- 0:55SPEAKER_01: The makers of us noticed nothing at first.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: So wary of takers, they planned for the worst.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: They hustled, traded and worked the whole day.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: And the takers retreated in total dismay.

- 1:34SPEAKER_01: The takers grew weary from trying to plunder, foiled every time, and left there to wander.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Unable to pilfer a pound or a pence, they couldn't compel, so they had to convince.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Forbidden to take, they had to do good, so life kept improving, just as it should.

- 2:14SPEAKER_01: Folks worked and traded and gave from the heart.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: And mutual aid played a critical part.

- 2:25SPEAKER_01: As Uz was now buzzing with compassion and choice.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: Uz became known as a city of gold, where everyone wanted to live and grow old.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: Till one day, a dark mage discovered the spell.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: He said, these makers don't give quite enough of themselves.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: The old wizard's magic's no good for the needy.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: It lets all the town folk be selfish and greedy.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: So the dark mage encanted with black magic,
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: strong, to cancel the spell that had righted the wrongs.
