, light
- 7:41Speaker 1: brown hair pulled off to one side, and they said
- 7:44Speaker 1: he weighed about one hundred and seventy five pounds. He
- 7:46Speaker 1: was in a pickup truck with blue or black lettering
- 7:50Speaker 1: and brown stripes down the side. Then, a year after
- 7:55Speaker 1: best disappearance, investigators stated that they believed eighteen year old
- 8:00Speaker 1: Robert Arnold Storm had been potentially involved. Now he was
- 8:05Speaker 1: being held in El Paso County Jail at the time
- 8:10Speaker 1: this year later for an unrelated crime. Guys, it is
- 8:14Speaker 1: unknown to the public if anything came of this. Now
- 8:19Speaker 1: witnesses also came forward and stated that they had seen
- 8:23Speaker 1: Edward at Padaca I think talking with Beth three days
- 8:28Speaker 1: before she disappeared. They were in a red pickup truck
- 8:31Speaker 1: with a camper shell. Told you camper shells were a
- 8:34Speaker 1: big deal back then. He was from New Mexico and guys,
- 8:39Speaker 1: he was later murdered in nineteen ninety by his wife
- 8:43Speaker 1: and mother in law. Okay, I just have to stop
- 8:48Speaker 1: right there. You know, we don't know if he was involved,
- 8:50Speaker 1: but if your wife and mother in law get together
- 8:52Speaker 1: to kill you, maybe he wasn't a good person. Maybe Now,
- 8:59Speaker 1: a former girl friend of Edward's, Viola Moya, claimed she
- 9:03Speaker 1: assisted Edward in burying best body in the mountains near
- 9:08Speaker 1: Idaho Springs. The area was searched with cadaver dogs. Now,
- 9:13Speaker 1: a presence of human remains were detected, but no remains
- 9:19Speaker 1: were actually found. Also, an Ohio man who remains unidentified
- 9:26Speaker 1: has been investigated as a suspect in the case for years. Then,
- 9:32Speaker 1: in nineteen eighty five, two years after Beth vanished, convicted
- 9:36Speaker 1: murderer Frank Rodriguez confessed to killing her. Rodriguez was already
- 9:41Speaker 1: serving time for separate murder and he claimed he had
- 9:45Speaker 1: buried best body in Empire, Colorado, which was a nearby town. However,
- 9:52Speaker 1: when police followed up on his confession and searched the area,
- 9:56Speaker 1: no remains were found, and they ultimately said his feshion
- 10:01Speaker 1: was deemed unreliable. Guys, that's a lot of different people
- 10:06Speaker 1: to investigate. It sounds like this police department and law
- 10:11Speaker 1: enforcement officers really went above and beyond investigating every single
- 10:16Speaker 1: thing that came in. Over the years, numerous tips, tips
- 10:21Speaker 1: have poured in. In nineteen eighty five, there was a
- 10:24Speaker 1: female in Florida that was thought to be Beth. Guys,
- 10:28Speaker 1: her parents flew to Florida and it was later confirmed
- 10:33Speaker 1: the girl was not Beth. Now, psychics, anonymous callers, and
- 10:38Speaker 1: potential witnesses have come forward to this date. None of
- 10:43Speaker 1: that information has led to Beth, and as time has
- 10:48Speaker 1: gone on, the case has grown colder, leaving her family
- 10:53Speaker 1: with the memories of who she was, what she could
- 10:56Speaker 1: have been, and a lot of unanswered questions. Now, eight
- 11:01Speaker 1: years after Beth vanished, her sister, Lynn McLaughlin became an
- 11:06Speaker 1: Idaho Springs police officer and then joined the clear Crete
- 11:10Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office, where she led the investigation into her
- 11:15Speaker 1: sister's disappearance. Lynn that gives me goosebumps and is amazing
- 11:24Speaker 1: And if you want to go and give it a
- 11:26Speaker 1: goog you can find some different articles and videos where
- 11:31Speaker 1: Lynn has talked to reporters. She is amazing, Okay, truly amazing.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Now Lynn has stated to the News that the initial
- 11:43Speaker 1: investigation was so bungled that it has made it near
- 11:47Speaker 1: impossible to complete the job of finding out what happened,
- 11:52Speaker 1: and a two thousand and seven grand jury report about
- 11:55Speaker 1: Beth's disappearance bolsters Lynn's claim. It points to documents and
- 12:01Speaker 1: statements that were lost or destroyed and jurisdictional disputes, so
- 12:09Speaker 1: they basically different jurisdictions in a pissing contest because they
- 12:15Speaker 1: were not interested in finding Beth. They were interested in
- 12:18Speaker 1: being the one that found bath. They didn't want to
- 12:20Speaker 1: all play together and bring this girl home. They wanted
- 12:23Speaker 1: them to get the glory if it was done. And
- 12:27Speaker 1: the grand jury said that they were at fault for
- 12:30Speaker 1: slowing and eventually sabotaging the investigation, and I flipp and
- 12:36Speaker 1: agreed with them. And I will never understand why different
- 12:43Speaker 1: agencies can't put their shit aside and do its best
- 12:49Speaker 1: for the missing person and their family. Who cares if
- 12:53Speaker 1: you get the glory? Don't you just want to find
- 12:56Speaker 1: this person? I mean, she was a fourteen year old girl.
- 13:00Speaker 1: What's more important at the little notch on your belt
- 13:03Speaker 1: that you've found somebody, or that you find this fourteen
- 13:07Speaker 1: year old girl, or worst case, you find her body
- 13:10Speaker 1: and you bring her family closure. Okay, I won't go
- 13:14Speaker 1: off on one of my tangents. Elizabeth Ann Miller would
- 13:18Speaker 1: be fifty four years old today, just like me. Guys,
- 13:22Speaker 1: let that sink in. Her family has been searching for
- 13:28Speaker 1: answers for over four decades. Guys, that's a lifetime. That's
- 13:34Speaker 1: a lifetime of grief, wondering, waiting and just not knowing
- 13:43Speaker 1: and asking what, why? Where? How? Just so many questions.
- 13:52Speaker 1: That is absolute torture. That to me is more torturous
- 13:58Speaker 1: than you locking me in a room and making me
- 14:01Speaker 1: listen to Christmas music's twenty four hours a day. And guys,
- 14:05Speaker 1: listening to Christmas music twenty four hours a day is
- 14:08Speaker 1: a way to torture Terry and make Terry go to
- 14:11Speaker 1: the insane asylum. Not saying I don't like Christmas music.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I don't need a NonStop for twenty four hours. Play
- 14:18Speaker 1: three or four, then play a couple other things. Mix
- 14:21Speaker 1: it up for me. Okay, Now, all of you that
- 14:25Speaker 1: are watching, listening, or watch this later, don't come at me.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I'm not a scrooge. Sam. If you're watching or if
- 14:33Speaker 1: you hear this, I know you're that person that loves
- 14:37Speaker 1: Christmas more than anyone, and I bet you love Christmas songs.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I just want you to know I love you for that.
- 14:44Speaker 1: And I know it's okay that I can only listen
- 14:46Speaker 1: to a couple at a time because I bet you, Sam,
- 14:49Speaker 1: you listen to all of them for me. So if
- 14:51Speaker 1: you know of any good ones, let me know, because
- 14:53Speaker 1: my favorite Christmas tune right now is all I want
- 14:57Speaker 1: for Christmas is a real good time. Okay, So to
- 15:04Speaker 1: this day, there's still no physical evidence, and as I said,
- 15:07Speaker 1: no remains have been found. Someone out there knows something, guys,
- 15:14Speaker 1: whether it's a detail that's been overlooked, or if it's
- 15:18Speaker 1: a secret you've carried all of these years, it's time
- 15:22Speaker 1: to tell her family deserves closure and Beth deserves to
- 15:27Speaker 1: be found. So please please do the right thing. Okay,
- 15:34Speaker 1: If you have any information about the disappearance of Elizabeth
- 15:38Speaker 1: Ann Miller, please contact the Colorado Bureau of Investigation at
- 15:44Speaker 1: three oh three two three nine four two one one,
- 15:49Speaker 1: or you can always go to FBI dot gov slash
- 15:52Speaker 1: tips and share the tip anonymously. Please, guys, let's do
- 15:59Speaker 1: the right thing. Forty years of hell for this family,
- 16:05Speaker 1: forty years of hell. Sorry, I'm feeling a little emotional today.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I don't know why. So forgive me for being just
- 16:16Speaker 1: a tad bit emotional and a little bit tangentent. E Oh,
- 16:23Speaker 1: I want to say I see Amy for justices here
- 16:25Speaker 1: and Lady and Gray, Hey, ladies, thank you for joining.
- 16:30Speaker 1: See I actually read comments. I can't type and respond
- 16:33Speaker 1: because we all know I'm not that talented. Now, next
- 16:38Speaker 1: we delve into a very perplexing case of Stephen Keith Roberson,
- 16:44Speaker 1: who is a twenty six year old oil filled flowback supervisor.
- 16:49Speaker 1: And if you want to know what an oil filled
- 16:51Speaker 1: flowback supervisor is, I'm going to recommend you go watch
- 16:55Speaker 1: land Man, the new Taylor Sheridan show. Growing up in Texas,
- 17:00Speaker 1: my dad was in the wild business. I know all
- 17:03Speaker 1: kind of stuff about that. If you want to know
- 17:05Speaker 1: the details, go watch land Man. It's a pretty good
- 17:07Speaker 1: show now. Keith vanished under mysterious mysterious circumstances in September
- 17:14Speaker 1: twenty eighteen near Sonora, Texas. So Keith was last seen
- 17:19Speaker 1: on the evening of September fifth, twenty eighteen. He was
- 17:23Speaker 1: driving eastbound on Interstate ten, which, guys, is a vast
- 17:28Speaker 1: stretch of highway cutting through the expansive terrains of Texas.
- 17:32Speaker 1: If you've never been to Texas, and if you've only
- 17:35Speaker 1: seen it on a map, Texas is hella big, hella big.
- 17:40Speaker 1: It takes a long time to drive across Texas. An
- 17:43Speaker 1: I ten is a vast stretch of concrete. Now. For
- 17:48Speaker 1: reasons still unknown, Keith's vehicle crossed the median into the
- 17:53Speaker 1: westbound lanes and he collided with an oncoming vehicle and
- 17:57Speaker 1: came to rest off the westbound side of the road. Now,
- 18:01Speaker 1: when authorities arrived at the scene, they found his car,
- 18:05Speaker 1: but Keith was nowhere to be found. Guys, he could
- 18:09Speaker 1: have fallen asleep while he was driving. I mean, I
- 18:11Speaker 1: think we've all probably done that. Now. The sudden and
- 18:15Speaker 1: explain and explained nature of Keith's disappearance has left his
- 18:19Speaker 1: family and his community came from searching for answers. His
- 18:24Speaker 1: mother described him as a dedicated worker and a loving son,
- 18:29Speaker 1: which makes his absence all the more distressing to her.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Now I'm going to share several theories with you that
- 18:37Speaker 1: have emerged about his disappearance, and as we know Terry does.
- 18:42Speaker 1: I'm going to give you my two cents, and just
- 18:43Speaker 1: remember my two sins isn't worth a lot. If you
- 18:46Speaker 1: want a lot of sins, you're gonna want JT. I
- 18:49Speaker 1: think he's thirty five cents, so I'm only two cents.
- 18:52Speaker 1: I'm really cheap. Now, Accidental injury one of the theories is.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Given the crash, it's possible stained injuries and wandered away
- 19:02Speaker 1: from this scene disoriented and in need of help. Which, guys,
- 19:07Speaker 1: that seems weird to me and not very plausible because
- 19:11Speaker 1: I would hope that police would have searched the area
- 19:13Speaker 1: fully and if he was injured, could he have really
- 19:17Speaker 1: gotten that far away? I mean, it's not like he
- 19:23Speaker 1: could go twenty miles in just a few minutes, right,
- 19:27Speaker 1: So that doesn't seem very good to me. So if
- 19:31Speaker 1: you think that's possible, let me know in the comments. Now,
- 19:34Speaker 1: the other one is voluntarily walked away from his life,
- 19:38Speaker 1: So some speculate that Keith may have chosen to leave
- 19:41Speaker 1: his life behind. Now, his family and friends say they
- 19:45Speaker 1: find that unlikely. Unlikely. Now, I want to tell you
- 19:51Speaker 1: I find this interesting because how could he have known
- 19:55Speaker 1: that he was going to get into a wreck and
- 19:57Speaker 1: use that as a cover to leave his life? I mean,
- 19:59Speaker 1: think it. Yeah, he could have planned to cross the
- 20:03Speaker 1: median and try to wreck a car. How did he
- 20:06Speaker 1: know he didn't wouldn't get into a fatality, that he
- 20:09Speaker 1: wouldn't be killed in that wreck. So, if you're going
- 20:11Speaker 1: to walk away from your life, I don't think running
- 20:14Speaker 1: into another car on Interstate ten, where you're going fifty
- 20:19Speaker 1: five sixty five miles an hour, is a way to
- 20:23Speaker 1: walk away from your life. So, in my thoughts, not
- 20:27Speaker 1: very likely. What do you guys, think on that one.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Now this next one, I don't know why. It just
- 20:36Speaker 1: goes bing bean for me. Foul play. So the circumstances, race,
- 20:43Speaker 1: concern and potential foul play, especially considering it was a
- 20:47Speaker 1: remote location and there were no immediate witnesses. Guys, I
- 20:51Speaker 1: believe this is most likely the best theory. Okay, Now
- 20:55Speaker 1: I'm going to say we could couple that with the
- 20:58Speaker 1: first one that he got disoriented walked off off. What
- 21:00Speaker 1: if he was disoriented and walked off and then something
- 21:03Speaker 1: of farious happened. What if some bad person saw this
- 21:08Speaker 1: injured person and said, ooh, today is my lucky day.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I can you know? Do excuse me? Do this? This
- 21:15Speaker 1: is easy pickins. I think foul play. I would love
- 21:20Speaker 1: to know your theories out of those three, So if
- 21:22Speaker 1: you'll drop your thoughts in the comments, I will read
- 21:25Speaker 1: them and let you know. Now, despite extensive searches and investigations,
- 21:31Speaker 1: no substantial leads have surfaced. Okay. The Texas Department of
- 21:35Speaker 1: Public Safety continues to encourage anyone with information to come forward.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Key's family remained steadfast in their search for answers and
- 21:47Speaker 1: keeping his story alive through social media campaigns and community outrage.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Kudos to that family. You know, we talked to a
- 21:56Speaker 1: lot of families with doing this show and the emotional
- 22:00Speaker 1: toll it takes on them to do that is a lot. Guys,
- 22:06Speaker 1: just us covering the story takes an emotional toll on me,
- 22:10Speaker 1: our producer, you know, our system producer. Imagine being the family. Okay,
- 22:17Speaker 1: think of the toll that takes. They do urge anyone
- 22:20Speaker 1: with even the smallest piece of information to share it
- 22:24Speaker 1: because they want to know what happened, and you can
- 22:28Speaker 1: hold the key to unravel the mystery. So if you
- 22:31Speaker 1: have any information about the disappearance of Stephen Keith Roverson,
- 22:37Speaker 1: please contact the Texas DPS at one eight four four
- 22:42Speaker 1: six four three two two five one. And remember even
- 22:47Speaker 1: the smallest detail could make a difference. Guys, as always,
- 22:52Speaker 1: I know I'm a broken record. You can anonymously report
- 22:56Speaker 1: to FBI dot gov slash tips. Now this next case,
- 23:03Speaker 1: I know, we tell you, guys, I don't we just
- 23:05Speaker 1: put the case names in, We don't put the city states,
- 23:08Speaker 1: and then they just randomly get picked, get investigated. We
- 23:11Speaker 1: put the story together. Last two cases are from Texas.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I'm wondering if our assistant producer Amy was thinking I
- 23:20Speaker 1: was needing a little Texas love. But Thomas Charles JT
- 23:27Speaker 1: Murray Junior was a young man who disappeared in twenty
- 23:30Speaker 1: eleven from Spring Texas. Guys, if you've never been to
- 23:34Speaker 1: Spring Texas, you should go visit it. They have the
- 23:38Speaker 1: cutest little downtown double h And I actually traveled from
- 23:43Speaker 1: Dallas and spent the day on Valentine's Day in I
- 23:48Speaker 1: think two thousand and four in Spring Texas and we
- 23:54Speaker 1: got engaged that night. So Spring Texas kind of holds
- 23:57Speaker 1: the memory for me. But let's set this On October eighteenth,
- 24:02Speaker 1: twenty eleven. TJ was a junior at sam Houston State University.
- 24:07Speaker 1: He was majoring in business and psychology, and he spent
- 24:11Speaker 1: his evening umpiring a Little league baseball game, which is
- 24:15Speaker 1: a testament to his love for the sport in his
- 24:18Speaker 1: community involvement. Because guys, if you've never been to a
- 24:22Speaker 1: little league baseball game, it's not the kids that are
- 24:25Speaker 1: the problem, it's the parents. I mean, even growing up,
- 24:30Speaker 1: I've shared before that my dad was an alcoholic. My
- 24:33Speaker 1: poor brother, the refs and buyers through my dad at
- 24:38Speaker 1: of so many games for running his mouth. And when
- 24:42Speaker 1: I was a soccer coach for my kids when they
- 24:45Speaker 1: were little. Oh my god, the parents were awful. So
- 24:50Speaker 1: he tells you. TJ was a good guy. Now. Later
- 24:53Speaker 1: that night, he decided to unwind with friends and he
- 24:56Speaker 1: visited several bars along Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas. He
- 25:01Speaker 1: was driving his father's Forward f one point fifty pickup
- 25:04Speaker 1: and he went on to the Rock Sports Bar and
- 25:07Speaker 1: Grill and left it there as he joined friends to
- 25:11Speaker 1: visit other nearby establishments. There's several bars and places right
- 25:16Speaker 1: next to each other. Now, at approximately twelve thirty am
- 25:21Speaker 1: on October nineteenth, TJ was at Rookie Sports Bar and Grill.
- 25:26Speaker 1: An altercation occurred, leading to JT being asked to leave
- 25:30Speaker 1: the premises. Now concern for his safety, a friend contacted
- 25:34Speaker 1: TJ's brother James, informing him about the situation and suggesting
- 25:39Speaker 1: he picked TJ up. Guys, James arrived promptly. They said
- 25:43Speaker 1: he got there quick. He was like Jimmy on the spot.
- 25:47Speaker 1: TJ was nowhere to be found. His family reported him missing.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Now police started looking into the case, and they reviewed
- 25:55Speaker 1: surveillance footage at Rookies that captured him walking south from
- 26:00Speaker 1: the bar alone. That is the last confirmed sighting of
- 26:04Speaker 1: TJ and the group that he had a confrontation with
- 26:08Speaker 1: didn't leave the bar until one am. The bar security
- 26:12Speaker 1: staff held them there, most likely to avoid any further disturbances.
- 26:17Speaker 1: They didn't want a road house situation where they took
- 26:19Speaker 1: it outside to the parking lot, and this was confirmed
- 26:23Speaker 1: by law enforcement by them watching the surveillance video of
- 26:27Speaker 1: the bar. The group was then tracked by law enforcement
- 26:31Speaker 1: to another bar, Feather South and they're seen on video there. Now,
- 26:36Speaker 1: one really crazy thing. TJ's cell phone was discovered near
- 26:40Speaker 1: the twenty five hundred block of Borough Park Drive with
- 26:44Speaker 1: the back cover and battery removed. Guys, this detail raises
- 26:50Speaker 1: a lot of questions and a lot of red flags. Okay,
- 26:55Speaker 1: they say it's believed that it had been thrown from
- 26:57Speaker 1: a vehicle. Guys, I gotta say this, if you throw
- 27:01Speaker 1: a phone out the window, I don't think the battery
- 27:04Speaker 1: comes off. Maybe I'm wrong because I always have a
- 27:07Speaker 1: cover on mine, but that to me, it's just weird.
- 27:11Speaker 1: And Guys, his father's truck remained parked at on the rocks, untouched,
- 27:17Speaker 1: and this leads me to think he was somewhat thinking
- 27:20Speaker 1: clearly because most people I know who've been out drinking
- 27:27Speaker 1: think that they're okay to drive. Okay, Uber wasn't a
- 27:30Speaker 1: big thing back then. I don't even think uber was
- 27:32Speaker 1: a thing then. So this leads me to think that
- 27:37Speaker 1: he was thinking clearly because he didn't get in his
- 27:39Speaker 1: truck and drive off because I don't know it just
- 27:44Speaker 1: but he had to walk back towards his truck to
- 27:46Speaker 1: get it. Something happened between the bar he was at
- 27:50Speaker 1: getting back on the rocks or I don't know. It
- 27:55Speaker 1: just makes me baffled. Now. Investigators have also said they
- 27:59Speaker 1: received information that TJ was a low level drug dealer
- 28:03Speaker 1: and that he had plans to meet someone to buy
- 28:05Speaker 1: weed that night, and that he had a lot of
- 28:07Speaker 1: cash on him and guys, if he was scheduled to
- 28:11Speaker 1: meet someone to sell them weed, wouldn't he have walked
- 28:14Speaker 1: straight to his truck. I mean, that's what leads me
- 28:19Speaker 1: to believe something had to happen between Bar one and
- 28:22Speaker 1: Bar two. So because I find that very speculation from
- 28:28Speaker 1: law enforcement and guys, my first thought was as law
- 28:33Speaker 1: enforcement trying to somewhat blame him, because you know, if
- 28:37Speaker 1: he was a low level drug dealer was going to
- 28:40Speaker 1: buy pot, maybe deserved what he got, you know, which
- 28:43Speaker 1: is total bullshit. But that's my opinion. Sorry, I'm getting
- 28:47Speaker 1: off track. Law enforcement conducted searches in nearby wooded areas
- 28:52Speaker 1: and followed up on tips, but no significant evidence has
- 28:56Speaker 1: ever surfaced. Over the years, various rooms and theories emerged. However,
- 29:03Speaker 1: nothing concrete has ever come to light. And Guys, Teja
- 29:09Speaker 1: story isn't just a headline or a statistic. Once again,
- 29:12Speaker 1: it's a family's nightmare. I want you to think about
- 29:16Speaker 1: this again. Imagine waking up every day wondering where your
- 29:20Speaker 1: child is, replaying every detail of that night. Think of
- 29:25Speaker 1: his brother James, who jumped in his truck and they
- 29:28Speaker 1: said he was there like within minutes. I mean, Spring
- 29:31Speaker 1: is not a big town. So you think about that
- 29:34Speaker 1: this happened in a blink of an eye, and it
- 29:37Speaker 1: is heartbreaking, Okay, just heartbreaking. One thing that's important to
- 29:43Speaker 1: highlight is how crucial community involvement is. Maybe someone saw
- 29:49Speaker 1: something that didn't seem significant at the time, or maybe
- 29:53Speaker 1: they've hurt a rumor and they've been hesitant to share. Guys,
- 29:57Speaker 1: share that rumor. Spring, Texas is not a big town.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Someone knows what the flip happened, and I want you
- 30:06Speaker 1: to think about this. Every little detail counts. If you
- 30:10Speaker 1: were the person that was going to meet him to
- 30:13Speaker 1: get drugs, call the police and let them know, give
- 30:17Speaker 1: them the information. They're not going to come after you.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Just give any information, because cases go cold when we
- 30:24Speaker 1: stop talking about them. But that's why we're here at
- 30:28Speaker 1: Midday Missing. We don't want that to happen. We want
- 30:32Speaker 1: to talk about these cases. So if you have any
- 30:35Speaker 1: information about TJ. Murray's disappearance, please contact the Montgomery County
- 30:41Speaker 1: Sheriff's Office at nine thirty six seven six zero five
- 30:45Speaker 1: eight zero zero. Guys, I'm also going to ask you
- 30:49Speaker 1: share all of the missing person flyers that will be
- 30:52Speaker 1: posted on our social media after we finish and wrap
- 30:56Speaker 1: up today. It's the holidays, guys. What greater gift could
- 31:00Speaker 1: you give someone then sharing the information that you possibly
- 31:04Speaker 1: have that could give them the answers to their missing
- 31:07Speaker 1: loved ones. That would be an amazing gift. I bet
- 31:12Speaker 1: you that family would say, we want nothing else, nothing
- 31:16Speaker 1: under the tree, just that. Okay, So I want to
- 31:21Speaker 1: thank you all for joining me today. Now, today's live
- 31:25Speaker 1: stream will be the last Midday Missing for twenty twenty four.
- 31:29Speaker 1: We will be back in January with new cases. We
- 31:33Speaker 1: are taking off the next several weeks to research cases
- 31:37Speaker 1: for January, finish doing some interviews with families that we've
- 31:41Speaker 1: got scheduled, and can I also take some time to
- 31:45Speaker 1: decompress and spend some time with our loved ones. However,
- 31:49Speaker 1: JT and I will be live on Thursday night with
- 31:52Speaker 1: True Crime and Wine Time. Guys, we will have Javier
- 31:57Speaker 1: from the Pretend Podcast on with us live. Okay, if
- 32:01Speaker 1: you did not see our episode with Anthony Christopher, you
- 32:04Speaker 1: need to go watch it. Okay. Javier is the podcast
- 32:09Speaker 1: host of the Pretend Podcast who has done an amazing
- 32:14Speaker 1: job of getting Anthony's story out there. He's also covered
- 32:18Speaker 1: some other things that are just insane. He likes to
- 32:23Speaker 1: show where corruption is. So we are beyond excited that
- 32:27Speaker 1: Javier has taking the time out to meet with us
- 32:30Speaker 1: because he's a busy guy, so we are very very
- 32:34Speaker 1: grateful and blessed to have him. So you're gonna want
- 32:37Speaker 1: to see that. And then on December sixteenth, I believe
- 32:42Speaker 1: it is, I hope I don't have the date wrong.
- 32:44Speaker 1: We are having our one thousand subscriber party live. It
- 32:48Speaker 1: will be the last live stream for the channel for
- 32:52Speaker 1: the year. And guys, you got to remember we have
- 32:56Speaker 1: some crazy stuff common. Okay. Not only is JT going
- 33:01Speaker 1: to eat some hot sauce I sent him that is
- 33:05Speaker 1: supposed to be some of the hottest out there. One
- 33:08Speaker 1: of my besties is making me a dish that I
- 33:11Speaker 1: don't know what's going to be in it, and I
- 33:13Speaker 1: have to eat it live on camera. That's just a
- 33:16Speaker 1: couple of things. So I can tell you it's going
- 33:20Speaker 1: to be fun, it's going to be crazy. And also
- 33:24Speaker 1: we want you to email us your questions. No questions
- 33:29Speaker 1: as long as they're not disrespectful, like don't ask Terry
- 33:32Speaker 1: how fat she is, nothing like that. But any other questions,
- 33:37Speaker 1: JT and I will answer live. So we would like
- 33:40Speaker 1: you to send the questions to Tara at tcwtmedia dot com.
- 33:46Speaker 1: That way, our producer sees them. JT and I will
- 33:49Speaker 1: not see them, so you don't have to worry that
- 33:51Speaker 1: we pick and choose. I am hoping we get so
- 33:54Speaker 1: many questions that we have to pick and choose, so
- 33:57Speaker 1: please get those in. No questions are off limits, okay. Also,
- 34:03Speaker 1: I want to remind you you can join our Facebook
- 34:07Speaker 1: group follow us on all of our social media platforms
- 34:10Speaker 1: to stay connected. Guys. I also want to tell you

- 34:28Speaker 1: there might be a couple of nights I might just
- 34:30Speaker 1: go live on my TikTok channel and chat with you guys,
- 34:34Speaker 1: so you might want to come and see me there.
- 34:37Speaker 1: So also remember, all of our shows you can see
- 34:41Speaker 1: on our YouTube channel. Some are also on Facebook Live.
- 34:45Speaker 1: YouTube is the only one where they all are, So
