- 1:27Speaker 1: I'm so happy you're here.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Thank you for having me.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So both Nick and I came in from two different places.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I came all the way from New York. Actually, I
- 1:36Speaker 1: came from Palm Beach, and you came from where?
- 1:38Speaker 2: Orange County, California.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Okay, so thank you for doing this. Did you come
- 1:40Speaker 1: just to see me?
- 1:42Speaker 2: Of course.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 1:43Speaker 2: You call, I come.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Oh, and I just came to see you. So we
- 1:46Speaker 1: had to meet halfway, sort of. I couldn't go all
- 1:48Speaker 1: the way there. I know too many people there. I
- 1:49Speaker 1: needed to get away for a second. So have we
- 1:53Speaker 1: actually met in person before? I was trying to remember.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Um, I do not think so. You were kind of
- 1:59Speaker 2: like the, uh, the legend, urban legend.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Back in the day when I first started becoming popular
- 2:05Speaker 2: with the, you know, started doing appearances at Tao group
- 2:08Speaker 2: and doing all this stuff. And everyone's like, you know,
- 2:12Speaker 2: if you've Rachel doesn't know you, you're not really anyone.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Ah, I love hearing that.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Wait.
- 2:16Speaker 1: So I don't, I don't think that when you were
- 2:19Speaker 1: coming to Tao, I was still there. I think I
- 2:21Speaker 1: had moved.
- 2:22Speaker 2: You just left.
- 2:23Speaker 1: I had just left and I was working for them
- 2:25Speaker 1: in New York and then opening up their Hampton spots
- 2:27Speaker 1: and doing all that stuff and starting Stanton Social down
- 2:30Speaker 1: there and stuff like that.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Okay.
- 2:32Speaker 1: So we missed each other in Vegas.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:35Speaker 1: But I had heard a little bit about this thing
- 2:40Speaker 1: on the internet, thedirty.com. I didn't really pay attention to
- 2:42Speaker 1: it because my life was so... It was really about
- 2:44Speaker 1: protecting people and being the wingman. And I really didn't
- 2:48Speaker 1: pay attention to any of that. And my job was
- 2:50Speaker 1: like my life. I loved my job.
- 2:52Speaker 2: So.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I will just tell this story that the first time thedirty.com
- 2:57Speaker 1: like stood out in my head and I really knew
- 3:00Speaker 1: who you were was after the scandal that I was in.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Probably not even 24 hours later, I had my one
- 3:07Speaker 1: friend left. Like everyone disappeared, right? It was the day
- 3:11Speaker 1: after Thanksgiving. And my friend Tim says to me, Rachel,
- 3:16Speaker 1: I really need to tell you something. And he had
- 3:17Speaker 1: been on my bed scrolling through shit, you know? He's like,
- 3:22Speaker 1: there's good news and there's bad news. I'm like, what? Meanwhile,
- 3:24Speaker 1: I'm panicking. All the TVs in my house are on.
- 3:27Speaker 1: My phone's ringing off the hook with people I don't know.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Friends and family are like, what's wrong with you? My
- 3:32Speaker 1: mother's like, change your name. I look outside and there's
- 3:34Speaker 1: like 50 paparazzi. He's like, so the good news is
- 3:38Speaker 1: you're a household name. You're famous now. The bad news
- 3:42Speaker 1: is you're on thedirty.com.
- 3:44Speaker 2: And I'm like, Yeah, but that's kind of like a
- 3:47Speaker 2: claim to fame, you know?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Well, when I was in the situation I was in.
- 3:51Speaker 2: No, well, sleeping with Tiger Woods is, you know, I
- 3:55Speaker 2: don't think it's as bad as, I guess in that
- 3:57Speaker 2: time period you were probably panicking, but like now you
- 3:59Speaker 2: look back on it, it's kind of like. A trophy.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Well, I don't know that I would put it like that.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I mean, it really ruined my life. I mean, what happened.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I agree with you in that respect, but also the
- 4:09Speaker 2: same respect, like the opportunities really, you know, the doors
- 4:12Speaker 2: have opened.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Well, let's hold on for a second. Back then, let's see,
- 4:16Speaker 1: that was 14 years ago now. This is 2009. It's
- 4:20Speaker 1: not like it is now that you could sleep with
- 4:21Speaker 1: somebody famous and then get a TV show.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Okay, yes.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Yeah, right. And also, I came from the space where
- 4:27Speaker 1: I was not looking to do that to get famous.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I was trying to hide it.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Yeah, you were in love.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I was trying to protect him.
- 4:33Speaker 2: You were in love.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Well, I won't say that. But I mean, I thought
- 4:37Speaker 1: that I was with somebody that I cared about and
- 4:39Speaker 1: that cared about me.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Rachel, you were in love.
- 4:40Speaker 1: All right, whatever. I may or may.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Not have been. You could say, I was in love
- 4:43Speaker 2: with you, Tiger. Stop.
- 4:45Speaker 1: So, all right, let's just... So the thing is, is
- 4:48Speaker 1: that it was really horrifying to me to have the
- 4:51Speaker 1: entire world start talking about me in that way.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:55Speaker 1: And then... To see quotes from people that I barely knew,
- 4:58Speaker 1: be like, oh yeah, I know Rachel, you could tell,
- 5:00Speaker 1: because they walked through the nightclub. If I had turned
- 5:02Speaker 1: them away, they're like, that girl's such a bitch or whatever.
- 5:05Speaker 1: And then to see the words that were used, especially
- 5:08Speaker 1: on thedirty.com, mistress, homewrecker, weapon of mass destruction, you know,
- 5:13Speaker 1: all these crazy things that to me, I did not represent.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And it was so hurtful. And I knew my life
- 5:19Speaker 1: would never be the same.
- 5:20Speaker 2: And I think that was, that's one of the things,
- 5:22Speaker 2: and You know, I've been removed from it for six years,
- 5:25Speaker 2: seven years now from the dirty. And at that time,
- 5:30Speaker 2: you know, cause you know me, it's those comments and
- 5:33Speaker 2: those things that happen, they hurt people that hurt me too.
- 5:36Speaker 2: It wasn't something I was ever proud of. It's not
- 5:39Speaker 2: something that I condoned and I tried my best to
- 5:43Speaker 2: control people, but you have to also understand there wasn't Instagram. Right.
- 5:46Speaker 2: It wasn't like Facebook was just becoming a thing. MySpace
- 5:49Speaker 2: was still a thing.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And people are starting to become keyboard warriors. Like that
- 5:54Speaker 2: was the start of it. The Dirty created, I don't
- 5:57Speaker 2: want to say it was a social network, but it
- 5:58Speaker 2: was the first time where trolls could really have a home. Right.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And you can't really control what people think. And the
- 6:05Speaker 2: crazy part about this site that I created is that
- 6:09Speaker 2: it was kind of like a cultural phenomenon because people
- 6:13Speaker 2: actually could submit their neighbor for the first time. It wasn't,
- 6:16Speaker 2: It wasn't TMZ where famous people, you know, you're a
- 6:19Speaker 2: public figure and it just comes with the territory. Now
- 6:22Speaker 2: you're getting caught cheating or you're, you know, stealing something
- 6:26Speaker 2: or whatever happens and someone can call you out. That's
- 6:30Speaker 2: what I thought I was providing.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:32Speaker 2: That third party platform where there was some sort of,
- 6:35Speaker 2: you know, discourse. Yeah. Was it negative? In my personal opinion,
- 6:41Speaker 2: I would say 78% yes. Uh, was there positives from it? Yes.
- 6:47Speaker 2: I think, I think we broke some pretty big scandals
- 6:50Speaker 2: and big stories. Um, and it did give an outlet
- 6:53Speaker 2: to the other side, not just, you know, the athletes,
- 6:57Speaker 2: but the girls that were being used or pawns in
- 7:00Speaker 2: the situation to give them a voice. Right. Um, and yeah,
- 7:03Speaker 2: we exposed like, you know, there was obviously a lot
- 7:05Speaker 2: more with the Tiger Woods stuff. There was a lot
- 7:08Speaker 2: more women involved and, uh, he had fun when he
- 7:11Speaker 2: was in Vegas.
- 7:12Speaker 1: He sure did. Um, Not with me, but yeah, with
- 7:15Speaker 1: other people. So let's get back to how you actually
- 7:18Speaker 1: started The Dirty. Okay. How did it come to you?
- 7:23Speaker 2: Honestly, at that time, reality TV was just starting. It
- 7:26Speaker 2: was starting to get big. And I was like, okay, well,
- 7:31Speaker 2: Survivor and these shows are starting to happen. The Housewives
- 7:34Speaker 2: are starting to happen. OC, I'm from Orange County. So
- 7:37Speaker 2: I saw The Real Housewives and I was just like, wow.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I'm like, these are all my neighbors. Literally, I lived
- 7:42Speaker 2: in that neighborhood. Mm-hmm. And I'm like, reality TV is
- 7:45Speaker 2: so big. Why has no one done reality internet? Right.
- 7:48Speaker 2: So my thought process was, okay, well, there's all these
- 7:51Speaker 2: little Paris Hilton types in their towns, Scottsdale being the
- 7:56Speaker 2: predominant one. Why don't I showcase these people and make
- 8:00Speaker 2: them famous?
- 8:01Speaker 1: So it wasn't, it didn't start with you trying to
- 8:03Speaker 1: break stories about celebrities. It was local hot girls or whatever.
- 8:09Speaker 2: What started happening was, and that's what it was. It
- 8:11Speaker 2: was literally like whoever the local girl was, you know,
- 8:15Speaker 2: I was kind of mean, but I would make fun
- 8:16Speaker 2: of them. Right. And give them a character name and
- 8:19Speaker 2: they would have nicknames and I would, girls would start
- 8:23Speaker 2: submitting themselves to me and say, Hey, you know, what,
- 8:26Speaker 2: what procedure should I get done? So it started to
- 8:28Speaker 2: become like, like, you know, I was younger and they're like, Nick,
- 8:32Speaker 2: would you, we called it, would I sleep with that person? Right.
- 8:35Speaker 2: So it was, it was in that vein. And then
- 8:38Speaker 2: the club scene started getting really big. And when you
- 8:41Speaker 2: were in high school, the cool kids that really, you know,
- 8:44Speaker 2: or you're in college or whatever that don't really make
- 8:47Speaker 2: it into that like scene, they start getting into the
- 8:50Speaker 2: club scene and they become club promoters and they work
- 8:52Speaker 2: their way up the ladder, the bartenders, whatever. And it's
- 8:54Speaker 2: so incestual. They're all sleeping with everyone. So it's, it
- 8:58Speaker 2: was so easy for them to hide behind the computer
- 9:01Speaker 2: screen and submit a hot girl or what we call
- 9:05Speaker 2: bottle rats, which are the girls getting the free drinks. Right. Um,
- 9:10Speaker 2: And submit the 30K millionaires, the guys living off overdraft protection,
- 9:13Speaker 2: trying to make sure that their card goes through on
- 9:16Speaker 2: Grey Goose. You never know, right? Yeah, yeah. So it
- 9:18Speaker 2: was so easy and it was becoming the first meme.
- 9:21Speaker 2: It was the first start of that culture, that phenomenon. Like,
- 9:24Speaker 2: oh my God, can we actually talk about people? Can
- 9:27Speaker 2: we actually make fun of people?
- 9:29Speaker 1: So it's so interesting because, so you took a small,
- 9:32Speaker 1: it wasn't a small town, but you took a town
- 9:34Speaker 1: and you started with that and you were getting into
- 9:36Speaker 1: who was popular there or making someone popular. Did it
- 9:40Speaker 1: also occur to you to maybe make it available for
- 9:43Speaker 1: people if they wanted to expose a bad date and
- 9:45Speaker 1: be like, this guy sucks?
- 9:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it was across the board. And at that time,
- 9:53Speaker 2: the biggest stories we got that would help us go
- 9:55Speaker 2: viral were the sports, the athletes. Because the athletes weren't
- 9:58Speaker 2: technically celebrities. in that 2009, I would say 2008 to 2012. Right.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Like TMZ was still just covering celebrities, right? They weren't
- 10:11Speaker 2: touching athletes. And for some reason, they got a pass.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Then it started becoming a thing because- spring training was
- 10:18Speaker 2: in Scottsdale. I started in Scottsdale. A lot of baseball
- 10:21Speaker 2: players were, you know, really minor, minor league players, but
- 10:25Speaker 2: they were going to the clubs saying that they played
- 10:27Speaker 2: for the Dodgers. Right. So, or the angels or whatever
- 10:30Speaker 2: it was. So it was easy to have these guys
- 10:34Speaker 2: as marks to call them out. And the girls would
- 10:36Speaker 2: call them out too. Like, you know, Hey, I slept
- 10:37Speaker 2: with this player. No, you, this guy's really making like
- 10:40Speaker 2: five grand.
- 10:40Speaker 1: A year, like relax.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Right. Um, but you had Matt Leinert there and Matt
- 10:45Speaker 2: Leinert was our big, story because he was partying with
- 10:48Speaker 2: Nick Lachey and he was always, you know, hooking up
- 10:51Speaker 2: with ACU girls and he had some party back at
- 10:54Speaker 2: his house with a beer bong. It got on SportsCenter
- 10:57Speaker 2: and then the dirty just went boom. It went crazy.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Then we started getting the Kobe Bryant affairs. We started
- 11:02Speaker 2: getting all these different affairs and that's how it all
- 11:05Speaker 2: kind of trickled in. And Tiger was just not very
- 11:09Speaker 2: smart about who his alliances were with. And you can't
- 11:13Speaker 2: have someone like me, because at that time I was
- 11:15Speaker 2: getting paid 20 to 25 grand to show up in
- 11:18Speaker 2: Vegas to do appearances because the site was so big. Right.
- 11:22Speaker 2: And these are all the same circle of friends, right? Right.
- 11:25Speaker 2: And they're telling me this stuff about Tiger and all this,
- 11:28Speaker 2: you know.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Did you believe it?
- 11:30Speaker 2: No. There's no chance. You look at Tiger Woods, I go,
- 11:32Speaker 2: first A, no one's going to bang that guy. And
- 11:35Speaker 2: then you're like, you know, there's, he's, he's married, his
- 11:39Speaker 2: wife's hot, like everything, you know, on paper, you just
- 11:43Speaker 2: couldn't believe it, you know, but then I didn't believe
- 11:45Speaker 2: the Kobe stuff either. That was wild. Right. So you just,
- 11:48Speaker 2: you just never really know. Um, people are all different
- 11:52Speaker 2: behind closed doors.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Absolutely. And so what was your criteria you would use for,
- 11:57Speaker 1: you know, uh, sources or for making sure that you
- 12:00Speaker 1: wouldn't publish something unless you had like All the right,
- 12:04Speaker 1: the facts basically.
- 12:05Speaker 2: It was tough. It was really tough because honestly, I
- 12:09Speaker 2: would say 25% of the stuff that I got, I
- 12:14Speaker 2: posted because I was just inundated with a lot of
- 12:17Speaker 2: like revenge porn.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:18Speaker 2: A lot of, you know, just vulgar stuff. A lot
- 12:21Speaker 2: of it came from Canada, to be honest. And I just,
- 12:25Speaker 2: I never went with that because I had advertisers, you know,
- 12:29Speaker 2: and at that time, it's crazy to say this, but
- 12:31Speaker 2: like even Google ads wasn't even invented yet. So I
- 12:35Speaker 2: had to do the direct, you know, door to door
- 12:38Speaker 2: salesman and say, Hey, you know, we want this club
- 12:42Speaker 2: or whatever to advertise. So I would still be kind
- 12:45Speaker 2: of picky, but at the same time, um, I would
- 12:49Speaker 2: talk like some of the girls that came to me,
- 12:51Speaker 2: like Stormy Daniels, she came, she, she, gave this crazy
- 12:56Speaker 2: story that she slept with Trump in Lake Tahoe. And,
- 12:59Speaker 2: and how am I supposed to come on?
- 13:01Speaker 1: Like Brett, she's.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Like, tell me Ben Roethlisberger walked me to his room.
- 13:05Speaker 2: And I'm like, how am I supposed to believe this?
- 13:07Speaker 2: You know? And the craziest part is a lot of
- 13:11Speaker 2: the times when I would get stuff, I would ask
- 13:14Speaker 2: for comment and I would get a legal letter or
- 13:16Speaker 2: C and D or, you know, Marty Singer would call me.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:19Speaker 2: So then if that happens, it's usually means it's legit. Yeah.
- 13:23Speaker 2: And I learned this just from lawyers approaching me thinking
- 13:28Speaker 2: that I had stuff when I never even had stuff.
- 13:31Speaker 2: And they're just threatening me with lawsuits. Like girls or
- 13:34Speaker 2: athletes would know that they made a mistake or cheated
- 13:39Speaker 2: or whatever. And they would just assume or get so
- 13:42Speaker 2: crazy in their head that I would have a videotape
- 13:44Speaker 2: or I would have a picture or whatever. And then
- 13:46Speaker 2: they would get the lawyer to call me. And say, hey,
- 13:49Speaker 2: we're making a statement. This is not real. He doesn't
- 13:50Speaker 2: have this. And I would never deny, like, hey, I
- 13:52Speaker 2: don't have anything. We're just listening.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Like what you hear? Turn into USL All Access Live

- 14:27Speaker 2: Just take it in. Then they would give me the information,
- 14:29Speaker 2: and then I would say, okay, well, hey, this is
- 14:30Speaker 2: out there. Does anyone have it? And it would come
- 14:32Speaker 2: to me, you know, which is crazy. But the fact-checking part,
- 14:36Speaker 2: it wasn't as intense back then because I was protected. Well,
- 14:40Speaker 2: at least I wasn't really, I wouldn't say protected, but
- 14:43Speaker 2: there was no law against what I was doing.

- 17:36Speaker 1: the instructions of how to cook. Now, let me tell

- 17:40Speaker 1: I get very stressed about thinking that it's going to
- 17:43Speaker 1: be really time consuming. I looked at the card. It
- 17:46Speaker 1: was 30 minutes or less. And I ended up with
- 17:48Speaker 1: a sage brown butter chicken piccata. that I swear to
- 17:52Speaker 1: you tasted like I was sitting in a restaurant. I
- 17:54Speaker 1: was so excited. I called my friend Kelly and I said,
- 17:58Speaker 1: I'm a chef. I know that sounds ridiculous, but having

- 18:28Speaker 1: considered a journalist then and you were protected by?
- 18:32Speaker 2: Not through journalistic standards, no.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Okay.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I was protected through this thing called the CDA. Okay.
- 18:39Speaker 2: The Communications Decency Act, which basically said that no website
- 18:43Speaker 2: owner is liable for any third party content. So, and
- 18:49Speaker 2: then that's.
- 18:49Speaker 1: So even if you exposed somebody's affair and you were
- 18:53Speaker 1: affecting their career, which a lot of people, that's why
- 18:55Speaker 1: you're getting letters from Marty Singer or whatever. Yeah. They
- 19:00Speaker 1: wouldn't go after you and say, you don't have the facts.
- 19:01Speaker 1: You shouldn't have put this out. I mean, did you
- 19:03Speaker 1: ever get nervous sometimes or be like, you know, I
- 19:06Speaker 1: shouldn't have posted this because I don't really know if
- 19:07Speaker 1: it's true.
- 19:08Speaker 2: No. At that time, I didn't care. I was too young. Oh, okay.
- 19:12Speaker 1: So you didn't care.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Full transparency, no. At that time, I was getting off
- 19:16Speaker 2: on the fame and getting off on the clicks. You
- 19:19Speaker 2: have to understand, I was doing 10 million people a day. Wow.
- 19:23Speaker 2: There was nothing like it. There wasn't even apps. That
- 19:26Speaker 2: wasn't even a thing. And this is direct organic traffic,
- 19:30Speaker 2: which doesn't even exist anymore.
- 19:32Speaker 1: And that just goes to show you how much people
- 19:34Speaker 1: feed the public feeds on- Gossip. Yeah, gossip, seeing people fail.
- 19:39Speaker 1: seeing people that are really high up, take that big plunge.
- 19:42Speaker 2: And I will say like in today's day and age,
- 19:44Speaker 2: it really does bother me because they don't, doing what
- 19:48Speaker 2: I did was not easy. And having the ball to
- 19:51Speaker 2: do what I did was not easy. I got sued,
- 19:53Speaker 2: you know, 50 times. I went 50 and 0, but
- 19:57Speaker 2: it cost a lot of money to get that site
- 20:00Speaker 2: to keep going. And the reality was, is I did
- 20:03Speaker 2: have a loophole, but the law wasn't set in stone.
- 20:07Speaker 2: There wasn't precedent, precedent. Right. So I had to do that.
- 20:10Speaker 2: I had to go to the highest levels of courts.
- 20:13Speaker 2: I had to do two jury trials. I had to
- 20:14Speaker 2: do like all this stuff with random, you know, people
- 20:18Speaker 2: that I don't even know in like Kentucky. Right. And
- 20:21Speaker 2: sit there and fight and fight and fight for free
- 20:23Speaker 2: speech in my head, free speech.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Right.
- 20:27Speaker 2: But now you look at it now, it's like everything's
- 20:30Speaker 2: fair game.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:31Speaker 2: You know, social media has made everything fair game. DuMoy,
- 20:34Speaker 2: like all this stuff, it's like blind items. You could
- 20:37Speaker 2: say whatever you want. It doesn't have to be real
- 20:40Speaker 2: or true or whatever. People just believe anything.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Do you think the site would still be doing well
- 20:45Speaker 1: or you think it would be shut down for cancel culture?
- 20:47Speaker 2: No. I got out right before I felt like the
- 20:50Speaker 2: Me Too and a lot of this stuff was happening
- 20:54Speaker 2: because as fun as it was, was it right? In
- 21:00Speaker 2: my personal opinion, no. For me to tell a girl
- 21:04Speaker 2: that you're three procedures away from greatness, that's that's not,
- 21:08Speaker 2: you know, yeah, it's, you know, and I have a daughter.
- 21:11Speaker 2: So now having, I, there was a lot of things
- 21:14Speaker 2: that happened in my life. Having a daughter was kind
- 21:16Speaker 2: of a shot. Having a MS, as you know, it
- 21:20Speaker 2: was kind of a shot. Like there was a lot
- 21:21Speaker 2: of things that were, were adding up to where I
- 21:25Speaker 2: was like, okay, I said I was going to do
- 21:27Speaker 2: this till I was 40 and, uh, I couldn't even
- 21:30Speaker 2: get to 40. I think I stopped at 38, but, uh,
- 21:33Speaker 2: I was just in that place where I was maturing
- 21:36Speaker 2: as an adult and I'm looking back on things and
- 21:39Speaker 2: as funny as it was, it was a different time
- 21:41Speaker 2: and culture where you could have the locker room talk
- 21:44Speaker 2: and it was acceptable and it was funny and you
- 21:47Speaker 2: could act like Trump and get, and get away with
- 21:50Speaker 2: it and get away with it. And now you can't like,
- 21:52Speaker 2: so no, the answer is anyone that's tried, tried to
- 21:57Speaker 2: replicate this thing has gone to jail or it's got
- 22:00Speaker 2: fined or got sued and it's not possible. Yeah.
- 22:03Speaker 1: I mean, just as someone who went through it and
- 22:06Speaker 1: was someone that you talked about on the site, I
- 22:09Speaker 1: can speak for women that go through that. So this
- 22:12Speaker 1: was 14 years ago. It still affects me in a
- 22:16Speaker 1: way that there's a stigma that goes with being with
- 22:18Speaker 1: the other woman that you can't get away from. But
- 22:20Speaker 1: then when the media or people in the media use
- 22:24Speaker 1: these like trigger words or whatever that trigger other people
- 22:28Speaker 1: to like join in because they're feeling angry about what's
- 22:31Speaker 1: going on in their life or whatever it is that
- 22:33Speaker 1: makes people want to jump in this herd mentality of
- 22:35Speaker 1: like shaming someone to publicly shame them. Yeah. I've noticed
- 22:40Speaker 1: for me that it has never really dissipated. I mean,
- 22:43Speaker 1: it's dissipated in the way that you have like a
- 22:45Speaker 1: cheering squad of people, but when people meet me, they
- 22:49Speaker 1: know my name before I've even opened my mouth, right?
- 22:52Speaker 1: They associate it with something. You see the women clutching
- 22:55Speaker 1: their husbands a little tighter. You hear, like when I
- 22:58Speaker 1: was applying to private school for my daughter, I heard
- 23:01Speaker 1: comments that, oh, we have some moms that don't want
- 23:04Speaker 1: you here. And it's like, dude, when are people going
- 23:07Speaker 1: to get over this? But I really do blame how
- 23:09Speaker 1: the media represented me. And I know there was no
- 23:12Speaker 1: other option, right? Because as the other woman, that's how
- 23:15Speaker 1: you talk about them still to this day, right? But
- 23:18Speaker 1: as someone who went through it, it was difficult to
- 23:22Speaker 1: overcome and has been.
- 23:23Speaker 2: As someone from my side, let me tell you what
- 23:26Speaker 2: my side was like. When all that went down, right?
- 23:34Speaker 2: And I know there's a stigma, right?
- 23:35Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 23:36Speaker 2: But you weren't the other woman. I know people say
- 23:39Speaker 2: the other woman. Right. But you weren't the other woman.
- 23:42Speaker 2: You were the number one woman. And whether you like
- 23:46Speaker 2: to admit that or not, I think you know deep
- 23:48Speaker 2: down inside who was number one and who was number two.
- 23:51Speaker 2: And I think this thing blew up to the world
- 23:55Speaker 2: because of that situation. Yeah. So from my side, I
- 24:00Speaker 2: saw it completely different. And I think Tiger probably knows that.
- 24:05Speaker 2: how he sees it because it, it wouldn't have dissolved.
- 24:09Speaker 2: It wouldn't, the whole thing wouldn't dissolve if you weren't
- 24:11Speaker 2: number one. Right.
- 24:13Speaker 1: And then unfolded the way it did sort of. And
- 24:16Speaker 1: I will say, um, no one else has kind of remained,
- 24:20Speaker 1: you know, the name that's associated with it. It's, it's
- 24:23Speaker 1: never left my, you know, it's like Rachel, you could
- 24:25Speaker 1: tell comma tiger's mistress to this day, no matter what
- 24:28Speaker 1: I'm seeing.
- 24:28Speaker 2: When you, when you see that, does that bother you?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Well, it, I mean, it bothers me because I don't
- 24:33Speaker 1: have like agency for my own. You know, I was
- 24:35Speaker 1: someone before that happened. I was a big deal before that.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I was like the first lady of Vegas, right? I mean,
- 24:41Speaker 1: I had a great job. I was respected in a
- 24:44Speaker 1: man's world. You know, anyone in Vegas was like a
- 24:46Speaker 1: stripper or a waitress. And I had a man's job
- 24:49Speaker 1: and like commanded... that nightclub that I ran, I commanded
- 24:54Speaker 1: the city, you know, doors would open for me. The
- 24:56Speaker 1: most famous people would ask for me and would only
- 25:00Speaker 1: want me by their side. And then after that situation,
- 25:03Speaker 1: it was like, oh, I don't want to be associated
- 25:04Speaker 1: with her. So that was really difficult for me to
- 25:08Speaker 1: know that everything that I had worked for become and
- 25:12Speaker 1: become was like no longer. And how was I going
- 25:15Speaker 1: to get that back? And to this day, it has
- 25:17Speaker 1: been excruciatingly hard. I mean, if I wanted to be
- 25:20Speaker 1: a school teacher, I couldn't, if I wanted to go
- 25:22Speaker 1: back into media, because before that I worked for Bloomberg news,
- 25:25Speaker 1: I couldn't because it was too much. I was, I
- 25:27Speaker 1: came with scandal kind of, you know, and that's inside.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I mean, people that know me, that's so not who
- 25:34Speaker 1: I am. Like I'm monogamous. I love the people that
- 25:37Speaker 1: I'm with. I'm, you know, I'm a good friend and loyal,
- 25:40Speaker 1: but like, that's not how I was portrayed. And that's
- 25:42Speaker 1: like not the media's job to do that either. Right.
- 25:44Speaker 2: So that's the show. Yeah.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Yes, exactly. Hence the show misunderstood. But I think, um,
- 25:50Speaker 1: you know, I appreciate that after all these years, you know,
- 25:54Speaker 1: we're able to laugh it off and it's, it's, no.
- 25:56Speaker 2: I think, I think you stamped your in history, whether
- 26:02Speaker 2: you like it or not, like it will be one
- 26:04Speaker 2: of the biggest stories in the world. Like no matter what,
- 26:10Speaker 2: and he's the greatest golfer in the world, probably one
- 26:13Speaker 2: of the greatest athletes in the world. So for him
- 26:17Speaker 2: to have a scandal like that, and you know, that
- 26:19Speaker 2: asterisk on his record, it's just never going to go away.
- 26:22Speaker 2: And it doesn't go away for anyone, not just you,
- 26:24Speaker 2: just the world. Like anyone that knows him is going
- 26:27Speaker 2: to know you and you're just connected. That's what I mean. Like,
- 26:31Speaker 2: it just doesn't make sense to me. And I know
- 26:33Speaker 2: deep down there's love still on both sides.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Okay. I'm going to move on from that.
- 26:40Speaker 2: All right.
- 26:41Speaker 1: So you sold The Dirty or you just closed it?
- 26:44Speaker 2: Sold.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Okay.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Sold, yeah.
- 26:46Speaker 1: And what did you do after that?
- 26:48Speaker 2: I took a little time off. Then I started consulting
- 26:52Speaker 2: for a lot of the bigger brands, the Us Weeklys,
- 26:56Speaker 2: more of the tabloid stuff. Oh, wait.
- 26:58Speaker 1: And I just have a question. Before you sold, were
- 27:00Speaker 1: you at the point where you're like, I can't do
- 27:01Speaker 1: this anymore. I'm feeling guilty. Or you still were like
- 27:03Speaker 1: riding the high of like, I'm making so much money.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I'm so famous. but I just want out.
- 27:08Speaker 2: No, it's honestly, like I compare it to an athlete retiring.
- 27:14Speaker 2: You sit there and you think nobody likes you anymore
- 27:18Speaker 2: and you think that no one's your friend anymore and
- 27:21Speaker 2: you're golfing and you suck.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Don't miss the USL Championship Final on CBS, November 21st
- 27:26Speaker 3: at noon Eastern. Will the Pittsburgh Riverhounds retain their crown
- 27:30Speaker 3: or will a new title winner emerge? Don't miss the
- 27:32Speaker 3: conclusion to the 2026 season, Saturday, November 21st at noon
- 27:37Speaker 3: Eastern on CBS.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Kick off and you're just sitting there and you're like
- 27:42Speaker 2: planning your next vacation. It's like, okay, let me go
- 27:45Speaker 2: to Bora Bora. Let me do all these things. Let
- 27:47Speaker 2: me settle down with my family. Let me hang out
- 27:48Speaker 2: with my ex-wife. You know, let me do all these
- 27:52Speaker 2: things that you're supposed to do as a normal person.
- 27:54Speaker 2: And then you realize that you're not really a normal person.
- 27:59Speaker 2: So for me, it was really, really hard because you
- 28:02Speaker 2: have to understand I was posting thousands of thousands of
- 28:06Speaker 2: posts a week. And I was in, you know, 300, 400,000
- 28:10Speaker 2: people's in the middle of people's lives. Yeah.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And some of these people had, I'm assuming become friends
- 28:15Speaker 1: at this point and you would have to do decide
- 28:17Speaker 1: whether or not you're going to do stories on them.
- 28:19Speaker 1: I mean, you must've known a lot of people at
- 28:21Speaker 1: that point.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Yeah. I would say, yeah. Well, not, I wouldn't say
- 28:23Speaker 2: there was protection in place for some people. Yes. Um,
- 28:28Speaker 2: But I tried my hardest not to. I tried to
- 28:30Speaker 2: have no friends because doing that, you can't have many friends. Obviously,
- 28:35Speaker 2: the bigger, the higher up people, you know, I would
- 28:39Speaker 2: try to help and at least tell them like, dude,
- 28:41Speaker 2: what are you doing? But, you know, guys are guys.
- 28:43Speaker 1: So like, would you give a heads up to people
- 28:45Speaker 1: and be like, listen, there's gossip about I'm hearing that
- 28:50Speaker 1: you're sleeping with all these women. And if you don't
- 28:52Speaker 1: quit it, I'm going to have to post it. Like,
- 28:54Speaker 1: would you give them a heads up?
- 28:55Speaker 2: No, usually I post it first. Really? Yeah. And have
- 28:58Speaker 2: them blow up my phone. That was the funnest part
- 29:01Speaker 2: was like when I would get something and my phone
- 29:04Speaker 2: would blow up, it's the best. Oh my God. Because
- 29:06Speaker 2: you just hear just the pain in their voice, like begging, like, please,
- 29:10Speaker 2: please take this down.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. So it starts with begging and then
- 29:13Speaker 1: I'm assuming it becomes anger.
- 29:16Speaker 2: No, never. No, no, no. Really? It's tears. It's just tears.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Really?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Because you have to understand, like I had so
- 29:22Speaker 2: much power. Yeah. It was crazy, especially in Vegas. Vegas,
- 29:26Speaker 2: oh man. I was getting, I could get stuff closed
- 29:28Speaker 2: down in two seconds. It was amazing.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Okay. So now go back to what you were saying.
- 29:33Speaker 1: So you started to consult.
- 29:35Speaker 2: So, yeah. And then, you know, it just, it got.
- 29:40Speaker 2: it put it in COVID, like everything was just a
- 29:42Speaker 2: strain on my marriage. I just didn't know I was
- 29:44Speaker 2: so lost. I didn't know what to do.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Was this your first marriage or your second at this point?
- 29:49Speaker 2: Second. But the first one was kind of short lived.
- 29:53Speaker 2: This one was, I met Shane Llamas, Lorenzo Llamas' daughter
- 29:57Speaker 2: in Vegas and I married her once I was doing
- 30:01Speaker 2: an appearance at towel beach, got baptized in the pool,
- 30:05Speaker 2: went on a double date with Jason Strauss. Strauss said,
- 30:08Speaker 2: she's hot. You should marry her as a joke. And
- 30:10Speaker 2: I married her.
- 30:11Speaker 1: No way.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Eight hours later.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Who was ironically, who was Jason on the date with?
- 30:16Speaker 2: Jason was on a date with another girl who knew Shane,
- 30:19Speaker 2: but I didn't, the girl Jason was on date with
- 30:22Speaker 2: was forgettable. I don't, I don't remember who it was. Um,
- 30:27Speaker 2: but yeah, it was, it was pretty much his fault.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Okay. A lot of things are his fault. Do you
- 30:32Speaker 1: know that Jason's my very first kiss when I was 12?
- 30:34Speaker 2: I could see that.
- 30:36Speaker 1: We dated on and off for 25 years.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Really? Yeah.
- 30:39Speaker 1: I dated him when I was in Vegas. I dated
- 30:41Speaker 1: him in college.
- 30:42Speaker 2: So Jason Strauss' Eskimo Brothers with Tiger Woods, this is
- 30:44Speaker 2: the best.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Six degrees of separation for sure. Yeah, yeah.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I'm going to kill him.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I mean, he was my first love. Did you not
- 30:51Speaker 1: know that?
- 30:52Speaker 2: Well, I knew of it, but you know. Yeah.
- 30:57Speaker 1: But so- You know, when you have that young love
- 31:00Speaker 1: with someone that you can't like get let go of
- 31:02Speaker 1: sort of. So I would say like he's the one
- 31:05Speaker 1: that if somebody said like, who's your heart? It would
- 31:08Speaker 1: be Jason.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Really?
- 31:09Speaker 1: Yeah. Isn't that weird?
- 31:10Speaker 2: Yeah. But Jason's never going to get married.
- 31:12Speaker 1: No, he's not. He's having a nice time.
- 31:14Speaker 2: So you need to let go.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I've let go. I'm just saying I have a special
- 31:18Speaker 1: place in my heart for him.
- 31:20Speaker 2: No, he's one of my really good friends. Yeah. One
- 31:22Speaker 2: of my best friends. Like he's a good guy. I
- 31:23Speaker 2: talk to him a lot. Yeah.
- 31:24Speaker 1: No, he is a good guy. Um, and he's very
- 31:26Speaker 1: smart and very successful and, and taught me so much
- 31:30Speaker 1: about the business. I mean, taught me everything. He's really
- 31:32Speaker 1: a genius.
- 31:32Speaker 2: He's a little aggressive on the peptides though. He needs to.
- 31:35Speaker 1: Okay. Well, I'm sure he's listening. Um, so, okay. So
- 31:42Speaker 1: did you actually want to meet her or you did
- 31:43Speaker 1: it to be funny? I mean, you want to marry
- 31:45Speaker 1: her or you?
- 31:45Speaker 2: Yeah. At that point I was, I was at my,
- 31:47Speaker 2: probably my lowest, you know, I brought, I don't know,
- 31:52Speaker 2: I think I brought like 10 or 15 girls with
- 31:54Speaker 2: me to Vegas.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Oh, boy.
- 31:56Speaker 2: And I had to like hide them. And yeah, I
- 31:59Speaker 2: was a mess. I was drunk and belligerent. I just,
- 32:03Speaker 2: you know, I saw her and I was just like, hey,
- 32:06Speaker 2: next blonde I see. Right. I'm going to marry her. Wow.
- 32:09Speaker 1: But it lasted 11 years or something.
- 32:11Speaker 2: 11 years, two kids.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Wow.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay.
- 32:13Speaker 1: So there was no regrets there.
- 32:15Speaker 2: I think now it's really tough. you know, and you
- 32:22Speaker 2: look back at it and you just, you're always like questioning,
- 32:25Speaker 2: like what was the intention, you know, on her part,
- 32:27Speaker 2: like who's crazy enough to marry me after that, you know,
- 32:31Speaker 2: but then you grow, it was weird because it did
- 32:32Speaker 2: work because we grew, we had, we were married. So
- 32:36Speaker 2: we kind of had to do it backwards. So we
- 32:38Speaker 2: would go on a lot of dates, but we were married.
- 32:40Speaker 2: So usually you don't go on dates when you're married. Right.
- 32:42Speaker 2: So it's just, it was kind of like we grew
- 32:45Speaker 2: into each other. Um, and then when she got pregnant,
- 32:48Speaker 2: with my daughter press, I called her press cause you know,
- 32:51Speaker 2: all the media attention.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:53Speaker 2: And, uh, yeah, it just, once I had my kids,
- 32:57Speaker 2: I was like, wow, this is the most amazing life
- 33:00Speaker 2: is so amazing. When I had her, I was like with,
- 33:03Speaker 2: I took her to Disneyland almost like every day.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Oh wow.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Yeah. I was like super dad. Like I just, it
- 33:08Speaker 2: was so fun. I would take her everywhere, you know,
- 33:11Speaker 2: but then you go through something traumatic like divorce and
- 33:14Speaker 2: now it's, you know, You feel for the kids. Yeah.
- 33:17Speaker 2: You know, so that's the regret. It's like, oh man, like,
- 33:20Speaker 2: did I bring kids into this world to give them pain?
- 33:23Speaker 2: And that's, you know, it's never your intention.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Right. All right. So yeah, kids totally change your life.
- 33:28Speaker 1: When I had my daughter, I, first of all, I
- 33:31Speaker 1: didn't even think I wanted kids. I'm like a dog person.
- 33:34Speaker 1: And I had her. I was recruited to do the
- 33:37Speaker 1: amazing race and they give you all these shots and
- 33:40Speaker 1: they give you a pregnancy test. And they called me
- 33:44Speaker 1: like 15 days before we were supposed to start. And
- 33:46Speaker 1: they said, good news and bad news. The bad news
- 33:49Speaker 1: is you can't do the show, but the good news,
- 33:51Speaker 1: I guess, is you're pregnant. And I was like, what?
- 33:54Speaker 1: So I was shocked. And I actually learned on September
- 33:58Speaker 1: 11th that I was having the baby. So I remember crying,
- 34:01Speaker 1: taking like peeing on 20 pregnancy tests. It's really funny
- 34:05Speaker 1: when it says not pregnant, you just toss it and
- 34:08Speaker 1: you're like, I believe it. But when it says you're pregnant,
- 34:10Speaker 1: you like go through the entire, you spend like 200 bucks,
- 34:13Speaker 1: you know.
- 34:13Speaker 2: How crazy is on 9-11? That's a sign.
- 34:16Speaker 1: So it was a sign because I was just dating
- 34:18Speaker 1: the guy at the time. I just started dating him,
- 34:21Speaker 1: you know, and he was nice enough, but he was
- 34:23Speaker 1: also 10 years younger than me. And I had a
- 34:27Speaker 1: conversation with my best friend that evening. He was still
- 34:30Speaker 1: at work. And I said, what am I going to do?
- 34:32Speaker 1: She said, Rachel, This is the 10 year anniversary of
- 34:34Speaker 1: September 11th. This is like meant to be that you
- 34:37Speaker 1: are supposed to turn a leaf and know that today
- 34:40Speaker 1: is the day that you don't have to feel sad
- 34:42Speaker 1: about things, but it's about your future and look forward.
- 34:44Speaker 1: So at that moment I was like, I'm having the
- 34:46Speaker 1: baby and I'm going to tell him tonight. So I
- 34:49Speaker 1: never looked back, but had I not, had it not
- 34:51Speaker 1: been some special moment like that, I might've been like this,
- 34:55Speaker 1: all the signs point to this not being the right time,
- 34:57Speaker 1: you know, but it's never the right time. I don't think,
- 35:00Speaker 1: you know, so, but she changed my life. I love
- 35:02Speaker 1: her more than anything. She teaches me about unconditional love
- 35:05Speaker 1: all the time. Like I didn't really grow up with,
- 35:07Speaker 1: you know, parents that were so in my life. And
- 35:10Speaker 1: so they're the best. My daughter's now 11. How old
- 35:13Speaker 1: are your kids?
- 35:13Speaker 2: 11. 11.
- 35:14Speaker 1: Yeah. Such a great age.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:16Speaker 1: I just took her to Taylor Swift. Have you gone?
- 35:18Speaker 2: No, but it's so much pressure.
- 35:19Speaker 1: You have to go.
- 35:20Speaker 2: The tickets, like it's a lot.
- 35:22Speaker 1: It is a lot. But the expense is so worth
- 35:26Speaker 1: it for that memory. I, you know, she wanted me
- 35:28Speaker 1: to film the whole stupid thing.
- 35:30Speaker 2: Did you do it at MetLife?
- 35:31Speaker 1: And we went to Philadelphia two weeks before because we
- 35:34Speaker 1: weren't in New York the weekend that she came to
- 35:37Speaker 1: New York or New Jersey. So I spent the entire
- 35:39Speaker 1: time videoing her reactions to everything. And we went just
- 35:44Speaker 1: her and I. I would never go do something with
- 35:46Speaker 1: my mother if I was 11 years old. I would
- 35:48Speaker 1: think that was so lame.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:49Speaker 1: We both dressed up. We both got all, you know,
- 35:52Speaker 1: swiftied out.
- 35:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I thought, and I hate concerts, by the way. I
- 35:57Speaker 1: thought it was so much fun. And I was like
- 35:59Speaker 1: in tears watching how excited she was. And by the way,
- 36:02Speaker 1: what an amazing concert where everyone knows every song. Everyone's
- 36:06Speaker 1: up the entire time.
- 36:07Speaker 2: Everyone's singing.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Yeah. It's like, you got to do it. So that's
- 36:11Speaker 1: my push. And I don't even, I didn't even think
- 36:13Speaker 1: I knew any Taylor songs besides like Bad Blood or something.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I knew every song. And I was like, oh my God,
- 36:19Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with her.
- 36:20Speaker 2: She's an amazing performer.
- 36:21Speaker 1: She is amazing.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:23Speaker 1: And it's not like she's Celine Dion or something. You know,
- 36:25Speaker 1: it's not like she's the best voice ever, but she's
- 36:27Speaker 1: just fantastic. She's a great songwriter.
- 36:29Speaker 2: She's hot sometimes, too. Yeah. Like, I look at her,
- 36:31Speaker 2: I'm like, gosh, she's kind of hot.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:33Speaker 1: Well, she's so tall and blonde.
- 36:34Speaker 2: Yeah, she's got that, like, model-y thing.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Yes, way fit.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm trying to get over the blonde thing.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Well, that was a question I was going to ask
- 36:41Speaker 1: you later, but we can get into it. Like, have
- 36:42Speaker 1: you gotten to the point yet where you're old enough
- 36:44Speaker 1: to know that you should, like, look for different qualities besides, like,
- 36:47Speaker 1: sexy and hot?
- 36:48Speaker 2: No. But that's you. I wish. No, I wish. And
- 36:51Speaker 2: I think that's the problem I'm having right now as
- 36:53Speaker 2: a single man in this world is that I am
- 36:57Speaker 2: still looking at the wrong generation.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Right. So what do you want? Girls in their 20s
- 37:03Speaker 1: or something?
- 37:04Speaker 2: I don't want them.
- 37:05Speaker 1: That's what you're aching for.
- 37:07Speaker 2: That's just what I see.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Right.
- 37:09Speaker 2: You know, it's kind of like you have your blinders. Yeah. And,
- 37:12Speaker 2: you know, it's, I don't know, for me, I just,
- 37:15Speaker 2: but there's a huge, like, since I've started Facts, so
- 37:18Speaker 2: going back to after retirement, whatever. And then it's been
- 37:22Speaker 2: seven months. I started facts, F A C T Z.com.
- 37:26Speaker 2: And it's actually an app. Um, cause I was like, wow.
- 37:29Speaker 2: I'm like, there's a entire generation has no idea who
- 37:33Speaker 2: I am. Yeah. And it's so refreshing and it's so
- 37:35Speaker 2: fun and they're young and they're Gen Z is like,
- 37:42Speaker 2: I wouldn't say mean, but they just don't care. Right. So,
- 37:45Speaker 2: and they don't, they don't know. anything.
- 37:47Speaker 1: Is it because they're ignorant and they don't get it?
- 37:50Speaker 2: No, they just, they don't process the same as we
- 37:53Speaker 2: do because of technology. Right. Like they're, they're just quick hitters.
- 37:56Speaker 2: They want to know information right away and they're out.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Like they don't want to read. They don't want you,
- 38:01Speaker 2: they don't want you to tell them what to do.
- 38:04Speaker 2: They want you to tell them what to do. And
- 38:07Speaker 2: then they want to take credit for it saying, you know,
- 38:09Speaker 2: I didn't, That wasn't your idea. I just did this
- 38:11Speaker 2: on my own, which is not true. They can't do
- 38:13Speaker 2: anything themselves. I love them. I'm fascinated. It's honestly, I'm
- 38:18Speaker 2: not even kidding, Rachel. It's like going to the zoo
- 38:20Speaker 2: and you're looking at these animals and they don't know
- 38:24Speaker 2: how to coexist together. They don't want to go on dates.
- 38:28Speaker 2: They don't want to touch each other. They don't want
- 38:30Speaker 2: to receive flowers. I learned that the hard way. They
- 38:33Speaker 2: don't want to do anything. It's just crazy. And So yeah,
- 38:38Speaker 2: the point is, is that I need to start looking
- 38:40Speaker 2: outside the box, maybe into that 30 scale.
- 38:43Speaker 1: How old are you now?
- 38:44Speaker 2: 44. So.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Right. I mean, so you're not going to be attracted
- 38:49Speaker 1: to someone who is maybe in their 30s, who maybe
- 38:52Speaker 1: is a mom, single mom, who has like a- Are
- 38:54Speaker 1: you trying to ask me out right now? No, I'm 48.
- 38:57Speaker 1: I'm almost 50.
- 38:59Speaker 2: I thought you were younger.
- 39:00Speaker 1: But I would if I was in my 30s or
- 39:03Speaker 1: late 20s. Why?
- 39:04Speaker 2: Don't you go for young guys?
- 39:05Speaker 1: No, I hate young guys. I married, oh, and I
- 39:09Speaker 1: didn't finish my story. I ended up marrying that guy
- 39:12Speaker 1: who was the father of my child. At the Little
- 39:14Speaker 1: White Chapel.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Isn't that where you- The same one I did? Yeah.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Isn't that where you and Shane got married?
- 39:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Yeah. I was at someone else's wedding and they were like.
- 39:21Speaker 2: You're glowing. Dude, you want to hear crazy stories? Taylor
- 39:23Speaker 2: Swift was walking out while we were walking in.
- 39:27Speaker 1: How random is that Do you think she got married
- 39:29Speaker 1: and nobody knows?
- 39:30Speaker 2: No, she wasn't that famous yet. But everyone was like, oh,
- 39:33Speaker 2: that's Taylor Swift. I had no idea who she was.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Interesting. Why do you think she was there?
- 39:36Speaker 2: She was there like one of her friends were getting married.
- 39:39Speaker 2: She was just randomly in Vegas.
- 39:40Speaker 1: I will say it was a really fun thing. I mean,
- 39:43Speaker 1: as I walked out, it was like, you know, they
- 39:45Speaker 1: played That's What You Get for Waking Up in Vegas.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I had 20 people there because we all left the
- 39:49Speaker 1: other wedding and came to mine. It was so fun.
- 39:52Speaker 1: But then afterwards, you're like, oh, Jesus.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I had all the club guys. You probably know Brandon Rook.
- 39:59Speaker 2: He was wearing a tuxedo t-shirt.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Oh, God.
- 40:02Speaker 2: Mike Myers was there. He did a speech. He was
- 40:04Speaker 2: rolling his balls off.
- 40:05Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 40:05Speaker 2: So it was all the guys. Wow.
- 40:07Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. Well, at least you had everyone there.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Yeah. No, they were in shock, but they were supportive.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Did you go to Sapphires or the Rhino after?
- 40:16Speaker 2: No, because this was during the day. This was like.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Oh.
- 40:20Speaker 2: This wasn't like... Because we tried to get married right
- 40:22Speaker 2: from Tao.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:23Speaker 2: But it was... You can't get your license past like
- 40:25Speaker 2: 2 a.m. Right.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Yes, that's right.
- 40:27Speaker 2: So then we went back to the hotel. We stayed
- 40:29Speaker 2: at the Venetian, made sweet love. And we woke up
- 40:33Speaker 2: and she's like, do you still want to get married? And.
- 40:35Speaker 4: Don't miss a minute of United Soccer League action. The

- 41:04Speaker 4: your local club and be part of what's next.
- 41:09Speaker 2: I'm down.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 41:11Speaker 2: We did it like during the day.
- 41:13Speaker 1: While you were somewhat sober.
- 41:15Speaker 2: No, I think I was sober, yeah.
- 41:18Speaker 1: I love that. Okay. So what's your thoughts on, do
- 41:22Speaker 1: Gen Z women sleep with you on your first date?
- 41:25Speaker 1: Maybe not you, with men? No.
- 41:29Speaker 2: No, I think the emotional, they're emotionally disconnected in a
- 41:36Speaker 2: way that's beautiful. They don't take on risk. Like they're
- 41:42Speaker 2: not like, I would say millennials are more deep divers.
- 41:45Speaker 2: Like they're like, just go for it and deal with
- 41:47Speaker 2: the repercussions afterwards. I think Gen Z is a little
- 41:53Speaker 2: bit more guarded, more of like, in their thought process is,
- 42:00Speaker 2: is not geared towards, is this good for me, but
- 42:03Speaker 2: it's more, is it geared, is it good for my
- 42:05Speaker 2: overall brand? Huh? If that makes any sense.
- 42:08Speaker 1: And brand meaning, do any of them have jobs besides
- 42:11Speaker 1: taking out their clothes in their bedroom and putting it
- 42:13Speaker 1: on Instagram?
- 42:15Speaker 2: Well, those are the, the luck, the ones that make
- 42:17Speaker 2: real money. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But, but that's what I'm
- 42:19Speaker 2: saying is like, they're in it for more of the
- 42:21Speaker 2: location tag. Is this guy going to take me to Komodo?
- 42:25Speaker 2: You know, like, like that's their vibe. Yeah. Oh my God. Yeah.
- 42:28Speaker 2: But it doesn't end in like what the guy that's
- 42:32Speaker 2: actually paying the Komodo bill thinks.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Right.
- 42:34Speaker 2: You know?
- 42:34Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 42:35Speaker 2: So it's, we're so disproportionate now as in relationships. That's
- 42:40Speaker 2: why you see a lot of these dating apps are
- 42:42Speaker 2: actually working because you find two people that actually really
- 42:44Speaker 2: want to date. Right. But now the guys and the girls,
- 42:48Speaker 2: the guys are just getting so lazy and they're so
- 42:52Speaker 2: turned off by these women that they're not even chivalrous anymore.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Right.
- 42:56Speaker 2: They're not opening doors. They're not sending flowers. They're not
- 42:59Speaker 2: doing anything that they should be doing as a respectable
- 43:03Speaker 2: man to women. Right. And I think a lot of
- 43:07Speaker 2: that has to do. Well, no, a lot of it
- 43:10Speaker 2: has to do with the way these kids were brought up.
- 43:12Speaker 2: I'm not blaming parents, but like if you put technology
- 43:15Speaker 2: in front of a kid, they want instant gratification. They
- 43:19Speaker 2: don't want to hold hands and walk down the Shams Alizeh.
- 43:23Speaker 2: and say, you know, let's go take a picture under
- 43:25Speaker 2: the Eiffel Tower. They want to take the Uber to
- 43:28Speaker 2: the Eiffel Tower, get the shot, put it on their Instagram,
- 43:31Speaker 2: get back to the hotel and watch Netflix. Like they
- 43:34Speaker 2: have a routine, right? Right. The way we grew up,
- 43:38Speaker 2: it was completely different. There was this thing called love. Yeah.
- 43:40Speaker 2: There's this thing called romance. There's this thing called writing
- 43:44Speaker 2: someone a card or a love letter or, you know,
- 43:47Speaker 2: doing the little things to show that you appreciate someone. Mm-hmm.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Their generation is more of like expected. They expect it
- 43:54Speaker 2: like this person got this or this person is in
- 43:58Speaker 2: this location. This is where you need to take me.
- 44:01Speaker 2: This is Mastro's, a picture of my food. I've never
- 44:04Speaker 2: seen anything like this. Like I've never seen so many
- 44:07Speaker 2: pictures of food in my life.
- 44:08Speaker 1: I know. And it's crazy to watch people on dates
- 44:10Speaker 1: because they're both on their phone. They're both taking pictures.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Like no one is ever present or having a conversation,
- 44:16Speaker 1: it seems, which is bizarre to me. But also what
- 44:18Speaker 1: I was going to say about the dating apps, there's
- 44:20Speaker 1: so many options. So I don't think people stick around
- 44:23Speaker 1: very much. Like I had a woman on from Netflix.
- 44:26Speaker 1: They have the show Jewish Matchmaking right now. And I
- 44:29Speaker 1: had her on and she was talking about the tips
- 44:31Speaker 1: and tricks she has for getting people married. She's married
- 44:33Speaker 1: over 200 people. And she was saying, you know, you
- 44:36Speaker 1: should not even touch them for the first five dates,
- 44:38Speaker 1: not even a hug, not even putting your hand on
- 44:40Speaker 1: their hand because you want to really know them and
- 44:44Speaker 1: really see, you know, have this energy where by the
- 44:48Speaker 1: fifth date, you're just like dying to be physical with them.
- 44:51Speaker 1: And if you do it right off the bat, it
- 44:52Speaker 1: like takes everything away. So she was giving me this
- 44:55Speaker 1: advice and I'm like, wait a second. There's no way
- 44:58Speaker 1: that a man would wait around for five dates anymore
- 45:00Speaker 1: because he just has too many options. He can go
- 45:02Speaker 1: home and screw somebody else and still go on the
- 45:04Speaker 1: five dates, but it just doesn't make any sense. And
- 45:06Speaker 1: the women will be nervous that they're going to lose
- 45:08Speaker 1: the guy. So they'll sleep with him anyway.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Right.
- 45:10Speaker 1: So I just think it doesn't work that way anymore.
- 45:12Speaker 2: I think that's a New York mentality.
- 45:14Speaker 1: You think so? Oh, yeah.
- 45:16Speaker 2: It's so hard. It's so much harder than it used
- 45:18Speaker 2: to be.
- 45:19Speaker 1: Oh, you can't even meet someone, especially normal, in New York.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Well, anywhere.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Well, that's true.
- 45:26Speaker 2: We're in a totally different world. And I don't know.
- 45:29Speaker 2: I think the older we get, the harder it becomes.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Just because.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Well, for women, for sure.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Well, I think. When you build a life with someone,
- 45:42Speaker 2: you don't want to do it all over again. Yeah,
- 45:45Speaker 2: that's true. So like people in our position, it's like, dude,
- 45:49Speaker 2: we're going to have to put a lot of work in,
- 45:51Speaker 2: a lot of sacrifice, a lot of time spent, and
- 45:56Speaker 2: we're going to have to build something with someone so
- 46:00Speaker 2: they could try to be on our level. It's just
- 46:02Speaker 2: not going to happen. Yeah.
- 46:03Speaker 1: And I'm more attracted to someone who like wants to
- 46:06Speaker 1: be in us. I want a witness to my life.
- 46:09Speaker 1: You know, like I want someone who's my teammate and
- 46:11Speaker 1: I find that sexier than like a one night stand
- 46:14Speaker 1: with someone that's hot.
- 46:15Speaker 2: No, you're a package.
- 46:16Speaker 1: I would always revert back to the person that's like,
- 46:19Speaker 1: but this guy knows me and I know him and
- 46:21Speaker 1: I'd rather have that and feel that comfort and that
- 46:24Speaker 1: love than this person who might be hot and fun
- 46:27Speaker 1: and sexy for like the now, but like, To me,
- 46:30Speaker 1: that's not the whole package.
- 46:31Speaker 2: Yeah, you want the unicorn.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, exactly. All right, so let's get back to
- 46:35Speaker 1: facts for a second. How did you come up with
- 46:37Speaker 1: the idea? So you had not been having like a
- 46:40Speaker 1: media platform type of thing. Okay.
- 46:43Speaker 2: So I think for me it was I looked at
- 46:46Speaker 2: what I did. I went back. I wrote a book
- 46:49Speaker 2: about the dirty. I went and reread my book. This
- 46:51Speaker 2: was back in 2013.
- 46:54Speaker 1: How did the book do?
- 46:56Speaker 2: Crushed because it was, you know. people were just dirty fans.
- 46:59Speaker 2: So they just wanted to see how it started. And
- 47:01Speaker 2: I wrote about it and I wrote about all the
- 47:03Speaker 2: girls I slept with, first and last names. Like I
- 47:05Speaker 2: kept it really dirty.
- 47:08Speaker 4: You know?
- 47:09Speaker 2: So it was, it was, uh.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Did you get any blowback from that?
- 47:12Speaker 2: No, because Fifty Shades of Grey started becoming a thing.
- 47:15Speaker 2: Like it was, it was, uh, my honest truth. And
- 47:19Speaker 2: it was honestly, for me, it was really good just
- 47:21Speaker 2: to get it all out of my system, you know?
- 47:24Speaker 2: But it was, it was open-ended. I would probably never
- 47:26Speaker 2: do it again because it's really hard, but like it
- 47:30Speaker 2: was good to get all that emotion and all the,
- 47:33Speaker 2: the passed out.
- 47:34Speaker 1: It's really cathartic.
- 47:35Speaker 2: Cathartic. That's the word. Yeah. But yeah, no, when I,
- 47:40Speaker 2: when I did the dirty, I was like, okay, well,
- 47:44Speaker 2: these are the popular things. There was Perez Hilton. There
- 47:46Speaker 2: was TMZ. Deadspin was a sports site that was starting
- 47:51Speaker 2: to get legs. There was MySpace, social media. So I said,
- 47:54Speaker 2: let's try to combine all these things and make a home, right?
- 47:58Speaker 2: And I think taking the best of all these little
- 48:01Speaker 2: things and putting it together, what I tried to do
- 48:05Speaker 2: was study what people like or what was getting them brainwashed.
- 48:10Speaker 2: So with facts, it was pretty much the same thing.
- 48:12Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, well, no one's typing in dot coms anymore.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Like that's done. Everyone's focused on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat. They
- 48:22Speaker 2: want the YouTube vibe. So what I wanted to do
- 48:25Speaker 2: was incorporate the old school blog style with Instagram, with TikTok,
- 48:32Speaker 2: and make it feel like, at least for Gen Z,
- 48:35Speaker 2: that they're getting lost into a place with content.
- 48:38Speaker 1: How often is it being refreshed and updated?
- 48:41Speaker 2: I would say once every 30 minutes.
- 48:43Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 48:43Speaker 2: Yeah. So it's constantly being refreshed with content, but I
- 48:50Speaker 2: try to stay on The get ready with me. That's
- 48:54Speaker 2: the hot thing right now with these girls. Guys are fascinated.
- 48:57Speaker 2: They had no idea.
- 48:58Speaker 1: So like what kind of story would you do about that?
- 49:01Speaker 2: Just like the video of the girl putting on her
- 49:03Speaker 2: makeup and talking about her life. Yeah. Guys had no idea. Right.
- 49:08Speaker 2: And they are freaking out. Why? Because you just think
- 49:12Speaker 2: like you take a girl on a date, you don't
- 49:13Speaker 2: know they sit there for two hours and talk to
- 49:15Speaker 2: themselves in the mirror and they're like putting all this
- 49:18Speaker 2: layers of foundation.
- 49:19Speaker 1: And they probably look like a totally different person.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Totally different person. They start like this and then they
- 49:24Speaker 2: end like a filter. Yeah. Right? It's crazy.
- 49:26Speaker 1: It's amazing what makeup does.
- 49:27Speaker 2: So those go viral. So I do the viral videos.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Then I do the breaking news. I do a lot
- 49:31Speaker 2: of politics stuff because Gen Z has no idea about civics.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Do you do it in a way that they can
- 49:37Speaker 1: understand it?
- 49:38Speaker 2: Yeah. I dumb it down.
- 49:39Speaker 1: Okay.
- 49:41Speaker 2: So I do that and I do.
- 49:43Speaker 1: But do you take a stance on politics or do
- 49:45Speaker 1: you try and do straight up facts?
- 49:46Speaker 2: I try to do facts and I try to... We're purple.
- 49:49Speaker 2: We kind of have like.
- 49:50Speaker 1: In the middle of blue and red.
- 49:52Speaker 2: Yeah. So we try to go both sides and we
- 49:55Speaker 2: really try to like... We have kind of like a code.
- 49:58Speaker 2: We want integrity. We want people to live in honesty.
- 50:00Speaker 2: We want people to have high morals. We want them
- 50:03Speaker 2: to really thrive and show us more positives than negatives. Okay.
- 50:08Speaker 2: But we will showcase... you know, breaking news. And then
- 50:11Speaker 2: I have a paparazzi team. So I have a team
- 50:13Speaker 2: in New York. I have a team in LA and
- 50:16Speaker 2: they're all ex TMC guys, like from the old guild.
- 50:19Speaker 2: And I tell them like, Hey, this is what I want.
- 50:22Speaker 2: You know, I want it to feel old school because
- 50:23Speaker 2: these kids don't know it to them. It's so refreshing.
- 50:26Speaker 2: They're just like, wow, I've never seen anything like this before.
- 50:28Speaker 2: But for you and I, it's like, What do you mean?
- 50:31Speaker 2: This is what we grew up on, right?
- 50:32Speaker 1: Because I've asked you a couple of times. I was like, wait,
- 50:34Speaker 1: I can't find it.
- 50:35Speaker 4: Explain.
- 50:36Speaker 1: It's on an app. I feel like a dinosaur saying this.
- 50:39Speaker 2: So if you go to the app store on Android
- 50:41Speaker 2: or Apple, you type in F-A-C-T-Z, pops right up. You
- 50:46Speaker 2: just download the app. But you can go to the. com.
- 50:48Speaker 2: There is a. com, a mobile site, F-A-C-T-Z.com. And then
- 50:53Speaker 2: we started a podcast, and that's doing real well.
- 50:57Speaker 1: And what kind of guests are you like? What's the
- 50:59Speaker 1: theme of it?
- 51:00Speaker 2: I think for me right now, I'm really focused on
- 51:02Speaker 2: more of that millennial Gen Z influencer type. Um, I
- 51:07Speaker 2: think that.
- 51:08Speaker 1: Do they have a message or they're.
- 51:10Speaker 2: No, I think, I think the message is me asking
- 51:13Speaker 2: them questions and trying to figure out who the hell
- 51:14Speaker 2: they are. Okay. And I think people are fascinated by that.
- 51:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 51:18Speaker 2: And I think they're even fascinated. They're like, wow, like
- 51:21Speaker 2: that's someone asked me a question, you know? So. That's
- 51:25Speaker 2: kind of what I'm going for. But at the same time,
- 51:27Speaker 2: like I'm going to have you on my show. I
- 51:29Speaker 2: want to do our show in the Hamptons. Like I
- 51:30Speaker 2: want the vibes, you know? So, cause there's still legacy
- 51:35Speaker 2: that these kids love. Right. They love seeing it. And
- 51:37Speaker 2: they're like, wow.
- 51:38Speaker 1: And what you're targeting is so important because these kids
- 51:41Speaker 1: have like 7 million followers. I don't know how they
- 51:44Speaker 1: do it. Cause they're not a household name. Like if
- 51:46Speaker 1: you said a lot of these people. people that I know,
- 51:49Speaker 1: and even younger people will be like, I don't know
- 51:50Speaker 1: who that is. But if I ask my daughter, she's like,
- 51:53Speaker 1: oh yeah, mom. She's such a big deal. I'm like, okay.
- 51:57Speaker 2: My son plays baseball. He's seven, right? And I interviewed
- 52:01Speaker 2: this guy who plays for the Savannah Bananas. It's like
- 52:04Speaker 2: this funny, you wouldn't know. I'm just starting to get
- 52:07Speaker 2: into it, but it's like a funny baseball team that
- 52:10Speaker 2: does TikTok tricks in the middle of a baseball game.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Oh, that's cute.
- 52:14Speaker 2: But they do millions upon, like the 10 million views
- 52:17Speaker 2: on their radio.
- 52:18Speaker 1: Isn't that incredible? I'm always like, who are these millions
- 52:20Speaker 1: of people? I don't get it. But it's very interesting.
- 52:24Speaker 1: But it's funny because like my guests are totally different.
- 52:26Speaker 1: Like I'm looking obviously for people that are misunderstood, but
- 52:29Speaker 1: I'm looking to get like Lorena Bobbitt. What happened to her?
- 52:32Speaker 1: And because it's the after.
- 52:34Speaker 2: The Me Too thing. I love that.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's like because Me Too happened. Remember back
- 52:39Speaker 1: then she was seen as such a crazy psycho who
- 52:41Speaker 1: like just cut her husband's dick off, right?
- 52:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Now it would be like, let's talk about domestic violence,
- 52:47Speaker 1: how important that is, and what did you really go
- 52:51Speaker 1: through without all the shaming? I mean, I want to
- 52:53Speaker 1: know what happened.
- 52:53Speaker 2: I will say I'm proud of you because we had
- 52:55Speaker 2: this call before you were doing all this stuff. And
- 52:59Speaker 2: this was something that you envisioned. Yeah. And you stuck
- 53:02Speaker 2: to your guns and you did it. And you're not
- 53:05Speaker 2: in this for the views or the likes or anything
- 53:08Speaker 2: like that. You're actually getting to the facts of real
- 53:12Speaker 2: people that have real stories. And I think, you know, yes,
- 53:16Speaker 2: am I misunderstood? I would say, yes, I am. But
- 53:20Speaker 2: I did things, you know, and I have to own
- 53:23Speaker 2: up to those things. And it's not something that I
- 53:25Speaker 2: could be like, oh, well, it was a different time. Like, yeah,
- 53:28Speaker 2: it was a different time, but I still did them.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Do you think that what you learned from doing thedirty.com
- 53:33Speaker 1: is helping you now with your new platform?
- 53:36Speaker 2: Big time. The time it took me to build that site,
- 53:40Speaker 2: it took about five years to really get it off
- 53:43Speaker 2: the ground. Mm-hmm. Fax has gone off the ground in
- 53:45Speaker 2: five months. Wow. So I'm seeing the speed of the
- 53:49Speaker 2: internet and the speed of how people process things. It's
- 53:52Speaker 2: a totally different monster. And not to give away too
- 53:55Speaker 2: much of my secrets, the people that I'm talking about,
- 53:59Speaker 2: no one cares enough to write. The journalist world, the
- 54:03Speaker 2: Wall Street Journalists, They're not writing about Alex.
- 54:05Speaker 3: Don't miss a minute of United Soccer League action. The
- 54:08Speaker 3: USL Championship and USL League One are on CBS Sports
- 54:12Speaker 3: and ESPN platforms all season long. With additional coverage on
- 54:16Speaker 3: Sirius XMFC, Channel 188, and select matches available in Spanish
- 54:21Speaker 3: on 2DNA, it's your time to take part in building
- 54:24Speaker 3: what's next. Visit uslchampionship.com or uslleagueone.com for complete listings. Find
- 54:32Speaker 3: your local club and be part of what's next.
- 54:36Speaker 2: They don't care.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Well, you know why I care? I only found out
- 54:39Speaker 1: about her because of my daughter. But what's interesting to
- 54:41Speaker 1: me about her, do you know that her stepmother is
- 54:43Speaker 1: Ashley Dupree?
- 54:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 54:45Speaker 1: I find that fascinating.
- 54:46Speaker 2: I'm friends with her. I knew her before she was anything.
- 54:48Speaker 2: I literally was like.
- 54:49Speaker 1: Oh, I'd love to have her on the show. I
- 54:50Speaker 1: want to know how she got away with it, got
- 54:53Speaker 1: out over the stigma, how she married this guy that
- 54:55Speaker 1: has these beautiful children. They have children together now.
- 54:58Speaker 2: Oh, you want Dupree on the show?
- 54:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, you know Alex.
- 54:59Speaker 2: She'll do it. Yeah.
- 55:01Speaker 1: Um, I find them to be fascinating. And so obviously
- 55:05Speaker 1: I don't care about the get ready with me stuff. Um,
- 55:08Speaker 1: but she's, Alex is incredible because she's created this platform
- 55:13Speaker 1: for herself. So I guess people like me need to
- 55:15Speaker 1: like get with the program a little bit.
- 55:17Speaker 2: And I think, I think it's, Alex was right time,
- 55:21Speaker 2: right place. I think there's a lot of people that
- 55:23Speaker 2: were just, their timing was perfect.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Yeah. She's also a hot girl that people want to
- 55:27Speaker 1: look at. Right.
- 55:27Speaker 2: Yeah. She's a hot blonde. Yeah. Right. Um, I just
- 55:31Speaker 2: know her. So it's like, it's hard to process like that.
- 55:34Speaker 2: But like, I think with her, the timing was perfect
- 55:37Speaker 2: and people were looking for some refreshing person to just
- 55:39Speaker 2: be themselves.
- 55:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:41Speaker 2: Go out and have a good time. And, and a
- 55:45Speaker 2: lot of the older generation were like reliving their life
- 55:48Speaker 2: through her. It's like literally you're watching a TV show
- 55:51Speaker 2: of our lives back in the day. Yeah.
- 55:53Speaker 1: But I think people in my generation really dismiss girls
- 55:56Speaker 1: like that because they're like, oh my God, they're stupid.
- 55:58Speaker 1: They don't know anything. Look at how they're making all
- 56:00Speaker 1: this money and they don't know anything about hard work
- 56:02Speaker 1: or getting a job or beefing up your resume or whatever.
- 56:05Speaker 2: But they also forget what it was like to be 21,
- 56:08Speaker 2: 22 and trying to figure out your life in the
- 56:09Speaker 2: world and getting wasted. And now we look at it like, gosh,
- 56:14Speaker 2: she drinks a lot. No, we drank a lot too.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Right. That is very true.
- 56:17Speaker 2: Not to defend her. Yeah. Do I think she drinks
- 56:20Speaker 2: a lot? She probably does, but We drank a lot
- 56:22Speaker 2: too at that age.
- 56:23Speaker 1: And did a lot of stupid things.
- 56:25Speaker 2: Massively stupid. More stupid than her because there was no
- 56:27Speaker 2: cameras around.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Exactly. And it just wasn't documented.
- 56:30Speaker 2: Yeah. Right. Okay.
- 56:32Speaker 1: So are you chasing any interesting stories that you want
- 56:34Speaker 1: to tell me about? Or how does it work? Like,
- 56:36Speaker 1: are you reading all the stories all over the place? Like,
- 56:39Speaker 1: Associated Press or whatever would put out and then you
- 56:43Speaker 1: decide what's news and you make it bigger and you
- 56:45Speaker 1: go after people?
- 56:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I think, well, right now that's the play. The
- 56:48Speaker 2: play is it's like, okay, what's the breaking story? What's
- 56:50Speaker 2: the angle? And like we had a story about the Theranos.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Yeah, Elizabeth.
- 56:56Speaker 2: Elizabeth Holmes, right? Yeah, she went to jail, but how
- 56:59Speaker 2: was her jail experience? Like what has her jail experience
- 57:02Speaker 2: been in the first two days? She's having complete panic attacks.
- 57:05Speaker 2: She's breaking down. Like that's the stuff that we're kind
- 57:07Speaker 2: of like.
- 57:07Speaker 1: How do you get a source in there?
- 57:09Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 57:10Speaker 1: You have people in there that are calling you?
- 57:12Speaker 2: Are you talking about these prison guards? You know how
- 57:14Speaker 2: much they make? Wow. Come on. They don't make that much.
- 57:17Speaker 2: So you have sources everywhere and money's green. But at
- 57:22Speaker 2: the same time, what I've done, and this is what
- 57:25Speaker 2: I did learn from the other site, I'm cooler than
- 57:28Speaker 2: my competition. Yeah. Like people are like, oh my God,
- 57:30Speaker 2: I'm talking to Nick Ritchie.
- 57:32Speaker 1: Yeah, right.
- 57:32Speaker 2: And they're older.
- 57:33Speaker 1: You have some clout.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Yeah. Clout, but also like they're not, When I talk
- 57:38Speaker 2: to them, they're like, wow. And I'm like, hey, let's
- 57:40Speaker 2: have a beer sometime or let's hang out or whatever.
- 57:42Speaker 2: They always remember me forever. And I'm in their mind,
- 57:46Speaker 2: almost their best friend, which I wish I could be
- 57:49Speaker 2: everyone's best friend. But the reality is, is the story
- 57:53Speaker 2: in itself, they feel like they're part of it. Yeah.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Oh, of course. And everyone wants to be a part
- 57:58Speaker 1: of the story, which reminds me, actually, I had someone
- 58:02Speaker 1: on my show. We're coming up in July, I think,
- 58:04Speaker 1: on the 10-year anniversary of the Anthony Weiner scandal. And
- 58:08Speaker 1: do you remember breaking that with Sydney Leathers?
- 58:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:12Speaker 1: So she came on and she talked to me.
- 58:14Speaker 2: About- How's she doing?
- 58:15Speaker 4: She's great.
- 58:16Speaker 2: That's so crazy.
- 58:16Speaker 1: She's great. And you'll have to watch the episode. It
- 58:19Speaker 1: will come out like on the week of the anniversary. Normally,
- 58:23Speaker 1: even though- I technically was a mistress too, right? I
- 58:27Speaker 1: wouldn't necessarily interview people like that, but I found her
- 58:30Speaker 1: story interesting because it was different than mine. She did
- 58:32Speaker 1: expose someone. She wanted that notoriety. She did it again
- 58:36Speaker 1: to another man after who was running for politics.
- 58:38Speaker 2: Yeah, but she wasn't targeting.
- 58:39Speaker 1: No, no, she wasn't targeting. But I think she felt
- 58:42Speaker 1: wronged by like he started to He was running for mayor.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:46Speaker 1: And she was like, wait a minute. I'm having phone
- 58:48Speaker 1: sex with this guy five times a day.
- 58:50Speaker 2: Well, you can't portray the wholesome family image. Yeah.
- 58:54Speaker 1: And he had already been taken down a year before
- 58:56Speaker 1: and pretended that he didn't have any more scandals. So
- 59:00Speaker 1: I get it. Anthony Weiner is very interesting to me.
- 59:02Speaker 1: Have you seen the documentary, Weiner?
- 59:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm on it.
- 59:05Speaker 1: Oh, you are?
- 59:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:06Speaker 1: It's fantastic, by the way.
- 59:08Speaker 2: It's the best documentary ever. ever seen because it was
- 59:10Speaker 2: in the middle of the scandal. Yeah.
- 59:12Speaker 1: People should watch it if they haven't seen it because
- 59:14Speaker 1: it's so great. And he's actually really real.
- 59:16Speaker 2: Huma Abedin, her reaction was the best ever. Priceless. Ever.
- 59:21Speaker 2: By the way.
- 59:21Speaker 1: How did she just stand by him and not get pissed?
- 59:25Speaker 1: She's like figuring out kind of how to.
- 59:26Speaker 2: Because the cameras were there.
- 59:27Speaker 4: She knew.
- 59:28Speaker 2: She's Clinton.
- 59:29Speaker 1: I mean, it was pretty crazy. But you do see
- 59:31Speaker 1: at the beginning of it how smart he is and
- 59:34Speaker 1: how good he was as a politician or as an actor,
- 59:37Speaker 1: whatever it is. He was very passionate about what he did.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:41Speaker 1: And also what made him really good at work was
- 59:44Speaker 1: probably what made him really bad.
- 59:45Speaker 2: We sold a lot of Carlos Danger shirts.
- 59:48Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 59:48Speaker 2: It was so good.
- 59:49Speaker 1: I'm sure you did. But anyway, so for people that
- 59:52Speaker 1: don't know, Sydney went to you to break the story
- 59:56Speaker 1: and kept, she said she kept trying to reach you
- 59:58Speaker 1: and tell you she had this information.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: I didn't believe her. Yeah.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: About Anthony Weiner and you did not believe her. And finally,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: I guess she gave you some sort of facts. Like
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: what happened?
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: She gave me pictures of his, you know, and, and.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: And you knew it was him?
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Well, no, because it was, he was really good at
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: not like cutting out his face. So. Sydney sent me
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: the pictures and then I had to go to Google
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: and find pictures off Facebook of him on a vacation
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: with sandals on.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Ah, so you could match the torso.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: Well, no, I didn't even have that. I had to
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: match the toes. So I matched the toes and I said,
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: you know what, Sydney, I'm going to go for it. Wow.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: And then I did it. I played poker and it
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: was the biggest story in the world. Right.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: And what's interesting too is you kept her name out
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: of it. And she said, she, she was like, he
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: did exactly what he said. He kept my name out
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: of it, but somewhere else they figured out who she
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: was and exposed her. And it like destroyed, I mean,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: it destroyed her internally, but she ended up, you know,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: becoming a stripper from, she was not a stripper before.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: She had no choice. She became a stripper. She did
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: all these crazy things. And I think she even like
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: tried to get her labia redone and sell the labia.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: She was on the money train. She was trying to
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: make money off of it. Yeah.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Right, right, right.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: Because she didn't like, who's going to hire her now, right?
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: With a name like Sidney Leathers, which, by the way,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: is her birth name.
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: So she leaned into it. She lived it. And she's
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: doing OK. She's fine. And she's owned it. And she
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: doesn't live with any shame about it at all. So
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: I thought that was pretty cool. But I would love
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: to get him on the show.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: I would love to have him on my show.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Yeah. He's an interesting dude. After this, we'll talk. I mean,
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: I know his people. But I think he does not
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: want to relive it, you know? I think it'd be
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: good for him to like, just to talk about it.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: Cause you know, the, the, so the stormy Daniels stuff
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: we broke on the dirty, I was part of that
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: whole $ 130, 000 deal, but you.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: Broke it when it came out years later, even though
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: you knew about it 10 years.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: Before, we broke it in 2014. Right. Okay. Before the lawyer,
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: the lawyer, um, it was a whole thing. Like Trump
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: was trying to get it. It was, Michael Cohen was involved.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: This was, this was when the election started and we
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: pulled it and then I felt guilty and then I
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: put it back up and it like, it became a
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: whole thing, but that doesn't, that doesn't matter. The crazier
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: part was during the election is that, that Anthony shared
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: the computer with his wife and that's how the FBI,
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: the whole FBI thing happened because of the, porn or
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: child porn, alleged child porn on the computer that had
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: the Hillary emails because they shared the computer. Oh my God. Yeah.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: It was so crazy. So it all came back full circle.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: And the traffic and like all this stuff and my
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: name was all over the media for the original story
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: because it all led to the FBI investigation on Clinton. Yeah.
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: And it literally ruined the election for her. Yeah. It
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: was just a wild, crazy connection. Yeah. That whole thing.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: That was nuts. Um, I, I also, you know, I
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: lived in Vegas with, uh, at the time when Stormy
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: Daniels was here and after the tiger stuff came out,
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: she did come to me and said, I have a story.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Do you know someone that I can give this to?
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: And she spoke to my contact at Us Weekly, I think.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: And they ended up saying, you know, he, he's the
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: biggest star right now on The Apprentice. We're not going
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: to publish this. And so I, you know, I didn't
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: really think that much about it, but I believed her.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: There was nothing exciting about her story. You know, she wasn't,
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: she just wanted to make a couple bucks at the time,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: but her story was true. And then the fact that
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: she had her moment years later, it was like right place,
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: right time. And so I thought, I mean, I think
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: she's a fantastic girl, quite frankly, and she's going to
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: come on my show in a couple months. So I
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: think that'll be exciting to hear from her.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: No, she's great. I never talked to her directly, but
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: she wrote the whole thing out.
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: And I don't know if it was an email or whatever,
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: but I had like the play by play. Right. And
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: then I posted it and it was just gangbusters. Yeah.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: And I remember her being like, yeah, you know, shark
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: week was on in the background. I'm like, You know,
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: and I'm like, oh God, this is so boring. No
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: one's going to publish this. But like, you know, she
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: was having a one night stand or whatever with the president.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: So I thought, oh, maybe somebody will pay her $ 50, 000.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: And Melanie was pregnant too at the time.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: I don't remember, but yeah, that's crazy.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: So as I told you earlier, my notes for you
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: fell in the pool, so I can't go off of them.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: What else have I forgotten to ask you? What should
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: we talk about before you leave?
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: Oh, I got some, I don't know if it's, I
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: should talk about it though.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: We can cut it out later.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: Do you know what's going on with the whole scandal
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: ball stuff?
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: I mean, listen, I'm not somebody who watched the show.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: I have now started to watch the reunions because I
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: feel like I have to get into it.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Me too. I'm not like.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: I find it bizarre that everyone's in such an uproar
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: about a cheating scandal since mine. Like no one's ever
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: talked about it in such a way that it's on
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: the front page of like.
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: It's relatable.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: The New York Times to, you know, Us Weekly, right?
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: I find it bizarre because there's so much anger at, well,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: the two of them, I guess, but at the fact
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: that the cheating happened at all. But all those kids
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: or whatever on the show were cheaters. So I don't
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: really get it.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: It's very incestual.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: Yeah, and I feel very uncomfortable watching how mean, like
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: on the reunion, the whole group was to Tom and
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: then started to be to Raquel when she comes out
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: or whatever. I'm shocked that no one stopped people to
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: be like, you're clearly triggered by something in your own
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: life because this has nothing really to do with you.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: And your level of anger is almost dangerous. Like I feel, I,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: I almost feel bad for them because, you know, I
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: don't condone what they did, but I, I don't think
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: it's right for people to be so nasty and be like,
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: close down his restaurant. And I think that's nuts when
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: everybody has skeletons in their closet. So who are you
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: going to, who are you going to come out with
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: saying that they're having it?
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: No, cause I, cause, cause I'm, I was friends with
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: Lala and then, you know, they, she broke up with
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Randall Emmett, who's the famous movie producer.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: And this Randall scandal thing came out.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Yeah. I watched that. It didn't really, it wasn't that good.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: It wasn't that good. Like it didn't really, I think they, they,
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: the hype was bigger than, because when I watched it,
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: it didn't do anything for me. Yeah. Not to protect
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: Randall because, you know, I feel like, I'm in the
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: middle of something, but Lala blocked me. So now, not
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: that I'm team Randall, but I talk to Randall. Yeah.
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: You know, I've been in one of his films. Like,
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: you know, we have a relationship. So I just, you know,
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: I'm trying to wrap my head around, like, what's the
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: bigger deal? Yeah. Because it's not, on surface, yeah, like,
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: I get it. He cheated, whatever. But I think I
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: know something that's probably going to hit the fan. Mm-hmm.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: That's going to blow this out the water.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: About Randall, you mean?
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: I think, because I asked Randall, I go, Randall, did
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: you ever sleep with Raquel?
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: Ooh.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: Because if Lala finds out, she's going to go berserk.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: I was just going to say.
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: Because Randall's. he's slept with a lot of people.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: I'm sure. But her level of anger is like beyond
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: anything I've seen.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: Well, they're going through a custody battle, right? So I think,
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: you know, he's playing close to the chest and she's
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: trying to find cards. So I don't know. But I
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: asked him, he said I was crazy, but he didn't
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: deny it. So.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be interesting? But yeah, I feel like Lala's
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: level of anger is, towards Raquel seems overly- Way over
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: the top. It's crazy to watch.
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: I think Lala knows something's up.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: Or has a feeling. Yeah. And doesn't want to bring
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: that up because then it's too close to home.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Because Raquel is not the brightest. Yeah. I could
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: see it happening. And I know Randy's, you know, he's
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: pretty good with the ladies.
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: So I don't know. The fact that he didn't deny,
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: because when I ask him stuff, he denies it. He
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: didn't deny it.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Interesting.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Which makes me feel like like that weird, like butterfly. Right.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Like there might be something there.
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: All right. Well, that would be a good one. I
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: hope you get to the bottom of that.
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: I really don't want to because the demo is too old.
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: It doesn't really work. Like everyone's going crazy, but I
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: don't know. I feel like they're like us. We've only
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: like watched parts of the reunion and we really don't know.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: Exactly. So, all right. Well, we'll see, but there's gotta
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: be another big scandal out there.
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: There's always big scandals.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: Yeah. Always. And they always revolve around cheating for the
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: most part.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: Those are the ones that.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: People are most interested in.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: It's always the mistress getting burnt that's coming and calling
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: and saying like, Hey, um, I was promised this, didn't
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: get that, and here I am, and this is what
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: I got. Yeah. And then now it's different because it's facts,
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: so I have to like fact check everything. I have lawyers.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: There's a whole process now because it is more journalistic. Yeah.
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: It's a little grown up. Mm-hmm.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: Speaking of which, I wonder your opinion on whether or
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: not you find this interesting. On my bucket list, like
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: I told you about Rudy Giuliani was on it, but
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: a person who I have always been fascinated with is
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Vy Stiviano from the Donald Sterling scandal.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: Do you remember? Yeah.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: And she disappeared after... That whole scandal never to be
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: heard again.
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: Where is she? Nobody knows?
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: Oh, I know because I've been talking to her on
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: the phone.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: No way. Yeah. That's a good one.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: Yes. So I.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: She made 250 grand on that audio.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Did she? Yeah.
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: Nobody knows.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: From... TMZ. TMZ.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Well, I believe her stance is that she did not
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: sell it or give it away, but she does have
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: a very interesting story, which I cannot tell yet, but
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: from what.
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: She's told me... I know the lawyer involved. She made money. Yeah. Well.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Okay. It's always interesting to me when a woman is
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: taping someone or anyone is taping another person and then
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: uses that against them because it's almost like they are
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: baiting them to say something so they can use that
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: tape against them in one way or another.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Well, you and I both know there's no such thing
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: as a leak.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Oh, right.
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: That's not a real thing.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. But what I don't understand is she didn't
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: have the mistress code. Why not go to him and
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: be like, give me $ 10 million for this? as opposed to,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: so it doesn't get out, as opposed to, let me
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: give this to TMZ or whoever and make $ 250, 000. It
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: seems like short-term thinking.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: I think that she probably did.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: And he said no.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: And he probably told her to go F herself.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: Right. And do you think he was smarter than everyone
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: else knowing that he could sell the shitty team for
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: a ton of money if he got out of it?
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: No. He didn't want to lose the team. I think
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: for him, he was just senile, old. Yeah. You know,
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: it's just, one of those guys that just thinks he
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: has so much power, he could kill anything. Yeah.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: But that was an incredible story. They've come out with
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: a podcast about it. And now actually my friend just
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: cast the whole cast for it, but they're coming out
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: with a made for TV show exactly like they did
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: with Elizabeth Holmes. Yeah. So that'll be interesting. And I
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: think that whole thing will come back and people that
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: don't know about that scandal will now know about it.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: And I had Matt Barnes on who was on the
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: Clippers during that whole scandal. So he was telling me
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: about it. So it's, it's kind of.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: Fascinating to me. Clippers still suck.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: So it doesn't matter.
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: I'm not a sports fanatic.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: Anything else I missed before?
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: No. So, okay. So you're, you're going to take me
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: on a date.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: Oh yes. You're coming to Palm beach. Or the other option.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: For you is because I've never been to the Hamptons.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: Okay. So we can go to the Hamptons. We can
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: go to 75 Maine. Have you heard of it?
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: Never heard of it. Okay.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: So my friend owns 75 Maine. Super fun.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: And he has a great bar restaurant and a hotel there.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: And I'm going to do the podcast from there, people watching,
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: because he has everyone from like, What's his name? Robert Kraft.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: People like that stop by, have coffee with him. So
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: I think it'll be fantastic to see all the celebrities
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: that just walk by and how they sit and talk
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: to him and do nothing. But you should do your
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: podcast out there. You can find a ton of dirt
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: on people out there if that's what you're looking for.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: You can do a little thing.
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: Well, I want to get you on my show.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd love to.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: Because I just don't understand why you're still in love
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: with this guy. Oh, stop.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: You can ask me that on your podcast. I can't
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: do it on mine.
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Because I don't want to make mine about me so
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: much like that.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: I know, but I'm just asking.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: Because my whole thing is I've had to live in
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: the past for so long that I want to move forward.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: You just want to talk about everyone else. Yeah.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Well, because so many people have talked about me for
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: so long.
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: It's true. Yeah.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: And they're stuck on that one story with me, which
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: makes it hard to get out of it. Anytime someone
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: starts an interview with me, That's what they bring up
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: as part of my bio. And I know that I
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: have to just lean into it and be like, okay.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: No, I don't think so. I think you just find
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: the next guy, the next superstar.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Yeah, who has to be bigger.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. I'm trying to think who could we.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: I did sort of date the Gillette commercial because I
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: did date Derek Jeter. And who was the third guy
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: in the Gillette commercial? I'm sure I dated him. So
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: at some point.
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's dating. We need to find.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I got to get married to someone fantastic.
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: We need to find a good married man with five
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: kids deep. What?
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: Why does he have to be married? Oh, you need
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: me in a scandal?
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: Yeah, we need a bigger scandal to kill the old scandal.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: That's how you kill a scandal. Yeah, but why does
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: it have to be a scandal? I think that if
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: I could find someone, land them, marry them, then they'll
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: be like, oh, she's credible. She is, you know, and
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: she landed. Well, I know that, but she landed this
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: guy to marry her because as a mistress, people think
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: you'll always be a mistress. No one will really want
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: you as their number one. I know what it's like
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: to be.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: Someone's number one. What? I know, tigers. You're the driver.
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: So wait, what is the longest you've been in a
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: relationship for?
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: Oh, like four or five years.
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: Wow, that's long. And you thought that was going to go.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm always in it for marriage. I mean, I
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: dated Brett Boone. Do you know Brett Boone, the baseball player?
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: We dated for like four years.
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: That's the biggest red flag, never dated a baseball player. Okay.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Well, that was a red flag. And the fact that
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: he's an alcoholic and had to breathe into a breathalyzer
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: four times a day, that should have been a sign.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: That's a baseball player, yeah.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: Yeah. So, I mean, I definitely would say that I
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: had a type for a long time. Now I've done
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: enough work that I'm like, let me not have a
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: type and just try to pick someone that I'm not
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: attracted to like such toxicity. Is that a word?
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: But find somebody that is stable, but that I'm attracted to.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: I really want to be attracted to somebody. You can't
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: be our age and be like bored anymore. Like I
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: want to feel like I'm 25 and I want to
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: fuck them and touch them all the time. And that's great.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: You don't want to wait five days.
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: No. Five days. Yeah.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: No, I don't want to wait. I want to be
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: at that point where I'm like aching for them. But
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: that they know me and they love me and they're
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: not going to just run off with some 25-year-old because
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: she's 25. I mean, when you're almost, I'm 48, so
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: I'm almost technically 50. You can't compete with 25-year-olds. We're just,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: it's just totally different.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: You're pretty close though. You can compete.
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: Thank you. But I can compete in the way that
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: I've been, I have so much life experience. I'm really
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: fucking interesting. And I'm really thrilling to be around. Like
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: I will do anything. I have, I'm so much fun
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: to be around. And a lot of these girls, you know, models,
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: they suck because they're hungry. They don't want to smile. They,
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: you know, you know, but they look gorgeous.
- 1:15:42Speaker 2: Yeah, but they don't, they have no, they don't even
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: want to talk about anything. And they have so much
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: life experience too, and they just don't want to absorb it.
- 1:15:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: It's so weird.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: I think a good lesson for women is like, if you,
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: if you don't worry so much about your appearance, I mean,
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: obviously it's great to look good, but like men at
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: the end of the day will be with the funny girl.
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: They'll be, not maybe not, I think.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: The sexiest thing is when a woman wears like a
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: baseball cap. Yeah. Hair back. Yeah. Just getting coffee.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: I do too.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: It's like just the normal, the normal life. When they
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: go over the top, like I'm going out to the
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: club or whatever.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: Cause you just, you look at them like, geez, this
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: is like not really who you are. Right. You know,
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: you're just trying to sell yourself and you think you
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: need to look a certain way to sell yourself. The
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: most beautiful thing, at least for me, is when Like
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: you said, like when a woman is just herself and
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: this is who I am and she's confident in that
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: and that's that.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: And she could be your personal porn star, but you
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: can also get on the couch and watch Netflix with
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: your kids with her and you're just as in love
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: with her. I think that's the goal for you that
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: we're going to find you at the Breakers in Palm
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: Beach when you come visit me or in the Hamptons.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: I think that should be our goal.
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: Those sound like very expensive women, but yes.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: No, but they're not. They're trying to find.
- 1:16:59Speaker 2: They're trying to find their exit. Yeah, they're trying to
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: find their exit strategy.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: Yeah, but trust me, I used to do this at
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Tao and all the places I worked. I know men
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: and I know women. So we can find someone who
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: will love you for you and not be a total
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: gold digger that you're like obsessed with that doesn't have
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: to look like a porn star.
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: I love this matchmaking show that you have, this podcast
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: matchmaking show.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: Yes, exactly. So you've heard it here first. We're going
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: to see if we can find Nick Ritchie.
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: Dude.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: Do you ever want to get married again?
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: Yeah. I want, I want it. You know, if I have,
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: if I can have another kid before 50, I think
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: that would be cool, but it's not, it's not mandatory.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: Well, you can have a kid till you're in your
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: eighties as Robert De Niro just showed all of us
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: and Al Pacino.
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: So it's never too late for you.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: That's true. Yeah.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Um, all right. So I guess we will continue this
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: on your podcast.
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: Can I plug that?
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: Of course.
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: At facts pod is, um, the Instagram and the Tik TOK.
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: And we're on YouTube as well and subscribe and Spotify,
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: all those fun things. And then we also have, I
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: have another show that I co-host with Emily Wilson, who's
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: blowing up right now and she's a younger Gen Z-er type.
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: And that's called JTF, Just the Facts. But you can
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: find both the shows at FactsPod. And yeah, I cannot
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: wait to have you on my show so I can
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: ask you some really good questions.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: We'll save the hard hitting questions for me, I guess, because, um, whatever.
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: You're good at that. You've been doing it longer than
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: I have.
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: It's not a good thing. I just look at you
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: and I just know I can feel it. Yeah.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: Well, all right. Well, I will see you soon and
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: I can't wait for that.
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: I'm excited to find love.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: Okay, good. And I'm going to bring it to you.
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: Mark my words. I have a feeling.
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: You really think so? Yeah.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I've actually introduced a couple of people that have gotten married,
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: so I do have it under my belt.
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: But like, I feel like I've had a, I may
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: not know you personally for this long, but I feel
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: like I've had a history with you for so long.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: I get it. I get you. I get it.
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: We're going to make this happen. You got to give
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: me one chance that if I say you've got to
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: try this girl, will you at least go out with that?
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: That's tough because girls have done that before and on
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: face value.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: I would never do it unless I thought it was great.
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: She's got to be like pretty though.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: I'm not going to get you some troll.
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: I know, but I've been watching that Jewish matchmaker show.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: Those girls are so ugly.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: But that's, you're not going to get a girl like that. No,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: she's going to look super hot, but she's going to
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: actually be one of those girls that thinks she's like
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: a fat girl in a hot girl's body. Do you
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: know what I mean? I love those girls because they have... What?
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: I shouldn't have said it like that. That she's, you know,
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: she's a little humble. She's not all about fucking any
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: guy that talks to her. She's not going to leave
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: you for a sugar daddy. You know, she has good.
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: Where does it go?
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: She probably takes laxatives. I don't really know. No, we're
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: going to figure it out for you, and it's going
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: to be good.
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: I'm excited.
