- 0:55Speaker 3: All Ride, Wayne Alan Ruth Root The Root, The Roots
- 0:57Speaker 3: on Fire. If you knew the insanity of my life,
- 1:00Speaker 3: you wouldn't even believe it. So uh, I'll give you
- 1:03Speaker 3: a taste of what the last four days were like.
- 1:05Speaker 3: First of all, make sure my boys at untamanation dot
- 1:09Speaker 3: com Chris and Company are ready with the photos.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Hopefully you are.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I just send it to him literally minutes ago because
- 1:16Speaker 3: my life is nuts. I wanted to do it about
- 1:18Speaker 3: twenty times today, and every time I wanted to do it,
- 1:20Speaker 3: the phone rang or that ding that text ding, ding
- 1:23Speaker 3: ding ding.
- 1:24Speaker 4: They ring all day long for me.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Sometimes ten a minute, or I should say ten at
- 1:28Speaker 3: the same time, sometimes like twenty or thirty a minute,
- 1:31Speaker 3: but ten at the same second. So my life is crazy,
- 1:34Speaker 3: so I didn't get a chance to send them, but
- 1:36Speaker 3: I spent. Let me give you a before we get
- 1:37Speaker 3: to the photos. Let me give you an idea of
- 1:40Speaker 3: why I was not here on Thursday and Friday.
- 1:42Speaker 4: If you were not here on Wednesday to hear my
- 1:44Speaker 4: story I was.
- 1:46Speaker 3: It's really a nice story because I believe very strongly
- 1:49Speaker 3: and manifesting your destiny. You can make things happen by
- 1:53Speaker 3: believing it. So three years ago I had the honor
- 1:57Speaker 3: of a lifetime. My wife's India and I were married
- 2:02Speaker 3: and we honeymooned at mar A Lago, President Trump's estate.
- 2:06Speaker 3: And while I was there, the week I was there,
- 2:09Speaker 3: it was April of I guess twenty twenty two. I believe, yeah,
- 2:13Speaker 3: April of twenty twenty two, three years ago.
- 2:15Speaker 4: We got married in November of twenty one.
- 2:17Speaker 3: We went on our honeymoon in April of twenty two,
- 2:19Speaker 3: and we writ mar A Lago. While we were there,
- 2:22Speaker 3: there was a gigantic GOP event, the Lincoln Day Dinner,
- 2:27Speaker 3: the Palm Beach Lincoln Day Dinner and gala was at
- 2:32Speaker 3: mar A Lago, at the ballroom at Mara A Lago,
- 2:35Speaker 3: and someone invited us they heard we were on our honeymoon,
- 2:37Speaker 3: and they said, be our guests and come your famous
- 2:40Speaker 3: guy Wayne A TV and radio will announce you to
- 2:43Speaker 3: the crowd and you sit in the audience, wave to everybody.
- 2:46Speaker 3: And I said, that's fun, that's great. My wife said
- 2:48Speaker 3: to me, are you nuts to run our honeymoon? I
- 2:49Speaker 3: don't want to go to a political event and our honeymoon,
- 2:51Speaker 3: but you know, we went, Wayne Wins, and so we went.
- 2:56Speaker 3: We went to the event. They announced me. I ran
- 2:57Speaker 3: down the center of the aisle, I waved to everyone.
- 2:59Speaker 4: I went my seat. They announced me again.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Really nice, and then this parade of stars appeared before me,
- 3:05Speaker 3: President Trump, US Senator Rick Scott, US Senator Marco Rubio,
- 3:09Speaker 3: Mark Levin, the famous talk show host, President Donald J. Trump,
- 3:13Speaker 3: Governor Ron De Santis, and every great congressman including Brian
- 3:18Speaker 3: Byron Donalds.
- 3:20Speaker 4: And Matt Gates.
- 3:21Speaker 3: All the greatest stars of Florida politics were there, who
- 3:25Speaker 3: were basically the greatest stars of American Republican politics. Florida
- 3:30Speaker 3: had them all in those days. To Santa's Trump goat,
- 3:32Speaker 3: Matt Gates and everyone else that I just named, Rubio, Scott,
- 3:38Speaker 3: you name it. And of course Mark Levin, and I
- 3:41Speaker 3: said to my wife, I want to be on that
- 3:43Speaker 3: stage soon the next time we have an event. They
- 3:46Speaker 3: have this Lincoln Day Galla, the biggest one in the country.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Thousand people are so in the audience. I want to
- 3:51Speaker 3: be on that stage giving a speech. And I thought
- 3:55Speaker 3: about it, and I meditated on it, and I visualized it,
- 3:58Speaker 3: and suddenly this year the organize the event said, we
- 4:01Speaker 3: watch you on Real America's Voice TV all the time.
- 4:05Speaker 4: We love your show, we can't live without your show.
- 4:07Speaker 3: We love America's top ten county own, we love the
- 4:09Speaker 3: root reaction, and we would like to hire you to
- 4:14Speaker 3: be the Master of Ceremonies of the Lincoln Day Gala
- 4:17Speaker 3: coming up in April. And that was in I think
- 4:20Speaker 3: January or December. They hired me for this event. I've
- 4:23Speaker 3: looked forward to it for all these months. And not
- 4:25Speaker 3: only was I the speaker on that stage, but I
- 4:27Speaker 3: was running the whole show as the Master of Ceremonies.
- 4:30Speaker 4: What a great honor.
- 4:32Speaker 3: And they had a VIP room set up for everyone
- 4:35Speaker 3: to take photos. And now you're seeing some of the
- 4:37Speaker 3: photos alongside me. If some of the things went on
- 4:40Speaker 3: at this event, there's me with all the firemen and policemen.
- 4:43Speaker 3: And I know our timing is off as like a
- 4:46Speaker 3: thirty second delay, So I don't know if what I'm
- 4:48Speaker 3: seeing is the same things as I'm talking. But you'll
- 4:51Speaker 3: see all the photos. It's me at the Dais giving
- 4:54Speaker 3: my speech. It's me with firemen and policemen and military.
- 4:57Speaker 3: It's me in front of the audience. You can see
- 4:59Speaker 3: there's almost the thousand people attending. It's a gigantic ballroom.
- 5:03Speaker 3: There's me with my wife Cindy in the ballroom. There's
- 5:06Speaker 3: me with my wife Cindy standing in front of mar
- 5:09Speaker 3: A Lago. That's probably the that's the money shot, as
- 5:12Speaker 3: they see. I think I can use that as our
- 5:14Speaker 3: Christmas picture this year. Great photo but me with Rogers Stone,
- 5:18Speaker 3: me with Byron Donald's and quite a few photos of
- 5:22Speaker 3: mar A Lago. And there's a great one of myself
- 5:24Speaker 3: and my wife Cindy in front of the in the
- 5:27Speaker 3: study of Donald Trump with the painting of the young
- 5:30Speaker 3: Donald Trump in a golfer tennis outfit behind me, the
- 5:34Speaker 3: young billionaire prints behind me.
- 5:36Speaker 4: And then you'll see a photo of me and Cindy.
- 5:40Speaker 3: At the golf at the Beach Club, the mar Alago
- 5:43Speaker 3: Beach Club, because it's not only this amazing estate, but
- 5:46Speaker 3: it's a beach club. When you go we cross over
- 5:48Speaker 3: the underneath the highway and you go to the beach
- 5:50Speaker 3: club that's on the ocean.
- 5:52Speaker 4: It's amazing. We had lunch and who was eating lunch
- 5:54Speaker 4: next to us, sly Stone and his wife.
- 5:57Speaker 3: So it's just it was just an amazing, amazing time.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I did not get a photo with sliced loan, even
- 6:02Speaker 3: I mister relentless and mister Balls did out of the
- 6:05Speaker 3: balls to walk up to slice loan while he was
- 6:07Speaker 3: in the middle of his lunch and say, can I
- 6:09Speaker 3: bother you and make you get up and take a
- 6:10Speaker 3: photo of me? So I didn't get a photo of
- 6:12Speaker 3: sliced loan, but just take it from me. He looked fantastic.
- 6:15Speaker 4: I looked him up.
- 6:16Speaker 3: He's seventy nine years old, and he looked fabulous, handsome
- 6:20Speaker 3: and young at seventy nine years old. And his wife
- 6:22Speaker 3: looked fabulous as well. Of course she's I think thirty
- 6:24Speaker 3: years younger, but nonetheless she looked great. And it's just
- 6:28Speaker 3: great to see the signs of capitalism all around you.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Capitalism works.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Mar A Lago and Mark Levin and Byron Donald's and
- 6:38Speaker 3: Roger Stone and Slice Stallone and Donald Trump's friends Donald Trump.
- 6:43Speaker 1: When when the event was.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Over, I go upstairs to have dinner, and Donald Trump
- 6:47Speaker 3: is having dinner with Elon Musk and his son X,
- 6:50Speaker 3: and we sat right near them, and finally I went
- 6:52Speaker 3: up to Donald.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Trump to talk to him privately for a minute.
- 6:55Speaker 3: And actually we have the video of that because someone
- 6:57Speaker 3: there took a video, which I didn't know after the fact,
- 7:00Speaker 3: but a friend took a video of me walking up
- 7:03Speaker 3: to President Trump.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Do you guys have that ready to go? I hope
- 7:05Speaker 4: you do. But it's me walking up to President Trump.
- 7:08Speaker 3: And then you can see in the picture my wife
- 7:10Speaker 3: is tagging along behind me and she says hi to
- 7:13Speaker 3: President Trump, and then the camera moves a little bit
- 7:15Speaker 3: and you see Elon Musk and then the camera's done.
- 7:17Speaker 4: And they took like.
- 7:18Speaker 3: A twenty five second shot because you're really not supposed
- 7:21Speaker 3: to take photos or videos at mar A Lago in
- 7:24Speaker 3: the dining room. So I don't know if you guys
- 7:26Speaker 3: got the video up or not.
- 7:27Speaker 4: I did send it to you there. It is there.
- 7:29Speaker 3: It is so you'll see President Trump is sitting there
- 7:32Speaker 3: and I walk up to Trump and have a conversation
- 7:35Speaker 3: with him. There I am leaning down talking to President
- 7:39Speaker 3: Trump and Elon Musk is.
- 7:41Speaker 4: Next to him.
- 7:42Speaker 3: So the time are you trying to tell me? The
- 7:43Speaker 3: timing's off so they're seeing it at different times. I'm
- 7:46Speaker 3: seeing it, Okay, no problem, no problem at all that
- 7:48Speaker 3: you know. Listen, this is not this is live, but
- 7:50Speaker 3: it's not live with TV coordinated with radio coordinating with
- 7:55Speaker 3: me standing here.
- 7:55Speaker 4: It's about a thirty forty second delay.
- 7:58Speaker 3: So you guys have already seen that leaning over talking
- 8:00Speaker 3: to President Trump, and then at the last minute you
- 8:02Speaker 3: see Elon Musk.
- 8:03Speaker 4: And then it cuts.
- 8:04Speaker 3: But it was really an amazing weekend, and Cindy, my
- 8:07Speaker 3: wife and I had a great time. And it's truly
- 8:09Speaker 3: an amazing thing that my wife, I mean, like every
- 8:12Speaker 3: woman in the entire Palm Beach walks up here and says,
- 8:14Speaker 3: you're the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, and you're
- 8:16Speaker 3: the best dresser I've ever seen. It's just a great
- 8:18Speaker 3: honor to have a wife that tracks that kind of attention.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Pretty cool, Pretty cool, Cindy, you are the best. Everybody
- 8:24Speaker 3: saw it. Everyone said you are the Queen of Palm Beach.
- 8:28Speaker 3: So it was quite a trip and we had a
- 8:30Speaker 3: great time and just got back late last night, got
- 8:34Speaker 3: in at like ten thirty, got to sleep at three
- 8:36Speaker 3: in the morning after checking on emails and texts and
- 8:39Speaker 3: everything else I did last night late, and then woke
- 8:42Speaker 3: up at seven this morning.
- 8:44Speaker 4: I've been working ever since. So here I am.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Just got those pictures moments before the show started to
- 8:49Speaker 3: our boys over at untamed.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Nation dot com.
- 8:52Speaker 3: And of course, if you're listening on the radio, you're
- 8:54Speaker 3: hearing me describe it all like you're watching, but you're
- 8:57Speaker 3: not watching.
- 8:58Speaker 4: You are listening on talk media network.
- 9:00Speaker 3: But this show is a simulcast and it's a video
- 9:02Speaker 3: podcast as well. So at any time you can go

- 9:40Speaker 1: Click on it and.
- 9:41Speaker 4: There's the whole show.
- 9:42Speaker 3: So if you missed it, that montage of me at
- 9:45Speaker 3: mar Lago and me and Palmbeach and me running the
- 9:48Speaker 3: show as the master ceremonies at the Palmbeach linked day dinner,
- 9:52Speaker 3: it's all there so you can catch it after the show.
- 9:55Speaker 4: A little bit of news. I'll get to just a
- 9:56Speaker 4: little bit of news.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Were gonna have a lot of time for this segment,
- 9:59Speaker 3: and I'll continued as we come back. But US trips
- 10:02Speaker 3: benefits from thousands of criminal aliens and those on the
- 10:06Speaker 3: terror watch list. More than six thousand, three hundred individuals
- 10:10Speaker 3: who were parolled into the United States during or after
- 10:13Speaker 3: twenty twenty three were identified as having criminal records or
- 10:16Speaker 3: were listed in the FBI's terror screening database. And they
- 10:21Speaker 3: rolled back all the you know, all the benefits they
- 10:25Speaker 3: could possibly get. Can you imagine under Joe Biden, you
- 10:28Speaker 3: and me were screwed, But they give anything to illegal aliens.
- 10:31Speaker 3: DHS Department of Homeland Security revokes the legal status of
- 10:35Speaker 3: people who entered the US using the CBP one app.
- 10:40Speaker 4: And I told I mean, I ran it about that app.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Thank you guitar for just clapping for my greatness. No,
- 10:46Speaker 4: actually was he was not.
- 10:48Speaker 3: He was clapping for this story that they got rid
- 10:50Speaker 3: of the legal status of people who entered the USA.
- 10:53Speaker 4: You should have been clapping for my greatness. It's the
- 10:55Speaker 4: matter with you. But for the people who entered the US,
- 10:58Speaker 4: they lose their legal status.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I have ranted for four years that this guy's cheating
- 11:04Speaker 3: the system, Joe Biden and his boss Obama cheating the
- 11:07Speaker 3: system because they don't count you as illegal if you
- 11:09Speaker 3: make an appointment through this CBP one app. I think
- 11:15Speaker 3: the app is about a year old, year and a
- 11:16Speaker 3: half old, so I've only been ranting for a year,
- 11:18Speaker 3: year and a half, not for all four years.
- 11:20Speaker 4: I ranted all four years about the open border, though,
- 11:23Speaker 4: But I said, this is not right. You're not even
- 11:25Speaker 4: illegal elien anymore.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Have you turn yourself in at a certain port of entry,
- 11:31Speaker 3: you were not counted as illegal. This is how they
- 11:34Speaker 3: scammed the system. Joe Biden has boss Obama, but no more.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Those people are now illegal and you're gonna get out
- 11:41Speaker 3: of the country.
- 11:42Speaker 4: No way, Jose, You're gone. Don't let the door each
- 11:44Speaker 4: in the as on the way out. Wayne Root will

- 15:09Speaker 3: All right, Wayne on the Roots on Fire, Welcome back
- 15:12Speaker 3: to the show How Democrats Have Made America Great?
- 15:15Speaker 4: How Democrats Have made America Great? You all know they
- 15:17Speaker 4: have not made America great. They've made America into.
- 15:19Speaker 3: A third world, whole, third world crap hole.
- 15:24Speaker 4: They are a bunch of losers.
- 15:26Speaker 3: They're a bunch of total complete communists, radical communists. They're
- 15:30Speaker 3: a bunch of traders. They suck and they have not
- 15:34Speaker 3: made America great. But I wrote the book How Democrats
- 15:36Speaker 3: Have Made America Great? Everything you need to know. It's
- 15:38Speaker 3: one hundred and forty blank pages. It is funny.
- 15:41Speaker 4: It's a gag.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Gift.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Get it, give it to all the conservatives in your life.
- 15:44Speaker 3: It's available in Amazon. How Democrats Have Made America Great?
- 15:48Speaker 3: By Wayne Allen Root. They have not made America great.
- 15:50Speaker 3: They have left it up. They deserve this book. They
- 15:54Speaker 3: deserve every joke and every parody and every time we
- 15:57Speaker 3: mock them.
- 15:57Speaker 4: They couldn't deserve it more.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Wow, Chicago and Philadelphia cancel Cinco de Mayo parade, not
- 16:05Speaker 3: because they're mad at the illegals, but because they want
- 16:08Speaker 3: to shield criminal illegal aliens from ICE raids in a
- 16:11Speaker 3: sanctuary city crackdown. Right, where would you find all the
- 16:14Speaker 3: illegals out of Cinco de Mayo parade? So they would
- 16:17Speaker 3: have shown up and ICE would have arrested them. And
- 16:20Speaker 3: the mayors of Chicago and Philly canceled the parades rather
- 16:23Speaker 3: than let them get arrested. And that's where you know,
- 16:25Speaker 3: I keep asking where are the arrests? Forget about cutting
- 16:28Speaker 3: off funding, you got to arrest the mayors of Chicago
- 16:32Speaker 3: and Philadelphia. Now, these people are interfering with the laws
- 16:36Speaker 3: of the United States, the executive orders of the President,
- 16:40Speaker 3: and the Constitution of the United States, and they should
- 16:43Speaker 3: go to prison. The mayor of Chicago and the mayor
- 16:46Speaker 3: of Philadelphia should be arrested and sent to Guantanamo. And
- 16:50Speaker 3: the American people would clap, they'd clap. I'm trying to
- 16:54Speaker 3: see if I can find the names of all these dummies,
- 16:57Speaker 3: these dumb communists who run these towns. I know it's Cogo,
- 17:00Speaker 3: it's mayor of Brandon Johnson, but I don't know what
- 17:02Speaker 3: the mayor of the name is the mayor of Philadelphia.
- 17:04Speaker 4: I have no idea and I don't really care.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Just a loser, a total complete loser, communist, radical trader
- 17:12Speaker 3: to United States of America.
- 17:14Speaker 4: And what's happening here is happening everywhere.
- 17:17Speaker 3: You know, in Vegas they say what happens here stays here,
- 17:19Speaker 3: But what happens in the United States is everywhere and
- 17:22Speaker 3: so and what's happening everywhere is what was gonna happen
- 17:25Speaker 3: to us if Kamala had been I was gonna say, arrested.
- 17:29Speaker 3: I wish Kamala would be arrested if Kamala had been elected.
- 17:33Speaker 1: UK's one hundred thousand.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Pound Remember they don't have dollars, not one hundred thousand dollars,
- 17:38Speaker 3: one hundred thousand pound childcare tax trap punishes success once again.
- 17:44Speaker 3: And basically what this article says, let me just sum
- 17:46Speaker 3: it up for you. Basically, they give you everything free,
- 17:51Speaker 3: just like in America.
- 17:52Speaker 4: It's very similar. Everything's free.
- 17:54Speaker 3: If you make a small amount of money and you
- 17:56Speaker 3: got twelve little kids and you're on welfare. Everything's free,
- 17:59Speaker 3: and they pay for the childcare, and they pay for
- 18:01Speaker 3: the food, and they pay for the clothing, and they
- 18:03Speaker 3: pay for the school. And if you make you know,
- 18:06Speaker 3: like thirty thousand a year, they pay for everything.
- 18:08Speaker 4: If you make like thirty six thousand year, they pay
- 18:11Speaker 4: for nothing.
- 18:11Speaker 3: So it condemns you to always make less money, so
- 18:15Speaker 3: you don't fall into that trap. They want you on welfare.
- 18:18Speaker 3: They want you to be a loser. Same thing is
- 18:20Speaker 3: true in the United States. They're talking about how horrible
- 18:23Speaker 3: it's been in England. Same thing is true here. Boo Kelay,
- 18:28Speaker 3: that is the El Salvador and President Naib bou Kela,
- 18:33Speaker 3: and he says Trump has three hundred and fifty million
- 18:36Speaker 3: Americans to liberate by ending crime and terrorism. He says
- 18:41Speaker 3: he told President Trump they were meeting today in the
- 18:43Speaker 3: Oval Office, that he has three hundred fifty million Americans
- 18:47Speaker 3: to liberate by ending crime and terrorism. We know you
- 18:52Speaker 3: have a crime problem, he says, we know you have
- 18:53Speaker 3: a terrorism problem. We're a small country, meaning El Salvador,
- 18:57Speaker 3: but we can help. We actually turn them murder capital
- 19:00Speaker 3: of the world. That was what journalists called our capital city,
- 19:04Speaker 3: the murder capital of the world into the safest country
- 19:07Speaker 3: in the Western hemisphere. And I like to say that
- 19:10Speaker 3: we liberated millions. And he says I could do the
- 19:13Speaker 3: same thing for you. I assume you saying that I'll
- 19:17Speaker 3: put all of your illegal aliens in our prison at
- 19:19Speaker 3: El Salvador.
- 19:20Speaker 4: They're super max prison in El Salvador.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Take them, please take them off our hands, and don't
- 19:27Speaker 3: let the door hit you in the ass on the
- 19:29Speaker 3: way out.
- 19:31Speaker 4: When I get back.

- 22:19Speaker 4: A sponsor of this segment. Our guest. This is our
- 22:22Speaker 4: guest segment.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Alan Jerschowitz is standing by one of the greatest lawyers
- 22:26Speaker 3: in all of America, maybe in the history of America.
- 22:29Speaker 3: A brilliant guy and understands America and the.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Constitution and the law. And we've got him for you.
- 22:35Speaker 3: I've got a lot of questions for him, but I
- 22:36Speaker 3: want to mention the sponsor, Jim's Amazing Bread. Personal story
- 22:39Speaker 3: that changed my life. By the way, here's a great example.
- 22:42Speaker 3: I get home last night from being with Donald Trump
- 22:45Speaker 3: and at President Trump at mar A Lago and hosting
- 22:48Speaker 3: the big Lincoln Day gala down in Palm Beach, Florida
- 22:51Speaker 3: at mar A Lago and spending time with some of
- 22:54Speaker 3: the coolest people in America.
- 22:56Speaker 4: And what did I do when I got off the plane.
- 22:58Speaker 3: I came home and I made myself a sandwich with
- 23:00Speaker 3: Gym's amazing bread. Then this morning I had a piece
- 23:03Speaker 3: of toast with the eggs for breakfast.
- 23:05Speaker 4: With Jim's amazing bread.
- 23:06Speaker 3: And then this afternoon, right before the show started, I
- 23:08Speaker 3: made another sandwich with turkey, tomato, lettuce, onions, mustard, mayonnaise.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Aren't getting hungry, He's thinking about it and Jim's amazing bread.
- 23:18Speaker 4: Keep in mind, I didn't eat a slice of bread
- 23:20Speaker 4: for ten years, since twenty fourteen, actually eleven years. And
- 23:24Speaker 4: then I found Gym's Amazing bread.
- 23:26Speaker 3: And it's perfect for anyone who has gluten intolerance. Customers
- 23:30Speaker 3: with gluten sensitivity intolerance, blood sugar concerns, gut health is shoes,
- 23:36Speaker 3: inflammation issues, and some autoimmune diseases have found tremendous relief
- 23:41Speaker 3: with this bread.
- 23:42Speaker 4: For me, it's a miracle. I can eat bread again.
- 23:44Speaker 3: And by the way, not only did I not eat
- 23:45Speaker 3: a slice of bread in the last ten years, but
- 23:47Speaker 3: I also tried every gluten free bread out there, and
- 23:50Speaker 3: they all made me sicker. That bread makes me. This
- 23:52Speaker 3: is the only one that works. This bread is for anyone.
- 23:55Speaker 3: I've hooked up all my friends batars sitting next to me.
- 23:58Speaker 3: My director loves it. Make him breakfast sometimes when he
- 24:01Speaker 3: comes over before the show and he can't wait for
- 24:03Speaker 3: that bread. Taste the difference. Try Jim's Amazing Bread today

- 24:20Speaker 3: thankful to me when you try this bread. All right, now,
- 24:24Speaker 3: it's time for Alan Jerschwitz, one of the great lawyers
- 24:26Speaker 3: and legal experts in America, Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law School.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Not so great to say that anymore. Best selling author.
- 24:34Speaker 3: His new book is The Preventative State. The challenge of
- 24:38Speaker 3: preventing serious harms while preserving essential liberties. The Preventive State
- 24:45Speaker 3: by Alan jer Schwitz.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Alan, Welcome to the show. How are you?
- 24:51Speaker 5: I'm great?
- 24:51Speaker 6: Except I can't take you up on your offer to
- 24:54Speaker 6: taste that great bread for a few more days because
- 24:57Speaker 6: it's Passover and I only eat matza days of past
- 25:01Speaker 6: Dude is over. I will certainly try the bread and
- 25:06Speaker 6: see how I like it.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Thank you. I'm a bad Jew. I hate matza, I
- 25:10Speaker 4: really do.
- 25:10Speaker 3: I can't stand it, so I continue eating bread during Passover.
- 25:13Speaker 4: I'm a bad Jewish boy. I'm sorry.
- 25:15Speaker 3: I think God understands. I pray to him every morning.
- 25:18Speaker 3: He'll understand. He loves me. Anyway, your latest book is out,
- 25:22Speaker 3: The Preventive State.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Tell us what it means. What if intelligence predicted.
- 25:28Speaker 3: A terrible terrorist attack, a mass casually terror attack like
- 25:32Speaker 3: nine to eleven, and it indicated likely suspects, what preventative
- 25:37Speaker 3: actions would be constitutionally authorized? Could we have detention? Could
- 25:41Speaker 3: we have interrogation? Could we have torture? Could we send
- 25:44Speaker 3: them to Guantanamo for torture? Could we send them to
- 25:48Speaker 3: the Al Salvador Supermax prison.
- 25:51Speaker 4: Tell us what your thoughts are.
- 25:53Speaker 6: Well, it couldn't be more appropriate to have this book
- 25:56Speaker 6: out right now, because the central issue that we're facing
- 26:00Speaker 6: is can we deport people to prevent them from committing
- 26:03Speaker 6: the kinds of horrible crimes that illegal immigrants have been committed?
- 26:09Speaker 6: And for the next three or four years, the Supreme
- 26:12Speaker 6: Court and the Trump administration and the lower courts will
- 26:15Speaker 6: be fighting each other. And I provide the answers in
- 26:18Speaker 6: my book to prevent a state. I provide guidelines when
- 26:22Speaker 6: it's appropriate to engage in deportation, to engage in preventive confinement,
- 26:28Speaker 6: to engage in other kinds of tactics, to prevent terrorism,
- 26:33Speaker 6: to prevent people from using violence against innocent civilians. So
- 26:39Speaker 6: I lay out all the issues for when prevention is permitted.
- 26:43Speaker 6: I go beyond crime too. I get into preventive medicine.
- 26:46Speaker 6: I get into the issue, for example, of COVID, was
- 26:50Speaker 6: it constitutional to require masks? What if we get another
- 26:55Speaker 6: another pandemic? So the book could not be more time
- 27:00Speaker 6: and more appropriate. Even though I've been working on it
- 27:02Speaker 6: for quite some time. It's my fifty fifth book, maybe
- 27:05Speaker 6: my last one, because I'm eighty six years old, but
- 27:08Speaker 6: it's the one I'm most proud of.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Hey, you look fantastic for eighty six. I got news
- 27:12Speaker 4: for you.
- 27:12Speaker 3: I would not have guessed you were more than seventy
- 27:15Speaker 3: years old. So you look great, my friend. Seriously, Well,
- 27:19Speaker 3: I appreciate that.
- 27:19Speaker 6: I take it as a compliment when people say you
- 27:22Speaker 6: look pretty good for eighty six. You know my wife,
- 27:27Speaker 6: who is seventy three, she looks pretty eighteen, and so.
- 27:33Speaker 5: I'm thrilled with that. But thank you for your compliment.
- 27:36Speaker 3: All right, Well, you look pretty good for your seventies
- 27:38Speaker 3: and you're eighty six, so I think it was more
- 27:39Speaker 3: just the complement.
- 27:40Speaker 4: You look good for eighty six. So look, I went
- 27:43Speaker 4: to Columbia. I'm Jewish.
- 27:44Speaker 3: You went to Harvard. You're Jewish or I don't know
- 27:46Speaker 3: if you went to Harvard. You're a Harvard Law School
- 27:47Speaker 3: grad to Harvard Law School professor? Where did you go undergrads?
- 27:50Speaker 3: You go to Harvard undergrad I don't even know.
- 27:53Speaker 6: Poor kid from Brooklyn, I went to Brooklyn College, which
- 27:56Speaker 6: was free. My parents couldn't afford any tuition. Three jobs
- 28:01Speaker 6: to go to a school that didn't have tuition, So
- 28:03Speaker 6: I worked my tailoff I then got it to yalelaw School,
- 28:06Speaker 6: finished first in my class, Frank Coourt law clerk, and
- 28:09Speaker 6: then I became a Harvard professor for fifty years. Now
- 28:13Speaker 6: I'm at war with Harvard. I'm fighting with them every
- 28:16Speaker 6: single day. They just hired lawyers to sue the government.
- 28:20Speaker 6: I'm not on Harvard's side. The government has a perfect
- 28:24Speaker 6: to say, look, you want our nine billion dollars, You
- 28:27Speaker 6: got to do something about this one sidedness that you
- 28:32Speaker 6: find in classrooms at Harvard today.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Or a conservative, or a Christian or.
- 28:37Speaker 6: A Zionist, you can expect your views to be heard
- 28:41Speaker 6: or expressed by faculty members. I want to see Harvard
- 28:45Speaker 6: move away from its ideological left wing perspective. And I
- 28:50Speaker 6: think the federal government has a perfect right to say,
- 28:53Speaker 6: you want our money. You can't discriminate. Go back to
- 28:56Speaker 6: the nineteen fifties. Let's assume we had a Southern school
- 28:58Speaker 6: in the nineteen fifties and the court ordered them you
- 29:01Speaker 6: had to integrate. But the school was teaching that segregation
- 29:05Speaker 6: is good, what supremacy is good? Would any of these
- 29:08Speaker 6: liberals complain if the federal government came.
- 29:10Speaker 4: In they be cheering them, undy.
- 29:15Speaker 5: They be cheering them on.
- 29:16Speaker 6: So it's it's just damn hypocritical, and I'm on the
- 29:20Speaker 6: side of justice and equality.
- 29:22Speaker 5: I want teachers to be fair.
- 29:24Speaker 6: I want schools to be objective, and if that requires
- 29:27Speaker 6: withholding some funds, look, I don't want funds to be
- 29:29Speaker 6: with hell from scientific research. My granddaughter and my grandson
- 29:35Speaker 6: are both doctors and they do all kinds of innovative research.
- 29:40Speaker 6: I want money to go to curing cancer and Alzheimer's.
- 29:43Speaker 6: I just don't want money to go to, for example, Colombia,
- 29:46Speaker 6: the Middle East Studies department, Joseph Masad, the head of
- 29:49Speaker 6: the department, he gives a lecture.
- 29:51Speaker 5: Student raises his hand starts to ask a question.
- 29:54Speaker 6: Joseph Massad, the professor says, I sense an Israeli accident.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Are you from Israel?
- 29:59Speaker 6: The students says, yes, Well, you can't speak unless you
- 30:02Speaker 6: admit you're a walk criminal.
- 30:05Speaker 3: You can't allow that. We cannot allow that. That's ridiculous,
- 30:10Speaker 3: crazy and.
- 30:12Speaker 6: Bock from coming to class. No, you withhold funds until
- 30:17Speaker 6: things are done. Now, Harvard is very smart. What they
- 30:20Speaker 6: did is the president of the university announced to kind
- 30:23Speaker 6: of macho way, we're going to fight.
- 30:26Speaker 5: We're going to fight. Faculty loves him. But then quietly,
- 30:29Speaker 5: who do they hire to be their lawyer?
- 30:31Speaker 6: A former lawyer for the Trump administration, formal lawyer for
- 30:34Speaker 6: Trump's business, And so they're sending a message to the Trumpet.
- 30:39Speaker 5: Don't worry about what we're saying to our faculty. We're really,
- 30:43Speaker 5: really willing to negotiate with you.
- 30:45Speaker 6: That's why we hired this guy is the lawyer, because
- 30:47Speaker 6: he has access to the White House.
- 30:49Speaker 5: He can talk to you, he can go and whisper.
- 30:52Speaker 6: While the administration talks loudly about how strong they're going
- 30:56Speaker 6: to stand up for the principles of academic freedom. It's
- 30:59Speaker 6: none about a creedom. This is about freedom for me.
- 31:02Speaker 6: But after it's one side.
- 31:04Speaker 3: I feel a name for a new movie, the Trump Whisperer.
- 31:08Speaker 3: The lawyers who were with Trump are Trump whisperers. You
- 31:11Speaker 3: hire them because they can whisper to the White House
- 31:14Speaker 3: behind Harvard's back. So, look, there's two issues here I
- 31:17Speaker 3: want to go over with you when it comes to
- 31:18Speaker 3: Harvard and Columbia and Stanford and all these Ivy League
- 31:21Speaker 3: and elite institutions. Number one is personally, I'm gonna say this, alum,
- 31:26Speaker 3: you're probably gonna.
- 31:27Speaker 4: Argue with me.
- 31:28Speaker 3: I don't know why we owe them any funding of
- 31:29Speaker 3: any kind, even if they weren't helping and protecting jew hatred.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Harvard has a fifty to sixty billion dollar endowment, Columbia
- 31:37Speaker 3: has a ten fifteen billion dollar endowment somewhere in that range.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Why do they need taxpayer money in the first place.
- 31:44Speaker 3: And if they're gonna allow je hatred, why even worry
- 31:47Speaker 3: about giving it back to them after they play, you know,
- 31:49Speaker 3: play the game with us and play along with us.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Just cut off the federal funding. Let them worry about
- 31:55Speaker 3: their own funding. Let them be private institution slash private companies.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Why should government be involved at all in funding Ivy
- 32:03Speaker 3: League institutions.
- 32:05Speaker 5: I don't disagree with you on this. Here's what should happen.
- 32:08Speaker 6: University shouldn't get funding individual scientists who are curing.
- 32:13Speaker 4: That's different.
- 32:15Speaker 6: DUDA mental health or a National Suit of health. They
- 32:19Speaker 6: should get funding right now. I don't trust universities to
- 32:23Speaker 6: take funding and decide.
- 32:24Speaker 5: How to allocate it.
- 32:25Speaker 6: Some of it is allocated church, but some of it's
- 32:28Speaker 6: given to Joseph Massaid so that he can call only
- 32:31Speaker 6: on people who represent one point propaganda, and you.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Can I hate Alan music song.
- 32:38Speaker 3: We're going to a quick break. Can you stay for
- 32:41Speaker 3: just one more segment? It's about a four minute break,
- 32:43Speaker 3: and then we keep you for another eight or.
- 32:45Speaker 4: Eight minutes or so.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Is that okay?
- 32:47Speaker 5: Perfect?
- 32:48Speaker 4: Okay? Good?
- 32:49Speaker 3: I want to get into the second half of my argument.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Sounds like we agree on the first half. If someone
- 32:53Speaker 3: is an American citizen and they want to scream to
- 32:56Speaker 3: you hatred, I'm not happy about it, but I'm not
- 32:57Speaker 3: taking you out of the country.
- 32:59Speaker 4: But if you're a Green card holder, you're here. It's

- 36:47Speaker 3: Root the Root, the Root the Roots on firerootfro America
- 36:50Speaker 3: dot com. We're with Alan Deerschwitz, one of the Great
- 36:52Speaker 3: Lawyers in America, Professor emeritus at Harvard Law School. Bestselling
- 36:57Speaker 3: author's new book is The Preventative State. Excuse me, the
- 37:01Speaker 3: preventive State. It's hard for me to get those words
- 37:03Speaker 3: right looking at it so quickly. The preventive state the
- 37:07Speaker 3: challenge of preventing serious harms while preserving essential liberties.
- 37:12Speaker 4: So here's a couple of alan. Here's a couple of issues.
- 37:15Speaker 1: I was gonna ask him.
- 37:16Speaker 3: We got back about the green card holder who says,
- 37:20Speaker 3: I hate Jews, I hate America, I want to kill Jews,
- 37:23Speaker 3: I want to stop juice from going to class. Do
- 37:26Speaker 3: you agree that President Trump has a right to revoke
- 37:29Speaker 3: their green card and ship them out of the country.
- 37:33Speaker 6: I do, especially if he lied about his application and
- 37:38Speaker 6: didn't disclose his views when he got his student and
- 37:42Speaker 6: his green card.
- 37:43Speaker 5: He's entitled to due process.
- 37:44Speaker 6: He's entitled to challenge all of that, and he's entitled
- 37:48Speaker 6: to demonstrate that no, he had nothing to do with
- 37:50Speaker 6: the pamphlet that he handed out. It's not gonna be
- 37:52Speaker 6: able to prove that titles to every bit of due process.
- 37:57Speaker 6: But in the end, we don't want him in this country.
- 38:00Speaker 6: If he hates America. Hates the Western culture, if he
- 38:04Speaker 6: hates Jews, and if he's fomenting violence at Columbia University.
- 38:10Speaker 5: So the executive brand government is entitled to determine who becomes.
- 38:15Speaker 6: An American, and they can do that through their immigration policy,
- 38:21Speaker 6: but they have to do it right.
- 38:22Speaker 5: They have to do it with due process.
- 38:24Speaker 4: And I three that good.
- 38:27Speaker 6: I think with what's going to come down, it's going
- 38:31Speaker 6: to say you have the substant of power to do it,
- 38:33Speaker 6: but make sure you do it right. If you make
- 38:35Speaker 6: a mistake, you know, cure your mistake, give the person
- 38:38Speaker 6: an opportunity to disprove.
- 38:40Speaker 5: What you're alleging.
- 38:41Speaker 6: But if in the end it turns out that this
- 38:44Speaker 6: is a man who came into the country in order
- 38:46Speaker 6: to prevent violence, and he misled to people who gave
- 38:50Speaker 6: him the visa and the green card, and then he
- 38:52Speaker 6: continued to do these kinds of things, it doesn't require
- 38:55Speaker 6: criminal conduct to have him important.
- 38:57Speaker 5: This is not a criminal case. This is OK.
- 39:00Speaker 4: And it happened again today.
- 39:02Speaker 3: By the way, there's a headline out there that a
- 39:04Speaker 3: Columbia University student who was leading the rallies to you know,
- 39:07Speaker 3: hate the Jews and destroy Israel and et cetera, et cetera.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Went for some sort of a citizenship meeting and the
- 39:16Speaker 3: ice grabbed him on the spot and they're going to
- 39:18Speaker 3: deport him. Just happened, I guess hours ago. So it's
- 39:22Speaker 3: happening again. What's amazing to me, Alan is just I'm
- 39:26Speaker 3: sixty three years old, and I always thought America loved Jews,
- 39:29Speaker 3: and I thought America was great to Jews. And I've
- 39:31Speaker 3: never heard Jew hatred rear its ugly head in my
- 39:35Speaker 3: lifetime in America. Maybe one hundred years ago and one
- 39:37Speaker 3: hundred and fifty years ago, but not in my lifetime.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Everyone's always been good to me, and no one said,
- 39:42Speaker 3: oh my god, WANs a Jew?
- 39:44Speaker 1: Where did this come from?
- 39:46Speaker 4: Out of the blue.
- 39:48Speaker 5: Well, it's amazing.
- 39:50Speaker 2: You know.
- 39:50Speaker 6: When I graduated Yelaw School, it was first in my class.
- 39:53Speaker 6: I was suprin court law clerk. That was the editor
- 39:54Speaker 6: in chief of the Yaleo adjournal. I got turned down
- 39:57Speaker 6: thirty two two Wall Street firms because my name was
- 40:00Speaker 6: erc but that and then.
- 40:04Speaker 5: Suddenly Jews were accepted all over.
- 40:08Speaker 6: What's going on now is that the hard left has
- 40:11Speaker 6: dominated at universities and they have created the atmosphere to
- 40:17Speaker 6: promote anti semitism. Let me tell you what the worst
- 40:20Speaker 6: aspect of it.
- 40:22Speaker 5: It isn't even part of what the government has been
- 40:23Speaker 5: demanding of Harvard.
- 40:25Speaker 6: These special programs, these ethnic studies departments, Native Americans, gay
- 40:30Speaker 6: studies departments, you know, they are hotbeds of anti Semitism.
- 40:36Speaker 6: The university should abolish every one of them, including, now
- 40:40Speaker 6: this is going to be a surprise to you, they
- 40:41Speaker 6: should abolish Jewish studies programs. Jewish have become one of
- 40:48Speaker 6: the worst, most anti Zionists. You want to take a course, fine,
- 40:53Speaker 6: you want to take a course in gay seties, Fine,
- 40:55Speaker 6: don't create a department, because if we have a department,
- 40:58Speaker 6: it becomes advocacy. It's no longer academic. Now it stands
- 41:03Speaker 6: for something. Now I have to push for something. So
- 41:06Speaker 6: the gay rights department advocates gay right, doesn't study it,
- 41:10Speaker 6: and advocates it. The programs that deal with critical rape studies,
- 41:16Speaker 6: they're not critical, they're uncritical race studies.
- 41:19Speaker 5: And so I would every one of these departments abolished.
- 41:23Speaker 6: I want to get back to where we're teaching math
- 41:25Speaker 6: and geography and history and make sure that even those
- 41:30Speaker 6: are objective.
- 41:31Speaker 5: That you know, I took fifty years at Oread. I
- 41:34Speaker 5: never expressed a personal viewing class.
- 41:37Speaker 6: My students who came to my class didn't know where
- 41:39Speaker 6: I stood on issues.
- 41:40Speaker 5: If you want to read what I write outside of class.
- 41:43Speaker 6: Go ahead and do it, but never in the classroom.
- 41:47Speaker 6: I used to be Devil's advocate time, but one year
- 41:50Speaker 6: I didn't have to be a Devil's advocate because I
- 41:52Speaker 6: had Ted Cruise in my class, so he was the
- 41:54Speaker 6: devil himself.
- 41:57Speaker 5: For my best ever.
- 41:58Speaker 6: But you know, I always use different tone because I'm
- 42:02Speaker 6: trying to teach my students how to think, not what
- 42:05Speaker 6: to think.
- 42:06Speaker 4: Love it, love it. I'm on your team, Alan, I
- 42:08Speaker 4: hope you're on my team.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Most of the time.
- 42:10Speaker 4: We tend agree. Today we agree on everything.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Alan jer Schwitz, hold up your book if you got
- 42:14Speaker 3: it there. The prevent The Preventive State. The Preventive State,
