What do
0:00
you see
0:00
What
0:01
they see
0:01
It was
0:02
a single
0:02
object
0:03
Spiritual
0:04
in shape
0:05
Not
0:05
a perfect
0:05
circle
0:06
It was
0:07
moving
0:07
across
0:08
the water
0:09
a decent
0:09
speed
0:09
I would say
0:10
it was
0:10
very close
0:11
to touch
0:12
on the
0:12
surface of
0:12
the water
0:13
we were
0:14
using
0:15
in this
0:15
case
0:15
MQ nine
0:16
And this
0:17
was in
0:17
the East
0:18
China Sea
0:19
Yellow Sea
0:19
in that
0:20
region
0:20
This thing
0:21
had no
0:21
wings
0:22
no sign of
0:23
propulsion
0:24
or
0:25
you know
0:25
no rivets
0:26
You're
0:26
seeing an
0:26
IR image
0:27
And so
0:28
you're
0:28
not seeing
0:28
like an
0:29
exhaust
0:29
plume
0:29
or anything
0:30
like that
0:30
When
0:31
it got up
0:32
what did they
0:33
detect
0:45
Welcome to
0:46
the
0:46
American

podcast I'm

0:49
today
0:50
joined
0:50
by Kevin
0:51
who's
0:51
going to
0:51
tell us
0:52
a
0:52
little bit
0:52
about
0:53
his
0:53
experiences
0:55
seeing
0:55
various
0:56
data sets
0:57
in his time
0:57
in the military
0:59
If you haven't
0:59
yet make
1:00
sure you
1:00
subscribe
1:01
to this
1:01
channel
1:01
We're going
1:01
to be
1:02
having more
1:02
witnesses
1:03
like Kevin
1:04
I do want
1:04
to have
1:05
maybe
1:05
a public
1:06
apology to
1:07
to air
1:07
in our
1:07
creative
1:07
director
1:08
You know
1:09
as
1:09
you might
1:09
have
1:09
noticed
1:10
our
1:10
studio is
1:12
a
1:12
little bit
1:12
closer
1:13
to the Two
1:13
Ferns
1:14
model
1:14
I think
1:15
than what
1:15
we would
1:16
like
1:16
eventually
1:16
But
1:17
right now
1:18
you know
1:18
this is
1:18
temporary
1:19
We'll
1:19
probably do
1:19
some
1:19
interviews
1:20
outside
1:21
Ice is
1:21
going to be
1:21
at Oshkosh
1:22
this year
1:23
big flying
1:24
at the end
1:24
of July
1:25
And we're
1:25
looking
1:26
forward to
1:27
seeing some
1:27
of you
1:28
there
1:28
But we'll
1:28
also be
1:29
doing
1:29
some
1:29
interviews
1:29
there
1:30
and
1:30
whatnot
1:30
But
1:31
you know
1:31
I'm pretty
1:32
excited
1:32
about the
1:33
direction
1:34
that
1:34
Americans
1:35
say
1:35
Farrell
1:35
space
1:36
is going
1:37
I think
1:37
we'll have
1:37
our own
1:38
studio
1:38
soon
1:38
So
1:39
thanks for
1:39
being
1:40
with us
1:40
Sorry
1:40
Aaron
1:41
I didn't
1:41
bring
1:42
enough
1:42
props
1:42
today but
1:43
but soon
1:44
we'll
1:44
have a
1:44
pretty
1:44
cool place
1:45
I think
1:45
But
1:45
thanks for
1:46
joining
1:46
us here
1:46
in Austin
1:47
Kevin
1:47
why don't
1:47
you tell us
1:48
a
1:48
little bit
1:48
about how
1:49
you found
1:49
yourself in
1:50
that chair
1:51
Military
1:51
time
1:52
I'm
1:52
a
1:52
Department
1:53
of War
1:53
contractor
1:54
I never had
1:54
military
1:55
time
1:56
but
1:57
I worked
1:57
as a Satcom
1:58
network
1:58
engineer
1:59
for the
2:00
Defense
2:00
Information
2:00
Systems
2:01
Agency
2:02
I worked in
2:02
the network
2:03
operations
2:03
center
2:04
at Hiller
2:04
Force Base
2:05
in Utah
2:06
and part of
2:07
that job
2:08
when
2:08
deployed
2:09
units was
2:09
set up
2:09
their
2:09
Satcom
2:10
equipment
2:10
They'd call
2:11
into us
2:12
we would do
2:13
network
2:13
builds
2:13
for them
2:14
We'd
2:14
get them
2:14
connected
2:14
into the
2:15
network
2:15
monitor
2:16
that
2:16
traffic
2:17
you know
2:17
and part of
2:18
that was
2:18
watching
2:19
the drones
2:19
and
2:20
whatever
2:20
aerial
2:21
assets
2:21
that were
2:22
being used
2:23
for
2:23
reconnaissance
2:24
and
2:24
whatever
2:25
to verify
2:25
the clarity
2:26
of the footage
2:27
and
2:27
make sure
2:28
everything's
2:28
going
2:28
smoothly
2:29
So it was
2:29
during
2:30
my time
2:30
there
2:31
because
2:31
I'd be
2:31
watching
2:31
drones
2:32
all the time
2:32
that
2:33
I started
2:33
seeing
2:33
these
2:34
strange
2:34
things
2:35
go on
2:35
to
2:36
the point
2:36
to where
2:36
I was like
2:36
okay
2:37
I would
2:38
feel like
2:38
I should
2:39
come
2:39
forward
2:39
especially
2:40
after
2:40
seeing your
2:40
guys's
2:41
hearing
2:41
That's what
2:42
that's what
2:42
really
2:43
inspired me
2:43
to do
2:44
It was your
2:44
guys's
2:45
initial
2:45
hearing
2:46
a couple
2:47
years back
2:48
23 Yeah
2:49
Okay
2:49
Well
2:49
before
2:50
we get
2:50
into that
2:50
let's
2:50
kind of
2:51
let's maybe
2:51
suss out
2:52
a little
2:52
bit of the
2:53
the details
2:54
on what
2:54
that job
2:55
responsibility
2:56
entails
2:57
And so
2:57
you were
2:58
working
2:58
just
2:58
kind of
2:59
clarify
2:59
for people
3:00
and for
3:00
myself
3:00
you're
3:01
working for
3:02
a private
3:02
company
3:03
You're
3:03
employed
3:04
by them
3:04
You have
3:04
security
3:05
clearance
3:06
And
3:06
they were
3:07
employing
3:07
you as
3:08
kind of
3:09
like an
3:09
IT support
3:10
I don't
3:10
want to
3:11
you know
3:12
diminish it
3:12
at all
3:12
But
3:13
you were
3:13
doing
3:14
technical
3:14
support
3:15
for
3:15
different
3:16
data
3:16
streams
3:16
and whatnot
3:17
for the
3:17
military
3:18
as
3:18
a contractor
3:19
Yeah
3:19
it was a
3:20
it was
3:20
quite
3:21
a
3:21
bit of stuff
3:21
we were doing
3:22
because
3:23
missions
3:23
would
3:23
call in
3:24
to
3:24
troubleshoot
3:24
something
3:25
going on
3:26
like hey
3:26
we don't
3:26
have a good
3:27
Satcom
3:27
connection
3:28
or even
3:28
something
3:29
as simple
3:29
as like
3:30
they'd get
3:30
set up
3:31
out
3:31
in the field
3:32
They'd
3:32
call into
3:32
us and say
3:33
hey
3:33
we're ready
3:33
to be
3:34
brought to
3:34
the network
3:35
We would
3:35
remotely
3:35
activate
3:36
their
3:36
Com modems
3:37
and then
3:37
start
3:38
They'd
3:38
be able
3:38
to start
3:39
transmitting
3:40
information
3:40
Did
3:40
you ever work
3:41
with
3:41
like F-18
3:42
guys
3:42
or Navy
3:43
guys
3:43
We did work
3:44
with naval
3:44
vessels
3:45
They would call in
3:45
because
3:46
they
3:46
would have
3:46
specific
3:47
set
3:47
commissions
3:47
and equipment
3:48
they were using
3:49
and that
3:50
communication
3:50
would go
3:51
through
3:51
Disa
3:51
of course
3:52
So I was
3:53
in contact
3:53
with quite
3:54
a few naval
3:55
vessels
3:55
Yeah
3:56
I imagine
3:57
when
3:57
it gets
3:57
down to
3:57
us in F-18
3:58
you know
3:59
we try
3:59
to be
3:59
self-contained
4:00
right
4:00
We
4:00
don't want
4:01
to be
4:01
calling
4:01
troubleshooting
4:02
in the
4:02
states
4:02
as an
4:03
expeditionary
4:03
group
4:04
you know
4:04
in the
4:04
Middle East
4:05
But I could
4:05
see
4:06
the ships
4:06
having
4:06
some like
4:07
big picture
4:07
linkage
4:08
issues
4:08
Yeah
4:09
And
4:09
there was a
4:10
go by
4:11
priorities
4:11
You know
4:12
like we
4:12
we go from
4:13
something
4:13
as small
4:14
as like
4:14
a training
4:15
mission
4:15
in the
4:16
States
4:16
Guys
4:17
that are
4:17
just
4:17
learning
4:18
their job
4:18
their MOS
4:19
satcom
4:20
stuff
4:20
they'd
4:20
call in
4:21
simulate
4:22
you know
4:22
getting
4:22
connected
4:23
with Disa
4:23
and
4:24
you know
4:25
do that
4:25
type
4:25
of thing
4:25
all the way
4:26
up to
4:26
deployed
4:27
forces
4:27
you know
4:28
all the way
4:28
up to
4:28
POTUS
4:29
You know
4:29
I worked on
4:29
the vice
4:30
president's
4:31
satcom
4:31
stuff
4:31
before
4:32
That's
4:32
cool Yeah
4:33
And
4:33
you used
4:33
the term
4:34
Disa
4:34
I think
4:35
or the
4:35
acronym
4:36
Disa Disa
4:37
Can
4:37
you spell
4:38
that out
4:38
for us
4:39
Yeah
4:39
Defense
4:39
information
4:40
systems
4:40
agency
4:41
Okay
4:42
Okay
4:42
Well
4:43
that's
4:43
very cool
4:44
You know
4:44
I don't
4:44
think
4:44
people will
4:45
realize
4:46
just how
4:46
much like
4:47
backbone
4:47
infrastructure
4:48
Yeah
4:49
Needs
4:49
to like
4:50
be working
4:50
at 100%
4:51
to enable
4:52
you know
4:52
a lot of
4:53
things
4:53
even just
4:53
you know
4:53
in fat
4:54
flying off
4:55
and
4:55
you know
4:55
although
4:56
you guys
4:56
didn't
4:56
touch it
4:57
you know
4:57
the crypto
4:58
links the
4:59
GPS
4:59
connections
5:00
and
5:01
even more
5:01
so and
5:02
you know
5:02
the Joint
5:02
Strike
5:03
Fighter
5:03
F-35
5:05
and other
5:05
platforms
5:06
those are
5:06
absolutely
5:07
critical
5:07
to making
5:08
those
5:08
platforms
5:09
actually
5:09
valuable
5:09
right
5:10
Because
5:10
they're
5:10
soaking up
5:10
so much
5:11
information
5:11
Right
5:12
You know
5:12
these
5:12
backbone
5:13
data
5:13
networks
5:14
are what
5:14
allows us
5:15
to have
5:15
these
5:16
advantages
5:16
that
5:16
we have
5:17
by linking
5:17
everything
5:18
together
5:18
is
5:19
pretty cool
5:20
How long
5:20
did you do
5:21
that
5:22
About
5:22
a year
5:23
I have
5:24
So
5:24
I went out
5:25
to Utah
5:25
initially
5:27
because I
5:27
was in
5:27
Korea
5:27
for
5:28
a couple
5:28
of years
5:28
before
5:28
that
5:29
working
5:29
and I went
5:30
out to
5:30
Utah
5:31
I was trying
5:32
to move
5:32
from
5:32
security
5:33
into it
5:34
you know
5:34
studying
5:35
and
5:35
eventually
5:36
trying to
5:36
get
5:36
back out
5:37
to Korea
5:37
doing it
5:37
stuff
5:38
you know
5:38
And so
5:39
the job
5:40
Adisa
5:40
popped up
5:41
and
5:41
that was
5:41
like a
5:41
perfect
5:42
route
5:42
I had the clearance
5:43
for it
5:43
I had the
5:44
the base
5:45
level
5:45
IT certs at
5:46
that time
5:46
So
5:47
they brought
5:47
me on
5:48
Onboarding
5:49
takes
5:49
a while
5:49
you know
5:50
before
5:50
you get
5:50
your access
5:51
and
5:51
everything
5:51
So you're
5:52
kind of
5:52
shoulder
5:53
surfing
5:53
people
5:53
there
5:54
in the knock
5:54
until
5:55
you're all
5:55
set up
5:55
and
5:55
actually
5:56
working
5:56
on stuff
5:57
you know
5:57
So
5:58
and that's
5:58
actually
5:58
where I
6:00
first saw
6:02
this
6:02
collection
6:03
of like
6:03
sipper
6:04
videos of
6:05
like drone
6:05
strikes and
6:06
other
6:07
stuff
6:07
So
6:07
where was
6:07
this
6:08
physically
6:08
located
6:09
Hill Air
6:09
Force Base
6:09
this was
6:10
still
6:10
a Hill
6:10
Air Force
6:11
base
6:12
And that is
6:12
where
6:13
you saw
6:14
the data
6:14
that was up
6:15
related
6:16
Yeah
6:17
Let's
6:17
kind of
6:18
get
6:18
into that
6:18
a little
6:19
bit
6:19
And
6:19
you know
6:19
just to
6:20
kind of
6:20
set
6:20
the stage
6:21
because we
6:22
you know
6:22
are going
6:23
to be
6:23
brushing up
6:24
on things
6:25
here
6:26
Asa doesn't
6:27
accept
6:28
or solicit
6:29
classified
6:29
information
6:30
Just to be
6:30
clear
6:31
there are times
6:31
when
6:32
someone
6:32
with
6:32
information
6:34
behind that
6:35
curtain
6:36
such as
6:36
yourself
6:37
you know
6:37
looks to
6:38
looks
6:39
to ASU
6:39
to help us
6:40
get that
6:40
information
6:40
in the
6:41
right
6:41
hands
6:41
But
6:41
we don't
6:42
accept it
6:42
We don't want
6:43
it
6:43
I've had
6:44
a security
6:44
clearance
6:45
for almost
6:46
my entire
6:47
adult life
6:48
I don't
6:48
want that
6:49
headache
6:49
Most
6:49
Americans
6:50
for safe
6:50
aerospace
6:51
And so
6:52
let's
6:52
of course
6:53
you know
6:54
be very
6:54
cautious
6:55
I think
6:55
we should
6:55
avoid
6:56
I know
6:57
you're
6:57
you're in
6:57
possession
6:58
of squadron
6:59
names
7:00
and exact
7:00
locations
7:01
but let's
7:02
avoid
7:03
naming
7:03
those
7:03
explicitly
7:04
if we can
7:05
Let's
7:05
talk about
7:06
the system
7:07
that
7:07
you were
7:07
using
7:08
just in
7:08
broad terms
7:09
about what
7:09
it provides
7:10
and how
7:11
the topic
7:12
came into
7:13
your
7:13
awareness
7:14
through
7:14
that and
7:15
also
7:15
the year
7:15
So you
7:16
talk
7:16
you know
7:16
you said
7:17
you saw
7:17
the hearing
7:17
in 2023
7:19
Yeah
7:19
Let's
7:19
let's let's
7:20
anchor
7:20
there
7:20
for a minute
7:21
You know
7:21
I've been
7:21
talking
7:21
a lot
7:22
about how
7:23
once people
7:23
realize
7:24
this
7:24
information
7:24
is
7:25
important
7:25
then
7:25
they're
7:25
going to
7:26
preserve
7:26
it
7:26
And that's
7:27
going to
7:27
allow us
7:28
to get
7:28
that
7:28
information
7:29
into the
7:29
right
7:29
hands
7:30
And so
7:31
it's cool
7:31
to hear
7:32
you
7:32
mentioned
7:32
that
7:32
a few minutes
7:33
ago
7:33
but maybe
7:33
we could
7:33
pick it up
7:34
from there
7:34
So you saw
7:35
the here
7:35
you were
7:36
were
7:36
somewhat
7:37
motivated
7:37
It sounds
7:38
like you
7:38
already had
7:39
information
7:39
or had
7:40
come into
7:40
information
7:41
at that
7:41
job
7:42
So
7:42
let's talk
7:42
about that
7:43
as well
7:44
As I saw
7:44
your guys's
7:45
hearing
7:45
And at
7:46
the same
7:46
time
7:47
this type of
7:48
activity
7:48
was going
7:49
on
7:49
And the
7:50
hearing
7:51
itself
7:51
what
7:51
surprised me
7:52
the
7:52
most about
7:53
it was
7:54
wasn't
7:54
so much
7:55
the information
7:55
about you
7:56
that was
7:56
being
7:57
talked
7:57
about
7:57
It was our
7:59
the members
8:00
of
8:00
Congress
8:00
our
8:00
politicians
8:01
that
8:02
were like
8:02
coming to
8:03
you guys
8:03
asking
8:03
like okay
8:04
so
8:04
where do we go
8:05
from here
8:05
How do we figure
8:06
this out
8:07
You know
8:07
I was like
8:08
I was shocked
8:09
I was like
8:09
you're
8:09
telling me
8:10
you guys
8:10
don't know
8:10
how to
8:11
navigate or
8:11
get into
8:12
this stuff
8:12
to find
8:13
this
8:13
information
8:13
but you're
8:14
the one
8:14
selected
8:15
to like
8:16
research
8:17
this stuff
8:17
for us
8:18
You know
8:18
what I
8:18
mean
8:18
And that
8:19
that
8:19
kind of
8:20
concerned
8:21
me
8:21
The
8:21
decision
8:22
makers
8:22
didn't
8:22
have access
8:23
to the
8:23
information
8:24
that
8:24
they were
8:25
legally
8:25
obligated
8:26
you know
8:27
congressionally
8:27
mandated
8:28
in order
8:28
to make
8:29
decisions
8:29
about
8:30
Yeah that
8:30
concern
8:31
to me
8:31
And
8:31
of course
8:31
you know
8:32
my personal
8:32
curiosity
8:33
as well
8:34
you know
8:34
and the
8:34
American
8:35
people
8:35
and myself
8:36
clearly
8:36
have
8:37
a desire
8:38
to know
8:38
what's
8:38
going on
8:39
with this
8:39
stuff
8:39
Yeah
8:40
I would even
8:40
argue more
8:40
than just
8:41
the desire
8:41
but innate
8:42
right
8:42
to
8:43
understand
8:43
the world
8:43
around
8:44
them
8:44
There are
8:44
interactions
8:45
I agree
8:46
that they
8:47
you know
8:47
folks
8:47
are
8:47
experiencing
8:48
to be
8:49
gaslit
8:49
by a
8:50
government
8:50
You know
8:51
it's not a
8:51
healthy
8:51
position
8:52
to be in
8:53
Well
8:53
maybe let's
8:54
jump back
8:54
a little bit
8:55
before
8:55
the hearing
8:55
So when did
8:56
you first
8:56
come into
8:57
contact
8:57
with
8:57
the UAP
8:58
conversation
8:59
within your
9:00
professional
9:00
duties
9:01
or perhaps
9:01
outside of it
9:02
if that happened
9:03
earlier
9:04
Yeah
9:04
So I guess
9:05
it would be
9:06
like my
9:06
first week
9:07
at Disa
9:07
So like
9:08
I said
9:09
when you're
9:09
like
9:10
onboarding
9:10
your
9:10
first week
9:11
you don't
9:11
have access
9:12
yet right
9:13
You're
9:13
going
9:13
through all
9:13
this
9:13
paperwork
9:14
and
9:14
clearance
9:15
stuff and
9:16
you know
9:16
it just
9:16
takes a
9:17
while
9:17
So you're
9:18
just
9:18
shoulder
9:18
surfing
9:19
with your
9:19
coworkers
9:20
watching
9:20
them do
9:20
the tasks
9:21
and what
9:22
your job is
9:22
going
9:23
to be
9:23
And then
9:23
kind of
9:24
like a rite
9:24
of passage
9:25
at this
9:25
it's like
9:26
well
9:26
while
9:26
you're
9:26
waiting
9:26
for access
9:27
you're
9:27
going to
9:27
watch
9:28
the Acer
9:29
drone
9:30
videos
9:30
you know
9:31
And we
9:31
have this
9:32
share
9:32
drive
9:32
a collection
9:33
of videos
9:34
of like
9:35
all the
9:35
best drone
9:36
strikes
9:36
and just
9:37
interesting
9:37
stuff
9:38
over
9:38
the years
9:38
that
9:39
they've
9:39
compiled
9:40
on the side
9:41
And you
9:42
just sit
9:42
there
9:42
and
9:42
watch it
9:43
A lot
9:43
of cool
9:43
stuff
9:44
One of those
9:44
videos was
9:45
a UAP event
9:46
that happened
9:47
quite
9:47
a few years
9:48
ago
9:49
and it was
9:51
just
9:51
unexplainable
9:52
So
9:52
it was a file
9:53
that you
9:53
just
9:53
happened
9:54
upon as you
9:55
were
9:55
exploring
9:55
the system
9:56
or it
9:56
was part
9:56
of a group
9:57
of data
9:57
that they
9:57
kind of
9:58
presented
9:58
you to get
9:59
acclimated
9:59
to
10:00
the system
10:00
Yeah it's
10:01
just
10:01
sitting
10:01
there
10:02
I mean
10:02
yeah it's
10:03
not really
10:04
like tasked
10:05
or
10:05
anything
10:05
It's just
10:07
you see
10:07
something
10:08
on there
10:08
as just
10:09
get saved
10:10
into the
10:10
shared
10:10
drive
10:11
You know
10:11
the Acer
10:12
people
10:13
it's been
10:13
on Disa
10:14
for years
10:14
So it's not
10:15
a organized
10:16
collection
10:16
process
10:16
when it comes
10:17
to UAP
10:17
You're
10:18
saying that
10:19
people
10:20
are just
10:20
seeing
10:20
things
10:21
and
10:21
deciding to
10:22
kind of
10:22
grab
10:22
that clip
10:23
and
10:23
throw
10:24
it into
10:24
a folder
10:24
and
10:25
this was
10:25
just one
10:25
of many
10:26
folders
10:26
you know
10:27
that
10:27
someone
10:27
created
10:27
before
10:28
you got there
10:28
and you're
10:29
like oh
10:29
this is the UAAP
10:30
folder
10:31
I guess
10:31
more
10:32
essentially
10:32
like that
10:33
But you're
10:33
not
10:33
suggesting
10:34
it was like
10:34
an
10:34
organized
10:35
collection
10:35
effort
10:36
This was
10:36
kind of
10:36
just like
10:37
the
10:37
colleague
10:38
to
10:38
colleague
10:38
like cool
10:39
folder
10:39
of stuff
10:40
right
10:40
Kind of
10:40
Yeah
10:41
Hey
10:41
check this
10:41
out Yeah
10:42
You want to
10:42
see this
10:43
This thing
10:44
that happened
10:44
a few years
10:45
back
10:45
you know
10:46
and it just
10:46
so happened
10:47
UAP stuff
10:47
winded up
10:48
in there
10:48
Do you know
10:49
when that
10:49
folder was
10:50
created
10:51
I don't know
10:51
exactly
10:52
what year
10:52
I know
10:53
I've seen
10:53
footage in
10:54
that folder
10:54
going back
10:55
like ten
10:56
years
10:56
plus
10:56
though
10:57
And
10:58
the system
10:59
that you're
10:59
using
11:00
I presume
11:01
they're not
11:01
constantly
11:02
recording
11:03
So does
11:04
that mean
11:04
if someone
11:05
did access
11:06
information
11:06
from
11:07
the system
11:07
that
11:07
probably
11:08
clipped in
11:08
real time
11:09
more or
11:09
less
11:09
or within
11:10
some
11:10
window
11:11
is
11:11
that fair
11:11
to say
11:12
How
11:12
it works
11:13
is when
11:14
I would
11:14
monitor
11:14
the drones
11:15
as a
11:15
program
11:16
called UVs
11:17
You vids
11:17
is what
11:17
we
11:18
called it
11:18
on the side
11:19
So how my
11:20
workstation
11:20
was I
11:20
had like
11:21
two nipper
11:21
screens
11:22
you know
11:22
green side
11:23
and then
11:23
two sipper
11:24
screens
11:25
unglazed
11:25
and clash
11:26
where
11:26
those might
11:26
not
11:26
be aware
11:27
And so on
11:28
the side
11:29
there's UVs
11:30
which
11:30
is
11:30
basically
11:31
almost like
11:32
a
11:32
classified
11:33
YouTube
11:33
Right
11:33
The military
11:34
has its
11:34
own
11:35
internet
11:35
type
11:36
of thing
11:37
And
11:37
when you're
11:37
tapped into
11:38
that
11:39
you know
11:39
UBS
11:41
there's
11:41
like
11:41
almost like
11:42
a globe
11:43
a map
11:43
of the world
11:43
Right
11:44
And
11:45
there's
11:45
like every
11:45
drone
11:46
that's
11:46
currently
11:47
streaming
11:47
live
11:48
And I
11:48
could
11:49
tap into
11:49
those drones
11:50
and I could
11:51
maximize
11:51
them on
11:52
my screen
11:52
Usually I
11:53
would
11:53
have like
11:53
nine drones
11:54
up at one
11:54
time
11:55
I'd be
11:55
watching
11:55
real time
11:56
you know
11:56
whatever
11:57
I thought
11:57
was
11:57
interesting
11:58
or
11:58
something
11:58
a mission
11:59
I was
11:59
working
12:00
on that
12:00
I wanted to
12:01
monitor the
12:01
drone
12:02
clarity
12:02
and all
12:02
that stuff
12:03
you know
12:03
What
12:03
would
12:03
that be
12:04
by the way
12:04
You know
12:05
like
12:05
I think
12:05
that's a
12:06
pretty cool
12:06
position
12:06
to be
12:07
What was
12:07
the best
12:07
part of
12:07
my job
12:08
for sure
12:08
Yeah
12:08
So
12:09
basically
12:10
I guess as
12:10
I would
12:11
say
12:11
monitor
12:11
the
12:11
situation
12:12
Right
12:12
But I
12:13
actually
12:13
was
12:13
ultimately
12:14
Yeah yeah
12:14
the
12:14
ultimate
12:15
Right
12:16
So I
12:17
would be
12:17
on these
12:17
drone feeds
12:18
and then
12:19
if someone
12:21
like saw
12:22
something
12:22
that
12:22
they wanted
12:23
to say
12:23
if there is
12:23
a way to
12:24
like
12:24
clip it
12:24
and
12:25
they would
12:25
do it
12:25
in like 5
12:26
or 15
12:26
minute
12:26
increments
12:27
I don't
12:27
exactly
12:27
know how
12:28
it worked
12:28
but it'd
12:29
wind up
12:29
on like
12:30
a highlight
12:30
section
12:31
right
12:31
And from
12:32
there
12:32
you could
12:32
download it
12:33
into like a
12:34
your sipper
12:35
files
12:35
or
12:35
whatever
12:36
And
12:36
that's how
12:36
it would
12:37
be
12:37
extracted
12:37
into the
12:38
share
12:38
drive
12:38
Right
12:39
You know
12:39
there's no
12:40
massive
12:41
database of
12:41
video files
12:42
going back
12:43
a long time
12:43
that
12:43
we could
12:44
scrub
12:44
So this
12:44
you know
12:45
this folder
12:45
is probably
12:46
what
12:46
we have
12:46
from this
12:47
right
12:48
Unless
12:48
of course
12:48
the government
12:49
wanted
12:49
to take
12:49
this
12:50
serious
12:50
and
12:50
actually
12:51
implement
12:52
systems
12:53
that would
12:53
allow us
12:54
to either
12:55
real time
12:55
or
12:56
you know
12:56
save
12:56
the data
12:57
for
12:57
48 hours
12:58
and do that
12:58
type of
12:59
scrub
12:59
So there's
13:00
an
13:00
opportunity
13:01
right
13:01
to
13:01
gather more
13:02
information
13:02
low hanging
13:03
fruit
13:03
that we
13:03
could be
13:04
taking
13:04
advantage
13:04
of in
13:05
this
13:05
conversation
13:06
All right
13:07
So you
13:07
get in
13:07
this folder
13:08
what are you
13:08
seeing
13:09
in there
13:09
I mean
13:09
what are
13:10
some of
13:10
these older
13:11
videos look
13:11
like
13:12
You know
13:12
we'll get into
13:13
I think
13:14
here
13:14
in a minute
13:15
what
13:15
you were
13:15
kind of
13:16
seeing more
13:16
real time
13:17
and
13:17
whatnot
13:17
But you
13:17
know
13:18
what about
13:18
those
13:18
that first
13:19
glimpse in
13:19
what was
13:20
in there
13:20
and
13:20
Oh
13:21
by the way
13:21
I just want
13:22
to caveat
13:22
for
13:22
everyone
13:23
This was a few
13:24
years ago
13:25
Right
13:25
And so no
13:25
one's
13:26
expecting
13:26
you
13:26
remember to
13:26
be perfect
13:27
here
13:28
I think
13:28
you know
13:29
we're
13:29
moving
13:30
forward
13:30
in a
13:30
culture
13:31
where
13:31
we can
13:31
perhaps
13:31
get this
13:32
into a
13:32
more real
13:33
time
13:33
But
13:33
you know
13:33
we'll
13:34
do our
13:34
best with
13:35
you know
13:35
the time
13:35
frames that
13:36
we've been
13:36
dealing
13:36
with here
13:38
Yeah
13:38
The first
13:38
UAP video
13:39
that was
13:39
already
13:40
there
13:40
on the
13:40
share drive
13:41
when I saw
13:42
was
13:44
and I
13:44
have to
13:45
let you
13:45
know
13:45
there's
13:46
no I have
13:46
no like
13:47
context
13:47
operationally
13:48
about
13:48
what I'm
13:49
looking at
13:49
you know
13:50
as
13:51
operational
13:52
security
13:52
Right
13:52
I just see
13:53
the date of
13:54
the video
13:55
I don't
13:55
know what
13:55
the mission
13:56
was or
13:56
why we're
13:56
there
13:57
I just
13:57
get to watch
13:58
you know
13:58
what
13:58
I mean
13:59
So this was
14:01
a drone
14:01
feed that
14:02
I presume
14:03
a drone
14:03
feed
14:04
It appeared
14:04
to be
14:05
somewhere
14:05
in the
14:05
Middle
14:05
East
14:06
It was over
14:07
some
14:08
village
14:08
Looked like
14:09
a standard
14:09
reconnaissance
14:10
mission
14:10
on a
14:10
target
14:11
a building
14:11
of some
14:12
kind
14:12
But across
14:13
the screen
14:13
just comes
14:14
streaking
14:15
across
14:15
as I can't
14:16
remember
14:16
It was like
14:16
5 to 7
14:18
streaks
14:18
of light
14:20
just
14:20
white hot
14:21
you know
14:22
a gated
14:22
rectangular shape
14:24
And
14:24
they just
14:25
streak
14:25
across
14:25
And
14:26
this was
14:26
like a
14:26
couple
14:27
seconds
14:27
long
14:28
The whole
14:28
video
14:28
itself was
14:29
very short
14:30
Were they
14:30
like right
14:31
above like
14:31
a village
14:32
or a town
14:32
or
14:33
were they
14:33
like a high
14:33
altitude
14:34
Yeah
14:35
It was
14:36
above
14:37
a village
14:37
Yeah
14:38
Kind of
14:38
like that
14:39
downward
14:39
looking
14:39
like
14:40
some things
14:40
above it
14:40
at some
14:41
unknown
14:41
altitude
14:42
Yeah
14:43
What
14:43
were they
14:44
in
14:44
a formation
14:44
of sorts
14:45
Yeah
14:45
It looked
14:45
like a
14:46
like a
14:47
delta
14:47
wing
14:47
formation
14:48
like that
14:48
v a V
14:49
formation
14:49
Right
14:50
But they're
14:50
all
14:50
individual
14:51
objects
14:51
It was
14:51
daytime
14:52
You could break out
14:53
that their
14:53
individual
14:54
I couldn't
14:55
I
14:55
don't know
14:55
exactly
14:56
what time
14:56
it was
14:57
because
14:57
everything
14:57
was an
14:57
IR right
14:58
Yeah
14:58
It was
14:59
white
14:59
hot against
15:00
a more
15:01
darker
15:01
background
15:02
of the
15:02
village
15:02
Were they
15:03
like a
15:04
point
15:05
source of
15:06
energy
15:06
coming
15:06
at the camera
15:07
or could
15:08
you like
15:08
make out
15:09
like there
15:09
was a
15:09
center
15:09
of mass
15:10
No
15:11
it was just
15:11
these solid
15:13
streaks
15:13
of light
15:14
It wasn't
15:15
like
15:16
I guess
15:16
bleeding
15:17
out
15:17
you know
15:17
what I
15:18
mean
15:18
It was
15:18
confined
15:19
into a
15:20
pretty
15:20
solid shape
15:21
but
15:22
it was just
15:22
this brown
15:23
So
15:23
there was
15:23
like a fine
15:24
trail
15:25
behind
15:25
these
15:25
objects or
15:26
or perhaps
15:27
you couldn't
15:27
tell if
15:28
it was
15:28
a trail
15:29
behind it
15:29
or that was
15:30
the object
15:31
Exactly
15:31
Yeah Yeah
15:31
Okay
15:32
So it was
15:32
hard to
15:33
Okay
15:33
Interesting
15:34
So that was
15:35
that was
15:35
the first
15:35
first one
15:36
you saw
15:36
What else
15:37
Yeah
15:38
That was
15:38
as far
15:39
as for
15:39
you apes
15:40
that was
15:40
there
15:40
all
15:40
the other
15:41
all
15:41
the other
15:41
videos
15:42
on there
15:42
which
15:42
we had like
15:43
hundreds
15:43
Right
15:44
It's
15:44
all drone
15:45
strikes or
15:47
you know
15:47
bird's eye
15:47
view of
15:48
firefights
15:48
happening
15:49
from
15:49
the past
15:50
you know
15:50
special
15:51
operations
15:51
that type
15:52
of stuff
15:53
you know
15:53
that we
15:53
thought was
15:54
really
15:54
cool
15:54
that was say
15:55
yeah
15:55
So okay
15:56
so you're
15:56
in there
15:56
You see one
15:57
weird thing
15:57
and maybe
15:58
it was
15:58
like okay
15:59
you know
15:59
and by
16:00
his father
16:00
cool war
16:01
footage
16:01
and
16:01
whatnot
16:02
by the
16:02
way cool
16:03
and
16:04
somewhat
16:04
scary
16:04
and creepy
16:05
to think
16:05
that
16:05
you know
16:06
as I was
16:06
flying
16:06
out there
16:07
on some
16:07
mission
16:07
maybe not
16:08
this
16:08
particular
16:09
situation
16:09
but
16:10
that you
16:10
have
16:11
Forgive me
16:11
but some
16:11
you know
16:12
kid
16:12
you know
16:13
sitting in
16:13
some office
16:14
somewhere
16:14
in the
16:14
United
16:15
States
16:15
just like
16:15
watching
16:16
what we're
16:16
doing out
16:17
there
16:17
you know
16:17
kind of
16:17
tagging
16:18
along
16:18
It's
16:18
kind of
16:19
never
16:19
really
16:19
thought
16:19
about that
16:20
before
16:20
But it is
16:21
interesting
16:22
because
16:22
you know
16:22
we're
16:22
sitting
16:23
there
16:23
just
16:23
doing our work
16:24
and then
16:24
the drones
16:25
are up
16:25
Lot guys
16:26
just
16:26
don't pay
16:26
attention
16:26
to it
16:27
But as soon
16:28
as we see
16:28
lays
16:28
does on
16:29
the screen
16:30
is
16:30
hey hey
16:31
you know
16:32
hey watch
16:32
you know
16:33
that's
16:33
cool Yeah
16:34
But yeah
16:34
you know
16:35
just you
16:35
never know
16:36
who's
16:36
watching
16:36
you know
16:36
in these
16:37
scenarios
16:37
or who's
16:37
going
16:37
to watch
16:38
down
16:38
the road
16:38
And
16:38
we always
16:39
kind of
16:39
knew
16:39
that
16:39
was there
16:40
but never
16:41
actually
16:41
talked
16:42
to people
16:43
behind the
16:43
curtain
16:43
So that
16:44
cool
16:44
All right
16:45
So you know
16:46
and just
16:46
maybe
16:46
this is
16:46
a good point
16:47
So you see
16:48
one
16:48
weird
16:48
video
16:48
I mean
16:49
what's
16:49
your mind
16:49
Stay here
16:50
You are
16:51
you into
16:51
the UAP
16:52
topic
16:52
Is this
16:53
like did
16:54
you have
16:54
context
16:54
to be
16:55
like wow
16:55
this is
16:55
one of
16:55
those
16:56
things
16:56
I've heard
16:56
about
16:57
or you just
16:57
not
16:58
really sure
16:58
what to do
16:58
with this
16:59
Yeah
16:59
I mean
16:59
I've
17:00
always been
17:00
into this
17:00
topic
17:01
as a kid
17:01
you know
17:02
what I
17:02
mean
17:02
Growing up
17:03
fascinated
17:03
with UFOs
17:04
aliens
17:04
all that
17:05
stuff
17:05
just like
17:05
everybody
17:06
else
17:06
How
17:06
can you be
17:07
when you're
17:07
a kid
17:07
You know
17:08
like
17:08
Yeah yeah
17:09
And so
17:10
getting
17:10
to see it
17:11
because I
17:11
had seen
17:12
like the
17:12
previous
17:13
footage
17:13
that
17:13
released
17:13
like the
17:14
gimbal
17:14
and all
17:15
that
17:15
the go
17:15
fast video
17:16
that
17:17
you guys
17:17
presented
17:17
And so
17:18
that was
17:18
fascinating
17:19
to me
17:19
And then
17:20
seeing that
17:20
on
17:20
the side
17:22
I was like
17:22
yeah
17:22
that's
17:22
that's
17:23
legit
17:23
And I
17:24
had talked
17:24
with guys
17:24
in the
17:25
knock
17:25
about this
17:26
like hey
17:26
what do you think
17:26
that is
17:27
And
17:27
you know
17:28
we'd debate
17:28
with
17:28
each other
17:28
like
17:29
no that's
17:29
gotta be
17:30
ordinance
17:30
or that's
17:30
got to be
17:31
something
17:31
I was like
17:31
no way
17:32
You know
17:33
I'm
17:33
very
17:33
familiar
17:34
with how
17:34
ordinance
17:35
looks going
17:35
through
17:35
the air
17:36
just from
17:37
all the footage
17:37
I've seen
17:38
And I
17:38
remember
17:39
I was
17:39
arguing
17:40
with one of
17:40
the missile
17:41
defense
17:41
guys
17:41
because
17:41
we're
17:42
broken up
17:42
into
17:43
sections
17:43
right
17:44
My
17:44
section is
17:44
called ESG
17:45
which is
17:46
enterprise
17:46
Com Gateway
17:47
Services
17:48
You got
17:49
cyber
17:49
defense
17:49
over here
17:50
and then
17:51
you got
17:51
Azer
17:52
over here
17:52
and so on
17:53
and so
17:53
forth
17:54
The circle
17:55
around the
17:56
the commanders
17:56
in the
17:56
middle
17:57
the
17:57
officers
17:57
Right
17:58
And so we
17:59
we talked
17:59
about it
18:00
and be like
18:00
what do you think
18:01
that is
18:01
And lots
18:02
of
18:02
different
18:02
ideas
18:03
being
18:03
floating
18:03
around
18:03
You know
18:04
what
18:04
I mean
18:04
Some guys
18:05
were like
18:05
yeah
18:06
that's
18:06
totally
18:06
anomalous
18:06
And other
18:07
guys
18:07
there's got
18:08
to be
18:08
an
18:08
explanation
18:09
Say one
18:09
certainty
18:10
on the
18:10
as on
18:11
the outside
18:11
as well
18:12
Right
18:12
Remind me
18:12
what year
18:13
this is
18:13
again
18:14
when you're
18:14
getting in
18:15
Yeah
18:15
This was
18:15
in 20 2324
18:18
Yeah
18:19
Before the
18:19
hearing
18:20
I think
18:21
Yeah before
18:21
the
18:21
hearing
18:22
And then
18:22
while
18:23
I was there
18:24
I think
18:24
you guys
18:25
had the
18:25
hearing
18:26
And that's
18:26
when I
18:26
was like
18:27
oh okay
18:28
You know
18:28
I should
18:28
probably
18:29
jump
18:29
on this
18:30
So
18:30
what happened
18:31
next then
18:31
from there
18:32
Happen
18:32
next
18:33
I can't
18:33
remember if
18:34
I started
18:34
seeing
18:35
my stuff
18:35
before
18:36
or after
18:36
your
18:37
hearing
18:37
Right
18:38
I just know
18:39
after your
18:39
hearing
18:40
very
18:41
shortly
18:41
before
18:42
or after is
18:43
when I saw
18:44
the ups
18:44
that I saw
18:45
and then
18:46
On the
18:47
on this
18:47
system
18:48
Yeah
18:48
And then
18:49
felt
18:49
compelled
18:49
to
18:49
reach out
18:50
and
18:51
you know
18:51
report it
18:51
Well
18:52
let's talk
18:52
about those
18:52
experiences
18:53
What did you see
18:54
And again
18:54
this is now
18:55
like on the
18:55
real time
18:55
feed Yeah
18:56
Yeah Okay
18:57
I
18:58
We were
18:58
working
18:58
eight hour
18:59
shifts
18:59
Right
19:00
So I was
19:01
working
19:01
nights
19:01
at the
19:02
time the
19:03
the mid
19:03
shift
19:04
you know
19:04
So daytime
19:05
in the US
19:05
Oh actually
19:06
no
19:06
This was
19:06
this was
19:07
sorry
19:07
Sorry
19:08
Yeah
19:08
So
19:09
I would come in
19:10
and then
19:11
I get all
19:11
my stuff
19:12
going
19:12
start
19:13
working
19:13
on stuff
19:13
and then
19:14
I'd pull up
19:14
the drone
19:14
feeds
19:15
and
19:15
every day
19:16
coming in
19:16
I would check
19:16
the
19:17
highlights
19:17
and got
19:17
all right
19:17
what's new
19:18
You know
19:18
anything
19:19
interesting
19:19
you know
19:20
And one day
19:22
there was
19:22
a footage
19:23
of what
19:24
appeared
19:24
to be a UAP
19:25
on there
19:26
that I was
19:26
like
19:26
Holy cow
19:27
you know
19:28
what
19:28
What is it
19:28
that I'm
19:29
looking at
19:29
You know
19:29
and I
19:30
looked into
19:30
where the
19:30
location
19:31
was where
19:31
the drones
19:32
were flying
19:33
when
19:33
this was
19:34
you know
19:34
and I
19:35
was
19:35
monitoring
19:36
these
19:36
drones
19:36
in real
19:37
time out
19:37
while I was
19:38
at work
19:38
That was on
19:39
the
19:39
highlights
19:40
Right
19:41
So
19:41
someone else
19:41
pulled it
19:42
Yeah
19:42
someone
19:42
else did
19:43
I went to
19:44
an Acer
19:45
guy and I
19:46
was like
19:46
hey
19:46
do you see
19:47
this video
19:47
on the
19:47
highlights
19:47
right now
19:48
Like
19:49
can you
19:49
pull this
19:49
into the
19:50
share
19:50
drive
19:50
He's like
19:50
yeah
19:51
I can
19:51
Yeah
19:51
Did you
19:52
ever
19:52
Figure
19:52
Out
19:52
who pulled
19:53
it
19:53
originally
19:54
No
19:54
I did not
19:55
I assume
19:56
it was the
19:57
you mean
19:57
who
19:57
uploaded it
19:58
and the
19:58
highlights
19:58
to you
19:59
Know
19:59
who found
20:00
who like
20:00
first
20:00
Discovered
20:01
it
20:01
you know
20:01
like
20:01
I don't
20:02
care if
20:02
their
20:02
rationale
20:03
what they
20:03
thought
20:03
when they
20:04
first
20:04
pulled it
20:04
I would love
20:05
to know
20:05
that too
20:06
Now
20:07
the way
20:07
the UVF is
20:08
set up
20:08
is like
20:10
you can see
20:10
how many
20:10
people have
20:11
viewed it
20:11
It's
20:12
kind of
20:12
like
20:12
YouTube
20:12
you know
20:13
there's
20:13
also like
20:14
a live
20:14
stream
20:15
function
20:15
as it's
20:16
going like
20:17
there's
20:17
also like
20:18
a live
20:18
chat
20:19
Hey I'm
20:19
just live
20:19
streaming
20:20
from
20:20
The skiff
20:21
you know
20:21
Hey Yeah
20:22
So
20:23
a lot of times
20:23
they would
20:24
whoever
20:25
was like
20:25
the
20:25
administrator
20:26
of it
20:26
of it
20:27
would like
20:27
open up
20:28
the chat
20:28
at certain
20:28
times
20:29
so
20:29
you could
20:29
communicate
20:30
The only time
20:31
I ever
20:31
saw it
20:32
happen
20:32
is when
20:32
a drones
20:33
going down
20:33
and
20:34
everyone's
20:34
typing
20:34
F's on
20:35
the chat
20:35
you know
20:35
what I
20:36
mean
20:36
So yeah
20:38
you know
20:38
So salute
20:39
oh seven
20:41
Yeah yeah
20:41
So yeah
20:42
I don't
20:42
know who
20:43
originally
20:43
put it up
20:43
in there
20:44
Okay
20:44
So you see
20:45
this video
20:45
what
20:46
maybe for
20:46
we
20:46
get into details
20:47
But you do
20:48
want to say
20:48
generally
20:49
whereabouts
20:51
it was
20:52
detected
20:53
and what
20:54
platform
20:55
detected it
20:55
perhaps or
20:57
just
20:57
vaguely
20:58
And then
20:59
what
21:00
What
21:00
did they
21:01
detect
21:02
Yeah
21:02
So we were
21:03
using in
21:04
this case
21:04
MQ nines
21:06
And
21:06
this was
21:07
in the East
21:07
China Sea
21:08
Yellow Sea
21:09
you know
21:10
in that
21:10
region
21:11
What did you see
21:12
What did they
21:12
see
21:13
So this
21:13
first one
21:14
it was
21:15
a single
21:15
object
21:16
spherical
21:17
in shape
21:18
not
21:18
a perfect
21:19
circle
21:20
You know
21:20
they
21:20
never are
21:21
It seems
21:21
it was
21:22
but it was
21:22
spherical
21:23
It was moving
21:24
across
21:25
the water
21:26
at a
21:27
decent
21:27
speed
21:27
I would say
21:28
it was
21:28
very close
21:29
to touch
21:29
on the
21:30
surface of
21:30
the water
21:31
First
21:31
it was
21:32
panned out
21:33
as white
21:33
hot and
21:33
I are
21:34
and it was
21:35
just
21:35
tracking it
21:35
going along
21:36
And then
21:37
it zoomed
21:38
in on it
21:39
watching it
21:40
kind of
21:40
almost
21:40
tumblin
21:41
away
21:42
I couldn't
21:43
decide
21:43
It was
21:43
a somewhat
21:44
uneven
21:44
sphere
21:45
and
21:45
you could
21:45
see that
21:46
it was
21:46
kind of
21:47
the flight
21:47
path was
21:48
tumbling
21:48
or
21:48
you could
21:49
kind of
21:49
tell it
21:49
rotating
21:50
It kind of
21:50
seemed to
21:51
be both
21:51
Yeah
21:52
at times
21:52
would
21:52
be it'd
21:53
be moving
21:53
like
21:53
straight
21:54
across
21:54
the water
21:55
and doing
21:55
like this
21:55
kind of
21:56
tumbling
21:56
motion
21:57
I want to say
21:57
it's going
21:58
like end
21:58
over end
21:59
but it has
21:59
like this
22:00
kind of
22:00
bobbing
22:01
movement
22:01
you know
22:01
what I
22:01
mean Yes
22:02
Yeah
22:03
Do you have
22:03
any
22:03
estimate of
22:04
the
22:04
altitude
22:05
It had
22:05
to be
22:07
gosh
22:08
a couple
22:08
feet over
22:08
the water
22:09
Oh
22:09
a couple
22:09
seat Yeah
22:10
Yeah
22:11
Very
22:11
very close
22:12
to
22:12
the water
22:12
Did
22:13
they have a lock
22:13
on
22:13
the object
22:15
it didn't
22:15
have like
22:16
an actual
22:17
square
22:17
around it
22:17
Like a
22:18
targeting
22:18
square
22:18
is what
22:19
I would
22:19
call it
22:19
where
22:19
it could
22:20
actually
22:20
measure
22:20
like
22:20
the size
22:21
and stuff
22:22
like the
22:22
drones are
22:22
capable
22:23
of doing
22:23
But it was
22:24
locked onto
22:24
the target
22:25
and or
22:25
if it was
22:26
moving
22:26
with it
22:26
or
22:27
they were
22:27
slewing it
22:28
Yeah
22:28
Either that
22:29
or the
22:29
drone
22:29
operator
22:30
was
22:30
really good
22:30
with
22:30
the stick
22:31
because
22:31
he was
22:31
following
22:32
He's
22:32
probably
22:32
locked in
22:33
some way
22:33
It's
22:33
very hard
22:33
and
22:34
it's like
22:34
it's jerky
22:35
If if it's
22:36
operator
22:36
control
22:37
it's
22:37
impossible
22:37
to smooth
22:38
Probably
22:39
hard to
22:39
estimate
22:39
the size
22:40
I imagine
22:41
Yeah
22:41
Unless
22:41
you have
22:42
a comment
22:42
on that
22:43
Yeah
22:43
So I know
22:44
like in in
22:45
future
22:46
events
22:46
that I saw
22:47
they did
22:48
get a
22:48
like a
22:49
square
22:49
around it
22:49
to measure
22:50
It is
22:50
a tool
22:51
that
22:51
the drone
22:51
can use
22:52
I guess
22:52
And
22:53
sometimes
22:54
it'd be
22:54
have one
22:55
meter next
22:55
to it
22:56
Other times
22:56
it'd be
22:57
three
22:57
meters
22:58
So
22:58
between 1
22:58
to 3m
23:00
is
23:00
my estimate
23:01
And
23:01
there was
23:01
also
23:02
I've seen
23:02
it pass
23:03
in front of
23:03
a ship
23:04
as appeared
23:05
to be
23:05
a fishing
23:06
vessel
23:07
you know
23:07
So in the
23:08
right hands
23:08
that that
23:09
footage
23:10
Someone
23:10
from there
23:10
Yeah Yeah
23:11
You know
23:11
what I
23:11
mean So
23:12
Okay so
23:14
before
23:14
we get into
23:14
these other
23:15
sightings
23:16
you're
23:16
seeing this
23:16
fear
23:17
It's
23:17
tumbling
23:17
It's
23:17
kind of
23:18
bobbing
23:18
in the air
23:18
Do you have
23:19
any sense
23:19
of the
23:19
winds
23:20
You know
23:20
is this
23:21
moving
23:21
against
23:21
the winds
23:22
Is this
23:22
with the
23:23
winds
23:23
Is this
23:24
moving
23:24
fast
23:25
Is this
23:25
moving
23:25
slow
23:26
And
23:26
how does
23:26
you know
23:27
How does this
23:28
video end
23:29
I kind of
23:29
get a
23:30
really
23:30
a sense
23:31
of like
23:31
when
23:31
direction
23:32
I could see
23:33
like the
23:33
waves
23:33
of course
23:34
like the
23:35
whitecaps
23:35
and
23:35
whatnot
23:36
but I
23:37
couldn't
23:37
tell
23:37
direction
23:38
and
23:38
that type
23:38
of thing
23:39
I could
23:39
see like
23:39
the way
23:40
the drone
23:40
was
23:40
oriented
23:41
and
23:41
the angle
23:42
it was
23:42
looking
23:42
at it from
23:43
But
23:44
that information
23:45
I know
23:46
I don't
23:47
have that
23:48
I would say
23:49
it was
23:49
moving at
23:49
a decent
23:50
speed
23:50
I mean
23:50
this thing
23:51
had no
23:51
wings
23:52
no sign
23:52
of like
23:53
propulsion
23:54
or
23:55
you know
23:55
no rivets
23:56
nothing
23:56
like
23:56
and you're
23:57
seeing an
23:57
IR image
23:58
and so
23:58
you're
23:59
not seeing
23:59
like an
23:59
exhaust
24:00
plume
24:00
or anything
24:00
like that
24:01
when it
24:02
got up
24:02
really
24:03
close
24:03
on it
24:03
You know
24:04
the best
24:04
way I can
24:05
compare
24:05
it to
24:06
is the
24:07
recent
24:07
drops that
24:08
came out
24:08
You saw
24:09
the ones
24:09
like
24:10
there's one
24:10
that does
24:10
move past
24:11
the ship
24:11
and the
24:12
and the
24:12
latest
24:12
drops
24:13
they did
24:14
It looks
24:14
similar to
24:14
that
24:15
And also
24:15
the one
24:15
moving
24:16
between
24:16
like those
24:16
windmills
24:17
and stuff
24:17
It looked
24:18
very
24:18
similar
24:18
Yeah
24:19
So you're
24:19
talking
24:19
about
24:19
the drop
24:20
from the
24:20
Department
24:20
of War
24:21
Depending
24:21
on when
24:22
this airs
24:22
that might
24:23
best be
24:23
referred to
24:24
as the
24:24
first drop
24:25
But yeah
24:25
okay
24:25
I think
24:26
we'll all
24:26
know what
24:26
you talk
24:27
about
24:28
Okay
24:28
Up close
24:30
because it
24:30
did zoom in
24:31
pretty
24:31
close
24:31
to it
24:32
And what
24:32
I saw
24:33
it appeared
24:34
to be like
24:34
three
24:35
vortexes
24:36
on the top
24:36
and bottom
24:37
the very
24:37
very faint
24:39
It was
24:39
really odd
24:40
It was still
24:41
like that
24:41
white
24:41
hot spear
24:43
but it had
24:44
these three
24:45
very
24:45
transparent
24:46
vortexes
24:46
on the top
24:47
and bottom
24:47
and
24:48
like side
24:49
by side
24:49
or
24:50
like one
24:51
two three
24:51
Yeah
24:52
And then
24:53
and the
24:54
water
24:54
itself
24:54
it almost
24:55
looked
24:55
like a
24:56
like a
24:56
laser
24:57
underwater
24:58
Like as
24:59
the object
24:59
was going
25:00
across
25:00
the waves
25:01
right
25:01
underneath
25:01
it was like
25:02
this
25:02
almost
25:02
like a
25:03
point
25:03
of energy
25:03
I couldn't
25:04
tell if
25:04
it was like
25:05
a
25:05
reflection
25:06
or
25:06
something
25:06
under the
25:07
water
25:07
like
25:08
underneath it
25:08
but
25:08
it was like
25:09
a straight
25:09
line
25:10
of what
25:10
looked like
25:11
a laser
25:12
or a very
25:13
tight
25:13
reflection
25:14
of it
25:14
Interesting
25:15
Yeah
25:16
potentially
25:17
some
25:17
kind of
25:17
our energy
25:18
Coming
25:18
out the
25:19
Bottom
25:19
into
25:20
the ocean
25:20
for
25:20
whatever
25:21
reason
25:21
It's
25:21
interesting
25:22
how low
25:22
it is too
25:23
Yeah
25:23
that's
25:24
that's
25:24
that's
25:24
very
25:24
interesting
25:25
Especially
25:26
you know
25:26
if it is
25:26
putting out
25:27
some kind
25:27
of energy
25:27
into the
25:28
ocean
25:28
you know
25:28
there's
25:29
things
25:29
we can
25:29
learn
25:29
from that
25:30
How did this
25:31
video end
25:32
I mean
25:32
it just
25:33
keeps
25:33
tracking it
25:34
for a while
25:34
and then
25:35
it just
25:36
I guess
25:36
the drone
25:36
just like
25:37
okay
25:37
we're done
25:38
and just
25:38
lets it
25:38
go off
25:38
screen
25:39
and
25:39
that's it
25:39
You know
25:40
what I
25:40
mean
25:40
Right
25:40
So this one
25:41
is somewhat
25:41
ambiguous
25:42
right
25:42
It could be
25:43
some
25:43
kind of
25:43
strange
25:44
platform
25:44
We're
25:45
not seeing
25:45
the same
25:45
rocket off
25:46
or
25:46
anything
25:47
but it's
25:47
a data
25:48
point
25:48
right
25:48
So
25:48
what happens
25:49
next
25:49
Kind of
25:50
as you see
25:50
this video
25:51
and you're
25:51
like
25:52
you
25:52
save it
25:53
What's
25:53
next
25:54
Yeah
25:54
I told the
25:55
answer guy
25:55
I was like
25:56
hey save
25:56
this video
25:57
Like that's
25:58
that's
25:58
pretty
25:58
cool
25:58
you know
25:59
And so
25:59
we did
26:00
we had it
26:00
saved
26:01
in there
26:01
And from
26:02
that point
26:02
moving
26:02
forward
26:03
I was
26:04
watching
26:04
every drone
26:05
in that
26:05
area 24
26:06
over seven
26:06
you know
26:06
what I
26:07
mean
26:07
And
26:07
activity
26:08
did pick
26:08
up
26:08
like the
26:09
amount
26:09
of assets
26:10
that
26:10
we were
26:10
deploying
26:10
out there
26:11
Almost
26:12
seemed like
26:12
we were
26:12
looking
26:13
for this
26:13
type
26:13
of thing
26:14
And
26:14
what gives you
26:15
what
26:15
gives you
26:15
that
26:16
You know
26:16
what makes
26:17
you
26:17
confident
26:17
to say
26:18
that
26:18
What
26:18
did you see
26:19
either
26:19
out of the
26:22
new
26:22
availability
26:23
of aircraft
26:23
in
26:23
that area
26:24
or how
26:24
they were
26:25
searching
26:25
the area
26:26
that gave
26:26
you that
26:27
impression
26:27
when the
26:28
first video
26:28
happened
26:29
that
26:29
first event
26:30
it was
26:31
one MQ nine
26:32
out there
26:32
just
26:33
the middle
26:33
of the ocean
26:34
which is
26:34
already
26:34
weird
26:35
you know
26:35
why have it
26:36
flying
26:37
a mission
26:37
in the
26:37
middle of
26:37
the ocean
26:38
for no
26:38
reason
26:38
right
26:39
And then
26:39
after that
26:40
incident
26:40
there
26:40
would be
26:41
two out
26:41
there
26:42
split
26:43
apart
26:43
like in
26:44
different
26:44
regions
26:44
almost
26:45
doing like
26:45
a search
26:45
pattern
26:46
and
26:46
different
26:47
sections
26:47
Right
26:48
So and then
26:50
they'd be
26:50
working
26:50
in shifts
26:51
when one
26:52
a third one
26:53
would be
26:53
on the way
26:53
to relieve
26:54
another
26:54
the other
26:54
one's
26:55
going back
26:55
So
26:55
they started
26:56
continuous
26:56
coverage
26:57
in this
26:57
area Yeah
26:58
Which means
26:59
they've
26:59
prioritized
27:00
it Yeah
27:01
What else
27:01
did they
27:02
see
27:02
Second one
27:03
was another
27:03
highlight
27:04
is when
27:05
I came in
27:05
to work
27:06
looked in
27:07
the
27:07
highlights
27:07
I was like
27:08
oh there's
27:08
another
27:08
one
27:09
You know
27:09
I don't
27:09
remember
27:10
how many
27:10
how much
27:11
time had
27:11
passed
27:11
between
27:11
the first
27:12
and this
27:12
one
27:12
It's been
27:13
a while
27:13
but it was
27:14
on the
27:15
highlights
27:15
Again
27:15
I looked
27:16
at
27:16
this video
27:17
and it was
27:17
another
27:18
object
27:18
white hot
27:19
And I are
27:21
this one
27:21
though
27:22
they
27:22
switched to
27:23
electro
27:23
optical
27:24
color
27:24
Right
27:25
And they
27:26
got it
27:26
in three
27:26
frames
27:27
in color
27:28
And it was
27:29
like this
27:29
brown
27:30
rust color
27:31
almost
27:32
which
27:32
is odd
27:33
because
27:33
And
27:34
the shape
27:34
was
27:34
different
27:34
too
27:35
because
27:35
an IR
27:36
it was the
27:36
circular shape
27:37
but
27:39
in color
27:39
it was
27:40
almost
27:41
elongated
27:42
almost like
27:42
a cocoon
27:43
or like a
27:43
peanut
27:44
almost
27:45
It was super weird
27:46
but
27:46
we only got it
27:46
in
27:46
three frames
27:47
because
27:47
the drone
27:47
couldn't
27:48
get a
27:48
lock on it
27:48
and EO
27:49
but then
27:50
it switched
27:50
back to IR
27:50
and was
27:51
following
27:51
this thing
27:52
and then
27:52
it looked
27:52
like a
27:52
sphere
27:53
in IR
27:53
Yeah
27:54
Interesting
27:55
Yeah
27:55
All right
27:56
So brownish
27:57
rusty
27:58
peanut
27:58
shaped
27:59
object
28:00
altitude
28:01
Couldn't
28:01
tell
28:02
Couldn't
28:02
tell that
28:02
close
28:03
to the
28:03
every time
28:03
It's
28:04
always
28:04
close to
28:04
the water
28:05
The
28:05
proximity
28:06
of the
28:06
water
28:06
speeds or
28:07
kinematic
28:08
behavior
28:10
I don't
28:11
think
28:11
it was
28:11
going like
28:12
impossibly
28:13
fast
28:14
you know
28:15
but it was
28:15
moving
28:16
you know
28:16
especially
28:17
for
28:17
something
28:18
of that
28:19
that shape
28:19
that like
28:20
aerodynamic
28:21
wise
28:21
that makes
28:22
no sense
28:22
How far are we
28:23
from like
28:23
the nearest
28:24
landmass
28:26
I can't
28:26
tell
28:26
exactly
28:27
I know
28:27
on
28:28
the third
28:28
one that
28:28
I saw
28:29
I did
28:30
map it out
28:30
like okay
28:30
exactly how
28:31
far off
28:32
are we
28:32
And it was
28:33
like almost
28:33
a hundred
28:34
miles
28:34
offshore
28:35
of
28:35
South Korea
28:36
And so
28:36
this one
28:37
kind of
28:37
same thing
28:38
you see it
28:38
And then
28:39
they just
28:39
disengaged
28:39
from it
28:40
or did
28:41
some
28:41
other way
28:42
I think
28:42
it was
28:43
doing
28:43
some
28:43
maneuvering
28:44
It was
28:44
tracking it
28:45
for a while
28:45
because
28:45
it was
28:46
trying to
28:46
get in
28:46
color
28:46
and IR
28:47
switching
28:47
back
28:48
and forth
28:48
It was
28:49
object
28:49
maneuvering
28:50
Yeah
28:50
It was
28:51
this one
28:51
was
28:52
actually
28:53
change
28:53
in
28:53
directions
28:54
It was almost
28:56
doing
28:57
like almost
28:59
a J
28:59
hook
28:59
maneuver
29:00
you know
29:01
almost
29:01
turning
29:01
back
29:01
the way
29:02
Critical
29:02
one
29:03
No I'd say
29:04
like a
29:04
turn
29:04
like a left
29:05
right turn
29:06
if I
29:06
if this is
29:07
like the
29:07
ocean here
29:08
and like
29:08
this
29:08
the angle
29:09
of
29:09
the drone
29:09
it was
29:10
coming
29:10
across
29:10
and doing
29:11
like a
29:11
J hook
29:11
like that
29:12
you know
29:12
And this
29:13
that's
29:13
not the
29:14
first time
29:14
The third video
29:15
that
29:15
happened
29:16
as well
29:16
And and
29:17
this second
29:18
event
29:18
it was
29:19
broken
29:19
up into
29:20
two
29:20
different
29:20
videos
29:20
I don't
29:21
know why
29:22
but
29:22
it's like
29:24
sometimes
29:24
new videos
29:25
the same
29:25
event
29:26
just in
29:27
different
29:27
time
29:27
increments
29:28
would be
29:28
broken up
29:29
into
29:29
different
29:29
sections
29:30
you know
29:30
but
29:30
it's the
29:30
same event
29:31
you know
29:32
So now
29:32
we're
29:32
spheres
29:33
were
29:34
peanuts
29:35
What's
29:35
next
29:36
Yeah
29:36
Next one
29:37
Third one
29:38
I saw
29:38
this live
29:39
It was
29:40
funny about
29:40
this is
29:41
I was
29:41
coming in
29:42
to work
29:42
to relieve
29:43
the day
29:44
shift guys
29:45
And because
29:46
by now
29:46
we were
29:47
chatting
29:47
about it
29:47
all
29:47
the time
29:48
I was
29:48
like hey
29:48
watch
29:49
this video
29:50
that
29:50
I found on
29:51
some a
29:52
share
29:52
drive
29:53
You know
29:53
the guys
29:53
were
29:53
kind of
29:53
getting
29:54
interested
29:54
in it
29:54
you know
29:54
what I
29:55
mean
29:55
And I'm
29:56
like well
29:56
how do you
29:56
like
29:57
show me
29:57
exactly
29:57
what drones
29:58
you're
29:58
looking at
29:58
so I can
29:59
watch
29:59
this stuff
30:00
when I'm
30:00
working
30:00
So
30:01
I was like
30:01
showing
30:01
them
30:01
I was like
30:02
okay
30:02
you want to
30:02
pull these
30:02
drones up
30:03
you know
30:04
And I was
30:04
doing it
30:05
as an
30:05
example
30:06
I was
30:06
clicking
30:06
this MK
30:07
nine
30:07
and when
30:08
I pulled up
30:09
the screen
30:10
it was
30:10
on this
30:11
UAP flight
30:12
and over
30:12
the water
30:12
I was like
30:13
yeah
30:14
that's just
30:14
what I'm
30:14
talking
30:15
about
30:15
Yeah
30:15
You know
30:16
look and ye
30:17
shall see
30:18
Yeah
30:18
So I'm
30:19
watching
30:19
this live
30:19
with
30:20
my coworker
30:20
and I'm
30:21
like okay
30:22
yeah yeah
30:23
Perfect
30:24
example
30:24
right here
30:25
You know
30:25
And this
30:26
one we got
30:28
it in
30:28
color and I
30:31
it was
30:32
an IR
30:32
It
30:32
appeared to
30:33
be the
30:34
same
30:34
spherical shape
30:35
but
30:35
this one
30:36
was like
30:36
blinking
30:36
like a star
30:37
almost
30:38
It was different
30:39
you know
30:39
it got
30:40
zoomed down
30:40
really
30:41
close like
30:41
almost
30:42
filling up
30:42
the screen
30:43
And it was
30:45
radiating
30:45
almost like
30:47
in IRR
30:47
Yeah yeah
30:48
Blinking
30:49
like a
30:49
star
30:49
Like
30:49
if you look
30:50
at a star
30:50
through a
30:51
telescope
30:52
kind of or
30:52
kind of
30:53
twinkling
30:53
it's a
30:54
twinkling
30:54
Yeah
30:55
And can you
30:55
make out
30:55
of shape
30:56
Not really
30:56
because
30:57
it was
30:57
it was
30:57
very radiant
30:59
It was
30:59
circular
31:00
shape
31:00
I guess
31:00
You know
31:01
you
31:01
interpret
31:01
that as
31:02
someone
31:02
seeing all
31:03
this video
31:03
Yeah
31:04
I don't
31:04
know man
31:04
That's why
31:05
I'm coming
31:05
to you
31:06
You know
31:07
I want the people
31:08
to see it
31:08
so
31:08
they could
31:08
decide
31:08
for themselves
31:09
You know
31:09
what I
31:10
mean
31:10
I want
31:11
like
31:11
analysis
31:12
of it
31:12
I want to know
31:12
what I saw
31:13
you know
31:14
because
31:15
when it
31:15
would
31:15
switch
31:15
to color
31:17
on this
31:17
one it was
31:18
a white
31:19
sphere
31:21
almost
31:22
like
31:22
almost
31:22
TikTok
31:23
like
31:23
And
31:23
you know
31:24
just
31:24
cruising
31:25
across
31:25
the water
31:25
you know
31:26
blue water
31:27
white
31:27
object IR
31:29
You tell
31:29
the size
31:30
of this one
31:30
or
31:31
this one
31:31
Got
31:31
this one
31:32
did get
31:32
measured by
31:33
the drone
31:33
This is the one
31:34
that varied
31:34
between 1
31:35
to 3m
31:36
At first
31:37
it showed
31:37
the square
31:38
was like
31:38
one meter
31:38
and then
31:39
it did
31:39
it again
31:40
It was
31:40
at three
31:41
meters
31:41
still down
31:42
right
31:42
above
31:42
the ocean
31:43
Yeah
31:43
This is
31:43
how that
31:44
tumble
31:44
appearance
31:45
or as
31:46
the
31:46
previous
31:46
one did
31:46
Or is this
31:47
one that
31:47
say so
31:48
Yeah
31:49
Estimates
31:49
of of
31:50
speed
31:50
at all
31:51
if you're
31:51
capable
31:52
I really
31:52
can't say
31:53
Yeah
31:54
Maneuvering
31:55
I can't
31:55
remember
31:55
first on
31:56
the second
31:56
or third
31:56
video
31:57
where
31:57
in color
31:57
did this
31:58
J hook
31:58
maneuver
31:59
And it
32:00
came
32:00
it
32:00
came down
32:01
and it
32:01
almost at
32:02
a 180 back
32:02
the way
32:03
it came
32:03
this white
32:04
arc and
32:05
went back
32:05
the way
32:05
it came
32:06
So moving
32:06
intelligently
32:07
Right
32:07
And
32:08
this is
32:08
more of
32:08
the longer
32:09
it kind of
32:09
Tic-Tac
32:10
shape or
32:11
not
32:12
that along
32:13
because
32:13
I've seen
32:13
like the
32:14
the example
32:15
that
32:15
they use
32:15
of the
32:16
Tic-Tac
32:16
almost
32:16
looks like
32:17
a propane
32:17
tank
32:17
right
32:18
I want to say
32:19
like a pill
32:19
like that
32:20
You know
32:20
what I
32:20
mean
32:21
More
32:21
circular
32:22
Yeah yeah
32:23
Okay
32:23
What else
32:24
about
32:24
this one
32:25
As
32:25
the drone
32:26
was
32:26
tracking
32:26
it
32:27
it was trying
32:27
to switch
32:28
into EO
32:29
you know
32:30
color
32:30
and
32:31
going back
32:32
and forth
32:32
like that
32:33
And
32:33
eventually
32:34
it lost
32:35
it it
32:36
it
32:36
had it like
32:36
zoomed up
32:37
all the way
32:38
on screen
32:38
And then
32:40
it
32:40
panned out
32:41
like
32:41
assuming
32:42
that no
32:44
the the
32:44
the
32:45
altitude
32:45
of the drone
32:46
and how far
32:46
away
32:46
is from
32:47
the object
32:47
it
32:47
could have
32:48
been like
32:48
a couple
32:49
miles from
32:50
end to end
32:50
of my
32:50
screen
32:51
that I'm
32:51
looking at
32:51
you know
32:52
what
32:52
I mean
32:52
But it was
32:53
just gone
32:53
It
32:53
disappeared
32:54
and
32:55
you could
32:55
see the
32:55
drone
32:56
like
32:57
looked like
32:57
where
32:57
to go
32:58
you know
32:58
what
32:58
I mean
32:58
And it was
32:59
just gone
33:00
Yeah
33:00
I don't know
33:00
if it
33:00
went
33:01
underwater
33:01
I don't
33:02
know
33:02
I went
33:03
great to
33:03
capture
33:04
Yeah
33:04
Whatev
33:04
Right
33:05
Yeah
33:06
What's next
33:06
then
33:07
Did this
33:07
continue
33:08
That was
33:08
that was
33:09
the last
33:09
one that
33:09
I saw
33:10
there
33:10
Yeah
33:11
And
33:11
how much
33:12
longer
33:12
were you
33:12
there
33:13
I was there
33:14
to do
33:14
like a
33:14
probationary
33:15
period
33:15
with this
33:16
company
33:16
this
33:16
contractor
33:17
because
33:17
I knew that
33:18
if I was
33:18
with them
33:19
for a
33:19
while
33:19
they had
33:20
contracts
33:20
in Korea
33:21
which I was
33:21
trying
33:21
to go back
33:22
out to
33:23
which
33:23
I eventually
33:23
did Right
33:25
You know
33:25
I was there
33:25
for
33:25
just over
33:26
eight
33:26
months
33:26
I think
33:27
What
33:27
do you think
33:28
I mean
33:28
were
33:29
you just
33:29
not
33:29
looking
33:29
Do
33:29
you think
33:30
they just
33:30
stopped
33:31
You know
33:31
it
33:31
seemed like
33:32
it was
33:32
somewhat
33:33
consistent
33:33
for
33:33
a period
33:34
and then
33:34
nothing for
33:34
eight
33:35
months
33:35
What do you think
33:36
happened
33:37
Yeah
33:37
because
33:37
I know
33:38
as soon
33:38
as the
33:38
first one
33:38
happened
33:39
like
33:39
I mentioned
33:40
they seemed
33:40
to
33:41
prioritize
33:41
this
33:41
right
33:42
They had assets
33:43
out there
33:44
all the
33:44
time
33:44
like 24
33:45
over seven
33:46
So
33:46
they continue
33:46
to have
33:47
assets in
33:47
that area
33:48
where
33:48
you're
33:48
seeing the
33:49
the one
33:49
we just
33:49
talked
33:50
about
33:50
this fear
33:51
they gone
33:51
on
33:51
So I mean
33:52
how
33:52
many assets
33:53
are we
33:53
talking
33:53
about here
33:55
Like I
33:55
said
33:55
always two
33:56
MQ nines
33:57
out there
33:57
at least
33:57
Right
33:58
a third
33:58
on the way
33:58
to relieve
33:59
another
33:59
type
33:59
of thing
34:00
And there
34:01
I don't know
34:01
if you
34:01
can provide
34:02
a loose
34:02
estimate
34:03
maybe
34:04
a few
34:04
hundred
34:05
miles from
34:05
a landing
34:06
They're like
34:07
their base
34:07
of
34:07
operations
34:08
or these
34:08
things
34:08
traveling
34:09
you know
34:10
across
34:10
the world
34:10
in order
34:11
to to
34:11
do this
34:12
Not
34:12
that far
34:13
but yeah
34:14
I'd say
34:15
within the
34:16
Indo-Pak
34:16
region
34:17
Right
34:17
Yeah
34:17
So they are
34:18
prioritizing
34:19
this with
34:19
with local
34:20
assets
34:21
Okay
34:21
So we have
34:23
multiple
34:24
instances
34:24
People
34:25
are
34:25
capturing
34:26
them
34:26
A lot of
34:27
times it's
34:27
not
34:27
even you
34:27
capturing
34:28
at other
34:28
people
34:29
I'd love to
34:29
hear
34:30
what else
34:30
they've
34:30
seen
34:30
Perhaps
34:31
right
34:31
Maybe
34:32
they have
34:32
their own
34:32
folder
34:33
that you
34:33
don't have
34:33
access
34:34
That's
34:34
what I'm
34:34
saying
34:34
Because
34:35
you know
34:35
that's just
34:36
our folder
34:36
in Disa
34:37
Yeah
34:37
I know
34:37
there's
34:38
guys and
34:38
other
34:39
skiffs
34:39
somewhere
34:39
that have
34:40
their own
34:40
folders
34:41
that are
34:41
saving
34:41
stuff
34:41
as well
34:42
you know
34:42
what I
34:42
mean
34:43
So it's
34:44
hard
34:44
what your
34:45
what
34:45
your mind
34:46
state
34:46
you know
34:46
you're like
34:46
all right
34:47
You know
34:47
we've seen
34:48
these
34:48
this
34:48
hearing
34:49
has happened
34:50
What
34:50
led you to
34:51
you know
34:51
what
34:52
did you do
34:52
next
34:52
Did
34:52
you report
34:53
this to
34:53
someone
34:54
I assume
34:55
you've been
34:55
talking
34:55
with your
34:56
colleagues
34:56
a little bit
34:57
I want to
34:57
talk about
34:58
their
34:58
reactions
34:59
to
34:59
But you
34:59
know
34:59
what happened
35:00
next for
35:00
you never
35:02
really
35:02
reported
35:03
anyone
35:03
at Disa
35:04
Like
35:04
honestly
35:05
it's it's
35:05
a very
35:06
laid back
35:06
environment
35:07
Like
35:07
you tell
35:08
a guy hey
35:09
that's
35:09
the aliens
35:09
again
35:10
They're
35:10
like yeah
35:11
Anyways
35:12
back to
35:12
work
35:13
right
35:13
Yeah
35:13
It's
35:14
you see all
35:14
sorts
35:15
of stuff
35:15
at this
35:16
job right
35:16
You know
35:17
we're
35:17
watching
35:17
everything
35:18
around
35:18
the world
35:19
You know
35:19
there was
35:20
really no
35:21
nothing
35:21
set up
35:22
within this
35:23
to be like
35:23
hey if you
35:24
see
35:24
anything
35:24
like this
35:25
let us
35:25
know
35:25
I never
35:26
heard of
35:26
anything
35:27
like that
35:27
you know
35:28
So that's
35:28
when I saw
35:29
your guys's
35:30
hearing
35:30
and I
35:30
was like
35:31
And then
35:32
you know
35:32
Asa was
35:33
created
35:34
your guys's
35:35
organization
35:35
And I
35:37
reached out
35:37
to you
35:38
guys
35:38
and I was
35:39
like hey
35:39
I've a very
35:40
vaguely
35:41
I was like
35:41
I work and
35:42
government
35:42
contracting
35:43
I've seen
35:44
some stuff
35:44
in the
35:45
right
35:45
environment
35:45
I'd like
35:46
to talk
35:46
about it
35:47
you know
35:47
So that's
35:48
where
35:48
I went
35:49
from there
35:49
This is
35:50
pretty
35:50
early on
35:50
I think
35:51
this was
35:51
a time when
35:51
we were
35:53
taking our
35:54
witnesses
35:54
to the
35:54
relatively
35:55
newly
35:55
formulated
35:56
arrow
35:57
office
35:58
Tell me about
35:58
that
35:58
experience
35:59
Once I made
36:00
contact
36:00
with
36:01
you guys
36:01
and
36:02
reported
36:03
what I
36:03
had seen
36:04
in order
36:05
to get
36:05
and talk
36:06
with
36:06
someone
36:07
in the
36:07
classified
36:07
environment
36:08
about
36:08
the exact
36:09
details
36:10
that would be
36:11
arrow
36:12
exist
36:13
to
36:13
facilitate
36:13
that
36:14
supposedly
36:14
Right
36:15
I remember
36:16
this was like
36:16
this must have
36:17
been the
36:17
early days
36:17
of arrow
36:18
because
36:19
I remember
36:20
in the
36:20
email chain
36:21
that was
36:21
like hey
36:22
so if you
36:23
want to
36:23
talk to
36:24
someone
36:24
about this
36:25
I know
36:26
you're not
36:26
working
36:26
with this
36:27
anymore
36:27
but
36:27
tell one of
36:28
your
36:28
buddies
36:28
to email
36:29
this
36:29
address
36:31
And I
36:31
was like
36:32
I was like
36:32
are you kidding
36:33
me
36:33
Like
36:33
this is it
36:34
This is the government
36:34
This is the
36:35
government
36:35
process
36:36
for this
36:36
Like
36:37
this is
36:37
ridiculous
36:38
You know
36:38
I'm good
36:39
on that
36:40
I'll wait
36:40
until
36:40
you guys
36:41
have
36:41
something
36:41
better
36:41
going
36:42
you know
36:43
because
36:43
that's just
36:44
arrow
36:45
I think
36:45
Has been
36:46
a
36:46
controversial
36:46
organization
36:47
you know
36:48
especially
36:48
early on
36:49
under the
36:49
leadership
36:50
of Doctor
36:50
Sean
36:51
Kirkpatrick
36:51
You know
36:52
who have
36:52
interacted
36:52
with there
36:54
is new
36:54
leadership
36:55
under John
36:57
You know
36:57
who I've
36:57
spoken
36:58
with
36:58
And I think
36:59
he is doing
37:00
the best
37:01
he can
37:01
within
37:02
the
37:02
constraints
37:03
of being
37:04
within
37:04
the DoD
37:05
you know
37:05
working on
37:06
this issue
37:07
and even
37:07
just
37:08
recently
37:08
it seems
37:09
like
37:09
there's
37:09
been some
37:10
mending of
37:10
the fences
37:11
between him
37:13
and
37:13
that office
37:14
and some of
37:15
some of the
37:15
critics of
37:16
the office
37:17
in
37:17
Congress
37:17
And I
37:18
hope that
37:19
reconciliation
37:20
is earnest
37:22
Because
37:22
arrow has
37:24
decided
37:24
To
37:25
cooperate
37:25
with the
37:25
intent
37:26
of what
37:26
Congress
37:27
Yeah
37:27
it
37:27
looks like
37:28
they've got
37:28
their stuff
37:28
together
37:29
and
37:29
they are
37:30
taking that
37:30
serious
37:30
I'm
37:31
cautiously
37:31
optimistic
37:32
And
37:32
you know
37:33
I think
37:33
as an
37:33
organization
37:34
there's
37:34
a role
37:35
for arrow
37:35
to play
37:36
I don't
37:36
think
37:36
Arrow
37:37
should be
37:38
necessarily
37:38
the whole
37:39
of
37:39
government
37:40
owner
37:40
on this
37:41
topic
37:41
It's
37:41
too big
37:42
just for
37:42
for
37:43
that office
37:43
and
37:44
those authorizations
37:45
that
37:45
they have
37:46
But I am
37:47
optimistic
37:48
that there
37:48
might be
37:49
a positive
37:50
path
37:50
forward
37:50
for them
37:51
But
37:51
regardless
37:52
at this
37:52
point
37:53
under
37:53
Kirkpatrick's
37:54
leadership
37:54
you weren't
37:55
getting
37:56
the warm
37:57
fuzzies
37:58
that
37:58
this was
37:58
going to be
37:59
a
37:59
professional
38:00
clean
38:00
process
38:01
And so
38:02
we look for
38:02
another
38:03
path
38:03
What do we do
38:04
then
38:05
Yeah
38:05
we got in
38:05
contact
38:06
with
38:06
the FBI
38:07
Surprisingly
38:08
the FBI
38:08
took it
38:08
really
38:09
serious
38:09
They were
38:10
actually
38:10
all they
38:11
wanted to
38:11
hear
38:11
everything
38:12
And
38:12
that was
38:12
that was
38:13
pretty
38:13
good
38:13
I was impressed
38:14
with how
38:15
they
38:16
handled it
38:16
You know
38:17
I got
38:17
in a call
38:17
with them
38:18
discuss
38:19
things
38:19
and
38:20
they seemed
38:21
to take
38:21
it really
38:21
serious
38:22
because
38:22
you know
38:22
they're
38:22
working
38:22
with FAA
38:23
and
38:23
all this stuff
38:24
So I guess
38:25
they're
38:25
trying
38:25
to compile
38:25
their own
38:26
database
38:26
Right
38:27
Which
38:28
I was happy
38:28
to help
38:29
with
38:29
You know
38:30
it just
38:30
surprised me
38:31
that
38:33
there's
38:33
different
38:33
government
38:34
agencies
38:35
trying to
38:35
go at it
38:36
themselves
38:36
and compile
38:37
their own
38:38
individual
38:39
studies
38:39
of this
38:39
And there's
38:40
not like
38:40
a
38:40
centralized
38:41
place
38:41
that
38:41
they can
38:41
pull it
38:42
from
38:42
I agree
38:42
there needs
38:43
to be that
38:44
I think
38:44
that
38:44
people were
38:45
perhaps
38:45
hoping
38:45
that arrow
38:46
would be that
38:46
but
38:47
they saw
38:47
that there
38:48
was perhaps
38:48
a
38:49
misaligned
38:49
incentives
38:50
with the
38:51
DoD
38:51
investigating
38:52
what could
38:52
potentially
38:53
lead to
38:53
the
38:53
uncovering
38:54
of illegal
38:55
activities
38:56
And the
38:56
Dodds
38:56
obviously
38:57
there's
38:57
some
38:58
you know
38:58
misalignment
38:58
of
38:59
incentives
39:00
there
39:00
And so
39:01
while
39:01
I would
39:02
normally
39:03
you know
39:03
preach that
39:04
we do need
39:04
a
39:04
centralized
39:05
location
39:05
I think
39:06
early on
39:07
time period
39:07
that we've
39:08
had over
39:08
the past
39:08
couple of
39:09
years it's
39:09
been very
39:10
productive
39:10
to have
39:11
multiple
39:12
organizations
39:13
providing
39:13
independent
39:14
audits
39:14
if you
39:15
will
39:15
some of
39:15
this
39:15
information
39:16
such that
39:16
one group
39:17
can't
39:17
necessarily
39:18
control
39:18
the
39:18
conversation
39:19
And I
39:20
then think
39:20
you know
39:21
the
39:21
outcropping
39:21
of that
39:22
is a more
39:23
centralized
39:24
trusted
39:25
you know
39:25
government
39:26
database
39:27
on the
39:28
it appears
39:28
that like
39:30
you know
39:30
you have
39:30
different
39:30
agencies
39:31
going at it
39:31
by
39:32
themselves
39:32
Well
39:33
incentivizes
39:34
the other
39:34
agencies
39:34
to be like
39:35
okay
39:35
we need to
39:36
at
39:36
the end of
39:36
the day
39:36
the FBI
39:37
is better
39:38
resourced
39:38
and better
39:39
staff
39:40
and has
39:40
the
39:40
experience
39:41
to actually
39:41
run
39:42
investigations
39:42
Right
39:43
That's not
39:44
what the
39:44
primaries
39:45
you know
39:46
background
39:46
and
39:46
responsibilities
39:47
of
39:47
the staff
39:48
at Aero
39:49
are and
39:50
you know
39:50
just to be
39:52
clear
39:52
you know
39:52
in case
39:53
folks
39:53
weren't
39:54
aware
39:54
you know
39:55
a few years
39:55
back
39:56
there was a
39:57
small group
39:57
of of folks
39:59
within
39:59
the FBI
40:00
who were
40:00
initially
40:01
trying
40:01
to
40:01
understand
40:01
the
40:02
situation
40:03
and what
40:04
national
40:04
security
40:04
threats
40:05
they might
40:06
be able
40:06
to address
40:07
with the
40:07
information
40:08
collected
40:08
here
40:08
not just
40:09
the one
40:09
you know
40:09
not in a
40:10
you know
40:11
okay UAP
40:12
or early
40:12
counter UAS
40:13
kind of
40:14
mindset
40:14
but really
40:15
looking
40:15
into UAP
40:16
as its
40:17
own
40:17
category
40:18
and that
40:19
you know
40:19
organization
40:20
has grown
40:21
when you
40:22
come to ASA
40:23
And
40:23
if your case
40:24
touches on
40:24
potential
40:25
national
40:25
security
40:26
or
40:26
classified
40:27
information
40:28
or even
40:28
certain
40:29
types
40:29
of
40:30
sightings
40:30
because
40:30
we are
40:31
starting to
40:31
pick up
40:31
some trends
40:32
that are
40:33
important
40:33
for
40:33
national
40:33
security
40:34
we asked
40:35
a permission
40:36
witness
40:36
and
40:36
let them
40:37
know that
40:38
you know
40:38
if they
40:39
so choose
40:40
they can do
40:40
either a
40:42
anonymous
40:43
or
40:43
you know
40:44
or
40:44
a standard
40:45
interview
40:45
with
40:45
the witness
40:46
where
40:46
there's
40:46
an Acer
40:47
rep
40:47
on the call
40:48
and
40:48
they get
40:48
to share
40:49
that
40:49
information
40:49
added to
40:50
a data
40:50
set that's
40:51
extremely
40:51
actionable
40:51
right now
40:52
That's
40:52
going to
40:53
Congress
40:54
and it's
40:54
changing
40:55
the
40:55
conversation
40:56
Of course
40:56
if you
40:56
come to
40:57
a sun
40:57
you don't
40:57
want that
40:58
information
40:58
is shared
40:59
then
40:59
that's the
40:59
default state
41:00
So I don't
41:01
want
41:01
people to
41:02
fear that
41:03
you know
41:03
we're just
41:03
willy nilly
41:04
sending
41:04
their
41:05
information
41:05
But I think
41:06
most people
41:07
and
41:07
you took
41:07
this route
41:08
chose
41:09
to pursue
41:09
that as
41:10
an avenue
41:11
Why'd
41:11
you do
41:12
that
41:13
Yeah
41:13
I felt
41:13
personally
41:14
compelled
41:14
to
41:15
you know
41:16
like I
41:16
said
41:16
I've
41:17
ever seen
41:17
the hearing
41:17
and seeing
41:18
exactly
41:19
our
41:19
government's
41:20
representatives
41:20
capabilities
41:21
of getting
41:22
answers
41:22
on this
41:23
which is
41:23
almost none
41:24
It
41:24
really concerned
41:25
me unless
41:26
it was
41:27
really
41:27
concerning
41:28
to me
41:28
you know
41:29
and I
41:31
felt
41:31
personally
41:31
compelled
41:32
to my
41:32
own
41:33
curiosity
41:34
You know
41:34
I feel like
41:34
we have
41:35
a
41:35
responsibility
41:36
to address
41:37
this
41:37
We have the right
41:38
to know
41:38
Right
41:39
If indeed
41:41
you know
41:41
we've
41:42
reverse
41:42
engineered
41:43
stuff
41:43
or whatever
41:44
recovered
41:44
crashes
41:45
you know
41:46
that type
41:46
of
41:46
technology
41:47
you know
41:48
then that's
41:48
that's
41:48
American
41:49
treasure
41:49
right
41:50
It
41:50
belongs
41:50
to we
41:50
the people
41:51
you know
41:51
And the
41:52
people want
41:52
to know
41:52
what
41:53
this is
41:53
Right
41:54
So that's
41:55
kind of
41:55
my
41:55
perspective
41:56
on it
41:56
Your
41:57
organization's
41:57
been great
41:58
for this
41:58
You know
41:58
you
41:59
guys are
41:59
the ones
41:59
that put me
42:00
in contact
42:00
with
42:00
the FBI
42:02
You know
42:02
you got me
42:03
the route
42:03
to arrow
42:04
You know
42:04
that didn't
42:04
work out
42:06
What
42:06
I will say
42:07
to guys
42:07
come up
42:08
forward is
42:09
you know
42:10
the
42:10
standard
42:10
route
42:11
You know
42:11
arrow
42:12
and you
42:13
know
42:13
the DoD IG
42:14
they will
42:15
facilitate
42:16
a place
42:17
where
42:17
you can
42:17
talk about
42:18
the
42:18
classified
42:19
stuff
42:19
Now it's
42:20
probably
42:20
going to
42:21
get
42:21
stonewalled
42:22
It might be
42:22
released
42:23
We
42:23
don't know
42:23
But it will
42:24
be compiled
42:24
there
42:25
You know
42:25
what I
42:25
mean
42:26
Unless in
42:27
my experience
42:27
it was
42:27
where
42:28
it's at
42:28
Right
42:29
Because
42:29
I think
42:30
arrow
42:30
did confirm
42:31
that
42:31
they saw
42:31
those
42:31
videos
42:32
Right
42:33
The FBI
42:33
you got me
42:34
in contact
42:34
with them
42:35
That was great
42:36
You know
42:36
they're
42:37
doing
42:37
their own thing
42:38
They've been
42:38
really
42:39
serious
42:39
about
42:39
the topic
42:40
And
42:40
they did
42:41
facilitate
42:41
and accept
42:42
the videos
42:43
that that
42:44
you knew
42:45
where
42:46
they were
42:46
I'll say
42:46
not that
42:46
you had
42:47
they
42:47
weren't in
42:48
your
42:48
possession
42:48
Right
42:50
Well good
42:50
I'm glad
42:50
we had
42:51
a positive
42:51
outcome
42:51
from that
42:52
There's
42:52
a lot
42:52
going on
42:53
right now
42:53
Congresswoman
42:54
Luna has
42:55
requested
42:55
certain
42:56
videos
42:56
from
42:56
the DoD
42:58
Did
42:58
any of
42:58
those look
42:58
familiar
43:00
Yes
43:00
The list
43:01
that she
43:01
just
43:02
put out
43:03
of ones
43:03
that are
43:04
supposedly
43:04
going to be
43:04
in the
43:05
next drop
43:06
one of them
43:07
the date
43:08
and time is
43:11
in
43:11
the region
43:12
that she
43:12
mentioned
43:13
I'm
43:14
like 99%
43:15
sure that
43:15
that is one
43:16
of my
43:16
videos
43:17
Yeah
43:17
a lot
43:18
of those
43:18
drones
43:19
the names
43:19
like Toxic
43:20
and Wily
43:21
those are
43:21
in
43:22
the list
43:22
I've watched
43:23
those
43:23
drones
43:24
personally
43:25
I'm
43:25
familiar
43:26
with those
43:26
names
43:27
Right
43:27
But yeah
43:28
one of
43:28
the ones in
43:29
that list
43:29
is I'm
43:30
pretty
43:30
sure
43:30
one of
43:31
the ones
43:31
that I am
43:32
talking
43:32
about
43:32
Yeah Yeah
43:34
So I'm
43:34
excited
43:34
Yeah
43:34
I mean
43:35
how
43:35
does that
43:35
feel
43:35
Right
43:35
I mean
43:36
you
43:36
started
43:36
you know
43:37
in
43:38
this dark
43:38
as a
43:39
as
43:39
I imagine
43:40
a dark
43:40
cool
43:41
office
43:41
you know
43:42
somewhere
43:42
and you
43:43
see these
43:44
things
43:44
you go
43:44
through
43:44
this
43:45
process
43:45
you
43:45
report it
43:46
and now you
43:46
see that
43:47
you know
43:48
some of the
43:49
videos that
43:49
you've been around
43:50
are now
43:51
being
43:51
requested
43:51
by members
43:52
of
43:52
Congress
43:52
It
43:52
must feel
43:53
pretty
43:53
good
43:54
I hope
43:54
that
43:54
all of them
43:55
get
43:55
released
43:56
you know
43:56
not just
43:57
that
43:57
particular
43:58
one
43:58
I feel like
43:59
context can
43:59
be gained
44:00
from all
44:01
the ones
44:01
that I
44:01
reported
44:02
I think
44:02
it's
44:02
important
44:03
that the
44:03
people
44:04
see it
44:04
and decide
44:05
for
44:05
themselves
44:06
You know
44:06
I want it
44:06
in
44:06
the hands
44:07
of people
44:07
to analyze
44:08
themselves
44:08
and tell
44:08
me like
44:10
what am I
44:10
looking at
44:11
You know
44:11
what I
44:11
mean
44:12
Like
44:12
was this
44:12
what can we
44:13
learn from
44:13
it to
44:14
Exactly
44:14
right
44:15
Yeah
44:15
I think
44:15
it's very
44:15
important
44:16
Yeah
44:17
Now let's
44:18
go into
44:18
a couple
44:19
of side
44:19
things
44:20
You know
44:20
this is
44:21
such a
44:21
great
44:21
conversation
44:22
but I want
44:23
to remind
44:24
people
44:24
and ask
44:24
you
44:25
you know
44:25
if you'll
44:26
come back
44:26
about
44:26
a week
44:27
after
44:27
this airs
44:28
and provide
44:28
our members
44:29
at Safe
44:30
Aerospace
44:30
opportunity
44:31
to to
44:31
pick
44:32
your brain
44:32
and ask
44:32
some
44:33
questions
44:33
We'd love
44:34
to have
44:34
you Sure
44:35
Awesome
44:35
Good
44:36
Well
44:36
great
44:36
So
44:37
if you're
44:37
if you'd
44:37
like to be
44:38
a member
44:38
America's
44:39
Shay Farrow
44:39
space
44:39
just head
44:40
over this
44:40
safe
44:41
aerospace
44:42
sign up to
44:43
be
44:43
a member
44:43
and
44:44
you'll get
44:44
early
44:44
access
44:45
to these
44:46
interviews
44:47
invitations
44:48
to private
44:48
events
44:49
and you'll
44:49
get to join
44:50
our guests
44:51
like
44:51
Kevin here
44:52
and ask
44:53
the questions
44:53
that you're
44:54
begging me
44:55
to ask
44:55
right now
44:56
through the screen
44:56
so
44:57
you'll have
44:57
that
44:57
opportunity
44:58
You know
44:59
why
44:59
Why do you think
45:00
what
45:00
you saw
45:01
is a
45:02
a true
45:02
UAP or
45:03
something
45:04
that could
45:05
ultimately
45:06
be
45:07
understood
45:07
to be
45:08
something
45:08
exotic
45:09
versus
45:09
perhaps
45:10
adversarial
45:11
technology
45:12
that we
45:13
were
45:13
observing
45:14
I would say
45:15
mainly
45:15
just
45:15
because
45:16
of the
45:17
physical
45:17
appearance
45:17
of it
45:18
as well as
45:19
the
45:19
response of
45:20
our own
45:20
assets
45:21
to it
45:22
Right
45:22
It just
45:23
didn't
45:23
seem like
45:24
if this was
45:25
some
45:25
sort of
45:26
unknown
45:27
like
45:28
classified
45:28
program
45:29
something
45:29
we've built
45:30
that we're
45:30
testing
45:31
out
45:31
the
45:31
location
45:32
makes
45:32
no sense
45:33
That's our
45:34
you know
45:34
right
45:35
In China's
45:35
backyard
45:36
you know
45:37
that
45:38
that one
45:38
would be
45:38
the place
45:39
to do that
45:39
Right
45:40
The
45:40
characteristics
45:41
of it
45:41
the
45:42
location
45:43
the how
45:43
After the
45:44
first event
45:45
we were
45:45
starting to
45:46
look into
45:46
it
45:46
more with
45:46
other assets
45:47
We clearly
45:48
prioritized
45:49
it
45:49
You know
45:50
there's
45:50
they were
45:51
something's
45:51
going on
45:52
there
45:53
You know
45:53
that piqued
45:54
the
45:54
interest of
45:55
the DoD
45:56
for sure
45:57
Where
45:58
do you think
45:58
should be
45:59
different
45:59
I mean
45:59
what
45:59
do you think
46:00
should be
46:00
done here
46:00
Right
46:00
So we've
46:01
we've
46:01
provided
46:02
data
46:03
We've
46:03
talked a
46:03
little bit
46:04
about there
46:04
being a
46:05
centralized
46:05
location
46:06
What do you think
46:07
based off
46:08
of
46:08
your experience
46:09
and perhaps
46:09
your
46:10
understanding
46:10
of where
46:11
different
46:11
data sets
46:11
might
46:12
exist
46:13
What do you think
46:13
should be
46:14
done
46:15
Hopefully
46:16
more eyes
46:17
come
46:17
to the topic
46:18
especially
46:19
the people
46:19
who are
46:20
working
46:20
inside
46:20
these
46:21
environments
46:21
these
46:21
classified
46:22
environments
46:23
I think
46:23
you should
46:24
feel
46:24
compelled
46:25
to at
46:25
least
46:25
report
46:26
you know
46:27
through
46:27
classified
46:28
channels
46:28
and then
46:29
just get
46:30
get it
46:30
into the
46:31
hands of
46:31
Congress or
46:32
whoever
46:32
whatever
46:33
government
46:33
authorities
46:34
investigating
46:34
this stuff
46:35
for us
46:35
You know
46:36
you know
46:36
the folks
46:37
that
46:38
you worked
46:38
with
46:39
did you hear
46:40
anything
46:40
about
46:41
other
46:42
you know
46:42
things
46:42
they might
46:43
have seen
46:43
that they
46:43
didn't
46:44
mention
46:44
to you
46:44
Do you
46:45
what are your
46:46
thoughts on
46:47
other
46:47
data sets
46:48
or how
46:48
common
46:49
this is
46:50
You know
46:50
just what's
46:50
the
46:51
scuttlebutt
46:51
that you've
46:51
heard
46:52
around this
46:52
in your own
46:53
experiences
46:53
right
46:54
I
46:54
haven't
46:55
been in
46:55
contact
46:55
with
46:56
the guys
46:56
for a
46:57
while
46:57
I know
46:58
last time
46:58
I did
46:59
check in
46:59
with one
47:00
of my
47:00
colleagues
47:01
he's like
47:01
yeah
47:01
the
47:01
videos are
47:02
still
47:02
there
47:02
You know
47:03
they're
47:03
just
47:04
chilling
47:04
right
47:04
there
47:05
Anyone
47:05
could come in
47:05
and look
47:06
if they had
47:06
the
47:06
clearance
47:07
And you
47:08
know so
47:09
that's why
47:10
you know
47:10
coming
47:10
to you
47:11
and knowing
47:12
that like
47:12
Burleson
47:13
and Luna
47:13
are looking
47:14
into this
47:14
very
47:14
seriously
47:15
You know
47:16
if they
47:17
wanted to
47:17
go view
47:18
those
47:18
directly
47:19
You know
47:20
if
47:20
I was set
47:21
up in
47:21
a skiff
47:22
with them
47:22
and
47:22
authorized
47:23
to talk
47:23
about it
47:24
I could tell them
47:25
the exact
47:25
deformation
47:26
You know
47:26
it's
47:26
relatively
47:27
easy to
47:27
find
47:28
you know
47:28
what
47:28
I mean
47:29
So and
47:30
that's
47:31
kind of
47:31
what I want
47:32
guys to
47:32
understand
47:33
that are
47:33
working
47:33
in the
47:33
field too
47:34
is that
47:34
there are
47:35
avenues
47:35
for you
47:35
to report
47:36
this
47:36
and
47:36
this will
47:36
get to the
47:37
right
47:37
people
47:37
and they'll
47:38
carry out
47:38
the
47:39
investigative
47:39
work
47:40
You know
47:40
because
47:40
I know
47:41
a lot
47:41
of guys
47:41
are scared
47:42
of like
47:43
whistleblower
47:44
protection
47:44
and
47:44
that type
47:45
of stuff
47:45
you know
47:45
which is
47:46
valid
47:46
You know
47:47
you have to
47:47
be cautious
47:48
and careful
47:49
navigating
47:50
you know
47:50
the
47:51
transfer
47:52
the sharing
47:52
or the
47:53
communication
47:53
of
47:53
classified
47:54
information
47:54
Of course
47:55
like
47:55
I mentioned
47:56
earlier I
47:57
I saw it
47:57
on my
47:58
video side
47:59
We saved it
47:59
in our
47:59
program
48:00
folder
48:00
there
48:00
at Disa
48:01
And there's
48:02
by now
48:02
thousands
48:03
of people
48:03
have seen
48:03
this video
48:05
you know
48:05
not
48:05
just our
48:05
guys
48:06
Adisa
48:06
because
48:06
on UVs
48:07
it shows
48:07
how many
48:08
people have
48:08
viewed it
48:09
Yeah
48:09
I remember
48:10
I talked
48:10
about that
48:11
I wanted to
48:11
address
48:11
that
48:12
earlier
48:12
but I
48:13
slipped past
48:13
So you did
48:15
mention
48:16
that Yeah
48:16
There's
48:16
video
48:17
accounts
48:17
I know
48:17
we've
48:17
talked
48:17
about
48:18
in the past
48:18
how
48:18
you said
48:18
these are
48:19
actually
48:19
pretty
48:19
popular
48:20
videos
48:20
So who else
48:21
has seen
48:21
these
48:22
videos
48:22
inside
48:22
do you
48:23
think
48:23
How many
48:23
people
48:24
I don't
48:24
know
48:24
I guess
48:24
anyone on
48:25
the side
48:26
that has access
48:26
to you
48:27
if they
48:28
were there
48:28
at the time
48:29
and just
48:30
so happened
48:31
to be
48:31
browsing
48:31
through the
48:32
highlights
48:32
they would have seen
48:33
it
48:33
Do you
48:33
remember
48:33
some of
48:33
those
48:34
specific
48:34
counts on
48:34
any of
48:35
the videos
48:35
We were
48:36
talking
48:36
like 10 or
48:37
15 people
48:37
or
48:38
eventually
48:38
was in
48:39
the hundreds
48:39
by the time
48:40
I left
48:40
Yeah yeah
48:41
So
48:41
I've heard
48:41
that
48:42
there are
48:42
large
48:43
collections
48:43
that people
48:44
have been
48:45
kind of
48:46
chatting
48:47
about
48:47
trying
48:48
to play
48:49
Sherlock
48:49
Holmes
48:50
on trying
48:50
to figure
48:50
some of
48:51
these out
48:51
And I think
48:51
a lot of
48:52
these are
48:52
what we've
48:53
started
48:53
to see
48:53
I think
48:54
the first
48:54
release
48:55
are
48:55
probably
48:55
some of
48:55
the more
48:56
ambiguous
48:56
ones
48:58
that are
48:58
part of
48:58
that
48:59
collection
48:59
but
48:59
I understand
49:00
that
49:00
there's
49:00
well over
49:01
10000
49:01
of those
49:02
you know
49:02
that are
49:03
just
49:03
floating
49:03
around
49:03
there
49:04
some of them
49:05
kind of
49:05
combined
49:06
into a
49:06
central place
49:07
some of them
49:07
not
49:07
But
49:08
you know
49:08
that's
49:09
part of
49:09
I think
49:10
the work
49:10
that's
49:11
ahead of us
49:11
is to
49:12
collate
49:12
that
49:12
information
49:13
have real
49:13
processes
49:14
Right
49:14
We move
49:15
a lot of
49:16
data
49:16
in the US
49:17
military
49:17
We can move this
49:18
to
49:18
to
49:19
understand
49:19
this
49:19
problem
49:20
better
49:20
and well
49:21
Awesome
49:21
This
49:21
was really
49:22
fascinating
49:23
Thanks for
49:23
coming
49:23
forward
49:24
Make sure
49:24
coming to
49:25
a server
49:25
trusting
49:25
us
49:26
I hope
49:26
it was
49:27
a positive
49:28
result
49:28
and
49:28
it's been
49:29
a few
49:29
years
49:29
you know
49:30
since we've
49:30
been
49:30
working
49:31
together
49:31
and we've
49:31
been
49:31
looking
49:32
forward to
49:32
to telling
49:33
your stories
49:33
in
49:34
a long time
49:34
coming
49:35
It has been
49:35
a few
49:35
years
49:36
you know
49:36
Yeah
49:37
And there's
49:37
others
49:38
like you
49:38
that were
49:38
excited
49:39
with this
49:39
podcast
49:40
to finally
49:40
be able to
49:40
to get out
49:41
there
49:41
and show
49:42
people
49:42
that
49:43
you know
49:43
this is
49:43
common
49:44
This is something
49:45
that real
49:45
people are
49:46
having
49:46
issues
49:46
with
49:47
And we
49:47
do need
49:47
these
49:48
processes
49:49
in place
49:49
to resolve
49:50
it
49:50
So
49:50
thank you
49:51
No problem
49:51
Thank you
49:52
guys for
49:53
