- 1:17Speaker 1: phone on silence, those.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Noises are just man. How many phones do you have?
- 1:22Speaker 1: I got I'll be keeping up with content and then
- 1:25Speaker 1: the other phone as far my kids got?
- 1:28Speaker 3: How many kids you got? You got to count? How
- 1:33Speaker 3: do you have to ask you?
- 1:36Speaker 1: Because there's one I'm trying I'm working on. I'm working
- 1:38Speaker 1: with to see if he were trying to work it out,
- 1:41Speaker 1: if he's yours. Yeah, we're trying to see.
- 1:44Speaker 3: If yeah, are you doing a DNA test? Yeah?
- 1:48Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't want to take blead from
- 1:50Speaker 1: no kid, so they could just do the little Okay.
- 1:57Speaker 1: So I'm trying to see if he athletic. I'm trying
- 1:59Speaker 1: to see what he can do before I can find
- 2:00Speaker 1: that out.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Oh, I don't blame you.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I need to see if he gonna be something.
- 2:04Speaker 3: When did you find out about him ship like last year?
- 2:07Speaker 1: Oh?
- 2:07Speaker 3: Yeah, this is accurate?
- 2:09Speaker 1: Yes, okay, this is not a joke, right, that's Nothing's
- 2:12Speaker 1: really a joke. That's what's crazy.
- 2:15Speaker 3: So where where where is funny Marco from?
- 2:17Speaker 1: Marco is from Kansas City? Where is Marco from It's
- 2:20Speaker 1: from kans City, Missouri.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Kansa City, Missouri. And then what brought you to Atlanta?
- 2:24Speaker 1: Uh? A random guy hit me up and said don
- 2:27Speaker 1: Needa manager and I was like, yeah, he was like,
- 2:30Speaker 1: fly to Atlanta And.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Is it because of the videos you were putting?
- 2:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it was it. Ray Daniels, No I met Ray
- 2:35Speaker 1: Daniels was his sid? No his name he was actually
- 2:39Speaker 1: he actually connected to side okay eighteen, so he connected
- 2:43Speaker 1: to him.
- 2:43Speaker 3: So, okay, side Side is a music executive. Yeah, he
- 2:48Speaker 3: has a label eighteen ninety eighteen ninety five, eighteen sixty five.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:53Speaker 3: See that's what that's that's why you should just let it,
- 2:55Speaker 3: let it. He wrote, what year was this?
- 2:57Speaker 1: That's twenty nineteen.
- 3:00Speaker 3: That's what I met you when when you first when
- 3:01Speaker 3: you first moved here.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Yeah I remember, yeah yeah.
- 3:04Speaker 4: And it's so funny because you're really kind of the
- 3:06Speaker 4: same person. Like I think I think you had like
- 3:09Speaker 4: maybe like five thousand follows and I think so I
- 3:11Speaker 4: was like, Yo, this this guy, like he's gonna be
- 3:14Speaker 4: he's gonna be.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Big, Like where'd you get five thousand from? When I
- 3:18Speaker 1: met your sl I was definitely.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Up really, so he had. He basically said he had
- 3:22Speaker 3: way more than five thousands.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Sucked up, bro, When I came down to Atlanta, I
- 3:25Speaker 1: think I had at least a hundred k.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, damn bro, you gay even took a he
- 3:31Speaker 3: wasn subtracted ninety five thousand.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I ain't listen, and I was gonna let him
- 3:35Speaker 1: shit on me. But I was like, I can can
- 3:37Speaker 1: I say?
- 3:37Speaker 3: Can I say?
- 3:38Speaker 5: Okay?
- 3:38Speaker 3: Okay? Okay? So one hundred thousand it's still good.
- 3:43Speaker 1: But you I mean, just saying the number is you
- 3:46Speaker 1: said five one hundred thousand, is like to say that
- 3:49Speaker 1: one hundred k sound better?
- 3:51Speaker 4: Well, yeah, one hundred. But I'm thinking, like I really
- 3:53Speaker 4: met you when like you really first moved here. And
- 3:55Speaker 4: they was like, yo, he's gonna be okay. So he's
- 3:56Speaker 4: saying he met me when I wasn't ship.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I get it. Oh, And I wouldn't say that. I
- 4:02Speaker 1: wouldn't say that because that's still lank shit.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Okay. So would you say your first big video was
- 4:10Speaker 3: the Kansas City first?
- 4:11Speaker 1: No, it wasn't.
- 4:12Speaker 4: Where was it?
- 4:13Speaker 1: My first big video was me fighting the air when
- 4:15Speaker 1: I was acting blind Jeffrey.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Oh, stop doing that character.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I want to put it in the movie. I just
- 4:22Speaker 1: didn't want to do it on older people no more
- 4:25Speaker 1: because I didn't want to catch a stroke.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Yo, man, that seriously, that's how you felt, right, Yeah,
- 4:30Speaker 4: that was my favorite Careac.
- 4:31Speaker 1: That's a blimer, I remember because.
- 4:33Speaker 3: It was scaring them and shocking them. You don't want to.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Because you would just walk up in Walmart next to
- 4:38Speaker 4: somebody and be like and just started fighting the air.
- 4:42Speaker 3: That shit was still funny though.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember. I remember doing that video and it
- 4:47Speaker 1: was a Sunday in Kansas City, Chiefs's playing and we
- 4:50Speaker 1: were losing. And I post that video Sunday like twelve,
- 4:53Speaker 1: and I went to sleep and I just woke up
- 4:56Speaker 1: and like rod Star posted it, and it was like everywhere,
- 5:00Speaker 1: and shave Room posted it because you know, they don't
- 5:01Speaker 1: post pranks, so it's crazy for you want to post that,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and it just like went up and then from there
- 5:06Speaker 1: instantly I was like, I gotta go get more. So
- 5:09Speaker 1: every time I will go viral, I was like, I
- 5:11Speaker 1: gotta get more. I never really sit in the moment like,
- 5:14Speaker 1: oh on viral, I'm like, oh damn, if they like that,
- 5:16Speaker 1: I gotta give them something that's to like. So it's
- 5:18Speaker 1: like a gifting the courage because I never enjoy the moment.
- 5:22Speaker 4: I mean, you kind of really can't in this moment
- 5:25Speaker 4: because it's like with the internet, it's like as soon
- 5:27Speaker 4: as the next day is over, yeah, and then you
- 5:29Speaker 4: gotta come up.
- 5:30Speaker 1: But you got to think about it. Some people like
- 5:33Speaker 1: do because when you get that attention, you just like
- 5:36Speaker 1: it's like even people with rap songs, they go crazy
- 5:39Speaker 1: and then you can perform a song over and over
- 5:40Speaker 1: and over and they love it and it's just like,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. They want that, but you
- 5:44Speaker 1: have to shift away from it, like that's the thing.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Like you gotta tell them like, no, I gotta do this,
- 5:50Speaker 1: and then they don't like because when I left Walmart,
- 5:52Speaker 1: people used to be like, go back to Walmart, Like
- 5:54Speaker 1: this shit that you're doing is boring. So I used
- 5:56Speaker 1: to question themselves like damn, so I get what they want,
- 5:58Speaker 1: but eventually I got so far away from it they accepted.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Now your comedy is so different. How do you describe
- 6:05Speaker 3: your style?
- 6:06Speaker 1: I really like that Chappelle Okay, so like how he
- 6:09Speaker 1: and how he says stuff and it come to life.
- 6:12Speaker 1: So I feel like that it's kind of like mine
- 6:14Speaker 1: opening mind. I feel like my type is like I'm
- 6:18Speaker 1: a comedian Kanye West. If Kanye West was a comedian,
- 6:21Speaker 1: he'd be like me, where you just do ship and
- 6:23Speaker 1: try it and if it work out, workout.
- 6:26Speaker 3: But that's what you do. You kind of just be
- 6:27Speaker 3: trying ship.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Yeah, but I I but I visualize it. I like
- 6:31Speaker 1: filmingly god, so you know, I feel a God say
- 6:33Speaker 1: something and to go to the scene. That's how I
- 6:35Speaker 1: look at stuff. Okay, go to it like okay, damn,
- 6:38Speaker 1: like a blind character. I was actually done. Uh, I
- 6:42Speaker 1: was done doing videos for a minute. And then that dude,
- 6:45Speaker 1: I wonder y'all probably know him. I forgot his name,
- 6:47Speaker 1: but he used to do cars in videos in a
- 6:50Speaker 1: car with his sister and they used to go viral.
- 6:52Speaker 1: They like skin him and I reached out to him.
- 6:56Speaker 1: He was like, bro, just do that like video one
- 6:58Speaker 1: more time because I was done doing it and then
- 7:00Speaker 1: they went crazy. So it's crazy how stuff.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Playing the job application ones are hilarious.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah yeah yo.
- 7:07Speaker 4: So let me ask you a question. So a lot
- 7:09Speaker 4: of people pranks online are fake. Are any of your
- 7:13Speaker 4: stuff has.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Ever been like scripted or moments I have to put
- 7:18Speaker 1: somebody on. So if it was a business or somebody
- 7:20Speaker 1: that could actually entertain I would do it. So it
- 7:22Speaker 1: was very limited because people can't act. So if you
- 7:25Speaker 1: had a business and you can act and we can
- 7:27Speaker 1: exchange something, I do it. Like, let's make it make
- 7:29Speaker 1: sense because at the end of the day, it's entertainment. Funny,
- 7:32Speaker 1: it's funny. We'll go see a scary movie knowing that
- 7:34Speaker 1: it's fake, but it's still scared us because it's good.
- 7:36Speaker 1: But we know if it's like, okay, we've seen some
- 7:38Speaker 1: trash scary movies like that ain't real blood like make
- 7:41Speaker 1: us believe it. So there's been times that I can
- 7:43Speaker 1: work with somebody to put them on and make it
- 7:46Speaker 1: make sense. Like what I'm saying. It was a lot
- 7:48Speaker 1: of black owned restaurants that I did. It was what's
- 7:50Speaker 1: the restaurant I think up there by the airport? No, no, no, no,
- 7:55Speaker 1: that was a star wrestaurant, the fun But I did
- 7:57Speaker 1: a job interview with him, but he handled it so dope,
- 8:00Speaker 1: and a lot of people it went by wrong Facebook
- 8:02Speaker 1: and a lot of people was flying in to go
- 8:03Speaker 1: meet the.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Risk cause it's like we like how you Oh that's dope?
- 8:06Speaker 1: Yeah, so it was kind of like I was teamed
- 8:07Speaker 1: up with restaurants in Atlanta to put spotlights on them
- 8:11Speaker 1: and do an interview as like if they don't know me,
- 8:13Speaker 1: But it was entertainment to make it.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Yeah, because I definitely enjoy all of all of your content.
- 8:18Speaker 4: And I think I say, what video when when you
- 8:21Speaker 4: were like when you walked into the business and you
- 8:25Speaker 4: started telling them what.
- 8:26Speaker 1: They do and that you were that Yeah, that was
- 8:29Speaker 1: really like, yeah that was funny. Yeah, I was like,
- 8:32Speaker 1: no way, this is real. It's energy. I feel like
- 8:34Speaker 1: when you start, when you do something, you just make
- 8:37Speaker 1: it feel believable. Like somebody can come here and say
- 8:39Speaker 1: I'm the boss. If they give boss energy, like we
- 8:41Speaker 1: got to wrap this shit up, They're not, they don't
- 8:43Speaker 1: believe them. It's kind of like the police, like they're
- 8:45Speaker 1: in character, like they still like us, but in that uniform.
- 8:48Speaker 1: They have to be that person like your mom and dad.
- 8:50Speaker 1: So it's really selling that character that you have to
- 8:54Speaker 1: stand on, Like okay, when I'm in this and like
- 8:57Speaker 1: energy is really everything, you know what I'm saying. So
- 9:00Speaker 1: that's it really controlling your energy level.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Who inspired you to be a comedian? Like is that
- 9:05Speaker 3: a dream that you've always had.
- 9:07Speaker 1: No, Actually I was, I really I remember just being
- 9:11Speaker 1: I don't know. I had a lot of jobs. I
- 9:13Speaker 1: have worked so many jobs, and I was finessing on
- 9:16Speaker 1: my I used.
- 9:16Speaker 3: To live with the inspiration behind a lot of the stuff.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I just worked a lot of jobs. Used to
- 9:20Speaker 1: because my I used to. My cousin had a resume
- 9:24Speaker 1: and it was good, and I was like, let me
- 9:26Speaker 1: use that motherfucker and he gave it to me and
- 9:29Speaker 1: I used it. And I remember sitting in an interview
- 9:30Speaker 1: and they asked me how long have I been in
- 9:32Speaker 1: the army and I was like, I ain't in the army.
- 9:35Speaker 3: And he was like, this would have said a resident.
- 9:43Speaker 6: Go ahead.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I just love how you just paused for the effect.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Yeah that's good.
- 9:56Speaker 3: You're You're good. He's not done with the story.
- 10:03Speaker 1: You don't care to hear it.
- 10:04Speaker 5: I was trying to understand. I thought the other jobs
- 10:08Speaker 5: that you had, you know, and what led to being
- 10:10Speaker 5: a comedian.
- 10:13Speaker 1: But what makes a comedian? Because that's why I want
- 10:15Speaker 1: to understand too. Y'all can teach me because I don't.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Somebody makes you laugh because I'm trying to. Is this
- 10:20Speaker 1: stand up not doing stand up, because that's what I
- 10:22Speaker 1: want to know to the definition of comedian because or
- 10:25Speaker 1: is what you're.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Trying to do? Are you trying to be an actor?
- 10:27Speaker 3: Or like what is your end goal?
- 10:29Speaker 1: I say entertainer, entertainertaining people got you in a way
- 10:33Speaker 1: of funniness, you know what I'm saying. So I really
- 10:35Speaker 1: don't know what a comedian is because it's like, you
- 10:38Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Some people hit the stage and
- 10:39Speaker 1: they're like, you got to hit the stage. So what
- 10:40Speaker 1: about the people that do movies? If Kevin Hart just
- 10:43Speaker 1: did the movies and never did stand up, will he
- 10:45Speaker 1: be a comedian? What if he just did the stand
- 10:47Speaker 1: up and never did the movies, is he still a
- 10:49Speaker 1: comedian or so? I don't know. That's what I'm saying.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Y'all can enlighten me.
- 10:53Speaker 3: I think a comedian now you don't have to be
- 10:57Speaker 3: in one dimension like where you're at. I wouldn't consider
- 11:01Speaker 3: you just a comedian either. I would consider it's kind
- 11:04Speaker 3: of like an artist. That's you know, they don't rap
- 11:07Speaker 3: or sing, or they may sound like they sing, but
- 11:10Speaker 3: they don't. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, he would
- 11:12Speaker 3: be an artist rapper to me, you know what I'm saying,
- 11:15Speaker 3: kind of like you, you're an entertainer like an actor.
- 11:18Speaker 1: He's the actor.
- 11:19Speaker 3: I don't know an actor is acting. I don't think
- 11:22Speaker 3: you're acting.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I think if you do your talent for acting in
- 11:25Speaker 1: that moment, if you think about it, because if I'm
- 11:26Speaker 1: doing stand up, I have to act in stand playing
- 11:28Speaker 1: a role.
- 11:30Speaker 3: I think that's why a lot of a lot of
- 11:31Speaker 3: people that are.
- 11:34Speaker 4: Comedians do well as far as, like, you know, playing
- 11:38Speaker 4: a character in movies, because essentially, when you're making people laugh,
- 11:43Speaker 4: you have to get into a character mode and figure
- 11:46Speaker 4: out what audience that you're going to be able to entertain.
- 11:49Speaker 1: It's not I feel like it's not that easy though,
- 11:51Speaker 1: to throw you in a movie because you have to
- 11:54Speaker 1: still be used to stick to the strip, actually enter
- 11:57Speaker 1: like I'm with somebody dry, how can I be me?
- 12:00Speaker 1: And That's what I was just talked about. Now I'm
- 12:01Speaker 1: asked you this question too, because I asked my boy
- 12:04Speaker 1: which duo do you feel like it's better? Ice Cube
- 12:08Speaker 1: and Mike Epps, and he got all about the Benjamin's
- 12:11Speaker 1: that got Friday? Or would I take Martin and Will
- 12:13Speaker 1: Smith are bad boys?
- 12:14Speaker 3: I would say, damn, Which duo for what what'd you take?
- 12:20Speaker 3: Like just here for like series Will Smith?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Do you feel like I'm saying if you compare the
- 12:25Speaker 1: movies all like Bad Boys to versus Friday at the next,
- 12:29Speaker 1: it's that funnier than that. Yeah, fun with them together.
- 12:34Speaker 3: I'm taking ice Cube, man, I'm going yeah if I
- 12:39Speaker 3: want to laugh, Yeah, but if I want to, do
- 12:41Speaker 3: you feel like Will Smith and them to make you laugh?
- 12:44Speaker 4: No?
- 12:44Speaker 3: Not as much as Mike Epps. It was a different
- 12:46Speaker 3: type of two different type of movies too.
- 12:49Speaker 1: All about them, I mean all about the Benjamin's was
- 12:51Speaker 1: like a cop movie though with them to teaming.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Up, it was still funny. Though my apps is just funny.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Yeah, so that Martins is not I mean, like Mike
- 13:01Speaker 1: is better than Martin.
- 13:02Speaker 3: He's more comical, Like I'm going to make you laugh,
- 13:06Speaker 3: Marin Lawrence is more of an actor, a better actor
- 13:08Speaker 3: in a movie, and then he's gonna make.
- 13:10Speaker 1: You last Smith versus ice Cube.
- 13:13Speaker 3: I'm going ice Cube. Will Smith is a better actor
- 13:15Speaker 3: to me though, Yeah, I mean Will Smith is definitely
- 13:17Speaker 3: a better actor.
- 13:18Speaker 1: And he you know, he got I realized ice Q
- 13:20Speaker 1: plays the same character in all his movies. It really
- 13:24Speaker 1: does he's like he's like the angry games his uncle.
- 13:27Speaker 1: He's just like not even gains. He's like the uncle,
- 13:29Speaker 1: the grumpy uncle, like he was mad at him in
- 13:33Speaker 1: high school. He's mad at But I feel like that's
- 13:35Speaker 1: an ice Q Bills in real life? Right, But did
- 13:37Speaker 1: that make him an actor? That's just playing him all
- 13:39Speaker 1: the time, like he can't do nothing else.
- 13:41Speaker 3: But we can also go back to questions. We can
- 13:43Speaker 3: also go back to some of like.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Will Smith is an actor because Will Smith can dub
- 13:47Speaker 1: everything as a But if I just stay this character
- 13:50Speaker 1: and they put me in this, am I being myself
- 13:52Speaker 1: in every movie? Or my actor cannot be in here
- 13:54Speaker 1: and be a serious person and do that Like Kevin Hart,
- 13:58Speaker 1: he's doing serious movies now because he wanted to be.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Now, that's what That's what I was gonna bring up
- 14:03Speaker 4: because I said Kevin Hart was getting like everybody was like, man,
- 14:06Speaker 4: Kevin Hart is Kevin Hard in every movie.
- 14:08Speaker 5: But to go back to you know, if you're if
- 14:10Speaker 5: you're a comedian, I feel like a comedian simply just
- 14:14Speaker 5: tells jokes on stage, like I don't know the definition
- 14:17Speaker 5: of it, but you know, everybody's style of comedy is different.
- 14:21Speaker 5: And I don't like you said take the Funny Office,
- 14:23Speaker 5: just Marco. Is that because you're trying to go into
- 14:26Speaker 5: acting and a lot of actors do go into two
- 14:29Speaker 5: movies into acting. It seems like the natural step for them,
- 14:33Speaker 5: and it seemed like that could be a natural step
- 14:35Speaker 5: for you. What type of movies would you want to
- 14:37Speaker 5: see yourself doing? Would you want to be a serious actor,
- 14:39Speaker 5: funny or just be.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I say both all because I like a challenge, so
- 14:45Speaker 1: I want to, like, you know, put my goal to
- 14:47Speaker 1: doing it. So it's a challenge to it in now.
- 14:49Speaker 1: As much as you feel like you doing something right,
- 14:51Speaker 1: the people will always let you know. So it's like,
- 14:54Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, you still can't believe in yourself.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Don't put you down, but numbers don't lie. Like I'm
- 14:58Speaker 1: not gonna pick you up again and put a mean
- 15:00Speaker 1: dollars into you if you're not bringing a million back
- 15:02Speaker 1: to me. So then at that point you just got
- 15:04Speaker 1: to go do it yourself, you know what I'm saying.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So I just feel like I'll be open to the challenge.
- 15:08Speaker 1: What inspired you to start your show? Mmmm, that's a
- 15:12Speaker 1: good thing. Honestly, I had been doing it on the street.
- 15:17Speaker 1: So I used to interview people on the street and
- 15:19Speaker 1: I called it cornbread TV. And it was really like
- 15:22Speaker 1: around COVID time, I was like running out of idea.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't want to run up on people.
- 15:26Speaker 1: But then I'm like, I remember getting the mic and
- 15:28Speaker 1: I was talking to people, tell us how you feel
- 15:30Speaker 1: about the vaccine, like, and then I used to put
- 15:33Speaker 1: the mic in the head and shit, so I was
- 15:35Speaker 1: doing different stuff into it. But then I started realizing
- 15:38Speaker 1: that was funny. So then when the network reached out
- 15:42Speaker 1: to me, they wanted me to do a podcastwork breakbe
- 15:46Speaker 1: When they reached out to me, they wanted to do
- 15:47Speaker 1: a podcast, and I was just like everybody doing it,
- 15:51Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Like I just don't want
- 15:53Speaker 1: to just sit in front of mic, like, let you know.
- 15:55Speaker 1: So I actually developed a show together. Me and them
- 15:58Speaker 1: did that and it was like, okay, we got the
- 16:04Speaker 1: show for you, and then it was just kind of
- 16:06Speaker 1: like it didn't go ass playing and then I'm like, okay,
- 16:09Speaker 1: I got something I been doing, let us do this.
- 16:11Speaker 1: So I remember sitting down with Boosy and then it
- 16:14Speaker 1: just took off because I know Boosy. I was like, well, market,
- 16:16Speaker 1: I gotta sit down with Boozy, just give me him.
- 16:18Speaker 1: It's gonna take off. And then we did him and
- 16:20Speaker 1: then it was just kind of like that because I
- 16:22Speaker 1: didn't want to do a podcast, like you know, how
- 16:25Speaker 1: did you develop.
- 16:26Speaker 3: That style where you just stare and then it's just awkward.
- 16:30Speaker 1: The care I've been doing it for a long time
- 16:32Speaker 1: because I used to steal a lot from people, and
- 16:33Speaker 1: I used to help them find their shit, and I
- 16:35Speaker 1: gotta look serious. So I used to be a thief,
- 16:38Speaker 1: but like a cheap thief. I wasn't like money thief.
- 16:40Speaker 3: I probably like you was like you was like the
- 16:42Speaker 3: cousin that'll come over your house. Yeah, somebody be like, damn,
- 16:44Speaker 3: I left twenty dollars on twenty Probably I'll take twenty dollars. Yea,
- 16:50Speaker 3: I will take twenty cause that ain't shit, right, that's
- 16:52Speaker 3: what money. I wouldn't But like I had when I
- 16:55Speaker 3: grew up, my grandma raised meeple. My cousin had everything
- 16:58Speaker 3: at my grandma. So I used to take like the toys,
- 17:00Speaker 3: shoes in, Oh god, I like used to take it
- 17:02Speaker 3: Jordan's in, like damn, I don't know where it's at. Indeed,
- 17:04Speaker 3: is so I used to be like a I used
- 17:06Speaker 3: to borrow it though, you know, so I wouldn't like
- 17:08Speaker 3: a thief th all you like that, you know what
- 17:10Speaker 3: I'm saying.
- 17:10Speaker 4: But I used to, like I say, everybody, I think
- 17:13Speaker 4: everybody has has a cousin, like like yeah that had
- 17:15Speaker 4: that was up.
- 17:16Speaker 3: He was up, Yeah, like IM about to go with
- 17:18Speaker 3: my rich and put the JS on like you had
- 17:21Speaker 3: to keep it straight fast, yeah, And I used to
- 17:22Speaker 3: just like, you know, so that's that's how you do it,
- 17:24Speaker 3: So would you let the joke fly in and just look?
- 17:27Speaker 1: But I would never say that. It was just kind
- 17:28Speaker 1: of like in you know, in the mold, like damn,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I can't do this. And I used to struggle a
- 17:34Speaker 1: lot in school, and I used to just let them know,
- 17:36Speaker 1: like instead of laughing at it, I used to just
- 17:38Speaker 1: be like you know when I clap back at people,
- 17:40Speaker 1: and just like look serious because it's like damn, but
- 17:43Speaker 1: my shit wasn't really funny, so I couldn't laugh. So
- 17:45Speaker 1: when I say something, I just look serious.
- 17:47Speaker 5: How did the guests react? You know, I'm pretty sure
- 17:50Speaker 5: you don't show their their full reaction on camera. How
- 17:53Speaker 5: do they react when you when you do stuff?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Like that, I really do what on the interviews, they
- 17:58Speaker 1: just keep them on there. So one thing I haven't
- 18:00Speaker 1: got is talking to somebody after the interview, like I
- 18:03Speaker 1: haven't reached out to the baby and like how did
- 18:05Speaker 1: you feel about it? So I never really get to
- 18:07Speaker 1: hear how they feel after they see it, like you
- 18:09Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, like to be like damn, like
- 18:12Speaker 1: like how did you feel?
- 18:12Speaker 4: Yeah, I never because I gotta be careful man, because
- 18:15Speaker 4: you know, you got to talk to some of these people,
- 18:17Speaker 4: you know.
- 18:17Speaker 1: But I don't do nothing crazy, yeah, And I know
- 18:20Speaker 1: I had moments on episodes where I knew something happened.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm not putting this out, like honestly with
- 18:26Speaker 1: the bow Wow shit with Orlenno Brown. If I would
- 18:29Speaker 1: have actually went back and looked at I would have
- 18:30Speaker 1: took it out because yeah, Bao, he was actually he
- 18:34Speaker 1: was actually mad about that. But I didn't know at
- 18:36Speaker 1: the time when it happened. You see, I didn't say that.
- 18:38Speaker 1: I instantly like left it alone. I didn't draw into
- 18:40Speaker 1: it at him, like because some peoples like why do
- 18:42Speaker 1: the say that, Like somebody would have went into character
- 18:45Speaker 1: somebody been like what the fuck you said that they
- 18:46Speaker 1: would have made that subject the topic, but I went
- 18:49Speaker 1: right into like another like okay, y'all, what's the brother today?
- 18:52Speaker 1: Like because I respect the out person and how they
- 18:55Speaker 1: look at it too, So I didn't know at the
- 18:57Speaker 1: time that would be that big and I forgot about
- 18:59Speaker 1: it because be shot so long and then it was
- 19:02Speaker 1: all Lando Brown. I'm wasn't thinking like they picked this
- 19:04Speaker 1: up just like the share room went to that and
- 19:06Speaker 1: personally grabbed that click course and put that in. And
- 19:09Speaker 1: then I'm like, damn, that happened. I forgot to happen.
- 19:11Speaker 3: So how do you deal with that?
- 19:14Speaker 1: I mean at that time, I was just more careful
- 19:16Speaker 1: and then moving on it. Something happened during another episode
- 19:20Speaker 1: and then I told him take it out, and who
- 19:22Speaker 1: I was working with, they was like, let's put it.
- 19:24Speaker 1: I'm like, no, Like, I do not want to stand
- 19:26Speaker 1: behind that. I really respect the other side because that's
- 19:28Speaker 1: not what I'm That's not the thing that I do.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I just want to have a good time with somebody
- 19:32Speaker 1: that make them like we lead this, we laugh something
- 19:34Speaker 1: I can laugh at if somebody ever was to you know, passorway,
- 19:37Speaker 1: they can laugh at it. Be like see a different
- 19:38Speaker 1: side of them, Like the interviewt there were King people
- 19:40Speaker 1: are coming like I never know, I respect him now.
- 19:43Speaker 1: He's funny, like and you read through the comments and
- 19:45Speaker 1: like Queen Nija I was like, I didn't know Queen
- 19:47Speaker 1: Nijel was that funny, but people were like, damn, I
- 19:49Speaker 1: love her more now. So I want to do that
- 19:51Speaker 1: type of side to how can I talk to you
- 19:53Speaker 1: and bring you to a different world that you don't
- 19:56Speaker 1: have to be when you sit down and like this
- 19:57Speaker 1: pressure is on you. So I anything that I feel
- 20:01Speaker 1: like it's BS.
- 20:03Speaker 4: I respect it because I mean we we tell guests
- 20:06Speaker 4: all the time, you know, especially our you know, she
- 20:10Speaker 4: also produced the show. You know, we always let guests know, like, man,
- 20:13Speaker 4: you know after this whole conversation, is anything that you
- 20:16Speaker 4: know you wasn't comfortable with in the interview, like we
- 20:19Speaker 4: take it out, you know, because you got to have
- 20:21Speaker 4: a sense of respect for talent too, you know.
- 20:24Speaker 1: But I still understand the other side too, because if
- 20:26Speaker 1: it's that deep, always let them know before the interview, yep,
- 20:29Speaker 1: like don't do it. So I still understand that side too.
- 20:31Speaker 1: So I'm not gonna say other people are wrong for
- 20:33Speaker 1: what they do because when you step into those room
- 20:35Speaker 1: if you want to say, can you lead us all
- 20:37Speaker 1: limits in which some people had told me before. I
- 20:39Speaker 1: was like, I wasn't gonna talk about that, but okay, Like,
- 20:41Speaker 1: but I know you still had that freedom to be like,
- 20:44Speaker 1: don't talk about this because if you don't, we sit
- 20:46Speaker 1: in the room. You know, we want to know about that.
- 20:48Speaker 1: So this whole thing we want to ask you, so
- 20:50Speaker 1: we still have open Like I can't shame the people
- 20:52Speaker 1: that do bring that shit up because sometimes some people
- 20:55Speaker 1: want to talk about it too, because you never know,
- 20:57Speaker 1: because I'd have had a situation where I said that
- 20:59Speaker 1: with Ari two are like why the hell you to
- 21:00Speaker 1: ask me about because it was the time where Meek
- 21:03Speaker 1: Meal when they were saying that they was messing around
- 21:05Speaker 1: with and you should have asked me about that because
- 21:07Speaker 1: I was told that as it wasn't that. But I
- 21:09Speaker 1: was like, I didn't want to bring it up because
- 21:11Speaker 1: I respect you and Meek Mel and I knew it
- 21:12Speaker 1: wasn't true. But some people want to clear their name up.
- 21:15Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, you get a lot of that too.
- 21:19Speaker 3: How do you study for your guests to come up?
- 21:21Speaker 3: Do you have a team of people?
- 21:22Speaker 1: Now I'll just stay up on YouTube and look at
- 21:24Speaker 1: stuff and then sometimes to be right before the night before,
- 21:27Speaker 1: like and I'd be like, okay, and I feel like
- 21:29Speaker 1: the best time where was Boosy when I did him?
- 21:32Speaker 1: When he was just like I told my mama, I'm outside.
- 21:34Speaker 1: We don't need cable. And then I asked the questions
- 21:36Speaker 1: like so and I asked him about it, and I
- 21:38Speaker 1: knew he wouldn't think that far. So I try to
- 21:40Speaker 1: look up the oldest song that we know, like what
- 21:43Speaker 1: I'm saying, and just be like did you say this?
- 21:46Speaker 1: So that's what I try to do, just with looking
- 21:48Speaker 1: up Okay, I know that song. So I look up
- 21:50Speaker 1: stuff that will try to get them in like, oh, y'all, remember,
- 21:53Speaker 1: like you know what I'm saying.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Question, So Marco is now this super huge entity, thank you?
- 22:05Speaker 3: How does that affect your personal life? Because I saw
- 22:09Speaker 3: you one time and the chain was good, and then
- 22:13Speaker 3: I saw you another time and the chain was like, boy,
- 22:15Speaker 3: you went to Wyfield and Leonte one of them? Boy,
- 22:19Speaker 3: when did you start paying money?
- 22:21Speaker 1: When I start making money? Uh? Right, Daniels, Right, Daniels
- 22:26Speaker 1: actually put me in position to like really open my
- 22:28Speaker 1: mind to make money. So I didn't shout out to
- 22:32Speaker 1: shout out to Ray Daniels. He taught me how to
- 22:35Speaker 1: make money, so it was him. I just remember him
- 22:37Speaker 1: making me. My first promo deal was ten thousand dollars
- 22:40Speaker 1: on a race trainer, and I'm like, fuck, what the
- 22:42Speaker 1: fun I'm gonna do with a wate trainer? Like I'm
- 22:44Speaker 1: not near about to put that. I'm not changing right now,
- 22:46Speaker 1: I'm not doing that, and he was like, whatever you do,
- 22:49Speaker 1: make it funny. So and I remember going in the
- 22:51Speaker 1: Walmart funding a way to promote that brand and asking
- 22:53Speaker 1: customers that I got anymore of these and they's like,
- 22:55Speaker 1: I don't work here. So I'm like, damn, so I'm
- 22:57Speaker 1: my forced customers to tell me where it's at and
- 22:59Speaker 1: I'm from. So that's when I realized that was that.
- 23:02Speaker 1: And I also learned like with don't water your brand
- 23:06Speaker 1: down or promotion like promo here or posting other people stuff,
- 23:09Speaker 1: find ways that you can get involved and make money.
- 23:12Speaker 1: So once he installed that into me, it was hard
- 23:15Speaker 1: for me to turn down a five thousand dollars Like
- 23:18Speaker 1: somebody like promote my dogs for five K. I'm like, shit,
- 23:20Speaker 1: I'll do it, but that'll water your brand down where
- 23:23Speaker 1: people will be like, I'll follow you for you. I
- 23:24Speaker 1: don't care about little take tape pitbulls, so that will
- 23:27Speaker 1: water your brand down. So find a way that instead
- 23:30Speaker 1: of you giving me five thousand with them, I'll come
- 23:32Speaker 1: to you and do something with the dogs. Give me
- 23:33Speaker 1: ten thousand. Now y'all got me with the dogs, and
- 23:36Speaker 1: I'm showing them I really, you know, mess with you
- 23:38Speaker 1: and I believe in your brand instead of like promoting
- 23:41Speaker 1: fake stuff and you order from them, it's like, oh,
- 23:43Speaker 1: you scam them, So I had to be careful. Yeah,
- 23:46Speaker 1: but you gotta turn down money, so I fly. I
- 23:49Speaker 1: turned down a lot of money, and to this day,
- 23:50Speaker 1: I still am turning down stuff because I believe in
- 23:53Speaker 1: certain stuff, like I believe in like supporting people. And
- 23:56Speaker 1: that's like now with merch and I got and I'm
- 23:59Speaker 1: telling them I just don't want cheap T shirts. I
- 24:02Speaker 1: want something that I will wear.
- 24:03Speaker 3: Did you do the business yourself at the beginning?
- 24:06Speaker 1: No, I got help, but I start picking. I learned
- 24:09Speaker 1: when I was around people with money, I want to
- 24:11Speaker 1: learn how to get it, and I asked for it.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Did they pick put you on to somebody to help
- 24:15Speaker 3: you with that, or did you already have your own own.
- 24:18Speaker 1: No, it just happened, I say, manifesting. So people has
- 24:20Speaker 1: been coming as I'm asking through God and me being
- 24:22Speaker 1: a good person that put me through good people. You
- 24:25Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. There's been time I met him
- 24:26Speaker 1: me he has been got me a room with big
- 24:28Speaker 1: people like, hey believe in this guy, let's do a show. Yeah,
- 24:31Speaker 1: and they just like it didn't happen. But and it
- 24:33Speaker 1: still don't mean that it can't happen. You know, then
- 24:35Speaker 1: it'll be like, you know, damn, this is what we
- 24:37Speaker 1: manifest So I may him too.
- 24:39Speaker 3: You know.
- 24:39Speaker 1: So even at the time I remember coming to Alanta
- 24:42Speaker 1: and seeing you, I'm like, he that guy I didn't know.
- 24:44Speaker 3: I'm in you too, Like how did you tell yourself?
- 24:48Speaker 1: Just being me? Just being you and being comfortable. And
- 24:50Speaker 1: you have to realize too, like certain people, you do
- 24:54Speaker 1: got to get to certain people, to get to certain people.
- 24:56Speaker 1: And even in that, if I want to be cool
- 24:58Speaker 1: about you, the got to get to But then you're
- 25:00Speaker 1: with it. I like, at the end of the day,
- 25:01Speaker 1: you're a good person.
- 25:02Speaker 3: I am.
- 25:02Speaker 1: So it work out. But some it's relationships are very
- 25:05Speaker 1: important because I remember I wanted to get to Kevin
- 25:08Speaker 1: Hart I'm like, who's close to Kevin Hard? His trainer?
- 25:10Speaker 1: So I got cool with his trainer, but it was
- 25:12Speaker 1: it was mutual, like I'm not going to force the cool, like,
- 25:15Speaker 1: don't do that. But if you actually meet somebody and
- 25:17Speaker 1: you have a goal to get to the next person,
- 25:19Speaker 1: do it. So me and him became cool and he
- 25:21Speaker 1: was like bro like and I came to La he
- 25:23Speaker 1: like pull it to my house and it was funny
- 25:25Speaker 1: because he didn't trust me yet, but he sent me
- 25:27Speaker 1: an address and kicked me out. No, his trainer just trained.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Yeah yeah he did because you know me. But it's funny.
- 25:34Speaker 1: But he was all you cool dude, really and realize
- 25:36Speaker 1: like you He like came to the house and then
- 25:37Speaker 1: he introduced me to Kevin and it was dope because
- 25:40Speaker 1: now I have two on one like that's like you
- 25:42Speaker 1: if I know you, now know him. So relationships are
- 25:44Speaker 1: very important. I tell people that, like get to know
- 25:46Speaker 1: people because you know what I'm saying, like it lead
- 25:49Speaker 1: into something like relationships is better than money because it's
- 25:51Speaker 1: gonna get you there.
- 25:52Speaker 4: So I agree, and that's what I respect about you
- 25:54Speaker 4: because I remember I was at Kevin Hart concert and
- 25:59Speaker 4: I text him like your Marco you at the concert?
- 26:03Speaker 3: He like, yeah, I'm like, why you not backstage with us?
- 26:06Speaker 3: Man Kevi hard to me go bout wow, scared about He.
- 26:09Speaker 4: Was like like, nah, it's just my time yet Yeah,
- 26:13Speaker 4: he like okay. But I respected that so much because
- 26:17Speaker 4: he was just like, no, I mean I don't really
- 26:19Speaker 4: know them people like that.
- 26:20Speaker 1: And I was like and not in that way because
- 26:22Speaker 1: you get that, but sometimes like it might have been
- 26:24Speaker 1: that time for Juice Ski to meet him like that,
- 26:27Speaker 1: Like I had my time when I met him. It
- 26:29Speaker 1: was at the Trainer opening party for his gym and
- 26:32Speaker 1: Kevin I was there, so not only I supported the Trainer,
- 26:34Speaker 1: but I met him and it was like a dope
- 26:36Speaker 1: encounter and we had a whole conversation like this was
- 26:39Speaker 1: my So I believe in Tommy perfect tim in his
- 26:41Speaker 1: own certain manifestation.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Yeah, things are changing for you now mentally? How did
- 26:46Speaker 3: that change for you mentally because you are I want
- 26:50Speaker 3: to do therapy? You want to? Yeah?
- 26:52Speaker 1: I always I as a black man, that's dope. We
- 26:56Speaker 1: never look into that, like you know what I'm saying.
- 26:58Speaker 1: We couldn't afford that. Yeah, I didn't know. I mean
- 27:01Speaker 1: I didn't know that shit was real. I thought that
- 27:03Speaker 1: was comedy.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you thought it was for crazy people.
- 27:07Speaker 1: No, no, fuck no, you tried to get me off
- 27:10Speaker 1: rich people.
- 27:11Speaker 4: No, no, no, not that.
- 27:12Speaker 1: But it was just like our mom and that, Like
- 27:13Speaker 1: I grew up in Section eight homes. We barely had
- 27:15Speaker 1: money to pay our rent. We ain't about to pay
- 27:17Speaker 1: motherfucker to talk to them, like, I'm not gonna you
- 27:19Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So we had to limit our money.
- 27:21Speaker 1: So now that I'm making money, I can do certain
- 27:24Speaker 1: things with it that to help me get more money.
- 27:26Speaker 1: But when you're in the hood and the projects, you
- 27:28Speaker 1: gotta like I was living to survive. Now I'm living
- 27:32Speaker 1: to live, like I'm making money to live, you know
- 27:33Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So it's a difference. And when you're
- 27:36Speaker 1: in that space where you can't have an open mind.
- 27:38Speaker 1: So now I have an open mind, had to protect it.
- 27:40Speaker 1: So I was like, I want to get into therapy,
- 27:41Speaker 1: so I can't actually like open my mind and be
- 27:44Speaker 1: like okay that. But it has changed a lot because
- 27:47Speaker 1: I get up and go I had I have like
- 27:48Speaker 1: adult relationship with my daughter, and we used to just
- 27:52Speaker 1: get up and go to old Navy culture movies. I
- 27:54Speaker 1: do a lot of shit with her, and it was
- 27:55Speaker 1: I just get up and go. So now I have
- 27:57Speaker 1: to slow down with that because any like I said,
- 28:01Speaker 1: I just had an incident at Target, and I was
- 28:03Speaker 1: like it was a guy Like I'm literally sitting here
- 28:06Speaker 1: and my energy tells me like this is not a
- 28:08Speaker 1: good person to be next to. I know who not
- 28:09Speaker 1: to go. I wouldn't avoid it some reason. I'm like cool,
- 28:13Speaker 1: like I still respect. I'm like, man, he a black king,
- 28:15Speaker 1: Like I still can be around it. But sometimes you
- 28:17Speaker 1: just like, don't be around this person. But it's sad
- 28:19Speaker 1: that we can't look at us and be like, you know,
- 28:22Speaker 1: like treat you because especially when you're famous. Right. So
- 28:25Speaker 1: then the whole time I'm like I'm by myself literally
- 28:28Speaker 1: rushing to get it. Was actually like I was getting
- 28:30Speaker 1: a book for my interview, Like I thought that y'all
- 28:34Speaker 1: see the interview. When they make people read that, la'ma
- 28:36Speaker 1: like read them, So I'm gonna get a book. I
- 28:38Speaker 1: want them to do that to a beat. So I'm
- 28:39Speaker 1: literally in Target trying to get that and this guy
- 28:43Speaker 1: he instantly like like like all shit, don't be going
- 28:46Speaker 1: with that playing shit. So I'm used to people saying
- 28:48Speaker 1: that like, all right, don't be playing that, like, don't
- 28:50Speaker 1: be playing with that shit. And I'm like, okay, I
- 28:52Speaker 1: avoid it like anybody playing. I don't even do that
- 28:54Speaker 1: no more number one, so I know you don't support
- 28:56Speaker 1: I don't be in stores number so I'm like, you
- 28:58Speaker 1: don't watch me? Okay, cool so DN and he gets
- 29:00Speaker 1: louder like hey, fuck, nigga, don't be playing. He pulls
- 29:02Speaker 1: out a phone and start record me like I might
- 29:04Speaker 1: have to slap his that like yeah, funny more I'm
- 29:06Speaker 1: at just like nigga. He's yelling so white people are
- 29:08Speaker 1: looking at us.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Now.
- 29:09Speaker 1: I'm like and I'm like so like I keep protecting
- 29:12Speaker 1: on me and I keep and it's in my name,
- 29:14Speaker 1: but I don't never want to use it less I ask,
- 29:16Speaker 1: but I'm like, I'm so l like bro, He's like,
- 29:19Speaker 1: now you on d Yeah, I'm like, bro, but I'm
- 29:21Speaker 1: still locked in. I'm like, bro, I'm gonna let it be.
- 29:23Speaker 1: So then it just so happened. I'm leaving and I'm
- 29:26Speaker 1: like I can't find a book. He's leaving out. He's like, yo,
- 29:28Speaker 1: you still he's recording this ship like yeah, bitch ass nigga.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Funny Mark trying to play and not by myself, like
- 29:33Speaker 1: there's no prank, Like I ain't sading nothing to you.
- 29:35Speaker 1: So it's just like, damn, this is what people go
- 29:37Speaker 1: through when people try to attack. And usually I keep
- 29:39Speaker 1: my comedy clean so where I don't have to run
- 29:41Speaker 1: in those situations where I'm not an ass online where
- 29:44Speaker 1: it's like, yeah, you try to do this. I make
- 29:45Speaker 1: sure this shit is clean. So that took me to
- 29:48Speaker 1: a dark place and I never felt like that. And
- 29:50Speaker 1: it was like now, and I was just talking. I
- 29:52Speaker 1: got a good relationship with DJ bands Dirt and like
- 29:57Speaker 1: me and yeah, we work together. And he just told
- 30:00Speaker 1: me before I was going in there, He's like, you
- 30:01Speaker 1: don't need to be doing stuff by yourself. I'm just
- 30:03Speaker 1: going to target.
- 30:04Speaker 3: You can't.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I'm just going to target.
- 30:06Speaker 3: How did you How did that situation in?
- 30:08Speaker 1: I just let it go.
- 30:09Speaker 3: I did my best to just be quiet, and he
- 30:11Speaker 3: kept like, did you just leave?
- 30:13Speaker 1: Yeah? I left. I left, But it was just kind
- 30:15Speaker 1: of like, you know what I'm saying, It's.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Just that I'm proud of you. Man.
- 30:18Speaker 6: It takes.
- 30:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it takes.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Posted the video and tagged me in it, and it
- 30:22Speaker 1: was just like, let me not look, I didn't even
- 30:23Speaker 1: look at the story. I'm like, whatever they believe, they're
- 30:25Speaker 1: gonna believe it. Like, but I know what the situation
- 30:28Speaker 1: was like, it was all right cool, like me trying
- 30:30Speaker 1: to be tough to somebody could like lose my life
- 30:33Speaker 1: or I take a life, and I ain't got nobody
- 30:36Speaker 1: to be there for my kids, and so it's not
- 30:38Speaker 1: worth the You gotta be careful man, because because you
- 30:40Speaker 1: know it was at Atlantic Station.
- 30:42Speaker 3: I do not go to Atlantic State Target.
- 30:48Speaker 6: Man.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I thought it was like it was a Tuesday after.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I'm like, it'll be in and out a tuesday and
- 30:53Speaker 1: that was the weekend. I get it.
- 30:54Speaker 3: But it's always there's always some you know, random because
- 30:59Speaker 3: I was always a random bringing cars and stuff down
- 31:01Speaker 3: there and everything. Yeah, you gotta you gotta stay. You know.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Do you have a family members asking for money and stuff?
- 31:06Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 31:06Speaker 1: I got a brother that you know to like, yo,
- 31:08Speaker 1: that's ship. That's hard, Like what you got next? And
- 31:10Speaker 1: I tell them like let me get some money. I'm like,
- 31:12Speaker 1: fuck you got me? So yeah I got the members. Yeah,
- 31:15Speaker 1: I'm a given person. That's one thing I do like
- 31:17Speaker 1: to do. I like to give, like that's what I
- 31:20Speaker 1: feel like I do live for like even.
- 31:22Speaker 3: I should ask you for some money a long time ago.
- 31:24Speaker 1: I mean when I do get extra money, I would.
- 31:26Speaker 1: That's why I'd be like I do, I do gotta go,
- 31:30Speaker 1: like I want to get to a certain point where
- 31:31Speaker 1: I'm able to pay like random people rent, Like that's
- 31:35Speaker 1: working a nine to five where I can go into
- 31:37Speaker 1: Target or like McDonald's and see how much they rent
- 31:40Speaker 1: getting their money because I know how it is to
- 31:41Speaker 1: help struggling especially single mothers and single dads, like to
- 31:45Speaker 1: get them something to help them get to the next level.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I really always said that, and then I thought, like,
- 31:49Speaker 1: I wonder if Beyonce and jay Z if they just
- 31:51Speaker 1: pay like people whatever.
- 31:53Speaker 5: Now you heard what Z said, Well, I was gonna say,
- 31:55Speaker 5: you may want to hold your money and partner with
- 31:58Speaker 5: somebody that can open up, you know, do like a foundation.
- 32:02Speaker 1: I would do that, but I'll be thinking about stuff
- 32:04Speaker 1: like that. I'm like, dang, if they did that, that
- 32:06Speaker 1: would be dope. Like you know what I'm saying. I
- 32:08Speaker 1: like that, Like I just think a concert, like how
- 32:11Speaker 1: can I help somebody? Because I know how it is
- 32:13Speaker 1: having mothers that work two jobs that don't get time
- 32:17Speaker 1: to see their kids, like what can we do to
- 32:19Speaker 1: get them money? To be like that helped me a lot.
- 32:21Speaker 1: But it's just you know, helping the right people because
- 32:24Speaker 1: giving somebody two thousand dollars could save their life, and
- 32:27Speaker 1: some people can't hurt them because they're gonna be like,
- 32:28Speaker 1: now I could do whatever I want. It's like, do
- 32:30Speaker 1: the right shit with it.
- 32:32Speaker 4: The good thing is that you do have the platform
- 32:34Speaker 4: and you got the audience that I feel like that
- 32:36Speaker 4: you could come up you know some dope like that. Yeah,
- 32:39Speaker 4: because you know a lot of entertainers, you know, I've
- 32:42Speaker 4: just seen they was talking about the Rock and Oprah
- 32:44Speaker 4: and how you know, they caught a lot of backlash
- 32:47Speaker 4: because they was asking their fans for money to support,
- 32:51Speaker 4: you know, the fire that happening on Hawaii and people
- 32:54Speaker 4: were people were upset about that. I feel like it's
- 32:56Speaker 4: bad though you don't think it's bad when people who
- 32:58Speaker 4: got a lot of money you're asking for fans.
- 33:01Speaker 1: From because if you got it, because it's some people
- 33:03Speaker 1: like us or him that probably got a thousand followers
- 33:06Speaker 1: that wouldn't mind providing for it. So you can't give
- 33:09Speaker 1: your catering to the people that can do it. I'm
- 33:11Speaker 1: not gonna get up set. Well, something I can't do,
- 33:14Speaker 1: then it's just kind of like this wasn't your room
- 33:16Speaker 1: to be in. So it's just kind of like, if
- 33:19Speaker 1: you mind doing it? Because we got people that got
- 33:20Speaker 1: more money than the Rock that we don't know about
- 33:24Speaker 1: that they want to give it to them, like them
- 33:26Speaker 1: because I support the Rock, then what's wrong with that?
- 33:28Speaker 3: So they're just giving it providing an opportunity. Yes, if
- 33:30Speaker 3: you want to do it, do it.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Now, it'd be it would be wrong if they back
- 33:33Speaker 1: like y'all broke, y'all need to, then it'll be different.
- 33:35Speaker 1: But if I do something and like it's times that
- 33:38Speaker 1: you know, I did No Sleep Challenge and I'm giving
- 33:40Speaker 1: away money and I'm getting away money and I gave
- 33:44Speaker 1: way like you know that.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Yeah, you'll be up with them too. Yeah, I go
- 33:47Speaker 3: to sleep sometimes. Ago, Wait, what's the longest you you
- 33:51Speaker 3: stayed up on the new.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Robby Gone bro And like, I'm not long. I be
- 33:55Speaker 1: paying mids to help watch the show. But it's just
- 33:57Speaker 1: something I want to do for entertainment. They can stream
- 34:00Speaker 1: with that, getting people tapped into it and people watching.
- 34:02Speaker 3: It's a game winner get again.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I had like fifteen hundred and ps five to
- 34:09Speaker 1: stay up the longest, so it's usual supposed to be
- 34:10Speaker 1: twenty five, so you just really want the man to
- 34:12Speaker 1: go to sleep. But it didn't lasted for like three
- 34:14Speaker 1: days and people get knocked down. It started over forty
- 34:16Speaker 1: people and everybody get knocked down. But up it was
- 34:20Speaker 1: people donating to the show that was like, oh you
- 34:22Speaker 1: put it like Daisy Banks said the thousand before and
- 34:24Speaker 1: there was a guy you know like that sent there
- 34:26Speaker 1: and you never know what people got what they want
- 34:28Speaker 1: to do when somebody did it because they like, I
- 34:30Speaker 1: want to send money because I support what you do.
- 34:32Speaker 1: You got these kids on the computer, they ain't doing
- 34:33Speaker 1: nothing wrong. They stand up. I want to give money
- 34:35Speaker 1: to your pot and I didn't ask for it. But
- 34:37Speaker 1: so you never know who want to support you. Because
- 34:40Speaker 1: the rock then done stuff didn't He'd entertain me for years.
- 34:42Speaker 1: So I'll give you something because I feel good that
- 34:45Speaker 1: I can help you like you help me.
- 34:47Speaker 6: We'll be right back with more of a Baller Alert Show.
- 34:56Speaker 6: You're listening to a special edition of The Baller Alert Show.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Do y'all your boyfriend Marco make sure you're gonna check
- 35:02Speaker 1: out my YouTube video and ball alert. Make sure you
- 35:04Speaker 1: like comments to strip right now, we ad a honey
- 35:06Speaker 1: K get us a two honey K. Let's get it.
- 35:09Speaker 3: What is Marco's personal life?
- 35:10Speaker 1: Like?
- 35:11Speaker 3: This is Marco in the relationship? I got, I got
- 35:14Speaker 3: a little Marco's little thing I love.
- 35:17Speaker 1: I got She she she like she, Oh, that's why
- 35:21Speaker 1: you want to move to l A. No, it's like
- 35:25Speaker 1: back and forth, back and forth.
- 35:27Speaker 3: That's why he's a long distance relationship. It's really like it, bro,
- 35:32Speaker 3: you smile, I mess what you're doing a long distance you?
- 35:35Speaker 3: Now you got to like her, but still that's why
- 35:38Speaker 3: you always in l A.
- 35:40Speaker 1: I'll be working.
- 35:40Speaker 3: What's she from?
- 35:41Speaker 4: Like?
- 35:42Speaker 3: Did you meet her?
- 35:43Speaker 1: Call him l Yeah?
- 35:45Speaker 3: You got him? Girl? How did you meet it? Ah?
- 35:50Speaker 1: No, No, what's that? What's that story called?
- 35:54Speaker 3: Uh?
- 35:54Speaker 1: Everybody going to I was like I was getting and
- 35:58Speaker 1: you met your girl. I'm gonna say, is my girl?
- 36:00Speaker 1: Don't put that on you? You did you y'all said
- 36:03Speaker 1: something to her?
- 36:04Speaker 3: Yeah? Does she work in there?
- 36:05Speaker 1: No, she's just there.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Did she know who you are? He definitely?
- 36:09Speaker 1: Definitely, We definitely just yeah. We vibing and that's the
- 36:13Speaker 1: thing and not the force things like let it be
- 36:16Speaker 1: like whoever she talked to talk to her voice like
- 36:18Speaker 1: it's about elimination. At this point. I don't want you
- 36:21Speaker 1: to let nobody go. I want you to want to
- 36:23Speaker 1: let people go. I'm not thinking like keep all the gains.
- 36:25Speaker 1: You wont because if I'm doing my job, you're gonna
- 36:26Speaker 1: let him go. So that's saying with us, like, I
- 36:28Speaker 1: don't a girl shouldn't wry about who we're talking to.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Let we do our job. We're gonna be like you
- 36:32Speaker 1: the one for us. I want to leave people alone.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Then once I show you that, then that's when it's
- 36:36Speaker 1: like the layd You guys are just dating? Yeah, got it?
- 36:40Speaker 3: Yeah, but how do you spend time with her? Uh?
- 36:44Speaker 1: FaceTime?
- 36:46Speaker 3: Has she met your daughter?
- 36:48Speaker 1: She met through FaceTime? Yeah, FaceTime? Yeah, my daughter met
- 36:51Speaker 1: her daughter. So they like play like you really like
- 36:53Speaker 1: this girl, you really like her?
- 36:56Speaker 3: Drag? Next question, when do you ever see him uncomfortable interviews?
- 37:02Speaker 3: This is how you know you like, how does it
- 37:03Speaker 3: feel to be interviewed because you're you're usually on the
- 37:06Speaker 3: other side.
- 37:07Speaker 1: It's good because if you I was just saying that,
- 37:09Speaker 1: if you get in this situation just flopping around, that's what.
- 37:12Speaker 3: That's what you're trying to question. That means we gota
- 37:15Speaker 3: come to your show. Yeah, yeah, yeah, put on your ship.
- 37:19Speaker 3: We ain't gonna be late.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Like though I used two hours later use two hours later,
- 37:25Speaker 1: I apologize it was the kid for So what what
- 37:28Speaker 1: you're working on? Yeah? Back to we sitting down with
- 37:31Speaker 1: Kevin Hart with me and Desi were putt you know,
- 37:33Speaker 1: working in to produce a show. So what that is
- 37:35Speaker 1: with the pilots and you know, giving a rual to
- 37:38Speaker 1: you know, make sure this is what y'all want. This
- 37:41Speaker 1: is what we want to get y'all And shout out
- 37:43Speaker 1: to Desi too. Deisi has helped me out a lot,
- 37:46Speaker 1: like do you know? And that's one thing when you
- 37:48Speaker 1: get next to certain people, like learn like don't hate.
- 37:52Speaker 1: If you can hate on somebody, you can learn from
- 37:54Speaker 1: now because obviously you hate no for a reason. They
- 37:56Speaker 1: doing something right. So I just love that. I love
- 37:58Speaker 1: to love you feel me, and that's free like loving
- 38:01Speaker 1: somebody's free. Hating it's so much energy, you know what
- 38:03Speaker 1: I'm saying. So we got that and we're going back
- 38:06Speaker 1: and forth with our ideals and we didn't shot polished
- 38:08Speaker 1: with that. So now who y'all working with Kevin Hart. Yeah,
- 38:15Speaker 1: I want to. I want to even if it's not me,
- 38:17Speaker 1: but I feel like we need to develop that Will
- 38:19Speaker 1: Smith and Martin, you know how they just put them together,
- 38:21Speaker 1: like if it's Daisy and somebody, if it's Davids with somebody,
- 38:24Speaker 1: and we need that, Like I want to see that
- 38:27Speaker 1: duo where we never knew we needed Will Smith and Martin,
- 38:30Speaker 1: Like we didn't get that, you know what I'm saying,
- 38:33Speaker 1: Like I want that even if it's not me. I
- 38:35Speaker 1: want to see it happen like that's dope. I got
- 38:37Speaker 1: to be next to that person with you know, just
- 38:39Speaker 1: hilarious and be someone like even it's the girl like Nikki,
- 38:42Speaker 1: like how they did the you know they used to
- 38:44Speaker 1: give our shows crazy like the Parkers Steve Harvey, like
- 38:48Speaker 1: you don't.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Got they don't. They don't do that anymore.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Yeah, but.
- 38:53Speaker 5: Now that was gonna be my pick though, but you
- 38:55Speaker 5: didn't ask me, But Willing and Martin was going to
- 38:57Speaker 5: be my pick.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Will Martin, thank you. They gotta they got a duo. Yeah,
- 39:01Speaker 1: that's forever duo. Yeah, Mike epsay him was just like
- 39:05Speaker 1: a moment, so you got it? Yeah, got So now
- 39:09Speaker 1: you're doing stand up how do you like doing stand up?
- 39:12Speaker 1: It's it's very very open with sharing my mind. I
- 39:16Speaker 1: want to get right now. It's really I'm sharing them
- 39:18Speaker 1: what they see, and then I want to get into
- 39:20Speaker 1: the stand up like what they don't see. So it's
- 39:22Speaker 1: like I want to show you like you're just joke
- 39:25Speaker 1: about my star, like really just like struggling through school
- 39:28Speaker 1: while I am. And it's my daughter, our relationship, my mama.
- 39:31Speaker 1: Because I grew up with a family like full of comedians.
- 39:34Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. So I want to share that,
- 39:37Speaker 1: but right now I have to develop that, so it's
- 39:39Speaker 1: gonna take my time.
- 39:40Speaker 4: So no boo yet, right, no, no, no, no. I
- 39:42Speaker 4: love it, but I feel like every great comedian has
- 39:45Speaker 4: been booed.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what's crazy. I had not got boo yet.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I probably got to look like I ain't feeling this.
- 39:50Speaker 1: I didn't see somebody like I ain't feeling it, but
- 39:53Speaker 1: I got the boo. I have helped my own with
- 39:55Speaker 1: that and now I'm so thankful.
- 39:56Speaker 4: For But that's why I feel like a lot of
- 39:59Speaker 4: like social media, your stars and comedians are afraid to
- 40:02Speaker 4: do stand up because what if I go there and
- 40:04Speaker 4: get booed.
- 40:05Speaker 1: No, but you gotta want to do it.
- 40:06Speaker 3: You got it.
- 40:07Speaker 1: First off, one thing I don't do is nothing for
- 40:09Speaker 1: the money. So it's times like I'm just now starting
- 40:12Speaker 1: to get a lot of money, but like you know,
- 40:14Speaker 1: as I'm doing shows like like damn walking over with
- 40:17Speaker 1: this is what they can make, so imagine what Kevin
- 40:19Speaker 1: Hard and them making like, so that ain't nothing to
- 40:23Speaker 1: It's just kind of like and it's times I go
- 40:25Speaker 1: on a roll with Desi and it's like, like, you know,
- 40:27Speaker 1: Dezie always want to look out for you, but like, bro,
- 40:28Speaker 1: I just want to learn from you. And he like
- 40:30Speaker 1: broad respect that about you. And that's one thing Ray
- 40:33Speaker 1: messed with me about and me a learning is better
- 40:35Speaker 1: because if I can take from you, I will take
- 40:38Speaker 1: your knowledge because that's gonna get me far, like and
- 40:41Speaker 1: it's gonna bring you the money. Yeah, that's it. And
- 40:43Speaker 1: then I got my own, Like you ain't got to
- 40:44Speaker 1: ask you and get me, you know, fifteen for a show,
- 40:47Speaker 1: or I can go with you and do fifteen shows
- 40:50Speaker 1: and make my own twenty.
- 40:51Speaker 3: Thousand mills shows.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just really knowledge get you far.
- 40:54Speaker 3: What are some mistakes that has happened along the way
- 40:57Speaker 3: that he was like, damn.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Mm, I'm really trying to think of one, because it
- 41:01Speaker 1: was it was times I wanted to respond and stuff,
- 41:04Speaker 1: and I learned when you do respond and make it worse.
- 41:06Speaker 1: So I had talked to a couple of artists where
- 41:08Speaker 1: it's just like, how do you hinder this, and like,
- 41:09Speaker 1: don't say nothing, but you know when you say something
- 41:12Speaker 1: me like comments and like yeah, like comments and whatever
- 41:14Speaker 1: they think is just like like leave it alone, you know.
- 41:18Speaker 1: So even with now, like the Bobby shit, that's what's
- 41:20Speaker 1: going on right now. Everybody like, how do you feel about.
- 41:22Speaker 3: Hurt getting the first part? I called you answer the
- 41:27Speaker 3: mistake part, But I just.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Say I haven't had a mistake. I feel like I
- 41:33Speaker 1: have endoored like in my family myself, but publicly I
- 41:36Speaker 1: haven't because I just respect myself and I respect other
- 41:39Speaker 1: people that don't know what's going on. And because when
- 41:43Speaker 1: you cater to the people that do know what's going on,
- 41:45Speaker 1: it's picking on you. You answer them, but you also
- 41:47Speaker 1: answered people that don't know, and it's like, man, I
- 41:49Speaker 1: didn't know they had a problem, let me look into it.
- 41:51Speaker 1: But you're answering to the people that did know. So
- 41:54Speaker 1: it's fifty to fifty and I don't want to get
- 41:55Speaker 1: a hundred. When I get out there, I'm one hundred.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Now everybody know, So I say, I haven't had a
- 42:00Speaker 1: moment publicly, but indoors I have and I keep that
- 42:04Speaker 1: like probably with me because I wanted to keep indoors.
- 42:06Speaker 3: Anyways, how do you feel about before you? Like?
- 42:09Speaker 1: Would you who am? I?
- 42:12Speaker 3: Is that a serious question? Did she hit you or
- 42:17Speaker 3: you hit her? Like she hit me up?
- 42:19Speaker 1: And I feel like you blew her up? I say,
- 42:22Speaker 1: And I say, we both did it because she was her.
- 42:24Speaker 1: She's heard and I played the part because I did
- 42:26Speaker 1: have a bigger following, So I feel like the people like,
- 42:31Speaker 1: as you can see, the people like what we did together.
- 42:35Speaker 1: So that was never like the problem I feel like,
- 42:38Speaker 1: and I never said this is a problem. Was kind
- 42:40Speaker 1: of like it's shifted because on my page she got
- 42:43Speaker 1: introduced as I don't know, like but I want to
- 42:47Speaker 1: know type of girl, like I don't know about this,
- 42:49Speaker 1: but I want to know. And then now it's like
- 42:51Speaker 1: I don't know and I don't care. So now she
- 42:53Speaker 1: give out that to offset and stuff like I know
- 42:55Speaker 1: you all said, but I don't care. But with me,
- 42:57Speaker 1: it was like, I think you're funny, Marco, but let
- 42:59Speaker 1: me about you. So my interview gave that open where
- 43:02Speaker 1: she was like like trying to figure me out. But
- 43:05Speaker 1: now it's like the interviews I think they're like she's
- 43:08Speaker 1: trying to ship on people. And when I watched the
- 43:10Speaker 1: interview off set, like damn, that was pretty bad.
- 43:12Speaker 3: Why I don't like the style? Yeah, and it didn't
- 43:17Speaker 3: start off like that.
- 43:17Speaker 1: No, I don't do I don't get people in my
- 43:19Speaker 1: interview and try to like below them like, yes, she's
- 43:22Speaker 1: been like.
- 43:23Speaker 3: I just wanted to make that clear because a lot
- 43:24Speaker 3: of people think that that's your style. No.
- 43:28Speaker 1: I mean I feel like certain people get inspired by
- 43:31Speaker 1: some people. I get inspired by other people. So she
- 43:33Speaker 1: probably have expired something from the interview that did work.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Who wouldn't like if it goes great and U nfl
- 43:39Speaker 1: pick up something. But so I feel like she picked
- 43:42Speaker 1: up something. But I wouldn't point out and say that's
- 43:44Speaker 1: that because I'm expired.
- 43:46Speaker 3: The culture can blame you for Bobby what because everybody
- 43:52Speaker 3: is the coach.
- 43:53Speaker 1: She blew up bigger after Drake did the interview, So.
- 43:56Speaker 3: No, but I think Drake started it.
- 44:00Speaker 5: Did Drake see your interview and then went to yeah,
- 44:03Speaker 5: seeing our clips was before Drake's y started Waite.
- 44:08Speaker 3: Has Drake ever interviewed with you?
- 44:10Speaker 4: No?
- 44:11Speaker 3: Do you feel fine offense to that?
- 44:13Speaker 1: No, because I say it's perfect Tom and this stuff.
- 44:15Speaker 5: Maybe you know, these bigger stars are going to white
- 44:18Speaker 5: media versus black media.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Do you feel any type of way about that?
- 44:21Speaker 1: No, because I got an open mind. So it's a
- 44:24Speaker 1: real media too. Yeah, but I still have an open
- 44:28Speaker 1: mind on there's always another side to the book, and
- 44:30Speaker 1: I don't I don't want to be I've been in
- 44:33Speaker 1: that side where they're blaming you and doing stuff and
- 44:35Speaker 1: you have a story too, So I have a have
- 44:38Speaker 1: to open mind because imagine, you know what I'm saying,
- 44:41Speaker 1: somebody doing that with us. What are white people starting
- 44:43Speaker 1: to y'all don't do our ship?
- 44:43Speaker 3: You know?
- 44:44Speaker 1: So it's always a two sided thing. So I just
- 44:47Speaker 1: have an open mind to something, and I just try
- 44:49Speaker 1: to stay away from negative because it's always another side
- 44:52Speaker 1: to it. Because I can agree with that. I just
- 44:54Speaker 1: had to be open because it's just Tom's that, you know,
- 44:56Speaker 1: KICKI Parmer just said it. What makes that side better
- 44:58Speaker 1: than that side? And what you just said with the
- 45:00Speaker 1: Lizo thing, like it could be wrong or right, but
- 45:03Speaker 1: it's always fifty fifty in things.
- 45:04Speaker 3: What do you mean by that?
- 45:06Speaker 1: It's just kind of like if you like Trump and
- 45:08Speaker 1: I like DJ, I can't call and say that you're wrong,
- 45:11Speaker 1: Like for who you like, like.
- 45:13Speaker 3: Who you like and I like who I like, don't
- 45:14Speaker 3: fuck with us, We won't fuck with you. I think.
- 45:17Speaker 4: I think more so people people like black media is
- 45:20Speaker 4: just you know, just kind of feel a way because
- 45:22Speaker 4: it feels like these big understand that in a certain
- 45:26Speaker 4: in a certain media, they go somewhere else. And you know,
- 45:29Speaker 4: another thing that I was talking to my boy about,
- 45:32Speaker 4: I said, man, you know, I don't believe in the
- 45:35Speaker 4: whole like you know, these people got to be for
- 45:37Speaker 4: the culture and stuff like that, because I believe that
- 45:40Speaker 4: everybody should be helping everybody. What I don't like is,
- 45:44Speaker 4: you know, you see a lot of times where like say,
- 45:46Speaker 4: if you go to a club, or you say, if
- 45:48Speaker 4: you go to Nashville, you go to a country club,
- 45:50Speaker 4: you ain't never seen.
- 45:51Speaker 1: A black DJ, right, I haven't. I probably won't.
- 45:55Speaker 3: I'm just saying.
- 45:57Speaker 4: So it's like I'm like, we welcome everybody into our
- 45:59Speaker 4: cold you're right, but we're.
- 46:01Speaker 1: Not welcome in to I can say that I can
- 46:03Speaker 1: agree with that. I didn't seen that, and if it
- 46:05Speaker 1: is happened, we ain't seen it a lot, so you're
- 46:07Speaker 1: I'm speaking on your experience right, exactly right, So I
- 46:10Speaker 1: wouldn't say we. You can just use the word like
- 46:12Speaker 1: I haven't seen from my experience and from I agree
- 46:15Speaker 1: with you. I haven't seen that, so I agree with
- 46:17Speaker 1: what I'm saying with that where it's like, damn, you
- 46:20Speaker 1: could come over why what's the reason? But we won't know,
- 46:23Speaker 1: So I don't feel like it's my place to say
- 46:26Speaker 1: you're wrong because you haven't responded to me. Once I
- 46:29Speaker 1: hear your response, then I can say, Okay, I don't
- 46:31Speaker 1: forge what that you're wrong for that you know what
- 46:32Speaker 1: I'm saying. So I'm a firm belief for hearing the
- 46:35Speaker 1: other side. But if they don't say nothing, all we
- 46:38Speaker 1: got is assumption. So who's to say my idea of
- 46:41Speaker 1: what I think is right?
- 46:42Speaker 3: But what I think is right that Drake need to
- 46:44Speaker 3: come to your podcast because he doesn't hers.
- 46:47Speaker 4: Yeah, and I didn't understand like how all these like
- 46:50Speaker 4: because Rury I knew I found out about her when
- 46:54Speaker 4: he interviewed and I think the world did as well,
- 46:57Speaker 4: because a lot of celebrities do follow you. I remember
- 46:59Speaker 4: Drake used to come on all of your videos. You know,
- 47:02Speaker 4: it probably still does. But I realized that it seems
- 47:07Speaker 4: like that the style that she kind of took from you,
- 47:11Speaker 4: she kind of did it in a negative way, and
- 47:13Speaker 4: I think it's just kind of rubbing people the wrong way.
- 47:15Speaker 4: Especially when she did the interview with Barstools and when
- 47:19Speaker 4: she went on there and she was talking about how like,
- 47:20Speaker 4: you know, the situation with her and Yachty.
- 47:22Speaker 1: I caught her out on that too. Her. I said,
- 47:24Speaker 1: you were wrong for that, and she was like, oh,
- 47:25Speaker 1: they back door. I'm like, you're wrong. Like I definitely
- 47:28Speaker 1: caught her out, and I like that's and that was
- 47:30Speaker 1: just me and say, in my opinion, that's like I
- 47:31Speaker 1: feel like you're wrong because here's somebody that buckoming you
- 47:34Speaker 1: in today house and you say that to other people.
- 47:37Speaker 1: So I did, and I mean, you know.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Yeah, because it kind of makes it look like she
- 47:41Speaker 4: ran to like, you know, her people, and it was
- 47:44Speaker 4: like it was like, yo, I'm not comfortable saying this,
- 47:47Speaker 4: you know, in this platform, but I'm gonna go to
- 47:49Speaker 4: you know, to my people and you know, talk how
- 47:52Speaker 4: we will talk.
- 47:53Speaker 1: And I think my thing is what a lot. I
- 47:55Speaker 1: have an open mind of always seeing success as a
- 47:58Speaker 1: good thing because I was a person growing up without money.
- 48:00Speaker 1: But I have money around me. So when I see
- 48:02Speaker 1: somebody doing it, always be like I can do that too.
- 48:04Speaker 1: So I have like not no hate in me, like
- 48:08Speaker 1: you know. So it's so I always try to think
- 48:11Speaker 1: positive and some people gonna look at you wrong for that.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Like it's times like you know, people are, oh, how
- 48:15Speaker 1: do you feel about Juice Ski going past you? Y'all
- 48:17Speaker 1: been doing like he's in this and that, and I'm like,
- 48:19Speaker 1: I can do it too, So I got to salute him.
- 48:20Speaker 1: I'm not but the real I did the DJ Academics
- 48:23Speaker 1: podcast and he tried to like what you got against
- 48:25Speaker 1: Juice Cay, I know you do. And it's like I
- 48:27Speaker 1: cannot hate another man for doing like you know, going
- 48:30Speaker 1: up right, I can't, no, no, no, but people but
- 48:33Speaker 1: I'm just saying they know each other's I've never been
- 48:40Speaker 1: that person. I just know if you can do it,
- 48:42Speaker 1: I can do it too. And it's like if you're
- 48:44Speaker 1: doing it, I'm thankful for showing me because I know
- 48:47Speaker 1: I can do it. Now, same thing with basketball, like
- 48:49Speaker 1: Jordan showed a lot of people you can do this,
- 48:51Speaker 1: you can get a shooting and it landa for Lebron James,
- 48:54Speaker 1: you know, like but you know Lebron James is just
- 48:57Speaker 1: we put each other against each other instead.
- 48:58Speaker 3: Of like, I don't I don't like that because other
- 49:01Speaker 3: culches don't do that and we don't that we don't know.
- 49:04Speaker 3: We gotta stop using that. What is it that you
- 49:07Speaker 3: don't know? Though? But that's true. I understanding we don't.
- 49:09Speaker 3: I'm not in the country world right now, but they
- 49:10Speaker 3: probably don't. I'm saying, like from your sper okay, no,
- 49:14Speaker 3: just from the world. Who was compared justin Bieber to anybody?
- 49:19Speaker 1: Right But he wasn't.
- 49:20Speaker 3: He wasn't getting compared to nobody.
- 49:21Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is we never know what's on
- 49:23Speaker 1: that side of that fan base because somebody could be
- 49:25Speaker 1: doing that right now. But that's what I'm saying.
- 49:29Speaker 3: You see in sports all the time. Yeah, we definitely,
- 49:33Speaker 3: That's what I was saying.
- 49:34Speaker 1: That's apposed to be.
- 49:35Speaker 3: There has to be someone to compare because someone has
- 49:38Speaker 3: to set the bar. So I just think that would
- 49:40Speaker 3: it be in people rise, it's going to be some
- 49:43Speaker 3: type of comparison, because what else we're gonna talk about, right.
- 49:47Speaker 4: But I'm telling you that only happens with our culture,
- 49:50Speaker 4: putting us against each other, rather than saying these two
- 49:54Speaker 4: people are dope individually.
- 49:55Speaker 1: What they say is like, we didn't know about that,
- 49:57Speaker 1: what's going on with the whole Joe anxiety and the catwoman,
- 50:00Speaker 1: but they made it public, But we wouldn't have known
- 50:02Speaker 1: about that.
- 50:03Speaker 3: But you see, they was beefing about animals.
- 50:04Speaker 1: So what I'm saying is it can happen in the culture,
- 50:06Speaker 1: but we just don't know about it because they was
- 50:08Speaker 1: poking about him having zebras and shit that was. But
- 50:12Speaker 1: what I'm saying, as you do know what I'm saying,
- 50:15Speaker 1: But if that never came up, we wouldn't have known
- 50:16Speaker 1: that's going on. We only speak for what we see,
- 50:19Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, So I just stand for
- 50:20Speaker 1: it like we have to. You can speak from experience,
- 50:23Speaker 1: But don't put that on the whole culture, like you
- 50:24Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like, don't put that on the
- 50:26Speaker 1: whole thing, like you don't know like I was formed,
- 50:29Speaker 1: like I remember doing growing up, like or me doing
- 50:31Speaker 1: videos and I used to be on Facebook, like nobody
- 50:33Speaker 1: support me from my city. And I used to be
- 50:35Speaker 1: like crying a lot, but it was just like it
- 50:37Speaker 1: was people that have like five people like cater to them.
- 50:40Speaker 1: Don't bash everybody because damn, I support you nice and
- 50:43Speaker 1: we don't. Even though you don't see it and it's
- 50:45Speaker 1: not big, still accept me for doing that. So I
- 50:47Speaker 1: was wrong for crying when I was growing up and
- 50:51Speaker 1: I'd be like, damn, y'all need to share my y'all
- 50:52Speaker 1: shared these other comedy people. But that made me look ugly.
- 50:56Speaker 1: You know, it would be ugly for me to be
- 50:58Speaker 1: like Bobby took my ship. Y'all don't support her like
- 51:00Speaker 1: they will look at me. They were like, damn Marco,
- 51:02Speaker 1: like I'd rather be quiet instead out the way and
- 51:05Speaker 1: if we talk like now, I was just sharing my
- 51:06Speaker 1: thought on it, but I'm not here to bash somebody
- 51:09Speaker 1: because I don't never want to be bashed. Now, how
- 51:11Speaker 1: would I feel when I'm on the other side and
- 51:13Speaker 1: people like he did that, and it's like, damn, it's
- 51:14Speaker 1: not right. Now you've been in next to famous people.
- 51:17Speaker 1: We all have, and we didn't being in that room
- 51:20Speaker 1: with them where the internet is slender in them and
- 51:22Speaker 1: it's like damn, our work don't mean nothing, but we
- 51:24Speaker 1: know the truth. So it sucks when it's like damn.
- 51:28Speaker 3: That also protects your mental space too for you to
- 51:31Speaker 3: be that way. So I understand that, you know, just
- 51:34Speaker 3: us on our end, sometimes we have to be a
- 51:36Speaker 3: little bit more non political and we can't just ride
- 51:41Speaker 3: the fence. We have to kind of take a stance
- 51:43Speaker 3: on certain things. I think for you though, you have
- 51:47Speaker 3: the ability because the style that you the style of
- 51:50Speaker 3: interviews that you do, it's almost it's still you know,
- 51:54Speaker 3: I don't want to say comedy, but you're being you.
- 51:57Speaker 3: But I just I just think the breakdown is a
- 51:58Speaker 3: little different than our style because we have to ask
- 52:03Speaker 3: someone the hard question, like a bro, what's up? How
- 52:06Speaker 3: do you feel about this? And sometimes we may not
- 52:09Speaker 3: want to ask someone the question, but we have to.
- 52:12Speaker 3: That's what our fucking listeners.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Want, you I mean. And like I said, moments like
- 52:16Speaker 1: this go viral, like you know, it's clips of people saying,
- 52:18Speaker 1: you know, you go to the breakfast club, but you
- 52:20Speaker 1: go here and this stuff that last long. I've seen
- 52:22Speaker 1: any thing with Ky Camp, you never know, like he
- 52:24Speaker 1: needed to get that out. You know what I'm saying
- 52:26Speaker 1: so this. Yeah, so I'm just saying, like we this
- 52:29Speaker 1: is our therapy sometimes too, but we have control of this.
- 52:32Speaker 1: So just watch what you say when you say it
- 52:34Speaker 1: out in that camera, Rowland, just be ready for what
- 52:36Speaker 1: the bed you make in. Just be comfortable with it.
- 52:38Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, and stand on it, you know,
- 52:40Speaker 1: so stand on business what he said.
- 52:43Speaker 3: So that's it.
- 52:44Speaker 1: So that's just what I say. I'm learning to you know,
- 52:46Speaker 1: like watch what I say. And that's what we got
- 52:49Speaker 1: friends for. I don't need to share my opinion with everybody.
- 52:51Speaker 1: I'll brought my friend and but I ain't like that movie.
- 52:53Speaker 1: But who am I to go bashes me this movie
- 52:56Speaker 1: to the public. Talk to my mom about it? My friends,
- 52:58Speaker 1: That's why you got friends. Yeah, So I don't need
- 53:00Speaker 1: to get on the internet and tell y'all in my opinion,
- 53:02Speaker 1: because I definitely have called you on and ask you
- 53:05Speaker 1: how to you know certain people? I feel like people
- 53:07Speaker 1: share opinion a lot, but sometimes I got friends to
- 53:10Speaker 1: where I could talk to them. We argue all day
- 53:12Speaker 1: about who better, Brian or Kobe. But I'm not about
- 53:15Speaker 1: to do it to the public. Wow, We'll be right back.

- 53:49Speaker 3: Can't go to a certain places and facial you have
- 53:51Speaker 3: the you have a global facial recognitional recognized brand. So
- 53:57Speaker 3: now you really just can't go anywhere you want.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I know that about it. I just think like
- 54:01Speaker 1: we just like funny people. They don't care. But it's
- 54:05Speaker 1: like I just think, like, yeah, we just make us laugh,
- 54:07Speaker 1: like I'm not little Derek, I'm not I'm not ops.
- 54:11Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, I mean, you know, these people, these people
- 54:13Speaker 4: on the internet are crazy because cloud is a is
- 54:16Speaker 4: a is a crazy drug.
- 54:17Speaker 1: And I know girls are part of it too. If
- 54:19Speaker 1: you talk, they hate what comedians get girls too, like
- 54:22Speaker 1: a certain person like how you get hurt? Like you
- 54:23Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like, what are you doing here,
- 54:25Speaker 1: funny nig like I don't like him like you d like.
- 54:29Speaker 1: I'm like, Damn, I didn't know, Yeah, the girl like.
- 54:30Speaker 1: One thing I do is respect people relationship, y'all just
- 54:33Speaker 1: put it to the public. So if I don't know
- 54:34Speaker 1: when I said something before, I didn't know because I
- 54:37Speaker 1: got I respect. You know what I'm saying. That's one
- 54:38Speaker 1: thing I will do is respect. Damn. I'm not somebody
- 54:41Speaker 1: trying to stay a girl.
- 54:43Speaker 5: And you know another thing, you know, you are your brand,
- 54:46Speaker 5: Like he said, your brand is big and a lot
- 54:49Speaker 5: of people want an easy way out, so you're automatically
- 54:52Speaker 5: a target. You can't trust a lot of people. You
- 54:54Speaker 5: can't just be popping out nowhere a lot of times
- 54:57Speaker 5: without a bodyguard, especially the bigger that you get, you know,
- 55:01Speaker 5: so you just got to keep that in mind, especially
- 55:02Speaker 5: like you said, you want to be here for your
- 55:04Speaker 5: family and stuff like that.
- 55:05Speaker 3: You don't want to be an easy target.
- 55:06Speaker 1: I feel like what gets some artists is when you
- 55:09Speaker 1: move to another state, it's new to you, so you
- 55:10Speaker 1: feel more comfortable because like it's versus when I may
- 55:14Speaker 1: can't city, I'm my home. I'm gonna be more careful
- 55:15Speaker 1: because I know they know me, so it's like, y'all
- 55:18Speaker 1: know what I got. Y'all know where I came from.
- 55:19Speaker 1: So like Dirk in Chicago, it would be different from
- 55:22Speaker 1: Dirk in Atlanta. He's more comfortable here, but you still
- 55:24Speaker 1: have to have that same energy in Chicago into here.
- 55:27Speaker 1: If you're making it's everybody yeah. But here in Atlanta,
- 55:31Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm here new, I'm new here.
- 55:33Speaker 3: It's like.
- 55:35Speaker 1: It's like going to a new school, Like, yeah, I'm
- 55:37Speaker 1: a chill but at the other school, you know that teacher.
- 55:39Speaker 1: You know that, so you're.
- 55:40Speaker 3: Comfortable and you know what not to be with him
- 55:43Speaker 3: or her and you know you know.
- 55:44Speaker 1: But here it's like you still have to say I
- 55:46Speaker 1: have that same energy as your hometown here.
- 55:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:50Speaker 4: And I tell people all the time, I'm like, yeah,
- 55:51Speaker 4: y'all see me hosting in the club and this stuff
- 55:54Speaker 4: looks fun. But I said, y'all understand, this is a
- 55:56Speaker 4: dangerous environment for you going on because everybody knows me,
- 56:00Speaker 4: and I don't know everybody, so you never know what
- 56:02Speaker 4: people intentions are. Like you didn't know what that guy
- 56:04Speaker 4: intensions were, but yeah, you were smart enough and you
- 56:06Speaker 4: were man enough to say I'm gonna ignore this.
- 56:08Speaker 3: I don't even know where this guy went, yeah, because
- 56:11Speaker 3: it could have win.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Left and then he could have a viral moment, like
- 56:14Speaker 1: you can have that, like you know what I'm saying,
- 56:15Speaker 1: like every where viral went crazy. You have platforms like
- 56:19Speaker 1: this where I can explain what happened. So that's what
- 56:20Speaker 1: I said, like therapy, you know, so it's like a
- 56:24Speaker 1: form belief. And my grandma raised me, so they helped
- 56:26Speaker 1: me a lot and I lost my daty to like
- 56:28Speaker 1: gun violence, so like growing up in that, I say,
- 56:32Speaker 1: the only thing that do be funny is when people
- 56:34Speaker 1: test you as like a funny person, then you like
- 56:36Speaker 1: hold on like this, who I really? This is where
- 56:38Speaker 1: I'm from, don't try me. But you still sometimes you
- 56:41Speaker 1: don't have to do that because sometimes like I don't
- 56:43Speaker 1: think that I don't know, I think I'm a suburban
- 56:45Speaker 1: kid or because I'm funny, but I'm like I really
- 56:47Speaker 1: like it.
- 56:47Speaker 3: I think.
- 56:48Speaker 4: But you know, I think comedians are kind of looked
- 56:50Speaker 4: at as like singing think funny, yeah, like oh you're
- 56:55Speaker 4: a singer.
- 56:56Speaker 5: Yeah, But I think that's why we use this platform
- 56:59Speaker 5: to get to know our balls and getting to know
- 57:02Speaker 5: different side of you, you know, I think people are
- 57:04Speaker 5: going to leave here with a different found respect for you,
- 57:07Speaker 5: and we appreciate you for coming on the platform and
- 57:10Speaker 5: we just thank you and we're proud of your growth
- 57:12Speaker 5: and we look forward to meeting you again once you
- 57:15Speaker 5: have done therapy, because I know that it's probably you
- 57:18Speaker 5: a lot.
- 57:18Speaker 1: That's what I was telling him. I'll be scared to
- 57:20Speaker 1: do interviews because like damn, I ain't that where I
- 57:22Speaker 1: want to be at. But it's levels to it because.
- 57:25Speaker 3: What they gonna tell me in the club like four
- 57:27Speaker 3: months ago, for I'm just not ready.
- 57:28Speaker 1: At y'all want. But it makes sense though now because
- 57:32Speaker 1: I look at Kevin Heart first the Breakfast interview, he
- 57:35Speaker 1: did it, but now look at him now so he
- 57:36Speaker 1: can look back. Then it's like part two and part one.
- 57:38Speaker 3: You see it. But we want to see We want
- 57:40Speaker 3: to see the growth, and the fans want to see
- 57:42Speaker 3: the growth, and we also want you to come often.
- 57:44Speaker 1: I don't I be feeling I'm not living in a
- 57:46Speaker 1: moment because people sees me as doing a lot, but
- 57:49Speaker 1: I'm like, damn, it's so much more to do. Because
- 57:50Speaker 1: at first it was me and Walmart. What the fuld
- 57:52Speaker 1: y'all talk to me? About now I'm doing stand up?
- 57:54Speaker 1: How's it stand up?
- 57:55Speaker 3: Now?
- 57:55Speaker 1: I'm doing you know, the interviews, But now I'm like
- 57:58Speaker 1: over the interviews Now I want to do movies. I
- 57:59Speaker 1: had to keep elevating for y'all to be able, you know,
- 58:02Speaker 1: to be able to let's talk about this. But if
- 58:03Speaker 1: I just did the walkmart shit, I wouldn't be here.
- 58:05Speaker 3: But it's all about you know, how are you too?
- 58:08Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying you as a person, because
- 58:10Speaker 5: you know a lot of things that you shared will
- 58:12Speaker 5: help a lot of people who are.
- 58:13Speaker 3: Trying to do what you're doing. And you got a
- 58:16Speaker 3: member too. For your average person that you know works you,
- 58:21Speaker 3: they're normal nine to five, they're looking to you to
- 58:24Speaker 3: brighten their whole day, up right. I mean I personally
- 58:28Speaker 3: was having a bad day and your shit came down
- 58:30Speaker 3: my timeline and I watched it maybe ten times on
- 58:32Speaker 3: the row, and it was the first time I had
- 58:34Speaker 3: laughed in a couple of days. So if you can
- 58:37Speaker 3: affect me like that, I can only imagine the amount
- 58:39Speaker 3: of people you do that too daily. So this kind
- 58:42Speaker 3: of humanizes you and also lets people say, damn, he's
- 58:45Speaker 3: a dope person. I ain't gonna play with him either though,
- 58:48Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. So I just think that
- 58:50Speaker 3: sitting down and having these interviews man just really just
- 58:53Speaker 3: helps humanize because we are Yeah, people are celebrities and famous,
- 58:58Speaker 3: but people always forget that they're human.
- 59:02Speaker 1: I said that. That's funny. I say that before, Like
- 59:05Speaker 1: I don't look just because you see McDonald work at cash,
- 59:09Speaker 1: She's not just a cas She's a person behind that.
- 59:11Speaker 1: And that's like us what we do. We're just we're
- 59:14Speaker 1: still a person. We're just having right now. I'm doing
- 59:16Speaker 1: a job, but I'm still a real white person, and
- 59:18Speaker 1: that's our respect artists and and it's and I get
- 59:21Speaker 1: sometimes why people are like run up and do certain
- 59:23Speaker 1: stuff with certain people because they might love them a lot,
- 59:25Speaker 1: because I want to be like Hayae' a fan, they
- 59:28Speaker 1: should peal.
- 59:29Speaker 4: But it's like people don't need to be running up
- 59:31Speaker 4: to you because you ain't doing no pranks on people
- 59:32Speaker 4: no more.
- 59:33Speaker 3: But you're going to be there, you know.
- 59:35Speaker 5: And just to Ferrari's point, we tried to humanize on
- 59:37Speaker 5: this show, Like that's why we ask the questions like.
- 59:39Speaker 3: Who were you? Where you come from? Like let us
- 59:42Speaker 3: know about how you grew up.
- 59:44Speaker 5: And you know what inspired you to be who this
- 59:47Speaker 5: is who you are today because you know the Joe
- 59:50Speaker 5: blow at home looking like man, I want to be
- 59:52Speaker 5: like him.
- 59:53Speaker 4: I can do it, and people and people from your
- 59:55Speaker 4: city look up to you, and it's it's certain things
- 59:57Speaker 4: that people don't understand what it's like to evolve. And
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: that's why you're saying like, no, I wasn't ready to
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: do interviews, and I'm like, yes you are, because your
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: fans are going on this journey with you. So when
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: you look up years from now and you elevated even
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: more and we've elevated even more, you know, those are
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: things that we can always continue to talk about even
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: if you don't, even if you're not promoting anything, you know,
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: you can always talk about life because we all we
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: all live in life.
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: We all were all going through something. My grandma always
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: told me, you got the light, people will follow you,
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: and that's what you have. You have the light, people
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: follow you. Like I ain't talking about Instagram or yeah
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: budget ye, so yeah, everybody stand for something. So sometimes
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: you gotta share your moments and things that you go
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: through because it literally can change somebody who's watching it.
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: Sometimes even if it's just one person that you help them,
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: You motivate them to change their life. That's way better
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: than zero.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Is that permo your head?
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: No, nigga, Funny Marco.
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: Ladies and gentlemen, we appreciate you for joining us on
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: the Butler Alert Show.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Before we get out of here, you have a pep talk?
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: What do y'all show? Boy Funny Marco aka just Marco.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: I had to tell him that, but remember, it's some
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: mindset than Once you lose that, you got nothing. Keep
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: your mindset in.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: And uh.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: I was gonna say something else with it, y'all, but
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: uh yeah, I mean eat your vegetables.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: I missed my grandma so love. She not dead, I
