  Speaker 3: live here, we've worked here, we've been through a full

  Speaker 3: basketball season, and we already have one summer under our belt.

  Speaker 3: When you go through something a second time more it's clear.

  Speaker 3: It's more straightforward, and I think you can implement a culture,

  Speaker 3: implement a system, have a better feel and understanding, and consequently,

  Speaker 3: I believe that we as a program can make more

  Speaker 3: progress through the summer months than we could have last

  Speaker 3: year because of just the zero familiarity that we had.

  Speaker 3: So I really believe this. And we're not through our
