- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the almost famous podcast with iHeartRadio.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Hey everybody, it's Bob getting here. I'm a little bit famous.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Our Farmer Wants a Wife recap Episode six and I'm with,
- 0:13Speaker 2: of course, super producer to the stars, the beautiful and
- 0:17Speaker 2: talented Heather Monday.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Oh you're so kind, Bob.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Heather.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Hi, I couldn't help, but notice you look very tan today.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Well, I've been outside for the better part of the
- 0:29Speaker 2: day manning a tug of war station at my son's
- 0:34Speaker 2: elementary school. They had a field day today and so
- 0:39Speaker 2: Kenyon and I volunteered to take over the one of
- 0:43Speaker 2: the stations in the field day. And we were at
- 0:45Speaker 2: the tug of war. And let me just tell you,
- 0:48Speaker 2: tug war is still as aggressive as I remember it
- 0:52Speaker 2: from elementary school.
- 0:53Speaker 3: I was a little kid. I would played it myself
- 0:56Speaker 3: in a lot of time.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Somehow got roped pardon the pun, got roped into myself
- 1:04Speaker 2: versus the entire one of the entire little sub sections
- 1:07Speaker 2: of the first grade class today and I lost.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I lost, went down hard.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Tug of war seems like it could have been a
- 1:13Speaker 1: perfect thing to be on Farmer once a wife. We
- 1:16Speaker 1: should have seen some tug of war on the farm.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Wouldn't that have been nice?
- 1:20Speaker 1: Why don't you remind us what we did see this episode?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Well, you know, we finally got to see a little
- 1:27Speaker 2: bit more of the material that I am used to
- 1:29Speaker 2: viewing from the dating shows that I've watched and participated
- 1:33Speaker 2: in over the years. Things finally got a little bit
- 1:35Speaker 2: more flirty, a little more physical, and it was actually
- 1:39Speaker 2: kind of nice because yet again, and I won't spoil
- 1:43Speaker 2: it yet, but yet again, I think I'm right about
- 1:46Speaker 2: some stuff, and we saw that on this episode. I
- 1:50Speaker 2: think that you might be right on some things. I
- 1:52Speaker 2: think we saw that on this show.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Was also brutally wrong on something too, Yeah.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Which I think we'll see I think is a same
- 2:00Speaker 2: thing I was talking about where I.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Was super right.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Listen, Yeah, we got blindfolds, we got web cream. Sounds
- 2:05Speaker 2: like episode one of the Bachelor, but no, it's episode six.
- 2:09Speaker 3: A farmer wants a wife.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Okay, before we get into it, I also want to
- 2:13Speaker 1: say something. I'm not going to spoil this whatsoever, but
- 2:19Speaker 1: somebody from the cast over the weekend posted a photo
- 2:27Speaker 1: to Instagram stories, and I'm going to say that there
- 2:32Speaker 1: was something reflective in the photo, and this is how
- 2:37Speaker 1: crazy I am. I zoomed in to the reflective part
- 2:44Speaker 1: and I saw something that I think possibly could have
- 2:50Speaker 1: spoiled the ending of this season. I'm going to keep
- 2:55Speaker 1: it to myself.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Do you think you're the only one crazy enough to
- 2:58Speaker 3: do this?
- 2:58Speaker 2: If you're telling me right now, that means somebody else
- 3:01Speaker 2: out there probably did something.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Maybe somebody else did this. I am going to keep
- 3:07Speaker 1: it to myself until the end of the season, and
- 3:10Speaker 1: if I'm right, I will then reveal what said picture
- 3:14Speaker 1: was what I saw and we can kind of go
- 3:17Speaker 1: from there. But for now, I think I think I
- 3:23Speaker 1: might have seen something I wasn't supposed to see. That's
- 3:25Speaker 1: all I'm going to say in this situation. But this
- 3:31Speaker 1: was an interesting little episode, you know. It kicks off
- 3:35Speaker 1: with a voiceover of Kimberly saying that you know, it's
- 3:39Speaker 1: a final shot at Connection this week, and the Farmers
- 3:43Speaker 1: will be going on blind dates and then they have
- 3:47Speaker 1: to choose who their final two will be. Yes, Kimberly
- 3:51Speaker 1: says that soon the Farmers will introduce their final two
- 3:54Speaker 1: women to their family and friends, so she has something
- 3:58Speaker 1: for them to explore. They're more intimate side of their relationship.
- 4:03Speaker 1: In hopes of helping them to make those final decisions.
- 4:08Speaker 1: So right away we start off on Farmer Brett's farm,
- 4:13Speaker 1: and Sophia right away has said she's got to have
- 4:18Speaker 1: to change of heart. She knows that there is not
- 4:21Speaker 1: a connection like he has with Hannah and Quinn, and
- 4:24Speaker 1: so it's you know, her time to go, which I've
- 4:28Speaker 1: been saying for the last two weeks. When she sat
- 4:33Speaker 1: around the table and Farmer Brett was like, should anybody
- 4:36Speaker 1: anybody have anything to say, I was like, Sophia should
- 4:38Speaker 1: have raised her hand and been like, I need I
- 4:41Speaker 1: should leave. I am I am the fourth person in
- 4:45Speaker 1: this love triangle and I know yeah, so yeah. She
- 4:49Speaker 1: kicks off the episode by saying that, and he does not,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you know, try to convince her to stay at all.
- 4:55Speaker 1: He agrees with her, and he says he appreciates her
- 4:59Speaker 1: for not dragging the.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Yeah again, our farmer's getting off easy.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Exactly, exactly, Yeah, but one of them doesn't. For sure,
- 5:08Speaker 1: this episode has to have a really uh, the hard,
- 5:12Speaker 1: the hard and fast breakup. And then we get a
- 5:14Speaker 1: little moment from Hannah in this situation with Sophia leaving,
- 5:19Speaker 1: Hannah saying an interview that she's scared that Brett could
- 5:23Speaker 1: break her heart. Is this foreshadowing I don't.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Know, or is it production re building their twisty little knife.
- 5:32Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm still even still after this episode.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I'm still a little perplexed on what's going on with
- 5:39Speaker 1: Farmer Brett. But anyways, Uh, Then the ladies all get
- 5:43Speaker 1: cards from Kimberly telling them to write down their most
- 5:46Speaker 1: ideal date and the farmer will pick the one he
- 5:50Speaker 1: is most drawn to without knowing who wrote it. She
- 5:54Speaker 1: wants them to get physical, flirty, and have some fun. Now,
- 5:59Speaker 1: what did you think the idea is cute? Of write
- 6:03Speaker 1: down the blind date and then the farmer chooses the
- 6:09Speaker 1: one that he's in air quotes most connected to. Yeah,
- 6:14Speaker 1: when you watch this, I want to know if you
- 6:16Speaker 1: watched it like I did, what did you think about
- 6:19Speaker 1: the choices and who got their their dates chosen? What
- 6:23Speaker 1: did you think about that?
- 6:24Speaker 3: I thought I didn't think it was random at all.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Actually, thank you? And how do we know it's not random?
- 6:31Speaker 3: Because I was right again.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Because every girl who got the one on one date
- 6:36Speaker 1: was a girl who has not gotten a one on
- 6:37Speaker 1: one date yet.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Oh nice, I didn't even notice that I knew of
- 6:41Speaker 2: course with my Casey that was the case.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but I wasn't sure with everybody else all three.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So now by getting them the blind date, now every
- 6:51Speaker 1: girl in each farm has had her one on one
- 6:54Speaker 1: experience with the farmers.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Nice call, nice poll. I didn't even notice that.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I feel like I'm kind kind of ruining it by
- 7:01Speaker 1: saying that, But that is the case, guys when you
- 7:04Speaker 1: watch it. So farmer Braden's farm, Casey wants to get
- 7:09Speaker 1: the solo date. They haven't had time yet to be flirty,
- 7:13Speaker 1: and she wants to let her guard down. Cameron doesn't
- 7:17Speaker 1: let her intimate side show to just anyone, so you
- 7:20Speaker 1: know that would be a big step for her, and
- 7:22Speaker 1: Brittany is feeling confident even if she doesn't get chosen.
- 7:26Speaker 1: She's like, I feel good about this connection, Like I'm good.
- 7:31Speaker 1: And so Farmer Braden ends up choosing his cooking date
- 7:36Speaker 1: cooking by the fire date, yes, and then Farmer Sean
- 7:41Speaker 1: at his farm. Carson doesn't think she has a leg
- 7:44Speaker 1: up because her and Sean kissed the night before. Now
- 7:48Speaker 1: we remember they didn't just kiss once, they kissed twice.
- 7:53Speaker 1: They kissed around the fire with the s'mores, and then
- 7:55Speaker 1: they kissed again at the door. I wonder I want
- 7:59Speaker 1: to get your opinion on this. Carson pulled Sean in
- 8:04Speaker 1: the previous episode and she did her own little one
- 8:06Speaker 1: on one thing yep, and then jumping ahead, she gets
- 8:10Speaker 1: the one on one date again in this episode. It's
- 8:14Speaker 1: an official date, you know what I mean.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Right, because they hadn't had one previously, They.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Hadn't had one set up previously, but she's already pulled
- 8:22Speaker 1: him for that one on one moment mini date essentially.
- 8:27Speaker 3: I think it's funny that you used that.
- 8:28Speaker 2: You use the terminology Carson and leg up because I
- 8:33Speaker 2: feel like this date, Uh, there were legs all over
- 8:37Speaker 2: the place in this date, there was they were legs,
- 8:41Speaker 2: they were wrapped. Yeah, there's some stuff going on on
- 8:46Speaker 2: this one.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I still want to make it weird. But have you
- 8:49Speaker 1: ever done tantric yoga?
- 8:52Speaker 2: Uh?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Okay, I have.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Done it, and it actually is uh it's interesting.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I mean it's you know, I did it in a
- 9:02Speaker 2: in a kind of like a hot environment, and so
- 9:07Speaker 2: that made it even more aggressive. I mean it was like, uh,
- 9:11Speaker 2: you know, it's definitely a different experience. It's impossible to
- 9:15Speaker 2: avoid avoid feeling intimate of course if you're not feeling it.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's like I hate to say this because it
- 9:22Speaker 1: comes up every season, but with like Dancing with the Stars,
- 9:26Speaker 1: it's like the the intimacy of dancing that close to
- 9:30Speaker 1: your partner. Not saying it leads to anything, but that
- 9:33Speaker 1: is a very intimate connection dancers have to have with
- 9:37Speaker 1: one another, knowing each other's body. So uh interesting that
- 9:40Speaker 1: you say that. So uh so, Carson says she doesn't
- 9:44Speaker 1: feel like she's advanced, you know uh in the competition
- 9:47Speaker 1: because of the the kiss the night before. Olivia says
- 9:51Speaker 1: intimacy is a slower burn for her in this environment.
- 9:58Speaker 2: I know this was your this is your horse, this
- 10:01Speaker 2: was this is where you had your money.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I was so dead set on that one. But anyways,
- 10:07Speaker 1: Sean ends up choosing the date where they will use
- 10:10Speaker 1: their bodies. Yes, and then at Farmer Brett's Shocker Shocker right,
- 10:16Speaker 1: Farmer Brett's farm, Brett chooses the date where he doesn't
- 10:19Speaker 1: have to get nicked.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Yep, I mean he basically says it too.
- 10:24Speaker 2: He basically does, I'm choosing the one where I get
- 10:26Speaker 2: to keep on my pants.
- 10:31Speaker 3: You might not have said exactly that, but it.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Was basically He definitely said Nicked.
- 10:35Speaker 3: I want to get nick.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It was so funny. He chooses the taste testing date
- 10:42Speaker 1: over having his body painted on, which the girls are
- 10:46Speaker 1: both Hannah and Quinn are both just laughing hysterically when
- 10:50Speaker 1: he's like reading the cards out loud. They're trying to
- 10:53Speaker 1: keep it together. When he makes his choice, and Brett
- 10:56Speaker 1: says he's ready for a little romance. In his interview,
- 11:00Speaker 1: he only wanted to get intimate with his final two.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, boy boy guy. He planned it out, he knows,
- 11:10Speaker 2: he knows what he's doing that date.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Okay, I watched it, not saying I watched it a
- 11:19Speaker 1: couple of times.
- 11:20Speaker 3: But how many times did you watched it a couple
- 11:23Speaker 3: of times?
- 11:23Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 11:24Speaker 3: That playback was on. It was probably worn out on
- 11:26Speaker 3: your phone or on your on your laptop.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I can't, I can't, oh far, Brett, I.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Don't won't have to get naked on this date.
- 11:36Speaker 1: It was just it was the fact that he said
- 11:38Speaker 1: niked like the A was missing. It was naked. It
- 11:42Speaker 1: was just I was like, okay, okay, uh, Sean's date.
- 11:46Speaker 1: So he ends up showing up to this tantric yoga
- 11:50Speaker 1: and it's Carson and he says, this is surprising to him,
- 11:54Speaker 1: and he's never done tantric yoga. He says, he's never
- 11:58Speaker 1: heard of it at and come on, well, he's twenty two,
- 12:05Speaker 1: so I think we just have to keep reminding ourselves
- 12:07Speaker 1: that he's twenty two.
- 12:08Speaker 2: You know what he has heard of though, taking his
- 12:10Speaker 2: shirt off, because he does that next poor thing.
- 12:14Speaker 1: So he comes back and he's in this She says
- 12:17Speaker 1: he has to go change. He's in this tank top
- 12:20Speaker 1: that I swear if he took it off, would probably
- 12:23Speaker 1: be a baby tea or something. It was so tight
- 12:27Speaker 1: and form fitting. I was like, dang, those guns are
- 12:32Speaker 1: on display. It was like the guns walk like I've seen.
- 12:36Speaker 1: We've seen him shirtless. But for some reason, that tank
- 12:40Speaker 1: top made the arms look absolutely insane when he watched.
- 12:45Speaker 3: And it's an old producer's check.
- 12:46Speaker 2: You know. You throw the guy in the in the
- 12:48Speaker 2: tight tank top makes him look even more.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Ripped or more fat.
- 12:52Speaker 2: If he's fat, it makes him look like whatever he is,
- 12:55Speaker 2: this dude is ripped.
- 12:56Speaker 3: The tighter tank top makes him look ripped. It's even
- 12:58Speaker 3: more ripped.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Perfect it is crazy new less say.
- 13:02Speaker 2: What had the opposite effect on me? You know, me
- 13:05Speaker 2: throwing on that tank top. They'd be like, oh, oh okay,
- 13:09Speaker 2: how'd this guy slip through the sensors?
- 13:12Speaker 1: They would have been like, can you can you take
- 13:15Speaker 1: that off? Over over there?
- 13:17Speaker 3: We don't need to take it off.
- 13:18Speaker 2: I can.
- 13:18Speaker 3: In fact, you know what we're gonna do. We're gonna
- 13:19Speaker 3: put a sweater on you.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Immediately though, he comes out in that tank top and
- 13:25Speaker 1: Carson says he's gonna have to take his shirt off.
- 13:27Speaker 1: So again, more shirtless, Sean, which I should have been
- 13:32Speaker 1: running a tally or something of how many times we've
- 13:35Speaker 1: either gotten a preview shot of him, whether he's taking
- 13:39Speaker 1: his shirt off. I feel like it's every episode.
- 13:41Speaker 2: When our best friend Molly sets us up with the
- 13:43Speaker 2: reunion show, we will we will have to have one
- 13:45Speaker 2: of those little.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Ting ting tank ting, ting, ting ting ting thing, just
- 13:49Speaker 1: just a just a montage of all the shirtless shots. Yes, So,
- 13:53Speaker 1: Sean says he really likes that Carson has a playful
- 13:56Speaker 1: side and that she brings that out of him.
- 13:58Speaker 2: I gotta be honest, Cars, and I mean, and I
- 14:01Speaker 2: mean this not offensively at all, but Carson wasn't even
- 14:04Speaker 2: like necessarily a blip on my radar with him up
- 14:07Speaker 2: until recently, and I think that she all of a
- 14:10Speaker 2: sudden went from zero to hero in like two episodes.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Well, it makes me ask the question burying the lead. No,
- 14:19Speaker 1: my question is do we think she really likes him?
- 14:23Speaker 1: Or do we think she really likes to win?
- 14:26Speaker 4: Oh?
- 14:27Speaker 1: And I'm asking that objectively people. I do not have
- 14:32Speaker 1: feelings towards that. But if you remember, remember that first
- 14:37Speaker 1: time he pulled her out and was like, what's your deal? Like,
- 14:41Speaker 1: do you like, do you want to be here? Whatever?
- 14:43Speaker 1: And she was like, have you sent me home? I'm cool,
- 14:46Speaker 1: I'm not invested.
- 14:47Speaker 2: You know, I gotta be honest. Do you remember that?
- 14:49Speaker 2: But part of me actually respected that move by her.
- 14:54Speaker 2: She was like, look, dude, I haven't spent any time
- 14:56Speaker 2: with you, Like when am I supposed to sit around
- 14:57Speaker 2: and cry?
- 14:57Speaker 3: I mean, to be fair, I did say that to Trista.
- 15:01Speaker 2: You know when when she was taking all these guys
- 15:03Speaker 2: on solo dates and I was playing basketball at the
- 15:06Speaker 2: house and I remember she came over to the edge
- 15:08Speaker 2: of the thing and she looked gorgeous. You know, She's like,
- 15:10Speaker 2: are you guys not even gonna come up here and
- 15:11Speaker 2: greet me? And I'm like, you're taking five of my
- 15:14Speaker 2: best friends the sea world. I'm like, what I'm I'm playing? Oops,
- 15:18Speaker 2: what do you want me? I'm not supposed to come
- 15:19Speaker 2: up there and cry? Yeah, And it was it was
- 15:21Speaker 2: sincere because at the time it wasn't like a big deal,
- 15:24Speaker 2: it wasn't meant to be anything. But it was like,
- 15:27Speaker 2: at the time, I felt like, this is almost as
- 15:29Speaker 2: much about self preservations as it is about getting to
- 15:33Speaker 2: know these people. And if I'm not getting a chance
- 15:35Speaker 2: to get to know them, what am I supposed to do? Right?
- 15:38Speaker 3: It's like I can't. I don't control this thing totally.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Yeah, you're you're a piece on on the chess board. Yeah,
- 15:46Speaker 1: I was gonna speak in an idiom, and then I
- 15:49Speaker 1: remember we get negative comments about that, so I'm stopping myself.
- 15:53Speaker 3: You're you're a cog in the wheel.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Yes, you're a cog in the wheel. But yeah, it
- 15:59Speaker 1: may makes me wonder. I think that they have physical
- 16:03Speaker 1: chemistry with each other. I feel like that's very obvious.
- 16:06Speaker 3: You think, after this episode, there's no question, and.
- 16:09Speaker 1: She's clearly vibing with that she's alluding to in her
- 16:14Speaker 1: interview of them having good sex. You know, after this
- 16:18Speaker 1: experience in this.
- 16:20Speaker 2: In this thing, she's like, you know, well my dad
- 16:23Speaker 2: might watch this, so I need to be careful. And
- 16:25Speaker 2: then next thing, you know, she's like, oh, we got
- 16:28Speaker 2: this chemistry.
- 16:29Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Well, she's also the one that was like, I'm going
- 16:32Speaker 1: on a date with him and I am not going
- 16:34Speaker 1: to kiss him, and then fast forward five seconds and
- 16:37Speaker 1: she was kissing him. So it's like, yeah, I love
- 16:40Speaker 1: I love that you have the forward thought of thinking
- 16:43Speaker 1: my dad will watch this, my family will watch this,
- 16:45Speaker 1: and then also just being like get and then just
- 16:48Speaker 1: like doing what you want. But it does make me
- 16:51Speaker 1: wonder because, like you said, it's it's gone from zero
- 16:55Speaker 1: to hero. It's it's really you know, ramped up in
- 16:57Speaker 1: the in the you know, last couple of weeks. And
- 17:02Speaker 1: it makes me wonder of is she feeling the vibe
- 17:06Speaker 1: and liking where this is going, or is she like,
- 17:10Speaker 1: I'm not losing this guy on national television to these gals.
- 17:14Speaker 3: You know, that's always been my thing on that show too.
- 17:16Speaker 3: I always think that's part of that.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I say this objectively, I don't know Carson. I
- 17:21Speaker 1: don't know this connection. I'm not in it, but it's
- 17:24Speaker 1: something worth noting because they do kiss again on this
- 17:28Speaker 1: tantric date, and you know, like I said, she implies
- 17:32Speaker 1: that they would have good intimacy. She says, hell.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go. I believe she may have even said.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Hell yeah he did, Yeah, hell yeah.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Isn't that when they said she said? The producer said,
- 17:44Speaker 2: what would you ask?
- 17:44Speaker 3: Is this the one?
- 17:45Speaker 2: What would you ask if I were if you were me,
- 17:48Speaker 2: what would you ask? Do I think after today's date
- 17:51Speaker 2: we would have good chemistry? Okay, so what would you answer?
- 17:55Speaker 3: Hell?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, Yeah.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Sorry dad. I was at least show a sorry dad.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Over on Farmer Braden's farm his day. I'm just gonna
- 18:15Speaker 1: say this because it hasn't been brought up all season,
- 18:19Speaker 1: and I think it's kind of a shame because it's
- 18:21Speaker 1: a it's a cool element of him. Farmer Braiden is
- 18:25Speaker 1: a musician, and we're not seeing any of that on
- 18:28Speaker 1: the show. Yes, we haven't seen him bring the women
- 18:34Speaker 1: into that side of his life. All we've consistently seen
- 18:38Speaker 1: and heard this entire season is do you want to
- 18:41Speaker 1: move to the farm. I can't leave the farm. The
- 18:43Speaker 1: farm doesn't get picked up in it's a family business.
- 18:46Speaker 1: This is what I need. It's just like to me,
- 18:49Speaker 1: I'm also like, let's see other facets of you. You're
- 18:52Speaker 1: a creative, you know, like, let's let the women in
- 18:56Speaker 1: to see your like a little bit more of your
- 18:58Speaker 1: romantic side. I think that would have been kind of
- 19:01Speaker 1: like swooney and I would have been like, ooh, farmer Braden,
- 19:05Speaker 1: you know what I mean. So I think that's kind
- 19:07Speaker 1: of like a fail that we're not seeing like this
- 19:10Speaker 1: other element to him. But anyways, uh so he picked
- 19:13Speaker 1: Casey for his date. Oh yeah, you like Casey, I do.
- 19:20Speaker 1: And Casey says, intimacy to her is having an emotional
- 19:24Speaker 1: connection that is more important to her than the physical,
- 19:29Speaker 1: and so she wants to share something with farmer Braden,
- 19:32Speaker 1: which is, you know, her family has this cookie recipe
- 19:36Speaker 1: that her grandmother made that has been passed down to
- 19:38Speaker 1: her parents and now she's doing it. So that's like
- 19:41Speaker 1: letting him into the inner circle of her life and
- 19:47Speaker 1: sharing something you know, intimate.
- 19:49Speaker 2: And she's adorable in the process too. By the way,
- 19:52Speaker 2: I feel like they really start vibing here.
- 19:54Speaker 1: It's kind of neat, yeah, because she's like spraying whipped
- 19:57Speaker 1: cream in his mouth and like they're just having fun.
- 20:01Speaker 1: And then she you know, immediately outside says, you know,
- 20:06Speaker 1: she's been feeling like kind of anxious about this, but
- 20:10Speaker 1: this has been this experience has been the longest she's
- 20:13Speaker 1: been away from her family.
- 20:15Speaker 2: This is when you start realizing how young these people are,
- 20:19Speaker 2: you know what I mean, Like, I mean, it's one
- 20:21Speaker 2: of those things where you're like, uh, you know, like
- 20:24Speaker 2: I remember for me, it was like, you know, I
- 20:26Speaker 2: had been touring since I was twenty three years old,
- 20:29Speaker 2: So going on the Bachelorette, I was like, oh, yeah,
- 20:32Speaker 2: I've been gone for you know, five days or six
- 20:35Speaker 2: weeks or whatever it was. Yeah, I don't even know
- 20:37Speaker 2: how long was, but it was like, you know, you
- 20:39Speaker 2: start realizing. But I mean, Kimberly I noticed it as
- 20:43Speaker 2: the host on the show did kind of throw in
- 20:44Speaker 2: there that they've been there for several weeks, Like, I
- 20:47Speaker 2: don't know if I remember her saying that. So that
- 20:49Speaker 2: was interesting because in my mind, this process has gone
- 20:52Speaker 2: a whole lot faster than actually it taking this long
- 20:57Speaker 2: to get to episode six.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Like I was kind of surprised that I.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Should find out how long the filming is for this show.
- 21:04Speaker 4: I would guess I would have guessed three weeks, top.
- 21:09Speaker 1: No, I would guess it's in the six to eight
- 21:11Speaker 1: week range.
- 21:12Speaker 2: With the content though, it's crazy. I mean it's like
- 21:14Speaker 2: I don't feel like we're seeing enough content for.
- 21:16Speaker 3: That long of us.
- 21:18Speaker 1: But remember, like then they're also like they're taking them
- 21:22Speaker 1: to and from the farm. Those are travel days, they're
- 21:26Speaker 1: going to and from the race track. Those are got
- 21:28Speaker 1: travel days in there.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Yeah, that's true.
- 21:30Speaker 1: The one on one dates are more than likely filmed
- 21:34Speaker 1: on their own days, not with the group dates.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:37Speaker 1: So, and then there's dark days, you know, so I
- 21:40Speaker 1: would say it's probably.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Didn't have those what you call dark days back in
- 21:45Speaker 2: the day films.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 21:47Speaker 3: I've never had.
- 21:47Speaker 2: A single day where there was not I don't remember
- 21:50Speaker 2: one single day where I didn't film.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Yeah, even on a travel day.
- 21:54Speaker 1: I was, yeah, that's crazy, that's crazy. Definitely, don't do
- 21:57Speaker 1: it like that anymore.
- 21:58Speaker 3: No Jetler World in reality telling them these things.
- 22:02Speaker 1: I think the crew needs to be treated with respect.
- 22:04Speaker 1: To farmer Branden when she brings up the fact that
- 22:07Speaker 1: you know she's this is the longest she's been away,
- 22:11Speaker 1: he says he understands that, but he also doesn't want
- 22:14Speaker 1: to lie and say he'll ever leave the farm because
- 22:17Speaker 1: he won't, So I respect that, you know, But really
- 22:20Speaker 1: what he's saying, and it's kind of similar to what
- 22:22Speaker 1: he said to Brittany too when she talked about, you know,
- 22:25Speaker 1: having to be she's in aesthetics and has to be
- 22:28Speaker 1: in a city and she can't, you know, do this
- 22:30Speaker 1: whole like super rural thing right away. You know, he
- 22:34Speaker 1: basically says in a roundabout way that he's willing to
- 22:38Speaker 1: do the long distance thing with the right person with
- 22:42Speaker 1: the anticipation of them eventually coming to the farm. And
- 22:45Speaker 1: he says, you know, to Casey that he wants her
- 22:50Speaker 1: to want to be on the farm and he and
- 22:53Speaker 1: he doesn't want to pressure her, and he thinks it
- 22:56Speaker 1: will be a good life for the right person living
- 22:58Speaker 1: on the farm. And I and I respect that, you know.
- 23:05Speaker 1: In my previous relationship, I only did long distance in
- 23:10Speaker 1: two situations that were work related, and they were only
- 23:15Speaker 1: for thirty days at a time. I don't know if
- 23:18Speaker 1: I've got it in me to do years of long distance.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I think that that is it's it's rough. And I
- 23:27Speaker 1: know you and I have spoken about it and that
- 23:29Speaker 1: you've done it and in the past, and that's a
- 23:33Speaker 1: whole layer of commitment on top of as an adult,
- 23:38Speaker 1: having your job, if you've got pet, if you've got
- 23:41Speaker 1: you know, if you've other people's situations, if you've got
- 23:45Speaker 1: kids from a previous you know, relationship or something. It's
- 23:48Speaker 1: just that is then approaching dating almost like a job
- 23:53Speaker 1: in the sense that you've got to have it scheduled,
- 23:55Speaker 1: You've got to have an end date. Right. You can't
- 23:58Speaker 1: be long distance for forever. It's just like a whole thing,
- 24:01Speaker 1: different time zone.
- 24:03Speaker 3: I'll say, like, you know, one of the hardest things.
- 24:05Speaker 2: I mean, I've I've had it, I guess a few
- 24:08Speaker 2: different times in my life, and I had it in
- 24:10Speaker 2: my previous marriage, which is ultimately what killed the marriage, right,
- 24:15Speaker 2: I mean, you can't. It's really difficult to stay connected
- 24:18Speaker 2: with someone when you're in different time zones for extended
- 24:20Speaker 2: periods of time, and you can love each other as
- 24:23Speaker 2: much as you want, but it becomes one of those
- 24:25Speaker 2: things where if you actually really want to be with
- 24:27Speaker 2: that person, then it's never going to work, right, And
- 24:30Speaker 2: then ultimately, like for Canyon and I mean, we've been
- 24:33Speaker 2: together now thirteen years, and it's interesting because we'll have
- 24:37Speaker 2: periods of time where I travel a ton, but I'm
- 24:40Speaker 2: still coming home. Yeah right, I still have a return
- 24:44Speaker 2: plane ticket, and you know, we'll make sure we have
- 24:47Speaker 2: adequate help with the kids because I miss the kids
- 24:50Speaker 2: so bad. And it's like I've become now more of
- 24:53Speaker 2: a curmudgeon than anyone when it comes to traveling, because
- 24:56Speaker 2: I'm like, no, I don't want to be away from
- 24:58Speaker 2: my children.
- 24:58Speaker 3: So I'll do this.
- 24:59Speaker 2: I'll fly in the day of and I'll still shoot
- 25:02Speaker 2: something and I'll fly out that night on the rad Eye,
- 25:04Speaker 2: you know.
- 25:05Speaker 1: And you and Ben Higgins. I was just saying this.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Ben travels so much too for work, and I don't
- 25:11Speaker 1: think people realize it. And he will do this exact
- 25:14Speaker 1: same thing. It's in and out. It's in and out.
- 25:16Speaker 1: And or he's got a project that he's working on
- 25:18Speaker 1: and he's taken the he's taken Jess and Winnie with him.
- 25:22Speaker 2: You know.
- 25:23Speaker 3: For part, that's the way to go. When you can
- 25:25Speaker 3: do that, that's the way to go.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Even still for me, with deal or no deal, I
- 25:28Speaker 2: still if it's an if it's going to be me
- 25:31Speaker 2: traveling to the West Coast or whatever it will be,
- 25:33Speaker 2: I'm taking the family, you know, And that's part of
- 25:35Speaker 2: the plan.
- 25:35Speaker 3: And I want to go somewhere where they got water slides.
- 25:39Speaker 2: I want to sell, especially if it's winter time in Michigan,
- 25:42Speaker 2: and I want to make sure that the kids are
- 25:43Speaker 2: having something fun to do and it's a fun experience
- 25:45Speaker 2: because I'm going to be working, but I want them
- 25:47Speaker 2: to have a great time. So it's you know, there's
- 25:49Speaker 2: certain things that you do that you know, even if
- 25:51Speaker 2: it's coming out of my pocket, I'll be like, I'll
- 25:53Speaker 2: pay for that, give me a media discount, let's go.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Well, I think you and I could both say safe
- 25:58Speaker 1: to say that long distance in your twenties is probably
- 26:04Speaker 1: really difficult. I mean, maybe it's got some easier aspects
- 26:09Speaker 1: to it because of the social media element and all
- 26:11Speaker 1: of that kind of stuff that is regularly available. But man,
- 26:15Speaker 1: plane tickets are expensive. Guys to like be hopping on
- 26:18Speaker 1: a plane all the time. I mean, power to people
- 26:21Speaker 1: who do it. I just I don't think I've got
- 26:23Speaker 1: it in me to do it.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:25Speaker 1: But anyways, Casey says that this chat with farmer Branden has,
- 26:31Speaker 1: you know, kind of relieved some of the stress that
- 26:33Speaker 1: she was feeling.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Which I gotta say we probably did not see that
- 26:37Speaker 2: part because I didn't see anything that would have been
- 26:41Speaker 2: a calming element for me other than him saying I
- 26:44Speaker 2: understand and I get it. It wasn't like he gave
- 26:47Speaker 2: her anything like, like, he didn't tell her that we
- 26:49Speaker 2: could start off line distance and make it work for
- 26:50Speaker 2: the right person. He tells her that I'm never leaving
- 26:53Speaker 2: the farm, so and she's like, Okay, this makes me
- 26:55Speaker 2: feel better. Don't get me wrong, Casey's my has been
- 27:00Speaker 2: my number one this whole time, so I want her
- 27:03Speaker 2: to feel comfortable because I have this desperate need to
- 27:06Speaker 2: be right. But I'm not one hundred percent sure that
- 27:09Speaker 2: I would have probably felt more comforted after that conversation,
- 27:13Speaker 2: at least what we saw, Like Casey, did you.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Know, agree, agree? And then what did you think of
- 27:19Speaker 1: this kiss scene between them?
- 27:21Speaker 2: Completely fabricated by the producers. But I'm excited. I'm thankful
- 27:24Speaker 2: for it because I was even at one point I'm
- 27:27Speaker 2: literally so this is this is a very unsafe thing
- 27:30Speaker 2: to admit, But I was watching this while driving.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Well, you seem to do that quite a bit.
- 27:35Speaker 3: I totally do.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Well. I was on my way to the kids Feels day,
- 27:38Speaker 2: and I'm like, I got to catch this last part
- 27:40Speaker 2: of the episode and so I'm like pulling you into
- 27:42Speaker 2: the kids parking lot. The kid my child's bide line
- 27:45Speaker 2: and I park and I'm like watching it the card.
- 27:47Speaker 3: I'm like just kiss her. Bro like, let's go. And
- 27:51Speaker 3: the whole time.
- 27:51Speaker 2: I'm just waiting, waiting, waiting, and then he doesn't and
- 27:54Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Then it's like, oh, I.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Needed to throw these back in the camp and the
- 27:59Speaker 2: fire for a little bit.
- 28:01Speaker 1: It was so it was so strange. It was like
- 28:05Speaker 1: we wrap things up. At their date. They did some
- 28:09Speaker 1: like weird hug right like side hug. There was a
- 28:12Speaker 1: side hug side hug, and then you think that the
- 28:15Speaker 1: date's over, and then we go to another farm and
- 28:19Speaker 1: then we do another flashback to farmer Braden's farm. It's
- 28:22Speaker 1: now dark, it's nighttime.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Those cookies were taking a long time. I think the
- 28:26Speaker 3: stove is broken the cookies.
- 28:28Speaker 1: And she comes back and is like, here, I got
- 28:31Speaker 1: these cookies for you, And then they do this whole
- 28:34Speaker 1: little kind of like awkward hug again and they're both like, oh,
- 28:39Speaker 1: the cameras, Oh where are they? I hate the cameras.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Reality show.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Where where then and then he goes in for the
- 28:48Speaker 1: kiss and they kiss and we're getting the shaky camera
- 28:53Speaker 1: shot the shaky camera, and I wanted to be like,
- 28:57Speaker 1: why are you shooting them long, Like, why aren't you
- 29:01Speaker 1: just up there doing the thing?
- 29:03Speaker 2: Probably because they're just two, both of them are two,
- 29:05Speaker 2: And I don't know. I think I think one of
- 29:08Speaker 2: two things.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Either. First of all, she is adorable, and I.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Think that you know, she she obviously wanted to kiss
- 29:15Speaker 2: him to see if she had some chemistry with him.
- 29:17Speaker 3: I think he's a little intimidated by her.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Well, he keeps saying, I'm in trouble.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm in trouble.
- 29:23Speaker 2: But I think of all the girls he's kissed, they've
- 29:26Speaker 2: all basically kissed him and then but she wasn't doing it,
- 29:31Speaker 2: and so I think he had to make the move.
- 29:33Speaker 2: And I don't think he was comfortable making the move,
- 29:36Speaker 2: and so they basically and because I don't even know
- 29:37Speaker 2: if you noticed, when he's walking away, he's like, nice job.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Boys, way to put that together there.
- 29:43Speaker 2: He was like basically calling him out for setting them up,
- 29:45Speaker 2: you know, but they had to. They had to set
- 29:48Speaker 2: him up. It was like, bro, you're you're going to
- 29:50Speaker 2: be the only one getting to the finals without kissing
- 29:52Speaker 2: this girl. And I think they all knew she was
- 29:55Speaker 2: the right.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Girl, or maybe they had to come to Jesus moment
- 29:58Speaker 1: with her because she he was setting it up on
- 30:01Speaker 1: that cooking thing of intimacy to me is not physical.
- 30:06Speaker 1: So I was getting the vibe she didn't want to
- 30:10Speaker 1: and maybe somebody said to her after, are you sure
- 30:16Speaker 1: you don't want to kiss him? After that conversation, That
- 30:19Speaker 1: conversation seemed to go, well you sure you sure? She
- 30:22Speaker 1: was like, okay, I will, and then he was and
- 30:26Speaker 1: they were like to him, they were like, okay, she says,
- 30:28Speaker 1: she's fine with it. You can sit a.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Wardrobe change in between these, by the way, because all
- 30:33Speaker 2: of a sudden I noticed her wardrobe.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Can't call me out on that.
- 30:36Speaker 3: I just got on like a short skirt and boots
- 30:38Speaker 3: at the end, and I was like, that's a different outfit.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I did not clock that.
- 30:43Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure she did. In which case, good Anya,
- 30:46Speaker 2: because Casey like adorbs.
- 30:48Speaker 1: And then I mean, all the girls are so cute
- 30:51Speaker 1: on this show. It's incredible. Okay, Farmer Bread's date, are you.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Okay to talk about this public? Are you gonna be
- 31:09Speaker 3: all right?
- 31:11Speaker 1: Speaking of wardrobe, let's talk about Farmer Brett's wardrobe for
- 31:16Speaker 1: this date. The cream on cream.
- 31:19Speaker 2: MM.
- 31:20Speaker 3: A lot of guys can't pull that off.
- 31:22Speaker 1: A lot of guys can't pull that off. My voice
- 31:25Speaker 1: is like getting shaky right now.
- 31:27Speaker 3: It just went up an octave too. By the way, the.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Cream cowboy hat with the cream shirt really did something
- 31:36Speaker 1: for me. That was a vibe. I rose, this guy.
- 31:38Speaker 2: Could have walked in in a quilt and that would
- 31:41Speaker 2: have done something for you.
- 31:42Speaker 3: I mean, are you kidding me? Right now?
- 31:45Speaker 1: He was looking good. And so he chooses Quinn and
- 31:49Speaker 1: she's gonna blindfold him and he's gonna taste test desserts.
- 31:55Speaker 1: And he's immediately apprehensive about being blindfolded, and he jokes,
- 32:00Speaker 1: I switch to naked paintball or something. And then she's
- 32:07Speaker 1: feeding him and he's just got his mouth open. He's
- 32:10Speaker 1: waiting for the next one. She's over there eating, and
- 32:14Speaker 1: then when she's not eating, she's literally shoving food into
- 32:18Speaker 1: his mouth, like a whole strawberry into his mouth, the
- 32:21Speaker 1: whole thing a cheesecake, and he's like, uh, like confused
- 32:25Speaker 1: because he's blindfolded. Anyways, I was glad that that wasn't
- 32:30Speaker 1: like the end of their day, and they end up
- 32:33Speaker 1: going around a bonfire and they're drinking wine and my god,
- 32:40Speaker 1: so they're just they're just looking at each other intently.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Because you know, we've already know this about Farmer Bread
- 32:48Speaker 1: is that he loves eye contact, and he has said it,
- 32:53Speaker 1: and he says that him and Quinn connect on this
- 32:55Speaker 1: on this intense eye contact. And we actually saw it
- 33:00Speaker 1: this time because the previous times he's talked about loving
- 33:03Speaker 1: eye contact, he's not been looking at it.
- 33:09Speaker 3: I just love making eye contact, Like what are you
- 33:12Speaker 3: talking about.
- 33:12Speaker 1: I just love intense eye contact with this tree over here.
- 33:17Speaker 1: But so they're locked in. They are locked in and
- 33:22Speaker 1: and she mouths, just do it or just she just
- 33:26Speaker 1: mouths do it, do it? And he goes in for
- 33:30Speaker 1: the kiss, and it's a long kiss. I mean, I
- 33:34Speaker 1: don't think that was just my video footage.
- 33:37Speaker 3: It was long, No, it was it was nice.
- 33:40Speaker 2: It's what I wanted to see out of It's what
- 33:42Speaker 2: I Yeah, you probably didn't like it, but I wanted
- 33:44Speaker 2: to see it.
- 33:45Speaker 3: I wanted to see it with Casey and Braden being longer.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Of course, I wanted to see it. I am not
- 33:51Speaker 1: pining for him in that way. He is too young
- 33:54Speaker 1: for me. I I'm rooting for love. I was just
- 33:58Speaker 1: waiting for this day happen. The build up is so
- 34:02Speaker 1: intense to have not kissed your somebody till week six.
- 34:07Speaker 1: I am just like I was almost nervous watching it,
- 34:12Speaker 1: Like there this is built up between them for so long. Yeah,
- 34:17Speaker 1: I honestly thought you could have told me when him
- 34:20Speaker 1: and Hannah had their one on one date. You know me,
- 34:22Speaker 1: I was like, oh, Quinn's done. Yeah, And now I'm like,
- 34:26Speaker 1: Quinn's back in the game. I do want to address
- 34:29Speaker 1: the discourse that we started online this last week by
- 34:34Speaker 1: putting up a photo of Quinn and saying does she
- 34:36Speaker 1: remind you of Caitlin Bristow.
- 34:38Speaker 3: There's a lot of activity on that.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Wow.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Did not think that that was gonna be the kind
- 34:43Speaker 1: of crazy response. Last I checked, the photo had over
- 34:50Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty hearted likes, but then forty something
- 34:55Speaker 1: comments of nos.
- 34:58Speaker 2: Yeah, people did not like that. Compare Garrison and I
- 35:01Speaker 2: was shocked by that.
- 35:02Speaker 1: But when they liked the photo, does that mean that
- 35:04Speaker 1: they're agreeing?
- 35:05Speaker 2: I think they're liking the banter and then they're commenting.
- 35:10Speaker 3: That's what I think.
- 35:11Speaker 2: I don't know, I because I mean, honestly, you know,
- 35:14Speaker 2: it's interesting to me because Caitlyn's always been one of
- 35:16Speaker 2: my favorites from The Bachelor atte and I think and
- 35:21Speaker 2: I think she's a favorite, a fan favorite for sure,
- 35:25Speaker 2: Like there's no question. But it's like, you know, for
- 35:27Speaker 2: whatever reason, people did not want to agree that this
- 35:31Speaker 2: there was any similarities here.
- 35:33Speaker 1: So fine, So Bob and I are in the wrong
- 35:36Speaker 1: or the other you know, people who liked the photo.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Are we all in the wrong? Whatever. The other name
- 35:42Speaker 1: that was getting tossed around was Becca Bekaku. Yeah, and
- 35:45Speaker 1: so guess what, peeps, we will pop up a photo
- 35:48Speaker 1: of Quinn and Becca Kufrin and Caitlin and you all
- 35:52Speaker 1: will make the decision once again whether you think who
- 35:55Speaker 1: she looks like. They're all gorgeous women. So back to
- 35:59Speaker 1: the kiss. So they kiss and then they pull apart,
- 36:04Speaker 1: and I noted, I don't know if it's because the
- 36:07Speaker 1: fire was hot. Farmer Brett was really flushed and read
- 36:14Speaker 1: after that, and then they kiss and then they like.
- 36:20Speaker 3: Giggle after there was a bit of a giggle.
- 36:23Speaker 1: They just look at each other and giggle.
- 36:26Speaker 3: Well, he's more like a because he's a cowboy.
- 36:30Speaker 1: You know, it would have been funny if she tried
- 36:33Speaker 1: to wink at him right after that. If she attempted
- 36:36Speaker 1: to do the closing the eye thing again, she's the
- 36:40Speaker 1: one who can't wink on both eyes. Or if he
- 36:43Speaker 1: had shot her a wink after he kissed her, that
- 36:46Speaker 1: would have done me in actually, But anyways, I digress
- 36:50Speaker 1: that that was real good. And now I'm back to
- 36:56Speaker 1: feeling fifty to fifty on Hannah and Quinn and I
- 37:00Speaker 1: don't know, Okay, now I'm tipping the scales back the
- 37:03Speaker 1: other way.
- 37:04Speaker 3: Now.
- 37:05Speaker 1: I think Quinn is winning and I and I think
- 37:08Speaker 1: the comment from Hannah at the beginning of the episode
- 37:11Speaker 1: of her saying I think Farmer Brett might break my
- 37:14Speaker 1: heart is foreshadowing interesting And that's where I'm standing. That's
- 37:18Speaker 1: where I'm standing from the remainder of the season on
- 37:22Speaker 1: Quinn is the winner, Hannah is the runner up, and
- 37:25Speaker 1: there's tears and there's a super there's tears on both
- 37:28Speaker 1: sides because those two are now thickest thieves and it's
- 37:33Speaker 1: gonna be rough, and I'm gonna really hope whatever the
- 37:36Speaker 1: outcome is, Ladies, I really hope that you maintain that
- 37:39Speaker 1: friendship outside of this experience. Yeah, it's very, very cute.
- 37:44Speaker 3: I'm very sweet to each other, which I love seeing that.
- 37:47Speaker 1: The next day at Sean's farm, the girls are kind
- 37:51Speaker 1: of grilling Carson about her date and she's like talking
- 37:55Speaker 1: about them about it. That's spicy connect Hell's and that's
- 38:01Speaker 1: again that what leads me a little bit to the
- 38:05Speaker 1: are you in it to win it? Are you in
- 38:08Speaker 1: it because you like him? Because that girl was having
- 38:10Speaker 1: no sort of discretion when she was telling the other
- 38:14Speaker 1: ladies about what happened.
- 38:15Speaker 3: She was having fun with it too.
- 38:17Speaker 1: He was sure having fun with it, And that's you
- 38:19Speaker 1: know what I will.
- 38:19Speaker 3: Say this too.
- 38:20Speaker 2: I'm not sure if it was genuine, but kudos to
- 38:23Speaker 2: them on how they handled it, because it didn't seem
- 38:26Speaker 2: like either one of them took the bait and got
- 38:28Speaker 2: like Caddy about it, which I actually appreciated.
- 38:32Speaker 1: I don't think Caddie is in any of these remaining
- 38:35Speaker 1: girls nature, but I do think that Olivia the light
- 38:39Speaker 1: dimmed really quick after hearing these experiences well.
- 38:43Speaker 3: And she was kind of giggling the least like of
- 38:45Speaker 3: all they kept going back to.
- 38:47Speaker 2: I know it could be editing, but they kept going
- 38:49Speaker 2: back to her, and she almost had this look kind
- 38:50Speaker 2: of like you know, she was just sort of dejected, exactly.
- 38:54Speaker 1: And it's a bummer because she says they got off
- 38:57Speaker 1: to such a good start, and I really thought him
- 39:02Speaker 1: taking her back to the farm was like a clear
- 39:05Speaker 1: sign that this guy kind of stayed through and through
- 39:09Speaker 1: with you know, not being able. But now I'm looking
- 39:12Speaker 1: at it and I'm like, Carson is really grabbing focus
- 39:19Speaker 1: for a pa.
- 39:20Speaker 2: They always say, it's just like with sports. It's like
- 39:22Speaker 2: with anything, it's not how you start, it's how you finish, right,
- 39:25Speaker 2: And so at the end of the day, you know,
- 39:27Speaker 2: that's why the first impression rose and all these kind
- 39:29Speaker 2: of things don't typically turn out right. It's like if
- 39:33Speaker 2: your kids are really good baseball the age of five,
- 39:37Speaker 2: you know.
- 39:38Speaker 1: But on the Bachelorette, the first impression rose has often
- 39:41Speaker 1: led to the final man being chosen. Yeah, so maybe
- 39:44Speaker 1: it's just a difference in how men versus women approach
- 39:48Speaker 1: and feel kind of a connection.
- 39:50Speaker 3: Venus and Mars.
- 39:51Speaker 1: I'm telling you, I mean, it's all it's all super interesting.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Farmer Brett, he doesn't have to send anybody home. He's
- 39:59Speaker 1: already down to his so he's all good. Then on
- 40:03Speaker 1: Farmer Braden's farm, we kind of skipped over this, but
- 40:06Speaker 1: he'd already had pulled Cameron for a chat when they
- 40:10Speaker 1: were in the tractor and kind of was asking her,
- 40:13Speaker 1: you know, what did she want out of this experience?
- 40:15Speaker 1: And you know, they you know, talk about how they
- 40:18Speaker 1: were connected on their faith. That was something and that
- 40:22Speaker 1: you know, Farmer Braiden said that they were aligned with
- 40:26Speaker 1: their goals in life and so that kind of you know,
- 40:30Speaker 1: made them feel better. But at this dinner tonight, he
- 40:34Speaker 1: you know, is having to make these difficult decisions, and
- 40:37Speaker 1: so he pulls Cameron and he says, you know, I
- 40:41Speaker 1: haven't slept the last few days, and you know, this
- 40:45Speaker 1: is really difficult for him, and he wants to make
- 40:48Speaker 1: sure that you know, it's being relayed to her how
- 40:53Speaker 1: much and how you know, thankful he is to have
- 40:56Speaker 1: basically gotten to know her in this experience. And she says,
- 40:59Speaker 1: you know, she has a really hard time opening up,
- 41:01Speaker 1: and she's really thankful to him that he's given her
- 41:03Speaker 1: the space to do that. And she gets emotional and
- 41:06Speaker 1: is crying, you know, hearing all these beautiful compliments he's
- 41:10Speaker 1: giving her. I mean, what a fabulous way to break
- 41:13Speaker 1: up with somebody by telling them literally he's telling her
- 41:17Speaker 1: over and over again how incredible she is. I mean,
- 41:20Speaker 1: it couldn't have gone any better, you know, from last
- 41:24Speaker 1: week's breakups to this week, you know, just night and Day.
- 41:27Speaker 2: You know, I will say, for the Farmers, on behalf
- 41:30Speaker 2: of the Farmers and on behalf of the Bachelors and
- 41:32Speaker 2: all that stuff. This is the worst part of the show.
- 41:34Speaker 2: It's the worst part of any of these types of shows.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Is sending someone home who you clearly are attracted to,
- 41:39Speaker 2: or they wouldn't still be there. You clearly like and
- 41:44Speaker 2: but you're just feeling something more with somebody else. And
- 41:49Speaker 2: it's a difficult place to be because this person you're
- 41:52Speaker 2: breaking up with has done nothing wrong.
- 41:54Speaker 3: In fact, they're amazing.
- 41:55Speaker 2: And unfortunately sometimes it turns out, you know, like we
- 41:58Speaker 2: saw last week, where that person kind of gets a
- 42:01Speaker 2: little wild hair and wants to let you know, oh,
- 42:04Speaker 2: this isn't affecting me, yeah exactly, and it almost like
- 42:07Speaker 2: comes off with this false bravado. And then you have
- 42:10Speaker 2: someone like this, which I think says a lot about Cameron,
- 42:12Speaker 2: is that she, you know, is is touched by the
- 42:16Speaker 2: way he's saying these things, and she doesn't need to
- 42:19Speaker 2: like belittle him in the process, you know.
- 42:21Speaker 1: And she was so fun on her way out. She's
- 42:24Speaker 1: like Cameron out Kim. Yeah, that's like a girl that's
- 42:30Speaker 1: really enjoyed her experience in her time there and took
- 42:33Speaker 1: it for what it was.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:34Speaker 1: Over on Farmer Shawn's farm, this is where you know,
- 42:38Speaker 1: it's it's dicey, and he's got to make a really
- 42:41Speaker 1: big decision because he thinks that all three of his
- 42:43Speaker 1: girls are so unique, and he's feeling overwhelmed, and he
- 42:49Speaker 1: ends up leaving the table and going into another room
- 42:53Speaker 1: and a producer steps.
- 42:55Speaker 2: In, obviously the same producer that was talking earlier to Carson,
- 43:01Speaker 2: because she says, or the producer says, if you were me,
- 43:06Speaker 2: what would you ask you if you were me?
- 43:09Speaker 3: The same after.
- 43:11Speaker 1: That's so funny. Well, Sean asks for advice, and the
- 43:15Speaker 1: producer says, do what's best for you at this point?
- 43:18Speaker 1: Is what it sounds like. He's saying, like, and I
- 43:21Speaker 1: watched this multiple times, do what's best for you at
- 43:25Speaker 1: this point? That's what I hear. But what is put
- 43:28Speaker 1: on the screen is what would you ask yourself if
- 43:33Speaker 1: you were me?
- 43:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think that's what it sounded like either,
- 43:37Speaker 2: but if it If it was that question, if then
- 43:42Speaker 2: then it has to be the same producer that was
- 43:43Speaker 2: asking that question earlier, who just started milking out.
- 43:46Speaker 1: The way they do It was so weird. We also
- 43:48Speaker 1: don't see the producer's mouth move in this shot, but
- 43:52Speaker 1: it was just like I listened to it three times.
- 43:55Speaker 1: I thought I was going insane. I was like, do
- 43:57Speaker 1: what's best for you at this point is what I'm hearing.
- 44:00Speaker 1: How does that at all correlate to what would you
- 44:03Speaker 1: ask yourself if you were me right now? Doesn't even
- 44:07Speaker 1: sound the same. That's why I thought I was losing it.
- 44:10Speaker 1: And Sean is basically contemplating and saying, I could be
- 44:14Speaker 1: potentially sending home the wrong girl, but I've got to
- 44:16Speaker 1: follow my heart. And so he returns to the table
- 44:20Speaker 1: and he pulls Olivia and he says she stood out
- 44:26Speaker 1: to him so much. He gave her, you know, he
- 44:29Speaker 1: liked that, she gave him the space to get to
- 44:31Speaker 1: know other women. But he's got to follow his heart
- 44:35Speaker 1: and end their connection. And Olivia, by the way, is
- 44:41Speaker 1: looking so gorgeous in this breakup scene.
- 44:45Speaker 2: And.
- 44:47Speaker 1: She says she's happy for him and wishes him all
- 44:50Speaker 1: the best. She knows what she deserves and what she
- 44:55Speaker 1: wants and thinks everything happens for a reason.
- 44:59Speaker 3: Very graceful, very graceful, gracious.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Exit, Yes, exactly. And then she gets emotional in her
- 45:05Speaker 1: interview and she says she felt she had a connection
- 45:09Speaker 1: with him, but she doesn't think Sean fully knows what
- 45:13Speaker 1: he wants to do. I think that that was pretty telling.
- 45:19Speaker 2: Well, I think another thing that's telling is at this
- 45:21Speaker 2: point in the show it should be called Farmer Wants
- 45:24Speaker 2: a Brunette because Olivia was the final blonde remaining.
- 45:30Speaker 1: One hundred percent. The blondes were all kicked to the curb.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I was shocked, I'll be honest, I was.
- 45:39Speaker 2: I was, Actually I was not shocked at the final
- 45:43Speaker 2: two that he kept, but I really I really believed
- 45:49Speaker 2: up until this point that Olivia would be in there,
- 45:51Speaker 2: given just their connection throughout the entire show. So that
- 45:54Speaker 2: part was it was a bummer for sure, But like,
- 45:57Speaker 2: he definitely had the hardest three. I think his final
- 46:00Speaker 2: three were the least predictable maybe of the other farmers.
- 46:05Speaker 1: You know, yeah I do. And did you also feel
- 46:10Speaker 1: like as soon as he said, like I need to
- 46:13Speaker 1: end this connection, that he straight up went into brother mode.
- 46:18Speaker 1: He gave the most brother hug to her. It was
- 46:21Speaker 1: a very it was like it was like arms with
- 46:23Speaker 1: butt out, you know, like that get.
- 46:25Speaker 3: Over here, get over here, and your little you little rascal, little.
- 46:28Speaker 1: Rascal kind of hug. It was definitely there was it
- 46:30Speaker 1: was like pattent on the back. It was like like
- 46:33Speaker 1: great jobs.
- 46:34Speaker 2: By the way, that is the most biggest, the most
- 46:38Speaker 2: incredibly offensive pet peeve I can ever do to my
- 46:41Speaker 2: wife as I'll walk up and I'll be like, if
- 46:43Speaker 2: I ever even if it's calling for a pet, which
- 46:47Speaker 2: I don't know what it is, but if I ever
- 46:49Speaker 2: pat her, She's like, don't pat me, Okay, Like we
- 46:51Speaker 2: can have the best moment in the world.
- 46:53Speaker 3: Did a God forbid? If my hand does more than
- 46:56Speaker 3: just one troubles, I'll always just go no.
- 46:59Speaker 1: He it just to me. I was like we just
- 47:02Speaker 1: went from romance to bros like really really quickly, and
- 47:05Speaker 1: this goodbye. But as hard as it was, he says
- 47:10Speaker 1: it was a necessary step he had to take in
- 47:12Speaker 1: you know, finding his wife in this process. So preview
- 47:18Speaker 1: for next week, we see the farmers having talks with
- 47:20Speaker 1: their final women. Yes, Brittany tells farmer Braden she'd move
- 47:25Speaker 1: for him and they kiss. Sean tells Carson he's falling
- 47:30Speaker 1: for her and they kiss.
- 47:32Speaker 2: Oh man.
- 47:33Speaker 1: We see the families coming into the mix and someone
- 47:37Speaker 1: asking do you think he's right for her? And then
- 47:41Speaker 1: Brett being asked about his thoughts on the age gap
- 47:46Speaker 1: because he's thirty five. Because he's thirty five, we can't forget.
- 47:50Speaker 4: They keep tell these ladies are what are the ages
- 47:52Speaker 4: of his women? Twenty eight, they're in their twenties. I
- 47:56Speaker 4: don't know if it's huge gaps or not. But the
- 48:01Speaker 4: last one is someone telling Sean, you screw her over,
- 48:05Speaker 4: you're a dead man.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Dunt dune, dune.
- 48:08Speaker 3: But we don't see that. We're assuming that's her dad.
- 48:12Speaker 1: That says that, right, that that's yeah, it's somebody's dad. Yeah,
- 48:17Speaker 1: that was a dad talk for sure. And he looked
- 48:20Speaker 1: like a deer in headlights when that was being said
- 48:23Speaker 1: to him.
- 48:24Speaker 2: I will say from experience meeting the families, it brings
- 48:27Speaker 2: it home.
- 48:28Speaker 1: That's rough on both sides. It's awkward, it's uncomfy.
- 48:31Speaker 2: Well, it's especially hard on the on the people being
- 48:35Speaker 2: courted side. So like the so for from the standpoint
- 48:38Speaker 2: of you know someone, because because the girls that come
- 48:42Speaker 2: back to meet well, I can think of it only
- 48:44Speaker 2: from the bachelor's perspective, but you know, they more than
- 48:48Speaker 2: one gets to meet your family, so your family's kind
- 48:50Speaker 2: of used to it by the second round, right, Yeah,
- 48:53Speaker 2: but whereas with the other families, they only get to
- 48:56Speaker 2: do this once and nine times out of ten, the
- 48:59Speaker 2: dad are not liking it. They're not liking the fact
- 49:02Speaker 2: that this dude just you know, his little princess, you know,
- 49:07Speaker 2: had to hang out with twenty other women or in
- 49:09Speaker 2: this show, six other women.
- 49:11Speaker 3: To get to this point.
- 49:12Speaker 2: Why wouldn't you have just chosen my princess in the
- 49:14Speaker 2: first place and kick the rest of the curve because
- 49:16Speaker 2: she's obviously the best, you know or whatever.
- 49:18Speaker 3: So I get that.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Yeah, Well, it was another successful week. We got flirty, blindfolded,
- 49:25Speaker 1: whip creamed. It was all good. I liked it, I
- 49:27Speaker 1: enjoyed it. I'm ready for more next week. I'm excited.
- 49:31Speaker 3: I am too. I cannot wait. And hopefully will we
- 49:34Speaker 3: get to talk to someone next week?
- 49:35Speaker 1: Maybe I'm always putting out the asks. We will see.
- 49:39Speaker 1: But thanks Bob for doing this with me, and thanks
- 49:42Speaker 1: guys for listening to another episode of a Little Bit famous,
- 49:47Speaker 1: We'll see you next week.
- 49:48Speaker 3: Bye bye bye
