Four teenage girls, ages 12 to 14, were arrested in Northeast D.C. after a heated confrontation with a homeowner who took photos of them loitering in an alley. When she asked them to leave, they demanded she delete the pics — and when she claimed she did, things spiraled. One girl allegedly slapped the woman, who retaliated with a water bottle.
