- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I think one of the most important things when it
- 1:03Speaker 3: comes to establishing great business credit is establishing a great foundation, right.
- 1:09Speaker 3: I get a lot of people that say I have
- 1:11Speaker 3: an LLC, I have an EIM and I ask them, well,
- 1:14Speaker 3: how much business credit do you have?
- 1:16Speaker 2: But like, all I have is just like one to
- 1:17Speaker 2: two accounts.
- 1:18Speaker 3: The thing is is that's not really great business credit.
- 1:21Speaker 3: You can't really expect to have an eight hundred credit
- 1:23Speaker 3: score with one five hundred dollars capital one limit.
- 1:26Speaker 2: It's not going to happen. What do you need? You
- 1:28Speaker 2: need high limits.
- 1:29Speaker 3: You probably need a house, you need a car, you
- 1:31Speaker 3: need a loan, You need more credit in order to
- 1:34Speaker 3: have that credit score. The thing is a credit score, guys,
- 1:36Speaker 3: a personal credit score is all a risk factor, right,
- 1:40Speaker 3: So when you look at a credit score, you go
- 1:42Speaker 3: three hundred to eight fifty, Right, The lower you are,
- 1:45Speaker 3: the higher risk you are.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Right. The higher your credit score, the lower the risk
- 1:49Speaker 2: you are.
- 1:50Speaker 3: So if you have an eight hundred credit score, that
- 1:52Speaker 3: means that just such a low risk.
- 1:54Speaker 2: But why because.
- 1:55Speaker 3: You're handling ten twenty thirty forty fifty thousand dollars credit
- 1:58Speaker 3: cards and mortgages and all the loans, no late payments,
- 2:01Speaker 3: only applying when you need it, and you have a
- 2:04Speaker 3: long history now establishing good business credit, guys, Unfortunately, it's
- 2:08Speaker 3: not that easy. You can't just say I'm going to
- 2:10Speaker 3: go out there and apply for one or two MX's
- 2:12Speaker 3: and I got great business credit. Unfortunately, you gotta do
- 2:16Speaker 3: the work with not only going on the websites for
- 2:21Speaker 3: gas cards, you have to go ahead and get you know,
- 2:25Speaker 3: your business set up correctly? Is your done in Brass
- 2:27Speaker 3: Street set up correctly?
- 2:28Speaker 2: Do you have all your pro.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Like I did it video, guys, And to my knowledge,
- 2:32Speaker 3: there really isn't anybody out there that opened up their
- 2:35Speaker 3: business credit report live for other people to see. I
- 2:38Speaker 3: do it for you guys and my clients.
- 2:40Speaker 2: That's it.
- 2:41Speaker 3: I treat earn your leisure the same way I treat
- 2:43Speaker 3: my clients, because you guys are freaking awesome number one,
- 2:46Speaker 3: but your mindset is a little bit differently. So one
- 2:48Speaker 3: of the first videos that I did, if you haven't
- 2:50Speaker 3: watched that video, watch it three or four.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Or five times.
- 2:52Speaker 3: I show you, guys, literally how to create a done
- 2:55Speaker 3: in Brasstreet number where you can go on done in
- 2:57Speaker 3: Brass there's website right now. They charge you two thousand
- 2:59Speaker 3: dollars for that. They charge you, you know to X
- 3:02Speaker 3: with that everything. So if your business credit, if you
- 3:04Speaker 3: don't even have done in Bradstreet with all your information
- 3:07Speaker 3: set up, you really can't establish good business credit. I
- 3:10Speaker 3: think that's where a lot of people get stuck. Right now,
- 3:13Speaker 3: all right, you have your done in Bradstreet number. Okay,
- 3:15Speaker 3: has everybody signed up for nav dot com Business Boost
- 3:18Speaker 3: to monitor your your your business credit. You can't track
- 3:23Speaker 3: what you're not like. You can't improve what you don't monitor.
- 3:25Speaker 3: So if you think that the forty dollars a month
- 3:28Speaker 3: for monitoring your business credit is too much, then maybe
- 3:31Speaker 3: you're just not ready to start a business yet. Unfortunately,
- 3:35Speaker 3: if you're not willing to spend it twenty to twenty
- 3:38Speaker 3: to thirty thousand a month with paying for credit monitoring,
- 3:41Speaker 3: then unfortunately, you fixing your credit.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Might just not be a priority right now.
- 3:45Speaker 3: And that's just the way it is, because if you're
- 3:47Speaker 3: not ready to track your credit and spend it like
- 3:49Speaker 3: we use, we actually have a new monitoring it's called
- 3:51Speaker 3: god Credit Monitoring dot com.
- 3:53Speaker 2: It's twenty bucks.
- 3:54Speaker 3: We got away from identity iq because Identity iq was
- 3:57Speaker 3: raising the cost every single month for our clients and
- 4:00Speaker 3: we just thought it was unfair, you know what I mean.
- 4:01Speaker 2: So we got our own credit monitor and got our
- 4:04Speaker 2: own little site.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Got credit monitoring is twenty bucks a month, but we
- 4:07Speaker 3: get people like, man.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I really don't want to spend that.
- 4:10Speaker 3: But then more than likely a good credit score is
- 4:13Speaker 3: not something that you are interested in because it's like
- 4:15Speaker 3: imagine a doctor telling you, hey, man, in order for
- 4:17Speaker 3: me to check your heart, I need you to do
- 4:20Speaker 3: this blood work. I need you to do this, I
- 4:21Speaker 3: need to do that, and you're like, h, I don't
- 4:22Speaker 3: really care about all that. Well, I can't help you then, man,
- 4:25Speaker 3: I can't really let you know what you got going on.
- 4:28Speaker 3: So with business credit, right, great business credit. If you
- 4:31Speaker 3: don't have at least five gas cards, then keep going
- 4:33Speaker 3: google local business gas cards. This is a three step
- 4:36Speaker 3: number one. The first step is set up your entire
- 4:38Speaker 3: company correctly. You got your business. You have your I

- 7:59Speaker 3: You get your your your business phone number with Ring Central.
- 8:03Speaker 3: You get yourself a website. Let me ask you, guys
- 8:05Speaker 3: a question. There's almost two hundred people on this call. Now,
- 8:07Speaker 3: how many people have a website with their name on it?
- 8:10Speaker 3: I have jose A Rodriguez Junior dot com. A lot
- 8:12Speaker 3: of people are saying like, oh my god, I don't
- 8:14Speaker 3: have a website. I don't have whatever the case is. Yeah,
- 8:16Speaker 3: you do whatever your name is dot com and then
- 8:19Speaker 3: forward that you and create a basic website with your name,
- 8:22Speaker 3: your information, your business address, whatever the case is. Now
- 8:25Speaker 3: you create Google my business page. Now what do you
- 8:27Speaker 3: do a Google? You have a website with your name
- 8:30Speaker 3: on it and a lot of stuff. I like to reiterate.
- 8:33Speaker 3: And then now you get all your friends. If you
- 8:34Speaker 3: have at least thirty friends. Get thirty people to give
- 8:36Speaker 3: you a review on you know, Jose Ai Rodriguez dot com,
- 8:39Speaker 3: on your Google page or whatever the case is.
- 8:40Speaker 2: To build credibility.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Right now, you get your gas cards, right, You get
- 8:45Speaker 3: all of your gas cards right, People say, well, what
- 8:47Speaker 3: gas cards do I get?
- 8:48Speaker 2: When you drive down the street and you see a.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Gas station, more than likely that gas station has a
- 8:54Speaker 3: business gas card. You just got to go on the
- 8:56Speaker 3: website seventy six wildwah seven eleven quick check, wex dot com,
- 9:01Speaker 3: w e x dot com, uh wexfleet. They have a
- 9:04Speaker 3: lot of gas cars that you guys can get, uh
- 9:07Speaker 3: Fuelman and Murphy, you know what I mean. There's a
- 9:11Speaker 3: lot of gas cars that you guys can get. Just
- 9:13Speaker 3: google it, you know what I mean. And that's the thing,
- 9:15Speaker 3: guys is, you guys really do have a lot of
- 9:19Speaker 3: resources at your fingertips. As long as if I just
- 9:21Speaker 3: show you how to find things, my job is done.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I don't always got to do it for you. But
- 9:27Speaker 3: if I can show you how to to think about this.
- 9:30Speaker 3: If you know you're going to vacation in California, google
- 9:33Speaker 3: the gas stations in California. So now that way, you
- 9:35Speaker 3: can get a gas card from that gas station. Now
- 9:38Speaker 3: when you go on you're using your book a car
- 9:40Speaker 3: on Touro. You go to that gas station in California,
- 9:42Speaker 3: you don't got to use your debit card. Now you're
- 9:44Speaker 3: building business credit by using as a gas card from
- 9:46Speaker 3: a state you're never in. But now you know, whenever
- 9:48Speaker 3: you go to California you got a gas card, You're good. Look,
- 9:51Speaker 3: I'm going to Texas in June. I'm going to be
- 9:53Speaker 3: looking up every single gas card company. And because it's
- 9:55Speaker 3: because it's different, you know what I mean. There's a
- 9:57Speaker 3: different gas stations here than in Tech.
- 10:00Speaker 2: You know what I mean. That's one way you can
- 10:01Speaker 2: build business credit.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Now, imagine if you have a gas card for every
- 10:04Speaker 3: single sate you visit. Now you have fifty gas cards
- 10:08Speaker 3: if you go to every single state. You see what
- 10:09Speaker 3: I'm saying. But that's the thing is a lot of
- 10:11Speaker 3: people want to build great business credit, but you're not
- 10:14Speaker 3: willing to do the net thirties, the gas cards, the
- 10:18Speaker 3: cars that really nobody wants staples. BJ's that that right there, guys,
- 10:23Speaker 3: is how you're gonna get a car with no personal guarantee. Unfortunately,
- 10:27Speaker 3: American Express and Chase is not going to get you
- 10:30Speaker 3: to the point where you're building business credit where you
- 10:32Speaker 3: can get approved with no personal guarantee in a car.
- 10:35Speaker 2: It's not gonna happen, unfortunately. It's just not the way
- 10:37Speaker 2: it is. You know what I mean.
- 10:38Speaker 3: You really have to build great business credit by getting
- 10:41Speaker 3: the all the accounts like we have. I think maybe
- 10:45Speaker 3: like fifteen to twenty accounts in our program, and I
- 10:49Speaker 3: share them with you guys.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Home Depot has three Lowe's has three bj Sam's Club
- 10:54Speaker 3: cost Go. That's that right, there is like nine you
- 10:57Speaker 3: know what I mean, Gas cars Boom, that's another ten.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Next thing, you know, you literally have twenty to twenty
- 11:01Speaker 3: five accounts on business credit. Now when you want to
- 11:04Speaker 3: go get a car in your business name, you can.
- 11:06Speaker 3: People think that you can't.
- 11:07Speaker 2: You can.
- 11:08Speaker 3: You guys know thirty one Dodge. We promote them all
- 11:10Speaker 3: the time. I get zero money from thirty one Doves.
- 11:12Speaker 3: They've offered to give me checks and referral fees, and
- 11:14Speaker 3: I don't want it. Just have my clients go there.
- 11:16Speaker 3: We have a new You know, it doesn't matter who
- 11:18Speaker 3: you speak to. A thirty one Dodge call thirty one doys. Hey,
- 11:20Speaker 3: I'm trying to apply for a car in my business name.
- 11:22Speaker 2: What car do you want?
- 11:23Speaker 4: This one?
- 11:23Speaker 3: Okay, we'll send you the application, fill it out, get
- 11:25Speaker 3: it back to me. They're running your business credit, guys,
- 11:27Speaker 3: they're running You're done in Bradstreet, you know what I mean.
- 11:29Speaker 3: But if you don't even have at least five to
- 11:31Speaker 3: ten accounts on your business credit, then why are you
- 11:35Speaker 3: applying for a car?
- 11:36Speaker 2: Those are the people that say, oh, this doesn't work.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It does work.
- 11:39Speaker 3: You're just not doing the work that we're telling you
- 11:41Speaker 3: to do. You're trying to bypass certain steps. And then
- 11:44Speaker 3: the way you continue building business credit is then every
- 11:48Speaker 3: single time that you look to apply for something, remember
- 11:52Speaker 3: ask them, hey do you have a business credit card?
- 11:54Speaker 2: Hey do you have a business credit account? Do you
- 11:56Speaker 2: have a net thirty? Do you have this?
- 11:58Speaker 3: And I promise you the majority of the people that
- 11:59Speaker 3: you're trying to apply for have a net dirty account,
- 12:02Speaker 3: have some type of business credited account, you know what
- 12:04Speaker 3: I mean
