- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on Relatables.
- 0:02Speaker 2: I'm at this guy's house and he gets on his
- 0:04Speaker 2: electric scooter of his own and he clips on his
- 0:09Speaker 2: like blo orange helmet. The helmet, yeah, anyway, he scoops
- 0:16Speaker 2: away relatable part.
- 0:32Speaker 3: The Relatables podcast is hosted by myself, Audie Clark, ak
- 0:36Speaker 3: Mummy and my partner in crime. Fans have labeled him
- 0:40Speaker 3: the Lax Jake Craig aka Daddy the Lorax.
- 0:45Speaker 4: So yeah, that's a heavy one. That's a heavy one.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I don't think it's that bad. Has a stash.
- 0:55Speaker 4: He does have a Rex has the stash.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Honestly, I don't think you can get much bigger.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Than honestly, no, you can't. That is a confliment.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Maybe you just have to diet red or some orange orange.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Yes, I do need a diet. I don't know.
- 1:07Speaker 4: I'm semi getting there and it's only going to get
- 1:11Speaker 4: looking good. It's looking good.
- 1:16Speaker 3: You're looking good, mate, Thank you very much.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I have an exciting start to the show.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Really yeah, that's good to the show.
- 1:26Speaker 5: And I think all I got to do is just
- 1:29Speaker 5: do it because I we don't you'll notice that I
- 1:32Speaker 5: explain something at the start, and so I assume you're
- 1:36Speaker 5: kind of guessing where I'm going with this.
- 1:39Speaker 3: You're gonna show me a video or something or something
- 1:41Speaker 3: that you did. I'm just gonna do a ship way
- 1:46Speaker 3: explaining this.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Let me you know what, fuck it.
- 1:48Speaker 3: I'll you can just show the video. Do it's in
- 1:50Speaker 3: your head.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Mate, okay video? Okay.
- 1:53Speaker 5: Guys to my left is a man of many aliases.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Buddy.
- 2:01Speaker 5: Some may call him boozy, he gets golden hammer and
- 2:05Speaker 5: even a little bit of Gertrude hump, But I call
- 2:08Speaker 5: him Dad. Say hello, Dad, Hello, I had the reason
- 2:16Speaker 5: I got you on today, Father. So on the podcast,
- 2:19Speaker 5: we get anonymous dilemmas sent in, and so people will
- 2:23Speaker 5: send in a dilemma about anything like a guy with
- 2:25Speaker 5: someone in, about a girl, a girl with someone in
- 2:27Speaker 5: about a guy, or like I don't know, they just
- 2:29Speaker 5: have like a life advice about UNI, and we just
- 2:31Speaker 5: like give our opinion or advice.
- 2:34Speaker 1: We got one dilemma and.
- 2:35Speaker 5: A girl said that she felt stuck because her dad
- 2:39Speaker 5: has been sick like her whole life, and he has
- 2:44Speaker 5: been kind of given like an age that he'll most
- 2:46Speaker 5: likely make it to and so once she found that out,
- 2:49Speaker 5: she was feeling really guilty about doing anything like moving
- 2:51Speaker 5: out or going traveling. She was like, I just want
- 2:53Speaker 5: to spend time with my dad and now. And Addie
- 2:56Speaker 5: related to it because his dad was diagnosed with cancer
- 3:00Speaker 5: a couple of years ago and he's in remission now,
- 3:02Speaker 5: which is good. But what he related to it a lot,
- 3:04Speaker 5: and so he gave some good advice. But then he
- 3:06Speaker 5: thought he'd sit down with his dad. So he sat
- 3:09Speaker 5: down with his dad, he said, gave him that little spiel,
- 3:11Speaker 5: and then he just kind of like told him the
- 3:14Speaker 5: advice that he gave and his dad just gave some
- 3:18Speaker 5: good stuff. But we're not in that situation, thank god,
- 3:22Speaker 5: Thank goodness. No, thank god, we're not in that situation.
- 3:26Speaker 5: But you are actually moving, yeah, very soon to Queensland.
- 3:32Speaker 5: And so I thought I worked it out and I'm
- 3:36Speaker 5: not trying to make anything grim or anything like that,
- 3:39Speaker 5: but so let's say you live to ninety, pretty good life.
- 3:44Speaker 1: You take ninety closer? Yeah, I take that. You take
- 3:49Speaker 1: ninety yeah, okay.
- 3:51Speaker 5: So I worked it out, and let's say if you
- 3:53Speaker 5: live to ninety, which is a good life, and then
- 3:56Speaker 5: let's say when you move, like on a good year,
- 4:02Speaker 5: maybe we can do Joanna and myself. We'll see you guys,
- 4:04Speaker 5: probably six times. I feel like, like if that's if
- 4:07Speaker 5: we don't ever move to Queensland. Yeah, but let's just
- 4:10Speaker 5: like for the arguments, like I say, we never moved
- 4:12Speaker 5: to Queensland, and so we'll probably see you guys like
- 4:15Speaker 5: six times, maybe some good years more some less when
- 4:18Speaker 5: we get older and maybe have family and that. So
- 4:22Speaker 5: it worked it out, and so we might it'd be
- 4:24Speaker 5: like two hundred and thirty four more times that we
- 4:28Speaker 5: see each other, right, and so again, not to make.
- 4:32Speaker 1: It grim, but.
- 4:35Speaker 5: I kind of wanted to ask, now, knowing that, what
- 4:38Speaker 5: are your thoughts on our relationship and would you want
- 4:42Speaker 5: anything to change or would you want anything more from it?
- 4:48Speaker 6: Well, the most important thing to me is that you're happy. Yeah,
- 4:51Speaker 6: So I don't think seeing me two hundred and thirty
- 4:55Speaker 6: four more times or six hundred and eighty four more
- 4:57Speaker 6: times matters, No, I really don't.
- 5:01Speaker 1: No, good point. Actually, wow, I never thought of it
- 5:03Speaker 1: like that because I was even thinking about it.
- 5:06Speaker 6: As long as you're doing what you want to do,
- 5:10Speaker 6: it's it'll be fine.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Good answer, I suppose. Yeah, I mean I couldn't.
- 5:15Speaker 5: I wouldn't think of a better answer. And so as
- 5:18Speaker 5: of right now, I can't say I've thought or that
- 5:21Speaker 5: deep into it, or that i'd want to.
- 5:22Speaker 6: Tell you obviously have.
- 5:24Speaker 5: Today I thought, like I have questions, actually asked, but
- 5:30Speaker 5: do you reckon? Would you change anything about our relationship
- 5:33Speaker 5: or would you want anything more?
- 5:36Speaker 6: Ah answer honestly no, I wouldn't change anything about our
- 5:41Speaker 6: relationship neither. No.
- 5:43Speaker 5: Next question I found this one I thought semi deeply about.
- 5:50Speaker 5: Because we live five minutes from each other, right, we
- 5:55Speaker 5: could go I don't want to speak for you, but
- 5:58Speaker 5: we could go like a month without seeing each other.
- 6:00Speaker 5: I mean, we have before, and I wouldn't say I'm like, oh,
- 6:02Speaker 5: I miss my dad. And I think it's because it's
- 6:06Speaker 5: like I know that you're either a phone call away
- 6:08Speaker 5: or a five.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Minute drive away. Right.
- 6:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Now, I was thinking a bit, and I was thinking.
- 6:14Speaker 5: I was like, I was wondering, like thinking, am I
- 6:16Speaker 5: going to miss like Dad the kids when you guys
- 6:18Speaker 5: leave and it'll most likely be a few months between
- 6:21Speaker 5: every time we see each other.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Yeah, so I wanted to ask you whether or.
- 6:25Speaker 5: Not you've thought about that, or whether or not you
- 6:26Speaker 5: think you'll miss maybe Juanna and myself.
- 6:28Speaker 6: Yeah, of course, Yeah, yeah, yeah, we've definitely thought about that.
- 6:33Speaker 1: But you guys are.
- 6:35Speaker 6: Adults and you're living your own life, and I think
- 6:42Speaker 6: I think the time we spend together will be different, yeah,
- 6:46Speaker 6: because it won't be as often, it'll be somewhere else
- 6:49Speaker 6: that like, it'll be like when we spend time together,
- 6:51Speaker 6: you'll actually probably be staying with us. It'll just be different. Oh,
- 6:56Speaker 6: I hear you actually and and you never know you
- 6:58Speaker 6: might move there?
- 6:59Speaker 5: I mean true, Yeah, I mean we will more than
- 7:02Speaker 5: likely move there. This is all argument's sake of if
- 7:05Speaker 5: we don't. Yeah, that's a good point actually, like when
- 7:07Speaker 5: we do come, because you won't be working as much
- 7:10Speaker 5: at least, so like and even like while you're.
- 7:13Speaker 6: Speaking, was it'd just be different anyway or.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Quality to them.
- 7:18Speaker 5: Now that was kind of like the only things I
- 7:21Speaker 5: had on like that topic. Right, So now it's gonna go.
- 7:25Speaker 5: We're gonna leave, like the dilemma we got about like
- 7:27Speaker 5: being sick or missing family or stuff like that, And
- 7:30Speaker 5: I thought I'd just go with maybe some advice. Okay,
- 7:35Speaker 5: So a lot of people's biggest fear is divorce. Right now,
- 7:44Speaker 5: you've had one divorce obviously depels. But I've always thought
- 7:48Speaker 5: it's like a very I've always really looked up to
- 7:51Speaker 5: or admired your marriage with Kate, and so that's your
- 7:55Speaker 5: and that's your second marriage, and obviously it's like a
- 7:57Speaker 5: big thing. So I was saying, do you have any
- 7:58Speaker 5: advice on anyone that's like either scared to take a
- 8:00Speaker 5: leap on their first or even maybe their second because
- 8:03Speaker 5: like one of them ended bad, or they're scared the
- 8:05Speaker 5: first one's going to end bad.
- 8:07Speaker 6: Oh, they're very different questions. Let's go with so with
- 8:11Speaker 6: your life first, well, with anyone. I mean, you know,
- 8:14Speaker 6: your partner has to be your best friend, I think,
- 8:17Speaker 6: and there has to be massive respect there. But I
- 8:22Speaker 6: wouldn't not like if if you're in love with someone
- 8:24Speaker 6: and you want to get married and you're only young,
- 8:26Speaker 6: and you think to yourself, oh shit, I might get divorced.
- 8:31Speaker 6: I don't think I think you've got to get married.
- 8:33Speaker 6: I think you've got to if you know a lot
- 8:35Speaker 6: of people get divorced and you move on, I mean,
- 8:38Speaker 6: good point, it's just another break up, like like it's
- 8:41Speaker 6: part of it's part of life. If you know, there's
- 8:45Speaker 6: so many different reasons why people get divorced, it's not
- 8:48Speaker 6: it it's.
- 8:48Speaker 5: Just ah, good point, Like you were I mean, then
- 8:52Speaker 5: you've had like rough times in life, but like, if
- 8:55Speaker 5: you look back, would you change anything, Nona? Because everything
- 8:58Speaker 5: I guess leads to this point. Yeah, interesting, I like it.
- 9:03Speaker 7: Well.
- 9:03Speaker 6: The thing, you know what makes that different, I think
- 9:05Speaker 6: is because you've had children, Like if I changed anything,
- 9:10Speaker 6: I might not have all my children.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Good points, And I don't know what it's like to
- 9:14Speaker 5: have kids, so it's like I can't think of Like
- 9:16Speaker 5: it's because there's obviously things in my life that I
- 9:18Speaker 5: can think like, yeah, I could probably.
- 9:20Speaker 6: Also, you can't worry about what happened in the past.
- 9:23Speaker 5: Nah, fair enough to move forward the point when you
- 9:27Speaker 5: started your company, Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but
- 9:32Speaker 5: you had a stable job.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Yeah, you had three kids with a fourth on the way.
- 9:38Speaker 6: I may have had two with a third on the way.
- 9:40Speaker 6: I think anyway, something like.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Two with a third on the way. What made you.
- 9:47Speaker 5: Starry's just as bad as three with the fourth on
- 9:48Speaker 5: the way. Basically had two with two more on the way.
- 9:54Speaker 5: What made you take the leap or like the risk
- 9:59Speaker 5: to make I guess no money in the hopes that
- 10:02Speaker 5: it would work.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Oh that's pretty easy.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Really, I didn't have anything, so there's nothing oh, but.
- 10:08Speaker 5: I mean like you had you had two kids, obviously overseas,
- 10:13Speaker 5: but then you had Kate and Hailey or Hailey on
- 10:15Speaker 5: the way that you'd like, obviously you have to feed them.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Yep, yeah, yeah, true. Oh I just backed myself.
- 10:22Speaker 6: I yeah, right.
- 10:24Speaker 1: So like.
- 10:29Speaker 5: Just then sorry, we laughed over and I said I
- 10:31Speaker 5: was like, oh, so you're delusional, and he was like, oh, yeah,
- 10:33Speaker 5: I guess.
- 10:37Speaker 6: But the thing, well, what's your question though.
- 10:40Speaker 5: Is like when is there a moment a time where
- 10:42Speaker 5: you thought like, oh yeah, like it's like I'm not
- 10:44Speaker 5: scared to take the leap now, or like was it
- 10:46Speaker 5: always like a scary thing.
- 10:47Speaker 6: Or oh I don't remember it being scary? No, No,
- 10:54Speaker 6: I don't, I don't. It was very it was a
- 10:57Speaker 6: very strong feeling that's what I wanted to do. I
- 10:59Speaker 6: don't remember having any second thoughts about doing it.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Yeah. Right. How long was it until you made any money?
- 11:09Speaker 6: Yeah? We were pretty lucky, I would say within three years.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I was.
- 11:14Speaker 6: But I well, we we definitely did without for a while,
- 11:18Speaker 6: and as you know, we moved. We couldn't afford to
- 11:21Speaker 6: pay our mortgage that we lived in a garage case
- 11:24Speaker 6: mum and Dad's house yeah, but we never we never
- 11:27Speaker 6: thought anything of it. We just were one committed to
- 11:31Speaker 6: the business and thought, well, this is just part of it,
- 11:33Speaker 6: let's do it. It didn't make us less happy or
- 11:35Speaker 6: anything like if the business didn't work out, we could
- 11:40Speaker 6: have I could have just got another job.
- 11:42Speaker 1: True.
- 11:43Speaker 5: Do you think this wasn't even a question or to ask?
- 11:45Speaker 5: But now that you've said something about it, do you
- 11:47Speaker 5: think that so when you guys were let's just say it,
- 11:49Speaker 5: like your lowest point financially, but you weren't unhappy? Is
- 11:54Speaker 5: there like is it just like because of you two
- 11:56Speaker 5: as people like you and as people or do you
- 11:59Speaker 5: think like, ah, is there anything because yeah, because I
- 12:03Speaker 5: like there's like statistics to say that one of the
- 12:05Speaker 5: biggest things that breaks up in marriage is finance, like financials.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Yep.
- 12:09Speaker 6: Yeah, So maybe we're just aligned with the importance of money. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:16Speaker 6: which we don't. We like having money, but we don't.
- 12:20Speaker 1: No important thing to us. No. No, I've never even
- 12:23Speaker 1: felt that blood for you at all. No. Okay, last question?
- 12:27Speaker 1: Is this one is a yes or no question? All right?
- 12:31Speaker 5: And I know, okay, it's over there and she can
- 12:33Speaker 5: answer as well. I'm not even going to smile yes
- 12:36Speaker 5: or no. I just feel like I know that this
- 12:39Speaker 5: has to be a yes because I know who I am,
- 12:41Speaker 5: but I don't have kids. In saying that I do
- 12:43Speaker 5: not have kids, but I just know, like I base
- 12:47Speaker 5: it off of like say, Beth and I are about
- 12:49Speaker 5: to go to sleep. It's like pillow talk that you're
- 12:51Speaker 5: just like chatting and just like having fun with your
- 12:53Speaker 5: girlfriend or your wife or whatever like that, and you
- 12:55Speaker 5: just like blah blah blah blah blah, and then you
- 12:56Speaker 5: go to sleep.
- 12:57Speaker 1: So do parents. It's yes on the answer. I have
- 13:04Speaker 1: a favorite child. Don't have to tell me who it is.
- 13:06Speaker 4: You don't have to say name, nothing, absolutely not.
- 13:09Speaker 3: I think it's such.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Kate saying knows well.
- 13:14Speaker 6: Absolutely not.
- 13:17Speaker 5: Yeah, you told me you've never You've never, like Jake's
- 13:23Speaker 5: pissing me off.
- 13:26Speaker 6: I can hand on heart that is not something that
- 13:28Speaker 6: I've ever felt. Yeah, yeah, I do have a favorite dog.
- 13:34Speaker 4: I was just saying, I know you have a favorite dog.
- 13:36Speaker 4: You constantly tell me your favorite dog.
- 13:38Speaker 1: And child's different. Love all.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Anyways, I guess I should say I love you guys.
- 13:46Speaker 5: Kate's in here to everybody this MU still love you
- 13:48Speaker 5: to thank you, thank you, for doing.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Oh, thank you very much. It's nice to hear proud
- 13:54Speaker 1: of you guys.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Alright, oh man, that's great. I had no idea that's
- 14:03Speaker 3: what you're bringing to the table to.
- 14:04Speaker 5: Really, I thought you were semi putting two and two together,
- 14:07Speaker 5: Like you say, I've got a cool story, and I'm thinking, like,
- 14:10Speaker 5: this guy could be in cold, he could be dry.
- 14:13Speaker 1: But that ham's cool.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Your dad's the best way to describe if he's like,
- 14:17Speaker 3: he's got like he's funny, he's just cool. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 14:21Speaker 3: he's he's he's just like I knew it was gonna work.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Yeah, I thought it was funny because yeah, like I
- 14:27Speaker 5: remember having conversations with him and in the past whatever,
- 14:32Speaker 5: just like asking him about the business and he's like, yeah,
- 14:34Speaker 5: like the amount of people that tell you not to
- 14:35Speaker 5: do it, it's just fucking ridiculous. And he's like, we just
- 14:38Speaker 5: did it and you just like he said, part of
- 14:41Speaker 5: the process was living in a fucking garage because I
- 14:43Speaker 5: couldn't afford to rent or a mortgage, so they did that.
- 14:46Speaker 6: Well.
- 14:46Speaker 3: I think maybe like an impacting factor would be like
- 14:49Speaker 3: his core values were always you guys and his family. Yes,
- 14:53Speaker 3: that's one thing that he's really good about my dad,
- 14:55Speaker 3: and he's a successful business man now. But I don't
- 14:58Speaker 3: think it's ever been his goal to make a fuck
- 15:00Speaker 3: ton of money. No, that's why it's happened, just because
- 15:04Speaker 3: his goals has always been to supply for his family
- 15:07Speaker 3: and have a good family around him.
- 15:09Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:09Speaker 5: Like he said, he likes money. Obviously money wouldn't fucking
- 15:12Speaker 5: like it if you had it. Yeah, but yeah, he
- 15:14Speaker 5: wasn't any less happy. And even Kate has told me
- 15:17Speaker 5: endless times like he's never been like stressed about money,
- 15:21Speaker 5: even when.
- 15:21Speaker 1: They had nothing. Yeah, exact. And I'm always like, really.
- 15:26Speaker 4: Really, you guys lived in a garage.
- 15:28Speaker 1: You couldn't fucking afford your friend.
- 15:30Speaker 8: Nah.
- 15:30Speaker 5: But one thing that I will say is after we
- 15:34Speaker 5: had it, so Kate sat in. Yeah, she was the
- 15:35Speaker 5: only one that sat in on that I took. I
- 15:36Speaker 5: took all the gear to the house.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Oh really.
- 15:38Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:38Speaker 1: I was like, fucking I'm making this sound good.
- 15:40Speaker 5: Yeah, And Kate at the end of it, we're just
- 15:42Speaker 5: like chatting about it after before I went home, And
- 15:46Speaker 5: she did say it was when you think about it,
- 15:48Speaker 5: the two hundred and thirty four times more times that
- 15:51Speaker 5: you see them is like, so last night, like Joanna
- 15:54Speaker 5: and I went there for a visit, like we went
- 15:56Speaker 5: there for a visit to see them, and so we
- 15:58Speaker 5: were there for half hours.
- 16:01Speaker 1: But she was like, so.
- 16:02Speaker 5: That's classified as one visit. So let's just say the
- 16:05Speaker 5: six visits you have in a year, when you go
- 16:07Speaker 5: see them, you're going to stay there for a full weekend.
- 16:08Speaker 5: So it's like, is one of those visits equal to
- 16:12Speaker 5: like sixteen of the visits you would normally have, you
- 16:15Speaker 5: know what.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I mean exactly?
- 16:16Speaker 5: And I was like, that's such a good point, Like
- 16:17Speaker 5: it's going to be so much more time spent. It's
- 16:18Speaker 5: going to be like forty eight hours instead of just two.
- 16:21Speaker 5: I think what he said is exactly the advice I
- 16:23Speaker 5: gave to the dilemma. Yeah, is like he wants you
- 16:26Speaker 5: to be happy and however much time you can fit
- 16:29Speaker 5: into your life to see him, he's happy with that, Yeah,
- 16:32Speaker 5: which is also shows, like we've mentioned it on the potty,
- 16:35Speaker 5: like our parenting our parents' parenting style is very similar.
- 16:38Speaker 3: It's just like step back, let them do their thing, Yeah,
- 16:42Speaker 3: and they'll figure it out, like I'm sure, like you
- 16:44Speaker 3: mentioned on there, like if I'm going to miss my
- 16:46Speaker 3: dad and you're sad or something, and I'm sure if
- 16:48Speaker 3: you it probably will happen. But instead of like that,
- 16:51Speaker 3: what if I fuck it nine hours away, you're just
- 16:53Speaker 3: going to book a flight and go see him, because
- 16:54Speaker 3: he's basically like it's as simple as that, which is
- 16:56Speaker 3: I think his like analogy as well was just like
- 16:58Speaker 3: you'll just come see me.
- 16:59Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, fair, and like I mean he'll they'll fucking
- 17:02Speaker 5: just come down here.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Like yeah, you know.
- 17:05Speaker 3: But what's interesting was his views on divorce.
- 17:08Speaker 1: That's I thought that was interesting as well.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Very very interesting because my like you know how people
- 17:15Speaker 3: say what's your biggest fear, and like people say like sharks,
- 17:18Speaker 3: like you say, spiders, Yeah, shut up, My biggest fear
- 17:22Speaker 3: is like opening up to someone, giving them my whole
- 17:25Speaker 3: heart and getting married, getting married, which I'm really I
- 17:30Speaker 3: want to do one hundred percent, but then them breaking
- 17:33Speaker 3: your heart and it falls into like a million pieces
- 17:35Speaker 3: and it happens all the time. But he just the
- 17:38Speaker 3: way you look at it like kind of changed my
- 17:41Speaker 3: perspective a little bit. It's like, shit happens, that's it.
- 17:44Speaker 5: I was going to say, like I didn't I was
- 17:45Speaker 5: going to wait to see, like what you thought about
- 17:47Speaker 5: it because we were going to talk about divorce after this,
- 17:50Speaker 5: I'm scared of it, and he was just like, shit happens.
- 17:52Speaker 3: I'm like, shit does happen?
- 17:53Speaker 5: That's just life, because like, yeah, if you think about it,
- 17:56Speaker 5: so when he just goes, well, if you're in life,
- 18:00Speaker 5: just get married, and then if you break up, you
- 18:02Speaker 5: fucking break up. Like yeah, it's worse, Like it's more financial.
- 18:05Speaker 5: It's financially different to just a break up with a girlfriend.
- 18:07Speaker 1: But it's like it's just like life.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Yeah, that happens in life.
- 18:12Speaker 1: These things happen in life. If you get to stay
- 18:14Speaker 1: with him forever happy, If you don't, you move on.
- 18:18Speaker 3: I bet we sound so immature right now because that's
- 18:20Speaker 3: just such a mature answer. I know, like it's just
- 18:23Speaker 3: just stuff happens, Like that's just you figure it out.
- 18:26Speaker 3: It's fucking which is wild.
- 18:28Speaker 1: It's so wild.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Eh, That's it's so cool to see like our parents
- 18:32Speaker 3: and parents' perspective on life and just they viewed so
- 18:36Speaker 3: differently just because of the time they've been on here
- 18:38Speaker 3: and because they have kids and everything. Like it's so cool,
- 18:41Speaker 3: like just to hear how your dad talks about you,
- 18:43Speaker 3: his business, his family is just like, yeah, that's just
- 18:45Speaker 3: how it is.
- 18:46Speaker 5: Yeah, he just he's honestly, like even thinking back after
- 18:50Speaker 5: so like me and my oldest sister, we come from
- 18:54Speaker 5: my dad and our biological mom, and my mum lives
- 18:56Speaker 5: in Canada and that's where I was, and then I
- 18:58Speaker 5: moved to you when I was twelve or eleven, and
- 19:00Speaker 5: Johanna came at the same time, Like my dad won custody,
- 19:02Speaker 5: like re one custody, right, And I stayed and after
- 19:05Speaker 5: about a year and a half, jo when I went back,
- 19:07Speaker 5: and she went back because she was unhappy here, but
- 19:09Speaker 5: she went back for a visit and when she got there,
- 19:11Speaker 5: she was like, I want to stay. And obviously my
- 19:14Speaker 5: dad would have been devastated, but he was just like,
- 19:17Speaker 5: if that is genuinely what you want, I'm not going
- 19:20Speaker 5: to make you come back to Australia.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Like he's never been like that.
- 19:23Speaker 1: And even when I was.
- 19:25Speaker 5: Like unhappy doing my apprenticeship, as much as he wanted
- 19:28Speaker 5: me to just finish it so I had the qualification,
- 19:31Speaker 5: I was saying to him, I was like, I'm not
- 19:32Speaker 5: finishing it, and he was like, honestly, mate, like, look,
- 19:35Speaker 5: he's the type of person. It's like I want you
- 19:38Speaker 5: to a smart thing to do. Is like I want
- 19:39Speaker 5: you to, but he's like, I'm not going to love
- 19:40Speaker 5: you any less if you don't. He's like, I just
- 19:42Speaker 5: want you to be happy. So I was like fucking sick.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Like yeah, well, I think what good takeaway is like
- 19:48Speaker 3: he believed in himself to start this business and make
- 19:50Speaker 3: it work. Yeah, And I think that's a good takeaway
- 19:52Speaker 3: for anyone listening. Is like you can do like be
- 19:55Speaker 3: an apprentice, go get your trade, you can go to UNI,
- 19:57Speaker 3: do whatever. But like, if you don't believe in your
- 20:00Speaker 3: there's no point in doing it.
- 20:01Speaker 1: You can do you can do.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Whatever you want in the world, literally whatever you want.
- 20:04Speaker 3: You can start a coffee shop, you can sell stuff online,
- 20:07Speaker 3: and if you believe in yourself and you want to
- 20:09Speaker 3: make it work, it will work. Like it's so simple.
- 20:12Speaker 3: But I think that's a way better analogy than getting
- 20:15Speaker 3: all this qualifications and then doing it because someone else
- 20:17Speaker 3: is telling you this is what you do how to
- 20:18Speaker 3: do in society, and then coming out of it being
- 20:20Speaker 3: like fuck I hate this man, Like I make one
- 20:22Speaker 3: hundred a year, but I hate doing.
- 20:23Speaker 1: What I do.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Yeah, Like, it's better to love what you do than
- 20:25Speaker 3: hate it and try to. I beg he was way
- 20:28Speaker 3: more content living in a garage with his family trying
- 20:30Speaker 3: to make the best out of his business, then working
- 20:32Speaker 3: for someone else and coming home all tired every day
- 20:34Speaker 3: and being like, oh, yeah, another dount of the job.
- 20:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 20:37Speaker 5: And I mean and like that's what he wanted and like,
- 20:39Speaker 5: and I mean if you're the type of person that
- 20:41Speaker 5: does like to yeah, like you have a salary, Like,
- 20:44Speaker 5: if you're the type of most that loves that, then like,
- 20:46Speaker 5: don't let anyone else say that that's not the right
- 20:48Speaker 5: thing to do as well. Like the right thing for
- 20:51Speaker 5: my dad was to take the risk and do it,
- 20:54Speaker 5: but for some people, the right thing to do is to.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Not Yeah, exactly. And it's funny how you were like, oh,
- 21:00Speaker 3: he's got you had two kids and one on the way,
- 21:02Speaker 3: Like what you took the risk of quitting your job
- 21:04Speaker 3: to do that, and he's just like, yeah, I did.
- 21:06Speaker 5: It was like yeah, well I didn't have anything. Yeah,
- 21:09Speaker 5: Like you have the fucking mouse to feed, mate, fucking.
- 21:14Speaker 4: Child's supporting to pay.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Maybe that's that's a good outlook. It's just like like
- 21:19Speaker 3: I wanted to do it, so I didn't.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:20Speaker 4: I think something about that's mad motivating to me.
- 21:23Speaker 3: People get caught up in the numbers, like I've got
- 21:25Speaker 3: rent to pay, I've got a car. Yeah, I bet
- 21:27Speaker 3: you we had all those things. He's got a family
- 21:28Speaker 3: to feed, but he's just like, I just did it.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I know.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Something about that to me is so motivating of just
- 21:33Speaker 4: like it's so simple.
- 21:34Speaker 3: But I back to myself, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 21:37Speaker 3: I think that's how you got to be, which is
- 21:39Speaker 3: so inspiring, so inspiring.
- 21:41Speaker 5: Oh funny, we were going to talk about divorce next,
- 21:45Speaker 5: but I think that's kind of shifted my ideologies a
- 21:48Speaker 5: little bit. What would you before you knew we were
- 21:50Speaker 5: going to talk about divorce, Like, before you even knew,
- 21:52Speaker 5: I was going to say that, did you have anything
- 21:54Speaker 5: you were going to come in with knowing well, I.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Think we can talk about it in two contexts, one
- 21:59Speaker 3: being divorce as in your parents or you, And that's
- 22:04Speaker 3: what I was. I'm still I'm less scared after hearing.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Your dad same.
- 22:08Speaker 3: I'm kind of like I'm gonna get married yea, because
- 22:11Speaker 3: it's just life. But I was I was going to
- 22:13Speaker 3: say that divorce is one of my biggest fears because
- 22:16Speaker 3: it's opening your heart up fully. But I also wanted
- 22:18Speaker 3: to talk about how we view seeing someone whose parents
- 22:22Speaker 3: are divorced, which you and me come from two completely
- 22:25Speaker 3: different backgrounds. Yeah, because your mum and dad are divorced
- 22:30Speaker 3: in mine have been together for I don't know, maybe
- 22:32Speaker 3: twenty seven thirty years something of that, it must be nice.
- 22:35Speaker 3: But do you think there's anything different in dating someone
- 22:40Speaker 3: who's from a family of divorce. It sounds so mean,
- 22:42Speaker 3: like the way at home.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Man.
- 22:45Speaker 4: That is a good question, because I definitely.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Think like there's nothing you can do about it. Also,
- 22:51Speaker 3: I'm not saying like it's a bad thing if your
- 22:52Speaker 3: parents are divorced, Like it's not completely out.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Of your control. Mine divorce guys.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, But I definitely think you're probably like
- 22:57Speaker 3: a good little example of the way you view love
- 23:03Speaker 3: was changed because you saw divorce.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Yeah. I used to be pretty I used to be
- 23:09Speaker 1: very pessimistic about it.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Well, I think I'm gonna take a little bit of credit.
- 23:12Speaker 3: But because you found the person you really love and
- 23:17Speaker 3: you were exposed to the podcast and me being so
- 23:19Speaker 3: lovey dully Doby, I remember a year ago you never
- 23:22Speaker 3: wanted to get married. No, you can't understand the podcast
- 23:24Speaker 3: is definitely you didn't want any kids, and I think
- 23:26Speaker 3: those ideologies do come because you've scarred a little bit
- 23:29Speaker 3: from divorce.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I don't know, I've like fully will openly talk about that.
- 23:33Speaker 3: And I was gonna say before you did say anything,
- 23:35Speaker 3: my only opinion on divorce is it changes your views
- 23:38Speaker 3: on love. And but if you find someone you truly love,
- 23:44Speaker 3: I think all those scars and trauma from divorce do
- 23:47Speaker 3: slowly dissipate just because love conquers all, which is cliche,
- 23:52Speaker 3: but I think it really does. And you're like the
- 23:56Speaker 3: perfect example. A year ago, you're like, no, I don't
- 23:58Speaker 3: know if I want to get married. Man, Like I'm
- 23:59Speaker 3: just I didn't even know if I want a kid.
- 24:01Speaker 3: So you're like, I just I just want to be
- 24:02Speaker 3: with for the rest of my life. But being exposed
- 24:04Speaker 3: to this things, all the conversations we say, and then
- 24:06Speaker 3: finding a girl who's perfect for you, you've changed your
- 24:09Speaker 3: mind and said, no, I want to marry this woman. Yeah,
- 24:12Speaker 3: And I think that's probably going back off what your
- 24:14Speaker 3: dad said. And it's just like you'll just do it,
- 24:17Speaker 3: like your ideology will just be a little switch one
- 24:19Speaker 3: day and like, fuck, I could marry this woman and
- 24:21Speaker 3: not overthink it.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Yeah, as scary as it is, is like my I
- 24:25Speaker 5: definitely think of my mind's altering, and it's more or
- 24:27Speaker 5: less like, you know, if I want to do what,
- 24:29Speaker 5: I'm going to do it. Because like we decided not
- 24:32Speaker 5: to go back to work when we because we went
- 24:34Speaker 5: to Bali for two months because we like saved our
- 24:36Speaker 5: money and went we weren't making any money from the podcast. Yeah,
- 24:38Speaker 5: and then when we got home, we still weren't making
- 24:40Speaker 5: money from the podcast, but it was like in our sights, yeah,
- 24:43Speaker 5: and we were like, Okay.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Fuck it, let's not go back to work.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Let's just like keep doing this, yeah, and just like
- 24:47Speaker 5: work it out and do stuff here and there to
- 24:49Speaker 5: just like get by pay rent blah blah blah. And
- 24:52Speaker 5: not for a second did I think that was a
- 24:53Speaker 5: bad choice. Never did I, you know, not at all.
- 24:56Speaker 5: We didn't say so we give all this advice of
- 24:58Speaker 5: like people wanting to go start their own and we're
- 25:00Speaker 5: just like just fucking do it. Like it's not scary
- 25:02Speaker 5: when you know you want to do it, and if
- 25:03Speaker 5: you know you want to do it, you're gonna work
- 25:04Speaker 5: it out. So it's like when you're thinking about maybe
- 25:07Speaker 5: getting into a relationship. You really want to do it,
- 25:09Speaker 5: but you're worried about people's opinions. You're worried about getting
- 25:11Speaker 5: heart broken. You're read about this that.
- 25:13Speaker 3: It's human nature to overthink. And I think the best
- 25:16Speaker 3: takeaway from your dad's conversation was just like, as Nike
- 25:19Speaker 3: would say, just do it.
- 25:21Speaker 4: Just back is it's so main My dad said that.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Imagine.
- 25:24Speaker 5: I was like, I was like, oh, so, like you
- 25:26Speaker 5: took restart your business, just took after Nike.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I just did it. He said that.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Truly we're having a joke, But conversations like our brain
- 25:34Speaker 3: is just like overthinks everything. Yeah, even your brain was
- 25:38Speaker 3: doing it, but thinking about how your dad did it,
- 25:40Speaker 3: and like love, divorce, everything like that, prenups, fucking where's
- 25:44Speaker 3: your money go after this? Starting a business? Love, don't
- 25:47Speaker 3: overthink it. Take that leap of faith, because what the reward,
- 25:52Speaker 3: The rewards you reap on the other side of that
- 25:55Speaker 3: are better than anything you can do by not opening
- 25:57Speaker 3: yourself up to that, I think, which is so cool.
- 26:02Speaker 5: It's dead school, it's cool, it's scary, and it's just
- 26:05Speaker 5: I don't know. I've been thinking more and more lately
- 26:07Speaker 5: about I don't even know, like what topic. It would
- 26:12Speaker 5: be just like more and more about I guess life
- 26:15Speaker 5: in general, and it's like just.
- 26:20Speaker 1: So fucking cliche. But it's like just doing what you
- 26:25Speaker 1: want to do.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so so.
- 26:27Speaker 4: Fucking cliche, and you hear it from everyone, and I'm
- 26:30Speaker 4: really trying to think of a better way.
- 26:31Speaker 1: To just like get it out there, but it's like, oh,
- 26:36Speaker 1: I don't even know how to fucking.
- 26:38Speaker 3: I know what you're saying, but I feel like it'd
- 26:39Speaker 3: be hard for a lot of people listening to know
- 26:41Speaker 3: what you're saying. It's sort of like we interact with
- 26:43Speaker 3: all our friends or we have called with businesses and brands,
- 26:47Speaker 3: and they'll always be like, oh okay for Friday, la
- 26:49Speaker 3: la la la la. But then we'll get in other circles.
- 26:52Speaker 3: And your dad's definitely in that circle. But your dad
- 26:55Speaker 3: loves life and yeah, I know, yeah he Quie. He's
- 26:58Speaker 3: never like I fuck got to go to work today.
- 27:00Speaker 3: And it's like getting your mindset to be in that
- 27:03Speaker 3: position where you love what you do and it's so cliche.
- 27:05Speaker 3: I just do what you want to do, But it
- 27:07Speaker 3: is like just do it and back yourself and make
- 27:10Speaker 3: it work. Yeah, you just your mind plays tricks on you,
- 27:13Speaker 3: but it's learning to not listen to your mind.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think one thing I like to point
- 27:18Speaker 1: out is like.
- 27:20Speaker 5: Very very appreciative that our families are the way they are.
- 27:28Speaker 5: You know, Like I've never felt judgment from immediate family,
- 27:33Speaker 5: and I do think that if I had had constant
- 27:35Speaker 5: judgment from immediate family, I would be a very different person.
- 27:38Speaker 5: So I would just like, I know, some people do
- 27:40Speaker 5: get that. So like a lot of people do get that,
- 27:42Speaker 5: Like your parents, they have this thing that they think
- 27:44Speaker 5: their kids should do, and if you don't do it,
- 27:47Speaker 5: you go do your own thing, they do judge you
- 27:50Speaker 5: and maybe they cut you out. And so when we
- 27:53Speaker 5: do say like go do what you want to do,
- 27:54Speaker 5: it's your life, blah blah blah. I do want to
- 27:57Speaker 5: point out that I'm very appreciative of, Like, yeah, maybe
- 28:01Speaker 5: it was easier because we have those type of family,
- 28:04Speaker 5: And I think maybe we're the type of people that
- 28:08Speaker 5: if our families were more judgmental and opinionated, I think
- 28:12Speaker 5: either we would have taken longer to do it, or
- 28:16Speaker 5: we still would have done it. I don't know, but yeah,
- 28:18Speaker 5: just very very apprecitive, very appreciaive.
- 28:20Speaker 3: It's very circumstantial, and it can be a lot harder
- 28:22Speaker 3: for people to do what they want to do just
- 28:24Speaker 3: because of the impact of all your parents, friends, blah
- 28:26Speaker 3: blah blah. Because I know heaps of people if they
- 28:28Speaker 3: wanted to do what we did, their friends would give
- 28:30Speaker 3: them so much shit. Yeah, and like that impacts you
- 28:34Speaker 3: more than you know, especially for like girls too. I
- 28:39Speaker 3: know a lot of girls would want to start social
- 28:40Speaker 3: media things. I don't know. I just feel like, especially
- 28:43Speaker 3: in high school and stuff, like boys are the same,
- 28:45Speaker 3: but everyone around you is so judgmental. It's learning to
- 28:48Speaker 3: not listen to them or get in like be nice
- 28:50Speaker 3: to your friends. Like if they're trying, they're putting themselves
- 28:53Speaker 3: out there and doing things that they're obviously doing it
- 28:55Speaker 3: for a reason. They're not just there to be like,
- 28:56Speaker 3: oh I want to be fucking famous. No, they're doing
- 28:58Speaker 3: it because they have a passion for it. Like you
- 28:59Speaker 3: got understand that they're not just doing it because they
- 29:01Speaker 3: want to be the next fucking sofa dofa. They're doing
- 29:04Speaker 3: it because they have a passion for video creating, and
- 29:06Speaker 3: you should support them. Same goes for any friendship group.
- 29:09Speaker 3: You shouldn't give them shit because you don't know how
- 29:10Speaker 3: much your friendship, group and family impacts you. And we're
- 29:14Speaker 3: both appreciated that our friends, most of our friends and
- 29:17Speaker 3: family are very supportive. And we're also just like good
- 29:20Speaker 3: at like not listening to people.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Good point, like having both of us. Yeah, it's a
- 29:25Speaker 1: little it's a protective bubble.
- 29:27Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, because like everyone's gonna cop shit no
- 29:28Speaker 3: matter what you do, so it's just learning to listen
- 29:31Speaker 3: to them and finding your own way through life.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Definitely go out there and fucking yeah kill it.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Yeah to the moon. Okay, guys. Up next is Confession Sessions. Yes,
- 29:49Speaker 3: this one is funny. It's been a while too, and
- 29:52Speaker 3: I think it has a good representation of men. Not
- 29:57Speaker 3: in a good way though.
- 29:58Speaker 5: No, I mean like not that he was like a
- 30:01Speaker 5: bad dude, but just men as in like areas that
- 30:04Speaker 5: we struggle.
- 30:04Speaker 3: It's relatable for men, relatable for men, also relatable for women.
- 30:10Speaker 5: Yeah, So if you guys want to before we get
- 30:14Speaker 5: into it, if you would.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Like to enter a confession.
- 30:17Speaker 5: Yes, there will be a link in the description of
- 30:19Speaker 5: this episode, and there will be a link in our
- 30:21Speaker 5: Instagram bio where you can go in. You put all
- 30:24Speaker 5: your details in and yeah, but otherwise please enjoy.
- 30:28Speaker 2: Hello Sus Jamison.
- 30:30Speaker 4: Hello, welcome to Confession Sessions.
- 30:32Speaker 1: How's it going good?
- 30:35Speaker 4: Thanks you guys, really good.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 30:37Speaker 3: I'm good too, Thanks for coming on.
- 30:39Speaker 1: We would quickly actually like to ask, so you actually
- 30:42Speaker 1: answered with your name? Are you happy for your real
- 30:44Speaker 1: name to be in this? Oh?
- 30:46Speaker 2: Yeah, fine, okay, too easy.
- 30:48Speaker 5: Well welcome. One question we also have is no problem
- 30:53Speaker 5: at all? What prompt would you.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Call your confession?
- 30:57Speaker 2: Pardon? Sorry?
- 30:58Speaker 1: What prompt would you call? What title? What subject?
- 31:03Speaker 2: I think you guys did like a like a segment
- 31:05Speaker 2: a few weeks ago. It's like bad date ideas, I guess,
- 31:08Speaker 2: so I guess it's kind of similar vibe. So yeah,
- 31:10Speaker 2: bad date, bad hook up experience.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Love it. Well, we're here to listen.
- 31:15Speaker 5: We might chime in, but take it from the top
- 31:17Speaker 5: and yeah, give us all the details.
- 31:20Speaker 2: I'm sure you probably already read it. But what happened
- 31:23Speaker 2: is I was recently single, so I'd broke up my boyfriend,
- 31:28Speaker 2: you know, gone out in with the girls in Melbourne
- 31:30Speaker 2: for the first time in a while. Yeah, hot girl, error,
- 31:35Speaker 2: hot girl summer winter anyway, but yeah, we're going out
- 31:39Speaker 2: to girls and a great night. This guy comes up
- 31:42Speaker 2: to me, you know, office, buy me some drinks, having
- 31:45Speaker 2: a little dance. It's all going well, cheeky kiss here
- 31:48Speaker 2: and there, you know, so I don't know how much anyway,
- 31:54Speaker 2: so we're going to go. He takes us to take
- 31:56Speaker 2: me home, so I'm like, okay, I'll come home with
- 31:58Speaker 2: his shop because again, hot girl, some a bit of fun.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Why that's all we want?
- 32:03Speaker 2: Scandal, I know. Anyway, So we get home and you know,
- 32:08Speaker 2: things are a bit then you know he did I
- 32:09Speaker 2: guess you could say, and I do my part, but
- 32:14Speaker 2: before I say anything, I'm not one to judge, like
- 32:17Speaker 2: at all, how quick things last. I don't care like whatever,
- 32:21Speaker 2: but this was very quick, and you know, I thought, oh,
- 32:27Speaker 2: it's okay, like it's all good, I'll be nice whatever,
- 32:29Speaker 2: thinking things we reciprocated. It was not so anyway, Yeah, yeah.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I know.
- 32:36Speaker 2: And then after all that, he proceeds to put on
- 32:38Speaker 2: his matching pajamas.
- 32:43Speaker 3: How old are you, by the way or him?
- 32:45Speaker 2: Sorry, I'm twenty two.
- 32:49Speaker 3: I was thinking eighteen.
- 32:50Speaker 1: You might be able to get.
- 32:51Speaker 6: Away over it.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I'm too and he was like maybe twenty five.
- 32:56Speaker 8: Oh yeah anyway, so yeah, and also to paint the picture,
- 33:05Speaker 8: it was like matching funnels.
- 33:09Speaker 1: It feels like Christmas.
- 33:11Speaker 2: I know, I know it's a bit of an ick,
- 33:13Speaker 2: but again, this is like really late at night. I thought,
- 33:15Speaker 2: you know what, I'm going to go to sleep. I'll
- 33:17Speaker 2: get up early in a couple of an hour or
- 33:18Speaker 2: two and leave. Next morning rolls around, I'm ready to
- 33:21Speaker 2: getting ready to go, and he's like, no, no, let
- 33:24Speaker 2: me take you home. And I was like, it's fine,
- 33:25Speaker 2: I'll give an uber and he insists, which I mean
- 33:27Speaker 2: he gets points for that. It was very nice.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Then, yeah, gentleman, Yeah, got to get point three.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Can He gets out to the front and there's no
- 33:36Speaker 2: car there and he's like, oh, shure left the car
- 33:39Speaker 2: train station. Let me run and grab it again. I'm
- 33:41Speaker 2: insisting I catch an uber home. Anyway, you know, he
- 33:45Speaker 2: insist he drives me. I'm thinking he's going to walk
- 33:47Speaker 2: around the corner. No, I'm at this guy's house and
- 33:51Speaker 2: he gets on his electric scooter of his own and
- 33:56Speaker 2: he clips on his like bluro orrings helmet and the
- 33:59Speaker 2: helmet gets worse. Yeah, anyway, and he scoops away.
- 34:08Speaker 4: I know how that I'm loving the confidence from this guy.
- 34:13Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie to you.
- 34:14Speaker 3: He doesn't give.
- 34:16Speaker 2: That's really nice. So, like, you know, he was nice.
- 34:19Speaker 2: It was just a walking man.
- 34:22Speaker 3: I think I get when they say he's too nice. Yeah,
- 34:26Speaker 3: he's doing all these things around the outside as well.
- 34:29Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 34:30Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:31Speaker 2: And then finally gets his car and guess what car
- 34:33Speaker 2: he has?
- 34:35Speaker 3: What like I gets.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Twitter croller?
- 34:39Speaker 3: Oh he savings you what he's doing. It's all about
- 34:44Speaker 3: that economy exactly.
- 34:47Speaker 2: And then it takes me home and that's nice of him.
- 34:50Speaker 2: And he did an awkward little side hug and he's like, oh,
- 34:52Speaker 2: I'll talk you soon, and I went, yeah, for sure.
- 34:56Speaker 5: Nothing has he tried to message you, no, but he
- 35:03Speaker 5: does like the instant stories.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Apologies, Yeah I can't.
- 35:09Speaker 3: He's waiting for round two, he is.
- 35:11Speaker 1: He's waiting to see you on the night out again.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Good thing. I don't live in Melbourne, so oh.
- 35:16Speaker 1: That is a good thing.
- 35:16Speaker 5: Actually, I wanted to ask, so when you said you
- 35:19Speaker 5: did your part, did you guys?
- 35:21Speaker 1: Did you were you?
- 35:22Speaker 5: Was it like, did you have sex and it just
- 35:24Speaker 5: didn't last long at all? Or did you just like
- 35:25Speaker 5: give him head and he didn't last.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Long for them that I just gave him head and
- 35:30Speaker 2: it finished very quickly.
- 35:31Speaker 1: That was a.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Recipation.
- 35:35Speaker 3: I was reading it, Yeah, sex, and he like lasted
- 35:37Speaker 3: two seconds.
- 35:38Speaker 1: I was going to say.
- 35:41Speaker 5: Yeah, like if it had been a long time for him,
- 35:45Speaker 5: but at least like trying to say, like give me
- 35:47Speaker 5: ten minutes and like we'll go again, like oh I
- 35:49Speaker 5: go down.
- 35:49Speaker 4: On like oh yeah, go down on you?
- 35:51Speaker 3: Yeah yeah.
- 35:53Speaker 4: No.
- 35:53Speaker 2: It was like nothing, I mean and even then actually
- 35:55Speaker 2: asked what to mention this thanks even better like Sunnier
- 35:58Speaker 2: he gets in little pajamas and go, jeez, I'm tired.
- 36:04Speaker 2: I like what.
- 36:07Speaker 3: You're probably did, Like this older man is going to
- 36:09Speaker 3: show me like how.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Exactly that was my exact thought. I was like, you
- 36:15Speaker 2: know what, maybe that's my issue. I go guys my
- 36:17Speaker 2: age and you go for someone older.
- 36:19Speaker 3: And as soon as that happens, yeah, you need to
- 36:21Speaker 3: just stick to your age. It's all lucky.
- 36:26Speaker 2: I thought it was. I thought it was too funny
- 36:28Speaker 2: not to share.
- 36:28Speaker 1: So no, thank you very much, Thank you very much.
- 36:31Speaker 1: That's a good one.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Have a good rest of your day, and thanks for
- 36:34Speaker 3: coming on again.
- 36:36Speaker 2: No, thank you for letting me share.
- 36:37Speaker 7: I thought it was hilarious, so heavy man, because I
- 36:46Speaker 7: got to say, like, not the exact situation, but like
- 36:50Speaker 7: been there for not lasting long.
- 36:53Speaker 4: Every guy's been there for not lasting but.
- 36:55Speaker 3: One hundred percent, say give me ten minutes or I
- 36:57Speaker 3: reciprocate it and go down on them.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I've always kind of just yeah, you can't.
- 37:01Speaker 3: That's also a little hack out there. My trick's always
- 37:04Speaker 3: been go down on them first, make them come, and
- 37:07Speaker 3: then get into it. And if you come real quickly,
- 37:10Speaker 3: she's already come and you both went.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:11Speaker 5: But even also yeah, good tactic is to you know,
- 37:14Speaker 5: go down someone first, because it's like also it's.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Part of a build up, yeah, exactly.
- 37:19Speaker 5: And then in their head, like in their subconscious like
- 37:21Speaker 5: even if you don't last long at all during like
- 37:23Speaker 5: actual intercourse.
- 37:25Speaker 3: That's my four plays a thing.
- 37:26Speaker 5: They're like the four play makes it feel like it
- 37:28Speaker 5: was a lot longer. So then they're not as like
- 37:30Speaker 5: judgmental because I'm trying to think, like, imagine if he
- 37:32Speaker 5: was like bomb Mass, like he had the best dick ever,
- 37:36Speaker 5: he lasted ages like made her finish and everything like that, right,
- 37:39Speaker 5: she probably wouldn't have given a fuck that he wrote
- 37:41Speaker 5: a scooter Like she probably would have like thought about
- 37:45Speaker 5: the scooter like, oh he rode a scooter. But also
- 37:46Speaker 5: she was probably that dick was good. I think she
- 37:49Speaker 5: wouldn't give about the scooter.
- 37:50Speaker 3: But anyone that rides as scooter wouldn't have a dick.
- 37:53Speaker 3: That's good.
- 37:54Speaker 5: Fair.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Anyone that wears matching pajamas wouldn't have a dick, that's good.
- 38:00Speaker 5: He's the things like I own matching pajamas, and you
- 38:02Speaker 5: wouldn't wear it on one night stand?
- 38:03Speaker 3: Would Oh?
- 38:04Speaker 4: No, not into one I stand?
- 38:05Speaker 1: No like that, even when I I don't. I don't think.
- 38:07Speaker 5: I think I've only worn them as a set like
- 38:11Speaker 5: once or twice. I always just wear the bottoms and
- 38:13Speaker 5: then a shirt.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Yeah. When you're in a one night stand, like you
- 38:15Speaker 3: put like just boxes on or keep your undies.
- 38:17Speaker 4: Yeah, just yeah, when you're on one night stand, just
- 38:19Speaker 4: keep your undies, go to bed in your undies.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Yeah, like because you're probably wearing Calvin's dude.
- 38:24Speaker 4: Yeah, offer her some of your undies, Yeah.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Footy pants or something. Yeah.
- 38:30Speaker 1: This man was I'll tell you what it was. Probably
- 38:33Speaker 1: just because he was happy.
- 38:35Speaker 4: He was clearly quite content. Oh I'm tired.
- 38:40Speaker 3: I feel like this guy doesn't happen to him too often.
- 38:42Speaker 1: No, I don't think it does.
- 38:43Speaker 3: So like he's like.
- 38:46Speaker 4: Yeah, he says to his mates, like, you should have
- 38:48Speaker 4: seen me last night.
- 38:51Speaker 3: I was on fire.
- 38:55Speaker 5: I apologized to Jamison for that happening, she said, Jamison, Yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 3: I apologized to girls who have to go through that facts. Yeah.
- 39:04Speaker 5: Yeah, apologies to my girlfriend who has sometimes been it's
- 39:09Speaker 5: different when you're dating because you like it.
